We had a great experience at Crossroads Infiniti! Victoria was the salesperson that helped us with checking out our vehicle. Yuri assisted us in setting up an extended test drive and answered all of our questions. They worked with us to set up a deal we both felt very comfortable and treated us with impeccable service even though we were buying an older used vehicle! Was looking to buy a QX56 2012. Listed with 36K miles. Price of car is dropped $2K on two different websites. Confirm price including out the door price with sales rep, but now the car is out on an all day test drive. Late that day car returns and now available. Make plans to drive to dealer to purchase car next day and communicate to sales rep Claude. Right as we are about to leave for the 120 mile ride was told car is now $2K higher in price?? Completely disgusted with process complain to dealer and management they indicate it was an error despite it showing up on 2 websites and the rep confirming the price on the phone. Yuri sales manager says they cannot sell the price listed on two web sites and quoted but can drop the price $400. Despite having made arrangements for a ride and taking half day off from work we decline. Get a call back can we meet in the middle on price, we still decline. End of day crossroads calls back back and now car can be sold at price as listed two days ago and was confirmed by sales rep. . A day later drive to dealer. Car was not in the "super nice condition" as described. Several scratches through out the car. Go on test drive and discover heated seats not working. Sales rep tells us it could be a fuse. We disagree and they indicate since they are losing money on car not sure what can be done. Car also has 38K miles versus 36K no big deal but that must have been one heck of test drive. Eventually they send the car to service and they discover this is a known problem but is covered under warranty. We decline to purchase car. Yuri sales manager offers a $900 discount on warranty which does little since the car is still under manuf warranty unless i want to spend close to $4k. They counter with agreeing to drop price by $400 and get better financing at 1/2% point lower than originally quoted. Ok so we are back buying. Now we are told car is missing headphones to entertainment system and car has one key fob versus two??? Quick google search after market headphones start at $40 but it is $400 to get a new fob and have it programmed. After grandstanding they agree to replace lost Fob. We are ok getting new headphones ourselves. Signing all paper work ready to buy car dealer asks us to sign paperwork indicating car is "as is - no warranty" despite the paper work in the car window saying the opposite and being covered by manufactures warranty. That is the last straw, we are done and walk out of dealership. Yuri and another associate follow us to car try to save the sale and we leave and say Merry Christmas. Today car is listed with the highest price ever ($3,241 higher than the price they agreed to sell us the car) and the mileage is still incorrect. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They will play cheesy car sales game with the sales rep and manager doing the typical two step. The financing team will not initially get you the best interest rates and try to profit getting you a higher interest rates and sell your note at an inflated rate which will make them a referral fee.

I came here to look at a pre-owned vehicle and had made contact prior to my visit. Upon my arrival and on due diligence through research I found the car had been wrecked. The dealer presented me a clean Carfax and finally admitted they knew the car had been wrecked. None the less the price of the car was non negotiable and when I raised this to the GM via email he didn't even bother to respond.

Horrible horrible deceptive practices. We went on a Saturday evening, waiting to hear back on Monday and they sold the vehicle right out from underneath us!!! Just crooked! Would never purchase a single thing from this crooked outfit! They do not respond to emails either.Posting everywhere I can so the word is out...Shame on you!!!

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Crossroads. Drove from out of town to purchase a BMW 335i with 10k miles. When asked about its condition by email I was told it was "immaculate inside and out" and is in "showroom condition". The salesman told me he physically went out there and verified the condition. After a long drive out there after work, I noticed very deep quarter size scratches in the center aluminum console piece. Extremely noticeable from any seat in the car. How was this bypassed? The salesman said "sorry, I must have missed that". Here's the kicker he wouldn't budge on the price. They played their typical game of telling me how great of a price it is, etc. He was extremely rude and had the attitude of "buy it or leave it, I don't care". Like I was bothering him being there. Knowing I just drove in from out of town. I had to leave the dealership and call him on my way back home, before they finally agreed to cover the cost of the simple $200 part replacement. Unfortunately, this was not the main issue. When I returned the car back home, that same week, I took it into a local BMW dealer for a check-up. They found all four tires to have abnormal wear. All the tires were Chopped and Feathered. That is they have developed waves in them. The waves catch air and cause noise and whistling. The car is extremely noisy because of this between 30 and 60mph. Who drives at these speeds right? The local dealer said the only fix is replacing the tires. He said their dealership would have never sold a BMW with these tires and would have simply replaced them before the sale. After all the car has only 10,000 miles on it. When I contacted Crossroads, the salesman insulted me with it is your "Personal Preference" to have tires that are normal and just because they're chopped and feathered doesn't mean they should have changed them. I escalated to the sales manager, Mike Asbury, who after multiple emails, finally responded "sorry, nothing we can do". After numerous failed attempts at even the basic customer service, I contacted the General Manager, Kolter Kesler, and figured maybe he would care about his dealerships reputation. After multiple emails, he finally agreed that if I drove all the way back to Crossroads, they would inspect the car, and if they deemed the tires were an issue they would cover, and here's the kicker, only half of the cost. So this means I have to waste a whole day of driving, just to get there and if by some miracle they agree to change out the tires I have to pay for half. This is all of course in addition to the mount, balance, and alignment that is necessary when replacing these runflat tires. Who expects to spend a thousand bucks out of pocket on a BMW with 10,000 miles they just purchased from a reputable dealership, when the car was advertised as immaculate condition in written emails. I'll be replacing these tires myself without the wasted headache of wasting a whole day driving to Crossroads. Bottom line is this dealer does not care about providing even decent customer service. They're only in it for the money. This is a shame because Raleigh deserves a dealership that people can trust and come back to and unfortunately Crossroads is NOT one of them. Stay away and do not waste your time here. I know I will never be back.

