The whole experience with the dealership was great. The salesman I dealt with, Rob Briggs, was excellent. He very helpful as I looked over and test drove the vehicles, but there was never any of the objectionable sales pressure. Then he listened as we discussed my perspective on the available Durangos and was excellent as we negotiated the final deal. I have had many car buying experiences in 61 years, but this was one of the best.

I give Crosstown tons of customer-service kudos. I brought them a very non-standard situation - I negotiated the purchase over the telephone from overseas. Then, I arrived to make the transaction as a Washington resident living in Massachusetts, buying a vehicle in New Hampshire. Additionally, I had work requests for the service department- installing a bedliner and removing running boards. All of this added up to a challenge for any dealership, but your team handled it all with a smile! Bob, Ann, and Pat were all super helpful, professional, and well above average.

Joe, from the service department treated us like family. We were traveling when the water pump went out on our 2014, Dodge Ram diesel, we got there late on Wednesday and he took it right in. He not only put us as a priority, but gave us a truck to drive while repairs were made. And he took care of 5 recalls on top of that. It's refreshing to see that level of Coustomer service. Went in to test drive a car, test drive went great, service was less then impressive. The car had a few things that we tried negotiating on but ended up in pressure and felt bullied and attacked into making a purchase on the spot. The manager didn't leave a good impression either. Nonetheless I left with a subpar experience and will not be purchasing from Crosstown.

Bob seemed like a very pleasant man. He answered all of my questions. The first finance lady I met with was very helpful in explaining all the options my credit union might discuss when I chose to go with them for a lower rate (sorry I forget her name!). The second finance lady (Heather) took care of me quickly on the day I brought my vehicle home. My bluetooth was sent to me in a timely manner when they were out of stock at the dealership. The only reason I'm not giving them a full 5 stars on buying process is I was quoted an "out of door" price over e-mail and because of a calculation error it was $100 off. I think the price should have been honored. With that said, I was not given any false information on the base price of the car, admin. fees, or title fees...the final price was just calculated wrong based on those three numbers. I was given a bluetooth in the deal because of this confusion.

Steve is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He knew the lease on my 2013 Charger was coming to an end and knew how much I loved the car. He took a chance on ordering a 2015 with all the features he knew I wanted not knowing if I'd buy my leased vehicle or the new one. I liked that I got an immediate response on cars.com from Crosstown Jeep from an Internet employee who said someone from the dealership would be in touch and they were the very next business day. Communication between phone calls and emails was very good. They were patient when I wanted to finance with my own bank vs one of theirs, they cut a really good deal on a 14 Jeep Wrangler that could not be beat. I did not feel pressured into buying and buying a car that I've not test driven is scary but they had enough information on the cars.com website that I trusted it would be in very good condition and it was.

We heard about crosstown motors through the internet when we just were looking for possibly a new vehicle. We got in contact with Steve one of the salesman who we talked to over the phone several times due to the fact we were looking for a vehicle that would tow our camper and yet still fit in our price range. Steve talked to my husband for a week and was able to get several different options for us. We were traveling a long distance to get to this dealership so we didnt want to waste our time or his. Steve did a great job having differerent options ready for us and had a the prices for each different vehicle ready for us and was willing to show us each of them and have them ready to view. We were very pleased with our shopping experience. Aaron Johnson was very thorough and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Even though it was a busy weekend we were able to be in and out with our new car in no time. We liked the fact that Aaron didn't pressure us.

Wish we could rate our experience with Aaron Johnson, our sales consultant, higher than the 5 stars allowed. My husband visited the dealership on Thursday and on Saturday we drove home our brand new Jeep! Great inventory. Really listened to our needs. We were very satisfied by every aspect of our purchase and enjoyed our opportunity to meet the Aaron and the managers. We will return in about 6 months when my husband needs a new car!

What a great experience, had my mind set to go shopping for a couple of days for a new truck until I ran into Crosstown. My sales experience was wonderful and profesional. Originally contacted the dealership via a request made to their website about a vehicle. I received a quick response (on a day the dealership was closed) by Bob Rayburn. The negotiations were easy and friendly and not at all painful. It was a pleasant experience and Bob could not have been nicer. We purchased a vehicle from them within 48 hours of first contact.

In the difficult position of having to give up my "TOY" Charger. This poor salesman had to take the brunt of it and did it with grace and patience. He was generous and never lost his smile no matter what I threw at him. He was great at explaining the opertions of my new purchase a Nissan Frontier. Will I come back -- sure thing. Crosstown Motors has a nice appearance, cleanliness and everyone was pleasant and helpful.
