Our family recently decided to buy a new car, so we stopped by Crown Euorcars. We have not bought a new car in over 10 years, so we had some apprehension about going to a dealer. Upon walking in we were kindly greeted by Rick Haynes. He worked with us for over 6 hours helping us look, test drive, discuss options all without making us feel any pressure. We concluded the visit with an amazing purchase of a new 2017 Mercedes. We could not be more delighted with our experience as a family at Crown Eurocars. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Great service with friendly staff that were very helpful and efficient. It was time for my 14 year old baby-Mercedes 500SL to drive off into the horizon. I loved her for the entire time that I owned her, but with a car that old reliability becomes an issue. I would have traded years ago except that I did not want to make the investment to replace her. I had been checking the internet for Certified used options and found a 2014 SL550 that had just been returned from lease. I inquired about the car and David Siskin from Crown called me within minutes. Dave was so professional and knowledgable in bringing me up to speed on the new technology; other model options; the subject car history; financing options. Dave also took the time to talk through my interests and preferences for purchasing a newer car. The trade value of my baby was also a sensitive issue for me and the folks at Crown understood that and put together a stellar value package. I cannot say enough about my outstanding buyer experience with Dave Siskin and Crown. Dave has also recontacted me since purchase to ensure that I am satisfied with the car and offered to spend time when convenient to tutor me on the features and newer technology. Dave has encouraged me to call him with any questions and I feel very comfortable doing that. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car and I've purchased more than a few cars over four decades. Dave and Crown will receive all of my referrals!

My wife and I went to test drive a Mercedes C350 and Larry Chapman helped me all the way. From the time we arrived till the time we left Larry was extremely helpful. He explained all features to a degree that I was not aware of. He was not pushy but kindly answered all questions I had. He also gave me good guidance as to my trade. Although no purchase was made Crown Eurocard is a top notch professional dealership and I will not hesitate to come back.

I was trapped in flood waters on 8/31/16 in Bradenton, Florida. I called Mbrace for assistance. They left me stranded!! I called Tom Cammarata at Crown Eurocars for help. He finally got me towed to the dealership. He stayed in contact with me by phone while I was stranded. He got me a loaner car immediately upon arrival at the dealership. While my car was being analyzed, Tom stayed in telephone contact with me. It took several days before the insurance company determined that my 2014 Mercedes 550SL was a total loss because I needed a new engine. Tom assisted my in every way including getting my built-in radar system out of my car. I have dealt with Tony plenty of times in the past. He also has been very straightforward and helpful to me. I went through a divorce and my credit suffered as a result. Tony was extremely helpful to me even knowing that I might not have a good chance to get an approval. He guided me and cared about my situation enough to communicate where I felt more at ease. Phillip Boon is the consummate professional, We were looking for an additional vehicle the week of September 12th and went into Crown Eurocars in St Petersburg, Fl. Mr. Boon made it his business to ensure that we not only had several cars to choose from but he was efficient in his process. I had stopped by on a weekend to just look around, since I have been thinking of buying my first new car. Jim was very attentive and showed me around the lot. Even though I told him I was just looking, he still helped me out and went out of his way to show me around. He asked what my interest were and took me on a test drive. I took the new XE for a drive and I knew then and there that I wanted the car. He went over with me the different price options and gave me all the info I needed if I ever decided to buy the car. The following weekend I showed up and bought the car. Being that it was my first car that I would be buying, Jim made the experience so much enjoyable and not frightening at all. He made sure that I was getting the car that I really wanted and was up and down the lot looking for what now is my first jaguar XE. I really enjoyed Jim and Crown Eurocars. Definitely made my first car buying experience enjoyable!

I found the model of Mercedes listed on the Crown website and left a message asking for more information and to see if it was still available. I received a call from Jim Smith who was very helpful over the phone and answered all of the questions I had. I asked if I could make an appointment to see the car a couple of days later when I could drive over from Brandon. He said not a problem and asked if I needed directions and said they would be open late that evening. When I arrived, he was servicing another client and greeted me and said he would be right with me. The showroom is beautiful and we were able to sit down and discuss the car without a long wait. He gave me some printed information that I looked over asked for identification and we took the car for a drive. When we returned back to the lot, he looked at my trade in and had a quote in a matter of minutes for me. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a price went straight to finance and had everything signed. What a great experience! Jim was very professional, kept the process moving along and had the sale finished quickly and smoothly. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for the best in service and quality.

