The only main issue I had was purchasing an item and told it will come in in two weeks. Three weeks go by and no follow up on the whereabouts of the purchased item. Four weeks past and was told it arrived but was unable to book an appointment until the fifth week. I would have appreciated if someone had done a follow up call saying, “Hey I’m sorry your item isn’t here yet. Shipping has been backed up because of COVID.” I understand that it’s not the dealers fault for shipping but don’t tell customers that your item will come in in two weeks.

Everyone's friendly and efficient here:) Ave rating on scheduling was because I tried to use the online system to schedule, but couldn't get it to work, then tried a chat, but that took long and we ended up getting cut off. No problems when I called the dealer directly to schedule. Rated 9 on explanation only because 1 if 2 items in the recommended services had not been discussed with me at the dealer. Not a big deal, I was able to google my question about it (tire replacement), but I would have appreciated my sales advisor's advice (as I trust this dealership) along with the advice that he did give on the other item (replacing brakes on my next visit).

parts department seems to be generally unenthusiastic about the fact that people call them and ask for help getting parts. I'm not entirely sure what they do stock, but they have never once had the very basic items I've called about. Id be horrified to work for them, every job must be "seven to ten days"

1. They were not as prepared. When I called to make an appointment, they should have asked what car I was interested in so they could already have it ready to show at my appointment time. Instead we waited around for almost an hour so they could pick up the vehicle, which was stored off site. 2. Poor communication among team members, which caused confusion and frustration on me as a customer. 3. Car was not delivered in great quality. When hood was lifted, the engine was filthy and they had to take it back to clean again. 4. I was happy that there was a follow up call but disappointed about the poor communication among Mitsubishi team members. 5. Salesman that assisted me was amazing.

Great service! The only rub was that the wait was far longer than anticipated. Almost 3 hours due to unforeseen back ups. But Dino checked in with me and let me know. No transport services due to covid which is understandable.

Amazing. Buchan was incredibly patient and very kind through out the whole process. We were buying a car for my daughter and he was very helpful. He shared experiences when he helped his daughters with their first car. The Manager, Romel was helpful as well. No more than a couple days had passed and we were back at cutomer service, the Customer Service department was incredibly helpful. Dino was very responsive. Everyone there was always welcoming and from sales, to management to service, we have been treated very well. Next car will be from there - another child to get a car from - we'll certainly be back! The sales staff was very patient and professional with my many questions regarding the cost and functionality of my vehicle. When going for a test drive, Christian (salesperson) was very patient with me and my family. Overall staff was very friendly and accommodating.I would rate a 10 except that after my financing options were discussed and I thought finalized, the monthly cost changed. An explanation was professionally explained, however, I would've preferred to know the information beforehand. Apparently with lease vehicles, there is a maximum percentage of your down payment. I wanted to put a higher down payment to lower my monthly cost.

Kai our salesman is #1 in my book... Cutter Ford really went beyond to assure that we are completely satisfied... I've gone back three times and each and every time greeted with a smile and them showing me how to set things on my car.. Yes there is a manual but I'm a vision person and once I got it I got it... Finance managers Anothony and Ernie are marvelous too...it's better than a 5 STAR RATING!!!!Cutter Ford is the place to go in searching for a new or used car and for excellence!

Ford is good, but, I would not recommend Ford for two reasons as I have mentioned to Ford before:1. Only gives discount to active duty military members and not to the National Guard (who provides both a state and federal mission). 2. With no spare tire, we are at the mercy of Cutter Fords hours of operation and whether they have the right tire or not. Why not work with other companies to help your customers during off hours?

My issue was not resolved, but not because they didn't do a good job, there isn't really a fix for the concern I have. The only issue I have is that I was supposed to hear back from someone on Monday and I have not heard from anyone yet (it's Wednesday); that is not a big issue though because I don't mind calling back to check up on my vehicle. The customer service is very good overall.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT model on Wednesday, June 22nd. From the time we arrived at the dealer (Cutter Ford Aiea), it was nothing less than professional, cordial and accommodating. The Patrick was able to show us a variety of different models and didn't pressure us at all into getting a car we weren't interested in. He was very professional, approachable and just overall great person to work with. Beginning to end, he walked us thru the entire process, didn't take too much of our time, and always extended himself and services to us. He truly made us feel "at home" and not like "fresh meat" on the sales lot. The entire process was no longer than 3 hours, and I can say that our experience with Cutter Ford and the staff there, will definitely turn us into "returning" customers, as well as refer our family & friends there. We are truly grateful for the care and service that we were provided. as well as amazed as to the "go green" processing of all finance paperwork. Our experience with Ernie was awesome! Quick, painless, and professional!

My visit to Cutter Ford was a good one. I schedule an appointment after I was email a coupon from them. My appointment was at 11:45am,on a Tuesday, but associate called me and said I could bring my car in at 8:30am. Upon arrival I was taking care of and told that my service would take about an hour. I informed the service associate that I would be back in 2 hours, and a little over an hour. I received and call tell me that my car was ready and I could pick it up at my convenience. A very good experience.

Just about the whole experience was great, from my initial interaction with Jason Lemcool who was my Service Writer. Jason kept me informed, was courteous, and very professional. Processing out was simple, Jason greeted me when he saw me, and took me to the cashier window to get my invoice and pay for the work done. Once I was done with that I waited under a tent in the parking lot for my truck. I do have two gripes, first is how much it cost to do the work, but I'm not a mechanic. It's just seems that going through the service department of any dealership costs more than it should, oh well. The second thing is, What you guys can't even spray a vehicle down before a customer picks it up? Over the 5 days it was there it collected so much dirt, it looked like it was through a dust storm. Come on guys, where's that extra touch to show the customer you really do care, a quick spray of water and wipe down shouldn't take that long and would go a long way I think.

