Don Meyncke is an EXCELLENT Sales Consultant! Don was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Don's wealth of product knowledge coupled with his friendly and patient personality made our first Mercedes buying experience wonderful! Business Manager, Ashli McConnell, is also an asset to the Crown Eurocars team. Ashli's organizational skills and expertise in her role were quite apparent during our time spent completing the financial paperwork. Ashli was even able to make reviewing paperwork and signing a dozen+ forms pleasant!Don introduced us to Service Manager, Shen Saguisi who was quite pleasant. Shen provided us with his business card and let us know we could call him with any questions we might have in the future regarding the service for the car. I took my C300 to be repaired, once I picked my car up from Crown service I noticed a scratch alone the front exterior door handle on the left, a scratch inside the door itself and the rear bumper had a deep scratch mark on the rear bumper. I went around and around with several people at the dealership trying to simply get my car restore to it's original condition before there service tech damaged it. The car is still damaged, as far as Crown is concerned they are not. I would NEVER buy a car from Crown and NEVER would I allow them to repair any car that I owe. Crown could of simply refunded the cost of the repairs to me in lure of what a body shop or my insurance deductible would cost.

My husband and I met Stephen in 2005 when I purchased a brand new 2005 C230. He was and still is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and patient when it came to helping me decide which vehicle was right for me. I sold the car a couple of years later because I needed something larger for my new grandbabies car seats and even though I went with an American made car, I still had dreams of one day going back to the love of my life which is a Mercedes Benz! In August of this year I was ready to purchase another Mercedes and knew that the only person that I wanted to buy from was Stephen! With all the new technology and updates to the vehicle he answered and explained in detail every functioning piece inside of the cabin of the car that I wanted and needed to know. I would and will always recommend him to "ANYONE" that is looking for a Mercedes Benz he is the BEST!!!!! I purchased a 2016 C300 4matic and I am very satisfied.

He put up with our 4 or 5 visits to the dealership trying to make sure we knew and understood the features and we feel in love with the Mercedes experience. This is my first Mercedes as well as my first experience working with Crown. I worked with Ralph Burgess and CJ Sexton and they both made and they made me feel at ease with this purchase. I originally wanted a Mercedes but settled for a Lexus and I regretted that purchase. I saw an ML350 on their website and was unable to get to the dealership fast enough as this vehicle was sold when I finally made it tot he dealership. Both Ralph and CJ felt bad that I was unable to see this car that they promised me they would find me the same vehicle. Within two days Ralph found a vehicle and it was on their lot ready for me to see. CJ sent me pictures as well as what options the car had. Within a 5 day period I was in my new Mercedes ML350 and am glad I finally got what I truly wanted. Through the whole process CJ kept me updated and when I took possession of the car CJ did an excellent job explaining how to utilize all of the features this car has to offer.

I went to a few other dealerships first, but I left genuinely dissatisfied with no plans to go back. A colleague then referred me to Crown Mercedes and I couldn't have been happier. Bill Stevenson actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He showed me several different models to get me into just the right vehicle: the car that I wanted to buy (not one that he was simply trying to sell). With Bill's excellent help, I found the car I was looking for and bought it that same day. Most importantly, after the final sale, he continued to ensure that I was satisfied with my new car. There was one small, but very important to me, detail that was initially overlooked in my purchase. So even AFTER the final sale was complete, Bill made sure that my car included everything we had discussed by bringing me back to the dealership and getting me everything I wanted for my new Mercedes. Best experience with the dealership and the sales person (Don Meyncke). I lived 3 hrs away from the dealer, and this dealer was the only one who had a car that I wanted. All the negotiations were done on the phone and Don was really helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. After the 3 hr commute to the dealer, the experience was pleasant and had a quick transaction (1.5hr) and left the dealer with a car of my own. Don has helped in making my travel and purchase an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend Don for anyone who is looking to buy a car.

My first purchase at Crown was back in 1999 and it was a new E320. Then for my second Crown Mercedes I purchased my first "used car" ever, i.e. "pre owned, certified" E320, and it was an excellent 160,000 mile experience. Now I just purchased my third Crown Mercedes from Ken Stuart. The best way to describe him is that he is the "quintessential" salesman! However, my reason for continuing to buy from Crown is due to their "exception service" afterwards, A.K.A. Todd Johnson. And he introduced me to Ken and the rest is history. I can't say enough about my experience with CJ Sexton at Crown. I have 2 full time jobs, and was about to go on vacation (a rare thing!) when my car broke down. CJ made himself available at the last minute so I could take a look at the car on my lunch break, and then made himself available on HIS DAY OFF so I could come back for a test drive! This is the first time I've ever felt like the sales person was on my side - he recognized that I put lots of miles on a vehicle and really worked HARD to get me the best deal. I had been looking around for a gently used Mercedes GLA250. My issue was I wanted very specific things, Black with Tan interior, loaded, etc. I went to Crown, I got there late and it was closed but I still drove the lot. I then went on the Crown Website and they had the GLA250 I wanted. So I left my info on the website. Ken Stuart called me the next day and I told him my expectations for the deal and what I wanted. I am very busy so I do not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, and made that clear. Ken took my information and had me lined up with MB Financial, paperwork ready for me when I arrived. I went into the dealership, Ken took me to my car, we sat down and went over features while finance was finishing my papers. This took maybe 30 minutes, but it was time well spent as I needed and overview of the car. Ken gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had more questions later, and then took me to Finance to sign the papers.This went very well, only took about 15 -20 minutes for finance to explain the deal, interest, warranty etc. During this time Ken had my car moved out of the showroom and prepped for me to drive away.Before leaving I wanted rubber mats in the car as I do not like the carpet mats. Ken took me over to service, while they were placing the mats in my car he introduced me to the service manager and showed me the store. After that I was out the door, it was so amazingly simple I will certainly buy again. I just may end up trading in the wife's car and kids car with Ken. As an interesting note I know the owner of another luxury line dealer in town and I have been extremely loyal to that brand for this reason, however the service I received from Ken I will certainly buy from him again. I hope I do not lose a friend in the process. Total time I was in an out in under an hour. Amazing.

We had a great experience with this dealership, and with Ken Stuart. They were very attentive to making sure the car was as clean as possible. They did not pressure us, and we felt like they dealt with us fairly. They inspected the car thoroughly, and they added a 100,000 powertrain warranty on top of Toyota's mfr. warranty. Recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from Crown Mercedes. I got a great deal all around, but when I got back home I still noticed my brakes seemed a little weak. I contacted my salesman on Saturday afternoon to which he replied and spoke to his manager. I am currently 6 hours away so me bringing the truck in wasn't an option at the moment. I have to hand it to my salesman CJ Sexton and his manager Ralph for taking care of the issues for me. They found a place close to me to fix it and paid for the repair. Great people to work with and I will definitely recommend CJ and Ralph to everyone I know.

I became interested in a car after my niece purchased one and recommended Crown and C.J. Sexton. I live over an hour away any did not want to go on site just to look. Therefore, I contacted C.J. and explained what I was looking for. He listened and called with a couple of possible vehicles but were not a match for me. He did not try to pressure me to purchase something close to what I wanted. When he got the car I purchased he was patient and through in answering my questions and concerns. Even to the point of rescheduling my visit due to a friends surgery. Once I went over, drove the car and decided to purchase, it was a smooth short process. I was very impressed with the dealership and my purchase experience thanks to CJ Sexton.

