I have always hated car shopping because its such a miserable experience. But from the moment I walked in the door at Curry i was greeted with a heartfelt welcome, kindness and humility. I for the first time didn’t feel like i was being scammed or taken advantage of. They gave me an upfront, honest, and transparent offer for my trade. They helped me get the vehicle of my dreams that has so many extra safety features for my family. Such a warm, conscientious group of people. Not only was my experience just “not a negative one”, it truly was an extremely positive experience. I have recommended Curry to all of my friends and family and will be coming back for service in the future.

Very happy with my new Rogue. This is my 4th vehicle leasing with Jarrod and again he did a great job with the process. I want to add to my post - - I haven't received 3 survey links now and I have already submitted. I receive too many emails etc. that are generic and don't pertain to me. If the General Manager wants to speak with me then he should of done it when I was in the showroom instead of walking past me.

As soon as we arrived at Curry Nissan, Stephen Clarke, went out of his way to introduce himself to us and welcome us to the dealership. Once we sat down and began discussing different options, Steve was very detailed and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. After getting all of the details, Steve informed us about a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Steve then went and brought the Rogue around from the back, to us, so we could test drive it. Before, we did the test drive, Steve went into specific detail about all the the Rogue's features. While on the test drive, Steve continued to share his knowledge about the vehicle and then discussed the history of Curry Nissan and the one of a kind services and warranties Curry Nissan provides. Once we returned back from the test drive, we discussed with Steve what we could afford and he presented us with a few options we could go with. After about a half hour of negotiation, Steve and the sales manager, Fitz, offered us a deal we simply could not pass up. Steve and the rest of the Curry Nissan family truly go out of their way to do what is best for the customer. If you are looking for a new car, Curry Nissan is the place to go and Stephen Clarke is the sales consultant to see. I HIGHLY recommend Curry Nissan and Steve Clarke to anyone who is car shopping.

I will forever recommend this dealership for both services and buying a car. Our salesperson was Cassie and she was beyond amazing! We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and she was determined to place us in the vehicle we had our hearts set on. Fitz was great with helping us find a loan and Matt did a great job finalizing all of our loan paperwork and registration. Since then (roughly 3 weeks ago) Cassie has personally checked in serval times to make sure all is well and we are still in love! The dealership worked together and truest felt more like a family. We were impressed from the moment we walked in, They greeted us like we were old friends. Cassie Immediately stepped up to help and set out to find us a car. We had just been raked over the coals by another dealer that ended bad,and feared it would stop us from getting a car, but she assured us she could help and in fact she did. She was amazing and because of what happened prior it was a real task. Scott, Fitz and were all helpful with advise and instrumental in getting us in to a vehicle. I will definitely go back and send them all the business I can. This is a place that does what a you would want a car dealer to do. GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She did. I spent some time going to various dealers in the area, and was pleasantly surprised when I finally made it to Curry Nissan. They had a decent variety of cars, including the Rouge that I was interested in, at reasonable prices. What really set the dealership apart though, was the level of service I received from the sales staff. David helped me with my purchase, and he was fantastic! My husband and I bought a new 2016 Nissan Rouge at this dealership a couple of weeks ago. The minute we walked onto the lot, we were greeted by our salesperson, Dave. He was very helpful and patient with us. He allowed us to test drive a Rogue and walked the lot with us while we checked out other colors and options. He always gave us space and privacy to talk with each other, but was also there to answer all of our questions. We were very pleased with our experience at this dealership and really appreciate the customer service that Dave provided. We are loving our new Rogue. Thanks Dave!

I have not had the best experience with Curry Nissan. I am leasing my second car from them and will not be going back for a third . I had a very bad experience with a salesman there who gave me a horrible deal he was your typical car salesman (wish I had known that then). I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a young and female. After posting a bad review on deal rater in the past I was called only hours later by them and was asked to come in to talk with them because the owner of the company saw my bad review and wanted them to do whatever possible to make things right. After they made me many empty promises they asked me to take my negative review off the site and I did in good faith. As soon as I took that bad review down it went back to the same old Curry Nissan. I was told when I agreed to go in to my second lease that at the end of my current lease I would have no negative equity I had rolled in to my first lease. Only months after signing second lease I was sent to collections for almost 2000 dollars which they still can't tell me what for. When I went in to Curry Nissan questioning the bill they told me that they did not send me to collections it was Nissan that did. I was confused by this considering I was standing inside of Nissan. I had an appointment with Scott to discuss my ongoing concerns. I saw Scott walk by me several times back and forth back and forth after about an hour waiting he walks by and says I hope you are not waiting for me I don't have time today. Little did Scott know even after my on going issues with them I was trying to talk about trading my lease in and buying a car. I was called many times by a salesman who was trying to put me in another car and at that point after being told he had no time for me I realized a third car from them would be a huge mistake. I will be buying a car at the end of my current lease which is coming very soon and it will NOT be from Curry Nissan. I will say on a positive note that the service people at Curry Nissan are excellent and always go above and beyond. I am not interested in being contacted and made more empty promises and I am not interested in taking down this review.

I bought my car about a year and a half ago. Haven't had any major problems with it, and any time I need to go in to get something fixed the service is great. The main reason why I'm writing is because of Jim. I can't imagine he has a bad review out there. He was fantastic when selling me my car, getting me a great deal and taking time to show me everything. Even when I come back he remembers me. And I got a two birthday cards and a holiday card. I don't know of any other dealership and person that would do that even a year after having you as a customer. I would definitely recommend Curry Nissan and Jim to any of my friends.

In June of 2016 we bought our 5th Maxima from Curry and Jim Ward. It was another easy transaction from the negotiation to the delivery. The car was delivered as promised and when it was promised. No surprises. Everyone in Service, as always, was prepared when I returned for an inspection sticker. I have found that these people in both Sales and Service know exactly what they are doing and other dealers stumble along without any clue. I give Curry Nissan my highest recommendation. There is no need to go anywhere else unless you enjoy having your time wasted.

When I went to the Nissan dealership, I had expected to be greeted by someone who just wanted to get a quick sale. I was pleasantly surprised when I had to approach someone myself. When I inquired about the kind of car I was interested in I found out that only one specific sales rep, Jarrod Marshall, was the only one who could sell me the car since it's pretty specific and not overly known about. I had wanted to get a Leaf after my friend showed me one he leased a couple years back and so I did. The buying process was quick and the test drive was nice. I haven't ever had such a great experience buying a car ever. The only issue I ended up having was the fact the one of the selling points was being able to quickcharge my car (electric only, not a hybrid) at the dealership whenever I wanted. I really liked this idea as the quickcharge would do the job in 30 minutes and I could do it on my way home from work. Sadly the machine is/has been down since I made my purchase with no signs of being repaired any time soon. While I can charge at home, I had wanted to avoid the $600 charge station for a month or two while I settled into my new cars payment and increased insurance. Overall though, I still recommend Nissan to all my friends and coworkers, I just warn that if they go the route I did of an electric car, to make sure if they are made similar promises, to make sure the machine works.

Although he snickered about the value I put on my 12 yr old car..he went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I recently purchased a 2016 Rogue. My sales consultant is Tony Windoloski. He was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and never played the pressure game. The whole experience from the time I walk into the new showroom to actually finishing the sale and driving off the lot was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Tony made sure that I understood and was comfortable with every aspect of the car. Fitz the sales manager was very patient at explaining all the financing options available. Both of them really wanted to make sure I was in the car that was perfect for me with the terms I could live with. This dealership is more focused on the long term customer than the quick dollar. They made every aspect of the transaction very transparent. There were no hidden surprises at the last minute for which I am very grateful.

Last week I went in to the dealership to purchase my first car. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima S for a great deal! My sales consultant was Christian Vincelette and he was extremely helpful and made the experience simple and laid back. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you plan on going in to Curry Honda. I came to Curry Nissan 5 years ago when I moved to this area. Previous Nissan dealership was good, but no comparison to Curry. The Service manager Neil Premin has many years with Nissan. I always deal with April Freniere because she is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, friendly, and thorough. She is my go to person because she delivers. Stephen Clarke was very personable and no pressure. He was very thorough and helpful in explaining the details of the car. Any questions even if minor to call. Hope that will be true. My last purchase years ago with another dealer they would not help with explanations of the car or answer any questions I had. I went back to get a Manuel which had not been included and the salesman could not be bothered. Once I left the dealership never heard from them regarding anything. So far I have had a great experience with Curry and Stephen Clarke.

Unfortunately the vichele I had my eyes on came in on a lease trading in, it had a few sracthes and the rims where banged up but , after see that I was adamant about getting the Nissan altima, they assured me they would take care of me . Altima looks brand new!