I came to Crown to find out find out the steps I needed to take as I approached the end of the lease on my Jaguar XF. My car was over the mileage allowance with 4 months to go. I had concerns. I can't remember the last time I went to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle and my experience was so pleasurable. My sales consultant Phillip Boone was very courteous and professional. This was my very first purchase for a used Mercedes and he gave me the entire history of Mercedes and the quality that they are known for. You don't get this kind of service and attention when at other dealerships. I will definatetly be back for my next purchase and recommend my friends and family as well!

Original problem was diagnosed as $2400 fix to an AC problem. As well a Ac flow issue between top vents and bottom vents for additional $1000. I elected to just fix the $2400 AC Compressor issue which I was told would give AC to the Car but only through top vents, When I got car back ~5 days later the AC worked for just two days. When I took car back they said they could not fix without another $1000. This was not what I was originally told but, I had already paid the $2400. Since book value on car was so low I elected to not trust Crown again and eat the loss. I also could not get them to return my calls or Text. Makes me believe they had no confidence in their own diagnosis. They did issue replace car while ours was in the shop - good. They did reply quickly for original fix try - good. Car still has no AC and I'm out $2400 - Unacceptable !

This my fourth purchase of a Mercedes from Crown Euro dealership. Three of them has been working with Anthony Diamond. Anthony is very knowledgeable of the Mercedes engineering and enjoys explaining what an excellent vehicle Mercedes produces. He is very personable and easy to engage in conversation. My experience with Anthony and the Crown Euro dealership has won me as a continuing customer. For me, the pricing was a win win situation. I have, with each purchase, felt very satisfied. I look forward to the continued excellence, in engineering and design, of my next Mercedes automobile purchase.I also would acknowledge Willie Edmonds, product concierge, for his easy, relaxed explaining of all the operating details. 'This was my 5th Plymouth Prowler I have owned over the last 14 years. I visited 3 other dealers before finding this "Gem" at Crown. Jim went overboard with great service including taking my 2017 sticker off one plate and putting it on my newer plate. This wasn't easy as the sun and weather had worn it but he carefully with a razor blade got it done. In addition he was even able to remove my sticker for my country club entrance sticker and was able to put it on my car and it worked when I got home. He also was able to safely remove my Sun pass monitor and give it to me.Marc Israel was also extremely helpful and very patient when completing the transactions as my Debit card initially gave me difficulty putting $10,000 on it but we got it done finally.Marc and Jim - Thanks for everything you did to make this a great experience. We stopped at Crown Euro just looking for a newer car, My wife loves the Jaguars. Crown had a 2015 Genesis for sale with 4400 miles. I had read about about the Hyundai but knew little about it. Tom Wood talk about the Genesis and we took a test drive. One week later we returned from Sarasota and purchased the car from Tom. Arrived at Crown on an afternoon to view some vehicles in your inventory. As I was walking in the used vehicle area, Jim approached and introduced himself. We chatted about what I was looking for and the price. We test drove a few vehicles and Jim was very knowledgeable about each vehicle. Once I decided on a vehicle I wanted, I made an offer. Beautiful car, Jim had called me and said, that the car was Checked out, and had found a switch that was bad, and he had it switched out to a new one.once the car arrived, the rear window hadn't been repaired ! I called Jim , his reply to me was, to hold the button down, and it should engage . Well it didn't . He said you should've purchased the extra warranty . So I paid around 50k for the car, one would think that at least the car would be 100%! Operable .. No communication with a Mercedes Benz dealer here in California to repair my cars window, electrical problem .. They offered me the extra warranty package. I went online found a better deal, and savings of 1600.00$ ! Sorry for the not so good review , but that's the truth.Salesperson Jim smith..

I had a great experience buying a Mercedes from Crown. It was the second Mercedes AMG I purchased from them. The sales professional, Anthony Diamond was first class. I recently traded in my BMW 530i for a new Mercedes. My needs were reliability, price, appeal and space to "tote" stuff. After looking at several of the Mercedes SUV's, I test drove the new GLA and absolutely loved it. There were better values on the lot, ieGLK, but my sales consultant Carlos Chavez, knew that wa was the car for me given my reaction to it and my comments. He really did listen. I appreaciated that becasue I really would not have been happy with the boxiness of the GLK but the price was so tempting. The GLA is sleek and sporty without losing the Mercedes elegance. It provides a very comfortable ride with a lot of speed and also the additional cargo space I did not have in my BMW. Once again Carlos listened to my affordability needs and worked very hard with the management team to arrive at a price I was happy with. When my lease is up I will definitely contact Carlos for the trade and next Mercedes purchase.

