I usually have a good experience at this dealership but unfortunately this time they didn't get the problem taken care of. in fact I have another appointment tomorrow to have them look at it again. I hope for success this time. The check engine light keeps coming on and I really don't want to drive the car for a long trip until it is fixed even though they say to do it and not worry as it will be alright.

I always have a good experience with Crotty Chevrolet when I take my car there to be worked on. They are always so friendly and nice . Everyone says hello to me and asks how I am. I would recommend them to my friends. It is a nice dealership. We have bought three cars from them over the years.

Bill Mitchell was my contact and he was very thorough about the process and when it came time for me to take possesion of my vechicle he explained all the features of my new vehicle and we went through every button and what it did. The vehicle was spotless and perfect. Crotty's expessed several times that if anything wasn't perfect to contact them immediately. They are a dealer that knows how to express their appreciation for my business.

All of the people who work at Crotty are excellent. From Debbie who answers the phone to Minette who works in accounting. All of the service crew are exceptional. Bill Mitchell (salesman) is extremely helpful. I needed my muffler repaired ASAP but was unable to take it there. They picked it up for me and repaired it right away. I just can't say enough good about this dealership. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Crotty Chevy Buick has the best service dept. in the area. Always has my GM vehicles picked up for service at my business or home, always washes my vehicles upon return. The struts on the back tailgate of my Trailblazer wore out and Crotty had the parts ordered and ready to be installed the day my vehicle was brought in, did not have to delay another day for parts to be ordered, very efficient. I would recommend Crotty'sService to any GM vehicle owner.

Crotty Chevy Buick really wants to retain its customer base,.1) pick up my GM vehicles at my business or home to service them2) always wash my vehicles upon return3) with GM onstar I am kept current on when oil changes are needed and what Maintainence is needed, 4) I like the small dealership, it's a personal relationship with sales and service personel, they understand my vehicle needs and how to treat a loyal customer.

Heater was not working in my car. Called and they took me in the closest available time slot. Could not find a problem but shared what could of happened. Also told me if it happened again just automatically bring it in and they would take care of it.

On a recent service visit to Crotty, the service department, namely Mike and the service technician,did an excellent job with the needed service on my Silverado. Appreciated the willingness of Mike to schedule the required warranty work that best fit into my schedule. The work was completed at the time specified which was followed up by a phone call that my truck was ready. I always like the quality of work on my vehicles and the personal treatment .I receive at Crotty Chevrolet.

Since I moved to western Pa 16 years ago Crotty is the only car dealer I will use. The dealership was recommended to me and they are truly outstanding. They treat you like family, they offer immediate assistance in an emergency situation, their serve department is the best I have ever encountered in my 50+ years of. car buying. I cannot say enough positive things about all aspects of this dealership. I have recommended them may, many times. A few years ago I was on a vacation in Mi and I bought a 5th wheel. I called Rob Crotty and told him I needed a particular size pick-up truck and needed it to be ready for me to pick up in a week so I could drive to PA, pick up the truck and drive back to MI to bring the 5th wheel back to PA. The whole transaction was done on the phone. When I arrived home Rob had located the truck I needed and had it sitting on the lot ready for me. It was a perfect buying experience totally accomplished over the phone. What a team of outstanding people!

I have searched through the state of New York trying to find a Durango for my wife for mothers day and could not find a car that I liked. My search took me to PA. and to Crotty Chevrolet, the experience that I had with these guys can only be summed up as awesome!!! They took me in, and treated myself, my wife, my daughter, and grand daughter just like we were family, the hospitality was beyond belief, I have never had a car buying experience like this one ever!
