Just purchased the 2021 Rogue from Crown Nissan Greenville. Every single aspect of the experience was enjoyable and pressure free! I worked with Brian Spain who was patient, extremely knowledgeable and focused on getting me into a car that I love at a very competitive price. (Highly recommend asking for him! He's the best!) Even the financial part of the transaction was painless! Carlos was very professional and courteous and able to answer all of my questions in layman's terms. Came to this place due to such high reviews. Definitely was not disappointed! Angel helped me to find the perfect vehicle. The process was so simple and prompt. Angel explained everything in detail, made great suggestions and pointed me in the right direction. I highly recommend this place and seeing Angel! However, the vehicle I purchased was sent back TWICE to be cleaned and BOTH times came back with the interior not vacuumed. There was STILL dirt and hair down in the seats and on the floor.

My last vehicle was purchased in 2007 so I had definitely been out of the car buying experience for a while. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by Timothy Glenn. He was a pleasure to work with! He knew exactly the car to show me and it is the one I chose. I really only planned to start looking that day, but the car was perfect for me and the price was in the range I was looking for. Tim was great! He didn't give me the "sleazy salesman" vibe that some people have. He is down to earth and an all around great person to work with. I will definitely recommend him and Crown Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I will also see them again in a few years when I'm ready to make another purchase.

I have had the privilege of not having a car payment for over 10 years. So the thoughts of looking for a new car that I could afford were a little scary. The staff at Crown Nissan of Greenville made the experience less scary and I left with a new vehicle that I am very happy with. My salesman, Eric was so patient considering I arrived a little after 7:00pm he didn't rush me at all and he was very in tune to what I was telling him I was looking for. He didn't try pushing me into a vehicle out of my budget and he worked with me until well after 9:00pm (long passed closing time). I am telling all my friends that Crown Nissan of Greenville is the place to go when they need to get a new vehicle. Thank you also to Mr. Beach and HC who helped me finalize the deal the following day.

2015 Nissan altima with 12000 miles. seat clips broken under seat and seperating from back rest part but nissan and the dealership say that normal wear and tear. Nissan states that that's not a warrantable item will never buy another Nissan ever

Was treated like just another open wallet. When I arrived to pick up my car, James asked me to swipe my card without telling me a description of what was done, or even saying anything else to me at all. I asked to look at the invoice, and noticed I was being overcharged by around $200 from what he had quoted me. He did change it to what it was supposed to be, but did not receive an apology and he acted like it was no big deal and happens all the time. $200. Was very obvious all he cared about was receiving the largest commission possible. When I was called about what my car needed, he read off about 5 different things incredibly fast without explaining them at all. I was told my car had no coolant in it, but was not offered to have it filled and was allowed to drive off the lot with it still empty. Would not recommend Crown Nissan at all, and would specifically recommend avoiding James.

I brought in my vehicle on 28 April 2016 for brake pedal goes to the floor and fuel gauge reading inaccurate. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed, fixed and ready on the date promised. When I picked up my vehicle the price was significantly lower than quoted price due to Nissan Customer Care, military discount and parts price match by the management staff. I worked with Nikki Corn on this visit who was worked with me on all of my request. I have also worked with James Whiteside in the past who has always been a straight shooter with me. Very willing to work with buyers to arrive at the best deal for everyone. Do your research and make a reasonable offer. I would buy there again. Timothy was very professional. At first we didn't think we found a vehicle there we liked, so we left. But hours later we discovered one we missed and called him back. Sure enough, that was the one we bought. It's a car dealership, so yeah, there's a little bit of effort to try to up-sell you things you don't need, but all retailers, whether they are selling cars or colas, do the same thing. Just say "No thanks" and you'll be fine. And don't be afraid to walk away if you really think you structured a good deal. They'll either come back and accept it, or will honestly tell you they can't do it. In the end, we were very happy and so were they, which is how it should be.

Got a call from sales agent Himansu D, advising cars that fit my search avaliable . Long story short this guy doesn't have common car knowledge, after advising him twice of car model I wanted to view. He got incorrect vehicle that matched the color & model of intended vehicle. The entire process took 2hrs due to him holding my ignition key for possible trade hostage when upfront he was aware my time is limited. Dealership is great,wonderful auto repair spotless location but please stay away from this salesman the headache isn't worth it.

went in looking for a frontier and the salesman that helped us (Leon) was top notch. He went above and beyond our expectations. After the sale not so good. We were at the dealership for 4 HOURS just to buy a truck. I have bought many cars in my life and this is the longest it has ever taken. I took my 2012 Versa in to Crown Nissan for service in March 2013 because there were problems with the clutch. No repair necessary, I was told. Now, at 9500 miles (1/2 the MINIMUM life expectancy of the clutch) the clutch is burnt out, the car is out of warranty, and Nissan wants me to pay for the clutch replacement - $2200! I talked with Lauren at consumer affairs, and she apologized that the problem wasn't caught in 2013. Doesn't that admit they SHOULD have caught it? The darned clutch was clearly defective, if it didn't last more than 9,500 miles. Lauren also suggested that I should have taken it to another Nissan dealership for a second opinion. Right, don't ever trust what your certified Nissan repair people tell you! Ugh.

