I got a good deal on my vehicle, below KBB value of it and on top of that I had an amazing experience there. I came in and was greeted by a very nice salesman Alex who wanted me to keep test driving different cars to find the perfect car for me and also understood my budget and didn't ever try to push me above it. I was also able to make a good deal on an extended bumper to bumper warranty until 125K miles for just a small fee each month. All in all great dealership, great salesmen deffinetely would recommend and come back.

Fast Efficient Service Dept. In and Out in about an hour, Good for another 6 months. Now I gotta type nine more words - not good!!!!I'm satisfied with your dealership and your service dept. I do not like to be pressured into having service procedures done when my vehicle is running perfectly. I use good quality named gasoline and my vehicle has no problems. If a problem is detected, I expect it to be taken care of. However, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

I bought my 2012 Fusion at Currie. I've consistently gotten the oil changed and the scheduled maintenance done at Currie. I like how they rotate the tires each oil change and check the brakes and tires. My Fusion has been running like a champ these past 72,000 miles

Matt Pollock went out of his way to find the exact truck I was looking for and did not stop until he found it. The need for price negotiation was minimal and very fair. Matt was able to handle most of work while I was out of town so all I had to do is go to him and sign all the paperwork. Matt will be the first person I call when I am looking for another vehicle for the family!! Mahmoud did a great job of showing me all the after market options. His prices were very competitive based on the research I did for similar products outside of the dealer. All extras purchased were ordered and installed within 2 days after purchase.

I went into the dealership with my grandparents looking to purchase a used car to get me back & forth to college. After talking with Jason & Pete and going over my options, I was able to lease a 2016 Ford Focus within my monthly payment range. I went to Currie Motors in hopes the staff there could get me into a car I would love. The last car I had, I purchased from Taylor Dodge in Bourbonnais, IL. I have done business with Taylor Dodge more than once. The last time I did business with them I did not feel that the salesman had my best interest at heart and was not honest with me. This was only one year ago. When I came to Currie motors everyone was so friendly, I worked with Pete Porzio, he was completely honest with me in saying that he wasn't sure if he could get me what was asking for, but he would do his very best to help me out. He and Ali Rafati worked together to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. I am SO happy with this new car purchase and I will recommend "Frankfort Pete" and Currie Motors to any and everyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. This location is about 30 minutes from where we live but the experience was so customer friendly and expedient the last two times, we came back for a third! We appreciated the staff's honesty and expertise. We liked the selection of cars at this location and we called to set up an appointment for the car we saw online. My wife and I went Currie Motors and talked to Pete Porzio about a new Escape. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the different features on the car. After a road test we talked price with Pete, Mark Kischkel and Ali Rafati. My wife and I couldn't believe the price we were given it was a lot lower than the other dealerships that we had visited. We filled out the paperwork and Ken Gohmann got the financing done in no time. By the time we were done in financing the car was cleaned up, filled up, parked inside and ready to go. Pete made sure that we understood how all the features worked again and some how got my wife's phone hooked up to the radio. Currie Motors truly is a Nice Place to Do Business, they treated us like family.

I can Honestly say I have never seen such amazing customer service from a dealership ( on a used car !! ) in all my years of owning cars. I live in the city and its an 1 1/2 hr ride to the dealer. people thought i was crazy going so far. But once I meet Mo and his team (Ali and Jeff O'brian) I felt like I was a long time friend. I guess you can say I was a "tough customer". my needs were difficult, but they understood my situation and really went to bat on getting me what I had to have to get a deal I could live with. At times I thought I'd just have to walk away...but Mo just kept trying,and some how,some way I'm in a great ,used 2007 Lincoln MKX. Thank you Mo,Ali and Brian for everything you have done. I had called on a Sunday and didn't realize they were no longer open. I didn't leave a message, but had planned to call back later in the week. To my surprise, on Monday (the following day), I received a call from Marcus at Currie Motors. He introduced himself and said he was returning my call. I was shocked and said "wow, I didn't even leave a message". He said "I know, we just saw you had called yesterday and wanted to see how we could help you". This is by far the most outstanding form of customer service I have ever received. Thank you Marcus!

I met Jack Vogel and Jeff O'brien roughly 2 years ago looking for the right deal on a new F150.We talked a bit and discussed the options available,both vehicle wise and price.I was planning ahead for the right time to trade in my current vehicle.In the mean time,Jack and Jeff would both call or email and check in with me to see if things were going well and if the time was right to purchase the Truck that I was looking for.So this Labor Day weekend I spoke with Jeff,the Truck I wanted was there and the price was too good to refuse.I do a lot of research.So I made an appointment and Larry Smith was there to help me out.(Jack was off that day) Larry did a great job of helping us get through the details and to make it all work out,and he also helped me get things set up in my NEW TRUCK.Ken made the paperwork as painless as possible............So thanks to all these guys,and also Drew and Juan,who were also very helpful and just good people. Stopped by Currie Ford in Frankfort to look at what Edge stock was available. My sister and I were met within 30 seconds by Matt Pollock in the parking lot. After explaining our reason for being there we were escorted inside and Matt looked online at what was available with the options I was looking for. We narrowed it down to 3 cars. Went for a test drive and haggled car payment on the 3 models. When we asked for Matt to go back for another number, he did so graciously. We did make a great decision and were very pleased at how nice Matt and all the staff were to us. I'm on cloud 9 with my new car. I would highly recommend a friend or family member to make a purchase from Currie Motors and especially Matt.

I recently totaled my vehicle and had to find a used car as soon as possible. I looked at dozens of dealerships via their websites and based on those findings, I visited 3 of them. I had narrowed my search down to two vehicles at Currie that I was "ok" with getting but I can't say that either of them really satisfied me. I figured that I would settle. However, Jack Vogel had listened to my wants and was able to surprise me with a vehicle that I hadn't even seen on the website or in the lot when I did an independent walk through. That vehicle met all of my needs. I am so grateful for the fact that Jack actually listened to me and researched his used cars to find me the one vehicle that was truly "me". I was also very pleased with the no pressure attitude that Jack provided to me. He understood that I needed to do this purchase at my own speed and not to rush me--it took me over a week to make a sale. I had brief encounters with Adam and Joe when dealing with pricing and financing. Adam gave me a good deal and Joe was able to find a great rate for my used car loan. Shopping at Currie was a great experience! I highly recommend Jack as a salesman!!

I stumble across Currie ford on the internet they just happened to have the car the I was looking for a gt350 mustang,I emailed them inquiring interest and Leann got right back to me and we agreed on a price .The only problem is that I live 700 miles away ,this was no problem to Leann and we started the process of purchase and fiance via emails and phone and my pick up date was all set.Any questions I had were always quickly responded to .Arived Saturday morning car was ready all cleaned up and gassed up for my trip back home .Giovani took me out see the car and to make sure there were no issues with car ,Whent into finance signed paperwork that was all ready to go and was outside in my new car ready to drive home by 945 .I spent more time talking with other salesman ,and getting pictures of my car taken then the whole paper work process.I have nothing but rave reviews for every person that I had the pleasure to be in contact with that day that was a employee of Currie ford.Ihave received a couple of phone calls after purchase to make sure I'm satisfied.