This is my 3d vehicle I have purchased from Crown cars through Ron Crag. Ron has always made the car buying experience a pleasant one. As we all can attest, it can be a very exhausting an tiring experience that is not fun. Ron was always ready to take into account all of our requests never tried to persuade us to settle for something other than exactly what we wanted. Didn't hesitate to place an order for this recent vehicle and there was never any back and forth , wheeling and dealing that often comes with many dealers when trying to purchase a car. I live about fifty miles from crown cars and only two miles from the closest MB dealer to my home. This is our 4th car purchase from Crown Eurocars, and I cannot say enough about the experience. He is a class act who continually goes above and beyond to make our experience second to none. Got my new 2016 GLC yesterday and can't say how happy I was to get it. Forget that I came in looking for the GLA or GLK because of the price point but I didn't even consider looking at GLC. Bud Hawkins was awesome and he always respected my budget and tried to do everything to keep me there. when he told me he can get me into a GLC in my budget I was shocked. He also made sure I test drive all the cars and get comfortable with everyone there. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and THANKS Bud. My previous car I had for 8 years and was very nervous and scared as a young buyer. I came in with lots of requests, questions, and of course a budget. Zoltan Krempaszky was able to listen to what I shared, pick out what was important to me, and alleviated all the stress and nerves associated with the car buying process. I never felt pushed or rushed and he made it so that not only would I have options of the cars that I could purchase, but also a clear vision of the value associated with the features I would be paying for. During the few hours I spent at the dealership I was able to look at several different cars and receive a clear and knowledgeable answer for all of my questions. Mr. Klak stayed late that night to help me get the right financing for the car and was able to explain the small intricacies of how warrantees and coverage worked since this was my first time making these choices. I was most impressed overall by the fact that they were genuinely trying to help me find something that I loved, and I walked away with a Mercedes that I haven't been able to take my eyes off of. Im incredibly happy with the entire experience and hope to be able to buy from them again in the future!

I stopped by after work with concerns regarding a potential hydraulic fluid leak and low oil level warning. Charlie immediately resolved my concerns by checking the trunk mechanism and verifying that there was no leak. In addition, he took my car back to the repair garage and had the oil level topped off. This was excellent customer service and he did it without being concerned that it was close to closing time! And better yet, I got to drive home in my own car 20 minutes after arriving at Crown. Outstanding service!

My husband and I recently had our first experience with Crown Mercedes and their professional, courteous staff and I have to say they have set the bar high for anyone we deal with in the future.. We had previously been burned by the high pressure "used car salesmen" that left us defensive and wary. These gentleman actually made the experience pleasant. This is my first car with Crown but probably not the last, even though I had to drive from Miami to pick it up it was well worth it. The experience was fantastic, from Wesley, to Dave to Ken and Willie at the end what a fantastic crew. And all via email, all I had to do is go and sign the papers and everything exactly the way they told me in the last email, no surprises.You would have to be crazy not to buy or lease a car from Crown, and the phone call on Monday to see if everything was good with the car, what a nice touch. I leased a C300 with all the niceties, love the car, it is so nice my wife traded me her BMW for the Benz. Oh well can't win them all.