On Thursday April 28, 2016 I had my 2010 Ford F-150 Crewcab serviced at the Cutter Ford Aiea. It was due for its 80,000 miles maintenance service. Noell Bylaardt is my service writer at Cutter Ford and has been my service writer for a few years. Whenever I call, text or email her to schedule an appointment for any type of service for my F-150, she has been very prompt in returning my calls, professional and very accommodating as to the appointments.In my line of work, I rely on and need my F-150 available 24/7. On this 80,000 mile service appointment, I was met and greeted by Noell at 9:40am, which was about 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Noell told me it was not a problem dropping the F-150 early and that the technicians would get on it since I would be waiting for my F-150 while it was being serviced. Approximately an hour or less later, Noell came into the waiting room and informed me that my F-150 service was completed. Noell is an asset to your organization and the service at Cutter Ford Aiea is exceptional!

My 2013 Ford F150 XLT underwent major work at Cutter Ford Service for 29 days after a castrophic system shutoff and failure of engine to crank up. A complete replacement of engine and turbo system were installed and the work was completed on 30 March 2016. Ms Noell Bylardt served as my service advisor during the this period. She did an excellent job in assisting and advising me throughout the long process. She was helpful and responsive to my inquiries which management level failed to meet.

I'm a longtime customer since 1996 bought nine vehicles thru the years. Bought my tenth 2016 F-150 last week and am beyond satisfied with the customer service from the employees at this location. The care and concern expressed by sales consultant Zach Leander and Dominic Taylor and team was beyond expectation and truly made the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. Zacch was informative and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy my car at all, which is a nice change from the typical pushy salesmen. The management Pat Ah You (honorable mention) and Joseph Manguba team manager were great as they didn't put me through a huge battle to get to the price I wanted. To be honest, it was probably the fastest deal I ever made on a car compared to other dealerships. They gave me good deal on my trade and made me an overall satisfied customer. Pat is very professional and truly cares.Anthony Guevara and Mark Merrithew in financing were splendid too. Anthony was very thorough and clear in explaining the paperwork. Mark listened and took action to my requests. Thank you again to Pat for taking care of your returning customers. I'm very pleased with our new beautiful F-150 Platinum 4x4 and how the overall process was stress free and pleasant. I thank everyone involved in this deal and I will be back again in the future to buy eleventh vehicle form your dealership. We don?t usually give out 5 stars on a review unless we are treated exceptionally well or the service that we receive is outstanding!

yes, service was fast, people were very helpful,thats what I like because I am on the road on a daily basis, a pit stop is mandatory in keeping my 2 year old car maintained properly, with fast service and friendly helpful staff. I understand this dealer was under renovation, lounge area was not as open with couple new cars in the room as when I first purchased my car

while I did authorize added minor expenses that arose during a state safety inspection; I was not told about the replacement of my new wiper blades deemed needed to pass inspection. the expense is not a problem, but I think it was not needed. I'll continue to visit my Ford dealer for service and repair work.

My boyfriend and I had an exceptional visit to Cutter Ford Aiea! We were greeted right away (not in a manner where major dealerships will pressure you into buying a car right there and then, but in a welcoming and cordial like manner). We asked to speak with Obren who I had scheduled our visit with prior to physically appearing at the dealership. We already knew what vehicles we were interested, and they had everything ready for us to check out. Obren allowed us to test drive both vehicles, while going over important information for us, and also answering any questions we might have for him. We didn't feel intimidated or pressured at all, rather, we felt very comfortable and confident in shopping for newer vehicles. We finally managed to make a decision on the vehicle we wanted, Obren worked on our paperwork, got us in to the Financers office, and we were on our way with our Nissan Altima. Overall, our experience at Cutter Ford Aiea was a pleasant and self-confidence booster we needed to make 2016 an even better year. The Cutter Ford Aiea Team made a positive and unforgettable impact on our lives. We loved it !

I have a 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. Brought it in for a safety check. took me as scheduled, waited in the customer lounge and was done in an hour. Great service! Gave it a four star for facilities as they are still in the process of renovating. They still have their comfortable customer lounge with TV, air conditioning and restrooms. Am confident the renovation will be nice.

As always, the team at the Cutter Ford service department has provided excellent, time-efficient service for my Ford Escape. I took my car in for regular maintenance servicing and I was out of there in an hour. Noell is the best Service Coordinator I have ever had with any car - and she will be the reason I return to Cutter Ford, eventually, for my THIRD Cutter Ford. I never have any doubt she is going to tell me the truth - good or bad ... and that your techs are the best anywhere.However, I plan to keep my beautiful Edge Sport a few years longer. Appt for my 2014 C-Max for my 6-month servicing was quick and without any issues. I came in with my coupon and Ford not only charged me the special price but also allowed me to keep the coupon for future use! I was told my appointment would take between an hour to an hour-and-a-half and I'm glad that it was just inside of an hour. Good service.

Charley Bollig was a great help with us buying our 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. He was very polite and very professional. The only problem I have is that only five days of having the new car we get a call about a recal already and the maint section can not handle it on weekends. Only during the week and with my spoude and myself working it hard to think we spent so much money and we have to take time off of work to bring it in already.

We have a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium that pretty much needed the works since we are moving off island. I always go to Dino because he has been so incredibly helpful since the first not so great experience I had at Aiea Cutter Ford. This time when I picked up our vehicle Dino wasn't there, but Veronica was able to help and she bent over backwards and did everything she could to make sure everything was done. She was detailed in her explanations of the services and our recall, and never budge as if we were taking up her time. I felt very informed and knew we would get through the process of shipping without any problems. Even when my car was pulled up to the front I noticed the check engine light was on and I walked back in and she was finishing up with a customer and she came out and checked it and apologized for it (even though it was not her fault at all). She drove it to the back and lifted the hood and notice a piece wasn't connected fully. She brought it back and explained what happened and even showed me exactly where and why the light came on. She went over and beyond and I thank her for making our final experience with them a great one.