I highly recommend Crossroads Infinity.Having bought cars all my life from private parties, dealerships, online sites, and buying cars out of auction, I want to point out something unique I found going on at this phenomenal dealership. If you want to see 11 major car dealerships in just one stop, go to Crossroads Infinity.This talented staff leverages that they are part of a family of 10 other major car dealerships (owned by one common, North Carolina, Christian owner) with a searchable online site containing over 3,000 new cars and 1,600 pre-owns (crossroadscars.com).All I do is go online, pick 3 cars I would really love to see (out of 4,600 any brand), and when I show up on Saturday, they are lined up in a private spot out back with the doors open and keys in them. No staff around making you feel uncomfortable. But always available.I live in Emerald Isle, NC and my experiences have been so superior with them, I drive 3 hours every time someone needs a car. They stand behind their product, and I just cant beat the value.Thank you Paul Clements, Luby Blackmon, and John Moulton for things you do that are far too numerous to count. I wish many blessings on these fine folks who really take pride in what they do.

Here's my story: I found a car on their website and had a online chat with Craig. He got me close enough to my budget to take a look. Made the 40 minute drive with a friend and an hour and a half later I was driving off the lot with a new car. Here's the great part: Got home with the car and it wouldn't restart, dead battery. Gave Christian (salesman) a call. He asked if I could jump the car and bring it back. They put a brand new battery in and I was off again within 20 minutes. Thanks For Being Stand Up Guys!

I was waiting for the dealership to redeem themselves after they have failed to provide me with my license plate and my title. After my 30 day tag expired and no one contacted me I reached out to them and it took emailing everyone including the GM to get a response. Their fix was to provide me with a 96 hour permit (7 more days). That has now expired and there has been no follow up from the dealership. No tag. No title. It is now illegal to drive the car I paid for and they have the money for. Why is this still my responsibility to follow up? Very unprofessional and very disappointed in the service I'm receiving. It has ruined the entire experience.UPDATE: After contacting them once again and letting them know I was going to call their inspector they came up with the tag later that night.

I have dealt with these guys for about 5 years, after the initial purchase of a M45 Sport sedan. They gave me a great deal on the M45, helped me with all warranty and service issues including things I have had problems with on previous vehicles/other dealers. Overall, they have done a bangup job on both sales and service.. so much that I bought a second car from them! The new M56 Sport sedan is just a svelt and sleek as expected, and the sales and service team have combined to make the experience unforgettable. Everyone is so ridiculously nice and helpful, both sales and service seem to strive for excellence in customer satisfaction. I can't recommend them enough, and I will be buying my next car from them! After knowing exactly what we wanted in a car and having found it at Crossroads, we contacted Crossroad and had an appointed time that we would arrive with checkbook in hand today.. Upon arrival, we are looking at the car, a salesman (not the one we had spoken with on the previous day) opens the door and says "This car is sold"...and jerks the keys out.. After the sales manager comes out, seems like ..this couple had been looking at this car for several weeks...and we were used to lure them back in..to put up a deposit... Our salesman told us last night that the car had been washed, waxed and filled up with gas for us. Hmmm wonder how this couple knew we would be there at 11 today......because they were rapidly leaving as we were looking at car... Lots of cars and car dealers but its sad that people do not valve honesty and their word means nothing!! As we were leaving the sales manager told us to have a "bless day".

I've never been a fan of dealerships, too many mark ups, too many sales gimmicks, etc. In our current search for a vehicle we ran into two bait and switch rackets and one that had serious ethics problems and these were all major dealerships. I wasn't expecting much when we drove into crossroads infiniti but Mr Lubyanka was pleasant, professional, owned up to what he couldn't answer and found answers for us. Mr. Chauhan bent over backwards to help us and the entire dealership was friendly and hospitable. We will no longer need to travel from dealership to dealership looking at cars... we will just head to Crossraods Infiniti.

All the way from Canada I had the pleasure of buying a used BMW 335i from this dealership. Tracey R at this dealership helped me with the entire process, helped with tons of answers, obtain service info on this car and came to the airport to pick me up. They had the car ready waxed and shine right in the dealership, after taking delivery of the car I had a great time driving it back up North. I have purchased 2 Infiniti's from this dealership. First purchase was with Infiniti of Raleigh 10 years ago and most recently with Crossroads Infiniti. Both times I had the best experience with everyone there. Paul and Yuri remain at the dealership since my first purchase back in 2004. Anytime I go by to check out their inventory, no matter how long it has been, they remember me and are very friendly and show genuine interest with how my vehicle is performing. Tracy Rumer was my most recent salesperson. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will get the job done! I have had the car for almost a year and she continues to follow up with me offering her assistance if I need it! I highly recommend you ask for her when you go! Also, they have the best showroom and amenities for their clients. You will be quite comfortable waiting for your automobile to be serviced. Finally, I just want to say that I still have my first Infiniti, an I35. It has almost 200,000 miles on it and it keeps on going! It was because of this car's reliability that I went back to purchase another Infiniti, a 2013 G37. I expect this car will be just as reliable as the other!

