We purchased our 2013 Lincoln MKS in October 2015, and experienced Dahl's wonderful and generous spirit! Then, the week before Christmas, as we were ready to leave town for a week long visit with family in the Milwaukee area, we stopped in to the Onalaska dealership to have them check one of the tires that we had added air to several times since we purchased the car. Damage to the tire was found, plus there was also a visible "slice" in one of the other tires that we wanted them to check. (We had added the Zurich tire hazard insurance, which was offered at the time of purchase.) We were amazed once again, by their superb customer service as we drove away on 4 new tires!! Once again, Dahl hit one out of the park for us!! Besides the excellent service, the staff is so friendly that sometimes, when we are in the area, we stop in just to say hi! They treat us like family!

I had to go back a second time for tires to be fixed, but the seal was developing a slow leak and it was not found when dipping the tires the first time.Jake was especially helpful in getting to the problem and also communicating about further work which needs to be done in the neaqr future. What are the standard perks of oil changes at Dahl?? Sometimes, you get a punch card, sometimes not. Sometimes you get a towing emergency card, sometimes not. My suggestion is that if you sponsor these deals, everyone should be operating from the same page of rules.

Clutch issue on my 2014 Ford Focus is resolved, so nice to take off from a stop and not be chugging along. The one issue that I still have is my phone not working correctly with the sync system . . . it rings just fine and when I answer it, the call drops and it goes to "in privacy mode." I finally just disabled the bluetooth. :(

I brought my Flex in for a recall and while I was there I had my 90,000 Maintenance done.Scheduled Maintenance, Air Conditioning & Heating, Electrical, Cooling, Fuel System. I also had my brakes done and my rear shocks replaced. Jason Shepard was the one I went to and I was highly pleased with the service that he provided. He was very good about answering questions and providing my son with details for the questions he asked.

I came in for a tire quote after I dropped my car off at Brenengens for a recall that needed to be done. I received a tire quote from them but did not care for then service professional assisting me. That place was just generic and unfriendly. I have been coming to Dahl for 5 years for service so naturally I stopped in for the quote. Jake your service professional was super nice and helpful. And with that I ordered my 4 tires and made my appointment. Few days later I had the tires on along with excellent service, nice waiting room and again friendly staff all around. The team did wonderful assisting me with finding a new vehicle. I understand it is their job to sell things to us; however, I have purchased vehicles in the past and know what I have for alternative coverage. The service department at Dahl is exceptionally friendly and personable, when I walk into the service department I'm always greeted warmly and attended to quickly. The service department lounge at Dahl is a major bonus that makes waiting on my vehicle easy and enjoyable. Small details like complimentary snacks and soda make a huge difference. As I write this I sit in a Subaru service lounge in Portland Oregon, wishing I could be at Dahl in LaCrosse, WI. The two do not begin to compare!

Awesome service everytime! Just one note; the guys on the oil change side now have to stand at their desk and I noticed that you will be having folks having back & neck issues because the key board is too low. Couldn't they at least get some backless stools just to make it easier on them? And the only other issue is when the oil change line is too long it lets the husband wonder thru the vehicles and we end up taking our Escape back and bringing in his Chevy pickup to trade it in. UFFDA; didn't see that one coming! ha! ha! Thanks Randy and all the others involved in that trade in!

It is not often that you have a crisis when you are traveling but when you do its scary. My wife and I took our first long trip in our Shelby GT 500. We are used to great service at our local dealer but when there was a clutch issue that sidelined us halfway to our destination we were stranded. The team at Dahl's exceeded any expectations I could have had about service. They facilitated towing, rental car, assessment of the issue, warranty coverage, expedited parts delivery, repair, and transportation of the Shelby back to us in Illinois. They even made sure it was covered to avoid any road damage. Most importantly, Jason Shepard communicated status of our repair and arrangements daily. Instead of ruining our trip, the service provided was outstanding and we were able to enjoy ourselves perfectly confident in how things were going. I would not wish a vacation breakdown on anyone but if the team at Dahl can treat a stranded stranger with this much respect, attention, and professionalism I can only imagine how great they would be with their local clients. Outstanding!

I bought a used 2013 Prius from Dahl. Shane gave me very good service, with a no-pressure approach. Today I had a question about the Carfax report, and the head of used cars helped me. He remembered what had been installed to prepare the car for resale, and he even took me to the Mazda I traded in so I could search for a lost item. I also mentioned that the Prius didn't have the owner's manual, and they tried to find it by calling the original owner. All in all, I felt the staff went beyond what was required to help me.

