I have purchased my last 2 trucks from Crossroads Ford and Leslie Cooper. The trucks are exceptional but the staff is phenomenal. Leslie Cooper has incredible patience and is more interested in the buyer walking away with what they want than in her making a sale. I went in to the dealership dreading the process. I hate buying a vehicle but since mine got totaled by a tree I don't have a choice. I did not buy one at the time of my visit because I still haven't found anything I like. However if I do find something that crossroads has I would definitely go buy from them. The sales person I had was Brandon Williams. He was absolutely amazing. He was super patient with me as I am very picky and don't know what kind of car I like or want. If you need a car Brandon is your guy!!

If I could have picked the type of salesman I wanted to work with, I would have chosen someone like Rodrick Hunter. I sent an email regarding the vehicle I wanted on a Tuesday evening and had the good fortune for Rodrick to call me early Wednesday. Within an hour, he had everything in place and my car was delivered from Indian Trail, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC on Thursday. What a pleasure to deal with...Rod was responsive to my needs; texted and emailed me promptly; had everything set up in short order; and now I am driving the car of my dreams. I was referred to Crossroads by my insurance company after my car was totaled. I was given a price quote with all the options I wanted on a ford c-max energi. There was none of the pressure to buy immediately, like the other dealership I went to. I was given accurate information, all my questions were answered. If the answer was not available, they found was to get them. My sales person even called a friend to see if I would be able to make my round trip commute on electric! All in all, I love my car and the people at Crossroads!

Myself and my wife just stop by the dealership to compare prices between other dealers and Crossroads Ford and we drove away with a new 2014 F-150. The sales consultant Doug Benson was very courteous and patient with helping us, finding the specific vehicle we wanted. I originally was shown to Crossroads Ford while searching for a non-Ford model from a known car website search. Within minutes of placing an inquiry on my particular model, I received a phone call from Rodrick Hunter, salesperson. Since I am not from the vicinity of North Carolina, we continued our conversations regarding vehicle particulars and cost involved though text, phone calls and e-mail. Rodrick was upfront with all information and numbers from the start. All requested information was provided by him in a quick fashion. Once the decision was made to visit the dealer for the closer look-up, I flew over. Pickup was arranged by Rodrick without being requested, at absolutely no cost to me. Upon arrival at the dealer, I could not help being impressed. The floor arrangement is very organized and staff was more than helpful in showing me around. Despite I was searching for a particular model, I was shown to other vehicles I liked: Very knowledgeable folk. After closer inspection of my unit of liking, Rodrick gave me a very comprehensive road test to evaluate the vehicle in all of its merits and road manners, not only on highway but back-roads where I could really get a feel for the vehicle. Under no circumstances was I rushed into making a decision and allowed to get the "feeling" without any pressure. Pricing was just right. As previously stated during our remote conversations, the pricing was honored. Needless to say, I made the purchase. Cornell McGee was also very helpful and clarified all my questions regarding paperwork easily. Finally, Rodrick successfully cleared all requirements for shipping my vehicle, as requested. Service department was excellent in preparing my vehicle in short notice. I can honestly say that it was a great experience to work with the dealer and have Rodrick as my contact / sales person. I would definitely drop by and let them take care of anybody's vehicle wants/needs in the future, including myself. PS Rod: the cafeteria food is awesome!

I recently bought a Camaro. The dealership is a nice, clean, friendly place. Everyone in there was helpful, especially Lisa. If you are thinking about buying a car, you should call and talk to her. As a first time buyer, I was terrified of what I was going to get myself into. Before coming to crossroads, I went to another dealership and the experience there was negative and quite "harassing". My boyfriend and I chose to come to crossroads. The sales associate was awaiting at the door. The moment we came in we felt comfortable and at ease. We were never pressured into purchasing something we didn't want. Doug, who worked with us was very friendly, patient and courteous. He knows his job very well. Although the process is/was time consuming, the overall experience was positive and I highly recommend crossroads and Mr. Doug Benson.

my credit was pulled and sent to lenders by Devon Beale against my permission or with a signed credit application, he was told do not pull credit, I have my financing handled with credit union. they violated my rights under the fair credit report act. contacted Justin Clark the general manager with no satisfaction. having to obtain an attorney to help with this. the good thing is that I purchased a vehicle from beachum & lee ford in Wadesboro, nc. they are very professional .

I was having problems with another area Ford dealer giving me the time of day let alone a price on a truck. So after two weeks of trying to get those guys on the phone I decided to try somewhere else and called Crossroads Ford. Right from the start they had a different more friendly tone. While I myself have purchased well over 75 vehicles in my lifetime, this is the first time my wife did all the selection on model, color, accessories, etc. Since it was a replacement for her car, she became very enthusiastic in the buying process. After making her selection of a 2014 Fusion parked in the showroom, her enthusiasm turned to disappointment when she found out she could not take that particular vehicle home. However, Chris Powe and Jabbar Washington quickly got on line and found the identical car at one of their sister dealerships, and made arrangements to have it there the next morning. Considering it was around 9pm when they found one, this was way beyond what we expected. Pat Oberer also stayed late to do all the paperwork, so that the next day all we had to do was stroll in and pick up our new car. I challenge you to find that type of service anywhere else.

