To be fair, there were some mistakes made on the part of both parties, myself and the sales manager. We both needed to do more research on the Promaster City. In fairness to the dealer, they offered to take back the purchase but I liked the Promaster so much, I decided to keep it. I still think I received a good deal, but I should have done more research on the capacity of passenger load for the Promaster. My advise for future buyers is to make sure you know what you want, what the dealer can actually deliver and do your research. Do not let the want over ride the need. Cutter is a reputable dealer and mistakes are made. In this case, mistakes were made by both parties including myself.

We purchased a vehicle from Ryan McKinney over the weekend and he was such a pleasure to work with. We went to Cutter to compare their prices over another dealership that we've been to and they just didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot for another two weeks. After a few minutes on the lot Ryan found us a vehicle that had everything that the other vehicle had but just in a different color. The experience inside was painless compared to other dealerships that we've been to. We told them what we wanted to pay for the vehicle and they made it happen without any problems. I would recommend Ryan McKinney to anyone who is looking for a great sales rep to work with.

I was shopping for a cargo van like thr Promaster City but one with a second set of seats. The sales person was great but did not know about thr Promaster. The sales manager Nathan Emmans assured me SEVERAL times tha it can be done and he would get me the information on Monday. Well six days later he e-mails me saying he can not get involved due to liability issues. Well, he got involved when he stepped in and said he will get me the information AFTER the sale was complete. Just goes to show that this dealership will say anything to make the sale.

PHENOMINAL experience. Words can't compare to the 'aloha' I felt from the Cutter crew at pearl city. Baylee Massey our sales rep was so reassuring that they would do everything in their power to get me the car I wanted for the price I could afford and that's exactly what they did. She was amazingly sweet and worked her hardest to get us the exact car we wanted. I feel as though we really connected. She was incredibly helpful in the most ways possible. I can't thank her and Nate E (sales manager) enough for their hard work in getting my husband and I our a car that we LOVE. It still feels so unreal to have the car I've always hoped for. Everyone at their location was beyond helpful, sweet and caring throughout our experience. I really appreciate the work from the salesman all the way to the financial managers. They helped me as soon as I pulled in (some people don't like this, but I hate walking around a lot for an hour before someone decides to see if I need anything). Tom "TC" Crockett was the man, from start to finish. He actively listened to what I wanted, what I was interested in seeing, and arguably most important, my price range. Not one time was I forced to look at anything outside of my price range, or pressured into looking at higher trim levels that I couldn't afford. Honestly, I would come here again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Initially, I did not go to the dealership with the idea of walking out with a new vehicle. But the awesome customer service Baylee provided for me got me into a 2015 Dodge Durango. 2 days ago I bought a 2016 wrangler unlimited jeep. I went in after a brief phone call explaining my expectations of car buying. I am not a shopper, I want a very quick in and out experience. I was just about to wait for my recently purchased vehicle to be done at the service department (dealer was through Waipahu Cutter) and Mark came up to my mother and I asking if we needed any assistance. We were always interested in getting a hardtop for my Jeep Wrangler and with him showing us options and the cars on the lot, we ended up purchasing a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler with the hardtop that I've wanted! We had to go through many obstacles (courthouse and the second lot with more Jeeps to look at), but Mark made it work and I was able to walk out of the dealer with a brand new Jeep that I love! Everyone at Pearl City Cutter was so nice and helpful, the service was great, and I will definitely come back to them again in the future. If you are looking to buy used or new, go to Mark right away- he is such a nice and sweet guy, definitely cared about what I wanted and tried to help us out the best he could!!! Great service!