I have already sent an email to the dealership through the Dahl website. But I will gladly tell my story again about the wonderful service we received at Dahl Dealership in LaCrosse. We live in Iowa, about 3 hours from La Crosse. Our son is a student at UWL. My husband and I had driven him back to UWL on Sunday. We decided to stop downtown to do some shopping before we left to go home. We went back to our car to find that there was no oil pressure in the car and we had a puddle of oil under the car. Being from out of town we did not know who to take the car to for repair. We asked around and were told that Pete Conway was the man we needed but he was retired. Dahl dealership was also suggested. To our surprise Mr. Conway has a statement on your website encouraging his customers to go to Dahl. So we stayed over night. Called Dahl at 6am, had an appointment for 7:30am, got a tow company referral and the car was there by 7am. Mary Toppen was a great person to have as the first person I met at Dahl. She was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. We left there glad that we had brought our Volvo there. At 10am we had a diagnostic. The cam shaft seal had broken. The part would not be in for an other day and then it would be one more day for it to be done. Mary suggested we also change out the timing belt and water pump while the engine down. We called our Volvo dealership in Cedar Rapids, IA. The suggestions were good and the price was very fair. Mary gave us a courtesy car and we headed home. This day could have been so much different. We are thankful for choosing Dahl to go for our repair. The car took a couple more days to repair. We picked up the car on Friday, and the car was also cleaned of all the oil. Thank you so much. Dahl's has a new out of town satisfied customer. I would even purchase a car from Dahl's knowing what kind of service we would receive. Thank you again Mary for taking such good care of us and our car. :) Renee and Tom Simon

I initially found a car I wanted to test drive on the Internet. I emailed the dealership looking to test drive it, within 30 mins to an hour I got an email back. Everyone I talked to helped me in a very timely manner and they were more then willing to help me in any way they could, even if it was making sure I am enjoying my new vechile or if I figured out how to set my phone up to the Bluetooth. I know for my next car purchase I will definitely want to return to Dahl.

The windshield wiper blade you replaced on the driver's side of my 1995 Lincoln Towncar does not satisfactorily match the curvature of the windshield. The replacement blade you provided was a rigid design with a fixed curvature. I have been using articulated blades (purchased at Walmart) that provide excellent results.

bought 2013 f150 I viewed on your website. contacted dahl online, got a response, and set up a day would be there to check out vehicle. was a busy day there but kyle forer greeted me, talked bout vehicle then let me take it for test drive while my pick-up was valued for a trade. When I returned kyle , sales manager and I discussed truck and was presented a offer sheet. we all went over the sheet and told them it would be the next week before I could really do anything. we all agreed offer sheet good til the 31st of july. after going over offer made arrangements with credit union and after approval from them called kyle and asked if offer still stands would buy truck. kyle made arrangements to deliver truck to me in iowa since could not be there before the 1st. we made the meeting for the 29th. exchanged paperwork with hiker and hopefully everybody happy. want to thank kyle for all his efforts and everybody at dahl to work out the long distance deal. really do like the 150. thank you dana alitz

The service was great. The one thing I wish is that they'd make a decision on is whether or not you need an appointment for an oil change. I never know which way it's going to be so usually call to schedule one and half the time am told I don't need am appointment to just bring it in. Seriously make up your mind already.

I love my first leased car, 2015 Bronze Fire Fusion. It drives like my Cadillac but my gas mileage isn't what I thought it would be. I am sure it is because I have a tendency to be quick on the gas pedal and not smooth as I should be from time to time. I thought I would get 30 in the city and I get 29.5, which isn't so bad. I think every show room should have 2 to 4 Randy McDaniel, which is top salesman I ever have met in any show room area. I checked for three weeks for cars, fourteen dealership before I met up with Randy and the cars at Dahl Ford in Onalaska. Happy with the professional financial information of Susan at Dahls finance..dept. Her teamwork with Randy make for a very stress-free experience of buying into lease vehicle and makes it all seem important but secure decision. All my questions were answered and I understood completely about all concerns I had before, during and after session. Thanks to Ford and bring it back strong in America, open up Saint Paul, MN would be a good goal for all. Happy Fouth!!!!!!