We bought a 2014 Fusion at the first of the year and while my wife loved the car she wanted a little more room and wanted to sit up higher as she has driven SUV's exclusively for the past 20 years. I contacted Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail after receiving a letter stating my Crown Victoria had a recall. I was put in contact with Michael Zimmerman of your service department. Right off the bat Michael was very friendly and helpful, he ordered the part needed and told me he would stay in contact with me with any updates. I've been to many dealerships and they all say the same thing, but Michael stayed true to his word unlike the other service departments I've experienced. Michael even called me and apologized about the delay on the part that was ordered since it was on back order (I have never had someone do this for me previously). After about 1 1/2 weeks or so he called and informed me that my part has arrived and is ready to be replaced, but due to my unorthodox work schedule I was unable to make it to your service department until weeks later. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like a burden due to the amount of times I called. I was finally able to arrive at your service department on July 8th. I dropped my car off with Michael and asked him to have the car ready for pickup by 10:00am on July 9th otherwise I would be unable to make it to work that day. In a few short minutes they set me up with a ride home, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentlemen that drove me home but he made the car ride home very enjoyable, not quiet and uncomfortable like most I've experienced. I received a phone call from Michael the following morning and once again he delivered as promised and had my car ready to go by 10:00am as asked. I can't thank Michael (and every tech I did not have the pleasure of meeting that was involved in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner) enough for the professionalism, hospitality, and gratitude I experienced while working with your service department. Because of Michael, the gentlemen who was gracious enough to give me a ride home, and your outstanding service technicians behind the scenes making it all come together I undoubtedly will be returning to your service department for future repairs and services. When I visited the dealership I was enthusiastically greeted by Chris Powe, it was an hour and a half before closing time and he treated me as if they were eight hours remaining in the day. In other words I did not feel pressured he made it a point to discover my vehicle needs and took the necessary time to explain features and aspects of the various vehicle models I was considering. Additionally he took me around the dealer lot to various vehicles allowing me to view and even test drive them. I ended up finding the ideal vehicle with Chris's assistance and then returned the next day to conclude the purchase. At one point Chris had his general sales manager, Bobby Wallace, assist with accommodating my trade-in and the final pricing for the vehicle purchase. Chris then turn me over to the finance manager, Pat Oberer, who reaffirmed the terms of my purchase and effectively explained then quickly wrapped up the necessary paperwork. Before I left the dealership, Chris was certain to spend the needed time to ensure I had a clear understanding of my new vehicle's features and functions and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. We went to this dealership looking for a second vehicle. We were looking at 2011 or 2012 Ford Explorers, something in the low $30,000 range. Since they did not have any in stock, we were about to leave when we saw a new F150 truck with an orange sticker hanging from the rear view mirror that said, "$14,000 OFF" and had small writing underneath that said a trade-in was required and must use Ford Motor Credit for financing. We thought this might be a good option for us and with the discount was in the price range we were looking for. We submitted and application but since it was late on a Saturday, we were told we would need to wait until Monday when the banks were open for a financing decision. So we waited all day on Monday and received no return call. By 3pm on Monday we finally called our salesman and he said they had been busy with people in all day as they were receiving a dealership award from Ford and had not had a chance to check with the banks so he would check and call us back. He called back and told me that the payment would be around $1,000 per month and the finance rate around 14%. When I asked how that was possible, he said that they had shopped the financing through other lenders besides Ford Motor Credit (which we did not authorize). They had submitted THE ENTIRE PRICE OF $47,000+ FOR THE F150 WITH NO $14,000 DISCOUNT to other lenders besides Ford Motor Credit to get this financed. That is not what we wanted and he knew that we needed the discount deal or we could afford the F150 truck. He said he would check with Ford Motor Credit and see if they would finance the truck and call us back. No call back from him... ever.A couple of days later we went to Carmax to look at their inventory, same price range of the low $30,000s. We found a 2013 SUV 4X4, test drove it, submitted an application, got a great interest rate, signed the papers and were out the door in less than 2 hours. LESS THAN 2 HOURS! WOW! The car buying experience at Carmax was so good, we went back the next day and traded our 2011 Mitsubishi in on a newer car and got a great purchase/trade-in price. Even with the upside-down trade-in on the new vehicle, our monthly payment was lowered by $140.We drove away with a 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe and a 2013 Nissan Armada 4X4 and the total monthly payment for both cars was less than ONE Ford F150 deal.UPDATE: What this dealership did to me and my husband is nothing short of disgraceful and possibly criminal! I never received a denial letter from FORD MOTOR CREDIT which was suppose to be the only lender our application was to be submitted to to receive the $14000 OFF DEAL. This tells me that CROSSROADS FORD did not even submit our application to FORD MOTOR CREDIT at all and never intended us, or anyone, to get the $14000 OFF deal. I think the NC Attorney General should check into this issue and the unethical sales practices of this dealership immediately. Shame on you CROSSROADS FORD for what you are doing to unsuspecting buyers!

My husband and I went to Crossroads and met with Rodrick to discuss buying a new vehicle for my husband. Rodrick was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with! He is extremely nice and knowledgable. My husband and I ended up leaving with two cars that day! After spending the entire day with Rodrick, his kind demeanor never waivered. Buying a new vehicle (or two!) can be a very stressful, negative experience. My husband and I left very happy with our experience that day. The next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, I will ask for Rodrick by name. He is truly the best!!