My wife and I just purchased a Mercedes Benz 350GLK from Karl Peterson at Crown. I had recently been in an accident with my wife's BMW X3 and the car was totaled (not my fault!). I just recently purchased a S550 from Crown. I was originally working with another area dealership when we hit a snag in the negotiations. That's when I contacted Crown and had Mr. Bill Martin as my sales person. Not only was he able to do the deal for the price that the other dealership said couldn't be done, but he had to trade with another dealership, one not in our area, to get the car with the trim colors and options that I was looking for. I know this was an additional expense to them, but they still did the deal at the negotiated price with no additional costs to me. The whole experience was very enjoyable, fun and very low pressure. Bill Martin knew his product very well and was truly excited about my car. As this was my first Mercedes, he was very thorough and helpful demonstrating the car with all the options and features to me. I really love the car and will definitely do business with Crown and especially Bill Martin again. This is also the first time I have ever written a review for any car I bought. Karl is by far the most humble,gracious,hard working salesman we have ever purchased a car from. My wife insist we only shop at crown cars. Zoltan went above and beyond to help me find the right car. I wanted to match most all of the features that I had previously enjoyed in my 2011 E350 which was loaded. He worked very hard with the team to find me just the car I wanted, 2016 designo, loaded with all the bells and whistles. The car had to come from New York and he kept me informed each day as to the delivery and it was there early. He spent a lot of time with me on delivery to make sure that I knew everything about the new vehicle and worked with me almost solely over the phone to get the transaction done. I also had a great experience working with Marc Israel in the Finance area to put my deal together. He was incredibly thorough, listened to my situation, and put together a plan that was just right for me. These two were so great to work with in that this was the first time that I have purchased a car on my own after my husband passed away recently. I would recommend these two to everyone wanting a great experience.

Everyone knows that getting a new car is usually a difficult experience. Larry Chapman and Wes made it a breeze. They started off by listening to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste my time showing me cars that didn't fit my needs. They were not pushy, not even once. Larry Chapman was the one who did my test drive. He took the time to show and explain every feature. After I decided on a car and he made the deal, he still took me back to the car to show me all of the features again. He even helped me hookup my iPhone and set my seat adjustments. I'm sure some people do this, but it was already late into the evening and he still sacrificed his time to help me. One more thing, he never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so in the future!

Dealing with Jim and Marc was a pleasure. They are true professionals! I was there less than two hours (probably closer to one hour) and drove away with an E class for my wife. I have been buying cars for over Forty years and I never had a better experience. Jim offered to familiarize my wife with all the complex features the car has (she wasn't there for the purchase). He even followed up the next day with a phone call and offered again to answer any questions and demonstrate the features for my wife. Marc also followed up with a phone call. I left crown feeling like I knew these two professionals for years! You couldn't ask for a better experience!

The biggest issue I usually have with dealerships is feeling like I'm up to speed on exactly what's going on with my car. Charlie Apple did a great job of keeping me informed. He called regularly and called me back promptly when I called him. He was patient and never seemed like he was rushing to get me off the phone so he could do something else. He answered all my questions completely and clearly. He also did a great job in getting my repair approved and paid for by an independent company from which I'd purchased an extended warranty. John Heil, who dealt with me when I first brought the car in because Charlie was away, was likewise friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with employees like these leaves a very good impression in terms of the quality of service the customer feels he's received. The only suggestion I have for Crown and all auto service operations is that as part of the process the customer service reps should facilitate a conversation between the customer and the mechanic who'll actually do the work.

We had worked with another car dealership (who will remain nameless) for years-we ordered a G550 from them, waited many months and it went horribly wrong. We never received the vehicle. We then found Crown Eurocars, salesman Anthony Diamond and the perfect G550 online. Two days later we are driving our amazing G wagon! If only we had found Anthony five months earlier! He went above and beyond to ensure it was a painless and enjoyable experience. He turned a very upsetting experience into a great one. What a difference it makes working with professionals. We are so happy with our entire experience and will definitely be coming back to Crown and Anthony Diamond for our future Mercedes business-even though we live in a different state!