Curry Nissan in Chicopee is the first dealership I have worked with that is the complete package. It starts with the Sales staff; Jim Ward has been our sales person for some time. We return to Jim, because he has worked at building a relationship with us. He makes certain we do not forget his name by sending cards for all occasions throughout the year or calls to check in to ensure we are still happy with our choice. This takes time and we appreciate it. Secondly, the finance team is also great about ensuring we are 100% aware of the options we have at our disposal. Scott and Matt are terrific to work with. Thirdly, there is the service team of April, Neil and Steve which are the post-sale relationship managers. I was told that they could get me in a car guaranteed so I went and did paperwork it took a few days I went back and it was not what car I wanted to have I was told what car they gave me they alreDy had all my money they said so the bank can see it and if I didn't want the car I would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund I took the car now 4 months later the ball joints and axel went while I was driving with my little kids in the car today my sway bar went the transmission oil was black really black not to say that when I got the car they told me to transfer the insurance to it I dod I told them that I could not afford $550 a month just on insurance she told me don't worry call here Monday amd David will help you get a cheaper insurance that they have a company they work with well I called Monday threw friday and no one ever help me get anything I ket hearing a noise from under the front of the car right after I got it brought it back to them four or five times being told nothing is wrong and fighting to get a loaner car well I found out what was wrong everything that just broke I spent over $500 just on one side to fix it other side needs to be done now too becareful if getting a car from here check everything

I would give an Excellent review BUT a week after signing the papers I am still waiting to take possesion of the car. Everyone was polite and courteous and walked us through every step and explained every step. The Title for the vehicle apparently is not in Curry Nissan control which means my vehicle can not be registered. Curry has provided me with a new Altama to use in the meantime. A year of car searching has just had a happy ending at Curry Nissan. We got the car we wanted at a dealership that went all out to make us satisfied customers.Our search for a new car began in April 2014 at the New York International Auto Show. We were not in a rush to replace our dependable, comfortable Honda Accord EX-L V6. As a result, we had lots of time to compare the features and research other drivers opinions of many cars. Test driving seven mid-sized cars kept us looking for the ideal car within our budget. Each car had wonderful aspects and also disappointments. Compromise looked inevitable. We actually were considering waiting for the 2016 offerings. Thankfully, seeing our neighbors driving a Nissan Altima started a new round of research. This car that had been under our radar was a pleasant surprise. The features that made the Altima a stand out for us were: overall exterior styling; excellent gas mileage (27/38); extremely comfortable power seats for both driver and passenger; Bose radio; elegant and spacious interior; moon roof; well-designed easy to use dashboard instruments; very comfortable back seat with 60/40 split; large trunk; and of course, safety. Driving the Altima was a pleasure, and it compared favorably to most of the best features on the other cars. The Nissan quickly took first place, and thoughts of continuing the search into 2016 vanished.Based on her own experience, our daughter, strongly recommended going to Curry Nissan, because Fitz Tarry is the sales manager and would ensure dependable sales and service. She was absolutely right. Every person we met at this dealership did his or her best to help us make our decisions and to learn how to operate the car. There were no aggressive sales tactics, and everyone including the other sales people - appeared to be working as a team to help us. I can't say enough about this team of professionals. I am 70 years old and am in a lot of pain, temporarily on a walker because of a back problem. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable. I researched cars on the internet and had a good idea of what I wanted before contacting the dealer. As I had already given my old car away, I needed to be picked up at my home. Curry's shuttle van was not available, because it was a week-end, so the salesman, Paul Ernest offered to pick me. From then on Paul saw me through the entire process of making sure I got everything I needed and wanted in my new car. I needed a hatchback; adjustable seats for ease of entering and exiting the car; and I wanted a car phone charger for emergencies. Paul saw that I got what I wanted!! He drove me home after the process was completed. The following Monday he made sure that my car was inspected, registered, and lo-jack was installed. It was well after 5:00 PM when he came and picked me back up in my new car. In addition, he presented my with the adapter that I needed to charge my phone in the car if needed. I wanted to add this young man to my family by the time we were through!!Matt Howard saw me through the financial process professionally and made sure he explained every aspect of the financing to me. All through the process, Matt was very solicitous for my comfort. Everyone on the floor were wonderful to me. Sorry I don't remember everyone's name.

I made appointment to see a car 3 days in advance. I told them I would be driving 2 hours to see the car. They called the day of the appointment to confirm. When I got there the salesman said that the car is in the shop and they cannot show it. They didn't bother to call me to let me know. They knew I was driving for a long distance. Basically they wasted my time. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They don't know what they're doing. Get someone who is a real professional !!

I originally went in with some skepticism, since I was buying my first car, but everyone was so friendly and helpful that it quickly dissipated. They were really good about listening to me and explaining my options for both the car and insurance. As many people know, car shopping can be EXTREMELY stressful. Last year I had a horrific, horrific experience with Mazda and was left with a vehicle without a working engine, a leftover car loan and not much money to put down...By chance I pulled into Curry Nissan, and THANK GOD I walked into George Brown :) He put me into my dream car, a beautiful 2010 Nissan Murano with all the works!Then....I totaled that vehicle in December 2014 and was crushed beyond belief...Again, I emailed George and he told me not to worry, Curry would take care of me. Well, just as I suspected, he was true to his word. My husband and I walked in to the Dealership, still uneasy about the accident and the fact that we were car shopping again. We test drove the 2015 Nissan Rogue and I FELL IN LOVE. I had a great experience at curry nissan. My dealer, Jim Ward, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was very straight forward and got everything done in a timely manner, without being pushy. This was the 3rd nissan I had been to and the first place that didn't try to take advantage of the fact that this was my first brand new car purchase. He asked me what price I wanted, I told him, and he went over to his manager and was able to make it work. I had done a lot of research so I knew what the vehicle was being purchased for around my area. Other dealers told me there was no way they could sell for the price I wanted and made me feel horrible for suggesting it. Then I went to Curry Nissan and within 1.5 hours I had the car for the price that I wanted. I recommend this dealership to anyone that doesn't want to be jerked around and meet friendly, honest, and fair salesmen.

Since this was the first time I was purchasing a car, I did a lot of research even before stepping foot into the dealership. I knew I wanted a Nissan Altima, and this dealership's customer service was superb from my first online interaction to the car's final inspection. It was when I got there that I met Dave Vakalis, who guided me through my car selection and purchasing process. He did not rush me through the car buying process, and helped me with the educational process since this was my first time purchasing a car. The car I wanted wasn't in stock, so he even looked at other dealerships to find my ideal vehicle. During the test drive and selection process, Dave walked me through all the features of the vehicle, which helped me decide between the models available. When I ultimately purchased the vehicle, he even went as far to customizing my radio stations, etc. which was incredible!The financial aspect of the purchase was seamless, thanks to Matt. He was meticulous when explaining the options available and the payment dates, and I left the dealership with a clear understanding of my financing terms. He also followed through throughout the sales process, which made me feel like a valued customer. Fitzy and Jim also helped with the sales process, negotiating a better financing option and installing my net accessory I purchased for the car, respectively. We got our first car at Curry Nissan on Memorial of this year...and we're back because of an unbelievable streak of bad luck, worse than ever before... On November 11, my grandson and I were driving down High St in Holyoke when a mini van red the red light at the intersection of High St and 391, hitting us and completely destroying my car. We were both shaken up, bruised and very sore, but, the 2012 Rogue did everything it was supposed to do, deploying every air bag in front and sides of car, pretty much saving us from severe injuries, or worse. If that isn't bad enough, after the accident, we learned the other driver was not only unlicensed, uninsured, and an illegal person wanted on many warrants, and facing deportation. So the entire situation, already traumatic and stressful, on top of being injured and sick, was a huge nightmare....all the paperwork, the insurance, I was just unsure of which way was up and how I was going to get back to normal again, let alone be able to get through the upcoming holidays. In the midst of all this happening, our second car, a mini van, died while we were out and my granddaughter was driving the rental and a deer, a very large deer, ran out in front of her, making the rental undrivable and leaving her, her friend and my grandson, bruised and shaken up...I was completely at the end of my rope. But I had gone back to George at Curry and with him, and two other employees of Curry, they took care of absolutely everything. I was literally passed my breaking point and essentially, I had just given up on even having Thanksgiving. But with George and the two others, I was placed in a comparable car and my holidays are looking a bit brighter. And just like the first time we were there, ALL the employees we're beyond amazing with my autistic grandson, who now basically thinks he owns the place, and loves visiting and "driving" the cool cars in the showroom. Usually, any kind of shopping with him is difficult, but once we walk into the showroom, he just goes off to the people he has met there and they show him cars, engaging him in conversation, making it all so much easier. Now that I am in a new car, and almost better, though still recovering from the accident, I am able to go to the store and pick up a few things for my grandsons birthday this week, along with Thanksgiving. I am finally able to breath a bit easier, knowing that they all helped me out with everything from the loan to the insurance company. I usually would not trust anyone this much with any part of my life, let alone a huge financial part, like the way I trust them. I also can say that, although I will never be "made whole" from the accident because of the other driver and his situation, George and the Curry staff have me as close to "whole" as I can probably get. I cannot thank all of them enough. I tell everyone who asks me about my car about Curry, about the car, and I highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I would also like to add, especially to the parents and grandparents who are caring for or helping in the car of a disabled child, that this dealership is amazing with disabled children, especially kids like my grandson, Kevin, who will be 16 this week. Kevin is a medium to lower functioning autistic child, who, at times, acts mentally half is age and can be quite a handful. The way they treated Kevin during our visits not only showed in his reactions and behavior, he was so comfortable and at ease in the showroom, it made the entire process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. I will gladly recommend you to all the families I know with disabled children. George Brown and the entire Curry Nissan team are obviously real, kind, caring people, who while working at their jobs and earning their living, they still put the aspect of people and caring first. We recently went to Curry to purchase my first car- the Rogue. We worked with Jarrod, who was seriously the most amazing car salesman we have ever met. He treated us as friends he was trying to help, not a salesman trying to make commission off me. They could tell how nervous I was making my first purchase, but they made it so stress-free. No one was rushing me, no one was pressuring me, they just wanted to make sure I was happy with the decision I was making. After Jarrod showed us the Rogue, I knew that was the car I wanted. Not only is it the perfect crossover, it was decked out to the max. They gave us an amazing price on it, much lower than all of the Nissan dealerships. Not only did we have Jarrod looking out for us, but the store manager, Scott, was unbelievable. He bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and happy with every part of this experience. You know, my old drivers ed teacher always used to say, "there's no such thing as an accident". I used to believe her until Conor, Max and I were driving home from the Nissan dealership with our brand new vehicle and a 5 point buck literally leaped out of the woods onto the car and smashed it up. Stuff happens and the only important thing is that everyone is okay. So tell the ones you love that you love them, because fate decides what happens, not you! And there are indeed such things as accidents, and thankfully there are amazing people that go above and beyond to help you out. All the staff at Curry Nissan in Chicopee are being absolutely amazing beyond words and helping me the whole way, even to the point of letting me take one of their cars home that night so I didn't have to find my own way. Everyone from the dealership came out to make sure we all were okay. They could've just said, "too bad it's your problem now" which most places would've done. They've even helped get in touch with insurance and are putting me in a courtesy car once one comes in. A special thanks to George at the dealership. If anyone wants to be treated like a human being when they need a new car, please consider this place! They are great people there! This was my first time buying a new car, I had been driving used VW's for 30 years, and wasn't certain what I wanted. I was "just looking"; Anthony listened to my specific requirements (i.e. my dog needed to love whatever car I chose!) and suggested a Versa Note (which I had never even heard of). This car is perfect for me, I am very happy with it, I expect to be driving a Nissan from Curry for many years. My dog is very happy too.