I personally do not typically like "sales" individuals as they can be pushy and frankly, overwhelming. But Don was perfect. He is a gentleman and true to his word. In the Internet age, most car sales people seem to have become more aloof with their approach. From the moment I first spoke to Gracie Hendrickson on the phone, I could tell this wasn't the case with her. She immediately began working to find the perfect car for me. Once it was found, she spent an entire day with me working out my deal. When we ran out of time for me to learn all of the bells and whistles, she offered to come in on her day off to help me get more aquanited with my car. She even gave it a "once over" cleaning herself to make sure it was extra sparlkly. She truly cares about her customers, and takes special care to make sure they know it. Such a gem. A+!

I inquired online about a vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted by Melisa Greenberg, as well as a few others to make sure I was being paid the proper attention. I decided to go in the following day to test drive the vehicle, and I fell in love. Melisa Greenberg was fantastic. She even fed me snacks (as it was around lunch time). We discussed the vehicle and my trade and by 3pm that day, I was the new owner of a beautiful 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Great experience (and I've had less than favorable ones elsewhere, trust me). The level of service from start to finish was amazing. I was looking for a certified used Mercedes on true cars. A long story short I accidentally click new which resulted into Cj(Salesman) calling me first thing the nxt morning. I explained to Cj I wasn't looking to purchase brand new. He told me that wasn't a problem and he would be more than happy to help me find the car I'm looking for. He texted, called and kept me updated with the cars coming in and was currently on the lot. CJ amazed me because he made me feel he was working for me and truly searching for the car I would fall in love with. And not just trying to make a sell. After three week CJ called me and told he had my dream car. I told him I couldn't make it in until Thursday he told me no problem I will be there. Come to find out it was his day off and he came in just for me!! What a great feeling!! When I met Cj for the first time in person it was like I had known him forever. He was so personable and very professional. Very knowledgable about the car and went out his way to make me feel comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. The experience was Totally the best experience I have ever had ever in my life.. Cj was so AMAZING I told my aunt about him and she drove 2 hrs to met him and she bought a car from him a week after I did. I leased a Mercedes in March 2016. I was "sold" and have not been happy with the car since I purchased. The customer service during the purchase was good but after you purchase you are easily forgotten and all the promises made are not delivered. I have never leased before and it wasn't explained to me in detail, leasing a car was the biggest mistake I have ever made but I was told they would get me out of the lease in 6 months. My sales person now ignores me. Considering the lease wasn't explained I completed the transaction based on trust, that was a big mistake. Would not recommend this dealership. When they ask you to write a good review about them, don't!

Mr.Koehler always delivers everything he tells me.I've never questioned Mr.Koehler ever for anything that any of my Mercedes Benz ever needed during my service visit at Crown Mercedes Benz this is why I spent the last twenty years at Crown Mercedes Benz because of the service that is provided to me and my wife when she brings her Mercedes Benz in for service or any questions that my wife would have when I travel across the country with my job and not available to be at home to take care of my wife when she would need her car serviced. Mr.Koehler is always a call away when it comes to the service and the needs and the repairs of my Crown Mercedes Benz cars when you're told that you have something that's out of warranty that needs replaced and honestly it's a very high cost Mr.Koehler always makes it understandable to a guy like me who knows nothing about cars and I always understand why I need to repair my car. Dave Kohler is one good Service manager. He takes care of my personal SLK 230 , the C320 and the C 300 4matic owned by the corporation. I can depend on honest estimates and solid work. It is worth taking the time to drive 40 miles for the service. I purchase the new C300 from Crown and the sales staff were top notch as well.

We have had a few experiences with Crown and Mercedes. In the past, we were convinced that Cadillac was our brand, but the Cadillac dealership (Germain) and the erosion of the brand changed our minds. We were looking when we decided to try Mercedes. We have purchased both used and new. We are convinced that Mercedes is a quality product and they value our business. The best ambassador of that business is Ken Stuart. He knew we had a bad experience with Cadillac and he has worked very hard to make our experience at Crown with Mercedes very positive. Ken and Mercedes are now our preferred brand.

I recently was helping my mom look for a smaller SUV. She is a loyal Lexus client, but their smaller SUV did not fit her needs. I researched and found the Mercedes GLC and Audi Q5 could be a solution. I visited Crown Eurocars first since I have done business with another Crown Dealership and had a great transaction in the past. I was promptly greeted by Ashli. She is in finance and let me know others were in a meeting but would have CJ follow up. After visiting Crown I visited another dealership for the Audi, where I was not or ever greeted for assistance. CJ Sexton followed up with me and we made an appointment to meet. I was very impressed he spent time to understand my mothers needs, ensure she was comfortable and was very honest. When we went to pick up her car, we were introduced John K and Ralph Burgess to made my mom feel very comfortable, and spend quite some time going over her new car, and Wayne took time to go over the paperwork as well. In addition to Mom getting a new car, I also left with in a different car than I showed up with due to the fantastic service we both received. I recently bought a 2015 ML350 SUV. My husband purchased a car from Crown a year ago and we had a pleasant experience , so this was the place we wanted to do business with again. We were greeted by CJ upon entering the building. I explained what it was I was looking for and he immediately knew his inventory. He took my husband and I outside and showed me the SUV I had dreamed about. He was very thorough in every aspect we talked about regarding this SUV. I liked his easy going personality and that he never pushed me to make a quick decision. We spent a couple hours with him going over items and I left there elated driving off the lot in my new vehicle. We bought the SUV on a Sunday, so I returned a couple days later to have the car detailed at their request. Honestly, the car was perfect when I drove it off the lot, but it didn't meet their high standards. CJ greeted me upon my return and then gave me a step by step on how to use all features in the SUV that I still had questions about. I honestly had the best salesman and dealership. Don has been incredible to work with. I wanted to order this vehicle to my specifications. With that decision came questions and changes (many of them). Don is incredibly patient. My wife and I walked into Crown last week not knowing what model, if any, we would be interested in. Don test drove three different models with us. We finally chose the C450. Then came the selection of options. None of the in-stock 450s had exactly what we wanted. Don searched until the car we wanted showed up in North Carolina. This was our second time dealing with Crown Mercedes in Dublin. We leased a E350 in 2012 and bought a ML350 in 2015. Doug Horner was great to deal with in both instances, very consistent and professional. Both experiences were easy from start to finish, a nice surprise. We did not feel pressured which was our experience at another local dealership. Doug was fun to deal with. The service warranty program has been reliable also. If you call ahead they will usually set you up with a loaner. The free cash wash is amazing, as we live close and use it all the time. We will be back.

After much research my wife and I decided on replacing her Land Rover LR4 with a Mercedes GL series. We decided on this vehicle due to its superior cargo capacity, option availability and build quality We were particularly impressed with the interior appointments and safety features. I have actually purchased more than 150 vehicles and counting during my lifetime and this past year have purchased 5 vehicles in total. This is our second purchase from Crown Mercedes, with the first being a 2015 Mercedes E63S Wagon. Of interest is the fact that Crown is located in Ohio and we are Illinois residents. The reason for that is the superior service our salesperson, Dustin Holland has provided. Dustin is likely the most conscientious salesperson I have dealt with in the past 35 years of vehicle purchases. Every aspect of the purchase experience that Dustin provided was best in class. As an example of my confidence in Dustin I have since referred Dustin to a colleague who has just recently competed the purchase of a new 2016 S550, and he is also from Illinois. We came into Mercedes-Benz to buy a GLK 350, but we were not completely sold on the first model we saw. CJ was very patient and answered all of our questions in detailed response. His intricate attention to detail when reviewing the car fax of another car we were interested in purchasing saved us buying a car that already had an accident and was most importantly...BROWN. He went above and beyond to get my car serviced at crown today after a poor experience at another dealership. CJ always treats me like family even though we've only met a handful of times. This dealership by far has been the best buying experience I have ever had. I live out of state and contacted them about a vehicle. I just finished buying my second Mercedes Benz from Crown and third overall and this experience was even better than the first one at Crown. Out of curiosity I was casually looking at an E class but wasn't really looking to buy. I thought the car was very sharp but I was very happy with my Lexus. Shortly after looking at a few cars CJ Sexton assisted me and was focused on what I was looking for. After telling him I was only looking and was happy with my Lexus I figured he would have moved on, but instead asked what I liked about the Lexus and showed me the comparable or superior features of the E class. The entire experience was laid back and conversational without any pressure to buy at all. CJ then suggested a test drive but I couldn't at the time so he said he'd look for the "perfect E class " for me based on our conversation of options and would get back to me. The next day he found the perfect car for me and after driving it I didn't need much convincing. While the Lexus was very nice, the premium finishings, design, lighting package and luxury yet sporty ride of the E Class were far superior. CJ's manager Ralph and the New Car Manager John were more than helpful in getting me a great deal to ensure I left with an E class and not my Lexus. Wayne from finance was quick, informative, and very professional and even thanked me for my repeat business.While I never intended to purchase an E class, I've been driving it for three days and couldn't be happier. The upgraded interior finishes and ride was well worth it. The ambient lighting on the interior is more than classy!I'd highly recommend CJ and the team of Ralph and John if you're looking for great service and a great car specifically for you.