Our experience during our visit at Crossroads was the very best and honest experience we have had since we began our quest for a vehicle! Tracey Rumer is an honest and friendly salesperson that never forced her views or oponion upon us as many of the salespeople we have encountered. Tracey Rumer was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and she worked in a very straight forward manner. I needed to replace my 2008 VW, which I really liked and had served me well. However, I needed a little more trunk space than the VW provided, so I made a list of vehicles and started visiting dealerships. There were two other dealerships that probably could have closed a deal with me before I got to Crossroads Infiniti, but they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, and they didn't seem especially interested in getting exactly what I wanted. Infiniti, on the other hand, made sure I knew all the available options so that I could make the best choice. In the end, they brought in a QX60 from their sister dealership, and a test drive pretty much finalized my decision. The best part of the test drive was that there was not a cable on site, so my sales rep had me drive to his house, where he got his iPod cable. This allowed me to see all 160 glorious GB of music on my iPod on the QX60's touch screen. So, while the other sales reps were very nonchalant about getting me what I wanted, the Crossroads Infiniti rep was making certain that I got the car I wanted AND tested out a feature that was important to me. I gave them 5 stars for "Quality of repairs," which may seem unusual for a new car, so let me explain. As part of the deal, they included a towing package, which was not on the car the day we closed the deal. But, within two days, they had the parts available, so I dropped my car off and took their loaner to the gym. When I returned to the dealership, my car was ready at the promised time. I've also come back about a month after the sale just to get a car wash, which I think is a nice perk. I like Crossroads Infiniti's attention to detail, both during and after the sale, and I like their team approach to sales and service. Highly recommended!

The overall experience dealing with Geoff at this dealership was very professional and he provided me with everything that I needed to make my car buying decision. Oh my God! Mr. Henry was GREAT! He made sure that my husband and I were very comfortable and well taken care of. I made the statement about how I was sorry that he had messed around with us all day. Mr. Henry stopped in his tracks and told me that his assisting us was not a waste. He was honored to make sure that we were going to be pleased with any decision that we made. The sales associate I had the pleasure of working with was Tracey Rumor. She was most attentive to all our needs: offering refreshments, providing the Carfax upfront, as well as being direct and concise in regards to the car. The test drive was wonderful: her conversation and knowledge about the car as well as warranties were top notch. They were upfront in their desire to close the deal, but Tracey and Yuri the sales manager were not the "typical car salesman pushy". They worked with us and our budget to provide us with a great offer that we couldn't refuse. In finalizing the sale and dealing with all the paperwork, John Moulton was easy going and enjoyable. He told us all the options for warranties available to us, and again, worked with our budget to give us an offer than we couldn't refuse. In having my car serviced several days later, again I was impressed at the level Tracey and the dealership went above and beyond to meet my needs and not inconvenience me in any way. Overall, the car buying experience was exceptional and I would be more than happy to refer this dealership and Tracey to friends as well as return here for future vehicle purchases.

Worst car buying experience ever! Went in to buy a used car, was totally lied to the whole time! Through phone conversations I got the payment I wanted an they said no wrecks on carfax report! Got in there to sign papers payment was 30 dollars more on the payment each month, there was a wreck on the vehicle 2 months prior and tried to get more down payment out of me! Long story short they sold the car for too little an had another buyer come in an wanted the car back, after falling in love with it after a week, they kept saying my loan was returned from the bank an it wasn't approved, but little did they know I was in direct contact with bank and bank finally returned my package only to get a few more copies of paperwork! They bullied me into taking it back and I had such a bad experience I left the car there! I will never go back there, I wouldn't suggest anyone who wants to buy a used car and doesn't have the utmost perfect credit go there either! If there were any negative stars I would put negative stars, they were absolutely awful and I cried for days over this! And to top it all off they had me put dealer tags on the new car, took my tags and drove my car on a toll road so I got the bill with the picture of my tag and the exact day and time when my car was driven on the toll road so now I have to pay that also. Awful experience and wouldn't recommend anyone go there!

I came in to purchase a "J" series vehicle, but was looking for a vehicle with "bourbon" interior. Unfortunately, bourbon interior is no longer offered. Therefore, I inquired about an earlier model "M" series that had the "bourbon" interior. Tristen stated they didn't have one on the lot, but would keep his eye out. A week later I received a call from Tristen stating a M35 with "bourbon" seats had just been traded and asked if I could come to the dealership to take a look. He sent me the link with all the information prior to me leaving the house. He also followed up with me after sending the email. I met with Tristen that afternoon. His professionalism throughout the process was impeccable. His patience with my bank was beyond any norm (needless to say we were on hold for over an hour!). Also, I had a few "promise to fix" items listed, Tristen has already followed up on those items as well. I told him to relax for the week of July 4th and get back with me the following week. After receiving such outstanding customer service, I have no worries that Crossroads Infiniti will not fulfill their obligation. I can't say enough positive things about Tristen and the entire staff at Crossroads Infiniti (Raleigh)! Everyone was very friendly, and the moment they saw you sitting alone someone was always asking, "ma'am, are you being helped?" Yuri continuosIy followed-up throughtout the entire process and was there at the very end with the official "thank you!" Also Elliott, was very efficient with the finalization process. It was well passed 9:00pm and Elliott was still as chipper as he was when I first got there! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Crossroads Infiniti and have already referred my son to Tristen. Whatever the training process is and whatever the code of conduct is, it definitely needs to be passed down to dealerships across the nation! This company's Christian-based ethics shows!

