This is a big improvement from the past customer service dept. My first visit in 2012 was a free oil change. They spilled oil on the new engine. The car filled with smoke all the back to New York. One winter visit, I was late by two minutes to pick up my car. Cashier made me pay by phone. When I arrived at two minutes after closing, door was locked. Next visit, I couldn't help notice the cashier was ten minutes late to work. It seemed ok for her but not for the customer. Thankfully, all these employees appear to longer be there. I had given up hope. Now there seems to be a whole new crew. They were great. Will return again.

Avoid at all costs a Jake Green, or otherwise better described as Jake the Snake. He is arrogant, sleazy and dishonest. I left that dealership and went to Watertown Hyundai and had an awesome experience. Buyer Beware, especially if you are a woman shopping alone for a car!!!!!

My experience with Danbury Kia's service department has consistently been a great experience. Most recently I needed some extensive work done to my car and they kept me in the loop during the entire process. Upon picking my car up the mechanic personally walked me to my car. The people behind the counter are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and make you feel like they appreciate your business. You don't find that very often any more. The dealership is always clean and bright. Thumbs up!

Very good dealership and no pressure. I basically agreed on a price via email and went to the dealership to check out the vehicle I was interested in. I highly recommend Jeff Sousou, he was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and the whole sale process went smoothly. Also dealt with Tim Allen to discuss the financial details and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. They are both really nice guys and consummate professionals. After having messed up repeatedly when buying our minivan last year, we went back to fix some errors they made to my credit report when they butchered the first sale.No one listened to a single thing we said the entire time we were there. Justin, in finance, told us when we bought our minivan that he sleeps well at night because he is an honest guy. Well, he was the ring leader of the experience this time and him and the GM, Sal, found it appropriate to insult us in the middle of the show room with our two small children present. I don't know how they can live with themselves by behaving this way.We love our Sedona, but you must steer clear of these people. They are some the rudest, most insulting, liars I have ever the displeasure of meeting.

Whenever you are about to make a big commitment in life....get married,have kids......buy a car, you have to have the perfect partner. Jeff was great! No, I didn't marry him or have kids with him, but He WAS responsible for helping me get the best car I ever had! He was a worthy opponent in the negotiation (I love a challenge), and as a woman buying a car, he respected me enough to not show me all the mirrors there were so I can put on my lipstick. I felt he heard me, and worked to make me happy. I would ABSOLUTELY go back to him, but hopefully not for a while. I love my new 2017 KIA Sportage-so does my daughter Sofia who thankfully can't even attempt to drive it for another 8 years ;). The entire team was great as well....super friendly, and customer focused. I loved chatting with Jake in between my time with Jeff.Working as a manager in sales myself, I would hire all of them. Says a lot about their integrity

I was pretty unhappy when hubby came home with a new car -- I wanted one!!So -- Our first experience was with my husband Richie who walked in with a car that we needed to trade. -- and he walked out with a beautiful 2016 Kia Forte! I came here on my birthday, hoping for same and I've had the most wonderful experience!! I was going to get my new car!!!! I'm leaving behind my sad 2014 (that truly owes me nothing!!) for a beautiful beautiful 2016 Kia Forte!! Thanks to Jeff Sousa, Sal Sinardi, and Justin Hagan in finance. A little intervention from Bill Sabatini was a special blessing! (I've known Bill since buying my first Hyundai (at this dealership) in 2008). I've owned 5 Hyundai's and decided to switch to Kia -- just a preference this time around...And today's my birthday!!! So in a year when I've dealt with cancer, blood clots, and everything that goes with it -- a big hug and thanks to Jeff.If you want to work with Jeff, I encourage you to make an appointment to see him! He is very much in demand as I saw on Saturday!! When I bought our van a few years ago the sales rep said "the dealership extends the power train warrenty to lifetime if you keep getting the service with us" 5 years (and multiple overpriced services) later they have no record of this. Now I have to dig through my paperwork to see if I have it in writing.I didn't make this up but might have been too pressured at the time to check if that was in writing (my fault for trusting I know)

I came in looking for a 2017 Sorrento to replace my 2014 but did not like the new updates, (I like what I like) Rich Trocolla suggested we take a look at the smaller vehicle and we went for a test drive in the Sportage SX Turbo AWD and decided that was the car but it had to be in white with a light color interior. Through much perseverance they found me my car and had it delivered and ready to go in 24 hours and I am very happy. Thank you!