Met up with Frank after friends pre-arranged for a Nissan Quest to be held for my arrival. The van was in great condition as promised and Frank dispensed with the paperwork as quickly as possible. We are on our sixth Altima since about 2000 - put on high mileage and trade in every couple of years. All but the first of these was from Crown Nissan. Our daughter also has had an Exterra and two Versas. We just traded in for our latest Altima last week and Robert Williams was tremendous - great to work with and gave us a wonderful deal. As I did not invest in a new car yet, when I do it will be from Nissan of Greenville, Lord willing. Preferably from Mr. Timothy Glenn. Yesterday, I went looking for a possible new vehicle. I was scared because I have just recently graduated college and know that this will be my first "big girl" investment (apart from college) haha...I have only heard stories of salesmen being crooks and all. So, I was a little timid. Once I met Mr. Glenn all my worries were gone. He was super friendly and was more than willing to work around the price and offers that was ideal for me. everything has been a positive experience except when we bought our new nissan we were told we had to pay 300 for 1 oil change and 6 detail jobs on our car. didnt want to pay for this but told i had to it was part of the package. oil change went well but the detail job was a rinse off and a light vacuum. i was expecting a detail job like i would get at a detail shop. not close, but they did give me a tank of gas another oil change and a FULL detail job next time. was pleased with the way they stepped up but dont pay the 300 dollars for this service, you will be disappointed. but other than that the price was great on the car and the people real friendly.

Crown Nissan has serviced my 2007 Quest van since I moved here in May of 2012. The service department has done an excellent job of keeping my van running with no breakdowns on the road. I recently took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. This work and all other work was done with no need to return. Crown apparently has a professional staff of mechanics and service managers.

The other dealership played all the typical used car games so when I arrived I told Tim, the salesman that met me on the lot, I just wanted to buy a vehicle, no games. I have an older 1998 Nissan, and the service department keeps it running smooth. They listen to exactly what the customer wants done with their car, and they effectively take care of the service that is needed. They also let you know if anything is wrong with the car you may not know of with their complimentary inspection. The service advisers David and Jeremy really show appreciation to you as a customer and are very attentive to your car's needs.

I had my eye on a used 350z at this dealership. I asked them to hold it, which they did, and then I made flight arrangements to come pick up the car and drive it back home. They even came and picked me up from the airport! The crazy thing that happened though is that the stock nissan wheel on that car had a defect, so on the way to pick me up, the car wheel failed on the car salesman (Cesar... poor guy, he was so sorry and so kind)! But they rounded up another vehicle to get me. They offered to either find me another similar car or pay for my airfare home + hotel room. They were awesome and great with customer service. I ended up getting a newer better model of the car i was after for a good deal. They were very very helpful in such a difficult situation. Also, the finance lady Donna Phillips was super helpful, along with the general manager. They went out of their way to make sure everything worked out for the best.

I was surprised I was greeted at the door because I look so young and most people do not take me serious. I was very impressed that they have me the same attention and effort as they would an older customer. He showed me the perfect car I wanted and made it possible for me to get it. The service was very quick and he was very nice and helpful. I had to bring my car back for a treatment and the wait was going to be about an hour and he drove me to the mall so I didn't have to sit there and wait. This made me feel that they were really interested in my business. When we arrived at the dealership we were made to feel like we were appreciated and important , and I have to say that the buying experience was the easiest transaction we have encountered with any dealership, anywhere in SC. They really bent over backwards to work through problems with my trade-in getting issues resolved in record time. I also look at a Maxima but chose the Altima because I didn't want a V 6 and a car that burned premium gas. Frank was the most accomodating and straight-forward salesman (of any type) I've encountered. We came with a specific vehicle type (pickup) in mind, but bounced between brands and sizes. He never expressed or implied any sort of frustration or impatience and he was more than willing to listen to our back-and-forth about price, payment, preferred vehicle, etc.That being said, it still took well over 5 hours to come in, test drive, and drive away. When I look back though, Frank did go to another dealer under the company umbrella and picked up a vehicle that interested us, he did gas up a truck or two, and he did have to find a battery box for one fresh-off-the-truck test drive. Maybe I should be giving him credit for ONLY taking 5 hours.The contract side of the deal was as painful as it always is, though the lady at least let us read the paperwork instead of trying to get us to just sign it. The only bad spot to the day was being asked if we wanted an extended warranty on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 69k miles and 5 years of powertrain warranty remaining...I rhetorically asked if she thought I needed a warranty and she said, "well...it is built by humans" which made my confidence in the truck fall a little. I know she's supposed to push the warranties so I didn't make much of it, but way to sell confidence in your own brand!!!Frank was great, if he's free, sit down at his desk next time you want to buy something and you won't be disappointed.

I didn't have any problems with any phase of the process. I was told the new 2015 was much better than the 2012. I had to drive it to find out. It is true. The 2015 Altima is a pleasure to drive. I had been searching for quite some time for a replacement for my trusty but aging Toyota, and wanted to try out some of the newer Nissans (as we had owned one in the past). Simply put, Timothy Glenn was fantastic to work with. He had a great demeanor, was not high pressure, and demonstrated great knowledge of all the vehicles we tested. I appreciated that when we looked at used cars, he didn't talk them down and try to drive us to new vehicles. Each test drive was informative, and fun. We made several visits to the lot, and each time he treated us with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. One of the reasons we came back was because our salesman made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We never felt "attacked" at Crown, like you might sometimes feel elsewhere. Ultimately, we decided to buy a new vehicle. We talked to several different dealerships, and of all of them, we definitely got the best feel from Crown. Above all, they were always up front and honest about their pricing. There were no hidden costs, and when I signed the final papers the final cost was the same as we had initially agreed upon. Each time we were in the dealership (and there were several visits) everyone we encountered was very welcoming and friendly. I feel that as a dealership they were fair and upfront, and were also able to make a very good deal for us on a new vehicle (and we were VERY good students of what other prices were available). I can highly recommend Crown Nissan, and if you ask for Timothy you won't be disappointed.

Buying a new truck (Nissan Frontier Pro-4X) from Frank Liberatore is more like hanging out with your favorite uncle than the stereotypical car salesman everyone dreads meeting at the door. He has a great sense of humor, easy manner, is patient, and gives good advice when it comes to choosing among models. The best thing is that he is no pressure, but will do anything to help you find what you need. If he doesn't know an answer to any of your questions he won't BS you, but will go find the answers you need. He checked in with me when he said he would after I needed time to think about what and whether to buy, but didn't try to drag me inside to talk about price when I wasn't ready.Great experience -- If you want low-pressure but helpful assistance, you can't miss with Frank. Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs (a good sign that a business is run well from the top and bottom).