Im proud to say this was my tenth vehicle purchase with George Brown of Curry Nissan. Im expecting this one to be just as exceptional as the rest. I work with George for both my personal and business purchases. Although every time I visit I leave satisfied and looking forward to the next purchase with George he seems to find a way to make things even better than before each and every time I work with him. This time around he coordinated some rides for me while paperwork was being processed due to this being a work vehicle replacement at end of lease I wasn't looking to drop off and pick up on the same date.I outlined my vehicle needs both features and monthly cost and George put to together a great option for me exactly as I requested without hassle or delay.Im looking forward to my next ten vehicles with George at Curry Nissan.

I purchased my vehicle from Curry Nissan in February. I was having issues starting my vehicle recently and took it back there to get looked at. I was told I needed a new tire and throttle body (running me about $850) that would not be covered under my extended warranty. I took it to a Hyundai dealership for a second opinion to see if there was any way it would be covered under the Hyundai warranty. The Hyundai dealership I took it to said the throttle body was not the issue and my tire was also fine (I just needed brake pads which Curry Nissan also said were brand new in February and also the power control module needed to be replaced but was covered). I do not think there was any way I wore the brakes down in a matter of a few months. I was very disappointed with Curry Nissan's service and will no longer go back there. Seems as though they do not know what they are doing in the service department.

This was a great experience for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy a truck. This is the third Nissan truck that I have owned and I was "just looking." I must say I was very reluctant to try a new dealership as I had been a Baystate Nissan customer for the past 18 years plus but have only ever owned Nissan vehicles. Rumor had it that several of the employees moved to Curry when Baystate closed so I gave it a try and glad I did! Little did I know when I walked in I would meet the employee of the year who showed me all of his achievements over the mantle - George you should be proud!! :) George was very patient in guiding me through the options of lease over buying and we came to a decision where everyone was happy! Curry Nissan was a great experience overall as everyone was very personable, accomodating and extremely professional. Also, many thanks to Scott for helping me out until my new car was ready as my old car had become dangerouse to drive. Curry cares about their customers and it shows in how the do business!! I just purchased a 2105 Nissan Altima from Dave Vadalis at Curry.This is our second car from Curry. I was very happy with the way Dave talked to us. He made my husband and I us feel very welcomed and not pressured, and answered all of our questions. We bought the car without hesitation. My wife and I went to look at nissan rogues. We ended up purchasing a 2010 nissan murano. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable of the vehicle as well as others we brought up in conversation. At no point during the expierence did we feel rushed or pressured which was a big selling point for us.

I have always considered the car buying experience to be an unpleasant but necessary task. Dave Vakalis and the team at Curry Nissan made it enjoyable and fun. My preference is to get right down to business and Dave accommodated that and we had a deal worked out in under 15 minutes. Scott Hubbell was also great. I was in the market for a used or new car, but being a Canadian who recently moved to the Connecticut area, I knew there was a potential for some difficulties. I started my search on the Internet, looking for dealerships that would be nearby to my new home, and followed up with phone calls and later visits to the dealership, trying to figure our base cost for the Nissan Rogue I was interested in. From my first contact with Curry Nissan in Chicopee, I was impressed. Brian, the GM, provided me a quote for the car and was helpful, polite, and very upfront about cost and extra fees. I worked with Ismael for the paperwork for buying the car - and he dealt with insurance and registration of the car for me, as an added bonus. Due to my Canadian citizenship, and stringent Connecticut laws, it took nearly a month for me to get a CT drivers license and to be able to register the car in CT, and ultimately be able to pick it up. The guys at Curry Nissan gave me a rental car at an awesome price for those 3 weeks, and Ismael touched base with me several times a week, by phone and email, to see how things were progressing and to see whether he could be of any assistance. They made the complicated and exceptionally frustrating process that much more tolerable! Plus, as someone who is occasionally technologically and car challenged, it was incredible to me that Ismael took the time to introduce me to the very many features of my new car and sent me home with a full tank of gas! It's customer service like that that really sets Curry apart, and a level above the other dealerships I had considered working with!After I finally picked up my car (which I'm obsessed and totally in love with!!!), I realized that I left my garage door opener in my loaner. Brian went to the trouble of dropping off the clicker and some mats I had purchased at my house, to save me the trip to the dealership.My overall experience with Curry Nissan was remarkable. I got an incredible 2014 Nissan Rogue that I love, and for a wicked price, but it was their customer service, though, which really made them shine, and warranted this review! Thanks Ish and Brian!

Do not go to Curry Nissan! I wish i could give ZERO stars. They have the worst customer service and were AWFUL to my mother. They treated her TERRIBLY after she made the mistake of telling them that she was there looking at a car for me, her daughter. When she was done being yelled at and given the run-around by Jorge (or George, sp) she went to speak to the sales manager and he was just as rude! I dont know how they even stay in businese. Do yourself a favor and stay away from there. Luckily this bad experience brought me to Mazda in WSpringfield and into my beautiful new 2014 crossover :)

I was in the market for a 2014 Murano. I did my research and used a car buying tool from my insurance company. I knew what I want to pay for the new car and what I wanted for my trade in. As Curry was 150 miles from my home I visited a local dealer. We went back and forth on the price of the new car and price of the trade in. When all was done I expected a call that my car was in. I had to call the dealer and they hem and haw that the price could not be meet as I was not a retired veteran. I said to forger the deal and return my deposit.I then conctact Curry Nissan via Email and stated I wanted a Blue 2014 Murano Platinium. They were quick with a responce and while a blue Murano was not in stock would I be open for them to find the car for me. I stated if they could find it I would buy it. I made the 150 mile trip, Currey Nissian found the car, meet my price, and stated it would be delieved to my home city (never heard of that before) on Wednesday. On Wednesday I received the call that they were almost at New York DMV. I meet the sale consultant Ismael Vazquez and we transfer the plates and I had a new car.The whole process was a dream. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was upfront and they meant what the said. I would recommend the company to anybody wanting to buy a new car.