The Crossroads Infiniti dealership located on Capital Hills Drive in Raleigh, N.C. deserves high recommendations. The facility itself is "State of the Art" and is designed to offer their customers an excellent blend of comfort and service. The entire staff from the service department to the sales floor make it their responsibility to see that your needs are met with a smile and honest concern. My experience began with the service department as I bought in my 2006 Infiniti for brake repair...Crossroads was able to solve myproblem that an independent garage owner could not. Michael Cavalchire, my service consultant, and Mark Flaherty, the service manager,both gave me the time and attention I needed to understand the problem and ultimately the correct solution. I was then interested in test driving the 2013 G37 Sedan and was introduced to John Moulton, sales consultant. John is the perfectsales person as he is kind, has a great sense of humor, and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to technology that surpassesmy limited abilities! We picked out the perfect G37, did the test drive, and after very pleasant negotiations (absolutely no pressure), I was the proud owner of a G37. John met all my needs and requests...he came to my home to program my Infiniti to open our garage door, showed me how to operate my iPod within the vehicle, and found me the promotional literature I requested on the 2013 Infinitis. I know that John Moulton is available to me at any time should a problem or a question arise...and he will tackle it with an honest smile and a great sense of humor! I must also mention Yuri Mirzoyan, sales manager, as he too was an important participant in the whole process. He too, like John, has an enthusiasm and a wonderful sense of humor that makes you feel "right at home". I mentioned to all the fellows that I had purchased a fewcars in the past and this was the very first time that the entire process had actually been "FUN". Crossroads Infinti has my recommendation!

I had been searching for a new vehicle for nearly a year. I was unimpressed with every dealership I visited until I came to Crossroads Infiniti in NC. Their motto is the total customer experience and they live up to the name. I was outside looking at the new M35h. Tristen Nguyen came out promptly, opened the car, started it, and allowed me to test drive it. He was extremely knowledgable about the car, and answered all of my questions. Upon returning to the dealership he gave me a tour of the service department, customer waiting area, and asked me what I thought about the car. I was very much impressed with the car however it was outside my budget, but I told Tristen if they were to get a certified pre-owned I would be interested in looking at it. He was honest and said that the M35h model probably wouldn't be too available in the certified pre-owned realm.Tristen kept in touch with me via emails and regular mail letting me know about sales and promotions they were having. Nearly 3 months after my initial visit to Crossroads Infiniti Tristen called me and said they had received a pre-owned 2012 M35h. He emailed me information on the car, and we scheduled an appointment to look at it. Long story short I ended up buying it. Never did I feel pressured to buy it. When it came to price negotiation, Yuri Mirzoyan came over and negotiated. He was very courteous and professional. For financing, I dealt with Elliott Aronowitz. He was very knowledgable, and was able to provide a competitive APR on the loan. After the sale, Tristen made sure the car got detailed and went over some of the features of the car with me. Tristen has continued to stay in contact with me to ensure all my questions are answered and that everything ok with the car. Again, I am very impressed with the entire experience with Infiniti and specifically Tristen and the Crossroads Infiniti dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and Tristen to any of my friends and family.

Although the dealership was extremely busy on the day of our visit, we were greeted promptly and treated courteously by each employee. Our salesman was Tristen Nguyen. On Saturday, my husband and I stopped by the dealership to check out a beautiful car that another couple was test driving. My husband met Frederick and told him to contact us if the other couple decides not to purchase. Later that afternoon, Frederick called my husband and told him that the car was still available. We were unable to come back to the dealership that day, but my father was able to come on Monday. He was very impressed with the sales staff and their honesty. Being a self-proclaimed "daddy's girl," I trust my father's opinion and first impression of people. Frederick was extremely knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the car that I purchased. His manager was also easy to work with and very straightforward, which we appreciate when buying a car. Tristen was wonderful to work with from the test drive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and allowed me to take a long test drive. I was not ready to purchase at that time, but he kept in touch with me over the next few months and kept me in the loop of the specials that were going on. He suggested that I take a 24 hour test drive which allowed my family to fall in love with the car as well. When I was ready to purchase he went above and beyond by meeting me at my home to help me get both the infiniti and my old car to the dealership. The other Infiniti Dealership that was also referred through Edmunds.com contacted me for the first time when I had already test drove the cars, got my questions answered, and was negotiating price of the car I ended up buying. Also, the other dealership reached out to me with a cut & paste standard email versus Julie reached out to me personally with the exact information and detail I was looking for. The level of quality service provided by Julie and Crossroads Infiniti shined versus the other one. Julie also was very patient with me answering quite a few questions. I recommend her to anyone that's looking for new car.

My experience at Crossroads has been very positive. Despite the initial poor impression I got of the sales consultant I had been in contact with prior to arriving at the dealership, I was very impressed upon meeting and dealing with Julie after the other consultant passed us off. Julie's easy-going yet professional demeanor coupled with her excellent product kowledge made her a pleasure to work with. At every instance she was honest and forthcoming in the answering of all the questions asked. As my wife and I will be in the market in the coming months to get a different vehicle we are already looking forward to working with Julie again, so much so that despite the fact that she will be working at a different location soon, we will be going to that location for the sole purpose of getting to work with her again.