I prefer to get my car serviced at Nissan as they are best equipped to care for my Pathfinder. This is the only reason that I have continued to return to this dealership/service center. I repeatedly have issues with the servicemen and the services they provide and document my challenges in the surveys that are sent to me. Last time I was in the service manager pulled me into his office and voiced his displeasure with the way that I have rated their services. He started speaking to ratings 200 out of??? This, as a consumer, means nothing to me as the questions in the survey don't speak to numbers. I asked the service manager if he had read my reviews and he said no. He then asked me not to return to this service center because they are not able to make me happy. I let him know that if he had read my coments he would have a better understanding of why they were rated the way that they were. I'm not sure why surveys are sent out if they don't want to read them, especially if they are negative. Clearly they are more concerned with numbers than fixing the problems. I would not recommend going here!

I bought my car in 2011- Tim Glenn was the salesman that I worked with. He's extremely personable, engaging? And easy to talk to. Three years later I always stop in during services to say hey and just took my daughter who is 7 months old to meet him today. He remembers where I work and makes great conversation with people of all ages. My father was with me a few years ago when I bought my car and my husband still remembers meeting him and compliments him on his ability to make a quick connection. I am confident that when the time comes I will be a return customer because of him. When I do come in for a service I always request Jim because he is also very personable, knowledgable, and has my best interest at heart. When it came to buying new tires I let him pick them out because I knew he would pick out a quality set. He also remembers a lot of the small details from our conversations like work travel and is easy to converse with. What a wonderful carefree experience that our salesman Frank Liberatore made for us! He is the old fashioned, no pressure, car salesman that is a dying breed. We wish all car dealerships had a person like him! He listens the first time to your wants & needs and makes it happen. If we ever deal again, it would be a pleasure to work with him again. Chelsea Alley sales person helped us. My husband is legally blind, but, he loves classic cars and trucks. We purchased a 2004 SSR Truck which is rare and hard to find in this area. We were just making arrangements to fly to Ohio and check one out when I saw this one setting on the front row. It is beautiful and Chelsea and the staff went beyond the call of duty to seal the deal for us. Chelsea even drove it home for me. Thank you so much. I will buy from Crown Nissan again.

First of all, since many people might not read this till the end, Mr Williams, I encourage you to do so.Greg is a great professional, pays attention to the persons he is in business with as an individual and not just a potential buyer. Greg has an outstanding communication gift, and most and above all: Greg is a good person, he truly is a good man.Now, this takes all the more sense when one knows that I do not like shopping for cars.We had 2 cars to get from Nissan, and Greg understood from the first second we were not here to joke. We were serious about this, and he made our experience enjoyable.I wish I could say the same from other dealers I contacted for this deal.For some reasons, specific to us, Greg had to show an extraordinary level of patience - many would have given up or not even followed up with us. Iam repeat costumer,and have been since i purchessed my nissan pathfinder in December of 2005.In the end of June of this year my transmission failed in my suv.And Who did I run to?Someone i know i could trust.And thats GARY STEADY AND JIMMY MOSER. They make my every visit delightful and stress free.Their very helpful and go out of they way to make me happy evan when they dont have too. I come in their all stressed out about my suv. But they do every thing they can to make sure i leave happy. As a sixteen year old girl, I am quite accustomed to being more or less ignored at dealerships, auto repair shops and junkyards, even though I love automobiles and often aid my father in the maintenance of our three family vehicles. With Frank, however, this was pleasantly not the case. Instead of engaging only my father, Frank quickly realized that I was aware of cars and of the various pitfalls that can occur when purchasing one. After that, he treated me as an equal customer and paid attention to my comments as well as my fathers. Even though we did not ultimately purchase a vehicle, it was definitely not because of Frank. His willingness to acknowledge me as an equal part of the proceedings made the experience the best I've honestly ever had at any vehicle-related business.

Frank L, and the team is terrific. I have bought many used cars over the years -- and these guys are great. I called Saturday morning from 3 hours away for specific used car I wanted. I asked if I gave $ deposit via credit card, would they hold and I would come there that day. I drove 3+ hours; when I arrived, Frank came out, greeted me, and had the car waiting up front for me to drive. He let me drive it alone, not pushy. We quickly with no issue got to price, and I purchased it. He will help arrange shipment to my hometown. Frank had great courteous customer orientation. Easy and pleasure to work with. And business Manager Jeff A. was fantastic. Overall, a terrific experience, like I have gotten at luxury brand new car sales. That is rare in the used car industry. PS

Right now I am most unhappy with Crown Nissan of Greenville. The purchase price I agreed to and the amount I agreed to finance isn't what I find out I signed for when I got home from the purchase. I told them I suffered from fatigue and wanted not to exceed financing a certain amount. Signed the white paper. When I got home to review my copy of the financing, I found they had financed $784 dollars more than what I originally agreed upon. Going to the dealership tomorrow to see if they will correct this. So disappointed that I have to go through this. Did not rate customer service and gave them a poor overall experience because I want to see if they resolve this.

My husband and I visited Crown Nissan this weekend to look at a Tahoe that I had found on Auto Trader. I spoke with Frank on the phone, and we made arrangements to meet on Saturday to look at the car. Frank met us in the parking lot and greeted us directly upon our arrival. The car that we were to look at had sold the night before, bur Frank had already located a similar car at one of their other dealerships. He promptly retrieved the car and had us on a test drive. Frank was an outstanding salesman. He worked to get us the price we wanted, as well as having a few of the minor repairs fixed, as we requested. Frank and Crown Nissan were very professional, and made the whole " car buying process" a pleasure. We will return to Crown Nissan and Frank for our future vehicle purchases.