The service work took a little longer than anticipated but we were able to use a loaner vehicle. Service work completed included an oil change, flushing the transmission, air and fuel induction service, and flushing the brake fluid. The estimated two hours turned into five because the transmission fluid used was not in stock at this location. Not a problem since we had the loaner car.

It was for a routine oil change. I stopped by Wed.but 10 oil changes were ahead of me,couldn't wait that long. After all the rain, there was grass to cut. Stopped by Thursday morning and there were 5 oil changes ahead so the service writer asked if I would care to leave the car,get a ride home (5 min from the shop but too far to walk) and get picked up at home to get the vehicle when done. Why not!! All went smooth from there. Might have been able to do the same thing on Wed.but it was later in the day and they were really busy (right after the Holiday). It was safer to do it Thursday.....

I recently got a new job, and I needed a car that would be both a comfortable ride and also get great mileage. My previous two vehicles were both Ford Tauruses, so when I decided to start shopping around, Dahl Ford of Onalaska was the first place I went looking. Dan Sake was the sales rep that met me as a was looking around the lot at cars. When I told him what I was looking for and that comfort/efficiency were my two top priorities, he suggested that I take a look at the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. He thoroughly explained the features of the car and then I took it for a test drive. What a great car! It really checked all the boxes in terms of what I was looking for and it had a great look to it. I was sold. What really impressed me was that when it came to negotiate price, Dan, along with the rest of the team at Dahl, really gave the extra effort to make sure all the available rebates were applied to the sticker price and that I got the best possible deal for my trade-in. After I had made the purchase, Dan took extra time to show me how each of the gauges and dashboard features worked, and made sure my phone was linked through the car's bluetooth. I had a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend Dahl Ford of Onalaska to anyone I know that's in the market for a car. I'm very satisfied with my experience (and my car!) and would give Dahl Ford 10/10.

I always arrive early about 6:30 and wait for the service area to open. I always go to Jason who gives me the best service. On the day of my oil change construction was going on and there were lots of cars behind me. Jason informed me that there was a line to get into. He also told me they were short one service tech so as soon as he could Gary would work on my truck. I was well informed and happy with the service. I was a little impatient trying to get in an out as fast as I could. I always recommend Dahl for their quality of work.

I took my Chrysler Town and Country in to the quick lube right before a long rode trip. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The waiting area was clean and a place that you don't mind hanging out for a while.I used a mailed coupon which made the price comparible to Brenengens. I bought the vehicle from them and they give a discount for oil changes. If I could get that same price with you each time, I would never go back to Brenengens.

I saw the service team working with what must have been a new employee on the quick lane. He was having some issues with the pneumatic gun for tightening the lug nuts after rotating the tires. He was hammering away for extended periods on each lug nut. After several failed attempts to coach him verbally, one of the others got over there and showed him "hands-on" how to do it. The only reason I mention it is that I sincerely hope the extra hammering did not over-stress anything on my wheels, lugs, or lug nuts......

Unfortunately one of the service lanes was down for construction which made the wait time about 2.5 hours. (understandable because this type of stuff has to be done from time to time) I was notified of this when I dropped my keys off but it would have been nice to have a customer email notifying that there was some construction going on (from such and such a date to a date). I may have made different plans as I drove in from over an hour away to have this done. I'm glad it was a nice day and I could walk to some stores to do some shopping while I waited otherwise I'd probably been a little upset. Thanks for the great service though:)

Whenever we have been in for a problem the Dahl personnel have listened to our problem, resolved the problem then followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. Always offer a wash. We purchased a 2013 Ford Edge on Apr 5th. Randy McDaniel was our sales consultant. Randy was very helpful and personable. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Randy...in 2006 he sold us the Hyundai Azera we traded for the Edge. We will come to Randy for any future vehicle purchases. We would also like to commend the rest of the staff that was present on Apr 5th when we picked up the Edge. When we arrived, we were the only customers...not surprising since it was Good Friday morning. Our 7-year old great grandson Noah was with us. A couple of your staff were shooting hoops in the showroom. They lowered the basketball hoop and asked Noah if he would like to shoot for a prize. Took him 3 tries but he made a basket and they rewarded him with a new basketball. He was thrilled. That kindness made a lasting impression. Thank you. He's tall...who knows...maybe we will be watching him during March Madness in a decade or so. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Shane Lawrence was my salesperson when I purchased my 2012 F150 STX. I had an issue with the CD player not working and Shane contacted the service department to contact me, Shane was very helpful in getting the situation resolved. Not sure if there was some miscommunication within the service department but I had to follow up with Shane, 3-4 days later, because I had not been contacted by the service department in regards to setting up an appointment to get the CD player fixed. I called Shane back and within the hour the service department called me.After that, the situation was resolved and a new CD player was put in my truck, it was still under warranty, and everything was good.

