This was a first rate experience from beginning to end! I would highly recommend this dealership. I worked with a salesman by the name of Victor Santos. He is amazing!!!! I just got my car over the weekend and am blown away by how easy and FUN ( yes I said fun ) it was to purchase from D'Addario. My sales person Ed was so attentive and I couldn't be happier . After much shopping for a new car my husbands decision was influenced greatly by the help of a very knowledgeable sales consultant named Victor Santos . He was patient,not at all pushy and took his time . He did a wonderful presentation on all the vehicles my husband test drove.It was ironic that both my husband & I were shopping for cars at the same time ,although I thought I was set on wanting a Honda.I decided to ask Victor to test drive an Altima and was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it.Victor was great at doing a product presentation which really made me change my mind about my final decision. So we walked out of the showroom not buying 1 but 2 Nissan's!!! 1 Altima for me and my purchased SENTRA !! The entire dealership was amazing, Tom D'Addario himself was involved and was huge help and their customer service was impeccable!! I left there with my car, a great piece of mind and completely happy and satisfied I went there! I would not have this car if it wasn't for Tom and the crew. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They called a couple times after to check on myself and the car to make sure everything was to my liking which I really liked. Tom DAddario is a smart businessman who had the graciousness and gravitas to stand by me as his costumer, when Nissan of North America refused to stand by their product. Tom did so by providing free labor to replace a defective door handle that rightfully should have been covered under warranty. Additionally, the Service Manager, Ed Crutchfield, is a true gentleman who took the time to listen to my concerns as well as minimizing my inconvenience while my car was being repaired. I would definitely consider buying a different car from Tom in the future.

I was looking for a 2015 Armada in midnight garnet, very few are available. Mike Swiattouski not only found one he had it brought to the dealership in a very short period of time. Unfriendly. I walked in with cash. Maurice was uninterested, or rather disinterested. Never even asked for my name. Tried to sell me a mre expensive car and suggested I finance and could not wrap his brain around the fact that I had cash and was ready to spend it. Overall bad experience. No ine asked my name when I walked in and I stood for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. My first inquiry was by Internet, but since the internet sales person was on vacation it took a week and a day to,hear anything, but by that time, I had had a terrible experience at the dealership, went elsewhere, and in an hour left with my new car. I would,never recommend this place and give it zero stars. I will be writing a review for the BBB as well. Word of mouth is seveything. I went there on a recommendation from a friend, but I will,be sure my friends and acquaintances stay away. They should also cover people's vacation time...even if I was not in a hurry, not getting a response in over a week is a turn off. At least have an automatic reply that someone is away and to contact the dealership directly. Bad business practices.

Stay away from this dealership these people make up there own in house and do not follow Nissan guidelines I have a full Nissan extended warranty all the work they performed was charged and covered under my warranty and they still try to charge me diagnostic fees which they're not supposed to do. I ended up paying because it was a Saturday and Nissan consumer was not available but after talking to Nissan I was reimbursed and they apologized for the what happened and I was told the dealership will be held accountable.The guy Nikko who was I was dealing with helped as much as he can so I won't hold him accountable he's just doing his job but the service center manager Edward is definitely cut throat make's up a whole bunch of bs to try to explain why they're charging you and at the end if your covered under warranty you shouldn't pay a dime do not let them fool you they even try to charge me for the rental which my warranty also cover's save yourself the time and go somewhere else trust me you'll definitely save yourself a big headache. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

From begining to end it was a very smooth process. Rebecca was very accomidating providing timely responces to all my emails. The prcing was very competitive with very little negotiating needed. She then reffered me to Ed Martinez who was one of the most thurough salesmen I've encounterred. The papers we're signed and the purchase was complete but Ed still took the time to go over all the features of my new vehicle. Ed made sure I was completely comfortable before driving off, even staying well past closing time

Negotiated the deal online and via e-mails and a couple of phone calls. They went the extra mile (literally, they found my car at a New Hampshire dealer) to find and deliver the exact car I wanted. Was dealing with another dealership ( In Middlebury).. They never called back when they said they would, salesman at the other dealer was clueless!!! The business manager never called back. Went to D'Addario Rebecca the internet manager was GREAT!!!! Had the car in front of the dealership before I even got there, then set me up with Chuck. Chuck was GREAT called me when he said he would David the business manager called when he said he would and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend D'Addario, and would buy from them again.