I have worked with some good sales reps., however, Henry Caldwell has been one of the best! Henry's excellent customer service extends beyond the sale of the car. He followed up one week later after I purchase my car to make sure I still was enjoying my new car, as well as, to make sure I didn't have any additional questions about the features of the car. A car dealership is just another dealership without excellent customer service and a caring, knowledgeable staff. Henry represents the aforementioned qualities to the fullest. I was apprehensive at first about being able to do businness at Crossroads Infiniti simply because Raleigh dealerships have a reputation of having higher prices than dealerships outside the area. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the way we were treated and the fairness of the deal. Julie Doering was a pleasure to work with! She was informative but not high pressure and this is important for me. EXCELLENT... describes my entire experience at Crossroads Infiniti. Jermaine and Yuri were very helpful and not once did I feel pressured. Me and my husband had been to 2 other dealerships in the area. Both dealerships never asked for our names or phone numbers. In fact we had to go inside of one and ask for help in which it seemed as if we were disturbing them. People have to be careful not to judge a book by its cover because you never know what is on the inside. Jermaine was very responsive to my emails. What made this experience even better is that the General Manager, Paul Clements personally thanked us for our purchase, and I can tell he spoke with sincerity. We absolutely love Crossroads Infiniti! Can't recommend it enough. My husband had been a fan of the brand for years, and we leased a G37 sedan from them about a year and a half ago. The entire sales experience was phenomenal. Gary Feldman was our salesman, and I can honestly say he's one in a million. Charming, warm, knowledgable, and incredibly friendly... He never once gave us a hard sell, pressured us, or pushed us towards a different vehicle. He was respectful of our time, budget, and lifestyle. When it came time to run numbers, he brought in Kolter Kesler. Kolter was just as gracious and respectful. We went back and forth with quotes, and settled on a number that made everyone happy. Signing process was quick and easy-- and we appreciated so much that there were no hidden fees: the downpayment we made covered all tags, titles, and first month's payment, and the monthly payment was exactly what was promised, to the cent.The dealership itself is clean, spacious, and modern. They offer free drinks and food during service visits, and have left cookies and water for me in the car after oil changes.We loved the car and service so much, we went back a couple weeks ago and picked up an EX for me. Not only did Gary and Kolter remember us, they treated us with the same courtesy and affability as before. That first experience was great enough to bring us back, the second experience cemented us as loyal customers for life.

I purchased my first new Infiniti in June 2008 (G35) from Chris Hawk and have visited this dealership numerous times during those 4 years for service to my car and absolutely have been treated the very best since day one. Recently I had an accident and my car unfortunately was totaled from another drivers negligence, needless to say I was very unhappy about the situation, however, I contacted Crossroads Infiniti once my car was declared a total loss and Chris immediately went to work again..since I live in Fayetteville, NC and was injured in the accident, I spoke with him several times on the phone prior to coming to the dealership. Over the phone, I told him what I was interested in (another G of course) and he gave me a good idea prior to arriving of which cars we would be looking at after he was able to narrow down my choices with color, packages etc . Once arriving a few days later, the process went just as smoothly as the first time...within a few hours I had purchased my second Infiniti and was on my way. Chris Hawk is an excellent salesman and knows Infiniti cars well..I couldnt have asked for a better salesman...for the first time in weeks, he actually put a smile on my face again since the wreck. I would definitely recommend this dealership along with Chris as the salesman of course to anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti. Not once, during either sale did I feel pressured. The entire experience was great! Also, I'd like to close by saying that Infinitis are truly safe cars...although totaled, my car held up remarkably well during the crash.

I purchased my M35 in May of this year. I initially reviewed the car online and submitted a request to Julie for a "drive off the lot" price, fully thinking I would never be able to afford it. Julie promptly responded and the quote was acceptable; I was ECSTATIC!!! All I had to do was go to the dealership, inspect and test drive the car and we had a deal. I live in Charleston SC and made the trip all the way up to Crossroads Infiniti for the used M35 I had been looking months for. I used Dealerrater.com to find the best reviewed salesman at the dealership and hands down that person is Gary Feldman. From the first phone call I made to Gary, I was impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and no-pressure courtesy. Evaluating a potential purchase that's a 5 hour drive away is no easy task, but Gary made it easy with his keen attention to detail and honesty about every possible question I could fathom. I felt I could trust him before I ever met him. When I made the drive up to Raleigh, the car was in exactly the condition Gary had described and there were no surprises in the buying process. This made for a very pleasant experience. Gary really gave us exceptional service from the beginning and after making the purchase gave us a thorough pre-departure tour of the car. Finally he followed up with a phone call and email thanking us for the purchase and offering to answer any further questions we had. It really gave us a feeling of genuine, above and beyond customer service...the epitome of what I've received from several previous car buying experiences. We also worked with Kolter Kesler the sales manager during our purchase. Overall he did a great job and treated us well. If there was one area of criticism I had for him, it was his slightly unprofessional demeanor towards Gary Feldman. We felt there were a few uncomfortable moments due to an atmosphere created by Kolter when we were at the dealership signing paperwork. In one instance Kolter reprimanded Gary in front of my wife and I for not having a cap on his water bottle near his computer. Additionally, while Gary was away, I told Kolter how impressed we were with Gary's customer service leading up to the purchase, he replied with a comment about how Gary wasn't his best or most professional salesman but he does a good job. Although this was absolutely false, I was surprised at the lack of leadership showed by Kelter, Gary's manager, for making this comment to a customer. In no way did this reflect poorly upon Gary and if anything reflected a lack in basic leadership principles in the management at Crossroads. It also didn't detract from the buying experience but was noteworthy in evaluation of this review. Overall, 5/5 experience at Crossroads and 5+/5 for Mr. Gary Feldman. As a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, Gary is exactly the kind of dedicated professional I would hand pick for my team! Crossroads is lucky to have him, and when buying our new car, so were we. Thanks Gary!

What an inconvenient ordeal from start to finish!!! I am an owner and a fan of the Infiniti product, however, not of this dealership! What a major headache! Be careful, because even when you get a quote in writing it will likely not be honored. They will blame their mistakes on you! I felt zero value as a customer!! And yes, in spite of all this I still bought the car but only because I am a huge, loyal Infiniti PRODUCT fan. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere where you will be better appreciated!