We bought a new vehicle from Currie Ford in 2010 , have always had it serviced by them and have always been well taken care of. We know many people that have also been a longtime , repeat customer and have only heard positive comments about their sales & service . Recently I had my first bad experience with the service dept. that did not make me happy. I let them know how I felt and I was totally justified feeling the way I did. First of all we are all human and we all make mistakes. Sometimes employees don't always do or say the right things according to the companies code of ethics . I know this all to well because my wife and I own a business and sometimes we are embarassed by what our employees have done . The sign of a truely successful company is one which goes out of their way to make a wrong right. I received a call from a gentleman at Currie the next day apologizing and not making excuses. He accepted 100 percent responsibility. I respect that in a person and in a company. He said if there was anyway to make it up to let him know . So I said I would be willing to buy a pickup truck from Currie if he would give me a great deal. He assured me I would be well taken care of and gave me his word. He promised that no other dealer in the country would give me a better deal. So I gave him the chance and he exceeded my expectations more then I ever imagined . My wife and I were treated like royalty ! Currie went above and beyond. I am now proudly driving my beautiful Ford F-150 XLT 4 x 4 Supercrew and I love it ! After checking with many dealers on line, my pick was Currie Motors in Frankfort. Giovanni Vazquez told me all the facts on the Ford Focus and after taking a road test, I knew this was the car for me. Giovanni was a great salesman and helped me make my decision. I bought my 2016 F-150 from Anthony Montalvo at Currie Ford. When I walked into the dealership I explained that I would not be able to purchase a vehicle for a week or two. It was a busy Saturday, and even though Tony knew that I would NOT be buying a vehicle that day, he took his time and allowed me to test drive 4 different vehicles. There was never any pressure, or rush. Tony spent over 5 hours with me, until I found the right vehicle for my needs and my budget. I would send my parents to Tony, and TRUST ME....I would not say that about many car dealers. He NEVER tried to talk me into anything. He listened to my needs, and my wants and then brought me to the PERFECT truck. It was a great experience. Jeff O'Brien was also a HUGE help with the deal, and a very classy gentleman. I certainly was in need of a car in my budget. Went shopping over the weekend and was disappointed for what I could afford. I had stopped in to Currie Motors of Frankfort and was greeted as soon as I arrived. Jack was our salesman for a new car we purchased two years ago...and I asked for him. We looked around but I had to leave again. A couple of hours later Jack called with something I may be interested in. I am now the proud owner of a used 2014 Focus. Jack took the time to help me out. He is very pleasant to work with as well as the rest of the people I encountered and will go the extra mile for you. He is polite, pleasant, hospitable, hard working, thorough on instructions and is comfortable to talk to. After you leave...he will follow up and make sure all is well. While my parents had already purchased several cars from Currie & Pete this was first brand new car. I was so nervous about this big decision. Pete was very patient with me and this new process. He made me feel very comfortable, answering all my questions and letting me test drive multiple vehicles until I found the perfect fit. Jack Vogel called me on the 28th. to remind me that the Edge I bought from him was 18 months old. Jack wanted to know if I was completely satisfied with the car. We passed the time of day for a few minutes and Jack wished me well. Kind of like just a friendly call, no pitch, just genuine concern. I came in looking for a used car and needed help fast. As soon as we arrived Giovani Vasquez came and introduced himself. He brought us to Jeff Obrien. Giovani then worked to make a list of cars in my price range. We walked the lot for a while and looked at everything before we made any decisions. I ended up test driving a 2007 ford edge and it was great. We went inside and sat down with Jeff to make a deal. He was very polite and understanding to help meet my needs as a car buyer. He sent me off to joe easterhouse in finance who got me a great interest rate and explained several different warranties to be the best available coverage for my driving habits. Overall as a first time buying experience I'm glad these gentlemen were able to guide and help make the process as simple as possible.

I came in to Currie Ford just looking to test drive the Fiesta ST. Khaled Mahmoud greeted me the minute I walked out of the car. He got me set up to drive the Fiesta right away. I informed him my Dad would have to be a cosigner on this vehicle, due to little credit, but he wouldn't be able to make it out today. I told him the payments I wanted and they were able to meet my criteria and approve me for a loan in my own name without my Dad cosigning! I walked out with my new Fiesta ST a short time later! Excellent service from Currie Ford. Highly recommended.

When we visited Currie Motors, my husband and I were met and greeted by Salesman Giovanni Vazquez. He greeted us and inquired of our visit, we told him we were browsing. He asked what vehicle we had in mind? He showed us what Currie Motors had in stock and assured us if we didn't see anything on the lot we liked he could locate what we wanted. He spent a lot of time with us the fist day answering all our questions and getting to know us and our desires for a new vehicle. We left and said we would hash it over and think about a purchase. Giovanni followed up with us the next day to thank us for coming in and ask if there were further questions we had that he could answer. Two days later we came back to visit Giovanni just because of how nice he was and the initiative he took to follow up with us. I was contacted via email by Samantha Kohl from Currie Motors Frankfort based on an internet search I had done. Samantha told me about the availability of the C-Max Hybrids in stock and I set up an appointment to come to the dealership for the next day. I was greeted by Giovanni Vasquez, the salesperson who helped me with the purchase of my car. He explained the difference between the C-Max SE and the C-Max Sel as far as features and cost. I felt confident that Giovanni was looking out for my best interests in trying to get me the best price for the car. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with during the entire process. I try to change my air filters every 25K. I exclusively use motorcraft, genuine Ford parts. I purchased a new air filter at Currie Ford parts, went to install it in my Edge and just could not get the top of the air box to close correctly. Keep in mind that I have changed air filters many times in my Fords over the past five decades but just couldn't get that air box on my Edge to seal correctly. Off to Currie Ford I go with the new filter that I can't get installed. Upon arrival I am greeted by service manager Robert Alfaro who I explain my problem to. Robert tells me to pull the car up to the door and he will take a look. Upon approaching the door a technician is standing there with the new air filter I purchased telling me to pop the hood. Before I can even get out of the car the technician had the new filter installed. Evidently the technician knew the trick to getting that air box to seal correctly. I thanked the technician and went inside to see Robert who was in conversation with Mike Payne the service and parts director. Mike greeted me pleasantly and I thanked Robert for his prompt help and asked what the charge was. Mike and Robert both said there was no charge and thanked me for my business and loyalty to Currie Ford. As I drove home I thought, those people at Currie Ford really are nice people to do business with!

This experience was above amazing. My wife and I have fell onto some issues do to my disability and my wife's pregnancy. They took the time to listen to our situation. They showed us a list of options and was respectful in staying with our best plan. They went through and exhausted their resources to find us a safe vehicle for our child to come. My fiance and I came in looking for help with a trade in/purchase while being in a tough spot financially. My fiance is disabled and we're expecting a baby in July. We were in need of a vehicle to better accommodate our situation while keeping cost at a minimum. All three of the employees we worked with went to bat for us calling multiple financial institutions in an effort to find a way to get our needs met. They were very straightforward with the hurdles we were encountering and continued to find ways to get us what we need, even when my fiance and I were ready to give up and say "maybe this just isn't the right time for us." The staff didn't try to persuade us into anything and they weren't focused on "the sale." Rather, they took the time to hear us out and work within our parameters. We ended up leaving the lot with the perfect fit for both or life circumstances as well as our financial situation. I would highly recommend this team to anybody looking for your not-so-typical car salesmen.

