Our experience here was super great! The staff was very helpful, kind, and very patient. They were with us every step of the way and made us feel so comfortable with them. I'm glad we chose this dealership to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee 🙏 We are very happy with the ending results and highly recommend this dealership. My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Crystal Chrysler. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience! We worked with Jose Carpio, who was knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our needs. He allowed us to test drive multiple times, take the vehicle home, think through the purchasing details, and make the decision when we were ready. He delivered the vehicle to our home and signed papers with us. Having worked in the car industry in the past, I cannot express how much their level of transparency meant to my wife and I. If you are in the market for ANY car, give the guys as Crystal Chrysler a chance. You will be pleasantly surprised!

I recently received a Automatic transmission overhaul from the Service Department at Crystals Chrysler On my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The service manager and staff were very friendly and helpful the price I was quoted was honored even though extra parts had to be ordered. I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience I have a transmission fully rebuilt at a much lower price than Taking it to a transmission shop. And who would know transmissions better than a Chrysler service department? WELL DONE

We had a wonderful experience at Crystal Chrysler with Amado and Jesus. They were so friendly and helpful. We ended up buying 2 vehicles! Amado saw my daughter was hungry while we were filling out all the paperwork and brought her a snack. That’s customer service! I highly recommend this dealer.
