Jonathan was hands down the best salesperson that I worked with in my car search. This is the first vehicle that I purchased on my own and Jonathan always kept my best interests and needs in mind. He worked with me on pricing and features. When it came time to pick-up the vehicle, Jonathan insured that it was ready on-time and took time to discuss all of the features with me. He even went into detail on a feature that was not yet available for my vehicle and told me where to look for it once available.

I have had 3 vehicles from Hyundai, an Accent, a Tuscon and now a Santa Fe. I have never had an issue with one of the vehicles, or any of the staff at Crossroads. Prior to Hyundai, my make of choice was a Ford and was quite honestly considering one when I was introduced to the Accent. Since then, I have no desire to look at a different brand of car. They are reliable vehicles, the personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My only concern is that it is so far from my home, however, I would rather drive a little further and get quality service than drive down on College and get a hack job!

The saleswoman was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured. I paid with a check for the full amount but still had to go through a credit review and waited for an hour before I saw the financial person. It took another 2 hours after I decided to buy the car. I felt that was a bit too long. All of the staff was knowledgeable a divorce friendly.

I cannot imagine buying or leasing a car from anywhere else buto crossroads Hyundai. The entire staff was extremely attentive and kind. Very much knowledgeable about all the features of each car we looked at and never aggressive with trying to sell me something I didn't need. My son was with me during this process and the convenience of the kids play room was great. He had plenty of toys to play with and we were out of the way of the other customers. We even signed all of our documents in the room to make it easier on my son. I loved that they were so understanding of his needs as well. I cannot thank both Allen and Jon enough for making this process easy and pain free.

Great experience! I am on my 3rd Hyundai, because I prefer driving a vehicle for 3 or 4 years then trading for a newer, or different model. I have driven Volkswagon, Ford, Suburu, and Honda. I continue to choose Hyundai because all of the cars have been fun to drive and have incredible features.. My newest the Tucson, is my favorite. With Hyundai, I can get a vehicle with bells and whistles I likely couldn't afford elsewhere. The vehicle is well made and the staff is always professional. My auto insurance rate dropped considerably after this purchase because of all the safety features. Shortly after I noted on the news that the Tucson is rated number #1 in it's class for safety. This dealership does not pressure. They are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with.

Maybe not the worst but definitely not one of the best dealer in Colorado. Still playing the game of hidden unqualified incentive. The onsite price takes a rocket from the e-price after being there, regardless I have clearly indicated my situation in the email back and forth several times. Also, the sales manager is disrespected, but the service guy was quite helpful tough.

like the people at the dealership but if I recommend anyone to shop at this or any other Hyundai dealership that they be very aware to make sure all options that they are looking are actually on the car and not take salesman word or even what the stickers say. The blue link issue is very disappointing. Having to bring the car back a second day to get one relay pushed in completely in order to have the horn work when setting the system. Which should have been caught if the service tech would had tested the remote start system completely before signing off on the job.

Crossroads Hyundai was not your typical dealership! They didn't bombard me right away, and were genuinely interested in my needs! Jon Slack sat down with me and asked me questions about what kind of car I want to get into, and more specifically, what small details were "must haves" for my future car. We then walked around and looked at potential choices for me, and talked about the price ranges of each. After choosing my "dream car" we went inside and Jon calculated, and re-calculated, what my monthly payments could be until they reached a range I was most comfortable with. Everything about my experience was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for all of my future cars! Thanks Jon Slack and everyone at Crossroads Hyundai!

We were greeted by Ron before we even entered the dealership. Salesperson Jon was very knowledgeable. They were aware that I do not enjoy the price negotiation process, and they did all they could to minimize that. Because of my aversion to negotiations, I probably could have gotten a better deal, but I am very satisfied with the price I did get. Their after sale support is excellent. This is our second Hyundai, and first from Crossroads since the management and ownership change. We will be back.

I recently leased a new Hyundai Tucson from Crossroads Hyundai and I was incredibly impressed with the experience and I will be a returning customer, and a referring customer, for life. I had contacted 5 dealerships within the Denver Metro area and visited three of them. The first two were filled with typical sleazy showroom methods, classless sales personnel, and unethical practices. Crossroads couldn't have been more different. I worked with Lisa and John and it was a very professional experience from start to finish. I appreciated Lisa outlining different purchase/financing options, John was very thorough and patient with outlining the vehicle's options, etc., and I was in and out with a new SUV in an amazingly short amount of time. After two horrible experiences at other area Hyundai dealerships, and a ridiculously absurd purchase of a work SUV last year from a Chevrolet dealership- Crossroads Hyundai was a breath of fresh air.