I noticed my '15 Escape's low tire pressure warning light was on. I attempted to just go to a gas station and add air. While there I noticed a nail head in the tread of the front passenger tire. I went directly to Cutter Ford. Despite the fact it was almost quitting time they plugged my tire and I was back on the road in a few minutes. Also there was no charge since I had wheel and tire insurance.

I was looking to purchase a 2016 Fiesta ST. I was referred to Sales Consultant Wilber Bergado by a friend. Wilber is a professional, unassuming, and friendly gentleman. His follow through on my inquiries were on time. He was accommodating and reasonable. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I scheduled a complete brake job following a check up the previous month. Service writer Kellie W. informed me the technician remeasured the brakes and said brake work was not needed at this time. And they finished repairing my air conditioner. Their honesty is refreshing considering I would have had to pay for an unneeded repair job. Thank you.

Fairly straightforward however there was some miscommunication between the receptionist and the service desk; was informed by the service desk to see the receptionist about a shuttle home, the receptionist said I needed to go back to the service desk to arrange it, the service desk sent me back to the receptionist stating it had already been done. So some extra communication between the front and back offices would be helpful to keep customers walking back and forth between the two points.The service rep was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me a list of parts needed for future repairs and was up to date on recalls for my vehicle.

Staff was polite and efficient. Everything went well except unable to rotate tires/wheels because an unknown mechanic stripped the McGard lockout key because they erroneously used an air wrench which the manufacturer clearly states will damage the key. I ordered a new key from the manufacturer and will bring my 2007 Mustang GT back to have the tires rotated without additional charge since I already paid for the service (The Works).

Service always tries to schedule us as soon as they can when we need unscheduled maintenance involving tires, appearance of warning lights, etc. We find them most efficient and very accommodating in every way. Even with the renovation, the staff makes every effort to make everything as pleasant as possible ensuring that everything goes smoothly. Bought 3 Ford Escapes and will probably purchase more in the future ... we always purchase the vehicle & tire service package. Just wish they had a service are closer to Makakilo and/or Kapolei area....we do not foresee that traffic into Aiea or town will get better.

Brought my Mariner in for a problem (thought was transmission as car wouldn't downshift and wrench light went on) while I was driving. Tried calling in to make appointment, but no one answered the service line (was on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up). Wasn't to happy with this as this was just before Christmas. Tried booking appointment on line at Cutter Ford. Impressed at ease of making appointment with Albert same day in the afternoon. He met me as I drove in and was very cordial and took care of everything. Called me to tell me problem and would try to get car serviced same day. Will definitely be contacting Albert when I need to bring my vehicle in for servicing from now on. Regarding facilities; currently being renovated so looks bad, I'm sure when completed, will be really nice.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback last week, and enjoyed my experience with the dealership. My salesman, Joe Aquino, was very relaxed which allowed me to inspect a variety of vehicles until I found one to my liking. This was a same day purchase. The two previous dealerships I had visited were paced in a rush, which led me to leave to continue exploring my options. The financial side of the business conducted by Sean Rodriguez was pressure free and extremely informative. This was my first "brand new" vehicle and was a very stress-free experience. In the event I do purchase another vehicle, I will definitely be visiting Cutter Ford.The facility is renovating, so expect construction for the next few months. This inhibits restroom access, but I am sure that is an issue which will be mitigated upon completion of the renovation.

I made a service appointment on-line for my 2013 F-150 that had malfunctioning windshield wipers and was able to me seen on the same day. My service advisor Mr Albert Canon, told me that me suspected a bad switch. He called me in four hours and explained that they had replaced the switch and everything was back to good working order. Awesome service experience!!!

After purchasing and paying for a part that I had Cutter order, I made an appt. for installation when it came in. Found out that Cutter parts department had given it to another customer after waiting 2 hours (at home). Advise Liz of my disappointment and she spoke to her manager and made it right. My Fiesta was scheduled and services was wonderful with transportation, great customer service with care and concerns. One flaw was that my front passenger door was not able to open from the inside. All locks and latches was supposed to have been replaced, will need to return to have it fixed.Taking another day off from work needs to be done. Although this is set back during this holiday season staff has been very pleasant and helpful.

Outstanding customer service. Very professional. Always ready to respond to all questions about my vehicle. I would recommend that if you are going to rotate tires on a vehicle though, you check to make sure that the balance if correct. That would have been my only concern. Knowing what I know, I would have had them to do it there in the shop. No complaints though, Noelle and the staff performed well. Thank you and happy holidays.

We just purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Cutter Ford Aiea, HI, via salesperson, Bachan Khosa. He was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. Bachan even took it upon himself to drive the car out for us to view it before we made the purchase. Cutter Ford Aiea has been our service "home" ever since a 2003 Mustang was purchased. Anytime I have problems with my Ford Escape Kellie Walroth has always been awesome in taking care of my vehicle and keeping me updated on the service. Kellie Walroth goes above and beyond in helping her customers. My first encounter with Kellie I brought my vehicle in after hours as she was on her way out and without any hesitation she opened the service office back up to check my vehicle in. brought my MIEV in for scheduled checkup-also had two service recalls and replacement of rear seat due to warped frame. We were not sure if it all could be done in one day but Kelly kept checking with the tech and they kept me updated on the progress of the work after the shuttle took me home. Shuttle driver was very friendly had excellent knowledge of the traffic and road conditions so we arrived home quickly.very impressed with customer service department (Kelly) since my first appointment did not go well -after three hours -they told me I needed to return because the computer did not hook up correctly and the second time that I scheduled - they called me to change dates because tech was not going to be available

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They tried extra hard to get us the price we wanted to pay and though it wasn't as low as we wanted (darn those taxes and fees! XoP), they did come close! ^.^

My Explorer was overheating. I had to call AAA for a tow to Cutter Ford. When I arrived my service rep, Kellie Walroth, gave me a hug, set me up with a rental car, then called me later that evening to explain what the problem was. That was late on a Friday afternoon. I had the car back by Tuesday with no problems and no hassle. If I buy another Ford it will be due to the Service Department and most importantly, Kellie.