Jeremy worked with me on my purchase of a used Ford F250 pickup truck. I had done my homework and had a lot of questions. He answered most of my questions, but the ones that he couldn't, he found someone who did. I respect that type of salesperson rather than someone who tries to bluff his way through. Larry was instrumental in helping my wife and her grand son pick out a Mustang that he will eventually drive when he officially gets his license in two months. He was not pushy, extremely knowledgeable about the products, knew answers to all of her questions, and make it very easy to consummate a deal for the vehicle. For the fourth time in three years and the second time in only 6 weeks, Currie did it again! My wife has a 2013 Ford Explorer from Currie that she absolutely LOVES - as in, she will probably never drive another car again. (And for someone who is NOT at all into cars, that is saying a lot) We were not necessarily in the market for a new car but were looking to see if we could drop our payment a bit (we had traded in a year old minivan when we got the Explore and took a huge bath on the trade) so when I took it in for service yesterday, I talked to Adam Sheban whom I had dealt with on my purchase of a 2015 Edge a few weeks earlier. My prior salesman, Dred Arrington was not in, so Adam had me talk to Pete Porzio - the guy who sold Jimmy Fallon his F150 truck on the Tonight Show :). I explained our situation and was clear that we were only interested in LOWERING our payment and if that was not possible then, we'd just keep the Explorer. (It has been an incredible car as far as durability and quality - it had 50,000 miles in just under three years and needed nothing more than oil changes in that time)Pete took the time to listen and felt pretty sure he could do it, but there was no pressure. He ran some preliminary numbers with Adam and came back with a potential option, It was a 2016 Explorer with MORE options than what we had on our 2013 including the GORGEOUS panoramic roof. I am not an easy customer and my wife is even tougher to please. When it was all said and done we had a NEW car with MORE options and a payment $100 lower than on the 2013. The key was the special Ford financing promo but regardless, Adam Sheban, Pete Porzio, Dred Arrington (who came in later that morning) and Joe Easterhouse got it done again! It sounds cliche but these guys really do treat us like family. Sure, buying four cars there in three years doesn't hurt but I also pay attention to the other sales going on and they treat everyone with courtesy, professionalism and respect. There is no "hard sell" and a lot less of the back and forth that you see at other dealers trying to haggle price. We drive from Orland Park to Frankfort - a little out of the way when we have a Ford Dealer less than a mile away but these guys are worth the drive!

Recently bought a Ford Fusion. The sales person, Matt Pollock, was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly to deal with. Pete Porzio is the only guy I go to and recommend to friends when looking to buy a vehicle. Pete's knowledge of all the vehicles and the way he talks with you helps make the decision a lot easier. Pete makes the usually stressful time of buying a new car a pleasurable experience and has you driving off the lot satisfied with your purchase. Bought a 2012 Mustang Convertible and the whole experience was Fantastic! I can honestly sayMatt, Pete and Ali were more than helpful and very Friendly/polite. We had Pete as our Salesman when we bought our 2013 Escape and as then he was very helpful, Even though Matt was relatively new he was knowledgeable, with help and guidance from Pete. We forgot some item in the trade in vehicle and when we called Matt, he retrieved the item without hesitation and kept it until we came in. We wanted to swap Tires/Rims from trade In Mustang to the one we Bought and Ali and Roberto made it happen,not a " no we can't, it's not possible " They were all very nice to talk to and to do business with.

I am so overwhelmed with gratitude with the level of service I received from Cornelius, Jason Latif, Dominick and Suzy. First of all Suzy was the reason I came to Currie Motors. She was very nice on the phone and followed up with email and confirmation phone call to me. Three (3) other dealerships let me down!!! At Currie Motors in Frankfurt, I felt the warmth and love when I walked in the door. My ministry is working with seniors and the homeless people in Chicago. You know you have to have a great amount of TRUE LOVE and patience with them. Here at this dealership, they did not make me feel bad for having not so good credit. Mr. Jason Latif, worked a MIRACLE for me!!! He made me feel like there was no one more important than me and that he was determined to put me in my new vehicle. Cornelius was so very kind, warm and took personal care of me and my sisters needs. He was very thorough in explaining the inside as well as the outside of my new vehicle. Dominick was a true hero in my book!!! Very positive and uplifting. He made me feel like a million bucks!!! I know that I can only deal with this dealership. I now have a vehicle large enough to transport the church equipment on Sundays. You have no idea how great that feels. My grandma always said, "when you find a GOOD THING, stick with it." This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman was awesome and I would buy a car from him at any other dealership any day of the week. Very down to earth knowledgeable and an all around great guy. The sales manager however was a different story. He kept presenting numbers that were insulting to my intelligence and proceeded to essentially call me an idiot. He used such high pressure sales tactics that I will never step foot into Currie again and have told 6 people already never to do the same. Ali Rafati needs to take a class on how to treat people in 2016 who are trying to give you 30,000 dollars. I can tell you one thing if I am going to be spending that much money I will never be forced to do so or be bullied into doing it. In fact it did the opposite. I no longer wanted the vehicle after the way he treated me. I got in the car and decided to go to Rizza all because of your sales manager.

I brought my mom here to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman, Pete Porzio, was a nice guy and was patient with all of her questions. The sale itself was smooth and efficient with Ken. We didn't get a hard sell for any ups or extras. It was already dark out, and my mom didn't want to drive the new car at night, Pete was nice enough to follow us to her house along with another employee who drive the car. My mom was involved in an accident that wasn't her fault and that totaled a vehicle she really liked, so she was not a happy camper. Other than wishing she could have gotten a few more bucks knocked off the car, she liked Pete and his demeanor and that helped to get the deal done.

I responded to an internet sale which I later found out has no haggling. I don't like that song & dance so at least I knew where I stood. Went in to check out a nice low mileage used Ford F-150 needed for our business. Had a deal done with Matt, a polite helpful young salesman. We hadn't test drove the vehicle, so we took for a quick ride. Everything was good and we went back inside the dealership to close the deal, but Matt then told us they had another buyer just come back in and it would take another $1,000 for us to get the truck. I own 2 companies in Frankfort and have bought over 50 new and used business vehicles over the years and have never had that kind of sleazy move pulled on me before. We politely told them we were not interested any longer and walked out. I will never go back there and will encourage all my family and friends in the community to do likewise.