I drove over 160 miles from the east coast of Florida just for this Mercedes dealership in St. Petersburg/Tampa - here is why...I have found several, similar used vehicles of the same class on Cars.com from different dealerships across the US. Being in contact with all my options, Crown Eurocars stood up by far from the rest - I even dropped my next door Mercedes dealership for them. Other dealerships will constantly bother you trough phone calls just to see if you are still interested in the car so they won't waste time doing paper-work - Crown on the other hand, has a team that will spend their time and effort right off the bat, even if you show little interest in them.If you show interest in Crown, I would highly recommend Omar Rodriguez - here is my experience with him:*During my whole buying experience I was in Dallas, TX.*I found a 2015 Mercedes c300 on Cars.com and posted an inquiry - specified that I only wanted to be contacted by email because I am constantly at business meetings.*Omar emailed me back with introduction and paperwork on the car right off the bat.*After first necessary phone call Omar and I were texting back and forth like a couple friends would.*I work in Dallas, but live on the east coast of Florida and was trying to buy and trade-in a car on the west coast of Florida - Omar made what looks like a hassle experience, a very easy one.*My trade-in was a 2012 Chev Camaro 2LS - Omar took it with open arms - all I had to do was to email him a few photos and fill out a short PDF file.*After few texting back and forth on my trade-in, Omar texted me a picture of the statement with allowance for my trade-in, the difference that I have to pay and amazing financing options.*unlike a new car, negotiating for a used car price is difficult - I was trying to buy a used 2015 c300, packed with options, that someone drove only for about a month. Next to it was a 2015 GLA SUV that my dad wanted to test drive.*the whole experience at the dealership was VIP - we took off with Omar on a test drive of my dad's SUV - then started doing paperwork on my car.*i was going to finance the car and was hoping for a best possible APR - due to young age, my credit was not as high as needed to be for lowest possible APR, but no problem, their finance guy, Ken Klak, came to the rescue. Mr Klak worked his magic and got me a 2.99% APR on 60 months.*as I was working with Mr. Klak, Omar took everything out of my trade-in and put it in my new car - not a question about my trade-in at all - I gave him keys to my old car and he gave me keys to my new car - that's it.*when I was approved for credit - Omar just randomly gave me another big discount on the car, on top of the one that he gave me earlier when I was in Dallas.*to make things even better, the finance guy, Mr. Klak, gave me a free two-year maintenance on the used car that I just bought from them.*several days after I bought the car - I was back at the Crown to get the 5-diamond finish on my new car - I was treated like a VIP yet still by Omar and the Mercedes team there. At Crown Eurocars you will get yourself not only a new car, but also friends.To put it short, in my opinion, you will not find a better dealership with better selection of cars, both new and used, anywhere in the US - trust me, I looked and went through the experience. No matter where in the US I will be living, Crown Eurocars will always be my dealership for new and used Mercedes for life - they told me that they can ship cars to your front door:)

I have been a customer of Crown EuroCars for almost 20 years, and have purchased several Mercedes vehicles from them. Until my latest, which was a GL-450 SUV, I was a regular S-500 series purchaser. One of my earliest, and very best, contacts with them was meeting Richard Webb, my service advisor. He is VERY familiar with the various models, and their more common service issues. He is always friendly, honest and efficient. He always finds, and fixes, the problems described to him, even if they are uncommon. Have owned almost 25 Benz products in my lifetime, and I will not purchase them anywhere but Crown. Richard Webb is one very solid reason why. Because all vehicles, even Mercedes, need regular service. Sales staff has always been great to me, as well. Overall dealership rating from me would excellent.