Everything went well. Only planned an oil change but was asked if I wanted to do the tramsmission recall service. That was great as I don't have to make a separate appointment for that. I purchased the 2015 F150 XLT with the Box Side steps, Link box cargo System and Stowable Loading Ramps.Survice was very good, and helpful. The Staff was very Professional in approach and the buying processs.Buying and loan process, was very Quickly processed in highly effective manner. Special shout out to Sales consultant Patrick Belmonte who was involved in all steps of the process of the sale, and answered all questions. Only short term problem was the construction going on during the sale process, but not the fault of Cutter Ford in Aiea. It has to be complete to up grade the Facilities.

Escape Titanium Process took longer than necessary because of surprises along the way (request that we fly over from Maui to Oahu to sign papers, last minute requirement that payment be in the form of a cashier's check).But things all got worked out in the end, and we are pleased with our car. We appreciate how responsive Mr. Ah You was when we expressed our frustration, and Sean did what he could to move the process along for us. Overall, we are glad that we purchased the vehicle from Cutter Ford and would recommend other people from Maui to consider working with the dealership.

I just purchased an F150. I looked at the lot and chose a few that I liked. The best part was that I did not need to teeter-totter with the numbers. Sean worked it out and there was barely a wait! I was completely satisfied with Joe A. and the staff that took care of me not just on the day I purchased my truck, but when I came back to pick it up with a new bed liner installed. Mahalo! I just bought the 2013 Ford Fusion. I think if you have an EV car on the lot that is should be charged. I just got an EV and when we test drove the car the EV battery was dead, and when I returned if for service I was told one day ended up being more and that is when they charged it slightly for me (without me asking...). When a customer comes in for service for their vehicle, their expecting someone behind the counter to be there to help them out with everything they need to stay on the road with their vehicle. That is exactly what I get when I roll into Cutter Ford Aiea 99% of the time. I rolled in for an oil change, something was noticed during the oil change that could cause further driving issues, I was shuttled to work, a call came in saying vehicle was ready for pick up, shuttle picked me and I was back with my F150. Noell has exceeded my families expectation in every way possible. Though there is that 1% needs for improvement, there is no improvement that I can recommend for Noell, it is for a couple of the other service advisors. Being able to communicate with customers is the greatest trait that Noell has, and though I wish that trait can be shared with everyone there, Noell has perfected it and does not let anyone stand in her way of taking care of her customers.Thanks Noell for being there for my family to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Brought in my 2012 Mustang GT for repaint of the hood due to bubbling. Took about 4 days. Happy about the turnaround time, but the inside of the hood has some white residue along the edges which I have not attempted to clean yet, not sure what it is. Also, received the car in very dirty condition. I did not bring the car in like that, but it looked like it was driven through mud. There is some renovation work going on at the dealership, but I would think they should be professional about how they deliver the car back to the customer. My car was not detailed when I brought it in, but it definitely was not dirty like how I received it. Overall, very disappointed in the service and hope things will be better next time, or perhaps I will look for another dealership to do business with.

Every single time I show up for anything, I get nothing but, politeness, respect, professionalism, and some of that Cutter Ford hospitality...it's great! Again, Noell Nylarrdt and Joseph Manguba are always on top of their game. Noell does her thing and gets me squared away ASAP and of course Joseph starts making his rounds (like a physician) checking out the showroom and like clockwork, BOOM! Joseph comes over, says Hello, shakes my hand, and ask how's everything doing...you got to love that! Service, service, service! That's what it's all about. I had problems trying to schedule appt. I tried to do on line through the service reminder email and it wouldn't go through, so I tried to call. It was very busy, and calls put on hold for next available person. Waited 5 minutes and hung up. Finally went through Cutterford.com and secured appt. That was fast. Got confirmation of appt within minutes. Funny thing, I got confirmation for same time from two different people. Was very happy with service my car got. Currently improvements are being made at dealership so thats why I gave a 3 for facility. I'm sure after the improvements are completed, it would be a 5.

After receiving a recall information letter on my Ford Focus,I made an appointment with Aiea CutterFord.Upon arrival while doing a visual inspection a battery leak was noticed and shown to me, also the 100 point inspection showed a clutch issue that could become a real problem, and a dirty filter. I was happy to buy a new battery and filter being spared any future problems,and now waiting for the clutch part to come in. I am very pleased with the the preventive care given. Everything for the recall was completed that day.I know I'm paying less for the work done at Cutter Ford than going too the mechanics I've been to in the past. Thank you

We purchased our 2014 Ford Escape on Monday, September 28th. We were referred to Bichon Khosa by a close family friend, and could not be happier with his service. He explicitly expressed genuine concern for the wants and needs of our family by encouraging us to highly consider a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. He made sure to put us in the car that would meet all our needs for the present and future-- i.e., finding a car that could accommodate any additions to our family. He also made it a point to also show us cars that we may have not thought to consider. Bichon was extremely knowledgeable and very familiar with every single car he showed us, and pointed out specific, key features of the vehicle during our test drive. Before we drove off the lot, Bichon had the car washed, detailed and even had the gas tank filled up. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the ac, so we had to bring the car back the next day. Bichon didn't want us to have to sit and wait around for hours-- plus, he wanted the shop to make sure that the car was 100%-- so he put us in a rental until the next day, free of charge. The whole experience was simply phenomenal. Everything from the walk through to the test drive to the conversation with the financing officer. We really felt taken care of. I take a short movie 80 to 90 min to watch or work on the computer as my car gets serviced. This time a movie they asked the movie at drop off and called repair done as credits rolled so we joked they looked up the runtime. very delightful staff. I'm still waiting on recall parts on my fusion thought they would be in but not as of yet and will call. They are working on the facility so things are not easy to get around as Im handy capped but they are trying to make one comfortable while you wait. Love my Cutter Crew.