I actually went into talk with Jon Slack who is their internet sales representative and look about what i could do to get a loan since i have had a previous bankruptcy in the last 5 years, and a credit score that makes banks run in terror. I was originally looking at preowned vehicle with 40k miles or less. After working with Jon, Lisa Maurer who is their finance manager, and Chris Bebo their sales manager, I was able to get a great deal on a brand new Hyundai which is something i did not think was possible. They were able to work with their banks to get me a payment I could afford, with an interest rate that I thought was impossible considering that my credit score is so low. Chris was able to help me get rid of my inoperable vehicle through a trade in which they will pick up so I don't have to stress about that either. When the car went in for detailing the detailer noticed a small scratch on the vehicle promptly alerted the sales manager and he immediately made sure that the scratch was buffed out and the paint retouched while I went home to grab the title for my trade in. Every detail was clearly laid out and this team bent over backwards to work within my budget. I recommend anyone in the same situation to call Jon and will recommend anyone I can here as it is difficult to find decent dealers anymore.They really do look out for their customers here. Jon let me know as well that they usually have coupons and deals going on for their oil changes which also include a car wash and safety check of the vehicle.

Just want to mention the quality sales staff that you have - My original salesperson was Shane who was great for my initial visit - since he was not available on my second visit Marianne took us for a test drive and delivered the car - she was excellent at customer interaction and extremely helpful. Ron the sales manager was one of the best I have ever dealt with - extremely personable and helpful. Thanks to them this was a great experience and they should be commended. I have purchased numerous new cars but this experience was the best. Hats off to your staff!!!

I went into the dealership just to look at the Hyundai Genesis because a friend of mine had told me about them and I had never heard of it so I wanted to check it out. The Genesis was a bit out of my price range however the salesman answered all of my questions about it and was not reluctant to let me see it anyways he was very friendly. Then he showed me something comparable in the Hyundai Sonata 2.0 T sport. I knew once I looked through the window at the car that he was pointing at that I was impressed. I took it on a test drive and the salesman answered all of my questions about it and instantly fell in love with the car. Although it was not my intention to purchase a vehicle that day I had spent the last two months looking at cars trying to decide what I wanted even though there were other cars ahead of the list above the Hyundai Sonata I felt very warm and welcome in The Crossroads Hyundai dealership. The manager the salesperson and the finance associate were all so helpful it made the experience great. The other dealerships that I had been to the sales team was a bit too pushy for me and did not really listen to my situation or what I wanted and tried to push me in the car that they wanted to sell me which is why I had not made a decision to purchase from them. I'm thankful for the team at Crossroads Hyundai for being professional and not pushy sales people but actually listening to what I wanted what I needed and where I needed my payments to be not to mention I got one sweet xxx ride

We have had several Hyundai's in the past 10 years, and have always had a good experience. However, with one of the last vehicles we were extremely disappointed equally in the vehicle, as well as the dealership. However, we had to go to the Crossroads Hyundai Service Department to take care of my wife's car, and their customer service was excellent! When we decided to trade in the "lemon," we decided to go to Crossroads Hyundai because of the service we had received. We are extremely happy that we did! Chris and Jon were excellent to deal with! We will gladly tell our friends about our experience at Crossroads Hyundai!

Made an appointment online and clicked on a factory required package that I was told was only going to be 41 dollars INCLUDING a tire rotation. They charged me an EXTRA 25 dollars to rotate my tires when they didn't even change my air filter; I ended up paying over 60 for them to only change my oil. This place is very over priced for the work they did not do and has false advertising on their webiste.

Bought a used car and was told several items were included and/or would get fixed. Took the car to get these items fixed and now the problems are more than expected. Now they dont want to service the vehicle. Eric, a manager who should be leading by example, tells you what you want to hear but please be aware of what he writes down on paper! he tries to act oblivious when you confront him. i will be reporting them to the bbb.

I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. Our salesperson, Brian, met us as we got out of the car and, after asking a few questions, took us directly to the cars we were looking for. All features were explained, prices were fair, test drive was helpful, and the negotiation process was friendly and evenhanded. I walked in hoping to gauge prices and walked out with a brand new car that is exactly what I was looking for and well within my budget. Have already been in to get it serviced (superficial issue with one of the non-Hyundai features) and had a great experience with that. Plus, I left with a freshly washed car! Highly recommend this company and this particular team to anyone.

THIS is my third Sonata Love the car however my other 2 got better fuel mileage and never had any problems at all. I can only hope that this car does the same for me. I had 102,000 on my car that I turned in after owning it for 5 years with no problems.

Matt was good at what he does. He understood what I wanted and I found him respectful. However, the usual games were played and the manager DeAnna was not able to meet the price from other dealerships and seemed resentful that I wasn't too interested in her excuses and putting the blame on Matt. I'd suggest you go see him, but he still has to go through the games that management plays

I have bought two cars from Hyundai in the past 4 years and I kept hoping that thier customer service would get better, but alas, it seems that after you have bought the car they no longer care about you. You have to basically scream and threaten to get anything done there. The employee turnover rate is incredible, EVERY TIME I go in for service I am dealing with someone new which is frustrating. I had a car that somehow did not get aligned when it left the factory floor. I knew something was wrong with the car but could never pinpoint it. I took the car back SIX times before someone finally took me seriously enough to put it up on the rack where they discovered both the rear and front tow were completely out. So frustrated with them that I am looking at other dealerships just to never have to deal with them again!