I would just like to say that we have worked with Ken Stuart for 2 cars now. We specifically asked for him on round two, because we got such great service from him the first time around. Ken is very responsive and quick to meet the needs of his clients. I especially loved this particular car and there wasn't one in Columbus. I was very disappointed. Ken managed to find one "somewhere" so that my husband could bring home the car I wanted in time to surprise me! Further, Ken stopped at my house and programmed the car opener for me. He then proceeded to spend at least 30 minutes (on his time) going over the new features of the car with me and making sure I understood all the new gadgets that were on my car. I can always count on a hello from Ken when I stop and get my car washed. Friendly and always asking if he can help, I will be sure and ask for Ken when it's time for our third car!

I called Dublin to find out current models and pricing; Konstantin picked up the phone and meticulously sought the pricing and the needs and wants for a new Mercedes that I was hoping to purchase. If you do not know this, dealer representatives do not like to speak or quote over the phone; they want you face to face in order to make the sale. This was the first car that I purchased for myself. Although I had my heart set on a new 2015 vehicle from another dealership my mother recommended that I at least consider Crown Mercedes-Benz as my uncle and step-father have always been pleased with their cars and the service they've received over the years. We had the pleasure of purchasing 2 new cars within a week's time. Our salesperson, Gracie Hendrickson, was fantastic. She worked around my busy schedule, and listen to exactly what my wife and I wanted. We purchased a 2015 ML350 4 my wife. Gracie arranged for us to see the car at a time convenient to us, and was able to show us a car with all the options that we wanted. Once the car was ready, Gracie came in on or off today so we could take delivery at our convenience. The whole experience was seen was seamless. she was even able to arrange for us to trade 2 cars and during this transaction.Since I traded my car and on the mL, I now needed a new vehicle. We debated between a 2015 and a 2016. Gracie and her manager were able to find me a 2016 SLK300 with all of the features I wanted. This required them to trade for the car and another dealership. During the process they were very informative and me up-to-date.We have been Crown service customers for years, better only bought one car there previously. Our experience with this purchase will keep us coming back in the future.

I would like to specifically call attention to my sales agent, Dustin Holland, who was knowledgeable, professional, patient and a joy to work with. I have been a customer of Crown Mercedes in Dublin for over 5 years now and I am consistently pleased. It isn't just the immediate attention when I walk in the door, the quick assistance when I have to call, the superb service offered by Dave Kohler or the always go the extra mile I receive from my salesperson Konstantin Chumak. You might think that's why I am loyal and to an extent it is. But really, in this day and age where most things are over before they begin, consistency is what keeps me coming back for more. I am not looking to be bowled over, wowed, delighted or impressed. All this is nice don't get me wrong. But really, I just want things to be effortless. And this is one thing Dublin Mercedes does well. In my humble opinion they have perfected this art. I want a new car. I want them to design me something stunning. I want a text or email when it's ready and I want to fly through payment etc. I do not want to follow up or become confused or be put off or played with or sold to. I know what I like and what I am willing to spend. I do not want endless options but instead partners who listen to my needs and desires and direct me to a few options that will satisfy me. Have I thought about downgrading in terms of financial output? Absolutely. But when i consider for a second that downgrade will cause me to change dealerships, well....like i said: gravity. something always brings me back to them. It doesn't hurt I love their cars. Especially my beautiful polar white exterior with customer red leather interior. Makes me melt.

This was the best experience that I have honestly purchasing another vehicle. Stephen Revard, covered all the technical features of the car prior to me leaving. This is a first class dealership. Everyone there seemed happy and up beat to answer any and all questions that I had. This was the first dealership that honestly sold the car with a full tank of gas. We haven't had the need to buy a car in many years and had been looking for a late model, E Class convertible. Not only did we find what we liked but had an outstanding experience at Crown. Michael Antauer is the consummate professional and very knowledgeable about the brand. He had great suggestions on financing and make the overall experience very easy. We had a minor follow up visit to service to get a new license plate bracket and again the staff was outstanding and very accommodating, including a car wash! Mr. Ruck took the time to discuss the vehicle with me answering all of my questions and allowing me to take a hassle free test drive. I am still amazed by the quality service; he was great. I happened across a used vehicle on-line that was listed by Crown. The dealership is about 200 miles from where I live, but the deal looked like just what I was looking for. Before I drove over, I spoke with Doug Horner. Doug was honest with me over the phone, never pressured me, and actually apologized for letting me know that there were several appointments pending for the same car. Long story short, I put a deposit on the car over the phone (site unseen) and drove the three hours based on his description of the car. When I arrived the car truly exceeded my expectations. Doug made the sales process easy and as short as possible. He was very professional and seemed to have my interest in mind as we closed the deal. I would absolutely buy again from Doug and Crown. My wife and I had a great experience working with Dustin Holland at Crown Eurocars. I was a little nervous going into the process since this is the first "luxury" car I have purchased, but Dustin made the process very enjoyable. My wife and I did a test drive a few weeks prior to actually purchasing and Dustin spent t least 1.5 hours with us answering questions about the different models and trim packages, explaining all of the features of the C300 and then on the test drive itself. He followed up with an email the next day with a car that met our criteria, but never called or pressured us in any way. It was great, as I don't like to feel like I am being given the "hard sell". After test driving a couple of other brands, we cam back to Crown a few weeks after the test drive and Dustin helped us find the perfect car in inventory for us. The negotiation, financing, trade-in of my old car and delivery was all easy and efficient. When I picked up my car the next day, it was beautifully detailed and waiting for me on the showroom floor. Dating spent about an hour (that's all the time I had or he would have spent more) helping me link my iPhone, set up radio presets, etc. He even emailed me a little later in the evening letting me know I had left our garage door opener in my old car and that he had it in his office for me. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Dustin and Crown to anyone looking for a Mercedes. My wife is already asking when she can get an SUV from Crown!

I was not really in the market for a new car but was sent a postcard in the mail about the value of my 20 month old ML350 on a trade. I first threw it away and then thought I would call and get some info. After a few calls, Andrew Ruck made me an offer I couldn't refuse on a new model. Honestly, if they can do this deal again I will do it over and over as I had 36,000 miles on my car and upgrading for such a fair price is an excellent value. We brought our 2004 E500 in for service, after purchasing it at another dealership. Shen not only provided us with excellent, prompt service, but he also did research on the part we needed and discovered that 100% of our repair costs were covered under a new extended warranty program! This saved us over $2800. We will certainly make Crown our choice for future car purchases and service.