This was the first NEW Car we purchased in the last 35 years, but the price was over 3,000.00 less than another dealer I looked at. Frank was our salesman. He wasn't pushy, but helpful. He looked at the options I wanted and found them, and in the color my wife wanted! He told me about the feature on the car, and answered all the questions I had. He even had them replace a trim piece on the dash, because of a scratch on it. After getting all the paperwork done, he filled the tank, and put the temporary license plate on.

I went with my family to check out cars and Nissan of Greenville was the first place we went. This is my first time buying my first car and I may be in trouble in the future with expectations on car shopping because this dealership made it way too easy. Hector was the salesman that helped me and he was stellar. He didn't sell me on the cars. He knew I was in sales and would be driving a lot. He listed the pros and cons of getting something vs not. For example, should I spend extra money on a V6 engine or should I get the In-Line 4 to save on gas? He was more of a consultant telling me I'd be better off with the better gas mileage. I would buy from Hector again as well as Nissan of Greenville. They had the options in terms of cars and the haggling (the worst part) was a breeze. I was very skeptical at first for buying my first car and Nissan of Greenville made it painless. Plus, I absolutely love my new car. :)

My old car's transmission gave out right around Christmas last year, so after a lot of shopping around in various dealerships across the state, I did a couple of online searches and came across a used SUV at this dealership that was in my price range. I immediately went over to take a test drive, which went really well, so I ended up going through the motions of buying the car. Less than a week in, there were some apparent maintenance issues - the car would jolt as I decelerated and then one time it completely turned off when I came to a complete stop at a stop light. I took it in immediately and they sent it to a neighboring dealership to be worked on, but the problem kept coming back. Throughout all of the maintenance issues, I have to say that the staff at Crown Nissan was very apologetic and helpful, and they always had a car available for me to drive while mine was at the shop. Despite that, it was still extremely inconvenient and frustrating that they had the car in their possession more than I did. Eventually, after the 5th or 6th time of this happening, I told my dealer i wanted to discuss my options for trade-in. He agreed and immediately let me test out some other vehicles they had on the lot that were also in my price range. Long story short, I ended up in a newer model car with less mileage, and they were extremely reasonable and easy to work with during the second purchasing process. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was very friendly, upfront and honest. Despite the maintenance hiccups, I would definitely recommend them, though maybe moreso for someone looking to purchase a new car.

My husband and I drove to Crown Nissan Greenville to purchase a new Altima. Frank assisted us in this process, he was very polite and friendly. All of the staff at the dealership was extremely friendly and they offered complimentary drinks while we were waiting on paperwork to be processed. The management asked us on several occasions if we needed anything and it was a comfortable yet professional environment. Great car shopping experience. We have a small family and we started our search with 5 models in mind. :) My wife and I work different timezones. We also have a 9 month old. So, time is a difficult commodity. But, Crown Nissan worked around our crazy schedules and ensured that we could really get to know the models and make a good decision for us. My husband and I went to Crown Nissan last Saturday because we had to, not because I wanted to, as my trusty 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5 was totaled and I mourned my car. But my gloomy mood soon changed as Keith Williams gave me the deal of the century on a brand new Altima -- thousands off the sticker price! Tim Glenn helped me through the buying process and we left that day with a shiny black Altima -- 12 miles on the odometer! My sons have new respect for me! My husband is grinning from ear to ear! From the moment that Keith greeted us through the entire process with Brittany, there was not a moment that I felt pressured, or trapped, or that I was getting a line JUST so we would buy the car. They helped us find the car to meet our budget and told us about any available discounts as well as warranties and protections. I have dealt with Crown Nissan for 11 years now and would not consider going anywhere else. They make you feel right at home. We dealt with Frank Liberatore when looking into the new Rogue. Let me first say that I was not sure that I would be buying a car from Crown Nissan when I first came in. I was willing to drive to Atlanta if I had to. But, Frank Liberatore change all of that. In fact, he TOTALLY changed the way I feel about buying a new car! This man deserves the HIGHEST award possible for car salesman! I came into the dealer with an important question about the VPP program. Not only did he answer my question straight up, but he was professional and honest the entire time I was with him (4+ hours). It was absolutely the most pleasant experience I ever had! I simply cannot believe I am saying this about buying a new car. Never, ever, was there any kind of pressure. I was trading in a 2007 Murano SL for a 2014 Murano SL. At one point he said to me, "Hey Tom, I noticed you have a trailer hitch on your old car. I would hate to see you turn around and buy a new one for your new car. Why don't you have us take off the old one and put it on your new one?" Then, he checked with the service dept and they gave an extremely fair price to do this. Although Frank is not old enough to be my dad, he has all of the traits you would love to have in a father. You cannot help but love working with him. This is my 3rd Murano and wont be my last. And, I will always ask for Frank. BTW, Frank, if you are reading this please fill up your business card holder since I took the last ones you had so I could give them to my friends. THANK you for such a wonderful experience!!!!!

I found a Nissan Pathfinder I was interested in. Made a call to the used car manager. He turned me over to Al Taylor. I made an offer. Al called back and the offer was accepted. My drive one way was over two hours. I let Al know I would be on a long drive and I wanted to know everything about this vehicle. He gave me all the info I needed. I called about an hour away. It was raining and I asked Al to have the vehicle in a dry place so I could look it over. when I arrived everything was just as Al had described. The vehicle was indoors and detailed and looked great. I'm over 60 and have purchased a lot of vehicles and dealt with several dealerships. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and treated me great. Al gave me a call a few days later and asked if everything was ok with my Nissan. I was impressed by a salesman calling days after a sale of a used car sold as is. I am very happy with my purchase and will give this dealership the first shot at any future car purchase. Frank was very personable and made the sales process smooth and easy. He was very patient with my son who was nervous and out of practice driving a standard transmission. He allowed us plenty of time to look the car over prior to and after the test drive. This purchase was very relaxing and stress free. Frank even called my insurance agent to have the new car added to our policy and the old car we were replacing deleted. The warm apple cider on a cold day really was perfect too!