Came to Cutter CJD of Pearl City to look at a used truck I saw online. Shortly after parking my old beater I was approached by Joel Chasteen. He helped me through purchasing my new "used" truck. As we all know, getting a new car or truck from a dealer can be a very daunting, confusing and looong process. Joel made it simple, to the point and comfortable. He wasn't too pushy or sleazy, he was there to help me. That's what I wanted. In fact, that's what I needed! Ive spent a long time looking for the "right" truck going in and out of almost every dealership on Oahu. Joel made this the best experience I had during the entire process. We are new to the island and Ryan made our car buying experience easy with no pressure! He seemed to genuinely care that we got the car we truly wanted and didn't try to push any car on us that we didn't LOVE. Greg Jackson was absolutely incredible! I was there to buy but my husband was set on just looking. Greg went above and beyond what we asked for and we ended up signing and driving that night! He spent multiple hours with us (mainly my fault) making sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted. He showed us so many different options and we ended up getting something we love! Quan the assistant sales manager got us down to a price we just COULDNT refuse and turned my husband toward getting him on board with the deal. And he was set on NOT buying. My appointment was for 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The service desk employees were very professional and courteous. I had to wait a little longer due to the fact that my truck weighs over 7,500 lbs only one lift was capable of supporting that much weight. Troy Perkins, my Service Advisor, was one of the best advisors I have had. He kept me informed every step of the way and also told me why my truck had to wait a little longer due to the lift situation. I really appreciate good customer service and Troy Perkins and the Cutter Dodge Pearl City staff are very good at what they do. Thank you. Great experience for a first time car buyer!!!! Went into Cutter Pearl City on August 11, 2015 and didn't think that at the end of the day I would be driving off the lot in my brand new 2015 Dodge Charger Rallye Edition. Katie my saleswoman came highly recommended by several of my friends who also bought their 2014 Dodge Chargers from her and her manager Juan. Katie literally took the whole day showing me several different model cars ranging from the Chrysler 200 to the finally the 2015 Dodge Charger. At first I thought it would be impossible to actually get a 2015 Dodge Charger because I was a first time car buyer. But I was wrong after about 30 minutes negotiating pricing and monthly payments we had reached an agreement. I was happy and content with the price of the car but most importantly I was comfortable with my monthly payments. Without Katie or Juan I wouldn't have driven my brand new Charger off the lot that day. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new car in the near future to go see Katie and Juan, you won't regret. When you work with them you run the show, they aren't like other salespeople who pressure you into signing anything. They make you feel like you're all family. In the end not only did I get my brand new Charger but I also made new friends for life. Memorable Experience! Me and the family decided we needed an upgrade, did some research and saw this location. Soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and the large smile of Katie Blevins! Being a first time local buyer I was a bit weary and wanted to make sure I was making the right choice in vehicle and dealership, Katie easily melted away these concerns with her knowledge of the car we wanted and the sincerity she provided seemed natural and not forced! After spending long hours into the night, past their closing time Katie provided us with a vehicle and time it will arrive on the lot, couldn't be more excited so we went over the details and waited for the word on our cars arrival. A few weeks later we get a phone call from Katie, our vehicle is arriving earlier than anticipated!! She took the time to notify us without any obligation to do so due to her departing for vacation soon and wanted to ensure we were taken care of. We went in and she was ready to see us immediately, with the assistance of Nate we all came to an agreement and started on the financials! It was Valentines Day 2015, and I was looking to get a new vehicle for my wife and to trade in our 2012 Jeep Liberty model. We were particularity interested in the Jeep Cherokee Sport. As soon as we got to the dealership, we were met by Eva Hernandez who would be our sales associate through out the day. After a few introductions, she had a good understanding of what we were looking for, and cut right to the chase. We used the internet option to find our vehicle. My experience is that when using the dealership website, you typically find a lower starting price to bargain with. Knowing the exact stock number vehicle we wanted, it was located at the dealership's Honolulu location. Eva made sure to get a Cherokee Sport at the Pearl City location for us to test drive down to Honolulu. Then from Honolulu back up, I was able to test drive the remainder. This was a unique experience because it gave my wife and I both a chance to experience the test drive for both city and highway roads, as well as to become acquaint with the vehicle, inside and out. After the test drive of that vehicle, we were set upon it. Now comes the first dreadful part - crunching numbers. Honestly though, this is the first dealership to where coming to a meeting price was not that bad. Eva work back and forth and was compiling all the paperwork while doing so. After a few rounds, we finally came to meeting terms, and a deal was made. Now on to the next dreadful part, working with finance. Past experiences with other dealerships I have gone to, working with finance is a hassle. They always tend to tack on other prices and surcharges which were not agreed upon at the time of closing the deal. I can tell you that working with Dean, the finance manager here at Cutter in Pearl City - there was no hassle or suffering when closing the paperwork. Dean was straight forth and talked to us on the points which were important. Normally at this time, finance managers try to sell you on the "Extended Warranty," in which case, this situation was no stranger. However, Dean's approach and financial skills worked us into an extended warranty which was affordable and made sense. Considering we would buy out this vehicle, he provided us a warranty which would extend past the term rate for the loan, ensuring us coverage after the car is paid off. Overall, this dealership experience was one made of ease. I didn't have to stress as much, and it felt more like customer / dealer involvement in which my wife and I were able to purchase a desired new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I had my vehicle towed to Cutter Dodge in Pearl City when my alternator went out last week. My vehicle is currently under the P60 recall for Dodge and Chrysler vehicles with the 3.6L engine and 160amp alternator. Long story short, I went in the next day to speak with an associate and the first guy I spoke with did not have any customer skills at all. He was not helpful and gave me a "blank stare" when I explained my situation to him. I did not get his name, however, the associate named Tripp, stepped in and took over and helped me. Tripp was very helpful and was quick to respond to my inquiries. My vehicle was fixed and returned to me within a couple of days whereas it could've taken me a couple of weeks to get it repaired. Tripp notified me of every fix and issue and I am very appreciative of his customer service skills and for genuinely taking care of me and my vehicle. I recommend other Dodge and Chrysler owners to see him for their servicing issues.