Obviously, two unexpected extras drove a radio repair into a MUCH higher bill. That, of course, made the experience less desirable. Despite that shock, it was handled well. We have used Dahl detail in West Salem for the past 2 years on our 4 vehicles. Brandon has been so helpful. My only disappointed visit was with our 1999 Toyota 4 runner (3-26 and 27-15). Everything was fine except the inside windows were left with streaks and smudges. This was their (Dahls)1st hiccup in the past 2 years since using them.

Also when vehicle was delivered I noticed a lot of small scratches all over it.. I asked to have it buffed in detail shop to take care of scratches. Which was done but believe this should of been done before it was delivered to me the first time.Overall it was a good experience and would be open to doing more business in future. Everyone I talked to had a lot of experience and knew what they were talking about....

Wonder if they seen the mouse nest in the engine compartment and if so why did they not clean it out. It took me only a couple of minutes to do with everything in place. It should have been much easier to do with the pieces of the intake off.

Quick Lane Leader Travis Rae came to my rescue this past Friday as the battery on my car failed suddenly when I planned to leave home that morning. I obviously didn't have an appointment set up for such an event, and it being a busy Friday at the service department, I didn't expect the car's problem to be both diagnosed (if it was something more severe than just a dead battery) and repaired that same day. I fully expected the car would have to sit at the shop over the weekend. Travis said they would try to get to it, but since it WAS a Friday, he couldn't promise that, and I told him I fully understood. He got me connected with Dahl's towing service, and the car was soon on its way to the dealership. I then made arrangements to get a rental car at 3PM that afternoon. Around 12:45PM, Travis called with the good news: just a dead battery AND they replaced it and it was all set to go! I cancelled the rental and soon had my own car back! Once again, Travis did his best to take care of my service needs in a prompt and dedicated fashion. In my opinion, the entire Service Department is both professional and very customer-oriented.

We had a little time before our son's basketball game and decided to stop in and see if the Quick Lane could work in a quick oil change for us. The timing was just right and we were able to get in right away which certainly helped speed things along, but even so, I noticed that the Gentleman behind the desk took extra steps to have everything ready for us and wasted no time. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and enjoyed a couple of complimentary Mountain Dews and some popcorn while we waited - although I wasn't even finished with mine and the Jeep was already waiting for us!

I brought my Lincoln MKX in for an oil change and a Lincoln wash after returning from a 5 day, 1700 mile vacation. Unfortunately my vehicle was dirtier than it's ever been and I was overdue for my oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, not only had they changed my oil and completely checked over my vehicle letting me know everything was in good condition, but my car was spotless on the inside and showroom shiny on the outside! Was a little surprised when I was told that they could not check my battery level due to the battery set-up in my vehicle. It was indicated that your machines couldn't read this type of set-up. We purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento. Makenzie Fuller was quick to reply to my inquiry about the car. Omarr was amazing to work with. My 11year old asked if we can tip him because he was so nice and helpful. However, something needs to change with the financial services. I honestly, almost said I was going to keep my old car because she made it sound like my new car was going to break down and cost me a lot of money. I felt so horrible after meeting with her.... when you buy a new care you are supposed to be so excited not terrified. Overall, very pleased with Omarr and Makenzie, but not so much with the financial person. It may not be her fault but if this is a dealership thing you need to change the selling aspect of the additional warrenties/plans etc. I felt like she or you all would get a bonus if she sold us any of the extras and that is not right.

We have had trouble with our Mustang. The people at Dahl Ford suggested we leave the Mustang over night and they were quickly able to determine the problem, which was that it needed a new battery. They prorated the battery we had received from them earlier and we are hopeful that our Mustang is fixed.

I was a bit frustrated with how long it took to get my car back, but I do realize there were circumstances outside of my advisor's control, like dealing with insurance and that fact i got the car in right before Christmas and he was already headed on a week vacation. There were issues with order parts, Progressive kept calling the wrong shop and it took them awhile to approve getting my car worked. it took over a month to finally get my car finished and back to me. That was frustrating and there ought to be a way to expedite the process for customers in the future. A month without a vehicle could be detrimental to someone who needs to commute to work.