Absolutly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Test drove a used car on their lot and had negotiated a deal. Went the very next morning to sign the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. Was told it was out on a test drive. The manager, Kolter called the people on the test drive and made a deal with them while we were waiting in the showroom! I have never been to a more shady dealership in my life. I was warned by a colleague that crossroads Infiniti was sketchy and had poor customer service, wish I would have listened before I wasted my time! I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer.

I wish I could leave them 0 stars. Do not trust this Infiniti Retail location or be blinded by their nice smiles and friendly atmosphere. At the end of the day these salesmen are trying to sell cars not be your friend or leave you with a "truly exceptional experience" as they say. Make sure you read and reread everything and ask questions especially when dealing with Kolter Kesler one of the managers there. I am posting this review so that no one learns the same $15,000 lesson I had to learn not to mention that a week after I left this place I ended up with a $1500 bill because the tail gate stopped working on my truck and a piece they told me would cost $150 cost me near $600. STAY AWAY and buy your car from another dealership.

I had an amazing experience at Crossroads Infiniti. The showroom is brand new and is immaculately maintained with large windows to provide natural lighting, and is complimented with recess lighting. There are also luxury amenities, including a lounge with wi-fi, apple computers, and gourmet coffee. All the staff are extraordinarily friendly, courteous, and attentive. I worked with Gary Feldman and Kolter Kesler. Gary expressed a true passion for his work and the Infiniti cars, and this showed in his extensive knowledge of the products and attention to detail. He was simply great to work with, and was fun, honest, and genuine. Kolter was remarkable as well. This was my first time arriving at the end of a lease and I was a bit apprehensive; however, he helped make the transition into a new lease a seamless, quick process! I came to Crossroads on the last day of 2011, and it was the best way to start the New Year. At the end of the day, after the purchase, I also met Paul Clemente, the general manager, who was just exceptionally polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Crossroads Infiniti. We found Julie at Infiniti in Raleigh to be a very professional, friendly, pleasant and non-threatening or pushy sales person. She provided us with a thorough description of a few vehicles. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, out of curiosity, we did call Every Other infiniti dealer across the state of NC. The price we were given in Raleigh for the vehicle was good and there was certainly no other sales person we met or spoke with that out shined Julie. That said, we wanted to do business with her and she had maintained just the right amount of contact with us throughout our search. After the purchase was in progress, She made sure we understood all of the infiniti vehicle's features, had it washed and filled with gas. As we left, she said we could contact her if we ever needed any assistance with out new infiniti and I wouldn't hesitate to do so because she certainly seems to be a genuine person. In fact, when I get ready to burn music, I may call her for help in doing so. I would highly recommend Julie at Infiniti.

Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. Luby, the salesmen I had the pleasure of working with today, took me to see and test drive every car I even looked at twice. I never felt rushed, and they ultimately helped me find the car that was perfect for me! After all the paperwork was done, Luby took me out to the car and showed me everything about this car. He literally sat with me in my new car and went thru every amazing feature and setting. I also had the pleasure of meeting Paul Clements, the general manager who personally cares about his clients! This entire experience was unbelievably enjoyable! When they say welcome to the Infiniti family, that's exactly what it feels like! I almost didn't want to leave.

I had owned and leased 2 infiniti g35's and was time to turn in my most recent one. Some of my finances had changed and therefore I was considering a less expensive purchase. I also was looking for some change in my vehicle as I was getting just a little bored. (not because of the quality of course) but just the look. I called around and received other quotes on lower priced cars and then decided to get a quote on another Infiniti again since I do love these cars!! The process was so easy and so smooth with Gary! He always got right back with me and never pressured me but he was a good enough salesperson to read between the lines and know that I was interested in a little change (like maybe a sporty coupe this time). I was worried that I couldnt afford the coupe as I was trying to lower my payment this time. However, after working the details out with Kolter they came back with a price I couldnt resist! Now I have my favorite car ever! These guys are the best and they make you feel like you are good friends every time you speak with them or come in!! Now I cant wait until they open another location closer to my home! Gary, you better be there!

This is my third time to buy a car from this dealer. First time was in 2003, second in 2009, and now, in 2011. Every time I start looking at the competitors first, but eventually get an Infiniti. You can not buy a better car for the money; to get the same or close level of performance you'd have to spend over $20K for the competition. When you add the best sales team and great service people into the equation you don't have to think twice. I only gave 5/5 as there was no option for 10/5.

I visited Crossroads Infiniti 3 years ago to purchase my first G37 Coupe. I was reluctant to deal with them because of my past experiences with the dealership at that time. The salesperson I spoke with over the phone was surprised to learn that I refused to go to Raleigh to look at any cars. I had actually planned on making the trip to South Carolina instead. Gary was so professional and pleasant to speak with that he changed my mind and I wound up taking the trip to Raleigh instead. 3 years later I have leased my 2nd vehicle with Gary and Crossroads Infiniti. Every single person I have dealt with since that time has been outstanding and nothing but the best. A professional atmosphere with kind and cordial people that are willing to work with individuals to make a great deal happen. The only reason I would not return to Crossroads Infiniti would be if I decided that my next vehicle would not be an Infinit. Even then I might entertain the idea of other brands from that dealership though.