As a result of past transgressions, my credit was a nightmare. I had already previously visited a dealership that wouldn't even go so far as to attempt to run it with a cosigner, so needless to say, I was pretty discouraged when I visited Crown Nissan with my husband Mark, and we met Frank. From that point on, I felt like we were in the best place we could be in this situation. Frank was empathetic and caring, going above and beyond for me. Once Miss Donna got ahold of my paperwork, she maneuvered her way around the endless loan applications and phone calls to get me a rate that was so good, I knew I didn't deserve it. Also being in lending industry, I am certain that she spent hours and hours finagling an amazing deal for me. I am so appreciative of Frank and Donna that I couldn't be happier!! My experience with Crown Nissan was a very positive one, I felt very comfortable with everyone we spoke to. Frank Liberatore spent a lot of time with my parents and I, making sure that we understood everything related to our purchase and made us feel at ease in everything we were looking over and discussing. When finally deciding to invest in a Nissan Note S-Plus, the whole procedure was painless and easy, and I was very happy with how everything went. I was even given a bouquet to congratulate me on my purchase, which I felt was a really sweet touch and made me even more happy! I would definitely recommend Crown Nissan to anyone else looking for a new car (even used too) and am especially pleased with my experience. They play games and you have to walk away to get to their real price. Additionally, they sold me a new car that has been in the shop more than it hasn't. While everyone is friendly, there is a healthy distribution of lack of empowerment to fix customer issues or vehicles.

After effecting Opt Out of marketing from dealer & info sharing for marketing, dealer sent unwanted advertising, in violation of dealer privacy policy offered Opt Out choices that were elected in writing to Robert Williams.

My wife and I needed a "new" used car. Our 26 year old Honda had gone to the Big Honda Round-Up in the sky, after a recent catestrophic engine failure. We drove through the lot on Sunday afternoon and spied THE car... It was in "mint" condition with low miles. We absolutely knew this had to be the car. I went online and submitted my interested email. Eddie Hyanes contacted me by phone and was very courteous and helpful. He even offered to check with other the other internet sales people to see if I were the first to show interest in the car, he would allow me to view the car and make an offer first. The next day I called and spoke with Frank Liberatore, he offered to pull the car to the showroom side of the building. He took my deposit, and informed me that he would be there when I got off of work later that evening. The car was where it was supposed to be and Frank allowed my wife and I to take the car for a test drive. The car was absolutely a dream come true for us. Frank offered us water and soda, helped us get the monthly payments in our price range, and went and had the car filled up for us. Donna Phillips worked with us and also stayed very late that night finishing up the "busines" side of things. I appreciate everthing that everyone at Crown Nissan of Greenville has done for us. I would most certainly reccomend this dealership to anyone, anywhere, and at anytime. Thanks a bunch, you guys were GREAT!

After researching for 6 months on which car I wanted to purchase for my first time and which dealership to go with, Marcos R. from Crown Nissan of Greenville was patient with me during my own investigation process. I even attempted Piedmont Nissan of Anderson and was very disappointed with their customer service and pushy attitude. Once I decided to buy, Marco and the manager gave me the VIP treatment and made sure I not only got the car that I wanted but that I also got the financial terms that I wanted despite my less than perfect credit. I was their for four hours throughout the whole process which I didnt mind they were very attentive and went over ever detail of the whole car buying process with me. Additionally, Marcos showed me how to use every gadget in the car and even reviewed the car manual with me! They stayed well over 2 hours past closing time to make sure I had all my needs met and questions answered. I was thoroughly impressed and my family plans on making Crown Nissan of Greenville their number one car dealership place!

I drove from Charlotte, NC to Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC. I first visited on Tuesday, July 23rd. I was stuck in traffic for over an hour just to go there. I met Frank and he was very pleasant. Because it was so late in the day, I decided to come back on Saturday. Leaving Charlotte I drove into a storm but I was determined to get to Crown. I had a bad week so I was looking forward to test driving a car to buy. Unfortunately, I have had some troubles with my right leg so I was unable to experience driving the car. Frank volunteered to do that for me. I am grateful. After a couple of hours later, it became a tense environment between me and Frank. He hung in there like a trooper. With the help of Derrick Hill for intervening, we were able to get through the process. I am very happy with my car. And the service that received at Crown Nissan was a wonderful experience. Even though l was demanding and at times challenging, they never let on. I appreciate how they handled the all day process. John "Hat Boy" Kull was very patient even when I changed cars. So I applaud Crown Nissan for their exceptional customer service. And I would recommend them to anyone. Even you, Frank Liberatore!

We went to Greenville looking for a car for our daughter who drives to NC for college. We had found some listings on the website for Greenville Toyota and Crown Nissan which are co-dealerships. We had emailed ahead letting them know we would be headed their way and what we were interested in. We were greeted immediately and directed to a salesman by the name of Steve who was to take care of what we were interested in and already had some other cars picked out to look at that were in the same price range. We test drove a total of 4 cars (three on the toyota lot and 1 on the nissan lot). Steve handled everything on the Toyota lot but once we went over to the Nissan lot we were handed over to a salesman there by the name of Frank Liberatore. Once we drove the 4th car we knew this was the one our daughter wanted. We were treated very professionally and although the trade-in/purchase process still takes several hours to process they made sure we were comfortable and provided us with water and sodas. Frank is very sweet and worked with us to get us at the payment amount that was in our budget and even found the time to present my daughter and I with some flowers as a thank you for buying from Crown Nissan. I will definitely recommend Crown Nissan for their friendly staff and some of the best prices I have seen on used cars.