Can for oil change. It was to include rotate tires. They said tires were cupping. They did not let me know if this was something they could find out why. I left not knowing much about it. I now have to call someone to investigate this for me. No onfo as to if Dahl could check this or not. I now am needing another day to have someone else look at it. I would have done with Dahl if it would have been possible. I think you lost on possible tire sale or repair

I had recently bought a mazda 3i sport and am still getting used to it, in a good way though. Omar was extremely helpful and personable. Love him! I know it had been a busy time of year, but after the fact of the purchase there were a few lose ends to tie up and it was like playing phone tag. I didn't want him to think I was nagging on things, but I was just excited to know some answers. For instance he said he may be able to pull through with throwing in the remote start, but had to wait for an answer himself. I was disappointed that I would have to pay if I wanted it installed. I have a part on order that should have came in and a voucher for a 8 hr detailing service that was not provided during the holidays. I have not yet heard the conclusions thus far for those inquiries. Is this a way to get through to answer questions or get feedback?

I had a recall on my Ford vehicle and also had an oil change done. The attendants that checked in my vehicle were very helpful and courteous. I was also given a ride to my work with the courteous vehicle. The gentleman that was driving was very nice and friendly. I am always very satisfied with the worked performed.The woman that checked me out where I paid my bill could have been a little more friendly. I know they were busy but usually the person goes over what was done to your vehicle and if anything needs fixing. She didn't go over anything and when I asked she just said it was o.k. When I asked where my vehicle was at that time, she said out front somewhere. I don't want to get her in trouble but I think she could have been a little more courteous. The staff are usually very helpful there and I would normally give everyone a 10 for a review. I would still have all my car work done at Dahl Ford.

The work on my vehicle was up to expectations, but I was told the wait was 2 hours. This was not a huge deal because my mother and I walked over to Perkins for lunch and did some shopping at Kohls, etc. However, when I returned, a little over 2 hours later, I saw my vehicle going into the shop. Even at that point I wasn't too concerned, things happen, schedules get shifted, I understand that. The problem starts next. Another woman was there who happened to know my mother and they started talking. She then shared with my mom that she brought her vehicle in 30-45 minutes after me and then her name was called and her vehicle was done. Mine was still being worked on because, as mentioned above, it was just brought into the service area as I returned to the shop. At first I didn't think much about it, otherwise I would have definitely said something at the desk, but as the day(s) continued, the more I thought about it and it really is starting to annoy me. I'm really hoping that I was not shifted down the list because I was receiving my "free" oil change after 4 previous paid ones. For this reason I could not give you a 5 for "How did we do?" and why I'm hesitant to recommend you to my friends if there are other customers that receive preferred treatment.

I'm dis-appointed in that Ford is not covering 2 issues cosmetically. 1. black rubber from around windows are really faded. My 2004 was like that but only after 8-10 years of being exposed to the elements. I don't expect that to look this bad after 1 year!2. have a crack in the windshield on the inside of the window. no crack on the outside at all. Ford says they will not cover since it is just out of warranty.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. I knew from the moment I met Omarr Davis my salesman, that I would be walking away with a vehicle from Dahl Ford. I shopped around at a near buy dealership, one that my husband works at, and the customer service was terrible. There were many cars I was willing to buy at that particular dealership but the customer service was so horrible that I decided to look online at Dahl. That is where I met Omarr who immediately surpassed my expectations. He was nothing but kind, caring, helpful and so genuine. I love my Escape, but I love Omarr and the way he succeeded the customer service that I wanted. I believe he is a great asset to Dahl and I would highly recommend him to others. I also experienced the quick lane, and was thoroughly impressed by the great amenities that were offered to waiting customers. Very impressive business that I plan on visiting again for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a great experience, i had a flat tire on my way to work, with brand new tires, fortunately I had taken out the warranty, I called Dahl at 7:00 a.m. when they opened, and they gave me a number to call a tow truck, called him, and told him where to get my car, he came and got my keys, and towed it to onalaska, they called when it was done, and it was covered under my warranty, and they picked me up at work at 3:00 from work....they were all friendly and a bad experience went smooth... thanks to all their help.......so kudos to them........