My visit to the Crossroads Dealership last weekend was to explore the possibility of trading our 2011 Ford Fusion. Having previously owned a Ford Escape, I was very interested in learning more about the current model(s) and what I might be offered for my vehicle. I was met by Sales Associate Doug Benson who immediately made me feel very comfortable. I developed a strong sense that I would not be high pressured and was able to develop a pleasant repoire with Mr. Benson. He shared some of the history of Crossroads, as well as, his background in auto sales. He was very knowledgeable and honest in his approach. We discussed the various options on the Escape. My expectations for maximizing my trade in were very high. I was made an offer and the payment terms were discussed. I left on Saturday not completely satisfied with the offer, but felt that we would be in contact. On Monday, Memorial Day, Doug called and asked if we might get together to reconsider the offer. My husband joined me at the dealership. We negotiated further and are happy to say that we were able to come to terms on a deal with which my husband and I were very pleased. In fact, we drove off the lot in our new 2014 Ford Escape.I am quite confident that we will return to Crossroads the next time we are looking and in the meantime, would anticipate having our new vehicle serviced at the dealership. I was very impressed with what I was able to learn about Crossroads and the values that they place on how they do business and the importance they place on developing a relationship with their customers. We will continue to call on Doug if we have any issues and will definitely look for him at Crossroads the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle. I received a letter in the mail saying that I was pre-approved for an Auto loan. I had wanted to trade in my 08 Sonata for a newer model. Even though it was a Ford dealership they accomodated me and gave me what I wanted. I walked in with my trade in and walked out with a new car with 0 down! You can't possibly ask for anything better! A letter in the mail is what brought me to Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail. I live just a few miles down the road and thought, What the heck, I'll at least go and just take a look around. (My credit sucks and I wasn't planning on getting a new car until next year). But I've received offers like this before, only to arrive at the dealership and get a whole different story; which is exactly what I stated to the Sales Person, Chris Powe, upon my arrival.Chris was pleasantly humorous and welcoming right from the start, and encouraged me to go ahead and, "get my hopes up".To make a long story short, I followed his advice, picked out my ride, and a few hours later, drove home in my new Ford Expedition EL XLT! My initial visit to Crossroads was made with no great expectations of making a deal. This is from circumstances that had put me into a position to not expect a positive outcome. But I met Chris Powe and he worked above and beyond to try and put us into a car. Not only did he put us in a car but did this without us having to compromise what we needed. Michael Capron handled my paperwork with enthusiasm and a very positive attitude, could not have been done better. So, we are in a new Fusion and so far could not be happier. He was genuine and made me feel like he was helping me purchase a truck rather than selling me a truck. Big difference from other dealerships that I visited. I needed a truck, couldn't decide where to go but really wanted ford f-150. My grandmother suggested crossroads ford of indian trail nc so I tried and to my surprise I'm now driving a 2010 f-150 in amazing condition. Went in to get my previous Fusion serviced and decided I needed to look at a new car. While at first I did feel pressured to make a quick decision, the team ultimately understood and was accommodating to my reasons during the negotiation process. It ended up being an all-day affair (who is ever thrilled about that), yet Jerald was pleasant, funny and easy to relate to. He got the car on the showroom floor I had picked out for me to test drive and showed me the new Sync features, helping me decide between the new Ford Fusion Platinum and loaded SE. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but more importantly took me through the technology which I had the most questions about. The thing I liked the most about working with Jerald is that he is a sincerely nice guy, joking with me throughout the process. I'd recommend him to a car shopper in the future. Overall, I think Jerald, Pat and team diligent, consistent and reliable. I have been going to this dealership for service (a big plug to Bayard and his techs for looking out for me) for several years as does my family and we continue to have great service and experiences.

The first time we entered the lot at Crossroads Ford, we were approached by Glen Cassell. This gentleman made us feel very welcome as soon as he approached us. We explained our situation to him (we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle without getting a much larger payment), and he took the time to explain various options to us. We agreed that we would meet with him again in the near future. A few days later, I received a text and an e-mail from him that thanked us for stopping by. That really meant a lot to me and impressed both my husband and me. We decided to meet again at the dealership to look at vehicles. Upon arriving, we discovered that Glen had been called out of town due to a family emergency, but in the midst of this emergency, he contacted the dealership and let them know that we were coming in. It really impressed me that he thought to do that. We were then matched up with Don Flint. Don spent several hours working with us and did everything in his power to ensure we got the best deal we could. What impressed me even MORE was the fact that Don put Glen's name on the paperwork, He definitely didn't have to do that, but it spoke a LOT about his character, in my opinion. We ended up trading vehicles and driving our new car home that very day. We certainly plan to do business with Crossroads in the future--we have already told friends and family about them! The best aspect of this dealership is that they put the LORD first, and that is the reason we will continue working with them.

Been looking at "my" 2011 Ford Edge Limited on Crossroad Ford's web page for approximately 3 weeks before finally making the decision to contact dealership to set up an appointment (on line). Within minutes, received a call from Devon Beale and made arrangements to meet and conduct a test drive. In less than 3 hrs, the deal was completed including the financing help of Michael Capron (whom did what was needed to get my payment within my budget .... with NO hassling...which was super great!!). The day of purchase was one NOAH would have been proud...POURING DOWN RAIN....so Mr. Beale made an appointment for me to come back 2 days after the sale to DETAIL the vehicle again and to take the time to instruct me on the use of all the "bells and whistles" that came on this vehicle. Again, in my 50 years of purchasing automobiles from various dealers, this experience BY FAR has been the BEST. Devon, Michael and everyone at the dealership made me (and my nephews who accompanied me) feel like family....(no pressure to DEAL)...a very relaxed, just plain calm atmosphere. My journey started with an inquire on line about a Ford Focus for my wife. With in a few minutes I had received both a reply on line and a phone call from the dealership. We then setup an appointment to look at the car. We live an hour and half away from the dealership. When we arrived, were greeted by Doug Benson Sales Consultant and Bobby Wallace General Sales Manger. We were immediately impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Doug then pulled the car from the lot upfront for us to inspect. He then went over all the options on the car and he answered all the question that we had. He made sure that the car was the one we wanted. We then went back in side with Bobby and finalized the deal. We were then introduced to Pat Oberer Finance Manger. Pat went over all of the options and we made a choice. There was never a moment in the entire process that we felt like were pressured. Doug then went over all the controls on the car with my wife and synced her phone with the car. Doug called the next business day to see if everything was OK and to answer any questions that we had about the car. He once again said to call him and E-mail him if we had any questions or any issues with the car. This will be my first stop when I decide to purchase another vehicle, friendly knowledgeable staff at good price. It's hard to beat that.

We purchased a 2012 vehicle from this dealership in May of 2013. Although the original buying experience was not all that horrible & the staff are friendly & courteous, the dealership does not stand behind the vehicles that they sell! We have owned the vehicle for 10 months and it has been in the shop 6 times for major repairs. I contacted the dealership by phone twice to see if someone was willing to speak to me regarding this matter over the phone no call back. Husband and I went by the dealership today to see if we could speak to a manager or someone regarding this issue. They introduced us to me very nice sales lady, who apparently was not speaking the same language we were. We spent the DAY with them trying to get them to understand we wanted to offer the opportunity to make a deal gone wrong, right. The dealership was more interested in selling us a new vehicle twice the price of our current vehicle. We made it very clear from the get go we only were interested in a collateral swap. We never met the management they never even bothered to apologize for selling us a lemon. The sales lady maintained that they sold us the vehicle in good conscience. Although most of the issues with the vehicle have been electronic, the dead battery after 3 weeks, front end alignment after 2 months and the new set of tires required because of the misalignment all should have been things fixed on the vehicle before it ever hit the lot. We walked away very disappointed and disgusted and will not go back to crossroads ford nor will we refer anyone for further business. Our only recourse now will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing the North Carolina lemon law.