Within hours of making an internet request I was mailed quotes on 3 different vehicles that were within my range of requested options. In fact, one of the 3 vehicles offered had everything i was looking for in terms of features and options and the price was excellent. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting at the front door for me to look at. While I did not purchase the vehicle on my first visit, my sales guy did maintain contact with me by email and phone but he was not overly aggressive. Upon returning for a test drive the dealer made me a very fair offer for my trade in and we later made the purchase. This dealership did not apply a high pressure pitch but rather they let me control the conversation and was very accommodating to my timeline.

I took my 2011 nissan maxima in to crown nissan at just under 54,000 miles because after owning the car since 48,000 miles we have had to refill the coolant resevoir after around every 600 to 1000 miles. First they tried to tell me this story about it "being normal to fluctuate as it gets warmer or cooler". ....Dude, just because I am female and blonde does not mean you have the right to assume that I'm a bimbo. My Dads 89' Ford Bronco has over 200,000 miles on it and has never used so much coolant! Also, you can actually smell the coolant burning at idle in my nissan. We have taken this car in to crown nissan about 3 or 4 times now and each time they tell me "something is broken or not normal with your car, but it just isn't broken ENOUGH to find where the issue is." So even though they admitted that it is absolutely not normal to be going through so much coolant, all they tell me is they can't find a leak. They also admitted that it could be burning coolant so there wouldn't be an actual leak, but they weren't sure. My car is under warranty until 60,000 miles and I would like to have this issue fixed before the warranty is up so I don't have to pay for a blown head gasket down the line! My issue with crown nissan is, If you tell me there is a problem and that it is not normal to be using so much coolant, WHY AREN'T YOU GETTING OFF YOUR BUTTS AND FIXING THE ISSUE?? SO SUPER ANNOYED. I have had two nissans now and been a loyal nissan customer, but this is the end of the road. Its sad too because I love my maxima and the one before it. BMW here I come!!

I was impressed with Frank from the time I stepped on the lot until the follow up call he left me one week after the sale. He treated my wife and kids as if they were a part of his family. Because we had called ahead, Frank was ready for us the moment we walked in the door. He had the car in the garage, the snow brushed off (Yes, there was snow the day we visited Crown Nissan!) and warmed up ready for a test drive. If the performance of the Ford Freestyle couldn't convince us to purchase the car, Frank's willingness to work with us to get the deal we wanted and then do all that was necessary for an out-of-state purchase certainly did convince us to buy "on the spot".....something we said we would not do! Mr. Boyd Martin was super at explaining everything to me and my wife when we bought our Nissan Pathfinder. I normally don't write reviews but this guy was great. He was not pushy about anything. He answered all of our questions we had. He pretty much broke the whole vehicle down to us so we didn't miss anything. We compared it to the Ford Explorer, Chevy Traverse, and GMC Acadia and i gotta say there is no comparison when it comes to Quality, Price, and Comfort. It is super fun to drive and if you have kids it is the ideal vehicle with the third row seat. They love it. We are very happy with this veicle and we will be back to this dealership in the future.

I visited Crown Nissan knowing that my credit was lacking to say the least. At my surprise Donna Phillips, Business Manager, was able to secure financing for me. But equally as impressive is the fact that working with Eddie Haynes and Marcos Ramirez, Sales Representative as well as Internet Manager Derrick Hill was incredibly nice. All of these gentlemen knew my situation and never made me feel like I was a hopeless case. As a mater of fact they spent a tremendous amount of time with me and made me feel very welcomed; and not like the "Yeah we're gonna sale a car no matter what". Never pushy, not what you expect form a "Car Salesman". I had several visits to the Dealership and each one was good. As a matter of fact my daughter went to one of the visits with me and after I had walked around, spoke to those I had met, she said to me "Mom....do you know everybody here?" I highly recommend this Dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from Crown Nissan.

Frank was very friendly in my search for a used vehicle. I had spotted the car online and set up a meeting time. Upon arriving, Frank was outside with the car ready to go. We took a quick test drive, and Frank was very friendly and I enjoyed a good conversation with him during the drive. Afterwards, the dealing began. We were able to work out a deal that we could both settle on, and that was that. During the waiting periods, Frank was very friendly, and offered drinks or snacks, and also friendly conversation. I was very happy in the way that Tayler worked with me during the sales process. Usually buying a car from a dealer is stressful as most dealer sales reps tend to "close the deal" on the first visit. Tayler did ask me on my first visit if I was ready to sit down and work out a deal. I told him that I was interested in the Nissan automobile but that I needed a day or two to consider what we discussed. He respected my postion and let me know when I was ready he would do everything he could to get me the best price, etc. on the vehicle I was looking for. I really appreciated that he backed off and didn't try to force me to close the deal right then. Additionally it appears Tayler is knowledgeable on the vehicles he sells and explained many features of the car I was looking at during the process. Also he made sure any discounts I was entitled to were given. I do believe I got the best price on the car I was looking for.

My car was just in for a genral service and it took approximately an hour longer than what I was told. There is a note on the wall that said you would be notified every half hour about the status. This never happens during my visits. I would settle for less frequency but if you're not going to do it then you should not imply that you will.

Purchasing a new Juke fom Crown was one of the best experiences I have had trading cars. The salesman (Marcos) was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at the cars and settled on the right options. The first day we came into Crown just to take a test drive and that is what we were allowed to do without any pressure to make a purchase. Marcos gave us the information we needed to help us make a decision on the Juke. Unfortunately when we returned the vehicle we wanted had been sold. Marcos and his manager found us the right vehicle and had it in our possession within 3 days. This was not your typical cut the new car price and then give you very little for the trade. Crown gave us a fair value for our trade in and a fair value on the new Juke. I walked away feeling satisfied with our deal and would not hesitate to deal with Crown again.