WE had 3 visits to the dealership in looking at the 2017 Sorento. Each time we worked with Brent D'Arcy who was very heplful in answering all of our questions,and as important, listening to what we were saying. We did not experience any aggressive pressure tactics as some sales persons tend to use.From our 1st test drive to the final signing Brent kept us informed of all the steps in the process. He was also extremely responsive in any e-mail or telephone contacts, He was always there to assist us as we weighed the pros & cons of buying our 1st SUV vs a sedan.We had originally planned to"shop" other Kia dealers as well before making a decision but, due to the positive interaction w/ Brent, we decided to deal w/ Danbury Kia only.In the final stage of purchase we dealt with Tim who was very friendly and informative in going paperwork,options etc.He made sure that we understood exactly what was being done.We also had contact with John in the Parts Dept. to check on all weather mats. He quickly assisted us & completed the sale. He also politely inquired as to whether we needed assistance in carrying the mats out. Good service.

Back on 03/02/16, I returned a lease to this dealership. This was such a disaster of an experience. I posted a review about it on here. On the next day, someone from the office, wrote back to my review telling me, Sal Sinard, the manager would be contacting me to discussing my terrible experience.SAL NEVER CONTACTED ME. The only person who contacted me was the sales person I dealt with when I returned the car asking me to take my negative review down about their dealership per management. What????? You do a terrible job with your customers and instead of calling to apologize, you call and ask for someone to hide the bad experience? Wow.Now, today, July 27, 2016, I receive a letter from no other than Sal Sinardi asking me if he can buy my vehicle back. Hello??? He already bought my vehicle back from me in March of 2016. Is this a mess or what??Watch out for this place people....

I went to Danbury Kia looking to trade in my Nissan Versa and upgrade to a car that would be better for my needs. I sat down with Brent and listened to what I was looking for and the price range that I would be comfortable staying in. Brent asked which model of KIA I would be interested in and I told him that I was interested in the KIA Optima but wasn't sure which model and wanted to see which one of my options would be better. before I knew it and after listening to me Brent presented the Optima Ex edition. The car was excellent choice for what I was looking for and while I was looking into purchasing this car Brent had the finance manager get the process started and 3 hours later I left the Danbury KIA in the titanium color Optima EX edition and have never been more happier. My experience with Brent at Danbury KIA was great. First he sat down and listened to what we were looking for and what price we could pay. The car was for my son, who is now a senior in college, and he cannot afford a high payment but needs a dependable car. He asked about the type of car my son wanted, four door, standard, cloth seats, red, good gas mileage, etc. before ahowing us any cars. He also had the finance manager get the process going right away to see what kind of price range my son would be able to finance. We told them a payment of about $250 a month was all we wanted. With his 1996 Honda Accord, 209k miles, trade at $4000!, They did their magic qnd got him in a brand new KIA Forte for $255 a month. We drove out with the exact car he wanted within about 4 hours from start to finish!

I waited in the waiting area for oil change and tire rotation. It was the shortest wait I have ever had. Morgan who checked me in was completely professional and informative. I needed help with resetting auto lock/unlock feature. The technician who worked on my car patiently showed me how to scroll through the menus with the app on the steering wheel. Appreciated that very much.

Went to Danbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a used vehicle for my daughter that we saw on line. We didn't call first and when we got to the dealership the car had already been sold. We were met by salesman Vinny Guilfoil. I told Vinny we had a special interest in the vehicle we saw on line really for the price. I had a number in mind that I wasn't going to exceed. Vinny went over your inventory at or below our budget. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa which my daughter really liked. The car was very clean and appeared to be well maintained by previous owners. Vinny was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to conduct business with. When I met with Justin to finalize the sale we spoke about an extended warranty which I did end up purchasing; not because I felt pressured to do so but because it made sense. Alll the staff we came in contact with were helpful, experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend your dealership. Thank you

Service Advisor, Al Rhode, was very accommodating. The replacement GPS sytsem had to be ordered before hand, and I was very happy that it was on hand for my appointment.The installation was approx. one hour, as previously promised. Your waiting area was very comfortable.