This is what he sent me "I just spoke with my manager, youre out . Your trade is not worth anywhere near what youre asking, hence the reason you have been trying to unload it for 4 months unsuccessfully. Good day_"You be the judge. On Memorial Day, I went to Curry Nissan with my daughter, granddaughter, and my 15 year old, severely autistic grandson. I met George Brown, a sales consultant, who showed me cars within my price range and to fit my needs. Usually, while shopping with my grandson, Kevin, it can be a stressful, difficult, experience. But, from the time we walked in, Kevin had "made new friends" who were also employees at the dealership and they were having a BBQ in between the two buildings. The entire time I was working with George, Kevin was outside helping, laughing, talking, just having a great time. I am not used to Kevin being treated like just a normal kid. They were all amazing with him! I wish I had their names to thank them all! George listened to what I needed what I could spend, and he found a perfect fit for me. I was in the market for a new car and was considering either a Nissan Rogue or a Honda CR V. I decided to purchase the Nissan Rogue. I went to Curry Nissan on Memorial Drive in Chicopee and met George Brown. George made the process of trading in my old car and buying a new car very easy. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions. As I was unsure as to what color I wanted my new car, he drove me through the field so I could see the actual colors on cars instead of just looking at the brochure. George made buying a new car fun. If you have every moved before then you'll understand where this review is coming from. After a giant transatlantic life change, I had checked most of the boxes required for settling into life in a new home. Last but not least I needed a car. After several weeks of car hunting and the physical and emotional drain of moving I was exhausted. We drove up in the rental car and parked equidistance between Honda and Nissan. Walked into Nissan and walked out with a brand new car. By no means was this a "We give up we'll take whatever comes next". No. Our sales consultant George Brown made the entire process so simple that it just felt naturally right. Mr. Brown was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood our initial hesitancy and placed our worries at ease. Not once did he try to pressure us into anything we weren't interested in. This is a far stretch from how other dealerships treated us (anywhere from refusing to bring a price down on an already overpriced car to pushing us towards more expensive models). Most importantly, at least for me, is that he got everything completed in one day, including: car insurance, plates, paperwork. Done! Didn't have to add to my list of things to do, just needed to drive off and not worry about coming back! On our way out he called up the rental car agency and had them come pick up the car for us. Even less for us to do! If anyone were to ask for advice about where to get a car, I would say at Curry Nissan Chicopee with George Brown.

After Leasing an Altima back in 2011, I thought it would be difficult to finance a vehicle after the lease term ended seeing as though I had previous credit deliquesces that limited my possibilities of obtaining credit in general. But to my surprise with a combination or perseverance and dedication(c/o George Brown) and timely payments (on my part), what was once a dream became reality; and on May 21st, 2014 I drove away in my new 2014 Altima S. I really want to take this time to thank the staff at Curry Nissan. Specifically, my favorite sales consultant George Brown and Fitz who handled all the finances for their great work ethics and competency and making the transition into my new Altima a smooth and confident one. George's persistence and determination and confidence when I had none was second to none. He kept the calls coming until I couldn't resist them anymore (lol) and when I made the trip in to see him it was well worth it. He went above and beyond to make sure that the work on my part was as little as possible and even offered to come and pick up the credit application and delivered the care once the application was approved. Everything he promised followed through and I can also say that I was very pleased with all the work he and Fitz put in with the paper work and the quick turnaround in and out the office at the signing. Would I recommend Curry Nissan? Definitely! Effortless procedures, EXCELLENT service, confidence in the what they do is all it takes to win a customer over and you guys at Curry Nissan posses those qualities and more. The minute I walked into the showroom at Curry Nissan, Chicopee, MA., I knew I was in a caring, and trustworthy dealership. Greeted by George Brown,who is one of the salemen.. took any stress that I may have had and turned it into a joyous experience. George introduced me to the Juke, and off we went for a test drive. George's easy going manner had me relaxed and able to pay attention to his instructions without any anxiety. First let me state that I had no intention of buying a Nissan (Curry Nissa & Honda share a lot) but I was met in the lot by Anthony Windoloski. He was friendly and me several questions to find out what I was looking for. He shortly came back with a car to look at that believe it or not was perfect for me. When you aren't buying a new car and have a limited budget beggars can't be choosers they say but Anthony picked something out that met all my needs and had everything I wanted. I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra SL with just under 30K which was a lot newer than I expected I would be shown or was affordable. There wasn't one thing that I wanted that I didn't get with this car - heated leather, sunroof, navigation - it was loaded, not to mention the perfect color (one of Anthony's questions). This wass the 5th or 6th car I have purchased, some new ans some used but Anthony made this experience the easiest purchase by far.

I had been to multiple dealers over the past two months in search of a new vehicle, and none of them had what I was looking for. I was currently driving an '01 Nissan Sentra, and needed a replacement after it failed inspection. We had seen a commercial for Curry Nissan in Chicopee and decided to check them out. We were greeted soon after pulling into the lot by George Brown, who asked us inside to discuss what I was looking for and what I had in mind for a monthly payment I could afford. I had never financed a car before, so I had a TON of questions, all of which George answered thoroughly. He went through the process of leasing vs financing in detail, with a breakdown of expenses and coverage, and also informed me of their program designed to help recent college grads, which I am. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting, George was very personable, and listened to what I needed. He never pressured me into a car I wasn't interested in, or one I absolutely couldn't affording, which had happened at other dealers. In the end, I ended up leasing a 2014 Nissan Sentra, which I absolutely love! In my payment range, and exactly what I was looking for. I had never dreamed that I would take home a brand new car, but George took the time to explain everything in detail and get me a payment plan that fit my budget. We went in on a Saturday afternoon, and I took my car home Monday, all set and ready to go when I arrived (plates, registration, inspection, and a full tank of gas). My daughter has been looking for a new or used car for the past two months. We wanted to buy from a local, reliable, and reputable dealer who lived in our area. We decided initially to look for a reasonably priced and reliable used car but we could not find the car we were looking for, nor did we feel that the dealers we had spoken to were going to honor our needs and also be reliable and dependable for our purchase. A few days before our visit to Curry Nissan in Chicopee, I felt our search was hopeless and that perhaps our expectations were too high. Then I saw an ad on TV for Curry Nissan in Chicopee regarding a no payment down, reasonable monthly price for leasing a car; this immediately caught my attention as we were hoping to get another Nissan Sentra like our old one, only a newer model. We had been very happy and impressed with the Sentra ever since my daughter bought it used three years ago. On Saturday, April 25, 2014 we drove to Chicopee to check out this option at Curry Nissan in Chicopee. While we were looking at some of the newer models on the lot, Mr. Brown approached us and offered to take us into the office to discuss what we were looking for, our price range, and what offers he could give as as options in helping us to make a decision. I mentioned the ad on TV and he asked if my daughter was a recent college graduate. She was and he proceeded to tell us of Nissan's latest option for new college graduates. We then discussed our preference for a Sentra if possible, as we had been pleased with its performance in the time she owned the car. Mr. Brown was very informative regarding all the options available to us, he was also very kind and patient in answering all our questions thoroughly and honestly. His patience thorough knowledge alleviated all our concerns and we were able to see clearly the benefits of leasing versus buying a new car. When we asked for a sample of a contract for leasing a car, he willingly provided us with one to read over so that we would know up front what our obligations, responsibilities, would entail as well as the financial aspects of leasing and what warranties were included. This aspect of his excellent salesmanship is what greatly assisted us in making an informative decision to lease a new car. It was very clear to us throughout our conversation with Mr. Brown and his handling of our questions and concerns and his willingness to work within our means that made us realize we had found the dealer and the salesman we had been looking for at Curry Nissan with Mr. George Brown. Without hesitation, I would recommend both Curry Nissan of Chicopee and George Brown to any family or friend who was in search of a reliable car. Both my daughter and I have worked on occasion in the past, in both customer service and other retail type work and having a thorough knowledge ourselves of retail business practices, customer service experience and business ethics, we were very impressed with Mr. Brown and we look forward to doing business with him both now and in the future.

Went to Curry because I had dealt with Jim Ward many years ago and leased two Maxima's from him when he was at Baystate Nissan. Had a great experience with him then, and it was no different this time around. The dealership was great to work with in every aspect. Jim knows his Nissans inside and out and can answer any question you throw at him. Fitz was awesome to deal with in wrapping up the paperwork and getting us on our way. I will be going back this year to lease another vehicle. I did shop around knowing I would end up at Curry and it just reinforced my decision to buy there. I was told at one Nissan dealership that I couldn't lease a 2013. Well, I drove away with a 2013 Rouge. I would recommend to people not to waste your time shopping around and save time by going straight to Curry.

Dave Vakalis was truly exceptional not only in his knowledge of the Rogue but in how he treated us as customers. He never put pressure on us in order to make a quick sale. When we sat down with him to discuss the price, he immediately asked us if we wanted something to drink. Dave took the time to answer all of our questions with respect and professionalism no matter how trivial they might have been. On February 25,2014, I went to Curry Nissan in Chicopee to speak to a salesman named George Brown whom I was referred to by a good friend. Upon meeting Mr. Brown I was received very warmly and my entire interaction throughout the entire day was extremely pleasant. Mr. Brown took time and walked me through the entire process, from filling out my application to showing me an array of vehicles to picking out the right vehicle that met my financial needs. I admired Mr. Brown confidence, but most of all I admired the fact that he is a man of his word. From the moment we met Mr. Brown told me that I would be driving off the lot today with a new vehicle. By 2:00pm I was driving off the lot in a brand new vehicle. I have had several cars in my life and dealt with many salesman, but I must admit, George Brown was the BEST BY FAR!!! This was by far the best experience I ever had buying a car. I told Jarrod what I was looking for and my budget and he listened to me and got me what I was looking for. He was so pleasant to work with it actually became a fun time and that is the way it should be. I was very happy with everyone that I worked with through this process from Scott the manager to Fritz in financing. I can't say enough and to top it off I live in New Hampshire. I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Ismael. Very friendly, clean cut and professional guy - NOT a typical salesman just trying to make a sale with no regard for his customer. I initially told him I was looking for a used Nissan - open to all models. He asked me my preferences - colors, trim, etc. listened to my wants made suggestions and within a few mins I was test driving a 2012 Altima. SWEET ride, all the bells and whistles. I went home while Fitz ran the financing options and came back a couple days later. He was also very nice - explained everything to me and anwered all my questions, but the payments were out of my budget. He crunched #s and told me what price would suit my pockets and Ismael went back to the lot and found a lovely (and just as sweet) 2011 Camry - Toyota was my second choice if Nissan was not an option - that was within my range. I drove off the lot a couple hours later! Ismael helped transfer all my stuff to the new car, gased it up, is handling the registration/insurance stuff and once the snow clears up, he will detail it for me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Im a woman and went in without my boyfriend hoping I wouldnt get the runaround and I walked out smiling and content with my deal. If you need a car, GO HERE! You will not be disappointed.