Davon Beale was the salesman who greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. He assisted us in finding the escape with the options we were looking for. Once we found a vehicle we liked he explained the process and guided us through the entire way. Mike Riley made this the best car buying experience I ever had. He took the time to help me find the F150 I wanted at a price that fit my budget.He went over all the finance and even lease options. Wow. Where to start - I was not happy with every single step of the process here.I did a lot of research looking for exactly what i wanted in a car and my result was a Ford Fusion. The first general issue was that I wanted a manual transmission. If you're looking for a manual, good luck! There were only a few in the country (!) that had my basic requirements (SE, heated seats, home link) so in the process I spoke with a few dealers but Crossroads was most convenient so I focused on them. I had a few questions regarding my trade-in, details on the car and a couple other things that my salesman couldn't answer (no longer at the dealer - he was 'replaced by James as my eventual salesman) and was told that the manager, Bobby, would call me before 5:00. That didn't happen and in two more subsequent conversations was again told - Bobby would call by 5:00 - no go again on both occasions. I started talking to another dealer at this point because Crossroads obviously did not want my business and was not responsive. The "other" dealer was helpful, negotiated a 'good' price for the car I was considering, and on a sales call (I cover NC & SC in sales) I stopped in to get a starting point/estimate on my trade-in. I didn't call in advance and my salesman was on vacation but I was able to get a number for my trade - which was fairly close to what I was looking for. I wasn't in a rush to make a deal and over the next week or two realized I didn't really want to make a few more trips to the 'other' dealer ~2 hours away. Crossroads called back apologizing and looking to get my business and 'earn my trust.' I set up an appointment and my goal was to see what their bottom line on the Fusion was as well as to see where they would be on my trade-in. They claimed they were going to be very aggressive but they wanted to know what my numbers (in hand) were! That was the first shady sign! I agreed to give them the Fusion price which I said was "out the door." Bobby asked, that if he matched that, would we be good on the price? Of course I would have liked a better price but I was pretty sure it was a good number. OK. He came back with a page of numbers as car dealers do, points to "his" number, which was lower (than 'other' dealer) so, looks good for step one. For step two I wouldn't budge on giving up the number on my trade because I wanted to see if they were really going to be aggressive. Bobby came back with a price of FOUR THOUSAND LESS than the number I had in hand!!! I should have walked away. I was being low-balled big time! They could see my disappointment so I gave up my trade number and the response was then - if we match that - do we have a deal? Well, I was looking for something better but as it looked like I got a better number on the other end I said ok. After another 45 minutes, 'lo and behold' the number for my trade was matched! Now as I again waited as all the paperwork started, I noticed that Bobby's price was NOT 'out the door' but in fact the OTD price was about $2K higher! Car dealer managers lives are about numbers so I know he knew what he was doing. Again I was ready to walk but he instantly came down in price to where it should have been in the first place. The next factor was, since I was now ordering the car so I could get exactly what I wanted, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I had ordered a car before so I knew that was 'bull' - why don't they just tell you the truth?? I pressed for the 'truth' and they admittedly said it would probably be 8-10 weeks (so ok, that means 10 weeks). I was also told that they would inform me as to the progress 'every step of the way' and that I' be sick of hearing from them! I wasn't exactly concerned about that because I knew it would be ~10 weeks but I didn't hear a word in six weeks! From this point on it was mainly me contacting the dealer for an update although there were a couple emails over the next 4 weeks from them. Also during that time I noticed two things in the paper work 1) the payment for my trade (after paying off my loan) to me was written up as $100 in my favor. When the check finally came (a week after they said it would) that $100 mistake was corrected. 2) right about the time the car should have been ready I realized that my trade was not accounted for correctly and my tax amount was over $600 off in the dealers favor. Do you think the accounting department caught that one? No. The car finally comes in in the 11th week but there was bad weather that certainly impacted that. I am told I could probably pick it up in a couple days, after it's inspected, cleaned up etc. A couple days later they report that there is a 'vibration problem.' This goes on for a couple days as the technicians there can not figure it out. I went in to 'visit' my car and the engine was basically taken apart. No luck. A Ford engineer had to be brought in. At this point the dealer did set me up with a 'rental' on site (free of charge). The problem was finally pin pointed to a piece of the axle assembly that was 'bent.' Ordering the part and installing was another two weeks. Funny side note - the rental I was driving was called back in because it was sold - so I was put in another car (like I said no a single part of this process was smooth!). At this point my family and friends were saying - do you really still want to get this car??? Well, issues and dealership woes aside my research said this was 'the car' so I was sticking with it. So, I finally am sitting with the finance guy (I went in a couple weeks earlier to 'fix' the $600 tax mistake) and he said that, looking at the numbers, I still owe him $2K! I texted my wife at that point to put her on stand by to come pick me up. There was some confusion as to the rebate dollars in the contract and financing - which I did through my credit union and not Ford. My bottom line was that it doesn't matter how they put the numbers together, in the end, the number on the contract was only a "good" deal - no better than the 'other' dealer's numbers that I didn't even meet with them to haggle over. Again here, they arranged the numbers to make the bottom line work. All done, right? Wrong!! There was some mistake in the paperwork in that my trade (which is what it was even though I didn't take delivery of the Fusion for almost 13 weeks) was sold by the dealer so they had to come out to my house for me to re-sign (almost) all the forms. I can not comment on the servicing yet but do not plan on dealing with Crossroads beyond the 4 or 5 oil changes through the 'poor' Ford warranty and lastly, although with good intentions, I was sent a birthday wish - not addressed to me and not on my birthday!