This car buying experience was the easiest one I have ever had. Tom (internet sales) stayed late to answer questions, let us drive the Santa Fe's, and explained all of the options and the specials that were being offered. He was not pushy, yet informative. We met Chris Bean after hours the first night and he, too, was just willing to answer questions but was not pushy. My husband had researched consumer reports about the Santa Fe and also what a reasonable price should look like in our area. When we went to the dealership and talked with Chris and Tom we knew the amount we wanted to spend to buy the car and trade ours in. We were pleased with the way we all came to an agreement so quickly. We felt that we got a very fair deal for the car we were trading in. I would strongly recommend working with both of these men for anyone who wants a pressure-free, comfortable buying experience. I appreciate Chris and Tom.

My husband and I were thinking of buying a new car. My daughter a former owner of Hyundai and son who is a mechanic said Hyundai is a good car to consider. On our way home we stop at the dealership to just look, We knew others that had Santa Fe's and had been happy with them. Well we spotted a black Tucson in amongst the SanteFe's and ask the salesmen Tom to tell us about both. We were trading in a scion and loved the car but we wanted something a little bigger and more power. Tom gave us the comparisons of both cars and decided to go with the Tucson. I'm an out of state buyer looking for a 2014 Santa Fe GLS in specific color and combination and turns out this dealership has the last vehicle in the country. Fully expecting to not a good deal I got in touch with Internet sales manager Jennifer Smith. I received a competitive quote for the local market but not competitive enough from where I come from. I compared the quote with True car and was able to tell how close it is to the bottom price. Turns out I also qualify for a Hyundai friend and family price. A quick call and a few emails later we agreed upon the price. I was fedexed all the documents and couple of days later we closed the deal. No high pressure sales tactics to upsell from either the sales person or Finance manger Donna Bendele. Both Jennifer and Deanna Woolworth were very professional, constantly in touch with me and patiently answering my questions. They gave me the confidence to leave my vehicle with the dealership for a few days after the purchase.Jennifer personally picked me and my family from the airport (1 hr away from the dealership), even helped me shop for a car seat on the way (we left ours in a rental car). I picked up my vehicle 10 days of the purchase I was happy to see it parked under the canopy away from other cars on the lot. I dealt with many sales people during my purchase process and I have to say most of them know nothing about various features or changes from last year model. Many times I have to in turn teach them. However Jennifer stands out from the crowd and is amazingly knowledgeable on the product she sells. I actually learnt about many useful features during our delivery which is unheard of for people like me who does extensive research before buying. I left with a felling that she is passionate about her job and just loves selling cars.All in all a wonderful shopping experience. Its a shame they are so far away from my location or else I would be a repeat customer. I wish dealerships in my area are as professional as crossroads staff.

Ive been to this location 5 times looking for a bulb. The first time I was not expecting them to have the bulb I was looking for but after they ordered the bulb and I picked it up it was the wrong size?? Then each time back I brought the bulb needed and the switch it goes to but they still have not got the correct part. This last time I went they were to busy talking with each other to bother with a customer. Not going back!!!

Had the best Car buying experience in my life. I didn't feel pressured, or taken advantage of. We have done our research on the Hyundai and knew we would eventually buy it or the Chevy equinox. The Hyundai surpassed our expectations. The staff was very informative and helpful and taught us everything about our new vehicle.Even though the Hyundai almost sells itself, our expectations and needs were met by the staff. We were able to negotiate the price and payment we needed to fit into our budget.I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years. I don't change vehicles often so the 10year/100,000 mile warranty was a huge selling point. I feel confident this vehicle will suit our needs for many years to come.Thank You to the Crossroads Hyundai Staff for educating us on the product and working with us to financially work with our budget.

Stay AWAY!They are deceptive and manipulative crooks. Worst experience with a car dealer ever. They were nice to begin with, but when the deal was closing, they became pushy, and even rude. It was late, and I was talked into an add on package that I changed my mind about a few days later, which was within my rights as a consumer. They refused to refund my money stating that it was part of the deal. No where on the receipt did it state 'no returns or refunds'. I paid cash for the vehicle. My purchase paid their commissions for that month. They took my money and then the customer service ended. They give Hyundai a bad name.

This was my first car purchasing experience. Personally, I was terrified about how this process would go and what my car would go for. Jonathan sat me down and started talking options WITHIN my price range, no tricks or trying to up sell me on cars that I would not be able to afford down the road. He took me out to the cars and explained everythig about them and had a carfax history report on each one waiting for me so I could see any potential problems with each car. Jonathan took my car to his manager and got me a great deal on it. Each was allowable for a test drive to make sure I really liked the car I had in mind. I am now the proud and happy owner of a beautiful car. It even came with a complete power train warranty! Honesty in a used car salesman? It lives here at this dealership. I would personally recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a car or just wants to talk options. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car and Jon helped to ease all my worries. If you are looking for something along these lines then look no further. Great experience.