The dealership as a whole and especially the salesperson, Claude Blanton, made this car shopping experience pleasant as compared to experiences at other dealerships over the past few years. We were greeted cordially at the door and began talking about what we wanted and needed in a new vehicle. We were unfamiliar with the Infiniti brand and were given an overview of the vehicles produced and statistics on their performance reviews and ratings by well-known publications.My wife and I took a test drive of two models with the salesperson. The salesperson gave excellent instructions on how to operate many of the car features with which we were unfamiliar. We were allowed to drive on both city streets and expressway to get the feel of the vehicle. Wherever we wanted to drive was acceptable versus how some dealerships have a designated circle of street where they allow you to perform the test drive. We had stated we were only trying to obtain information that day and did not need to purchase immediately. The salesperson respected this statement and did not go into a high pressure sales pitch. He did ask if we would be trading a vehicle and we responded we were unsure. He offered to have the vehicle evaluated for a trade-in value. While waiting for the evaluation, we were asked if we wanted to take home a car for the remainder of the day and return it the following day to get a better feel for how the car handled. We declined.The follow-up by the salesperson was great, Claude let us know he was there to answer questions and reminded us of the offer to take a vehicle for a day. Again there was no pressure to close a sale. When I returned to the dealership to make my purchase, the experience again was cordial and stress-free. Sales manager, Yuri and business manager, Chris were also easy to work with.Since owning the car, we have had some technical questions on how to operate some of the features. Claude has always been eager to assist with answers and instructions. The excellent customer service continues after the deal was concluded.

Inifinti automobiles basically sell themselves. Once you have driven one, it is hard to overlook it. This was our second Infiniti that we have leased. Our sales associate, Jermaine Street, was the perfect combination. He was not pushy and very friendly. We felt that he worked for us and not just tried to make sure that he sold a car. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The new dealership is beautiful and the location is much better. Buying/leasing a car can be a very stressful experience, I left last night stress-free. Thank you Jermaine for all of your hard work. You are an asset to the Infiniti team. Overall we left with a beautiful automobile and we feel that we received excellent customer service and to top it all off we know we received an excellent deal.

Gary Feldman, the sales manager and finance manager were all great to work with. We negotiated a very fair price without high pressure tactics or badgering. They showed me all over the facility and answered all my questions. Gary was great on the test drive. He let me drive the car on the highway and back roads, without me feeling like he was rushing to get it over with. With such a big purchase it is nice to get some extra time behind the wheel. Gary also introduced me to the owner Paul Clements who sat done and talked with me for 15-20 minutes. Overall it was more like hanging out with extended family than buying a car...they really make you feel at home.

Working with Rob and Julie was an absolute pleasure! They were extremely helping and working with me on my goal to find the right new car. I completed submitted my company VIP form on line and Julie called me right away. What was so interesting I completed about 5 VIP forms on line for other auto makers and Julie wast the only to call me and she called in less than 15 minutes. She was nice on the phone. I was just completing the forms, I was not going to go out and look for a car that day until she called and emailed. I thought hmmm! this lady was nice, let and my wife and went down to see her. We felt comfortable talking to her and we felt we could trust her. We have had some bad experiences in the past with "male car salesman"!!! However, Julie was able to win our trust, she was not pushy, she smiled and it was a real authentic smile, not some fake salesman smile. You know how salesman can be so cheesy. She was not that. It was like she really cared about us and wanted us to make the best decision regarding purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I are so grateful to have meet her and have her as I sales person. We love you Julie. She then passed over to Chris Biggs (R Kelly Mr. Biggs) and he took great care of us too. Chris explained everthing too and was nice and seemed like a good genuine individual. You know with this economy, people want to know they are spending their money on good products. The general public is growing tired of people who lie and cheat you out of your hard earned money. From my initial contact with the dealership through the USAA Car buying service I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was contacted via email almost immediately after clicking "submit" on the USAA website. Upon following up with a phone call I felt compelled to visit the showroom. They warmly greeted me and my wife and three kids. Rob talked to me and answered all my questions while Julie took a test drive with my wife. Then we switched and my wife watched the kids with Julie while I drove the vehicle with Rob. The entire process was smooth. Though several people handled different portions of the purchase, Julie and Rob remained close throughout and continued to answer my questions. I never felt pressure sales tactics and thought the price was fair and honestly determined. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the dealership. But I must single out Julie and Rob for their exceptional professionalism and personal care. Too bad buying a car doesn't happen more often or I would be back right away. Though we live on the coast I intend to return to Raleigh for my next vehicle purchase.

I originally stopped by for maintnance on my current infiniti car this week and ended up doing some browsing while I was there. A car caught my eye and 3 days later it's sitting in my garage! Julie greeted me and showed me a few cars. The process was simple and pressureless, which is ultimately why I bought. This is my third infiniti so I didn't really need much of a sales pitch which probably would have only lessened my likihood of buying a car. Julie answered the questions I had in a honest manner and if she didn't know the answer she wasn't afraid to say, "let me go check on that." This approach was refreshing to see. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush things. I'd recommend asking for her if you're a future customer. I'm sure this won't be my last infiniti and I will be heading back the next time I am on the hunt again.

I feel lucky that they are in my area :)I initially started with internet quote and talked to Julie, then got a good price from Yuri, finished financing with Chris and finally delivered by Julie and Rob. For the car and all document things, they are so professional and explain everything very clear. You can get any information you are interested without any pressure. For the negotiation, it is much simpler than any other dealership. The first price you will get is totally reasonable, you will not feel cheated after some homework. I did not spend much time on the price because it is already quite low and totally acceptable to me. Every step is smooth and save me a lot of time. I have been researching Infiniti G35/37 sedans for a long time and found it hard to find one that had the 6MT transmission. Finally one of them showed up at Crossroads and I was contacted by Julie. The next day I went out to drive the car and check it out. Julie was very laid back and not attempting to pressure in any way, which I loved. She answered questions and knew about the car just didn't try to pressure in any way. After driving it I pretty much knew it was what I was looking for so the rest of the day was spent dealing with various paperwork of getting a value for my trade (which was very fair) and finalizing the rest of the sale. I was paying cash so needed to have funds transferred to my account that took a few days but when I went to pick up the car they were very patient and pleasant to be around. So I would say the total experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used Infiniti.