Dred was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car (5th car purchase in my lifetime). He went above and beyond to help me determine if the model I came to see would meet my needs. I believe that if I asked to test-drive every car on the lot he would have done it with a smile on his face. My son commented, "we had fun" and that we did. Who says that after purchasing a car??? I try to bring humor into every situation and Dred jumped right in without missing a beat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and left no stone unturned by the end of the purchase. We covered everything from A-Z and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction - I am very happy with my purchase.Ali and Jason were just as nice and helpful as I had not come to actually purchase a vehicle that day so I was unprepared for all that was needed. Albian made sure that my return visit to install an alarm was a smooth process - the service team was ready and waiting; so was a loaner vehicle so that my transportation wasn't interrupted. Dominick did an excellent job securing financing and was gracious in allowing me time to explain the process and what everything meant to my teenage son. It was after hours and I know he was ready to go home, but he encouraged me to continue and I am grateful to have been allowed to make this a teachable moment for my child. This was an on-the-spot decision to purchase a vehicle. I was the last customer and closed the dealership that day. Never did I feel rushed or that my last minute decision to purchase was infringing upon anyone's time on a Saturday evening. This was the best experience and one that will keep me coming back to Currie Motor Ford for years. I cannot say enough about this great team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with buying a new car. The salesman, Adam, was extremely helpful and attentive to all my family's needs when it comes to buying a new vehicle. I was very skeptical driving to the dealership because I didn't want to be hassled and I always feel like it's the salesman against the customer. Upon walking in, Adam greeted us and made my family and I feel right at home. It was a very comfortable experience and continues to get better. Of course his job is to make a sale - but we were able to build a genuinely friendly rapport with Adam during the hours we spent with him - and he truly made our car buying experience FUN - and that's not something many people equate with a car buying experience. I have bought two new trucks in the past and was needing a reliable used car. Giovanni was very patient and understanding in working within my restrictions. over the last 15 years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Currie Motors and been blessed to have dealt with a Salesperson there by the name of Jack Vogel for all 5 vehicles. I did not know Jack before I bought the first car, but I can tell you he is one of the main reasons I have returned. You can call it old fashioned salesmanship or anything you want, but it boils down to the fact that he cares about his customers. He jumped through hoops finding the Edge that I wanted 3 years ago and since that time has called my every six months, without fail, to find out how the car is running and to inquire about my family.....how may salespeople do that?Now add the outstanding treatment I get from Robert Alfaro in the service department and you get the answer as to why I keep going back to Currie!

This was the third dealership that I went to. I mainly dealt with Mike Ramadan. He was very friendly and professional at helping me narrow my search down to a 2014 Ford Focus. I bought the car with one key, but Mike kept is word on getting me the second key from the previous owner. I didn't have to sit around and wait long for them to run my credit to discuss my financing options. It felt like an eternity at the other dealers to get into discussing payments and financing after choosing a car of interest.

Worked with Jeremy on getting a new Fusion for my husband. Very personable--not a pushy salesman. He worked to get us a great deal as repeat customers. In discussing my '08 Mustang (also bought at Currie), Jeremy made some excellent points about this maybe being a good time to get a new one. Previously purchased a 2014 Escape and Explorer from Currie Ford. I was involved in an accident that TOTALED the 2014 Escape. After suffering the pain and sorrow of losing my Escape, we called Currie Ford and explained what had transpired. Going to their on-line site, we found what is the twin to the 2014, same color, options and equipment only a 2015. Having dealt with them and knowing the sales-person, we had to go back to them! I asked that they do the deal quickly as possible as we where right in the middle of moving to a new home. I had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Currie Motors Ford located at 9423 W Lincoln Hwy. They left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone buying or servicing a vehicle. I visited 4 other dealerships in my area. While I expect salespeople to somewhat pushy, Currie Motors really broke the mold and set new lows. They ultimately offered a competitive price, insignificantly better than the others, but I literally left their showroom with a stress headache after dealing with their sales force.I consider myself a "bottom line buyer" but I decided to go with another dealership where I was offered a similar price with very little negotiation, no knowledge of any other offers, and no silly sales games. I was so impressed with the other dealer that I will easily make them my first choice for replacing my second car within a year. I will give no future consideration to Currie motors, whatsoever.I could very easily wear out my keyboard writing a scathing review of my experience

A few years ago we walked into Currie Ford and spend the day there with our Salesman Scott Martino. After looking and test driving some cars my wife and I walked out with 2 brand new fords. Recently my wife had an accident and needed a new car and we reached out to Scott and we came back and bought another car. As long as Mr Martino is there we will go back, He made the experience a great one and was able to work with us to get the cars we wanted. Pete Porzio was a friendly, very knowledgeable person to deal with. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Pearl white Ford Edge. I love it! Pete thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the features of the car. The Finance Manager Joe Easterhouse was friendly and thoroughly explained the extended warranty program and the best financing. We came into the dealerships looking for a used truck for my daughter and we were greeted by Jeremy who helped educate us on every manufacturers trucks. When there were no trucks in our price range he brought us in the back lot and showed us a new trade in which was perfect. He let my daughter drive the truck and when she said she was most worried about parking he had her park in different parking spaces to get her comfortable. He went above and beyond on his service. This was the first place I went to look for a new car because it was right down the street from my house. Everyone was so nice and I ended up buying a car the same day I went in! All the staff members were so delightful and welcoming. They have a great sense of humor too! Cornelius Murray was my Sales Consultant and he was so helpful. I recently purchased a 2015 Focus ST and the process was by far the easiest I've ever experienced. Tony was great to deal with. Within minutes he had several versions of the model I was looking at ready to test drive. After making my choice and working with finance I closed the deal with Dominick. We love Currie Motors! My husband and I just bought a brand new F150 from Cornelius, he was never once pushy about the truck or never did he once try to give us something we couldn't afford! It took us about 2 days, but that's because we knew what we wanted and they didn't have one... BUT he searched high and low and got us exactly what we asked for! After making a deal we sat down with Dominick to sign all final paperwork, and again we were very pleased! Both of my parents have bought their cars from here, and we continue to spread the news about how great they are! Please tell me what dealership completely cleans out (from front to back) your new car, and I mean vacuuming and any touch up detailing, PLUS if that wasn't enough they gave us a full tank of gas! Also may I add that almost every salesman greeted us with kindness, and I never once saw them just "hanging" around! They really are "Nice people to do business with"!

The people at Currie Motors are its greatest asset. My salesman, Jeremy Talley, was the BEST! He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and low key. He let me shop and research at my own pace over a period of several months and I never was under the impression that I was being hurried along. When I was ready to deal he was ready. He and the staff were diligent in finding the exact car I wanted. Everyone I dealt with from sales to finance to service and even the porters were friendly and courteous and wanted to know if they could help in any other way. I found Currie to be a high volume dealership which, to me, means a large selection or the ability to find what I want. While it might be possible to get lost in the shuffle at a high volume dealer, I never felt that way. Lately, when I've purchased a new car, I have done months of research before ever setting foot in the door. I pretty much already know what I want and just need to fine tune the details. My salesman at Currie (Jeremy Talley) allowed me to do just that over a period of actually several more months! I never felt pressured by him to purchase "right away". He let me decide when I was ready. I know he and the dealership went out of their way to make sure I got the exact car I asked for and I was extremely adamant on some things! The dealership is close to my home so service should be easy, although now that I know them I would travel farther in order to come back. From those who I have met and talked to in the service department (Alex, Roger, and others I can't remember the names of), the department is top notch. Even when they were very busy they took time to answer my questions. I have had experiences with dealers who made me feel I was carrion for the vultures when I walked through the door. Not so with Currie. Sure, they want to make money which is totally understandable, but I want to save as much money as I can. I bought a car and left the dealership without thinking that I had just gotten ripped off. I got a car for what I thought was a fair price and got good value for my money. What else can I ask for? I love my car. It is fabulous! This was my first car purchase at Currie and although I will not be in the market for another car soon I will definitely darken their door again. In my opinion, Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort really are "nice people to do business with"!