I recently bought my second vehicle from Curry Nissan in Chicopee, Not only did the stafff go above and beyond to make me happy and ensure that I got a quality vehicle at a fair price, they took the time to work with me. Steve Clark is a caring salesman, when he sells you a car the relationship doesnt end, it starts. Scott Hubbell the manager made sure I was happy with every aspect of my experience. He stayed on top of the process with email and phone calls. I didn't have to do anything they took care of everything from beginning to end. Fritz who works with the finance side made sure i got the best rate and loan possible, and since this is my second vehicle I got to know the service dept too. Neil and Steve in service are fantastic, I have had cars brought to me while out Christmas shopping so my car could go in for service. I cannot say enough about this dealership, I have never experienced any other like it. I drove 1 1/2 hours from NY to get to this car because the price and mileage were exactly what I was looking for. I found the dealership through my USAA membership's car finding guide. They were so worth the drive!! The dealership was friendly, but a tight ship businesswise. I drove down to check the car out on Wednesday, and the car was delivered to me in NY on Friday. I found a fully equipped car on the parking lot and they worked with me via the phone and in person to close the deal with an affordable price. Although, the issue came about with regards to the car being registered in another state. I was assured by them that they have registered many cars out of state and have a significant amount of experience in the car sales business. After the deal was closed and we shook hands, things started falling apart. Such as the tax for the out of state transaction was done incorrectly. I was notified by Nissan USA Corp that they had to readjust the taxes. The dealership had to visit the DMV multiple times on the basis that they were filling out the wrong paperwork. It also took around 2 to 3 weeks for me to receive my plates via mail. Mean while majority of the phone calls received from them were inquires to whether I received a survey from Nissan USA Corp and if I rated them 10 (giving them the highest score possible). Being that this is my first car, I trusted and relied on them, which they let me down significantly on multiple occasions. Such as they scheduled my oil change 3 months in advance, only to tell me on the day of the appointment that my vehicle did not need an oil change because it did not reach a certain mileage marker (granted I traveled over 100 miles and through a storm for this appointment). Another issue came about in which I received a ticket for the car being in violation. They did not inspect the car or told me that I needed the car to be inspected by a technician within the state that the car was being registered in. When I brought up this issue with them, they proceeded to look up the laws online for that state, I was appalled in that they had previously claimed that they registered many cars in this state prior to my purchase. With regards to the car itself, they only have working knowledge of the simple mechanics, in that I had to troubleshoot tech related issues with the navigation and so forth on my own, the only helpful assistance/suggestions I received was from Nissan Support on Twitter, which tried their best, but ultimately I was left on my own to understand and program the digital package that was included with the vehicle.

I finally decide it was time for me to get a new car. I have an 04 Nissan Maxima and wanted to stay in the Nissan family. Eventually I saw the new Maxima that I wanted and took a trip to my local Nissan dealer. There I was met with underlining prices that in the end did not add up. I Apprehensively decided to look online for my car. I came across Curry Nissan in Chicopee, MA and saw the car that I wanted. The automobile salesperson I spoke with name was Jarrod, and yes he got an ear full about my previous experience at my local Nissan. Jarrod assured me that would not be the case at Curry Nissan. My biggest obstacle beside this being a phone transaction is that I was over five hours away. After several phone conversation we came to an agreement I was comfortable with. He worked with my "wants" and my "dislikes" without frustration. And trust me I had a long list of both. I am by far not an easy customer, I do my homework and I was trading a Maxima in. SO I can conclude that I would tell anyone who I knew was looking for a new or used vehicle to give him a chance to find you what you are looking for. Earlier this year I brought my daughter in law to Curry Nissan in Chicopee so she could test drive the Nissan Altima she was interested in. I went with her because she has never purchased a vehicle before and I wanted to help guide her. When we parked a gentleman was outside and came up and introduced himself and asked if he could help us. His name was George and he was very pleasant and with how helpful he was and how he guided my daughter in law she would have been in great hands even if I wasn't there. When he found out that my son/her husband was over in Afghanistan, he couldn't thank us enough for his service. Curry even gives a discount for service members which put them even higher in my book! They genuinely care and are involved in the Chicopee military community! Thank you Curry for that!By the time Tiffany made her choice to the time she picked up her new vehicle, George was right there working with and helping all the way! He really, truly cares about his customers! I have been to many dealerships and I have always dreaded the car buying process but George makes is easy and a pleasure.Yesterday I went with my son and of course asked for George. I told him that I know wanted a Nissan Altima too and told him what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and he showed me several and was patient with all my questions and concerns. I had a headache and I think I was not thinking clearly but George knew just what I needed and helped me make the best decision specifically for me. When he saw me come in today he remembered me right away, and when he found out that my son that was with me was Tiffany's husband who just came back from Afghanistan he couldn't thank him enough and his genuine gratitude warmed my heart. George truly pays attention to detail about his customers, he listens and he cares. He checked with me several times to be sure I was ok and if I was happy with my choices. Today when I came to pick up the car he had everything prepared and ready for me and took care of every detail and explained all the operations of my new vehicle. Never ever does he show frustration if I repeated myself or had more questions. After having two experiences that were amazing with this young man I feel he is more like a friend then my car salesman! A handshake when I left just wasn't enough so I gave him a hug! :) If only more sales man were like George and truly gave their utmost to their customers it would make buying a pleasure. I will always recommend anyone I know to George as I know he will do right by them and treat them with respect and quality because we are not just a number to him! From the moment I walked through the door, all the employees at Curry Nissan were friendly and knowledgable. George Brown sat me down instantly to discuss what I was interested in, which was the Rogue. He had the perfect vehicle in mind, a color I fell in love with, the Black Amethyst. George suggested we take it for a test drive and I was thoroughly impressed by the handling and power. The size of the Rogue and its fuel efficiency were exactly what I was looking for. George was great in explaining all the features of my new car. I spoke with the Business Manager who explained different financing options and we were quickly able to close a deal. Ismael really knew the car inside and out. No other dealer in the area could even explain the basic features. He knew every detail and answered all my questions on the test drive. Brian the manager was also very helpful! He worked with me regarding my trade in and the bottom line cost!! Fitz Tally the business manager was also very detailed in his explanation of what everything cost, why and what our options were. Ismael took us through every detail in the car so that I clearly understood every feature. No dealer has ever done this before. The staff was helpful and friendly. All four Curry salesmen were very professional, knowledgeable. I visited both Honda and Nissan dealerships having narrowed my search to these two plus one other brand. I would have given straight fives, except for the finalization of the offer in which I felt somewhat hurried through the decision, experiencing post purchase dissonance, primarily worried about the fairness of the price. Customer service: greeted efficiently, no wait at all to see a salesman; quick efficient replies to pricing. Quality: very knowledgeable sales men, even charming. Some were a little too slick and conformed to the stereotype that salesmen have acquired. Others were obviously honest providing balanced information on the car models and pricing. Friendliness: of course they were friendly. I recommend you change this item on your survey to honesty, communication skills. Overall experience: far better experience than one I had at balise ford where I didn't believe the salesman was trying to solve my particular buying decision. Curry salesmen responded to my requests and concerns. Overall experience: would have received a 5 if I had not felt a little rushed and pressured given the final offer, which involved a version of the car I had not even considered and was not prepared with a true market value.iPrice: feel that I got a fair deal now that I have price checked on TrueCar.com. Recommend female salespeople be hired.