I saw a car I wanted to buy online so I went in to take a look. I negotiated the price down and held the car for twenty four hours so I could go home and figure out all the financing. When I returned the next day to put down money on the car, the salesperson I dealt with the day before said the car I looked at had been in a "slight mishap." Apparently, he was putting the car in the garage and hit something. "Slight mishap" was an understatement. Two tires were popped, the rim on the side was bent, and there was significant paint damage. They said they were going to try and fix it. However, the salesperson's attitude toward the whole thing frustrated me because they acted like it wasn't big deal. I was so fed up with the whole experience that I walked away. Used car shopping is always challenging, but this whole thing made it a bitter experience.

I purchased 2 cars from Crown Nissan in the last 2 years: a 2011 Sentra and a 2011 Altima. In those transactions I don't have any major complaints about the dealership. My wife has been quite happy with her Sentra since then. My Altima, however, has given me issues. Within the first year we found transmission fluid on the bottom of the engine (apparently it's supposed to stay inside the transmission); a seal was replaced/repaired under warranty. A couple months later (still within the first year) I got indicators saying my traction control and anti-lock breaking system were turned off. A wheel sensor was replaced under warranty. By this point I'd had the car less than a year, and although it had had issues, I was pretty pleased with how the dealership handled the issues.I drive roughly 20k miles per year (a little above average) split roughly 50/50 between highway and around-town. While I'm probably getting appropriate mileage, I was hoping for better. This is a relatively minor issue, but when I found out that the new 2013 Altima is supposed to get 6 more mpg than the 2011 I was intrigued. So I called up the dealership and spoke to a very helpful salesman when the 2013's arrived. He went and got manager approval to trade in my car for a new 2013 for only a modest monthly payment increase (only about a $25 increase). Unfortunately I was unable to take them up on the offer at that moment due to other financial issues; that modest increase was still a little higher than we were hoping to pay.The last issue I had with the car though is the worst. I was on a business trip out of state and I hopped in the car after dinner and the starter got stuck. When I say stuck, I mean I pushed the start button (2011 Altima has a push-button start) and the computer decided the car was on, but never started the motor. On top of that, the start button and my key fob completely stopped working. The start-button, the keyfob, and even the keyfob bypass were all completely nonfunctional. Thankfully I have a AAA membership. The AAA truck showed up and got me working by unscrewing and re-seating a battery terminal (essentially reset the computer). Yes it was a minor issue, but getting stranded 700 miles from home in a 14 month old car is not what I was expecting. And yes, this is something I could "fix" myself if it happens again, but again it's a new car. I shouldn't have to reset the computer because it doesn't start properly.So after getting back into town I called the dealership back. I explained my situation and problems to two different managers and multiple sales people. They all were sympathetic to my issues. When asked what would "make me happy" I told them I'd pretty much like the same deal offered to me a couple months back. They informed me via phone that they had a deal for me and that I should stop by. With a few months of car payments I figured the modest increase in payment would be slightly less. I was wrong. When I visited the dealership and was told that the previous offer was "way off" and that my modest increase offer from the previous discussion was now a huge increase ($80 more per month, or almost 25% higher than my current). I was offered a lower figure for my used 2011 than even the "average trade-in" value that NADA recommends, and the sales manager gave me zero preferential treatment due to issues with my current car. He helpfully told me that "that is the price all customers get just by asking for it".I explained to him that I wasn't asking them to give me a car, or even to lose money. If they had offered me an amount for my car close to what they'd get out of it when reselling (he offered me $13k while there is currently an equivalent car on their website for sale for $17k), and if they had given me even a slightly better deal on the new one, they could have easily sold me a car, made me happy, and not lost money.The sales manager explained to me that he "just didn't have much room to budge" on any of the numbers. He told me that my best bet was to call up nissan's national number (800-NISSAN1) and hope they would give me trade-in assistance. And now he's got a pissed off customer, with a car that has had 2 major warranty issues as well as left me stranded 700 miles from home. I will not step foot back in that dealership, and anybody that asks my opinion will get it. The worst part is that the sales staff other than this manager is friendly and helpful; the service department wasn't bad either.I understand a car dealership is there to make money; Crown is one of the most profitable not just in the city, but in the state. However this managers response is reprehensible and ignorant. And for his actions alone they've lost a customer.

Was absolutely dreading shopping for a new car with all the haggling and hidden fees which surface on the invoice, but the salesman Frank Liberatore dramatically changed my view of buying a new car. He was straight forward, honest,and professional. He listened to my questions and gave thoughtful, complete answers. His price was so fantastic from the start and phenomenally lower than the local dealers,saving me about $1500 dollars, so I just had to buy from him though four hours from my home. Frank even fixed that with a painless delivery. I just couldn't quite believe him - then found out he used to own a dealership and was a Clemson football star and team captain and played in the NFL. Frank is the epitome of your ideal salesman - character and integrity replete- and he actually has a great personality to boot. I almost wanted to buy a second car on the spot as I was so amazed to have such a wonderful and money saving experience. I have never written a review, and I actually asked if I could!If you are in the market to buy a car, don't walk. but run to this guy as you will leave one satisfied customer with plenty of change in your pocket!

On Monday I decided to buy my wife a maxima. My salesman Tim was very helpful, management negotiated a fair deal with me that I was pleased with. I returned to the dealership with my wife and children to sign contract and take delivery of our car. There was a couple ahead of us in the business office. I watched them leave then proceeded to watch the business mgr mess around for ten to fifteen minutes then she went outside smoked a cigarette and finally came to her office to do our paperwork all of this after 8:00 and everyone waiting on her. If I hadn't told my wife she was getting the car I would have left. It is not easy to keep a young child entertained that time of the evening. We have bought many cars over the years two from crown. Tim initially introduced us, and then could not remember another person who helped us to work with Boyd. I and my son were pleased to buy a new car there. My fiancee and I were there from 8:30 until after 5:00 and it wasn't painful at all. We knew what we were looking for. They really took their time with us and they honestly had the best deals from where we were from. But we did come prepared. We knew the trade-in value of our car and that helped.