He is very friendly, relaxed and professional as salesman and manager. I asked him for his rock bottom price without all of the bantering back and forth and that is what I got. When we told him that we needed to think about it, he respected our decision without pressuring us. Mike Ramadan was our salesman this time. He found a car meeting my needs very quickly. I felt respected by him and was never treated as "just a woman" even when I came without my husband the first visit. He made my experience fun. I felt as though I had a friend with me to help out. Make Currie Ford your first stop! Don't waste time somewhere else dealing with creepy people at another dealership! My son and I came home today with a "home run!"...a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium!!! Our first experience was with Matt S., internet stuff..He was amazing...informative and thorough. We contacted Pete Porzio, looked like a nice guy on the website with great reviews. Let me tell you, Pete came in at 10:00 to meet with us when he was scheduled to come in at 1:00, Really?! Who in the world does that anymore? Anyway, the car we were originally interested in did not work out financially for my son but Pete and Mark Kischkel (sales manager) found a 2014 with so many rebates and incentives I'm surprised they didn't have to pay me to buy the car-(ha ha)Seriously, the car is amazing, my son is grinning from ear to ear and there was no disrespect, misleading or price gauging. Our questions were answered, we were treated respectfully and patiently. My recent experience purchasing my first F150 from Currie Motors Ford in Frankfort was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I first met Sales Consultant Jeremy Talley on a Saturday late in the day. By the end of the day (approximately one hour after closing) I had a good idea regarding what I wanted. Jeremy was able to answer every question and was particularly helpful reviewing the advantages of the different vehicles that I was looking at. On Monday I came back with my family and sat down with Jeremy to review my options to purchase my new truck. Bottom line is that I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. The Currie Motors Ford management, finance, staff and especially Jeremy made my purchase a wonderful experience. My Dad and I visited the Currie Motors Ford located in Frankfort, and give it a thumbs up. Our Sales Person Dred Arrington handled the purchase of my Dad's new Focus with professionalism, and made the whole transaction a great experience, very knowledge and was not pushy. Every department and employee that we had contact with were very helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure that we were totally satisfied with everything from start to finish. The General Manager was a helpful part of the process and made my mom feel comfortable about all the financing and rebates. We felt that the dealership has a great customer service attitude, and strives to make sure the customer needs are met, and the whole car buying experience is a pleasurable one. Erin was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in scheduling a same-day appointment to look at a used vehicle. Impressively organized and very nice to work with.Dred was also an exceptionally friendly and flexible sales representative to work with. Completely unlike the stereotypical car salesperson, he was very easygoing and made the entire experience low-stress/low-pressure. When approached with questions on the condition of the car, he was willing to let me drive it to an independent mechanic for a thorough inspection. Negotiations were reasonable and not at all forced, and the final price agreed upon was very fair. I am very satisfied with both my vehicle and the car buying experience. Where do I begin? Currie Motors Ford are absolutely the "BEST" people to do business with,bar none. This was the 12th Ford purchase of my life so believe me when I say I have become quite a bit jaundice over the years when it comes to buying a vehicle.I am what most dealers dislike or so I thought. I am an educated consumer and I don't like to throw my hard earned cash away, especially in these economic times we're living in. Well let me tell you something. These people, from the General Mgr. all the way to the guys that prep & move the vehicles around are great. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and I knew what I could afford. Nobody ever worked with me like these gentlmen did. Jason Latif and his staff are absolutely the most honest, yes that's right, honest and sincere people I have had the pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. No, I'm not recieving anything for what I'm writing. I'm wrting this in the hopes that my fellow Americans can find a place to do business where they won't be taken advantage of ,feel pressured or over charged so when you drive down the road you will feel confident you made the best choice for your family and budget. Dred helped my son with his very first car purchase experience. He was very friendly and flexible in his approach, and did not put the high-pressure pitch on him as many car dealer representatives do when selling a used vehicle. He allowed us to drive the car off the lot for a few hours and have a mechanic complete an inspection- and when we returned with the findings, was open to realistic negotiations to come to a final price that was agreeable to all. I would highly recommend Dred- not your typical pushy salesman, very genuine in his approach, and worked to make all parties happy in the end. A great first-car-purchase for my son, thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave from this dealership. When we first looked at the car, I noticed that the heated seat wasn't working on the drivers side. Our salesman Jeremy, ensured us that this would be fixed, if and when we decided to purchase the car. A few days later we received a call form the dealership making us an offer we were willing to accept. We returned that night to purchase the car, only to find the issue with the heated seats wasn't resolved. Jeremy ensured us that we could return anytime to get the car serviced for the issue, since it wasn't serviced before the purchase. Low and behold the check engine light comes on one day later for an engine cylinder misfire. We return the vehicle to get service, and the used car sales manager refused to do the work for us, claiming "we received a good deal and there wasn't any more room in his budget to fix the car". They offered to fix the cylinder misfire by performing a low-cost cleaning of the engine for under $70, but wanted to charge me over $600 to fix the heated seats. I called the owner of the dealership, who claimed I had no right to get the car fixed by them since nothing was in writing, and offered to fix the car for $400 for me so I would go away. I refused to pay anything since it should have been the dealerships responsibility. I wouldn't trust this dealership with my car again anyway, knowing all to well the lies and deceit they already showed to their customers. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to get fixed, on my dime. A few weeks later, my check engine light has come on again for the same cylinder misfire they supposedly fixed, and now a new alarm that the car needs a new gas cap. Stay away from this dealership, they offer suspect cars, and will lie to their customers just to make a sale. The sales team, the managers, and even the owner are liars, extremely shady, and are completely unethical.

My husband and I were ready to purchase a new Ford Fusion. This is a big deal since Bill usually takes a very long time to shop around and make a new car decision. I wanted the new F150 from Currie in January. After doing a dealer search we found the one. By the time we located it for a dealer trade it was sold. Pete suggested a factory order. By doing so we actually eliminated one option to make the purchase price cheaper. Pete kept in constant contact until arrival. We signed the papers and everything went smoothly. We also negotiated DVD headrests to be installed after taking delivery. Dennis in the service department was honest, kind and a no BS kind of guy. Perfect overall experience. This was the first Ford we have ever purchased after owning 17 cars between my wife and I over the last 16 years (tell me about it....) and I'll likely never go back to GM/Honda/Toyota.

I did not wake up Saturday morning to go out and buy a car but as luck would have it my car broke down and the repairs were starting to add up so I decided to go out and look for a new car. I met my dealer Mike Ramandan he was wonderful. I was not sure what make or model I was even looking for or even if I should buy new or used, Mike quickly put me at ease when he listened to me when I said I really just want something dependable to get me back and forth to work and when I told him I needed something that was easy to get in and out of. Well, he certainly delivered when he brought out a 2010 ford Taurus, this car is very easy for me to get in and out of and it is very dependable. He went out of his way to help our family get the car and payment we needed. He even personally dropped off our manual because they were out, and he did not want to inconvenience us!! We have had an excellent experience, with a lowest price on a brand new car!!!

My parents bought a car cash from Currie. They were told their credit report would not be ran since it was a cash deal. Instead they processed them through 15 different credit companies and knocked their credit score down significantly. When called for their mistake they refused to apologize or admit fault. JEFF WAS RUDE DISMISSIVE AND SWORE AT ME ON THE PHONE.I've bought 2 cars there and so have my parents. Never again. Good luck Jeff. You'll learn the bulk of your business will be from referrals. Keep it up and you'll be out of a a job.