I came from another dealership a little frustrated and exhausted with the process of trying to get into a new vehicle. Chris P. was my sales consultant and was friendly, personable, helpful and understood my price point and directed me to the vehicles that would best fit my needs. I quickly felt comfortable with him and knew he had my best interests in mind. I know I took up quite a bit of his time but he was patient. Everyone of the employees I came in contact with, whether sales or service were excellent!!!! I literally asked for women (sales lady) as they tend to be more patient trying to figure out WHAT I wanted to start with. I drove a Ford F-150 FX4 for 10 years until the latest accident totaled my F-150 truck. And I was NOT a happy camper. I wanted another truck so bad but could not afford them. I had Lisa bring me in from any location and I was love stuck when I saw it...With knowing I really, really wanted a Mustang, the price was right, but too expensive to ensure. I got to test drive the 2012 Ford Fusion and fell in love. Lisa as I noted above was very patient to me and listened to what I had to say about every car I looked at.People like Lisa, made my buying decision without being a "pushy" car salesman/lady.

I am giving Crossroads Ford and our sales person, Kevin Wilson an excellent rating. Recently I came to the conclusion that I needed to trade in my Chevy suburban for a new vehicle. It had no warranty left and was $300 ing me to death. My son had previously worked with Kevin on purchasing a Ford 250 truck. I was present during some of those transactions and I couldn't help but like the way Kevin was helping Tyler and his willingness to do whatever it took to make the sale happen for Tyler. I felt a feeling of trust in what Kevin was saying and thought to myself, when I need to buy a new vehicle I think I might try a Ford and Crossroads is where I will go and I will ask for Kevin to be my salesperson. That is what initially brought me to Crossroads in the search of a vehicle. This was a big step for me, as I am a widow and do not have the significant other to help make the right decision. When I arrived I asked for Kevin, he was with another customer, but I was willing to wait. So, I went and sat in the Ford Expedition that caught my eye. Once Kevin got over there we looked at all the features on the vehicle and went on a test drive. He literally spent the entire day with me, answering a thousand questions, (believe you me I ask a ton of questions). When we started negotiating price, Kevin must have gone to the higher up over a dozen times. In the end I signed the papers and purchased my new Expedition. I know that working with me had to be mentally exhausting but Kevin never showed any signs. He was just as patient as he could be and I think he knew that this was a big thing for me. Not only was I buying a vehicle, I was changing from a Chevy to a Ford. I had never had a Ford before but liked the looks of my son's. I can honestly say that I love my Expedition. It was the right decision. Since then, I have had great customer service if I needed to know anything. 20,000 miles later in only eight months , no problems with my vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership, Crossroads Ford and salesperson, Kevin Wilson.

I found the certified pre-owned Fusion hybrid that I wanted at this dealership on the internet , I submitted a bid online; Rod Hunter called me back and we negotiated on a price before I drove the two hours to the dealership.I was pleased that they did not try to renegotiate after I arrived. I was also pleased that I did not get a high pressure sales job for add-ons in the finance department, although I did end up buying a 100K bumper to bumper Ford factory warranty at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with this dealership and was surprised at the sheer number of specialty cars that were on hand at this store, it was like walking into a car magazine.

I found a used Silverado on autotrader listed there that caught my eye and called to make sure it was still available before I made the 45 minute drive. When I told Don I was on my way, he made sure the truck was sitting right out front warmed up. Don was a pleasure to deal with as a salesman. I have been to 20+ dealerships in the last few months looking for my truck and normally dealt with the pushy, arrogant sales guys that have made me not want to purchase from them. That was not my experience at Crossroads. These guys made me feel like they appreciated my business, and in today's economy, that makes all the difference in the world. I paid a little more for my truck (not much, the price was more than fair) than I could have for an identical one about another hour down the road because of this. Getting my deal done took longer than expected, but it was here that this team shined. It was a little after 7pm when I arrived and dealing with my bank was causing big delays. They closed at 9 that night but Don wasn't about to leave. I had some concerns with small repairs and sat down with Don, Pat, & Jabbar to hash out my price. These gentleman were professional and helped me get the right price that fit my truck and budget. It was after midnight when we we're able to finish all of the paperwork and these guys were all smiles and friendly the whole time. I know they weren't to happy to be there that late, but you couldn't tell it by their attitude. In comparison, I called another dealership at 4pm that day to let them know I was on my way. The sales manager there said they closed at 5 and didn't have time to start a sale that late. They had a skeleton crew and he had dinner plans. Thanks to them I found myself at Crossroads. I will be looking to upgrade my wife's jeep to a larger SUV within the next year or so and you an bet the farm that I'll be giving Don and the crew at Crossroads in Indian Trail my business. I hope this review reaches your team at the dealership. If it does, make sure those guys know I appreciate being treated the way I was during my late night purchase. It made what is normally a frustrating experience great. Thanks guys, and I love my truck!

Sales...I really had a great experience buying a car from Graeson. I told him what I wanted and he listened. He was so sweet and actually went out and bought me a new car smell air freshner because he knew how much I wanted the car to smell new. It worked too!!! Service...There was some confusion as to whether service changed my brakes. I was told that they squeeked because they were new, but the inspection form listed them as a pass, not as replaced. When the showroom manager checked on this, they actually were not new, rather they had passed inspection. Instead of addressing the squeek, he suggested that I buy an extended warranty.Financing...I was disappointed that financing wasn't able to get me a better financing rate considering I put $5,000 down. i understand I hade challenged credit but that's alot of money to put down and I feel he could have faught harder. I also did not like the hard sell at the end to add options like warranties, gap insurance, etc. I felt the financing rep was offended when I would not add the warranty.Overall goo to great experience, better than most!!! I would absolutely buy another car from Crossroads Ford but would probably get my own financing.