I went into this dealership to look at the Nissan Sentra, I had never driven anything other then a Ford Focus. The salesperson at the dealership was very helpful with showing me the features of the car and quickly got me into the car to test drive it. I have been with other family members of mine to buy a car and the experience i had at Curry Nissan was much better then some of the other places i have been to. We went there thinking we were going to buy a used car, but ended up being able to buy a new Altima instead. The process was very easy, We went in on Monday pick out our car and on Tuesday we signed the papers and left with are new car. My husband and I are very pleased with everything. O yes the best thing is no out of pocket expense for almost a month and a half. Over all we are very happy. We have bought many cars before but this is the best warranty we ever gotten.The engine is covered for as long as we own the car even if we have it for ten year or more. The service was great from the time we walked in the door until we left with our new car. And yes we will be back again

Our son was ready to look for a truck so my husband and I decided to stop at Curry while he was at work to see what was available. David saw us walk in and right away greeted us by name and took care or our inquiries. He was very attentative to what we were looking for, especially the same payment our son had with his previous vehicle which he along with Chris (finances) accomplished. Lo and behold by the end of the day our son drove off with his new (used) Nissan truck, which he didn't expect to do. It was amazing how smooth the transaction went. David was a great host offering us beverages and made us feel right at home all the while we were at Curry. We've purchased many vehicles here and have always stayed with the same car salesman. When ours left after many years, Howard had David take care of us and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership, I pulled in and was greeted with a great big smile by George Brown, I advised him what I was interested in and where I needed to be in my price range. We looked at several different options and I was going to buy a used vehicle but after listening to George and his finance team I learned a lot about leasing. June 26, 2013 has to be one of the better days, perhaps the best day I have had in a long time. I would like to share my story as to what made this day stand out as a special day, has made a lasting impression and has restored my faith.On Monday 6/24 I placed a call to Curry Nissan where I talked with a young man named Gus that scheduled me an appointment to come in and speak to a sales person the next day on my lunch hour. I shared with Gus that my situation was complicated, and I had a limited amount of time. He assured me they could help me. I will admit I was skeptical. I had been to another Nissan dealer located in Northampton, in March looking for some guidance and it was not a good experience nor did it leave me with a good feeling that any Nissan dealer would be able to assist me. In fact On Sunday June 24th I went into the local Thrifty dealership feeling that may be my only hope.You see 3 years ago we were one of the millions affected by my husbands job loss and unfortunately, after quite a fight lost our home. This of course did not leave me with very good credit. To make things more complicated and a bit stressful for me, my son had purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra with me as a co-signer. He also had lost his job, had fallen behind in the lease payment and ultimately I took over the vehicle and the payments. I did not love this car,as I prefer an SUV but I stuck it out. The term on the lease ends 8/6/13. I needed a plan.With a bankruptcy in the not so distant pass, pending short sale on our home and a vehicle they was significantly over on the miles this left me feeling like I did not have many options,June 25th I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most compassionate and talented sales man ever, George Brown. He was respectful of my lunch hour, was confident in his ability to help me out of the lease vehicle and into a Rouge, which is what I asked him for. I shared my story and while he was empathetic he assured me I was not alone. He told me that he would make it happen, to have faith. I liked his optimistic attitude and figured I would let him know that I would really love a sunroof on my new vehicle. Within the hour he had also introduced me to another outstanding member of his team at Curry Nissan Fitz Tarry the Finance Manager. He was just as pleasant, confident and professional. Both of these men never made me feel judged or as if I had failed in some way. George was so confident he went out to the lot found a silver Rogue (my choice of color) with a SUN ROOF!! When I left 1 hour later George assured me he would call me later that afternoon with good news. He did just that! He called and told me I was approved and that he would see me the following afternoon at 5:30pm to pick up my new vehicle.June 26th, I arrived early, George greeted me, offered me a water while I waited for him to finish with a previous customer and then explained everything to me about my new vehicle! The entire process was impressive and to top it off George had promised I would be taking my new vehicle home that evening. George followed through on his promise. That is the type of customer service that builds loyalty, respect and repeat business. I know this because I am a manager at Baystate Medical in our call center and our focus is outstanding customer service. I received just that! I think I was in shock when he handed me the gadget (key), I emptied out the leased vehicle and waited for George to pull up my new Rogue! Next another great guy, who was genuinely happy for me Jarrod Marshall who synced my car with my i-phone and added all my contacts! Way to go Jarrod! Love it! The process was an easy flowing process. My next interaction was sitting down with Fitz. What a great guy! He is soft spoken, respectful, and honest. He explained to me the current interest rate, the option to pay bi weekly, the warranty, everything I needed to know about the financing. He also assured me that 3 years from now I would be in a much better place and we will meet again with a fantastic interest rate. Honestly I feel the rate he was able to get me was excellent considering the credit history. He explained that he could see my story through the credit report and because of his rapport with the agents he could advocate for the customer. He made my day and he stated, :Welcome to the family" What a great family to be a part of!George took me out, loaded my belongings into the Rogue, showed me all the cool features and as I expressed, "Today, life is good" George said, "You just have to Believe". I went to this dealer because I was ready to trade my Ford which was just a bad decision in my part to purchase a V8 SUV. I went in to Curry Nissan and Jarrod was friendly and gave me information on a letter I receive in the mail about some offer that they were giving. He gave me option to lease or buy and showed us a amazing SUV that i fell in love with right away. It was a 2013 Nissan Rogue. I loved it and we test run it and we really were interested in this vehicle. Once paperwork was made found out I was not eligible for the lease but he found a used same model and year ofcourse without the fancy things which was fine with me. I was able to get my dream car with a great price and deal. I was extremely happy with the customer service at this dealer. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. The negotiations with Jeff Darragh were easy and not pressured at all. He worked with us and explained all the rebates we would be eligible for. Fitz was very thorough with helping to answer my questions about vehicles and helped me find the perfect CRV for me. He even seemed to know before I did that the one I test drove was the one I'd end up purchasing. (although I never once felt pressured to buy.) When I went back to see what they could do about finding the perfect CRV with the options I wanted (convinced the other CRV would be gone), I really lucked out to find that the CRV was still there being saved for me. (Fitz had saved it for me, which totally made my day!) I knew I'd be buying that car that day. I immediately became "part of fthe family" and have spread the word to all of my friends - "If you are buying a new or used car, go with Curry. They truly care and will take amazing care of you!" My salesman, Jarrod, also made this experience very positive. He made sure that my CRV was detailed, had floor mats, showed me each feature on my CRV and how they worked, and all while making me feel at ease with the fact that my purchase was in the best hands. I recently went down to Curry Nissan in Chicopee and am now a proud owner of a 2013 Nissan Altima. This will make my third vehicle with them. I've worked with the same sales rep each time and would highly recommend him. Just ask for George Brown. He's not happy until you're happy which makes him work extra hard to succeed at getting you in the vehicle you want. I feel he goes above and beyond. I've been to plenty of car dealerships prior to Curry Nissan and have had a problem or walked away dissatisfied almost every time. Or I felt the sales reps just wanted a sale and weren't working for me as a customer. That's never been my experience at Curry Nissan. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I went in with very little understanding of which route I wanted to go with- leasing or buying nd they gave me all the information I could ask for. I did end up purchasing a used vehical and I couldnt be any happier with my decision. I was helping my parents browse online for a new Nissan Rogue SV w/ Premium package after my Mom's previous car was demolished while parked on the street. My parents are seniors and do not know much about new car buying. I made an inquiry to Curry Nissan on a referral from my military credit union's new car buying program. I received an immediate response online from Angelica Gonzalez, she also made contact via telephone making sure we knew they had received our inquiry. I had also received a couple of other inquiries online from other Nissan dealers regarding the Rogue, but Angelica was the only dealer representative that replied immediately with a friendly introduction that assured us we would get the best price for our Rogue. I called and told her I had received a slightly lower quote online from another dealer for the same vehicle, and she immediately sent me several quotes at prices that were reasonably discounted and informed me on rebates Nissan was currently offering. We reached an agreed price on the Rogue and made an appointment for my parents to come for a test drive.Next day my parents drove 90 miles from Schenectady, NY to Chicopee, MA. They were greeted by Angelica who was kind and friendly. She introduced Ismael Vazquez who would be their sales rep. I was on military duty in Florida and had to speak with Ismael and Angelica via telephone in order to help my parents with their new car buy. Ismael was respectful and friendly. Ismael was very attentive and showed my parents several colors and styles of the Rogue they wanted. Finally, my parents made a choice on their Rogue SV and it was loaded with all the extras they were looking for. Because we had to wait on our credit union to process the final paperwork, the Rogue had to be delivered two days later. Ismael delivered the vehicle to my parents and set up the blue tooth for them, and showed them how to work all the technology they are now going to have to learn how to operate! Overall, friendly service and price was reduced way below the MSRP. Thank you Ismael and Angelica for taking such good care of my parents. I will be back to your dealer for future shopping. It was well worth driving the extra miles across the state line. I highly recommend them for their friendly customer service and fairly low prices.

I have used Curry Nissan in Chicopee, MA for service for the last few years. I find the service staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. For example, when bringing my vehicle in for an oil change the staff will remind me of any recalls, or issues I should be aware of. Frequently these suggested items have been completed at no cost to me. The dealership will also offer me a ride to work or to be picked up at my home. I do not mind paying a bit of a premium to do business here vs. a local shop since I know the service is done properly the first time. I recommend this dealer for service. I called Curry Honda and was greeted by George Brown who is a sales rep with Curry Nissan. He was friendly and courteous and invited us to come to the dealership to view the vehicle we were calling about. Curry Nissan and Curry Honda have a very compatible relationship servicing both Honda and Nissan car buyers. George took plenty of time assesing our vehicle needs and showed us several different cars which would best serve our needs. He clearly explained the benefits of each and gave us very aggressive pricing for each vehicle. The decision was ours. We decided to purchase the Honda CRV on the spot since George was patient and very low pressure. He clearly wanted us to be happy with our purchase and enjoy the car. I was very impressed with the way the Nissan reps and the Honda reps worked together for the good of the customer as well as the dealership. It was refreshing to be in a showroom where the customers best interest was put before the interest of the dealership. I was very impressed with Curry Honda/Nissan and would highly recommend seeing George Brown or any other rep if you are in need of a new vehicle. I would rate this dealership 5 star as far as my overall experience went today.