Currie Motors is the first Ford dealership I ever visited and basically went there because it was conveniently located in my neighborhood. I never owned a Ford before in my life , but, was always attracted to the Explorer model. What a pleasant surprise. The friendly experience I had with my salesman, Jeremy Talley had a major impact on my eventual purchase of the 2015 Ford Explorer Limited model. His knowledge and bending backwards to help me with the purchase was amazing. Most people equate a car purchase to pulling teeth. This was exactly the opposite with Currie Motors. I had an '98 Ford Contour in very bad condition and was in need of another car. I researched many different cars, but decided to see what Curie had in my price range while my brother was getting the oil changed on his '14 Fusion. The salesperson we had was Cornelius, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was the same salesperson my dad had when getting his '10 Fusion Hybrid and my brother with his Fusion. Cornelius was very appreciative that out family had continued to give Currie our business seeing as he treated us like family. My brother and I looked at and test drove two cars and we were allowed to take the '08 Focus I liked best the ten minute drive to my parents' home so my father could check the vehicle out himself. After that, we painlessly went through the process of buying the Focus. We were there on a very busy Saturday and had a few times where we were left waiting during the process, but it was understandable. We were also given a very fair price for my ugly, beat up Countor we traded in.

My husband and I live in Milwaukee,wi. We've been searching for the past week for a Chevy Traverse Ltz under $20,000. No where in Wisconsin could we find a fully loaded traverse in Wisconsin. We ended up looking on Craigslist for one, long behold we found one at Currie Ford. My husband spoke to a very polite salesman by the name of Mike Ramadan and we took a chance to drive 3hrs away! He made us feel as if we were at home! He did an outstanding job selling us our 2011 fully loaded Chevy Traverse Ltz! If we have to do it all over again, we'll definitely come back to him! I would like to take the time to tell you about my experience purchasing a car I had no intention on buying. My salesman Jack had called me to wish me a Merry Christmas, so I seen on the caller ID it was Currie, so I knew it would be Jack, so we were just talking and my wife asked if it was Jack I said yep it is. She says to me ask him if he has any good used car for her, (Jack knows what she would like). So he says well I have a 2014 Fiat 500L, and I was like, Jack we don't want a Fiat, but then he says, its like brand new only 12,300 miles, then I said, how much? Then he said take a look at it on line, so I did while he was on the phone with me, and it looked really nice, I showed my wife and she wanted to go look. So we went to the dealership about an hour before closing, thinking it will be to late to buy that night we can come back the next day or so, but they had this car looking sweet. jack gave me a decent # for the car, so we bought it, had a trade in we didn't even have with us, they gave us a number for that without even seeing it, and it was a done deal. The next thing we know is we are driving the car out fo the dealership, came back the next day with the trade, all worked out very smoothly. Thank you Jack and Thank you Currie Ford, it was a fun car buying experience.

When my son was ready to take his savings of 4 years and purchase his first car, we were very careful about what dealership we walked in to. A friend suggested we go see "Frankfort Pete" at Currie Motors. A 21 year old who had been driving a junker since high school would be willing to drive away with just about anything, and as a single mom, it was my job to make sure that didn't happen. I was very impressed right from the start with Pete. We had done our internet research and knew exactly what we wanted. Of course when we got there we found a much nicer, newer vehicle that was less miles and the perfect color, but it was also more expensive. Sticking to our budget was a top priority, but Pete's priority was making my son happy. He got him the newer car with a pre-owned certification for the same monthly payment as the other vehicle. Then Joe in financing upgraded him to an eight year bumper to bumper extended warranty for less than $20 a month. We left with the car he wanted, at the price he could afford with the safeguards I was looking for. I would recommend Pete and Currie Motors in Frankfort to anyone.

My husband and I came in to look for a new vehicle for our household. We were greeted by Sam who was very enthusiastic and friendly. I was dropping by to get my Ford Expedition service for an Oil change. I was waiting at Sales and I was speaking to Jack Vogel to inquire about the Fusion Hybrid. I was very impressed with Jack Vogel because he was very detail when it comes to explaining the Fusion. I asked him about Testing Driving the Fusion. He arranged for me to get a reservation for a Test Drive for A Fusion for 24 hours. I was very pleased in what Jack Vogel arranged for me. I trust Jack Vogel because he goes above and beyond for you. I just purchased my latest Currie Ford vehicle. It's a 2015 Ford Fusion S. I just got home from the dealership after about a 45 min. drive. Was kind of sorry I was there because I wanted to drive some more. Anyway, love the car. Quiet, Stable, and comfortable to drive. I have a little bit of a learning curve to figure out all the gadgets seeing that my last vehicle I bought in 2005. As far as Currie Ford, A+ in my book. I like to work with Pete Porzio. Have purchased my last 3 vehicles through Pete and it's always been an easy, nonstressful atmosphere. I did a check on TruCar, as to what people have been paying. The first price and only price that I got beat TruCar's average paid price. Pete took all the fun out of wheelin and dealin. He'd already beat my target price. In summary, I'll be buying my next car from Currie Ford of Frankfort.

After a few of months of looking for a car we narrowed a list to a couple of dealers and a couple of cars. Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort was our first stop. They gave an amazing deal but we couldn't buy the first car we saw so we went to another dealer.That was a waste of gas. We came back after 3 hours and bought the car. Alex Brixie is a great salesperson!! - actually I didn't feel like I was being "sold" at all. I first spoke with him when I called the dealership...as I was on my way to another one! He was professional and didn't sound like the typical "car salesman." They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, and a very fair price for my new Explorer! What a great group of guys at this dealership. My salesman Mike Brixie, the Sales Manager Jeff, and the Finance Mgr, Ken Gohmann made me feel great the entire time I was there negotiating and buying my new 2015 Explorer! This means a lot - because I have 15 years experience in the Car Business - and was SUPER critical of my experience there. They were all down to earth, respectful, and to the point. They are knowledeable about their cars and helpful in satisfying the criteria we set for ourselves in regard to price of vehicle and desired payments. I felt pressure from the moment we sat down. When we came on lot we where greeted by salesmen (John ). he was Very nice, we asked about vehicle and Price . We were told 11,800. when we sat to negotiate. Same old back and forth started for salesmen to sales manager. first price salemanger came with was 13,800 . Wow much different.(No communication). we decided to look at different vehicle at other location. (Now the fun begins) Next day while test driving in Indiana. We receive 4 calls from different people. I called and spoke w/ both Salesmen and Salesmanager (Mark). I told them we would like to buy their vehicle. We just had to get financing set-up . Was told no problem. Spoke w/ both JOHN AND MARK Tuesday they told me the car is mine just call wed. morning. Then general manager (Jason Latiff )gets involved and sells car out from under us. when i called he told me "we dont hold cars for anyone) No communication ..Save your time and money DON'T deal we these Unscrupulous individuals . What comes around goes around guys. Glad it fell through.

I did a ton of research online. I met John and he was informative, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to get me a great price. John was definitely on my side and worked a great deal in my favor. Recently, I went in to get an oil change and just said Hi to John, he took about 40 minutes and just talked to me. I have also sent my brother there to purchase an Ford 250. He was extremely please with John. John is a great salesman and made us feel like we were part of his family. We will buy again.

