I was referred to DLR by a friend who had recently gotten a car. Found a car my fiance and I liked and filled in the online application. Within 4 hrs we received a response from the GM, Kelly. She connected us with Aaron Winters, who has helped us through the whole process, along with helping us find a car we wanted. My fiance and I were in separate states but it was still hassle free. I had my car ready for me the next day. As I was leaving I noticed something needed to be fixed and Aaron was quick to get it fixed and back to me in reasonable amount of time. My experience with Dallas Lease Returns was very positive. The staff was very friendly and my salesperson, James Smith, was very kind. No pressure to buy. I contacted Dallas Lease Returns about 6 months ago, and throughout the process James was very helpful - he kept me posted regarding the type of car I was looking to purchase. James and Kris have been so great to deal with - they went above and beyond when it came to helping me get the car I wanted - I am in Sales and I can tell you I don't like pushy sales people at all - I am great at my job because I am not pushy - they both got want I wanted and needed and made it happen. To note: I never stepped foot in the dealership this was all done online and over the phone - I live in Austin - The car was delivered to me. Nothing like it.

After reading the reviews online, I was skeptical. All i could think is how could a "car dealership" have such good reviews. Well the answer is that this place is not a car dealership. It is above and beyond anything place you could think of to purchase a vehicle. Its NOT just a bunch of smoke and mirrors, this place is genuine. I arrived here armed and ready to battle out a reasonable price, interest rate, and other painful aspects of car buying. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no need for the usually defense tactics women typically have to use with car buying. The process was easy-peasy, Jordan walked us through everything with wonderfully. We are delighted with not only our new vehicle but also with the process of obtaining it! Great inventory, amazing customer services, easy process, and reasonable rates, what more could you ask for!

Thank you Jordan Campsey for the excellent customer service and for making our car buying experience easy and comfortable. I was involved in a pretty serious accident, totaled my vehicle. I had never been to a dealership where the vehicles were kept in a warehouse, brilliant! My husband and I were able to walk around and look at their full inventory with no pressure. I had an idea of what I was looking for and since my luck had been pretty bad lately, I thought it was going to take forever, my beautiful GMC Acadia was the third car we looked at and I absolutely love it! It was a very good experience buying a car from Dallas Lease Returns. Stephen Neal is a great guy to work with, I came up on a Saturday morning with my two sons, eight and ten. My boys were playing and running around, like boys do, everyone was nice to them and tolerant of them. Got a very nice car, and Stephen brought it to me and took the old one away. He explained their hold policy to me on the car I was interested in, and when I got back the next morning it had been sold already. We went and looked around and found even a nicer car that morning. I can't say enough nice things about all those folks there. They don't act at all like salesman, they are there to get you into what you like at a price you can afford. Also, there is not a bad car on the lot to choose from. I will definitely being going back there.

I've purchased several vehicles in my life and this was by far the simplest and easiest purchase of them all. Having been dealing with financial difficulties and a poor credit rating, I thought I would be in for a very long process and it would require a lot of time and headache. That was not the case at all at Dallas Lease Returns. The entire process was hassle free and everything was completed the same day I went in in just a couple of hours time. I'd noticed a 2010 Acura and a 2011 Maxima on the Dallas Lease Returns website (www.dallasleasereturns.com) that I was interested in and used the site to submit a vehicle information request. Within 5 to 10 minutes of my submitting the request I received a call from James Smith. I told him that I was most interested in the 2011 Maxima and he took some information from me so that they could check for financing. The next day I drove over to take a look at the vehicle. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted with all the options I was looking for, however, with my credit and the financing terms that the bank set for this year/model the down payment was more than what I could afford at the time. I thought I was going to leave empty handed or have to settle for less than what i wanted. But James suggested a couple of other vehicles that we could try if I was interested. He then brought out the 2nd vehicle - a 2012 Acura TL. I thought WOW, this looks better than the Maxima I had wanted and had even more options/features. My next thought was man, this car costs more than the Maxima and there is no way that I'm going to be able to get this. I told James I was definitely interested and that he/Dallas Lease Returns wasn't playing fair because I liked this car just as much, if not more, than the Maxima but was concerned about being able to work out any type of deal considering this car was a newer model and priced a little higher than the one that I had originally wanted and that i couldn't go over not even one penny on what I was able be able pay for the down payment nor could I have high monthly payment either. James said OK and he would let his finance manager know. While they were working on this, I told him I'd take the Acura out for a test drive and see what it felt like he gave me the keys and told me to enjoy, he didn't even need to ride with me. When I got back, we were ready to talk. The financing was approved and my down payment didn't go up. After reviewing the details with me, he waited while I got a quote on how much my insurance might increase with adding this vehicle to my policy. He even took the car to get the oil changed, get it detailed and fill it up with gas and I drove off a happy camper after all the paperwork was signed. Overall it was a great experience. James was very professional, but very friendly and personable as well and great to work with. It was like buying a car from a long time friend. I told him I'd be back the next time I was in the market for a car.

It was a very good experience buying a car from Dallas Lease Returns. I live in California and so I was a little nervous about buying a used car so far away from home. Jordan Campsey was amazing throughout the entire transaction. He was very honest giving me accurate information about the condition of the car and all aspects of the purchase and sale. I believe Jordan to be a very trustworthy person. I flew into Dallas Saturday afternoon and when I arrived at Dallas Lease Returns all the of details of the car were exactly as Jordan had described them to me and all the details of the purchase were exactly as Jordan described them to be. I am writing this review about two months after the purchase and I am very happy with my Lexus 450h that I purchased from Dallas Lease Returns with the help of Jordan Campsey. I would definitely recommend Jordan Campsey and Dallas Lease Returns to you.