Stopped by the dealer on a Saturday to look at the M37 as I was in the initial stages of replacing an 07 Acura. I currently own a G37S Convertible so Iam impressed with the product. My wife, son and I were immediately met by a sales team member, Maurice Wilcox, and was welcomed to the dealership and he inquired about my reason for visiting the dealer. I was upfront with Maurice that I was looking at other products and that upon my evaluation I would make my decision to buy. Maurice was very knowledgeable and "delivered" a very good test drive experience. I met the sales manager as well and between the both of them they understood my position on purchasing the M37. I was not pressured to stay at the showroom and I let Maurice know that I would get back with him on Monday. I test drove several competitors vehicles on Monday and late that day began negotiations with Maurice. I met with Maurice and the Crossroads team on Tuesday and took delivery of my new M37. The entire team from Maurice through the sales manager to the finance team to the General Manager made it a very pleasant and non-aggressive experience. I will recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to give Crossroads Infiniti the opportunity to sell them an outstanding automobile.

Great experience buying my 2008 M35 Sport at Crossroads Infiniti! Julie Doering was friendly, professional and patient and Rob Musso was very helpful in filling in for Julie when she was unavailable. I always like to thoroughly research and shop around for major purchases and each time I went in to Crossroads I never felt pressured or obligated when I left to shop around a bit more.When it came down to the wheeling and dealing, Kolter Kesler presented me with their best price and the best rate they could find for me and my payment - in writing. They were the only dealer I visited (and there were at least 4) that let me walk out with the data sheet to continue shopping around.All the cars I test drove were in like-new condition and the 2008 M35 Sport I purchased still even has that new-car smell. In the past week I have had at least 2 people ask me if it was new. All in all, great service, fair price and an awesome car!

I had been looking for a new car for the last year, but couldn't decide which car was the best for me. After visiting Crossroads Infiniti the dealership felt right. Great dealership. Started with an online quote then went in for a test drive. The folks were very friendly and Julie was awesome. Very patient with the test drive and then pointing out the features, etc. Very thorough. Made my decision on the spot to buy and arranged to pick up the car the following week. The finance person (I have completely forgotten his name) was new but was very nice, great sense of humor and was not the traditional "pushy" finance person who does a hard sell on every option available for extended coverage, etc.When you're paying $50k plus for a vehicle, you expect professionalism and luxury. I got both at Crossroads. Julie was great following up with me on questions after delivery and helping me buy additional accessories. First rate place and would buy from them again. Oh - and I love my Infiniti 2012 M37 (Harbor Blue). It is truly spectacular).

The sales process went pretty well overall. My only "hangup" if you want to call it that was concerning my trade in. I was told to take it to another dealership for their appraisal and if they offered me more then we could negotiate. The other dealer did offer more and they wouldn't change the trade in price for me. We were $1,000 difference in the the price and I haven't had a dealership refuse the deal over $1K. I ended up selling my trade to another dealership and then had to come back and buy the car from their lot. It added a lot of hassle on my part. Matt Newton was great though and he picked me up from the other dealership on his day off (and his kid's birthday!) and brought be to the their lot for the purchase.

Last fall, '10, my neighbor purchased a new QX and I just loved it. Her husband casually mentioned it to Chris Biggs (GM) at Crossroads Infiniti and he contacted me and arranged a test drive. While I was a few months away from being ready to make a purchase (in a lease), Chris was unbelievable! He didn't pressure, push, or bug us, he was so patient, and accommodating! I started looking/researching vehicles that I wanted to test drive and for the value, the Infinity QX just kept coming up on top. Things that were standard options on the QX were costly upgrade options on the comparable models. Chris communicated w/me the way that "worked" for me (via texting/email)! The purchase process was the quickest, easiest and truly hassle free. I'm serious, it was 1-2-3, not an all day process of going back and forth! On my way to get my new QX I got a call about a death of a friend-and Chris was patient w/me and fact that I was preoccupied, he hit the "high-spots" of the QX w/my 11 yr. old son and offered to go back through car when we got back or I could text him if any questions came up. Chris made a point to introduce me to the Service Mgr., (I felt so important). I had met Paul (owner) on a previous visit and he remembered me by name and was so warm and friendly! I cannot say enough about Chris Biggs, his customer service, product knowledge, he's just awesome! Oh and...I absolutely love, love my QX!

This dealership is actually called Infiniti of Raleigh, not Leith Infiniti.<br><br>I drove up to this dealership in my pickup (I had just sold a 2003 SMG BMW M3 and was interested in the FX45s). The salesman asked how he could help me and when I told him I was interested in the FX45, he glanced over at my pickup and told me that he was going to be busy in a couple minutes. I reminded him that he just asked me how he could help me and that it made no sense to change his tune like that. He took me outside and then told me that all the salesmen are really busy today and that perhaps I should come back another day. <br><br>I could not believe what I was hearing. Here there was, a minimum wage salesman judging me by what I drive. I may have a lot of money but I defiantly do not flaunt it and I defiantly do not judge others by what they have. Anyway, I scolded him properly and let him know exactly how pathetic his behavior was. <br><br>I began to drive away but promptly returned to speak to his manager. The manager was much better, though I can only wonder if that was after I told him I had just sold a 60K dollar car. <br><br>This dealership showed amazingly poor taste and I would rather drive 100 miles to another dealer than ever deal with that kind of trash again. <br><br>A truly pathetic dealership.<br>