This is the first time I have shopped for a car at the Cutter Dodge dealership. I admired the approach of all personal. I have never owned a Dodge product before. I was curios of Cutter had to offer. they let me look at a few cars but I refused to want to drive one. I am 66 years old and a had purchased about 14 new cars of high end premium status also all rear wheel drive. The persons who showed me around were very knowledgeable of the Cutter Dealer Inventory. I told them what I thought I wanted and wished for and they game me an idea. I went home and discussed on what we saw in cars and how we felt about each car. A couple days later we came back to see how each car handled and what options that were available. We are now proud owners of a Dodge Journey R/T.

Arrive early and without an appointment, cutter dodge service center still was able to help me. Shout out goes to Uilani who was able help me and assured me that I would receive a call to keep me updated. True to her word, Uilani called to inform me my vehicle was almost done and finishing the resist all. This after tire and oil change was done. Not having a ride to the service center and shuttle not in service, Uilani was able to find a driver to pick me up. Big mahalo to him as well.

From the moment we pulled into parking lot of Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pearl City, Ms. Katie was there to greet us with a smile. She went above and beyond by listening to our need and then giving us all our options. She also went out of her way to show us every available automobile we were looking for. Our particular auto was hard to find, but she didn't give up. As a matter of fact, she took us to their other locations in search of that car. When it couldn't be found she assured us she would check into it the next day and give us a call. Sure enough, she found it and gave us a call. We then met up with her the next day, she came in on her day off for us! Everything fell into place and we drove away with our brand new vehicle the following day! Our experience with Katie was awesome, she is very energetic, easy to talk to and was very informative. We really appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to her job and company. We'd also like to thank Darryl Mason and Dean Manning, who worked with Katie, for their awesome help! We really apreciate all they did to help us get exactly what we wanted and more!

Love my car and loved the experience at Cutter in Pearl City! Nate is da MAN!! They weren't pushy or anything it was more like a friendly nudge to reward yourself with a nice car! They really worked with my financial situation and I was able to comfortably make counter offers. I would reccomend this place for others if they are in the market for a car! Service dept was also great. I got the work done that was promised in a timely fashion.

Nate Emmans was probably the best car salesman I have ever met. There was no games. He asked what my needs were and helped me trade out of a truck and into a new Jeep. The whole car buying process was seamless. It was awesome dealing with the managers who were all veterans for the most part. There was even a cac card reader to make the process simpler. Nate even broke out his guitar and gave us some music while we were waiting for the finances to come together. I highly suggest going to this dealership because they are very helpful, considerate, and willing to go that extra mile. 5 stars.

Our experience to Pearl City cutter Dodge was the worst. The salesman we met up was unprofessional, sarcastic, and very rude. He wasted about four hours of our time doing absolutely nothing when we knew what vehicle we were looking for. He also had the nerve to say "when you folks pulled up to our lot what name is on the building? It sure is not Nate". Who says that to a customer? Really unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend going here if you are looking for great customer service and no bullying. These people have horrible customer service and they charge over MSRP to make more profit as well as charging lower than Kelly blue book. Horrible place.

This is my second experience with this dealership in three months. I was so satisfied with my overall experience I went back and bought a second vehicle. Nathan Emmans , the sales consultant was wonderful as expected. He is so understanding. He makes you feel at ease. He listens to what you are looking for and finds that vehicle for you. The entire staff are are very nice, friendly and very verse on the vehicles. It's amazing to see how many people come in a leave with a new car, truck or jeep. I was amazed at how many transactions took place in the time I was there. All I can say is if you are looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler and don't pay them a visit and ask for Nathan you're missing out on a great deal.

We were very satisfied with our service and commitment we received from Cutters. We dealt with a few different salesman (all kind and friendly) but, our interaction with Nate was above and beyond what we expected. Nate was very fourth coming, kind, and considerate of our entire family. He was open honest and down to earth. He made us feel comfortable! He helped greatly with a few issues that were going on with the insurance company and although it was late Nate never made us feel rushed and was courteous the entire time! We would recommend him to everyone!

We were very pleased with our recent purchase. I was really feeling discouraged and thought we wouldn't be able to find exactly what I wanted, in our budget, or even on the island. We had gone to a few other dealerships and weren't very pleased with our experiences. Working with Nate Emmans was a fabulous experience. He was confident that he could help us find what we were looking for and he was helpful and sensitive to our needs/wants for our budget. I am so in love with my Dodge Journey and can't wipe the smile off my face every time I get in to drive it. Don't laugh if you see a crazy woman driving around with an arm out her sun roof, singing to hits from the 80's. It's probably me! Ha! Great experience and highly recommend going and seeing Nate. He is awesome, down to earth, genuine, and real!

There is a small waiting area with couches and a play area for kids. Had no trouble getting my jeep in and out quickly at a fair cost. Will definitely be back for future service needs.

I had come to buy a used Challenger, but the car I wanted had gotten purchased. I had gave up and never thought I could afford a new car, but Daryl was honest and didn't try to hussle me.