I have bought 2 brand new vehicles (2012 frontier, 2011 Rogue) at D'Addario Nissan. I was considering trading in my 2012 Frontier for a new 2014 Frontier. I was waiting for the used car manager Dan D'Addario to make me an offer on my trade in. He made me an offer that would not work for me, so I told him I don't think we can make a deal if this is your offer. He then proceeded to act like a child, by pushing the paper the offer was on across the desk at me and then get up and walk away from me as he muttered "your unbelievable". I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer as that. I then confronted Dan D'Addario at his desk telling him I can't believe that this is how they treat customers who have already bought 2 cars here over the past 3 years from them and am trying to buy a 3rd.. I informed Dan that he lacks the most basic customer service skills. The professional act would have been to tell me that he was sorry we could not make a deal and shake my hand and say that his offer would stand. But instead he decided to act like a child. I will never step foot in that dealership again. I have been a loyal customer to them buying new vehicles and getting all my maintenance done by the dealership. They lost out on many future sales and service $ when I walked out the door.

I just bought my car yesterday. I had the best experience ever!!!! Its started by looking at cars on my cellphone Sunday. Monday I had received an Email from Rebecca Lindsay, with the usual "thank you for your interest in a Nissan" I asked questions about taxes, fees and registration since I'm a NY resident. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what the progress would be. Then came prices over emails. I was worried about the price she had given me (internet price) I thought for sure that there must be something wrong with the car. never the less I went through with the sale. At that point (Tuesday) I was transferred to Mike Swiattouski, he took care of everything!!! making sure I had all proper documents before I took the trip there...When I got there on Wednesday...they started with paper work, but I told them I wanted to see the car to make sure everything was ok before I signed any paper work. NO PROBLEM. Mike took me to were they had my car and OMG! my car was there in perfect condition being detailed by professionals. He made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase at all times, he never tried to hassled me to get anything extra or any weird package, like other dealerships. The whole process took me 45 minutes and that's because he was teaching me about the cool technology in my car!!!!!!!! overall I'm extremely happy with the service Mike and Rebecca provided. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm in love with my car!

Let me just say that as customer, I am a tough cookie. When my old car died I call just to inquire information on a Nissan Versa sedan sv. I spoke to Rebecca and she was very understanding and helpful to me. I continued to call her directly to ask question and negotiate payment plan. She kept going back and fourth with the numbers, because I was making sure I could get a new car. I didnt want a used car, because personally I havent been luckey with them. She was amazing, she didnt mind calling me back, or responding to emails. Let me tell you she was awesome. I am soo grateful to her. when I finally made a disission, she got me Mike to show me the car and finalize the deal. I didnt get the versa sv, but I got the Versa sl which I love thank you so much. Mike was amazing, even offered to pick me up, and did, to pick up the new car. Your team was terrific, and I will defffinately recommed your Nissan Store. Thank you sooo much. Very happy!! :)

Thank you everyone! After a battle with Colonial Toyota in Milford my husband and I went directly to D'Addario. We were helped immediately with no haggle or push from Angelo at all. Everyone involved seemed to be there for us and wanted to help us get the best deal we could. There was no "oh we can't do that" it was "let's see what I can do for you" deal. I flew up to Conneticut from Alabama to buy the best used 09 Tahoe I found on the entire internet. I arrived at about 11 a.m., and they met me at the airport (over an hour away) to get me to the dealership for my road test. They then helped me acquire insurance cards, temporary in transit tag, and title and got me on the road all in about three hours. All-in-all the experience could not possibly have been improved upon. Specialo thanks to Travis Martin, my sales contact, who is a straigh-shooting, thorough professional and Jeff Thayer who came over from the GMC/Cadilac side to brief me on the electronics, navigation, and operation of the vehicle. D'Addario is a third generation family owned set of dealerships, and they have very high standards for ethics, work quality, and product offerings. While I was there, Dan and his father (two generations of D'Addarios) were nice enough to take the time to come meet me. Attention to detail like stainless license tag bolts and sending me off with a full tank of gas were unremarkable to them because that is they way they run their business, but they meant a lot to me. By the way, the Tahoe LTZ is magnificent.