My experience at Crossroads Indian Trail was great! I went in there to trade in my car and buy a used one. Graeson was the salesman I had sat down with. He went back and forth between myself and the appraisal team to try and get me the best possible deal for my trade-in and a new car. We spent a few hours there going through all the options available. After the negotiating, I had to think about it for a few hours. I came back in a few hours later because I could not pass up on the great deal. I got a good deal for my trade in, and an awesome deal for the used mustang that I wanted. My wife and I selected Crossroads Ford of Indian trail after visiting three different manufacturer's dealerships for several reasons. First the salesman, Frank Diveglio was by far the most professional we have worked with over 52 years of buying cars. We felt comfortable through the whole experience which took about 4 hours; he was super knowledgeable on the product we wanted. Frank knew every knob and touch screen on the vehicle. He delivered on all clarifications we requested. We found the dealership to be clean and comfortable with good lighting and a large selection of vehicles-"inside". Frank was great of follow up, he had the car shipped in from another dealership, washed and ready to go by the time agreed upon. All employees from the front door to the restaurant performed like they were happy to have us there. Finally the price negotiations never became a uncomfortable issue. I would recommend this dealership to any one expressing a interest in buying a car or truck; my son bought a new F150 a week later from Crossroads Ford.

Lisa helped my mother with her new auto purchase a couple of months ago. We went to the dealership not at all planning to purchase that day. Lisa was first to greet us {we planned to ask for her anyway}. She listened to us and went the extra mile to find what we wanted. The car was being brought in from another lot and even though she was due to leave at 6, she stayed until I could get back there around 7:30. She was also great with our kids!! It was my 6 year olds birthday and she have her balloons and even have one to my son. We were very appreciative and would certainly recommend her and the dealership. From the moment you step out of you vehicle everyone makes you feel welcome and not like you're just another sale!! The entire staff is very professional and courteous. My wife and I had been looking for a new Ford Focus for quite a while but could never seem to pull the trigger. When my husband came to the dealership just to "look" at trucks; he didn't expect to leave with one that same day. Graeson McGaha came out and asked him what he was looking for...and from there on that's when it started. This dealership is absolutely first class! Not only did they work to find me a vehicle, and succeed, but they did everything they could with pricing to get me in the vehicle. I've never seen a team of people work so hard to earn my business. They were never pushy or rude, but courteous and professional. Not only did they sell me a car, they have my business for the rest of my life. After visiting countless other dealerships, and feeling like a piece of dirt, or like I was simply wasting their time, Crossroads treated me like royalty. I also noticed the sales staff going out of their way to open the door for me and my family every time we entered and exited the building. What a refreshing experience! I could write a book about how this entire staff worked hard to earn my business. I've actually never encountered anything like this in my decades of buying new or used cars. Words simply can't express how impressed I am with this group at Crossroads. If you're looking to buy either a new or used car, this is the place I'd recommend. At least give them a shot. I have worked with several family members in purchasing new vehicles over the last several years. Most dealerships give the typically unplesant experience of high pressure commission sales; at some dealerships this gets so bad it's almost anoying. However when I went to buy a vehicle for myself at CrossRoads Ford, the experience was one-of-a-kind. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. The energy I felt was that of the entire team trying to help me get what I needed, and not that of high pressure sales. In the 10-15 deals I have been a part of, Frank DiVeglio has provided the most plesant and satisfying buying experience by far. I recommend this dealership and Frank to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I found the 2013 Ford Explorer I was interested in online. After speaking to the Head of Internet sales, I decided to make the drive from Florence SC to take a test drive. Boy,was it worth it! I'm not one to just go out and buy a vehicle on a whim, so when I searched on line for the truck I was looking for, I found it at Crossroads Ford. So I do an inquiry on the vehicle. I don't usually leave my number but, I wanted this one. I get a call from Graeson McGaha, wow what a friendly helpful guy. I don't usually like talking to salesmen but Graeson was really a down to earth guy like myself. I got a lot of info from Graeson before the trip down. I told him that I was interested in the truck I was inquiring about and, he told me that he would have it ready for me. I live about 2 hours from the dealership but, when my wife and I arrived there the truck was sitting out front ready and waiting. I ended up bringing it home with me like I told him I would. Graeson and the entire staff there are just great people to deal with. It was such a pleasant deal, my wife told them that her next purchase will definitely be with them. My wife and I were so impressed with them that was all we talked about on the way home. She had just purchased a car the week prior to my purchase, so we will be definitely making more trips to Indian Trail Crossroads Ford. Thnx Graeson for all your help, you make truck buying a lot easier and friendlier process.

This is 3rd vehicle my family has bought from Crossroads Ford, one in Southern Pines, Cary and Indian Trail. My son had been looking for me a convertible for a while and when he found the Mustang at Crossroads, I knew I wanted it. He called Walter and asked that he have the car clean, up front and ready to go with his best deal and he met our expectations. The only problem I had was in a hurry and it took a while to get a finance manager to complete the paperwork. I would highly recommend your dealership and will send my family and friends your way if you have what they want.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Graeson and Tyler were very gracious and worked with me over a several day period crafting a deal that worked for me. I gave them this rating because of the time they tool to listen to my concerns and the amount of time we spent haggling for a fair deal. No pressure tactics were used; I knew what I was comfortable with and we worked to reach an acceptable compromise. That is, after all, the art of the deal. This is the second car I have purchased herre, and when the time is right, they will definitely be one of the dealers I work with.

My wife and I just purchased a CPO 2013 Ford F-150 XLT from this dealership. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend both the dealership in general and Rodrick Hunter (our sales consultant) and Tyler Finch (our Finance representative) in particular. With respect to the dealership, it had a very pleasing appearance, it was spotlessly clean, well organized, had a great cafe and the staff was very friendly. It also had a very good selection of vehicles (both new, used and CPO) on hand. With respect to Rodrick and Tyler, both were very professional and knowledgeable. We honestly didn't feel pressured to make a decision with respect to the vehicle we selected. From our perspective, Rodrick and Tyler were friendly, easy going, approachable and honest. I cannot express how helpful and friendly everyone at Crossroads Ford is. I needed a new car in a short amount of time and my parents live in a different state then I do. This was my first big purchase, so Lisa worked a lot over the phone with my parents to help me - she was very professional and went above and beyond what she needed to do. I liked it a lot. Decided this was what I wanted went inside and did the paperwork then it was time to get it financed had a little trouble and Graeson said he would call me Monday he asked what time I got off work I told him I had just got off work and the call came in and Graeson said I have good news and bad first thought was the loan didn't go through he said no not on that car but on a brand new 2014 Ford Focus I said you are kidding he said no can I come over to Crossroads I said yes on my way . had starting noise underneath turns out to be mismatch tires my explorer is an all wheel drive vehicle. tire kingdom sold me two tires instead of 4. bayrd said the only way to solve this by putting 4 brand new tires. I was given a discount along with a free front end alignment and replace the old fluid in the transfer case which was given at discount. runs great no more noise. took the tires back to tire kingdom after talking district manager he agreed the salesman should sold me 4 tires got a full refund. thanks bayrd