I have just purchased my fourth car from Melisa Greenberg. I was considering shopping around and possibly trying something different. I visited with Melisa at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and although we drove a couple cars I was on the fence and left unconvinced I needed to trade and would I like to drive another brand vehicle. I thought about it the next couple days remembering the main reason I stick with Mercedes-Benz and Melisa is because I can always reach her and she is available for me when I need her for help with service or any questions I may have. She phoned me after a couple days with a deal I couldn't turn down. If you're a first time car-buyer, venturing around the dealerships can be quite the fright! I was worried that I'd feel like a guppy in a sea of sharks.. "Yeah you'll need the chrome handles and HD televisions with the 6-disc changer, in case you have kids within the next 5 years, and don't forget the blah blah blah," I thought they'd say. Nope! Maurice was more about what I needed and the simplicity I was looking for. He was such a wonderful help and very attentive to everything I said. Too often, we underestimate the power of a good listener and a kind smile. I'm a big Yelper and supporter of well-deserved reviews. I appreciate this dealership. Highly recommend!

Michael was very knowledgeable about the car we test drove and ultimately purchased. Our total experience was excellent. Paperwork was handled promptly. Everything was explained and we never felt rushed even as we were the last customer of the day. As the car had not been detailed, we were given a loaner and Michael delivered the car to us - and we live more than 100 miles from Columbus. When he did deliver the car, everything was explained to us in excellent detail. Highly recommend this dealership. Once we arrived at our purchase price, Craig Brooks took over and was very patient and knowledgeable about our questions.

I was in no way looking forward to purchasing a vehicle because of my experiences in the past with other dealers. My mood was changed from the minute I walked into the dealership as everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant and friendly. I had been given Tom Sands name by my best friend who has had many memorable experiences dealing with him. I contacted Tom and let him know my situation and the budget I had to work with and Tom said come in and I will have a few cars ready for you to look at. When I arrived at the dealership I found Tom actually shoveling the snow off the walk before the dealership opened and he greeted me and took me inside. We spoke for a bit then Tom introduced me to Dustin . Dustin took me into the service area where there was a car for me to look at and then Dustin went into the lot and brought two other vehicles in for me to view. Dustin went over every detail of the vehicles with me and I then I was able to make an informed choice. Dustin then introduced me to Matt who worked very hard on the financing portion of the deal. I actually walked out with a vehicle I was extremely happy with and the exact payment that I had asked for .All thee of these men made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I would also like to mention that I purchased a used vehicle form them and it was a Ford. I have been extremely happy with the experience and the follow up from everyone involved. I tell everyone I know that this is the place to buy a car because they are honest, friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable purchasing from them.

David Kohler, Service Manager , has done outstanding leadership in ensuring my 2014 G63 was fixed after a wreck. He made sure the repair co (True Performance) selected to replace parts and paint did A+ work. Specifically he ensured his best team was assigned to test my G63 so all replaced parts and signals worked correctly (his team found some issues that had to be redesigned/improved). In addition David offered a loaner car while by G63 was repaired (much appreciated), He is as 'good as it gets''.

Very pleased with the entire process of buying my 2015 C-Class from Doug at Crown MB. Doug kept things simple and straightforward. Many salesmen that I have dealt with in the past point out simple features that a car has like A/C or power door locks because they don't take the time to get to know the product that they're selling. Doug was the exact opposite - very knowledgeable about every feature in my new Mercedes, especially the new technology and any settings that I could customize. I really appreciated the time that he spent to help me personalize my new Benz. You can tell that Doug is passionate about what he does and about showing customers what sets Mercedes-Benz apart from the competition.I was also very pleased with Matt Frazier - he made things easy to understand, spent the right amount of time reviewing all of the necessary paperwork with me, and didn't pressure me into any decisions that I didn't want to make. Stephen Revard is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. My family has worked with salesmen from various other luxury car dealerships (Audi, Porsche, BMW, etc.), but none have been as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as Steve. My family has been buying cars from Steve for 20 years, and my father is incredibly particular and keen on great customer service, which is a testimonial in and of itself to the superb level of customer service that Steve offers. When it came time for me to buy my first car, we didn't have to think twice about going back to Steve at Crown Eurocars Mercedes. I was moving from Boston, MA to Palo Alto, CA (the San Francisco Bay Area). Steve managed to facilitate the purchase of my Mercedes C300 in Dublin, OH, and the subsequent shipment of my car from the factory in Alabama directly to the Bay Area. This was certainly no simple task as Steve had to reach out to multiple salesmen in San Francisco at different dealerships just to find one who would be willing to perform the delivery service for me. Additionally, my car was shipped to the Stevens Creek dealership while I was located in Palo Alto, so Steve also had to figure out the logistics of getting my car to Palo Alto. While Palo Alto is relatively close to the Stevens Creek dealership, Steve wanted to make it as easy as possible for me (which I greatly appreciated). He was on vacation for a few days while my car was being delivered, but still took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was going well. Steve also was incredibly fair on pricing, making sure that we were happy with the price and that the car was fairly priced according to the overall market. Just as another example of how Steve is always willing to go the extra mile - My mom also purchased a GLK from Steve and when she was having difficulties figuring out how to pair her car with the garage opener, Steve drove out to our house in Dublin, OH to help her with it. I really can't say enough about how great Steve has been. Anyone who purchases a car from Crown Eurocars Mercedes definitely needs to work with Steve Revard. I will be sending all my referrals to him as long as he is still there (hopefully he is never retiring!).

Taking a leap from one car brand to another can be challenging, especially when it is a Mercedes Benz. However, when the right team is in place on the dealer's side any confusion or doubt can immediately be dismissed. Doug was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a really great experience. We came in on a day when there were white out conditions. Ken Stuart brought the different SUVs we were interested in inside so we could see them. We came in to see one SUV but Ken was able to suggest one that fit our needs much better. We were heading out of town on Monday so Ken met us at the dealership on Sunday so we could pick up our SUV. Have to admit when I first walked in I felt a little out of place as this was my first luxury car buying experience. However, Andrew Ruck went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I loved my 2012 C300 but the lease was up so Ken put me in a 2015 with the new body style and crazy key-less ignition, upgraded and way more user friendly navi system, among other improvements. It's gorgeous! I didn't even look at anything else. Ken's easy and fun to work with. Very knowledgeable and spends a great deal of time to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Thanks!

I have owned a LOT of vehicles in the past 27 years. Corvettes, classic cars from the 50's and 60's, Cadillacs, BMW's, and a pile of service trucks. I have only purchased one used car in my entire life, and never really felt like I had a bad experience. That being said, the recent trip to Crown Eurocars Of Dublin (namely Ken Stuart) looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife's recently totaled SUV has made me rethink how great the previous experiences actually were. Ken and the staff at Crown worked with me on a USED Mercedes Benz ML500 for her, and honestly I felt like I was in paying cash for a 2016 S65. I met Ken on a zero degree day, and without hesitation he strolled right outside with me to go over the details of the vehicle...which he knew inside and out. He let me drive it, let her drive it, gave me several days to waffle, texted me immediately with answers to my questions (even from his personal phone, oh his family time at home), and ultimately filled it with gas and held it in the service area for her to come and pick up her warm, dry vehicle in the dead of winter. if you are shopping for anything on that lot, go see Ken, and leave happy.Chris

Good experience working with guys in getting my s600 benz running. Many dealerships won't pay attention to what the customer may say or think could be the issue with his/her vehicle but you guys (michael lyons) listened to detail to my words and ideas and so did I to his and the the technician that work on my vehicle. Lyons was open to suggestions and options and updated me to the point minute by minute on every progress. Good job.