I went in with my wife to check out the new Escapes so a Gentleman approached us as we were going in the dealership with a great smile, great attitude and professional.. I recently purchased a 2011 Fusion Sport, which I LOVE. Walking in to the dealership I didn't have any intention on purchasing a vehicle for at least 2 months but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My sales person was Dred Arrington, great guy. Honest dealings on a used truck with Salesperson Mike Ramadan and the Sales Manager Mark Kischkel. They made an internet purchase from 350 miles away painless and practical. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the truck over the phone that turned up minimal surprises upon arrival. Mark sealed the deal on a good note. I'm 65 years old and have bought more cars than I care to admit, from numerous manufacturers, and dealers across the country. With that said, I feel like I know a excellent dealership when I see one. Currie Motors Ford is without a doubt the greatest dealership I have ever encountered! From the general manager Jason Latif, manager Adam Sheban, sales Pete Porzio, and finance manager Joe Easterhouse, Currie Motors has a winning team! I live in Wisconsin and I drive 420 miles one way to purchase my vehicles from Currie Motors. Why? It's called Trust! As long as I live and buy vehicles, I will always travel and buy from Currie Motors. Just one final note: Jason Latif is a tremendous asset to Currie Motors. He is the most honest person you will ever encounter. I love my Roush mustang!!!

I could not be more thrilled with the experience at Currie Ford. I had a horrendous time with a used vehicle that I was swindled into purchasing for way too much from a prior dealer, the engine on that car blew up after only 7 months. I went to Currie looking for something reasonable and hassle free. I walked in met with Cornelius gave him the price range I could work with and the needs I was looking to meet. Im glad to say that within the hour we had driven a couple vehicles and were deciding on the Pontiac. I was pleased that he did not try to show me anything I could not afford and really listened to what I was saying. After making a decision came time for financing. Unfortunately 60% of my income is cash tips and invisible to finance companies so this can cause some issues. Dominick and Cornelius went above and beyond meeting the demands of the finance company by lowering the already very reasonable price of the car and adding a 2 year power train warranty on my 07 Pontiac G6. I am truly grateful that they agreed to the terms the finance company insisted upon so that I could leave the dealership with that car. They could have easily came back and told me they could not help me and that NEVER happened. A very big thank you to Cornelius and Dominick I couldn't be more pleased with how well I was treated at Currie Ford. Thanks again guys I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle in the future and would recommend anyone to you.

After car shopping at multiple dealerships prior to going to Currie Motors, I did not have the best of luck for one reason or another. My father went earlier in the day to look at a vehicle he knew I would like. I went to Currie after finding out they had a Chevy Silverado sitting in their parking lot. Jeff O'Brien was the first person to greet me. He was extremely helpful and knew exactly who I was after speaking with my father. He then introduced me to Dan Chorzempa who took care of me throughout the rest of the process. At this time, Dan already knew what I was looking for after speaking with my father earlier in the day. Dan showed me all the minor details of the truck and worked so patiently with me. Dominick also helped me with a lot of the paperwork that day and days after. He was very confident and dedicated to my purchase of the truck. Before I knew it, I'm purchasing a vehicle that I was completely ecstatic about. I did not have this luck at any previous dealerships. Because of prior complications in purchasing a vehicle, I was unsure that I was going to get the truck but Dan stayed positive about the entire situation and told me I was walking out that day with the truck. These guys care and work so hard to get you the vehicle you want. They are extremely friendly and I enjoyed every second working with them. I walked into Currie looking for some information on an F150 and was greeted by Dan Chorzempa. I had already done a ton of research online before I walked in so i had a good idea what I wanted. After telling Dan the options i was looking for he pulled up a couple trucks for me to take a look at and drive. We were in the market for a 7-8 person vehicle and had been shopping around. We had been to a different Ford dealer earlier in the day about 20 minutes before closing. Not the best timing I realize but we were hesitantly greeted and pointed in the direction of the Flex we were interested in and then ignored. We then decided to try Currie Ford and arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Dan greeted us enthusiastically and helped us find an appropriate Flex to test drive. We told him up front we had no intentions of buying a car that day. None the less, he answered all our questions and even let us test drive an Explorer since we were considering one also even though it was past his time to leave. We were really interested in the Flex and Dan stayed and worked with us and we actually DID buy a car that day! We returned to finish paperwork a few days later and Dan very patiently went over any questions we had about how the car worked and gave us good advice on options. I would highly recommend him and the dealership and think he will go far in any direction he chooses. Well done!

After buying my 04 Explorer from Pete Porzio long ago, we decided it was time. "Out with the old and in with the new!" Thought I was going to like a new Explorer, but was asked if I would consider a 2014 Flex -- I could get 0% financing. I had no problem with the Flex -- I was just worried about being able to get in and out with my arthritic knees. I knew my husband liked them because he test drove one a few year's ago. So after test driving the Flex, we decided it was the right car for us! This is where Pete did a fantastic job. We figured out what options I wanted and then he went to work fast! He did not have what I wanted in stock, but found one in Kentucky! So within 24 hours I had my new Flex in my driveway! I absolutely LOVE IT! So much room and lots of fun extras! So THANKS PETE! In January of 2014 I had to go shop for a pre owned certified used car so I started my search at currie motor Ford and I have to do fine and I have to do fine a 2004 pontiac grand prix gtp so when's a salesman approached me by the name of Cornelius very helpful very nice salesman very told me a little bit about the car I ask about maintenance on the car was certified inspection all vehicles taking in and the pontiac only had 97,000 miles so I purchased this car with a extended warranty of 25,000 miles the problem I had is with service a month after having the car the service stability light and the service traction light started displaying on my dashboard so I took it in for service and was told that the problem was fixed and that I could come get my car when I get there to get my car and started it the problem immediately came back on the dashboard before I took the car out of the service department so I called my service repair man back to the car to see the problem he kept the car put me in a rental the the car has been back to currie motor Ford motor more than 6 times all for the same problem service stability light and service traction control light each time service department claims they fix the issueand then have the nerve to get an attitude with me when I asked for a rental car that is covered under my warranty but their ad says nice people to do busine and customer satisfaction their service department is very terrible its customer satisfaction

I had been looking for a cheap used car for about 2 weeks and I had bad experiences at other dealers.I went into Currie motors in Frankfort and was greeted by Cornelius Murray. He answered all my questions about the SUV I came in for and did not try to push another vehicle. Cornelius explained to me the credit process in a very clear and reassuring way ,not like the other dealers. Ali the sales manager came to the desk after talking to Cornelius and great me some great options. He tried to close the deal right away but I needed to get lunch and he was not pushy like the other dealers when you get up to leave. I came back a couple hours later and sealed the deal. The finance man, Dominick was also very nice and efficient. He explained each piece and when I had questions, he answered them accordingly. Cornelius throughout the whole process was excellent and was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. A very GOOD car buying experience and a very hard working, respectful, knowledgeable staff. I will go back when I need my next car. Thank you Currie Motors.