I purchaced a new Fusion SE due to the profesional manner I was treated, the fast efficient closing, and the great price.I knew that from research my famiy needed a Fusion . But, I was not certain which engine/ powertrain was best suited. Mr. McGaha allowed us to test drive every combination available and provided knowledgable details. After quite a few test drives the choise was made and we have never looked back. There is a lot to be said of a "no regrets" purchace. As to the closing , it could not have been more painless. I have bought many new cars and some dealers use an extended, hours long high anxiety procedure to extract every last dime from the buyer. At Crossroads Ford once I found the car we wanted it was literally minutes and we were driving away in the new car, at a price that was hundreds less than we had planned on.A great Purchace Experience.

We went to Crossroads Ford looking for a new car after my fiances truck broke down. I have worked with all the folks at CrossRoads in the past, and have stayed in touch with them. I emailed Graeson and let him know we were coming and what time we would be there. He met us at the door and after a few minutes of catching up, we got down to business. Greason McGaha and Bobby Wallace worked with me through a trade-in of my 2010 F150 Supercrew to a 2013 F150 Supercrew. I have purchased three vehicles at this location in the past ten years and just walked in to look at newer models. Greason showed me around and I found a vehicle I liked and Greason had my vehicle quickly appraised. He was very helpful in getting me every rebate available. Between Bobby and Greason we agreed on a fair trade in value. I was sure that I wanted to make the deal but my wife needed to be convinced that it was a great deal to trade a purchase. Greason had to sell the vehicle twice once my wife arrived his personality, professionalism and persistence to represent the company and us was a virtue we have not seen many salesman in the past. I previously purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Dale Jarrett Ford. I used this dealership for all service. They contacted me to trade in my Escape - I went in and dealt with Danny Brown. He's a very likeable, personable guy who was friendly but not a high-pressure or stupid-tactic salesman. He was able to make the deal, and then Pat Oberer was my financing guy both times (love him!). The only things I would say to make it better would be to ensure your service department cleans up after themselves. My Escape came back numerous times with oil/grease/grime on the interior...they did once provide me a full detail after I complained. Thanks all!

We had a pleasant experience at Crossroads Ford about a year ago with a recall on our 2004 Ford Escape, so when the time came to replace my 2001 Buick Century that was the first place we visited. Our intentions were not to purchase a vehicle on the first day of looking, but I found a really clean used Buick that I really liked so I enquired about it. The salesman I found was Kevin Wilson, and his friendly and calm demeanor made me very comfortable in dealing with him. There was never a pressure sale atmosphere. He worked very hard to give us the payment plan that we needed to fit our budget, which he did manage to get for us. The overall experience was pleasant and easy...not what I expect from a car dealership. We will most definitely be back.

I was at the dealership getting my Truck serviced and decided to walk around with my wife and look at the new cars. We were not ready to buy but wanted to get some ideas. We were approached by a salesman Graeson McGaha who was willing to let us look at our leisure and was willing to answer questions about the vehicles we were looking at. There was no pressure at all and we left with a good feeling about this dealership. A few months later we were ready to get serious about looking to buy so I gave the Graeson a call to ask about a specific model. He was at work that day and said he actually had a one of that model he would like to show us. We went to the dealership and met up with him and still did not feel any pressure. I went to Fort Mill Ford (FMF) where we had leased a 2010 Ford Flex in 2010 to find a replacement vehicle as our lease would be up shortly.I asked if I could take a vehicle home overnight. I was told "NO", it's against their company policy. I reminded them that in 2010 when I leased the Flex they had no problem with my taking it home overnight. I told FMF that I would be looking elsewhere for a new vehicle, the FMF salesman just shrugged his shoulders. I went to Crossroads Ford (CF) and had no problem taking a vehicle overnight, in fact I took home two vehicles overnight. CF was very accomidating. Doug Benson worked (really worked) to earn my business. He found the righ vehicle (2013 Escape) in Marrietta Georgia and had it shipped in. Doug worked tirelessly with the finance team to secure the right lease combination for me. As I was there during lunchtime, Doug even provided me with a free lunch at the in-house diner...talk about good customer service!One last thing, in 2010 when we were shopping for the Ford Flex, we came to Dale Jarrett Ford (DJF). That experience pushed me over to FMF. DJF did nothing to earn our business. They typified the negative image of a shady car dealer, all they needed was a plaid sports coat. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the customer service was outstanding. We traded in a truck and the deal was one we could not pass up! Also, Bayard Davis in the service department did an outstanding job switching some tires for us and installing a bed liner for our truck. He was very quick and thorough and anxious to make us happy. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied with our experience at this dealership and we will return for future service needs. If we ever decide to trade again, we will definitely see Doug Benson.

My wife and I walked into Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail on 1 January 2013 to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE. Meet Salesman Kevin Wilson who was fully knowledge on the 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE model car. He was able to show us all the options on the car and explain to a point to where even my wife could understand. Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail didn't have my car that I wanted in stock but did have one with all the options that I wanted in-bound to there location. I was able to work out terms with them so the would hold the car for me. After waiting till 15 January 2013 when my new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE with every option on the car came it was a great day. Whant made things better was the General Manager Ray Czerw work with us to make sure we were fully happy and taken care of. GM Ray Czerw also made me a deal on the car that was out of this world. MSRP was $36,335 and told out the door was $32,481. If you want a great deal with great service I would say go to Crossroads of Indian Trail.