It was time to look for a vehichle...I have driven honda's for the last 20 years....great cars with great return!Having just moved to Ludlow Massachusetts, my first stop was at BALISE, in West Springfield...whom I've seen so many ads for on TV..and heard on radio! Like most dealers.....nice lookiing cars, yet no excitment for me with the salesperson....actually...he was awful. After a short chat...he offered me a test drive? He went a grabbed a dealer plate with screws and attempted to hand them to me....like I was gonna go outside in the cold rain...25 degrees and attached them to the car? We too a drive...very short...he couldnt answer many questions we had...and tried to make a few jokes....totally unprofessional!!! we parked the car....we made an offer, he went to his boss...the closer...and came back with an offer totally out of bounds...he didnt hear a thing we said to him...WE LEFT!THe following day I went to Curry Nissan in Chicopee.....what a world of difference.Ismael Vasquez...."ISH"..was unbelievable!!!! Friendly, listened more than he talked, answer any and all questions...showed me three cars...and didnt try to sell me a car that he wanted to sell me...but the car that I WANTED! He found me the correct car, correct color, and allowed me to test drive the car and take it to show my family...total class and professionalism!So Its time to talk money and I figure like most places...now the headaches will begin! NOPE!!! i made an offer...they countered...and I headed home to talk with my family about it....telling Ismael that I would call him in two days...he respected that and didnt hound me! Again, totally professional. We spoke again as we discussed....made another appointment getting together to iron out the final details...DEAL DONE!!! I think I enjoyed most about this deal....is that I feel like I made a true friend....they are a GREAT TEAM at Curry Nissan....family oriented...no pressure....not pushy....and best of all....fill there commitments to their clients! We made an impromptu visit to Curry Nissan after having been severely disappointed with a buying experience at a Hyundai dealer in Enfield, CT. My wife and I called about a specific car and were directed to see Scott the manager of the Nissan dealer as soon as we arrived. We entered the show room, were greeted by Scott and quickly referred to George Brown. The visit continued to get better and better. Within 30 minutes we had tested the vehicle and began negotiating on a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The car was priced very well but the dealer still negotiated down to our number while recognizing our USAA member discount and their support of military members overall. The ultimate prize of this deal is the Lifetime Warranty that Curry provides. We got the exact car we wanted at a great price with a phenomenal warranty. George was polite, engaging, and very motivated to serve the customer. They even provided a rental/dealer vehicle while ours was being prepped. This dealer ship was top notch from start to finish and I will be back to buy another vehicle from Scott, George and the rest of the Curry staff.

I am a very loyal car owner, having had my recent car for 10 years. I rely on my car, as most of us do these days. Given the nature of the work I do, reliability as well as comfort and an enjoyable ride are extremely important. My car, often doubling as my office, is a place I spend many, many hours each week. I was feeling hesitant to look for a new car, but knew the time had come. I had always heard wonderful things about Nissan and was very interested in the Rogue. Prior to visiting local dealerships, I started with a bit of on-line research and quickly found myself on Curry Nissan's website. Entering a small amount of information on the website for future follow-up, I received a very welcomed courtesy call from Angelica the very next day. She provided some helpful information, which made me feel comfortable actually taking one step further and visiting the dealership that afternoon. Moments after arriving I was warmly greeted by Stephen Clarke. From the very beginning of working with Stephen, he was very open to listening to what I was looking for, what I had become accustomed to in a car and potential opportunities I might find at Curry. He was able to locate the exact model I was seeking, in a color I had requested for a test drive. From someone who is in the process of a major life change, which includes ongoing work to repair my credit, the entire team at Curry was absolultely wonderful. Although looking for a new vehicle, I, like most people given today's financial climate, live within a very specific budget. Stephen, Scott and Fitz worked stridently to find a financial option that fit within my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase something I did not want or need or to purchase beyond what my budget would allow. Rather, Scott and Fitz provided invaluable financial education that would assist me overall, above and beyond what they needed to do. I have had very difficult experiences purchasing vehicles in the past which stayed with me, making the process something I wanted to avoid altogether. My experience this weekend has completely altered how I feel about this critical process. Not only did I have a fruitful experience, it was enjoyable. I have already made three referrals to friends and family who are currently beginning the process of searching for new vehicles, recommending Stephen specifically.The level of respect, courtesy and levity at Curry will be something I talk about and recommend to anyone I know seeking a car and will be the only dealership for me moving forward. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue in 2010 and the sale associate Jerrod was very helpful at the time. This year my husband and I resided to trade in his car and we know exactly what we wanted, another Nissan Rogue. I went to the Honda Nissan dealer in Chicopee, Ma, a sales associate greeted me and I explained that I wanted to trade in my old car for a Nissan Rogue and the last time I purchased one Jarrod Marshall was the sales associate that assisted me. He told me Jarrod was there and he would be happy to get him to assist me again if I would like. I was surprised that they would do that. I have been to many car dealerships and the person that greets you is the one that wants to get the sale. When Baystate Nissan sold the dealership to Curry I was quite apprehensive about service as well as negotiations for any future vehicles. However, I decided to follow Neil Perman, Baystate's maintenance manager, to Curry because of the wonderful service he had provided in the past. I really didn't know what to expect when it came time for a new lease, but Neil was very reassuring and I trusted him completely. I am very happy I took his advice because when it came time for a new vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to find that Scott Hubbell had also moved to Curry. I had leased my last two Muranos through Scott at Baystate and trusted him as much as Neil. Scott understands that although I truly enjoy driving new cars, I also absolutely hate the negotiating games that most dealerships play with potential clients. In the world of technology, it is so easy for consumers to get price quotes on-line it seems very foolish for any dealership to make the negotiating process unfriendly and adversarial - the type of process I had to tolerate at other dealerships prior to my 2000 Maxima purchase made through Baystate Nissan. Scott understands and respects the intelligence of his clients and puts forth his best offer immediately. For me, it took just a few moments to reach an agreement and close the deal. From that point I continued the process with George Brown, the sales representative. Although I had not worked with George for my previous purchases I did remember him from Baystate Nissan, and his fine professional reputation followed him to Curry. George was very attentive and made sure my 2013 Murano LE Platinum was delivered on time, with inspections and new registration/plates completed when I picked up my car. He did not have to go back and forth with the sales manager. There was no pressure. I did not hear the old line "what will it take for you to buy the car today". When I picked up the car George went over every feature the car has and set up both of my phones for Bluetooth. I came in to Curry because I saw several used Altimas under 50k miles on there website. Carlo met me on the lot I explained how I owed alot more on my trade then it was worth and how a certain Subaru dealer in West Side stuck it to me on the car. I have a young daughter and needed to get into a car with more room and basically more of a family car. Carlo explained the fact that he has kids and he understands where I'm coming from. He showed me several cars and I fell in love with a 2011 Altima. Fitz and Carlo made it work with my trade, and me and my family will be forever greatful to Carlo for spending the time with me even though I owed alot more on my trade then it was worth and I had basically nothing to put down towards a new one. Anyone and everyone in that situation should go see Carlo at Curry Nissan he really does care about the customer. What impressed me the most was I bought the car last Saturday he has called me to tell me my registration and sticker were ready to be picked up and just to ask how the car was 2 other times. We came there looking for hatchback. Carlo showed us several used ones and a few new ones. We were going to go look at a new honda fit but Carlo made it pretty hard to pass on the used fit he showed us. He made sure the used car fit all of our needs and therefore there was no reason to leave Curry Nissan and go anywhere else. Great job Carlo.... Our daughter has an appointment with Carlo on Saturday to look at a vehicle. Needless to say we couldn't recommend Carlo enough.....

I went to George last year and bought a Nissan versa last year because I have my son that is now eight months old I needed something bigger. I went to him to look at a Nissan Altima. George understood where I was coming from on wanting a new car I called him from home he said come on down he showed me the new car I feel in love the whole time we were doing all the paperwork I had my son with me and George was so good with him even gave him a toy to entertain himself. The next day I had the car and drove away with it. George is fast and efficient. Next year I will be back to get a newer car and I will go see George again.

George Brown's friendly and customer oriented manner made shopping for a car to lease a very pleasurable expereince for me. He handled every detail, and he efficiently organized the financial aspect, and had an answer for me from the back within an hour. He then put the wheels in motion to prepare my new Rogue for pick up. At the final hour, there was a glitch due to my forgetting to change my address (we recently moved), at the DMV, and George was right on it, calling my insurance company and asking them to stay a bit later. While my insurance company could learn a lot about cusomer service from George, this didn't hamper my being able to drive away with my new car. George worked that out, too, and the minute details will be settled early tomorrow morning. I highly recommend Curry Nissan to anyone seeking to lease or purchase a new car. I also highly recommend asking for George at the Chicopee location.