I swear I was just going to test drive.... but after dealing with Jeff Sousou and the amazing staff at Danbury Kia (Sal, Tim and Jake) I knew I did not have to spend my entire weekend test driving car after car. Jeff was incredibly patient with the amount of questions that I had regarding the cars, and after driving a few I knew that the first car we test drove was the one for me. I love my new Kia Sorento! Great price, great car (Sorento), but no one noticed that the car didn't come with any floor mats. Came with a cargo mat but I never bought a car that didn't come with carpeted floor mats. Tried to schedule the mud guards and cargo cover install before delivery but couldn't get the communication lined up. Email system issues appeared to be contributing. Overall, I am happy with the attention, but execution wasn't as smooth as I would have hoped.

My wife and I were so happy with Danbury Kia and our salesman Dave Smith we bought a 3rd Kia ( soul ) this week, The deal was too good to pass up. Dave worked harder for this sale than the past two. With our three trade-in's and factory incentive rebates we walked out with three cars this week and saved in the neighborhood of $16,000.000 thats correct sixteen thousand dollars. Al Rhode is professional, courteous and knows the business protocol associated withwarranty repair. He had his hands tied with regard to Kia's insistence that they had to duplicatea problem stemming from the vehicle's AWD rear differential. I offered to let him keep the vehicle as long as he needed. Al put me into a loaner car and was able to source the problem. The rear differential was replaced. Unfortunately the problem did not go away entirely. Al called me and will go to plan B.I have full confidence that he will not only troubleshoot but solve the problem.The only complaint I have has nothing to do with your organization but with KIA. We leased their top of the line Sorrento and it has fallen short in my expectations. However, I remain hopeful that this will be reversed. Thank you for the opportunity to relay my experience.

I went to the Kia Service Dept to have recall work done. The experience was a very good one. Billy was very helpful in directing me where to go and park when there was no parking. He quickly took my vehicle. At the end of the service, he greeted me and quickly helped me to my car. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. Upon checking in the Service representative had another customer. Tiffany quickly greeted me in the meantime. After checking in, I went to the waiting room. Tiffany immediately came to the waiting room and asked if I would prefer not to wait for the 2 1/2 hours. She offered a loaner car. Tiffany was quickly set everything up and I was on my way. Having been in the service industry myself, I recognize employees that go the extra for customers. Both Tiffany and Billy showed this quality. Thank you for making a the experience into such a pleasant one.

Do not trust this dealership. First they say they cant come off the sticker price at all. I Know people in the business and when confronting them with ridiculous unnecessary fees , they became defensive and lied about being optional. Would never buy a car from these shady people. Make sure you negotiate price prior to financing.

Customer service and friendliness are always very good at Kia. They are generally timely with my services. In the past I had many issues trying to access people by phone when I call but more recently, it's been much better. The cost of services sometimes feels high. Last time I was there they recommended a transmission fluid flush and I was able to get it elsewhere for over $100 less. The lounge is comfortable, but the coffee is terrible! :-)

I had my first service on my Kia Sorrento and so appreciated the information given to me. Julio went over all the items, I needed to know about my new car. He was very nice, helpful, answered all my questions and gave my car back to me in a timely manner. I even had to go back to Kia the same day to address a light" that came up after I left the dealership. They took the car in again and said I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it immediately and did not charge me. That's great service!!! Looking forward to working with these nice people in the future.

I was in for a regular maintenance for my car. Dennis explained everything that was done and how my brakes, etc were rated for this service. I was also given a free car wash. I thought that was very nice. Was never given a free anything.