WOW,all I can say is, being a female having no idea what I was doing, really could have caused a problem for me. The Hyndai dealer I went to first saw me coming.... Then I went to D'ADDARIO. I had some negative equality carrying around with me,and I really wanted to purchase a Nissan Versa. Thanks to Dan, Matt and Paul, I am no longer driving a beat of Santa Fe, I am driving a 2012 Versa, which I have to say I LOVE. The guys at D'ADDARIO are professional and so helpful when it came to buying my new car. Heck they even got the color I really wanted...Magnetic Grey. They really took the time to get the best deal possible for me. I surly will be sending people Dan's way and I know with the help of his sales manager Paul and business manager Matt there will be many more happy cusotmers!!

my experience with D'Addario Nissan was very good overall. George was a very personable salesman and was very 'helpful' in my choosing the color of my Juke. Andre was friendly and also made my buying experience easy and comfortable. I feel that i got the best deal there. ( i went to the other Nissan dealer that i purchased my Altima from not even 2 years ago, and was not only offered a poor trade-in, but was treated rudely by the sales manager) George and Andre were not even aware of my bad dealings with the other place till later, and so that was not the reason they were so nice to me. I guess that's the way they treat everyone who walks through the door there, and that's good. I'm sure the people in your service department are just as nice as your sales floor, so i'm planning on doing all my services there. Thanks again for a smooth business transaction.

I have recommended D'Addario's to my family and friends. They take the time to listen to the customer. Tom D'Addario can be seen meeting customers. It is a very neat and clean environment. When my Rogue comes out of the service department for an oil change, it looks brand new with that free car wash. D'Addario's sweat the details.

I visited D'Addario Nissan last week. I had previously gone to quite a few other dealers in the past month. I have been having a hard time finding a dealer ship that I could trust, with a price that was reasonable. When I walked into D'addario I was immediately greeted by a sales rep, Mike Swiattouski. Mike was friendly and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their entire inventory of used & new cars. I originally was looking for a newer used altima or maxima. But Mike got me into a brand new 2012 Sentra!! I got everything I ever wanted in a car. For once I actually trusted a car salesman! Anyone who is looking for a new or used car should absolutely go to D'Addario and ask for Mike he will get you into a great car and a great price, not to mention an over all great experience.

We had leased our 2009 Murano thru D"Addario and I brought my car in for all its oil changes because I liked the service and the customer loyalty $7.00 off each oil change. We loved driving the 2009 leased 6 cyclinder Murano because of the smooth transmission. Before leasing the 2012 Murano, we had tested driven the GMC Terrain & were disapointed with the Terrain's transmission. You could say we were spoiled with driving the Murano.Since we were very pleased with leasing from D'Addario in 2009,we didn't think about going to another dealership.George Palmer called me regarding the promotion of $2,000 of until the end of March & 3 forgiven lease payments. This prompted us to turn our leased vehicle in 3 months early. My husband & I are truly pleased with the service from this dealership and will recommend it to our friends. Actually, one of my friends leased the GMC Terrain from your dealership last month.Working with George was a pleasure. He was professional and worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy with the new vehicle. We look forward to working with George again when we return our 2012 leased vehicle in 3 years.

Friendly and fair. Everyone I encountered during the buying process was so nice and attentive to what my needs were. I had to go back 5 days after I picked up my car to get something, and the welcome was just as warm as the day I went in to buy. The salesmen are very professional and knowledgeable. george and andre at D Addario Nissan were professional,curtious and most of all respectfull. they addressed the questions i had concerning the frontier and also gave suggestions that were appreciated.they both followed up with me after the sale either by phone or email,the first service was scheduled by george. i still recieve e mails from george just to make sure everything is ok.i would recomend this dealership to anyone i know.