I've been dealing with Crown Mercedes in St. Petersburg, FL for about 10 years now. I've always experienced professional & knowledgeable sales people and managers there, and have been extremely happy when making a purchase or leasing a vehicle. In the service department, Richard Webb has always been my "go to" representative and I've always gotten superb service. This trip was no different except I met a really special sales/leasing person. His name is Daniel Bowerman. I had stopped in one day in October, 2014 to see if I could trade cars earlier than my lease allowed. Although it wasn't a possibility at the time, my request wasn't forgotten. In March, 2015, I received a call from Daniel asking me if I still wanted to change vehicles. I did and he invited me in to come by and discuss it. Long story short, Daniel went the extra mile to, not only contact me, but spend quite a bit of time finding me the vehicle that I wanted to drive - at the price and terms that I could afford. He also went out of his way to make my experience pleasant and to ask lots of questions and listen to what I needed. From beginning to end, including the finance department, I was treated with professionalism and respect - things that aren't seen much these days. For the most part, excellent service has gone by the wayside in many companies - but not at Crown Mercedes. I want to thank all of the staff there for a positive experience and for going out of their way to get me in the right vehicle with the right terms for my situation. Made my appointment on line and drove right up to the service area. I was greeted warmly and with a smile. The door was held open and I went in to see my Service rep Mr. Richard Webb, with whom I have the utmost confidence and comfort. He also greeted me by my name and pulled up my cars service record and queried me on any other needs. I waited for my car as I sat in a very comfortable waiting room enjoying fresh coffee made to taste. Richard Webb is a key player of this dealership. Without his knowledge and pleasantries, my visit to get service performed on my car would NOT BE THE SAME. Richard has been my SERVICE ADVISOR since 1998. I have purchased 6 cars from Crown Eurocars and have also purchased cars from other dealerships. No other dealership can compare to the service I receive from Richard Webb at Crown Eurocars. When Richard is not working on a weekend, I have the pleasure of dealing with Tom Cammerata who is Richards backup Service Advisor. He too, provides excellent service. Another person I would like to mention is ED PENA who is one of THE MERCEDES MECHANIC who works on both of my Benz cars. Ed is extremely knowledgeable and always explains the repairs in a formal manner that I can understand. Ed is a hardworking man who deserves to be recognized as well as Richard Webb and Tom Cammerata. Another Mechanic that has explained my repairs to me is Mike (dont know his last name). I found my CPO 2012 Mercedes-Benz E350 Sport online and contacted Karl Peterson. He did an exceptional job communicating via email, telephone, and text - providing me with additional pictures and details. He put me in touch with Marc Israel to get the paperwork started. I flew in to Tampa Int'l Airport and was picked up by Karl and transported to Crown Eurocars - talk about great service! John was simply great in communicating with me and letting me know what was needed for my service and even went above and beyond to ask if i wanted a to have a repair done on my bumper when I was not expecting that to be fixed. I have bought three cars from Mercedes and always service . But in the last four months i have not got the service I was acostom . I came in Nov for a check engine light on was told it was a egr valves and it would not be under warranty . Told them to go ahead do the work. I am a paraplegic so I have to stay with my van can't use there loaner car.after five hours told they didn't have parts . Asked if I could come back no problem. When I get home I look in my warranty book from Mercedes and find that park is covered so I inform Mr Charile apple he diss agrees so I speak to Frank caloriccii who does his due diligence and agrees that it is covered Great! So I wait for call to bring van back in get the call in dec bring back in sit for four hours then told a bolt or some other part didn't come in and asked if they could repair when it comes in. I agree and Mr Apple offered to pick van up day before the repair so the engine would be cool and I would not have to set there. Well it now almost march and I have not gotten a call . Check engine light still on . Crown does good work but there is a major breakdown in customer service . They did send me a card for a discount on future work but can't use it if they never take my call or repair van.

From the moment I talk with Jim Smith on the phone ,to the moment I pull out of the driveway with my newly purchased vehicle Jim was thoughtful knowledgeable courteous professional and friendly. Flying in from Chicago,I was concerned that the car could be sold before I arrived. Jim said he would hold it for me and he did. Omar pick me up at the airport and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. The whole process went smoothly and my feeling was Jim wasn't satisfied until I was 100% satisfied. Once I was satisfied we closed the deal. From there Marc took care of the financing end of things along with the out of state paperwork. Even though it was getting late Jim stuck around until everything was finalized 100%. Jim filled the Cadillac with gas and thanked me again. I'd like to thank the entire crew at crown eurocars for making this transaction go smoothly. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and these guys made it a pleasant experience! I had been in negotiations with Sarasota Mercedes Benz and hit a brick wall concerning pricing. A friend recommended I contact Crown Eurocars which I did. I received a call from Anthony Colarulo saying he wanted to work with me. We arranged a meeting and I also met Melinda Rubino. Negotiating a new offer didn't take all that long. We reached an acceptable price in a relatively short time. Both Anthony and Melinda were great to work with, neither was pushy or exerting of pressure. They worked to set up the deal and it all went like clockwork. Even the meeting with "Marc", the financial person was professional and to the point. He did not pressure us in any manner. The whole process was 180 degrees opposite of what we had experienced in Sarasota. Unfortunately, my new vehicle blew a tire out only 19-miles from the dealership. Eurocars acted quickly, came out and changed the tire, I returned to the dealer and replacement was expedited. A new tire was not available, late on Friday afternoon, but they gave me a new loaner vehicle for the weekend and my new car was delivered to me in Sarasota on Monday afternoon. The entire experience far exceeded anything I had ever received from Mercedes in the past.

I was in the market for a car and was very interested in a Jaguar XF. I visited Crown Eurocars in St. Pete because they had a nice selection of new and used cars. Karl was very patient with me and offered a no pressure sales approach. He is a genuine car guy and was very interested in putting me in a car that fit my budget and lifestyle. I wasn't ready to get the XFR since I have a kid starting college so I bought a used XF. I plan on getting an XFR in the next two years and I will go back to see Karl.