I took my 2015 Optima to the Kia service center in Danbury last Thursday (7/23/2015) because of an oil leak and was told by who I believe was the service manager that they were unable to check the car until possibly the following Monday (7/27/2015) because of the amount of backed up work they already had. I was unable to leave my car there since it was my only way to get to and from work so I decided to schedule an appointment with the receptionist. Right away the receptionist showed great concern and tried to set me up with a loaner vehicle (she was excellent and very helpful). When she presented the paperwork to the service manager he immediately flipped out and said he never approved it. She explained the situation to him and mentioned how it should be a priority to at least check my car because of the oil leak and that it was unsafe for me to be driving around like that which I completely agreed with. The manager continued to say no because of the workload and said I had to bring the car back on a later date. I was left with scheduling an appointment to take the car back 4 days later. I feel the situation should've been handled better and in a more professional manner especially in front of a customer and his 4 year old son. Both the receptionist and the service manager apologized to me afterwards, However I was left with buying engine oil, very limited options and driving an unsafe vehicle for 4 days. From my observation the oil leak is coming from the bolt/screw where the oil drains from. I just got my first oil change serviced at this same location about a month ago. I'm not sure if they left the bolt/screw too loose or over tightened it causing it to strip, I'll let the "professionals" figure it out on Monday.

Only bad thing was someone test driving a jeep next door parked their car behind mines so when it was time to service my car i was delayed 40mins before we could find the owner to move it. When I come to Kia for service, I always have a good experience. If the service takes longer than it should, the staff are always aware of this and there've been several occasions where they gave a discount because of the wait. Julio was helpful and tried to outline all the parts of my service and what the car needed, and was more thorough than many service people I've had, trying to explain to me (a car layperson) the specifics of what was involved. My main complaint with the Danbury Kia service is the phones. When I call to make an appointment, I often get a voicemail. I NEVER get a call back the same day I leave a voicemail asking to set up a service, which is very frustrating. I typically just try calling again the next day until I reach a person. I set up my appointment a week in advance, didn't get any sort of confirmation call, and when I got there at the time of my appointment, they didn't even have it listed. I was grateful that they squeezed me in w no problem, as I had the day off just for this.

My car is one week old. Service and parts representatives are no help. People are not motivated at all to serve the customer. My steering wheel came with a tear, the answer of service department was "I don't know, send it to detailing", any other car brand has a warranty over the conditions of the car to be sell. I expect the car looks new because is 6 days old.Thanks to the salesman who really went over his job to help me with this mess.I am calling Kia motors to let them know of the poor service that their brand is being offered in this dealer.

My last two new Car Purchases have been with notable dealerships. With less then pleasant results, my wife and I decided to give Kia a try. I went into Kia of Danbury and spoke to Jeff Sousou. I sat down and told him what I was interested in and what I could afford. Most salesman I've dealt with in the past would try and steer me into a vehicle they were trying to push off the lot or give some sales pitch on how something else would be better (When it usually isn't the case). We had some back and forth but he was always calm and understanding of me and my needs. When the day was done, Jeff met 95% of my needs (Some were high demands). I walked away with 2 vehicles (Optima and a Sportage). I'm happy and more importantly my wife is happy. Thanks for the pleasant experience!!

I needed to change an oil, cabin filter and had two recalls, so dropped the car and asked to service it as soon as possible (needed to work later), so stuff worked very fast, one took my car, another filled the information in the computer, third continued with me. All stuff worked very fast and sharp. When I came back to pick up my car, Bill Pfeiffer oversaw the service performed and explain everything what was done. So I am very satisfied with my visit. I had my 9 month old with me, so waiting a hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is unheard of. I realize I get a "Multi-Point" inspection as well on the car, but Valvoline has that as well and can do what I just had done there in 30 minutes flat on a busy day. So, I would say the time it takes to perform maintenance needs to be improved. Also, I noticed their wasn't a baby changing station in the mens room?