My vehicle is a 2008 Ford Edge and purchased it on July 7, 2008. I call my Ford Edge, Rhino and it just made 7 years and about 94,000 miles. I drive it everyday and depend on my vehicle to be in tip top shape. I follow every routine scheduled maintenance and every once in a while something will break or malfunction and will have to take it in. This last week was no exception, I had a total break failure and was totally stressed out not only from the failure but because I needed it fixed right away to get back to work. Without hesitation, I contacted your on-line service and was quickly directed to Cutter Ford Aiea. The representative called me and right away and scheduled an appointment. On the line was a very familiar voice and recognized her right away. Noell Bylaardt, is my number one customer service sales representative and has been there for me and my edge at every step of the way throughout all these years. She personally takes care of my Ford Edge and always puts me at ease with her professionalism, knowledge and extreme customer service. Everytime I have to bring in Rhino, she meets and exceeds our expectations. I brought in my Ford Edge the night before and by early afternoon she called me and said my car has been repaired and ready for pick up. She definetly walks the talk and lives the values and guiding principles of Ford!

I loved the shuttle service, I got dropped off at the mall so I got to do some shopping while waiting. Only problem was they usually have 2 shuttles but one was running parts errands so only one shuttle, so I had to wait much longer than it took for my car to be done with service. So maybe they need to be better prepared with parts when scheduling service or have more cars for parts pick up and not use the people shuttles for that, as said by my driver.

Went in to buy a car. I knew what I wanted and Patrick Belmonte didn't hassle me. He got to work and sold me the car I wanted and at the price I was looking for. No pressure and the the finance guy explained ever detail. I must say this is my third car from Cutter Ford and will buy from them again. The facility is under construction and a little noisy but the service was Great!

Kelly and the gang were great at addressing the recalls. Gary the shuttle driver was very personable got to and from the dealership safely. My wife would like to suggest having a detail service available when her car goes in for any type of service. Although I didn't get to spend much time in the waiting area, it is a bit underwhelming, and not too inviting. Could do with a face lift and personality.Mahalo for the great service.

I was there with my wife and kid, and we were looking around for a new car and a better deal than our old vehicle. The salesman Tom was patient with us, and was very sweet to our baby boy. He offered us drinks, and showed us better ways to get our stroller into the building. He also drove us to the roof where the new cas were and helped us find an affordable vehicle that fit our budget. No bullying and no harassing. He was humble kind and professional. One of the main reasons we even bought a vehicle that day. And he stayed til late at night when we finally finished the deal. Thanks again Tom!

It was a long process going back & forth, but Lee was very patient & on top of the long day I had two grandsons with me & Lee took them to the vending machine & treated them with some goodies to keep them calm. The personal attention he gave me is the very reason I returned to trade in my Fiesta. For the first time , I was never pressured into a deal on buying a car . Cutter ford was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. My sales rep " charley " was not only professional but treated us like family . 1 of My biggest concerns was the body damage that the truck already had , but they've assured me they would take of it at a later date . they knew how concerned I was about it , they even walked the vehicle with me noting all damages down on a work order. It made me feel confident about there word . Ive had a bad experience on a similar situation before and took the sales rep for his word little did I know he was telling me anything I wanted to hear just sell me the vehicle . My experience in purchasing my Ford F150 with Cutter Ford was EXCELLENT. Would like to recognize your Sales Rep Mr. Lee for such a positive attitude and going out of his way to find a vehicle that is affordable and meets my requirements for a truck. I am currently a Customer Experience Manager with our Telecommunication company dba Bluesky Communications and I am impressed with your Sales Rep (Mr. Lee). I only have one complaint about your Retail Store and your Service Department that was not very helpful when I walked in to find a "side runner steps" for my truck. I would think they would sell it to me with a discount since I purchased my truck with check/cash and it is still within 30 days. Retails reps didn't even try to help and same as the service counter for at least a good discount for installation. Immediately the answer was NO discounts when I asked instead they should provide me with some kind of payment options. Therefore, left the Retail and service counter very unhappy. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with your company.

Yesterday my husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Our sales consultant was Bachan Khosa aka the "Cute Indian Guy" haha! He did an AMAZING job in helping us find exactly what would work perfectly for our needs and best suit our growing family. He was able to work out a great deal for paying off what we still owed on our trade-in and keep our future payments right where we wanted to be. Picked up a 2014 Outlander and was happy with how fast the process went. Great rebates on the car made the deal that much sweeter. Was able to negotiate a few extras and use my pre-approved loan all within a few hours of arriving. Staff were all very polite and professional and made sure I was taken care of thought the process.

Had a terrible experience there last week. Was looking for a new Mitsubishi, but the dealer not only did not offer a fair price, but also was not willing to negotiate a trade-in. So if you hope to get something for your trade in, don't bother - they don't care!

We made an appointment to see a specific car (Ford Focus Electric) -- when we arrived at the dealership, the salesman wasn't there (admitedly we were 10 minutes early for our appt) and the person there went to check on his arrival at first. Then, when he came back saying that the salesperson (Tee) wasn't there and didn't have his notes with him, and asked which car we were interested in, we told him the Ford Focus Electric. He got a strange look on his face (half smile, half smirk) and said he would check on this. 5 minutes later, he came back outside and said that he (personally, one gathered) had sold the last electric car the previous day and they had no more of them. We were upset and asked why we weren't called about this to cancel the appt -- no answer, no apology. We left. Note that (for Honolulu), this dealership was quite a drive for us from our home and this was quite inconvenient. Don't trust these guys. Later that day we bought a Nissan Leaf, and Ford is no longer on our horizon for purchase...

Once again their customer service was exceptional and even the manager was involved in our sale. He was more than helpful finding us exactly what we wanted and getting it to a price point we could manage. Our sales rep Bashan listened to what we wanted, found it, and worked with the manager to make the process as painless as possible. If you're in the market for a new car, stop by Cutter Ford and see what they can do for you!P.S. They got a 4 on facilities because they are under construction. It had little effect on the sale and the areas open to the public were clean and serviceable!