I have bought many cars from numerous dealers in my years. Sadly most lied about their cars and rather talk BS than get things done. When they say " let me see what i can do " is really saying " go away I already got your money ".Grigorios is a very rare exception to the rule. No nonsense, to the point, pleasant and fair. Calls and emails are returned within minutes with sensible answers. The car I got is exactly what he said it is, no surprise, not even the tiniest little thing. Everything arrived as promised and communication is prompt and to the point. If you want someone to shoot the breeze then rip you off smiling, this is not that place. If you want a perfect car at a below market price and everything done correctly , then call them and call them fast before someone else beat you to it. I will be buying more cars from them, I already know.

This is my 1st MBZ and my 1st time at Crown. Amazing vehicles and the dealership to back it up. The Pre-owned sales team (ask for Anthony) was patience and the Mgr. (Kevin) even stayed late so we could drive the vehicle home that night. That's what you call customer service. Went back the next day because my wife had some questions about the car but we had not read the manuals. The service dept., especially John Heil was extremely patience and took care of a few minor things my wife wanted done. They did not have to do that but treated us like with 1st Class Customer service. I'm sold on the car and the dealership.

I have used Crown Eurocars Mercedes service for several years. I recently had my 1993 500SEL towed in because it had started loosing power and was not drivable. John Heil was my service adviser. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed all during the process of trouble shooting and finally resolving my problems. I really appreciate the fact that Crown took the time to truly isolate what the problem was instead of just throwing expensive parts at it until it was fixed. I have tried using other repair companies but always keep coming back to Crown. While they may be a little more expensive than others I know that the parts they use will be Original Equipment and the quality of repair is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends who have Mercedes and need service.

I was very pleased with the service I received recently at Crown Eurocars. Although I arrived before the time of my afternoon appointment, Mr. Charles Apple, a service consultant, waited on me immediately. He was very cordial, patient and knowledgeable, answering all questions I asked of him. It was anticipated that our car could be kept overnight and I was accommodated with a loaner for my convenience. I knew I wanted to order a custom made to order 2015 E550 Convertible in the color and options I wanted. I put this opportunity out to bid with 3 dealerships and Anthony Diamond at Crown Mercedes in St. Pete came in the lowest. I did not have time to negotiate with any single dealer and wanted the out the door cost. After ordering he kept me appraised on the status and provided me with the VIN Number after it was built in Germany and provided the name of the container ship it was arriving on. I am happy with my car, the price, and the customer service. I just wanted the car as fast as possible and at an agreed price with no surprises or sales pitches.

Just had an outstanding service experience with Tom Cammarata at Crown Eurocars. We decided we needed the 10K service A ASAP on the Friday after Thanksgiving, due to a big trip the day before and an upcoming trip. Called Tom at noon, got worked in at 2:00pm, and he had the car ready at 4:00pm. Our car was washed, serviced, and ready to roll on the next trip. Called Crown to have a check engine light on my 2012 C250 checked. An appointment was scheduled the same day with Tom C. When I arrived Tom made himself available and listened to/documented details leading up to check engine light illumination. He also provided status updates on my vehicle and returned it to me nice and clean. Very pleased with the prompt attention and service.

My GLK 350 didn't start after a short drive to a store and I called Crown Eurocars who immediately dispached a service tech to determine what was wrong. He couldn't fix it and called the dealership. Tom Camarata set up an appointment that day, sent a tow truck and provided me with a loaner. Service did a diagnostic which showed the key was not registering with the starter. Tom kept me well appraised of what was going and when completed called me for pick up. Tom has been my service advisor for 14 years and he has always been honest in his consults about what needs to get done. I highly reommend him!

I must commend Bill Martin in St. Pete at Crown Eurocars for his going above and beyond yet again to help me with my car. He responded to my issue by talking to maintenance for me and handling a small technical issue that would have required an appointment, but he was able to handle it quickly and efficiently without me having to wait. I have an older S Type Jag & occasionally need to use the main dealer. Because Jag's are a European import everything is always going to be VERY expensive. Every time I take the car in for repair I deal with Gary Sunley. He always makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The reason I now always choose this particular dealership is soley because of the customer service I get from Gary. It doesn't matter to him that my car is worth less than $10k, he obviously loves his job & makes the customer feel valued. This guy is a real asset to his company.

