I am 60years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my time. This was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. The car was better than was advertised. The purchase went very very smooth. The salesmen were great. All that they promised was completed and more. And the vehicle (Saturn outlook) was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this dealership.

We found a vehicle at Dakota Motors on Cars.com and traveled 260 miles from out of state to purchase. This dealership is pretty busy and it took us a little bit to sit down with a salesman. We liked the car and worked with Ryan to make a deal. They offer a 30-day warranty on their vehicles which is only valid at their own shop. However, 15 days after the purchase we had our front catalytic converter fail, and it wasn't feasible for us to take the car back for repairs. We called Dakota and they sent us a check to cover the cost of the part, no hassle. After installing the new part, it was discovered that the rear catalytic converter was also plugged up. We talked to Ryan again and he sent us another check to cover the cost of this part as well. Very pleased with how they worked with us after the sale.

I contacted the dealer two times about a vehicle at their lot and never heard back from them. About a week later, I drove to the dealership to look and see if the vehicle I was interested in was even there to which it was. Walking around the small lot, cars were unmarked and packed tightly together it was almost uncomfortable to look at the inventory. I contacted the dealer yet again about the vehicle I was interested in but never got a response back. I would think working in the sales industry you would want to contact perspective buyers immediately?

We bought an '07 CRV. The price was right and the transaction seamless. That should have been a red flag. We got the car home and after it a few hours, we went to show it to family members and when we opened the doors, we noticed a stench. Turns out the carpet is soaked, we've dismantled the car, pulled up the carpet, rented a high-power carpet dryer. Guess what we've NEVER had to do before when we've purchased a car? Any of this. Now we are realizing the deal we thought we got was too good to be true.

Inquired about a vehicle, got a voicemail the next day. When I called back the person was busy I was told but would call me back. He never did. Then I sent anothe email with no response. A little more follow up would of been nice.

Horrible Customer service. I did buy a car and stil have it for only half a year and I spent more than 1 grand already and once I got it everything started wearing out . Make sure you have a warrenty before buying.

I cannot recommend this company, they sold me a warranty that was null and void before I walked out the door. Initial customer service when purchasing the vehicle was fine but it went down hill from there.

I was very interested in a honda cr-v for my dayghter and left 2 messages and they still have not returned my call or email. I live out of town and was hoping to travel to their facility and purchase the vehicle. I ended up buying a vehicle at another dealership. I guess they are so busy that my potential business wasn't worthwhile to them.

I searched all over the town for hybrid highlander, Dakota motors had a very competitive price. i just walked in and within minutes i was test driving my dream car no questions asked. within 1 hour i was approved and got my highlander hybrid home. yes i would highly recommend you check on this dealership.. thanks Ryan,, good job Done.

In the fall we searched at a number of dealerships for a black Chevy truck. We began at Dakota and ended up at Dakota purchasing a 2009 black Chevy truck - the one we wanted from the beginning. The sales folks were helpful and courteous in the necessary transactions. Thank you for selling us what we were looking for --the 2009 Chevy LTZ. Today the Chevy boy is a happy trucker!

My husband and I brought a 2011 Camry. We searched high and low for the right car. Both salesman were extremely personable. There no pressure sales approach was a breath of fresh air. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We will be back!!!

i bought a truck from these guys and not even a week later the transfer case was shot needed new rear axle, u-joints, tires, drive shaft , new leaf springs and new shocks they didnt mention any of this that was wrong with it so i am not even one bit happy the repairs are gonna cost me around 5k dollars. so i would not ever again go there.

Just bought a 2007 Denali from Dakota Motor Company. They specialize in high quality used cars at reasonable prices. The truck I purchased at similiar dealerships was marked up 5K more than Dakota Motors. The company is run by a family that has been in business in the area for 30 years. I truly enjoyed working with them. Honest and straight forward.