This was my first time buying a car via internet but Jordan made it the best experience I've ever had buying a car new or used. He explained their hold policy to me on the car I was interested in and sent pictures of the exterior flaws (a small scratch here & there)due to the bad weather & traveling a good distance , he wanted me to know all the pros & cons about the car. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty & humor. He made this a relaxed & pressure free buying experience and for that I will come back & and refer him to family,friends and strangers. Had a great experience with Jordan and Chris at Dallas Lease Returns. They were great on 3 fronts: Selection: First of all, if you want to take a look at some impressive late model SUVs and sedans in great condition, this should be your first stop. They have a ton of inventory and puts you in a position to consider multiple makes and models that you would miss online or at a pre-owned dealer that wouldn't have half the inventory they have. Like New Condition: Selection isn't the only thing these guys do right, I bought a BMW X5 with 76K miles and it looks brand new inside and out. You can also trust these guys as they share the carfax and are straight up market value etc. If you are ok with banged up interiors, engine lights and cars that have been in wrecks, skip these guys and go save a few bucks somewhere else. No Games: Forget the 4 hour waiting game for the manager to get back, no games here. It seems like they sell quite a few vehicles, so they're not looking to make a mint on each sale, just a fair price for a great pre-owned vehicle. Note: I am real customer, purchased the vehicle March 2015, and was not paid to share this review.

Jordan Campsey was one of the best salesmen we've dealt with while buying a car! Didn't pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't want to and made the process very smooth and easy. He was very nice and professional and was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Even came in on his day off to meet us up at the dealership! He made buying our Tahoe a great experience! While waiting on paperwork we got to walk around and look through their warehouse and every car in there looked brand new including our Tahoe!! Having never purchased a vehicle over the internet before, much less a used one, I was a bit nervous in calling Dallas Lease returns initially. But I was searching for a Cadillac truck, and they are ALL used (the model having been discontinued). And good ones are somewhat hard to find. I spoke with Shawn Collins by phone and he was friendly, understanding and responsive. I decided to make an offer, and had a deal within a short time. Shawn picked me up at the Dallas Airport two days later (what a guy!), and after inspecting the vehicle and 5 minutes of paperwork, I was on my way. And the truck IS beautiful! My thanks to Shawn for a great experience and a great truck!

Jordan Campsey made buying my latest vehicle so easy! If you've ever purchased a car from a regular dealership, you know it can be frustrating, less than honest salesmen, fast talking finance guys. But Jordan at Dallas Lease Returns was great to work with. He was honest and emailed all the specs and pictures on the car I was interested in before I went to test drive it. After the test drive we inspected the car together and he pointed out a couple of small issues, (curb scratches on the wheel, some wear on the tires) and had them taken care of. I didn't even have to ask or negotiate. As the salesman, Jordan took care of arranging the financing himself and got me a better rate than even my credit union did! I would definitely recommend Dallas Lease Returns. Five stars!

Rawlins at Dalls Lease Returns made buying a car quick and painless. Not only was he a great help walking me through some of the basics (I am a bit of a car novice), the price was fair and I received an excellent price for my trade-in. The whole transaction took only a few days from start to end, and Rawlins was courteous, kind, and professional throughout. I would recommend the company, but I would HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Rawlins by name. He will treat you right.

I search the internet and visit several Nissan dealership's and found Shawn a friendly no hassle what can I do to earn your business guy. Even after we came to terms and ask Shawn what he could do about tires. He said he would check and later called and informed me that all 4 tires were changed without changing truck price. The selling price was the great compared to others I visit plus it had the color I wanted. If you looking for quality cars then make sure you visit them and ask for Shawn.

Blanca was excellent!! I called and told her my budget and the car I was looking for and she worked it out so I could walk away with more than I expected. If you don't want to deal with the drama of going to a traditional used car dealer go this route and call Blanca. Great car buying experience! I had heard lots of good things about this company as many of my friends have purchased cars through Dallas Lease Returns so I decided to start here when looking for a car. I was a little nervous about making such a big purchase in Dallas while living in Houston but Jordan made the whole process very easy. He was very patient and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. When it comes time again for our family to purchase another vehicle Jordan Campsey will be my first call. Joe Wall and DLR were great. He kept an eye out for exactly the car I was looking for, and let me know right away when they had one. He wasnt pushy, and didnt pressure me. He went above and beyond in getting me information, a great price on the suburban, and arranged shipping for me. He even managed to negotiate a good price on shipping the car. Kris the GM was extremely nice and helpful. I more or less begged Joe to help me and got lied to. He said the car had been wrecked once but didn't mention twice. Shawn was a bit more honest but had a smart sassy tone and really acted like I was bothering him rather than him wanting to sell me a car. If you do go there then don't use the two of them.

I've never had a car buying experience like this in my entire life! I was referred to Blanca from a friend of mine and I wasn't really looking for a car. But I went to the website, saw something I liked, made a phone call to Blanca and the rest is history. I'm still in amazement at how easy and how quickly my purchase was taken care of. My husband and I are extremely impressed with not only Jordan Campsey but Dallas Lease Returns! We had emailed about a newly listed vehicle on a sunday night (knowing they were closed) and first thing monday morning there were several email replies already waiting and happy to help us in any way they could! Jordan was the salesman that responded and from that very moment we feel he completely exceeded our expectations by going completely above and beyond in every possible way (emails, long distance calls and even long distance texting-with photos!) He worked late at night (even though he was done his days work at the dealership) and even on his day off, very happily and completely loyal to us, especially considering we were in a different country! Chris Mikell made my purchase experience better than I could have ever imagined it would be. As a former Finance Manger at a Nissan store I know first hand just how difficult and terrible the experience can be when purchasing a vehicle.