Everything went very well except for one hitch with finding the key to one of the vehicles we finally bought. It all worked out and the sales consultants (Bachan, Charley and Chris), sales representative (Sean), and financing (Ernie) were very helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us happy. They even helped us get the second vehicle home once the purchase was finalized. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly the employees mentioned.

I purchased a 2014 Mustang GT premium with track pack and shaker pro. When I walked in I told Chris exactly what I wanted and said I was willing to do without some things but my ideal car is GT premium 6 speed with track pack and louvers. And he brought me straight to the one I ended up getting. He showed me a total of 5 cars, but the great salesman he is knew exactly what I wanted and showed me that car first. I was upside down on my trade in but that didn't stop Chris from busting is rear to get me the car I wanted. Thanks again Chris!

When i look over the past 8 years of buying vehicles at Cutter Ford Aiea, i would have to give them a 5 out of 5 on every category. Mario was a sales manager for our last 3 vehicles and has done great with follow up phone calls to ensure we bought the right car, if we needed service issues addressed or anything else we needed. From start to finish wow! I looked on the internet, received a phone call the next day from Gyrmand. We set up an appointment for the next day. Bachan Khosa greeted me with a big smile, had the car I was interested in waiting for a test drive, 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. He also showed me all other available cars I might be interested in. We took it out on the freeway, I was impressed by this little sub-compact that gets 47 miles on freeway (I am actually getting 51). Highly recommend Bachan if you are looking for a car. He passed me on to Joe, assistant sales manager explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Then it was on to the Anthony the finance person. Very knowledgeable in the whole finance process plus options for extra coverage. Very pleased with these three gentlemen that helped me purchase my new "Baby Car"!!! Bachan actually came over to my house to pick up the title for my trade-in. The reason I gave only a 4 star on facilities is because they are under construction in expanding the dealership.

The guys at Cutter Ford Aiea were outstanding!!! Ernie really went out of his way to help my fiance and I find a nice, affordable, and fuel efficient car. I drive each day an average of 95miles a day and was looking for something that was more fuel efficient. I was spending anywhere from $600-750/mo just on gas alone with my 4Runner. Ernie went through different options with us and even went as far as finding all the possible rebates that we qualify for to help us with our cost. Needless to say we were able to get $5000 in rebates, and take advantage of the 0% financing for 72 months!!! What's even more exciting is that because we bought a electric/hybrid car, we also qualify to take advantage of the $4007 tax rebate at the end of the year! Ernie walked us through all these great benefits was able to help us find exactly what we needed. We bought the Ford C-Max. Gurbachan was another gentleman who helped us on the support piece of the sale. Once we were ready for the purchase, he walked us through each step of paperwork, online tutorials, and most importantly the "how to use an electric car" piece. He didn't just give us the keys and said "ok, you're ready to go!" He took the time togo over with us how to work the car and all the great technological gadgets in the car. Overall, our experience at Cutter Ford Aiea was the best experience I've had at any car dealership. Moving to Hawaii from the mainland has its fair share of hardships; having reliable transportation being one of them. The service I received from Cutter Ford made transitioning to the island a breeze. I able to contact two salesmen directly at all times (even with the 6 hour time difference we were facing while I was still on the mainland). Both were more than willing to answer all of the questions I had about buying, registering, and driving my new car around Kauai. They were patient and kind, and, most importantly, got me a great car at a good price in a timely manner- even had it delivered to my island! Highly recommend this dealership!

I just purchased a F150 FX4. The buying experience was fantastic. My salesperson Darrell was awesome, he was really laid back and did not pressure me to buy anything, instead he listened to my needs and showed me the different trucks available. The sales manager Sean was great, he helped me reserve the truck i needed until i could sell my old vehicle, he went out of his way to accommodate me in my situation. The finance manager explained to me all of the available extended warranties and service plans and the pro's and cons of each, i ended up buying most of them!! This was a really positive buying experience, I definitely will buy another vehicle from these guys. The service was professional but laid back, and there was no high pressure to buy like at other dealerships.

Liz Fontes was quick to communicate with me. She took notes and looked into history of repairs to SUV and communicated with me on every step of the process of making repairs. When returning to pick up vehicle, processing took a minute and I was on my way. Bachan Khosa's excellent sales performance really understates the magnificence of his efforts. The day began with Repair Service calling me about my car's brake lining parts discontinuance, unavailability, and costly repair, if the fabricated fix was used. I decided to "hold the repair" and have the best salesperson call me. Bachan was recommended (apparently your employees know he's the best too). He called and we agreed to meet 10 AM the next day to discuss a black Ford Flex as my choice of interest. The next day when my wife and I arrived, Bachan greeted us with a black Ford Flex parked near the sales office. We immediately reviewed the car's options, sticker price, and road handling capabilities. The same day we bought the car and drove it off the lot. In summary, Bachan offers CHOICES and not sales pressure; a NOW effort and not later; a warm FAMILY connection and not aloofness. Truly a remarkable sales performance.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a newer truck than I already had. I had a 2013 F-150 STX ext cab and was wanting to upgrade to a 4x4 four door but didn't think much about it. Salesman Mario started talking to me and was very nice and helped me pick out the truck that I truly wanted. I left with a 2014 XLT 4x4 F-150 and am very proud of it! Great customer service, no complaints! The salesman even got me lunch while I was waiting on the paperwork! Super nice and courteous. I definitely recommend Cutter Ford.

My second vehicle from this location goes to show facility is clean, service was great, employees are friendly and knowledgable, my sales person "Gawnie" was very knowledgable, very patient and very friendly the whole time, and answered all my questions. He showed me the different models of the flex I was interested in and broke it down to better choose what features came with what model and price range. He and his manager looked into discounts which was excellent and very helpful. Anthony the financial person was also as knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and also very funny. That being said made it easy to choose the right coverage and payments. Overall, Gawnie and his associates made it worth car shopping at their location again.