Tom Cammarata at Crown Benz in St. Pete is the best service personnel I have ever dealt with anywhere. He always goes out of his way and above and beyond to accommodate me. Last time I brought my 2014 E63 SAmg to him he went out of his way to ensure that a shopping cart scratch as well as a missing cap was handled so that the car was 100% by the time it was returned to me. Even to the smallest detail. I am always very grateful for the care and concern he puts into handling my services and will always entrust his word on any aspect of my vehicles needs.

I normally take my car to Tampa for servicing since this is where I purchased it. I had to go to Crowns because my car wouldn't start and it was towed to the nearest dealership. I was greeted by a soft spoken Spanish man-I apologize as his name has slipped me-who made me feel at home immediately. Charles Apple, my advisor, got my car in immediately, kept me updated on the work, and was very accommodating with my payment arrangements. An unfortunate experience for me was less frustrating because of the great customer service I experienced. I own, and have owned, many Mercedes products. Currently own a GL-450 SUV, 7-seater. My wife wanted a new Benz SUV, but smaller than mine. Crown dealership customer for over 20 years, so we went there. Salesman Karl Peterson showed us the vehicles we were interested in (primarily GL and ML models), and greatly assisted my wife in selecting her new Mercedes SUV. She has only had it for one day, but is already in LOVE with it. After our previous experiences at Crown, we came to expect perfection and were not disappointed. Ron Krag came highly recommended by our previous sales professional (who is now sales Manager at another dealer), and we quickly found out why. From the first time we communicated with him, to his driving some 70+ miles to deliver the new vehicle and pick up the trade, Ron was nothing less than open, honest, and forthright about the ordering process (we "built" our ML350), and how our needs would be accommodated. I would highly recommend Richard Webb,who was recommended to me from a friend.The appointment,was on a Sat.morning.The service was to check my trunk brake light,which was not working.My car is a classic 1999,SL 500,39k original miles.I am very particular about who services my roadster.The problem was the result of some broken wiring and a brake light that would not illuminate.I was introduced to the tech.that found and let me see the problem.I was given the old light and we replaced with a new one.Very professional and I would definitely go back,when service was required.

Gary Sunley the service advisor did an amazing job. We were traveling through town and had a battery issue. Gary personally followed up the work and had the car repaired, washed, and us back on the road in no time. Plus he served us the best donuts (don't tell my wife). JJ

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Karl Peterson of Crown Eurocars when we recently purchased an absolutely pristine Mercedes Benz CLK 550 cabriolet. This is the fourth vehicle weve purchased from the Crown group and as always the experience was pleasant from start to finish. Karl was very knowledgeable about the automobile we were about to purchase and was able to present us with a fair market value for our trade in. Overall we couldnt be happier with the transaction and we will certainly call Karl the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

I am totally astounded with my purchase from Crown Jaguar! I have NEVER experienced the 100% professionalism and total customer care I received from Bill Martin at the dealership. There was 0 pressure and every effort to meet my needs in price and the details of my beautiful new XF 3.0! They also went above and beyond to get the exact one I wanted. This was not the experience I expected. I feel I got a fair price and the dealer was equally compensated. I have and will tell all my friends and acquaintances about this dealership and how they treat customers with respect and care. Arnis Rudzitis at Crown Jaguar is the genuine article. His approach is to first understand the customer's interests, then use his excellent product knowledge to enable those interests to become reality. There was virtually no pressure in the process, only a determination to provide the most relevant information needed to make the best decision. Actually, we had an unusual hiccup in our situation, no one's fault, but Arnis worked diligently to ensure the process continued forward seamlessly and enjoyably. Yes, enjoyably. I guess there is a first time for everything! I would strongly recommend Arnis to anyone contemplating the purchase of a Jaguar, or any other premium vehicle. Great job, Arnis!

I always have a wonderful experience at Crown Jaguar. Even though I live in Tampa and have a dealership closer I choose to drive to st Pete to get my service at Crown Jaguar. My service manager Rick & his entire team is always a please to work with. I never have to wait to speak with him and the service is fast & professional done. The sales team is always there to great you and very knowledgeable about their fleet of Jag's. The selections is by far the best in the area.

Once again, Tom Cammarata has shown diligence, understanding and caring in taking car of both of our MB vehicles. As a walk in for a sudden problem on my SLK, Patrick McFarland was very helpful in helping me get it resolved. The service was quick, and the cost of repairs was approximate to what it would have been at my home dealership. The waiting area was clean and very customer friendly. I would not hesitate to return to this dealer if ever in St. Petersburg, Florida again should the need arise.