In all 100% complete honesty this was the best car buying experiences I ever had. I have purchased over 20 cars in the last 11 years and this was by far a truly exceptional experience. Pete Porzio is the best sales associate I had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he honest which is very rare nowadays but he was kind and very thorough from the beginning till the last signature and drive home. He was the first sales associate that sat in the car with me after I purchased it and took over 30 minutes to show me what every button does and how the new sync system works on my new 2014 f150 fx4. Pete also looked all over the state and other states to find me exactly what I wanted. Most dealers say I do not have that car but post it anyways to lure you in but not Pete and the staff at Currie motors. Pete told me they dont have exactly what I want but sent one of the porters to MIchigan, yes the state Michigan to pick up my new truck. I even got to meet the general manager of the store Jason who worked his butt off to get me the best possible loan with the best possible rate. He was very down to earth and me feel comfortable and not all nervous and angry like all the other managers do at other dealers who think they president of the united states. Even the finance guy Joe Easterhouse was great. I usually get uncomfortable with the finance guy because you are in for 2 minutes in a small room and sign like 50 papers and dont say much but was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I honestly just have to say again the best experience I have ever had. I will purchase my wifes car and my future childrens cars from Currie Motors in Frankfort. Go see Pete Porzio and you will not be disappointed I promise!!!!!

A couple of months ago a dear friend mentions that he is on the look out for a used Honda CRV. Knowing that Jack Vogel will find the exact right car for a customer I gave Jack a call. I explained exactly what my friend was looking for and two months later Jack calls and says he just took in a cream puff CRV. My friend and I take a ride over and meet up with Jack to look at the cream puff CRV. Surer than heck the car was everything and more than Jack described. My buddy walked in the showroom with Jack and about an hour later walked out after placing a deposit on the CRV. The CRV was picked up a few days later and my friend and his daughter are thrilled with the car. Jack did it again, another satisfied customer!

Pete let me test drive a new Ford Focus and I liked it so much I picked up my husband while on the test drive and brought him back to the dealership with me.But the price was over our budget. So, Pete worked with our budget and trade-in to write us a deal we could afford and I drove my new car home that day. Pete's "creative thinking" helped me get my new car. Over the past 2 years Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort won the trust of me and my family. Not only have we bought 7 new cars from them in 2 years, we also service our cars there. This week my wife went in for a simple oil change. At the service desk the service department tried to sell her a 30,000 mile inspection for $500. I dont think a new Ford would require a service like this. Odd they never asked me if I wanted to purchase this bogus inspection. If I wanted her to get sold on unnecessary maintenance costs I would have her go to Jif*y Lu*e, at least they just try and only get an extra $30 out of you for an oil change but $500 that is just not right! I guess they need help with paying for the new remolded building.

Tony Balaj is a fantastic salesman. Every other dealership I have gone to throughout the years have always been aggressive and rude going about a sale. I used to hear bad things about Currie Ford - They were very pushy salespeople - very unpleasant to deal with. They had a vehicle that my wife and I wanted to see and drive. We knew what Escape we wanted to test and the accessories we wanted. They only close dealer that had what we wanted was Currie, but the color was wrong. When we arrived at the dealership Mike Ramadan met us. We told him the car we wanted to see. Unfortunately that car couldn't be found, but he found another that was very close. It had the engine and drivetrain we wanted, but not the accessories. We were able to drive it just to see how powerful it was and how the ride was. He had another vehicle that had the interior color and accessories we wanted, but not the drivetrain. He brought that up so we could see exactly what the interior color was like and how the accessories were. Then Mike searched the computer and found 7 cars that matched our color preference, drivetrain, and accessories we wanted (and then some!). He then took us to his back lot to show us all the various colors there were so we could see exactly what the vehicle color would look like. While there we found the car we originally came in to test drive! It had everything we wanted except the exterior color wasn't what we had in mind. Mike prepared to get us a price on one of the cars he located to see if it was a good enough deal to even have it brought in. While searching the incentives he learned there was an additional $1500.00 rebate that was expiring that day. If we bought the car in stock, even though it wasn't quite the right color, we could get an additional $1500.00! We did walk away from it and looked at the price of the car he'd have to bring in. We went home, and my wife and I thought about it. (The color really wasn't worth losing the $1500.00!) Then we looked online to research what we felt would be a fair price for in stock Escape. We called Mike back and asked what he'd sell the in-stock car for. The price was a little higher than we wanted. Told him what we wanted to pay, and he said he'd call us back. Mike had to talk to Ali Rafati, the sales manager. It didn't take too long, and they called back and we were able to make the deal! When my wife and I went back to the dealership that night to finalize things, both Mike and Ali were fantastic! There was no "oops - we forgot this charge" or anything like that! What we agreed upon on the phone was what we paid! It was about a half hour before they closed and there was all the paperwork to do. The car was being prepped for us. Mike took the time to go over many of the features of the car - pairing the phone to the Bluetooth, explaining the navigation system, etc. We were not in the mood at this time to get too involved in the demonstration. Mike set an appointment for us to come in 2 days later when we could go over everything. He was, though, more than willing to stay as late as needed if we wanted him to! Dominick was the finance man who got all the paperwork together. He went over extended warranties, paint and body protection plans, and all the other add-ons possible. He did this in such a way as to explain the programs, not push them on us. What add-ons we did purchase was truly because we wanted them, partially because the way they were explained to us. All bad, early expectations I had going into the dealership were DEAD WRONG!!! This place was great! We were not pressured in any way! While we kept the salesman, Sales Manager, Finance man, and porters there almost an hour and a half after closing, they did not rush us! We are very satisfied with Currie Ford and gladly recommend them to anyone taking the time to read this!!!!

My family has used him and this dealership for years now and we have never gotten a bad car or deal! I would recommend any one of my friends or family to go there and request Pete because he is very nice and will answer any questions you have about the car. I will for sure continue using him for any future cars that I will purchase also.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so we did our research online. After spending hours searching on the internet and not really making in progress, we decided to go to a local dealer to take a look in person. When we arrived at Currie Motors we were greeted by a friendly sales representative, Jack Vogel. My wife had purchased a car from Jack before he was fantastic to her. He started by asking us why we had stopped by and we did our best to explain. We were really uncertain on what we wanted and did not really know where to start looking. After patiently listening to us ramble on he suggested we walk around and check out some of the cars on the lot. At no point was he pushy or did we feel like he was rushing us. He let us take our time and work our way through the process at our on speed. He finally suggested taking a look at a 2014 Ford Escape. We checked it out and eventually took it out for a test drive. We fell in love with the car and knew that would be the type of car we would purchase. After sitting down and discussing some numbers, Jack made sure we were comfortable with the final numbers and we struck a deal. We were extremely pleased with the entire sales process. A Ford representative took us through the entire car and answered any questions we had. They also invited us back anytime that we needed a refresher on the Sync system or had any other questions. Since purchasing the car we have heard from Jack multiple times, just to check up on us and to make sure everything is still going great. All of my dealings with anyone at Currie Motors have been incredibly pleasant. I would recommend Currie Motors to anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle.

Currie Motors worked with me on getting the car I wanted, but more importantly at the price I wanted. They were all very professional and worked with me on coming to an agreed price, which wasn't easy considering I had a trade in vehicle with close to 100k miles on it that still had a payoff amount. I bought my last vehicle there and will buy my next one there as well.

I went in to purchase a new car and was greeted by Cornelius and Ali. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and had a huge selection of cars to choose from. I got an amazing deal and there was no pressure or haggling. They were very honest and upfront and I felt very comfortable. After I purchased the car. Cornelius took the time to show me the ins and outs of all of the features the SYNC and navigation system which is unheard of at other dealerships! Overall my experience was beyond satisfactory and I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