Michael Antauer treated us with respect and used his position to transmit knowledge and information relative to the buying decision. WORST EXPERIENCE IN OVER 25 YEARS OF BUYING CARS!I don't even know where to begin with Crown Mercedes/Eurocars, but I sure wish I had read the other negative reviews before moving forward. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in over 25 years of buying cars, including Porsche 911s, BMW M3s, Mercedes SUVs, etc. I could write a novel here, but in short, after having me jump through hoops because of a supposed last-minute deadline to get the sale registered for them by the end of the month, they sent me rushed and horribly disorganized paperwork (wrong dates, wrong figures, missing copies, inconsistent information, etc.) that detailed I owed them more than we agreed upon and showing the car had several hundred miles added to it and far more than were advertised. The first salesman I had didn't even respond to my calls or emails, so they had to transfer me to a second salesman, whom, based on his behavior, I think must have just started selling cars the week before. For everything I asked him, he had to go ask someone else for the answer. I literally think this may have been his first ever sale. When I asked about the after-the-fact increased price and the after-the-fact, increased mileage, they threatened that if I did not overnight them the signed paperwork and balance, the deal was off. There is so much more to this absolute debacle on the part of Crown Mercedes, but I will stop here. The bottom line is that I am not going to be bullied or manipulated, so they can keep their car and go play games with some other unsuspecting buyer. What a nightmare this was. I will be submitting reviews elsewhere, including the Better Business Bureau.

I was s o impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initiaL meeting after the dealership had closed for the night. After I had explained what I was looking for CJ was an expert in recommending the exact car I was looking for. I was originally set on the C300. With his expertise and professionalism he was able to recommend the right vehicle to fit my exact budget, style, and image. The vehicle was a E350 2010. I was able to get everything I was looking for with more room at approxitmately the same price.When it was time to sign paper work, CJ greeted me with popcorn and a coloring book for my grandson. When I met with the finance manager, CJ was right there to answer any questions that arose.I found the finance manager (Ashly) to be very knowledgeble and was able to get me thru the process with making me feel humiliated for not being the expert that she was.After the sale CJ has been terrific in following up with me about questions or concerns that I may of had. To have follow up after the sale is most impressive and is where most Dealerships drop the ball.In conclusion I highly recommend CJ and Crown, if your in the market for a car. My experience was top notch just like the Mercedes that I purchased. Great job to CJ. Because of CJ. I will be referring others to him and buying in the future.

A few years ago we bought a 2007 E350 4Matic and worked with CJ Sexton. We happened to mention to CJ that our dream car was a S550 4matic with massaging seats. CJ said that if we would be patient he'd keep working with us and we'd eventually get our dream car. Almost 2 years later we found a gorgeous 2010 E350 but were still wanting to move up to a S class. Again, CJ said to be patient and he'd make sure to find us the perfect S class.Today, we came in for our free car washes and while waiting I got a call from CJ Sexton saying he just saw that they had gotten our dream car in on trade. I told him we were in the lobby so he brought the car around for us to see. After driving it, seeing just how comfortable it was on the inside, how easy it is to drive even though it's a large car, and how much power it had we decided to go for it. CJ worked with his manager, Tom, who really wanted to see us get the car too. They worked some numbers and then Craig in finance worked his magic and they gave us an awesome deal. Even Gilberto in detail was walking around the car with us making sure it was pristine! Keith and Oleg in service made sure the car was clean and got our license plates attached quickly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but once we made the decision everyone in the dealership was congratulating us. They all knew this was our dream car because CJ had been telling them what we were looking for to make sure that if the right car came in we'd be the first to know! CJ is honest and will work to find exactly what YOU want rather than trying to sell you something just to meet a quota. If you have a specific dream car CJ will keep looking until he finds the right deal for YOU because he wants you to be happy. Even though we've always bought used cars from Crown, CJ, Tom, Craig, Keith, Oleg and Gilberto all treat us like family and we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work! This is the 4th car we've bought from Crown and the 3rd one we've bought with CJ Sexton. We've referred a friend to CJ and she said she loved the way CJ treated her too so we know he treats everyone the same... with kindness and respect! We are definitely Crown customers for life! I purchased a certified 2012 C300 Sport 4MATIC. After looking at reviews, vehicles with the desired features in mind, safety, performance, and reliability, etc I knew the C300 was on the short list of vehicles to consider. After a long day shopping else ware (where I was underwhelmed with the luxury price for the sporty feel of everything I drove) I was immediately greeted by Doug Horner at Crown who understood what I was looking for and for at a price I was comfortable with. He reviewed the inventory and found several vehicles for me to consider. He noted every difference among the vehicles and spent ample time answering my many questions. The certification of the car meant I could drive off the lot worry free and know I had made a great investment in a car that would last for many more years/miles. What impressed me most was how easy it wasfrom finding the car, to learning about the car, trading in my vehicle, and working through financing. Cj was amazing with the sale. He is very welcoming and made me feel great as a buyer. The finance man was a jerk and extremely pushy. He went so far as to draw me a depreciation diagram because I had to be too stupid to use my own gap coverage. It kind of ruined the buy for me. The car is gorgeous and I will be fine. While traveling to Pittsburgh we stopped in Columbus. While having dinner, the ML350 my husband had given me two days earlier was broken into causing damage to the window frame, door and window itself - it was broken out.After reading the impressive positive dealer reviews we chose to bring the car to Crown Mercedes - and did we make the right choice!From the moment we drove into the service bay and met David Kohler everything went perfectly.David thoroughly explained the repairs for the car and the time needed to receive parts. We left the car at Crown and continued our trip in a rental. Despite being out of the area, David kept us informed on the repair progress. I can strongly say that Crown Mercedes is the best in the region. I have visited other dealers of Mercedes but none could match the hospitality and service I got with Crown Mercedes. I made an online reservation for regular maintenance service. When I arrived, Shen Saguisi had all my paperwork ready and presented all maintenance items. It was low pressure, very friendly, and knowledgeable management. My service was done in a timely fashion and I was called. The car was clean and ready to be taken. Having put off a regular A service because there never seemed time in my hectic life, I decided it that to be done before the end of the year. What a way to add fun to the holiday schedule! No worries after all. My service advisor, Shengquian Saguisi, offered me an appointment that worked perfectly for my time, kept me advised of work that was needed- my Mercedes E class is 12 years old...and I love her still...and finished the work on the time line promised! Our new car purchase was managed by Mr. K. Chumak. We were very please with the entire process. He was prompt, on task and met our needs. The delivery process was excellent. He set up our vehicle to accommodate our cell phones, etc. He then followed up with a call to see if we were indeed satisfied. The Service manager, Shen Saguisi, was also very efficient. I purchased two vehicles from Crown Dublin and it was the worst decision I made of 2014. Both used cars I purchased from this dealership had broken objects that the dealership had agreed to fix once I purchased the cars. THREE MONTHS LATER and here I am still with cars not running at 100% all thanks to Crown. Apparently the "employees" that had said they would be willing to fix this were fired in the mean time and now they are trying to make me pay for the repairs. I would have been better off buying a Go Kart from Sears then buying a car from Crown. In the three months that I have been trying to get these cars fixed I have not seen one single person on the car lot and now I know why. Horrible service and they really could care less about you once they have your signature and you drive off the lot. Take this advice and go to a different dealership. Save yourself the headaches and money.

