I just purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Crown of Cleveland. I really can not say enough about how pleased I was with the staff on this purchase. Mr. Jason White, our salesman was extremely helpful and should be commended for his knowledge of this vehicle. He took more time than I expected to explain the workings of this Jeep. Being that this vehicle has more whistles and bells than I could ever imagine, I was really not sure I would be able to drive this vehicle compared to my 2008 Jeep Liberty. Mr. White assured me that he would stay with me until I fully understood each systems use. Again I must say Mr. White put me at total ease with my new purchase, he is great salesman and an asset to the Crown team.

I've been buying vehicles for over 50 of my 70 years, and this purchase was probably the most enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership is really nice and good to work with. They gave me what I was looking for on my trade-in, and gave me a good price on the new car. The salesman, Sidney Sexton, was a real pleasure to deal with, and was a real asset in the purchasing process. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sidney to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Sidney even came in on his day off to handle the sale. What more could you ask for. I had been looking at dealers in the Knoxville area, and wasn't happy with their pricing or trade-in policies. I found Crown on the internet, and I am really glad I drove down there.

Took my car in for a vibration. I already had a pretty good idea of the problem, but I half expected to be talked down to or over charged for repairs I didn't need which is usually the case when service centers deal with females. Was told about Crown motors and Jeff Milsaps from a friend, so decided to give them a try. Jeff was very professional and confirmed the problem was as simple as having the tires balanced and rotated. Had the work done and was on my way in no time at all. It's great knowing I can take my car in for work and trust what I'm told. Will definitely be back and happily recommend them to friends.

Great experience dealing with the folks at Crown. Went in to buy a car for #5 daughter as we had purchased a beautiful Lexus for #4 daughter from Crown's used inventory last year. Crown has a fine selection of previously owned vehicles in excellent condition. We happened to notice a spectacular little Hyundai Genesis sport coupe sitting in one of their lots. I stopped the salesman immediately and said, "There is #5 daughter's dream car. Our salesman worked hard for us that day to make our daughter's dream a reality! Now both girls have great cars! Crown made our girls very happy drivers and mom and dad aren't broke either!

We went in to get information on a new Jeep Wrangler. Bridgit a sales lady7 came out to greet us. We could tell she was new and very nervous. We all ended up learning about the Jeeps together. The one thing that was great is she never lyed about anything, she got a manager that was able to give us all the information we needed to make a decision. We will be back to purchase.

Dakota Dillard was awesome. He had posted a pic of a truck on face book and I knew I wanted that truck. I called Dakota and he got busy with all the paperwork over the phone. I was looking to buy a four door jeep and my process started with the used vehicle market. I quickly discovered that used Jeeps are just about the same price as brand new ones. So going with the flow, I went to TRUECAR.com to attempt to find a good price on a JK Unlimited without all the hassle or wonder if I had the best price possible. I was contacted by a Mr. Dennis and he stated that I have what I want and to come to see him. Dennis was very short with me on the phone and his priority was to get me into a store. I asked him that the Jeep that I wanted was at the Cleveland, TN store and I asked him if they still had it. He stated that just to come see him and that he will get me that jeep. I arrived at the Cleveland, TN store only to find out that Dennis forgot to mention that he was at a different store and that the Jeep that I was looking for was already sold. I was quite angry to say the least and I walked out. However, I was contacted by the store the manager, Trey, and he pretty much saved the day. He and his team at the dealership did everything they could possibly do to make this experience the best I have ever had. And they did, very well. Mark Tanner did all the paperwork for me and he was very kind and courteous. I look forward to my happy drive home in my brand new jeep and returning here first for any furture purchases.

I stopped by the dealer to look at a Jeep that caught my eye, but still had no intention of buying. I was met by Carolyn Goode, a member of the sales staff and I explained that I was just looking. At no time was she "pushy" trying to make a sale and really made me feel comfortable just to look around at my own leisure. To me she was just a down to earth person, just like myself, and treated me like she'd known me forever, but was still very professional. Although I left without buying anything, by the end of the day I called Carolyn back and told her I'd be back the next day to purchase my new Jeep. It was one of the best car buying expierences that I've had.

The car I wanted to test drive was ready and waiting as was Mark - no one was "pushy" - everyone was helpful in every way. I will most definitely purchase my next car from Crown - it may not be a while because the one I bought yesterday is a beautiful car in excellent condition and we got a good price and great financing. The entire process took less than 3 hours over 2 days - I would highly recommend anyone to use Crown - and say hey to ALL the folks there - they were all very nice.

Saw a 2009 Cube with 29000 miles on Cars.com 112 miles from my home. Mileage seemed too good to believe for a 5 year old car, but spoke to the salesperson, John Higgins, about the car and he provided me all of the car's background and specifics over the phone and followed up by email. Came up to see car and it was exactly what John said it was. A first owner trade in pristine condition. John was a straight-up honest salesperson and provided you want you wanted to know without the added sales pitch. An excellent buying experience.

I came in on a Thursday and took a test drive. However when I came back on Saturday the Jeep Wrangler i was looking to pruchase had been sold. Mr. Dillard looked at the Chattanooga inventory and traveled with me to look at some other models at that location. I purchased a Polar Edition Jeep Wrangler. Dakota and Crown did a good job with the sales process. We initially drove the used jeep right after they acquired it and noticed instability when driving. Dakota and Crown said they would fix by installing new stabilizer bars, new wheels and Tires. Jeep looks great and rides as expected. They also did this without changing their price as listed.

Some times it takes a small problem to see how great your salesman truely is. I bought my Dart from John Cain. Two months later we had a small radio issue. John helped me get a service appointment, then helped me stay entertained while the vehicle was being checked out. I found out John Cain is great even when you have a problem. Now even if I have a bigger problem, I feel comfortable John will be there to help me. Being this is the first time I have owned a new car I'm glad I bought from John. Our salesman, John was very professional and friendly. He met us on the lot to help us look at different options on a van. He only spoke of price and negociating as we were leaving. I like that we weren't pressured into signing a deal right away. During the negociating process, he continued his professionalism with light humor and conversation as the managers tried to negociate a deal. We did not stop laughing the whole time., The sales and Managment team where having fun while selling. I have not ever had an experience like this before. I am glad I met John Cain at Crown Cleveland, he did what it took to get me a great deal, even though I was in a bind with a broken down vehicle, he treated me as if I was not in a bind. John took the time to explain the whole process to me. He never put pressure on me. He walked me through the dealership so I would know where everything was. This is great customer service. I recommend every one go see John Cain at Crown, there is none better. I also want to mention Steve McConnell, he took great care of me in the service dept. I purchaced a 2012 vehicle. I had a number of Quality defects with it. I was beginning to think there was no hope of getting satisfaction with my vehicle to make me feel satisfied with the purchace of a new car. Then John Cain persistantly pursued every angle possible to get me out of the vehicle. He knew how stressful it had become to me. I cannot tell John how thankfull I am to him for all his hard work. Now I am the proud owner of a brand new Dodge Journey (Pearl White). Thank you once again. John you are the greatest!!!