We actually started out looking at a different brand SUV but decided to stop in. Daymos (our sales guy) helped us decide on an Egde and it has everything and more we wanted. We got a great deal and ended up with a better trim/edition than we originally thought we'd be able to afford.

I did my research, knew what I wanted and called ahead and had three different Ford 150 trucks brought to the front of the dealership. Obren met me in the lot and explained the differences between the trucks. I chose a one of the trucks. Aukai did the paperwork and arranged for it to be shipped to the Big Island. I wrote a check and all was complete. Both of these gentlemen were efficient, courteous and sincere. I shall recommend others to Cutter Ford of looking for a truck as well.

The facility is clean and has many vehicles in stock on the lot. Eddie, Cutter Ford/Mitsubishi car salesman, was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for my family. His manager Tony work with us to find the vehicle we are looking for with the price I desire to pay. Finally Anthony the financial consultant ensure we receive every applicable rebate and discount. The end result was we brought home a brand new 2014 Ford XLT with chrome package on the fair-market value advertise by Kelly Blue Book plus walk away with a six year maintenance and warranty. I do not have to worry about maintenance or any issues with the new vehicle because it is covered until it is paid-off. Awesome experience! A must visit dealership...

Three weeks ago, I bought a wonderful Ford Fusion Energi (Hybrid/EV). Truthfully, this is my second time dealing with Cutter. Almost exactly a year ago, my wife and I also leased a 2013 Ford Focus Electric. Both times I have had extreme courtesy from a fantastic Sales member now Sales Manager, Mr. Sean Rodriques. On our first lease and first time looking at an electric car, Sean was exceptional in his knowledge of the product, his representation during the purchase, and after the sale. He sent a few notes to us checking up on the car and how we like it if it was OK or not. I was certainly impressed. Needless to say, the time came that I needed to replace my truck. So, I called Sean. He quickly set up an appointment for me and I went in with my wife to drive a fusion product. He knew what I was looking for and had a sample ready to go for me to drive. No wasted time. In the process I also met Mr. Darrell Cox - a sales member who took me out in the Fusion. A fusion owner himself, he was very knowledgable especially about the EV variant which I was interested in - so I was dually impressed with the vehicle. I ended up coming back the very next day to purchase. In the process, I obtained an extremely fair deal. Darrell certainly worked hard for my business and got it. I have bought many cars in my life and I have to say that Cutter Ford with Sean and Darrell at the helm with my sales certainly left me with a good feeling that not only do I have a fantastic product, but I have a team which will back the product up in the longer ownership phase. I am typically not a fan of writing evaluations, but I truly believe Cutter is a trustworthy business serving this area with an exceptional family of tream members. Sean and Darrell are awesome. ALOHA, Ari, and Tony both did a good job. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my day and this was by far my most positive experience. Tony had great follow through on some all weather mats, and a jack that was missing. So far, so good. Keep up the good work. My husband and I had an Exceptional & Outstanding service at Cutter Ford. We just wanted to test drive a Flex and was not planning to buy. That all changed when we were greeted by your Sales Person Eddie. He was wonderful. He really took good care of us from the time we arrived, till we signed for our new car! Even though he was done for the day hours earlier he was there till we drove off the lot. To me that was going "Over and Beyond" exceptional service. We were also assisted by Tony the Assistant Sales Manager to get our paper work process started. Great and friendly guy which he honored the internet price for us that we saw. Mark was our Finance Person. I didn't feel rushed. He took the time to talk story a little getting to know us on a personal level in between doing our paperwork. He explained everything to us about GAP for our car, feeling no pressure to purchase, but felt like he was looking out on our best interest. All three of them were the SENSATIONAL and Kudos to them! Please cascade that to them also for us.

It was a rainy day when I arrived in Aiea, but Daymos Botelho took me out to their Waipahu lot where I was introduced to a 2013 White Ford Fusion. He gave me a good explanation about features of the car, and I drove it back in to Aiea. The car handled well and he told me a little more about their servicing operations. I have to say I had already been "sold" on the car before going to Cutter Ford Aiea because of my experience with one with a mainland car rental, but Daymos did an excellent job without being high pressure about it. He led me through the reams of paperwork and all the signatures, explaining what they were about. Even paying for the car was "almost" painless. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or previously-used car if everyone treats a customer as Daymos did me.

Just purchased my second car from Cutter Ford. After buying my first car I had to go back when it came time to buy a car for my daughter. The entire experience went perfect. No pressure sales. Awesome customer service. Bachan Khosa is an excellent salesman with tons of knowlege on all of the features that I looked at. He was patient and never rushed me and my family as we made our decision. Lee Aulaumea and James Clark were extremely helpful in finishing up my purchase and getting all of the paperwork done quick and easy. I never felt any pressure from any of the employees at Cutter and all were very helpful and friendly. Thank you to Cutter for hiring such friendly and patient employees who take pride in the their work!

Excellent Service. I'd like to acknowledge and appreciate your employee Kellie Sue Walroth who works in Cutter Ford Service Department for her Professionalism Service dealing with customers coming in to have their car serviced. Whenever our 2012 Ford Escape needed service, without hesitation, she is always quick to help us. Checking our car in, she noticed that our safety check was expired. I was very thankful that she brought that to our attention. Although we brought our car into service lunch time, she had someone drive us to NEX while our car was being serviced. While waiting there, she called us with some alarming news that our breaks was very low and needed to be repaired and if it was okay to leave it overnight to complete the service. We were okay with her decision. She then had the shuttle driver take us home and picked us up the very next day. I don't remember the drivers name. We also got our safety check renewed. I'd like to say Kellie Sue Walroth have a pleasing and loving personality. Whenever we come there, we always look for her to service us because we know that our vehicle will be well taken care of. We are very pleased with her service. I have no complaints. Her smile is so contagious. I would give her ***** 5 stars-Excellent Service.I hope and pray that Cutter Ford will reward Kellie for her outstanding personality and her exceptional service. We're proud owners of Ford vehicles. All of staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to get the C-Max and I got one 12-31-13. It came with all the features I wanted...plus a bit more. I absolutely...LOVE THIS CAR!!! Rumel T. Mejia went out of his way to get me the best deal. He was awesome! He also made me feel like we had been friends for years. He was so nice and helpful. Also, he was very knowledgeable of the C-Max. He explained everything on the car and set up my phone to the car! Mark Merrithew is the fastest finance manager. Even with all the papers you have to sign...it went by pretty quickly. I decided to lease instead of buy but I have the option to buy when the lease is up. Well, I can tell you that this car is a keeper! Everyone should get a hybrid!...and get it from CUTTER FORD AIEA!!! Oh, I'm sorry if I wrote this review a bit late. Also, a shout out to Joseph Manguba who helped in the process. I didn't get their names but the guys in the parts department are cool, friendly dudes, too!!