Vinny was knowledgeable and thoughtful, and helped us weigh our purchase so that we got something that was exactly right for our situation. (He is also funny, and that always helps.) Then, to top it off, because I was solo the day I finished the sale paperwork, Vinny (accompanied by someone else, so thanks to that person too!) drove our new car to our house -- dropping it off personally so I wouldn't have to make another trek to Danbury from my home in south Ridgefield. What great service!! And, after just a few days of driving our cute new little Soul, I am beyond impressed with the car itself -- what a great buy. It drives like a much more expensive car, the internal fittings look and feel like a much more expensive car -- and it's cute square profile means I can find the darn thing easily in any parking lot in town, which are otherwise awash with same-looking SUVs and sedans. The Kia quality seems outstanding, and I am really looking forward to driving days ahead! We are very happy with our Kia purchase, and our experience with your dealership. I was told a hour for my service but I ended up being just about 30 minutes for my first service. Also I got plenty of reminders prior to my service appointment that were very useful. The email one was the best reminder because I was able to go back and look at it easily. I would say the only negative thing I had was once I was back in my car ,my phone no longer connected via Bluetooth and I had to reset. I didn't know my service appointment would effect that.

I was looking at the car that I ended up buying and they were all over it. They could scratch the paint and I didn't think it was professional. I didn't see any of the guys doing it!!! Another excellent experience. Having purchased 2 vehicles form this Kia location from Joann (who is exceptional), I brought the Kia Soul in for a routine oil change. When I arrived, I mentioned to BeeJay that I was running on a tight schedule that day because I had to get my mom to the doctor and had to be out by 11:00am sharp! Well, wouldn't you know it, out the door by 11:00am as promised. Nicole was exceptional. She listened to our needs and our needs behind them. She questioned to qualify what we were looking for. She courteously and professionally answered our questions. After she felt confident of how to help us she suggested looking at a few cars in your inventory. We test drove KIA's Sportrac and Sorento. We had already looked at the Suburu, Honda and Hyundai dealerships in our quest of finding the car right for us. KIA Sorento fit the bill. However, it was Nicole's attentiveness, understanding and approach that sold us. She is to be applauded. She worked with us from the beginning; to the end of our experience including setting us up with finance who also presented us with what we needed. Neither were hard sell but listened to and satisfied our needs. When we pointed out damage to the vehicle we bought she immediately brought her manager, Joe Hernandez to review and make arrangements for repair. Nicole brought me to the service department, introduced me to BeeJay Ashley for an appointment. BeeJay was just as friendly, courteous, competent and professional to us. Overall, the entire staff of Danbury KIA deserve a huge pat on their backs. They did not just sell a car but started what I believe is lifetime customers. Thank you, Albert and Andrea Rippel

After buying a car from the dealership, I went to the service center to get minor fixes to the vehicle done. Everything has been done well and in a timely fashion. Dibble had my car in and out in about 10 minutes! Brent was very helpful and easy to talk to. I scheduled an oil change with them so he could make sure the vehicle's issues were taken care of. Everything was fine and he exemplified supreme customer service and friendliness in his dealings with me, even as he was short staffed. I would definitely take my car to Brent in the future as he is committed to getting things done right with customer service and appreciation in mind.

*I posted the below review for Danbury Chrysler, but realize that Nicole is on the Kia side. To give her credit, I've reposted my review of her sales process below:This was the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced (out of 5 purchases so far in my life). I particularly like that most of the communications (negotiation, price breakdown, insurance and financing) were done by phone and email, so I could do as much research as I wanted in the comfort of my home, and didn't feel like I was held hostage at the dealership for hours (like I felt with 2 other car purchases). I think I spent 2hrs max, with 1hr being vehicle demo and test drive, another 30mins on vehicle delivery and the final 30mins on loan signing.Nicole was my salesperson (same dealership but she's primarily Kia) and she was extremely helpful and easy-going. There was no pressure to buy: Nicole gave us a leisurely (20-30mins) test drive on varied roads, asked what we thought, negotiated and prepared everything via phone and email, and was more than willing to verify vehicle options with me. Props to her for also being one of the few people I've met who daily-drives a stick shift!

By far the worst experience buying a vehicle! Stay away!!! My husband and I bought a used Jeep and have owned it for 5 months. It had been in the shop 4 times and towed there 3 times! It runs for a few days and then will not start! We were told by the Jeep service tech that it stalled several times during test drives but that nothing is wrong with it! They are unwilling to help despite giving them what we had in savings so we could get it financed. We pay a monthly payment for a car that barely runs. We were told by our salesman Roland that we bought it as is, and that means sometimes it drives, sometimes it doesn't. Absolutely 100% scam. Save your money and bring your business to a dealership who will stand by their used vehicles and won't just try to get you into an awful vehicle just to get their hands on your money! I've formally lodged a complaint with Chrysler Corp, just terrible!