I looked for over a year to find the right car for me and my wife. We expected to buy a new Escape for size, seat height, room, tech and MPG. We had been on line many times with Ford.com and decided every option except color. While waiting to see the one last color the new C-Max hybrid came in. We looked at the C-Max and decided we could not let the 47 MPG go so we started over with the C-Max with options and packages. During this time I visited several dealers trying to find OUR car. On the night before Thanksgiving after traveling several hours on a family trip I went on line to Crossover Ford and found OUR car. I called Glen and within the hour we sealed the deal and my wife and I picked ou our car on Friday. We dealt with Pat Oberer for finance and also with the service dept to add several dealer installed options. I will close by saying I have no doubt that Glen and the staff at Crossroads will be there for us in the future.

Our experience at CrossRoads in Indian Trail was very pleasant. My husband made an appointment with Frank, when we got to the dealership, another sales associate asked if we needed help and once we told him we had an appointment, he went and told Frank we were there. Frank showed us some floor models of the Escape & we test drove one of them, but I didn't want that color. After the test drive, we sat down and reviewed the inventory. Frank was not pushy and he was very patient with us. Once we found the vehicle for us, he went and brought it to the front. We fell in love with it. There is still a piece missing from the roof rack that we haven't received, but I believe it had to be ordered. I would definitely recommend Frank to family and friends that are interested in buying a Ford. I do not remember the finance managers name, but he was also very polite.

After looking and working with several other dealerships in the Charlotte area, I thought Mike Riley was the best by far. I was upfront letting him know I wasn't in a hurry in buying a new car and I was thankful he didn't put any pressure on me throughout the process. Every so often in the last couple weeks he sent me an email reminder just checking in and that was great. 90% of the other dealerships kept calling time after time until I finally had to be rude and tell them to stop calling (even though I started by telling them to just email me). It was an overall pleasure working Mike and others (Ray C. - GM). Hopefully in 4 years he'll still be working at Crossroads and Ill buy one or two more cars. Thanks again for everything!

Mike is a great salesperson. He answered every question I had plus was able to give me straightforward information instead of the typical car salesman run around. They were very easy to negotiate with and very fair when it came to valueing my trades. To my delite the paperwork portion of the transaction was very easy and I was never pushed to purchase anything that I didnt need. The extended warrantees were reviewed very briefly but never pushed on me not was the service plan that was available. I will definately be back to do business with them in the future.

I went to Keith Hawthorne Ford in Charlotte for a quote on an extended warranty. They told me why don't I just trade my vehicle in. I told them that I had experienced some unfortunate events and that my credit score was at about "500" or below. They ran my credit and said why don't you just leave your Lincoln MDX here and drive the Ford SEL home and we'll work out the details in the morning. The next morning came and Keith Hawthorne told me they were sorry, but your credit is to low for qualifying for this car, what if we get you an extended warranty or the same car you just drove in a 2012 instead or 2013 and in white. I wanted black. I say ok, I'll take a brand new 2012 SEL in white. The next day comes and again they didn't deliver what they said they could. Keith Hawthorn Ford/Lincoln brought in a stripped down model with nothing in it compared to what they let me drive. I knew my credit was bad and they wouldn't be able to help me but they dragged me on for 2 days. I felt so taken advantage of.I drove off in my original car because I didn't want to give them my business of getting an extended warranty. I looked up where the nearest FORD dealership was and drove into "CROSS ROADS" Ford on Independence Road. It used to be "Dale Jarrett Ford". I went in asking for the same extended warranty. I was greeted by the Dealership's Manager Bobby Wallace and told him that I was looking for an extended warranty. He asked if I was interested in turning in my vehicle and I told him what had just happened at Keith Hawthorne. I explained that there was no way that it could be done because of my lousy credit. He told me to go look around with his extremely friendly, and knowledgeable assistant, Jerald Little. Mr. Little showed me everything about all of the different cars which I wasn't interested in because I knew they couldn't get my credit through. A few moments later, the Manager, Bobby Wallace, said that he could do the deal with a brand new SEL, $500 down and it being a Black 2013 SEL. I'm astonished!! What? There's no way. Are you sure? He said, "yes".Yesterday, 10/10/12, I drove off in my new car which Jerald Little, the sales assistant, was nice enough to come in on his day off to help orient me with the car. I left being hesitant. I was feeling unsure of the deal going through since my last experience and was awaiting a call saying they did some additional review and sorry, we will need you to take it back to them. They called me later to see if I was happy with the car and told me to stop worrying, it was mine! This dealership is unbelievable! They can make anything happen! Working with our sales consultant Mike Riley was a pleasure. He was able to help us deal with our initial loan company (my old credit union in Florida). When the closing requirements required by the out of state credit union would not meet the requirements for NC, he helped us line up a new loan at almost the same rate within an hour or so.The invoice pricing was also much easier to deal with and made our buying experience a pleasure. This was our third vehicle purchased from Dale Jarrett Ford (now Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail).Would definitely recommend dealing with Mike Riley. He was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to go over all the features of the vehicle with us. He always responded to every phone call and every email.

I went in to purchase a Ford F150. I was down to three, The Dodge Ram, Toyota Tundra and the Ford F150. At Dodge they changed the price at the last minute, up 2000.00 from quoted price. They told me the gave me the price on the wrong truck. The experience felt shady, it may not have been, but I felt if it were their mistake they should have absorbed it. I walked out. The two Toyota dealerships, one I went and the one my husband went to, never really even followed up with us. Frank DeVeglio and Mike Muckenfuss were both friendly and professional. They took the time to answer questions. I am not comfortable purchasing vehicles, but they made it a great experience.

After receiving information in the mail from Crossroads Ford,I went to visit and made the decision to trade my 2008 Ford Focus, which a purchased at Dale Jarret Ford in 2008, for a 2012 Ford Fusion. I received a great price for my trade-in and after the rebates and 1.9% interest with Ford Motor Company, I feel like a got a great deal.