The overall service was good. However the wait time was underestimated by about 45 minutes. If there is any way to make these wait time estimates more accurate that would be helpful. Otherwise your staff are always courteous and cheerful. They make you feel like their guest and not just a customer.

This was a 2008 Ford Ranger 4 X 4 Pick Up by which the service was excellent and honest. The service department had, if they were DISHONEST, many opportunities to charge extra items by which I might not have known the difference. However, I was quite satisfied with the concern shown as to making sure the truck was in good working order for the upcoming winter. No unnecessary services were done at this time and I appreciate that!

The only thing I would address is the service department change the sticker on the windshield this is the second time they did not change it. I wrote on the sticker when I have to get my next oil change. A lot of people that do not know to check it may not figure out when they should get there next oil change which might get people to go some were else so they know when to get there next oil change. just a suggestion.

I had an appointment for new tires the day before Thanksgiving and was called and told the wrong tires were put on the delivery truck and that i would not have my truck until very late in the day. Nic the guy i was dealing with sent someone to Eau Claire to pick up the right tires and had them on my truck when i had expected a long wait. He came through for me and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. I am very happy with the results of Dahl Ford of Onalaska, WI. and Nic! Great way to come through for me. Thank you Nic. My 2008 Ford F-150 looks great with the new tires. They also recommended checking the alignment .

Bought a car and was driving my mothers car. While my mother couldn't be there right away, got an oil change done for her and allowed her car to sit there until she could pick it up. Made me feel important and helped with the transition from mothers car to my own. Sales personnel stayed late to make the deal. Final paperwork was ready for me when i arrived and was able to complete sale on my lunch hour. Very friendly staff.

I thought my brakes were acting a bit unusual. I checked on-line for the Honda recommendation and to see if there was a coupon from Dahl Automotive. Honda recommended a 50K service, and there was a coupon at the Dahl Automotive site; however, I couldn't print it. The service person, Jason, was extremely helpful and gave me a "go-without-the-coupon." The technician found that my brakes were OK at 6 mm and explained his recommendation. The result is I feel safer in my car, and I will definitely come back to Dahl for service. I have already recommended Dahl automotive to my kids.

We took the Lincoln in for an oil change and a Lincoln wash. The time was a little lengthy for waiting. It was 2 hours for the oil change and another hour for the wash because there were a lot of people ahead of us in the oil change area. We dropped the vehicle off at 12 noon, the courtesy van took us over to the mall and at 3:15 I finally called to find out if it was done yet. A message was left on our home phone about 15 minutes before I called, even tho the cell phone was left as the number to call. We could have just made an appointment but the appointments were over a week out for Quicklane service which I thought rather odd. We decided to just leave the vehicle so we could get it done as we would be traveling. Service was good, just time wise a little lengthy. Also feel price for an oil change is rather expensive when you can go get an oil change elsewhere for $10 to $15 less.

Sonata. I always get my car serviced with you. The staff is usually very quick to get my car in and keeps me updated as to what they find as they are servicing it. This time, I did not get an update along the way. In fact, my car was sitting outside (finished) for at least a half an hour before I inquired as to if it was finished. The lapse of communication was because of lunch breaks, but I think this system could flow more easily, since lunch breaks happen EACH day.... Other than this occurrence, I have been happy with the service I have received. Perhaps, a better plan concerning coverage over breaks... needs to be put into use.

A question I have is why the syn oil at Dahl is only good for 5000 miles while my Toyota that has syn oil is good for 10000 miles. The cost of the oil change is about the same.

Travis Rae is always a personable, friendly, and helpful guy to work with. For the most part, everyone does their job well. I do feel that there needs to be some education given to the technicians servicing my car with regards to measuring tire depth. The report from service time to service time has the depth of the same tires going up and down. One time a 4 next time a 5 this time a 6 (which I believe to be the most accurate as my 80,000 mile warranty tires only have 47,000 miles on them).

My car was serviced a month ago, and the month has been too busy to catch up on all messages. I did, however receive good service from everyone in the garage on 10-10-2014. I didn't have an appointment to have the oil changed and also had the low tire pressure light on. I was told there were several cars ahead of me and it could be a long wait. I decided this was the day I had the time to wait, so I decided to do that. It didn't take nearly as long as they had anticipated and they kept me posted as to where they were with the servicing. They also said the battery had some corrosion around it and if we didn't check that ourselves they quoted me what it would be to clean that up.