I went to crown 6 weeks ago with a 2 year old BMW X5. I really didn't have high hopes I could get a deal done. I worked with CJ Sexton. At first I looked at the S Class but thought it was to much of a car so I decided to get the GL. He made the numbers work quick. I was surprised to take a new car home. A few days ago I decided I wanted the S Class. I gave CJ a call and he actually was able to make the numbers work again. We are Daimler employees and lease thru the Mercedes employee program. We have picked up 3 Mercedes vehicles from Stephen. He only receives a minimal payment from Mercedes for delivering our lease but you wouldn't know it. He spends plenty of time with us showing us all the features of our new vehicle. He is patient and wonderful to work with. Stephen does his job with class!

My C320 is 12 years old and needs a "tweak" now and then. I switched to Crown a year ago because I was dissatisfied with another dealer. I ended up at Crown because they were the only dealership within a few hours of my house with a specific color combination. Let me first say I am glad I ended up at Crown. When my wife and I arrived I was instantly greeted by Andrew Ruck. He was extremely knowledgable and even though it seemed like there were thousands of cars there he knew the exact car I was talking about. The negotiation only took 5 or 10 minutes and the paperwork (which has always been the worst part of buying a car) could not have been more than 30 minutes long. The best part is he stayed with us for around 2 hours to make sure we knew how to work every single button and feature in the car. This is my first Mercedes Benz and I felt like I had our based a space ship but after the explanation I think I can work it better than my cable box. I will be back again!

I had my car in for service to fix a specific problem. Crowne technicians with the help of experts in Chicago solved the problem after doggedly diagnosing the issue. Many of the S Class features have been made standard in the C Class. Driving my new car is not just an activity, it's an experience! I bought my car from out of town while on vacation. Shame on me I should have waited until I got back to cbus to do. I realized this when I needed to go over some functions on the vehicle and get my phone hooked up to the system. My father told me good luck getting help from othe guys at Crown seeing how I didn't buy it there. Boy was he wrong. Michael Antauer was totally understanding and helped me. I can tell you next time I get a new car, it will be in cbus and at Crown, hopefully with Michael Antauer if he is still there.

This was my first time using their service center at Crown. I death with Shengqian Saguisi for servicing my E500 that needed brakes/rotors, ball joints replaced. He was very easy to deal with and no pressure tactics. I had checked prices elsewhere and Shen's first price beat them all. Not only that but Shen showed me where the issues were, got me a loaner (even though I had not asked for one ahead of time), and the mechanic even fixed my wheel alignment for free. Great friendly service, honest evaluations, and a clean service center. Will now be going here for my future services.

The interest rate was better than I even anticipated-- lower than on most new car promos that you can find. Because it was a used car, there were a few things that needed to be addressed after the transfer of ownership. Ralph was great with follow through to make sure all of the issues were addressed. Shengqian Saguisi was my service rep and was knowledgeable and courteous. He went over the service I would receive and suggested that I have my tires rotated which was something I intended to do but forgot. The service was completed in a reasonable time as I waited in the well appointed waiting area. When Shen came to get me he suggested that I should watch for the brake service light to come on saying I only had about 5 or 6 K miles til I needed brakes. The entire experience was excellent as I have come to expect after several years of having my car serviced at Crown. The cost of service was reasonable and as quoted by Shen.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was a bit timid walking in as I thought because I was wearing a hat and a hooded sweatshirt, I would be blown off. This was definitely not the case! Konstantin Chumak was amazing and treated me like I had a suit on. He was thoughtful and helpful, honest and knowledgeable. We visited Crown Mercedes in Dublin in this morning for my free car wash (LOVE THOSE!) and was so glad to see that CJ Sexton is BACK! CJ is awesome and treats us just like family! We weren't looking to buy today but CJ mentioned he might have a car we'd like so we took a look. CJ doesn't pressure you... just finds what you're looking for and lets you decide if it's for you. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase CJ worked hard along with Tom Sands and got us a great deal quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Jonathan Lyle-Purdy handled our financing and managed to get a better interest rate than we were expecting! (Thanks Jonathan!) I can't say enough great things about Crown! I recently moved back to Central Ohio, and needed to find a Mercedes dealership to service my C-class. My Texas Dealer recommended Crown, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. I used Crown's online service request form, and was assigned Shengqian Saguisi as my service advisor. Shen took the time to understand the issues with my car, and followed up periodically during my wait to let me know my car's progress. Shen also explained all of the repairs, asked me if I had any more questions, then personally walked me to my car.

Ken Stuart, his manager Tom Sands, and the entire Crown Eurocars, Dublin, staff are simply the best. I have never received better, more professional service from any provider of any service, let alone a car dealership. I recently moved to Columbus and needed a new car urgently . I bought a Mercedes Benz C300 from Crown Eurocars in September 2014. My sales agent was Michael Gale. It was by far my best car buying experience. I have owned BMWs for quite some time and my two reasons to switch to MB were the service Mike provided and the hassle free price that I got from the dealership. I felt that Mike did every bit to earn my business and negotiated a price that was a win - win for both of us. Recently I wanted to upgrade my Acura MDX and used the internet to do so. Ilive in rural Kentucky so my options on buying these cars are somewhat limited. I recently had a service appointment for my GL 450. My service department contact is Shen Saguisi and he is always a pleasure to work with: professional and polite. What I thought was probably going to be a nail in one tire turned out to be the need to get 4 new ones. When Shen had to "deliver the bad news" he didn't just tell me, but he actually brought me back to show me how the tires were worn while the car was up on lifts. I really appreciated this b/c, not that I doubted the assessment, but it reinforced why I trust the staff at crown eurocars and will continue to bring my car their for servicing. Overall Shen made the process very simple in terms of scheduling the repair and providing me with a loaner car (not a rental) and the team even went to the extra length of installing my children's car seats for me in the loaner. Some of these little extras go a long way to save me time and energy. The tires were swapped out in the estimated time and I was back driving it again by the end of the day. Thanks again to Shen and his team at crown Eurocars of Dublin for being so professional and efficient! There is no doubt I will continue to work with them!

I purchased a new Mercedes C350 from Crown last year, and the process was so easy and friendly (and I also got a nice deal) that I went back to them again while shopping for a pre-owned car. They had a BMW 335i that had recently been traded that immediately caught my attention. By far, my salesman, Stephen Revard, and the other staff gave me the best customer service that I have ever had when purchasing vehicles. Since we bought our Mercedes 7 months ago, I have to say, our service has been above and beyond! Prior to our Mercedes we had a Volkswagon and a Volvo. Service did not even compare with what we receive from Grady Nance at Mercedes. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He really gets to know his clients. We have had our S Class sedan for many years and intend to keep it for many more. Todd Johnson has been there every step of the way to assist us in maintaining it in a cost effective and safe manner. On the few occasions that this 16 year old Mercedes has had other than normal maintenance issues, Todd has shown a keen ability to nail down the solution based on just a brief description of the problem. I knew where my car was parked when I was picking it up today and proceeded to walk toward it as I left Todd's office. I originally came into the dealership to get my 2003 Mercedes serviced but told the service advisor that I might want to look at newer model while there. He referred me to Ralph Burgess. From the very beginning Ralph was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the E350 line. I told Ralph that I had ruled out purchasing another Mercedes due to a very unpleasant experience at another Mercedes dealership. But 2 cars/test drives later....I'm again sold on Mercedes. Ralph even went the extra step of coming to my home on "his" off day to program my garage door opener! Now how many salesmen would have done that? I've only had my car for 3 days but I love it. I can't think of another luxury car I'd rather have. Finance advisor Jonathan Lyle-Purdy was a joy to work with as well. Even though I'd purchased many many cars new and used before....he took the time to explain with expertise every document and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I will refer my family and friends to Crown Eurocars of Dublin and I will definitely be a repeat customer. No other car makes you feel like a Benz does. :-)

Prior to this year we have never owned a M-B. After our experience working with Stephen Revard and Crown Eurocars earlier this year with the purchase of a ML350, we decided to purchase another car from him this week - a SL550. Stephen is a true professional. We really enjoy working with him. He is honest, communicates well, and follows through. We highly recommend him and the dealership.