April and Neil have be excellent to work with for many years. I have been a customer since 1996 and I only return for the quality service I have recieved. They listen ask and understand my needs and are fast to respond. Last month I also brought a new client to the delership and Scott did a great job making the sale. I bought my car at Curry in September of 2011 and dealt with Jim Ward and since I have made my purchase he has kept in touch with me many times. Today I had a fluke issue with my power window and happened to call Jim to see if there was something he knew about how to quick fix it as the service department was closed for the day. Jim suggested I bring my car by and he would see what he could figure out. Not only did Jim fix my issue but he did so in a quick manner and was very helpful showing me what he did to fix the issue. A small favor from him meant the world to me and made my day!! Jim is definitely the best in the business and the most professional and kind salesman I have ever dealt with!!

I came into the dealership on Sunday, April 22, interested in the Honda CRV, George greeted me and was great! I explained what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in, he found the perfect vehicle for me. I live in CT and it was important that a dealer in MA could take care of the registration for me, and it certainly wasn't an issue for George! I was at the dealership for at least three hours on Sunday but left buying a CRV. It was a great transaction and George was awesome! I would highly recommend Curry to anyone and make sure to ask for George!!

Jim Ward is not your run of the mill car salesman. We have known him for 12 years when we first bought our Altima. We find him very low key ,no pressure ,and willing to try to help you get the car you want at the price you want to pay. We had the dealer cost info and all costs associated with the Nissan Rogue which we just purchased. We had the Consumers Reports suggested low price for the model we wanted and the accessories we added. He was very fare in metting our price.

One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. They did not have my title and strung me along for 16 days, well past the given 7 days to get the car legally registered. I did not realize i was driving illegally until my insurance co. contacted me, and told me to get dealer plates put on. I spoke with them two days previously and they never said boo to me about this knowing i was driving my family around uninsured. When i confronted them they owned up to their mistake and got me dealer plates. When the title came in I had to go in to resign paperwork that was out of compliance, needless to say no one even tried to smooth over the whole episode. I asked for an oil change voucher, which they did NOT give me for my inconvience, they looked at me like i was from the moon. Heres the kicker, i love my new truck, and i think i got a really good deal on it, but after going through all that crap i would never go there again to save my life. I saw other posts that were positive, but my experience was horrible!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I would recommend Curry Nissan for many reasons. They have a good selection of cars, they have a family-friendly staff and most importantly, to me anyway, they really seem to care about and work with what my needs are and what I can afford. They are also quick at getting you in the car you're looking for which is important to someone like me who has no time for sitting around a dealership for hours and hours. This is the second car I purchased with Curry Nissan and I definitely plan on sticking with them when the time comes to upgrade again.

To Whom it may Concern:After buying several Hondas throughout our adult life, my husband and I were ready to trade in our 2010 Honda CRV. We arrived at Curry Honda (Chicopee, MA) with an expectation as to the trade of our CRV, as well as, to an expected price point on a 2012 model. We had worked with Curry Honda in the past (on more than one occasion) and had found the staff (specifically Will Fathi Ahmed)at all times respectful, professional and friendly. However, despite the dealer's and Will's best efforts, we could not come to terms on a new CRV. Enter Curry Nissan (Chicopee, MA).Some background: Our son, Patrick, had been to Curry Nissan earlier in the week and after working directly with the Sales Manager, Scott Hubbell, had received an extremely fair deal on his trade and purchase of a 2012 Sentra SR Special Edition. In addition, our youngest son, Andrew has an affinity for Nissan's. He also has a mechanic's training. Considering this,we walked next door to inquire as to a 2012 Nissan Rogue with the 2010 Honda CRV as our trade. We met with sales consultant, Stephen Clarke. He was wonderful to deal with. You see, I can be a bit aggressive (my husband would probably say that's an understatement). Despite this, Stephen was extremely respectful, put us both at ease and began the development of a sales relationship that I perceive as continuing on throughout the years. (My husband and I generally trade in every 2-3 years or so.) With his help and the help of sales manager, Scott Hubbell, we came to terms and purchased our first Nissan vehicle. A word about Scott Hubbell: We found him also respectful and friendly, not to mention fair and willing to go the distance with respect to what he could do without wasting a lot of the back and forth, back and forth negotiating that can be extremely frustrating to those purchasing. Follow this up with the ease of financing through Nissan with the help of Curry's Fitzhugh Tarry (Fitzy) and you have the trifecta of personnel making this purchase our best car-buying experience thus far.We highly recommend Curry Nissan to any future purchasers, Nissan or not.Quite sincerely,Elaine M. This is our sixth new Nissan with Jim Ward and the third from Curry Nissan. In each and every case the sale was smooth, Jim, Scott Hubbel and their team knew what they were doing and we were fully confident the transaction would be handled flawlessly. We have never been disappointed. There is nothing we have requested that Curry Nissan wouldn't or couldn't deliver and both Jim and Scott did so with an easygoing 'no problem at all' type of attitude. The vehicles were delivered in perfect condition and there has never been an instance of driving away feeling like we were just another sale. We are 'shoppers' and will search and search retailers for anything of value we plan to purchase, with the only exception being Jim Ward and Curry Nissan. We go nowhere else and we are 100% confident we get the right car and the best deal. Even more important than the sale is the service department which is quite simply the best, most efficient service experience we've experienced.

My previous vehicle did not meet my expectations of mileage or comfort. I was disappointed and frustrated with something I suffered with for over eight months. I decided to check out the Rogue at Curry Nissan.I found the vehicle to be easy-in and easy-out, the seat is comfortable and easily adjusts; the lumbar support is a bonus, the armrest actually fits. The car is high enough that I don't feel as though I'm sitting on the ground or so tall that I have trouble getting in/out. I feel like Goldilocks and the Rogue is "Just right". The mileage is already better than I had on the other car and expect it will continue to improve. I love the bells and whistles: the keyless entry system, the back-up camera, and the Bluetooth hands-free phone connection. Most importantly, the ride is surprisingly smooth over bumps and country roads; the acceleration is like driving a V-6. This car is everything I originally wanted and din't think I could afford. My salesman, Jim Ward, worked with me to make this happen. He's knowledgable about the vehicle, efficient, thorough, and most importantly - he listened to what I wanted and needed. He found the right car for me and I'm thrilled. Thank you Jim!! ek

I would recommend Curry Nissan and highly recommend sales associate extrodinaire, Jim Ward to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. Jim helped me with the lease of my last Nissan Rogue, so when it was time to sign on for a new lease or decide to buy, Jim was the guy I knew would best help me through the process and I was not disappointed. His sense of humor and calm demeanor and limitless knowledge makes him an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Jim got me through the decision making process by answering all my questions, the same questions over and over again. He has a lot of patience. For years I found the process of getting a new vehicle stressful and complicated. Jim made the whole process fun and funny. When I picked up my vehicle, Jim spent a lot of time going over all of the features and I felt very comfortable driving off in my new Rogue. I'm also impressed with Curry Honda. I've used their Service Dept a couple months ago and was very satisfied with the quick service and the thoroughness with which the Service Rep explained what was done to my vehicle. I feel there is a lot of value added by taking my vehicle to the dealership. I feel very fortunate that Curry is located close to home in Chicopee. Best Kurig coffee selection around while waiting. My wife and I went to Curry Nissan in Chicopee to look at the Nissan Murano with no intention of purchasing that day. We met with Sales Consultant Jim Ward at the door who took us out to view their inventory and offered us a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and we were about to leave when I decided to discuss purchase and trade. After going back and forth on the numbers we settled on a very fair deal and purchased our first Nissan. I was surprised that there was no attempt to upsell us with added extras. The entire transaction was handled in a very professional manner. Curry also provides its customers with an extended lifetime powertrain warranty at no cost. Since our purchase Jim has followed-up by telephone, email and US Mail to ensure our satisfaction. Jim's many years of experience in the auto sales business and his professional demeanor made our buying experience a pleasurable one.

George Brown is the best salesman at Curry Nissan just as he was as Baystate Nissan. He makes sure that your needs and concerns are being addressed and is there for you even after the sale is final. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease from start of the sale to end of the sale. I have worked with George with my last 3 purchases and wouldn't go to anyone else. My most recent purchase was a brand new Nissan Maxima which is my 2nd Maxima owned, previous was used but loaded and low mileage. One of the purchases was for my daughter and when I was considering a car for her it was with no hesitation whom I would turn to and that was George. He guided my husband and I through the best purchase for her taking into consideration all our concerns and safety. I went in with my daughter to lease her a new Nissan. I have bought and leased many cars and quite frankly usually hate the experience of dealing with the dealerships. My salesmen was Jarod. They didn't pressure us and were willing to work with us. Jarods boss was fair and they didn't keep me there for hours while they tried to figure out a price like other dealers do. They meant our needs and were professional and polite and fair. We did have one little giltch in some paperwork that turned out to be Nissan's mistake and not the dealers and they took care of it right away. We will be back to them for our next Nissan