I recently just bought a new Focus at Cutter Ford and everyone there was so nice. The process went very smooth. Walter was very nice and very honest with me. It is nice to go there and know that they are not going to give you whole bunch of lies to get you stay or try to buy and not follow through. The Manger Lee was so nice too. He came with a more than fair offer and we talked like we have meet before. Everyone there was really nice in the process and even if I was waiting they always made sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything. It was a very welcoming place.

Eddie Calvo is an excellent salesperson who helped me cut through all the unnecessary gamesmanship and get straight down to buying a car. We both got what we wanted and I am very happy with my car and the process. I trust Eddie and would highly recommend him. The only draw back for the whole process was the misrepresentation of car prices on their website to attract customers.

If I could recommend one automobile salesperson in Hawaii, It would be Bachan Khosa at Cutter Ford in Aiea. After visiting numerous Oahu dealers and test-driving several cars, my wife and i decided on a 2014 Ford Escape. Bachan took the time and patience to ensure we found a vehicle which fit our particular needs. His energy and professionalism gave us the confidence to choose Cutter Ford over others. My husband and I went to Cutter Ford to purchase a vehicle and Doug Dudley was our sales representative. He was great he knew all the answers to any questions we had and if he didnt know the answers he would get us an answer. One of the managers Tony came in during our vehicle discussion and was really pushy and unprofessional. My husband and I was so frustrated that we were so close to walking out and not purchasing anything at all. I had to ask Tony to please leave the room after hearing him go back and forth with my husband about the vehicle WE purchasing and paying for. Tony treated us as if we couldnt afford the payment and was asking us to look at another vehicle that was less money.Mike came in and worked out the perfect deal for us that we were looking for and satisfied. Overall we were satisfied with the service here and were happy after Tony left he almost made Doug lose us as customers. We had great experiences with Doug Dudley, Mike and also Ernie these three men were amazing!!!!! We truly are happy and satisfied with our brand new vehicle!

I would like to express my appreciation for the diligent efforts of Cutter Ford service writers Kellie Walroth and Jeff Huang. I had a list of items that were in need of repair on my 2009 Ford Flex. Although it required multiple trips to the dealership and a bit of exasperation on both sides of the equation, I can say that I am well pleased with the outcome. Cutter Ford did not give up despite my impatient and at times demanding personality. Kellie, Jeff, and Kale are to be commended for their professionalism and persistence. My first Ford product was a 1969 Mercury Montego and I have owned many Ford products since then. As an owner and Ford shareholder, I am proud of the way Cutter treats their customers and hope there is an internal mechanism to reward the outstanding behavior of these employees.

Parts Dept - Why does the parts department close at 4:30pm? Not helpful to people coming by Cutter Ford after work. Service Dept. - Re: the 2 or 3 transactions I have had with Jessie the cashier (I think), she always seems confused as to how to handle anything. If she's new on the job I understand. An Administrator in this dept whose name starts with an L - Lela or Lila, something like this - came to the rescue. Lela or Lila is sharp as a tack. Good employee.

I recently ordered a car part for my 1966 Mustang through their parts department. Darren waited on me and was very efficient in ordering from the catalog that I brought with me. I received 10% discount and free shipping as I am a member of local Mustang club. I strongly recommend to go to the dealership for your car parts first if you belong to any car club. You would never know what kind of service and discount you might get.

I got my mustang serviced with Cutter Ford today and they were so nice. Jeff helped me in the service drive and checked in my car. He was very friendly and offered to give me a shuttle ride home all the way to Waianae. Nicole called me to tell me she would be my service advisor and then she called me throughout the day giving me status updates. They even picked me up and brought me back to Cutter Ford when my vehicle was done. When I came in to pick up my car Noell, Kellie and Nicole greated me with the same friendly smiles I saw in the morning and Joe actually got my car for me. Overall it was great and I will only be bringing my mustang there from now on.

Nicole and her gang took great care of me. They got my vehicle in and out for less $ than they quoted me & they did it with a smile! I would recommend them to anyone with a Ford!

A friend had an incident with ( cutter ford isuzu ) at aiea. They did an oil change, service was not great. The promise time of service was an hour and a half over due. Friend complained to service supervisor, another half and hour. Then the automobile were done. Friend went home check engine light went on. Called cutter ford isuzu to explains to service department. Were told that was ok they didn't reset the engine light because customer didn't request it and it's an extra charge for reset (check engine light) what a rip off!!! The next day friends automobile could not start. Got it towed to ford and was told engine froze due to no oil in the engine (not a drop). They gave my friends a hard time befor they fix it. Friends never go back...... I thought just a glitch in the service dept. Because I change my own oil and just bring it to service, when I don't have time or major maintainace. I did a simple oil change. Service was on time but I was told my oil filter cap is broken. I always check my engine every week to make sure all my fluids is full and caps are on tight. (By the way caps on fords have a safety click when it's already tight.) So how is it broken!!! I check it and looks like they drop it, oily didn't even bother cleaning it with a rag($1.49 a roll) or napkin(free when you eat lunch). They expected me to buy a new one from them. LOL. Long story short. Never going back to them for service.