I just bought a custom-ordered 2014 E250 Bluetec from Crown. Mike Gale was very attentive during the whole process from the time the car was ordered to the time it was delivered. He continues to follow up with me to ensure that everything is great with the car, and it is! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for sales or service of a Mercedes. Tom Sands did a nice job as well of assuring me that Crown had given me a very fair trade-in on my 2007 E320 Bluetec, too. Great job, Mike and Tom.

He is very professional, organized, detail oriented, and communicates in a very efficient and timely manner. He is always able to work around our schedules. I purchased my 2001 E320 Mercedes from Crown Mercedes in 2001. I have continued to have the car serviced by Crown for the past 13 years. The service has always been dependable. The service agents have always been pleasant and efficient. Grady Nance, my most recent service agent, has been the best I have encountered. He not only handled my check-in and check-out efficiently, he described in understandable language and diagrams exactly what each repair involved. I left his cubicle more educated about my car and how it works. He demonstrated what a true professional should be. People like Grady are the reason I remain with Crown Mercedes.

I have leased 2 cars so from Dustin Holland with Crown Mercedes in Dublin. I don't know what I would do if he wasn't my Sales Associate. I've never felt more comfortable or felt more assured that my wants and needs were taken seriously. I will be leasing a 2015 C Class in a few months from now and I won't work with anyone but Dustin. My wife and I have been loyal customers or Crown Mercedes-Benz for several years. Recently, we were looking to replace both of our vehicles. Our service adviser recommended Dustin Holland to assist us with looking at new vehicles. We set an appointment with him and upon arriving, he had two very specific vehicles waiting inside for us to view. Having not met Dustin before, we were both rather impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and the brand. Dustin took the time to learn about our past purchases and found vehicles that he though would appeal to both me and my wife. We spent several hours learning about the new technology and felt very comfortable with Dustin's style and approach; he was not concerned with making a quick sale, but listened to both of us and found vehicles that fit our unique needs and style. Needless to say, we both decided to trade our current vehicles in for new ones. Our entire visit was extremely enjoyable and the staff was a pleasure to be around. I bought a pre-certified used 300 in June 2014. My experience with Crown Euro was exceptional. Specifically my sales professional Stephen Revard was extremely helpful and patient. I began my search online and had narrowed my purchase to a car at Crown ane one at MB of Cincinnati. In the end Stephen made me feel more comfortable dealing with him than the other salesperson did. I purchased a Mercedes Benz AMG from Crown and am glad I did. I was lucky enough to find this especially rare color combination not too far from my home. I found the car online and immediately drove down the same day to look at it. I met Andrew Ruck when I arrived and he assisted me through the process. The car ended up being in great condition but since I drove down the same day I found it, the car was still in need of servicing. I ended up buying the car and arranging to have it delivered the next day. Andrew drove the car several hours to me and even met me early in the morning. He showed me all of the features and then headed back with my trade. We even ran into an issue with my trade that they helped me through. There is not a better Mercedes-Benz dealer in this area!

We have owned Mercedes in the past but never purchased from Crown until last week. Our sales associate was Konstantin Chumak a very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive individual. We made contact via the internet sales department. He greeted us at the door on arrival and had the vehicles that we wanted to look at ready for test drives when we arrived. We were introduced to the general sales manager John who was equally helpful and friendly. Our purchase was seamless and fair. I would recommend both of these individuals to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a mercedes product. They were transparent with pricing knowing they we already had done our homework with regard to invoice pricing and trade in values before we arrived. Whole process took less than four hours and we were leaving with our new vehicle at the end. I give Crown the highest recommendation without any reservation...

We had researched several different dealerships online and were interested in the new Mercedes CLA 250 model. We decided to visit Crown Eurocars of Dublin and from the moment we walked through the front doors were very impressed. Our sales representative Stephen Revard did an outstanding job of making the process of buying another car very pleasant. This has not always been our experience in the past. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable about all of their cars and we eventually settled on a barely used C300 with only 5,000 miles on it. Our entire experience was very pleasant from the time we met Stephen until we drove off in our C300. He was extremely thorough in discussing the different features of the car and how they worked. Our test drive was wonderful. We were given a tour of the service department and informed of all they have to offer and were even introduced to the manager of the service department. We were there on a rather busy Saturday with many other customers there and waiting but we never felt that our sales rep was "rushing us through." We were extremely pleased with our entire experience at Crown and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. We are very happy customers and will undoubtedly return to Crown Eurocars in the future when we need a new car.

My wife and I had been looking for a first car for our son. I was referred to Ken Stuart at Crown Eurocars/Mercedes Benz by a co-worker. Initially we were going to buy a car for our son and Ken did everything to find a car for us (and he did). We decided not to buy that car but while we were there, we decided to look into buying a Mercedes. Ken was awesome...I called him after getting back from vacation and set up an appointment. He communicated with me prior to arriving and I gave him a choice for a car to look at. When we got there, along with my children, Ken was there to greet us and had the car cleaned, running and ready for us to take out. After a drive, we looked at a couple of other cars. I found a 2012 C300 4Matic Luxury edition and took that out for test drive...we fell in love with the car. Ken was there the whole time with us, even though he was also taking care of other issues at the dealership that day. He walked us through the whole buying process. With no haggling at all, we got the car at the price we wanted and the payments we desired. We jokingly asked Ken if he could change the grill to that of a C300 Sport; Ken said he could, but that I would have to return the next day since they were extremely busy. Well, much to our complete surprise, Ken drove the car up for final delivery with the new grill on!!! I cannot state enough what an incredible buying experience at Crown Eurocars. Starting with Ken and continuing on with the finance department, nothing could have been more satisfying. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful Mercedes Benz! My experience was very good overall. Michael Antauer was our sales associate and did a great job in all aspects. The only down side was the process from start to finish took much longer than we expected, make sure one gives themselves at least 3 hours to get through the test drive, pricing, paperwork, and operation on the car. The man that handles the finance, Greg I believe his name is, is a hoot. I am sure we would go back for our next car too.

I LOVE cars! I always have and always will. I love to shop for cars. I even love to buy cars. I also love quality! I hate cheap, poor quality anything. I also hate non-professional, rude sales people that do not know their own products. Unfortunately, I have been to too many car dealers that fit this description. I recently started shopping for a new car. I have owned several German built cars, but never a Mercedes. Not showing my age, but several of my good friends own Mercedes, and so I though it might be time to take a good look at the line. I called, about a model I was looking at, and talked with a very informed gentleman, Stephen Revard. He invited me to stop in for a personal test drive and look at the car. I liked Stephen right away. His knowledge of the Mercedes products, their quality and performance, high value and investment demonstrated his true professionalism as a representative of Mercedes Benz. I would highly recommend finding Stephen Revard at Crown Eurocars, if you also like a high quality product like a Mercedes along with a professional individual to guide you through the buying process.

It has always been a pleasure to look for a New Vehicle at Crown Eurocars of Dublin! I had about 3 weeks to decide on a new car given my current car's lease was expiring. I was considering a Mercedes and from the first time I did web searches and inquiries through the ultimate purchase, the Crown team was outstanding. Matt contacted me within 24 hours to set up a time to meet and discuss cars. He was very helpful and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle with all of my required options. I then left for vacation and he continued to work with my husband to complete the purchase and delivery, so that it was in my garage when I got back home! Very enjoyable process.