My bill was appropriate for the 90k maintenance, however, I was not pleased that I had to pay for the draining of the power steering fluid when the repairs were covered under the warranty, and it was almost a $100 charge.

We went to dealer unsure of buying a new vehicle, were met by salesman, Wesley Wimmer. He was very friendly, gave us a detailed description of a 20012 Murano, and encouraged a test drive. The car is a dream to drive. Our transition to the new car, trade in on our 2005 Altima was a smooth one, and we rode home that day in the new Murano.We returned the next dat, and Wes gave us a detailed run down on all the features, as well as applying the "Blue Tooth" to our phones. After having a very disappointing experience at dealerships around Greensboro, NC, I went on the Internet looking for the exact car I wanted, a 2012 Nissan Juke SL in Cayenne Red. I found it at Crown Nissan Greenville. I contacted Victor for a quote and he immediately responded with a very fair price for my vehicle, far more fair than the Greensboro people. Victor went above and beyond all my car buying expectations in getting me my vehicle. Even having it delivered to my front door in Greensboro, NC, saving me time and a costly trip! I was nervous buying a vehicle unseen over the internet and through the phone but Victor kept me calm and got me everything I wanted! From the Finance department, to Victor, to the extremely kind delivery drivers, I had a stress free, even pleasant car buying experiance! We visited Crowne Nissan after being completely let down by another Nissan Dealership in Rock Hill and a Toyota dealership in North Carolina. I found an Xterra and a Frontier at Crowne Nissan online at discounted prices. I called the Internet Sales Group per the instructions online and Victor Prince called me back a short time later when the dealership opened. He verified that the truck was on the lot so we drove to Greenville from Columbia. When we arrived Victor met us and showed us the Frontier and a Xterra. They had them both in red which is harder to find than some other colors. We drove both and could not quite choose which to purchase. We took the Frontier to lunch and made our decision. The internet price was very fair so I expected to get beat down on my trade. While we did have to negotiate the price of the trade they came to the same price as most others had while still offering the Frontier at the internet price. The sales transaction went pretty quick. By the time we had finished signing papers the truck was cleaned up, filled with gas, and ready to go. I would and have recommended Crowne Nissan to friends and family if they are looking for a Nissan.

Actually came with a friend to shop for a car that day. I had been looking at cars, but had decided to wait another year. The salesperson, Tim was so helpful looking for my friend a car though. In the process of looking for her a car, I found just what I was looking for a 2010 Nissan Sentra at a price that was in my budget. You see I had been driving my 2000 Nissan Sentra for 12 years and was so happpy with the performance that I had received from it. I love the difference in the pick up while pulling out or accelerating in the Nissan's. I had driven a Toyota Corolla for years before buying my first Sentra. I love the performance of the Sentra's. I can't really say alot about the dearlership in general, but they will make the best deal possible to satisfy their customers! I never even spoke with Boyd Martin, but by emails and bought a car in less than 4 days for way less than the MSRP (which was 2 1/2 hours from me as well). He's a great person to do business with and I appreciated all his help! I'd gladly do business again with them when looking to purchase a new nissan vehicle!!!

Aundra was very thorough going over the sales process and explaining facts about the car.He was very patient with me.He was very friendly and helpful even when I called after the purchase to ask a couple of questions. I was also impressed with Chad in the finance department. After I purchased the car he called to ask me to come back in.He then let me know he had found a way to save me money on my purchase in the long run. Even though it involved him doing the paper work again and having me sign again he still went above and beyond. I ended with a better interest rate and for a little more per month I will pay on it fewer months. Another thing really impressed me when I came back to see Chad. A young man (I didn't get his name) found me and gave me 5 one dollar bills I had left in my traded vehicle. That shows the honesty and integrity Crown Nissan has. I would never have remembered that 5 dollars and he could have easily put it in his pocket and no one would have ever known! Susan Kay

Penny was great and super nice. She is still new, so I can tell she is still learning some of the in depth features of the cars, but her friendliness made up for that. My only issues with the whole experience were that the air in the tires of my maxima was too low, so I had to come back to the dealer to get them filled to the correct pressure. Also, the car did not have any mats in it (footwells and trunk) and they didn't have any mats in stock, so the saleswoman had to order me some, which I am still waiting for. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I have been dealing with Crown Nissan since 2007. The salesmen are friendly and professional. I always feel confident after completing a deal with them. Everything is explained and indicated in detail on the contract. All my concerns are met whenever I do have a question. I can't rave enough about their service department. By far the best I have ever been to. I have never walked away from there without being completely satisfied. If you do encounter any difficultly it is immediately resolved by management. I am a loyal customer of Crown Nissan and will continue to be.

I am just a woman that don't know anything about cars. All that I need to know is how to drive it. Crown Nissan Greenville is the only place that I can trust to take my car for maintenance and replacement for original parts. They are my man in charge. Service is wonderful, I can go there at my convenience time without appointment and always works. Waiting time is very accurate to what they estimate. People there is very friendly and patient with ignorant women. Prices are fair. I will never change my people as long as I will own a Nissan car.

Will was referred to me from a previous customer. I was not willing or ready to buy a vehicle when I went to Crown Nissan and met Will. My wants were a little scattered and truth be told a little unrealistic. I was able to tell Will exactly what I wanted and he fit me with a 2011 Nissan Altima. I drove it and loved it. I was determined not to buy a car that day. After the test drive we talked a while and realized we had a lot in common. He made me feel very comfortable. He talked to me about a promotion they had and how it might fit my needs. I let him work out a deal that I was very very happy with and ultimately bought the vehicle that night. Since then, Will and his fiance and I have become great friends and I have referred people to him. As long as Will is selling cars, I will always purchase from him. In addition, the service department was very friendly and I have been very happy with my Nissan!
