Jennifer Irvin was our sales associate and we couldn't have had a better one. Our experience was professional in every respect. She answered every question we had directly and treated us with the utmost respect. If it weren't for my forgetfulness and my bank's lack of clarity on my financing, I would have had a flawless and actually enjoyable experience as she was quite encouraging that things would work out. We got a great car at a great price, and though it was not their own make she knew as much about the function of the car as if it were. I highly recommend Jenifer and Crown Hyundai to help guide anyone through the car purchasing process..

Walked in looking for a vehicle we saw online only to find out it had sold the day before. Rather disappointed Devon Thompson our sales rep luckily had just got the same type of car on trade the day before. It was a little newer a lot fancier and was in perfect condition. He was with us step by step and his business manager Kyle worked out our deal to match what we discussed with Devon after hitting a few bumps. Kyle did awesome to work through the issue and got us what we needed. Kyle and Devon made our purchase simple for us. We are thankful we walked in and ended up with Devon. He had two other appointments already set and took us on anyway. Thank y’all for the help today!

Great atmosphere with helpful/ informative salesmen that don't pressure you into a purchase immediately. Visited here to test drive a used Tucson and look at the new Tucson, Christian was a huge help. By far the most friendly and laid back salesman we had worked with after visiting a few other dealerships. I really appreciated the fair and straightforward pricing, as their website shows the total cost breakdown of the vehicles they have in stock, sparing you from the back and forth price negotiation.

This experience was my first buying a car and Crown Hyundai made it absolutely amazing from start to finish. Justin Hoffman was very patient and knowledgeable. Justin truly made my first time buying a new car such a positive and memorable experience. The honesty, quality, and respect up front was refreshing and sealed the deal for me. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I would recommend Crown Hyundai and Justin. I will definitely be back in the future to see them both!

I just bought a 2021 Tuscon and I am overall very happy with this dealership, but what made my experience the best was my amazing salesman Deshawn and I highly recommend him. Extremely professional, friendly, genuine, honest and knowledgeable. He took the stress out of helping me purchase my new SUV. He took his time explaining all the features on my new car and even extended his services beyond and after this deal was sealed. We even went over the best finance options for me. He never once tried to pressure me into anything I did not want and always had my best interest. . I am recommending him to everyone I know and looking forward to doing business with him again. A true asset to this dealership and this young man will go very far in life!