Appointment to test drive a vehicle but was handed off to someone else and never saw sales person again. Not introduced to any management after drive and not talked to about purchasing the car. It was as if they didn't care. I then left. When I tried to contact sales person, a day later was contacted and only then asked how test drive was, and subsequently told that car was now sold. When i advised management of how poorly I was handled, the staff started spinning their own stories to cover their butts. Overall, less than honest. I will not return.

Im new to the Columbus area, moved here from Virginia about a month ago. I wanted to find a service center that I could trust with my car, and people that seemed happy to be at their job. In my past experiences at other service centers the employees seemed distant or unengaged. This was NOT the case at Crown of Dublin. I was instantly greeted and helped upon my arrival. One employee in particular, Grady Nance really took the time to speak with me and understand exactly what my expectations were. He listened, and the services done exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to see someone in the service industry who is helpful, and enjoys interacting with people. I left Crown of Dublin feeling like my money and time were well spent. No one we have worked with has worked harder than Ken to put us in the right vehicle at a fair price. This is the second benz our family bought from this dealer, and from the same person Konstantin. My nephew bought one in 2012 and we had good experience with Konstantin. We stopped by and made that purchase in the same afternoon. Konstantin is easy to talk and deal with. He is honest and really want to help you. I really hate come back and force for hours about prices or whatever. Konstantin is the type I like. If he could accept your offer, he will tell you instead of spending another three hours or days trying to make you pay a little bit higher. This time we come back to him with email. We finished the deal through several emails! And we stopped by after work and drove the car back within two hours! I made some research and know the price isn't the greatest but good enough to me. Konstantin is also very considerate. He finished everything and we just needed to sit back and sign some papers at the end. He even called my insurance company the next day before I called in to add the car into my policy. Great dealer and great person. We definitely will come back later.

My car has been serviced at Crown more than its fair share; I literally keep Dave's card in my wallet at all times. He has been personable and knowledgeable each time and makes sure to keep me updated, which is great! I've had a chance to work with a couple of other people at Crown and have not been disappointed with their treatment. I don't know his name, but the older check-in man is super friendly too. Love the loaner services and, though the labor may be pricier than other shops, it's worth knowing you're getting the right parts and quality work.

My wife's 2014 C300 had 1,400 miles on it when the sidewall of one of the tires failed. Knowing that a flat originating in the tread can be fixed but not one from the sidewall, I was resigned to spending the $260 for a new tire. When we returned to pick up the car. Grady Nance presented me with invoice to sign. The cost . . . n/c. Grady completely took care of it. No hassles, no discussion. I used another Mercedes Benz repair shop on the East side of town. They seemed more oriented to making money than being a true customer service and experience that we Mercedes customers expect. Crown is the ultimate example of the 360 degree view of the Mercedes customer. Shen is especially good. Crown seems to have low attrition and Shen for instance knows the whys and whats and hows of the repairs. This is key to me for building a trust relationship with a dealer.

Konstantin Chumak greeted my wife and I promptly and was very helpful in answering our questions about a certain, pre-owned SLK. We never felt pressured, but rather like he was helping us learn about the car. He spent time with us and made us feel like our business was important and appreciated. We closed the deal late on a holiday Friday and he delayed the start of a family road trip to deliver the car to our home, During the document signing melee late Friday, I forgot to add the TOD statement to the title and after the holiday, Karen Williams sent a runner to my wife's office to sign the necessary docs. We have nothing but great things to say about the way Konstantin and Karen helped us through this process.

This review is in regards to the purchase of our Honda Odessy minivan with your sales associate Melisa Greenberg. Melisa was very pleasant in greeting us upon arrival to your showroom. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services that you had to offer and made the overall process seamless and effecient. This is the kind of professionalism we expected in going to a high calibur dealership but let me tell you Melisa exeeded our expectations. We felt confident and pleased while leaving with our new vehicle. I would definetly recomend her to anyone that I know that is in the market for a vehicle.

I came into the dealership to start my search for a Mercedes Benz. I was not sure if I was intersted in buying or leasing a car. I was greeted by Melisa and I explained my reason for the visit. Melisa was awesome as she explained all of the different options for both leasing and owning as well as the many different Mercedes cars and the options available. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the Mercedes line of autosand everything the dealrship can offer. She was a great help and I certainly would recommend her and your delearship to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz vehicle

I just bought my 6th Mercedes from Mike Gale at Crown Eurocars and it was another great experience! Mike takes care of me throughout the entire process and makes it so easy for me. Doug was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to listen and make sure we were getting the perfect vehicle for our needs. On May 23, 2014 My husband and I signed a Lease Agreement with Stephen Revard for my new 2014 C300 Mercedes. As I told Stephen the next day, I had such an enjoyable experience with him and CrownCars, Dublin, OH. My experience was simply stressless and exciting at the same time. Stephen took time with me through-out the entire day allowing me to test-drive different models and make sure I was comfortable in my final choice. Stephan educated me to the fullest on the mechanics, safety and operating functions of my new car. I now know that in the future I have Stephen Revard as my Car Salesman and CrownCars of Dublin as my Car Dealership to refer to now and in the future for my Vehicle purchases. Just picked up my new 2014 CLS at Crown Eurocars in Dublin. My salesmen Steven Revard has helped me since 1995. This is my third Mercedes he has delivered to me, but our 5 th if you count my husband's cars. I am very pleased with Stevens knowledge of all the various features that are found in the Mercedes. When he delivers the new car he goes over all the options and shows me how they work. I feel very confident that I understand my vehicle. Kristin is great and helpful. I called her many times and asked a lot of question, she could always find the answer for me with patience. she drove to the airport to pink me up to buy the car which was so nice and easy going. I would definitely recommend her for anyone wants to purchase a car.

Andrew provided the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had.We came in to buy a GL Blutec last year. Sorry for the late review (stumbled upon this page looking for dealer hours). We came in and the wife test drove the big Merc. (shopping for her). He went through all the options and told us what is good and is not. Even suggested other vehicles and even other manufacturers. I have never owned a Mercedes so he answered all my questions including cost of service and upkeep. The negotiations where short and sweet. We got a great price considering we had our Ipad and searching dealer stock during the transaction (300 radius). We bought the car and while the car was going in to be prepped before we took it home, he turned on the tv for our son and gave him a snack(when I say short and sweet, when you have a 4 year old son with you and need to keep him on the clock before he gets bored then you know what I mean on how effortless this purchase was). Weeks later Andrew gave us a follow up phone call to check in, and we stated we could not figure out the garage door opener and guess what, he came over and fixed it!!Andrew was great I would not call him a salesman but more of representative of what Mercedes is as a company.Also, last year my cousin was in town wanting to buy a Mercedes, we went and saw Andrew and went through the inventory. He did not have a combination of color and model in stock (it was a special color and the other Mercedes dealer did not have it either) for my impatient cousin who wanted a Mercedes that day. He was still pleasant with us and thanked us for coming in. We have referred him to our friends and co-workers and if he is not in I tell them to wait till he is working. You do a great job Andrew

On May 8th I came to receive reordered 2014 GL 350 Blue-tech, Car was build for my specification, ordering process took about 30 min, 3 month later before my lease expires on ML350 I got call, new car arrived... Brought ML for lease end return and new one pick up all process took about an hour, with all finence papers to sing, Nice and easy, no change in price no troubles, they did set my phone did shoe fetchers and... I am on a road back to business. I leave in New Albany OH,they are in Dublin OH, Germain Mercedes way closer to me but I would never recommend any body waist there time there. At Crown I work with same dealer for almost decade. never been disappointed . Dealer name K. Chumac