I'm not even sure where to begin. I have never been treated so badly regarding any customer service at any kind of business. Just writing about this makes me so angry. I bought my used car from there, and besides the fact that that experience wasn't nearly what it should have been, I wanted the car so I made the deal work. We made a deal that there were a few things that needed to be fixed that I would come back for once the parts were in. Well, after weeks of trying to get a hold of them, and I mean multiple phone calls and emails, I tell them the day I can come in, they call me back to confirm and they confirm a different day! So I have to completely rearrange my schedule to make it down there, I live over an hour away from them. I was only going back there for service because of the deal we made to fix some aesthetic things when I bought the car. They told me it would take an entire day to give me two new rims that were scratched up really bad, fix a piece of plastic, a tiny rip in the leather, and put a new air filter in. I get there, I give them the keys, and I sit down ready to wait for hours. A couple of hours go by and I go to check on the progress. My car had a donut on it. I asked why and they said the "rim guy" came and took my tire. First of all, he took only one, there were two that needed to be replaced. Again, replaced, not fixed. They said they ordered two rims and they were in. They never ordered them. They also told me the rim guy would give it back in a few days. What?! I told them to get my tire back here, that was unacceptable. They couldn't get a hold of him and didn't know where his shop was. Are you serious? They also being to argue with me that it was only one rim to be fixed. So not only do they lie telling me they ordered two new rims and they had arrived, now they're retracting on their agreement. The plastic piece was also not ordered. They did fix the slit in the leather and replaced the air filter. I made them do an oil change for free at that point because when I bought the car, it apparently wasn't done recently. I walked in to speak with the manager, where I stood outside the room because I heard my name, and I continued to stand there and listen to them say some pretty nasty things. I walked in after I heard enough and let them know exactly what I had to say. They began to apologize, offered to pay for gas (but then didn't) and said they'd order the plastic piece and send it to my home. I grabbed my keys, telling them this was the worst experience I've ever had. In fact, I get home later that night and notice that there's a dent in one of my license plates (I'm an EMT and have a EMT license on my car). I have never received the plastic part from them. I wish to never speak to them again and hope only that others read this and don't do business there.

I was in the market for a used or certified-pre-owned vehicle. Going back and forth between other brand dealerships I ran into Joshua Graham at the DANBURY KIA show lot. He was very friendly and understanding from the very beginning. Immediately after I told him what I was looking for he set trust by assuring me he would do the best to get me the car I can afford and that I would love. He did not set any ridiculous expectations or tried to sell me anything I could not afford. I appreciated his consumer understanding.The test drive was very relaxed with a customer-first mentality - no preset "best road" to wow the car.Even before we talked costs Joshua made sure I understood everything the car does or does not include, as well as what my options are. Also, he was very thorough at explaining the warranty included with the new KIA. Very professional.Jeff and Tim were very professional, friendly, and 100% customer driven when I picked up my car. "THANK YOU" TO ALL" I am a working single mom and this dealership moved mountains to get me in my certified Kia Soul; miracles do happen. I am so appreciative for how Nicole, Elizabeth, Joe and Carlos worked together to help me get my car. I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable with everyone. "trust" may not be a word equated with dealerships - but, "trust" me on this personal aspect of my experience with Danbury Kia- "like most, if not all Americans of late, my credit score is equivalent to the number of a weekly minimum wage paycheck in as much as the "number"-in my case divorce... and I am living proof that there are people out there, namely this dealership for me at this moment - who are people too and treated me, their customer, as a person. grateful is the word of the day. although I have a brother and son, who I did consult with privately via telephone, I felt comfortable enough to handle on my own... and both my brother and son are impressed with my outcome with Danbury Kia- happy for me, a sister, a mommy- to be in a certified car. I will be bringing my daughter in the coming weeks to the dealership to hopefully find a certified car. I enjoy my work- work hard- and yes, "everyday, I am shuffling" to enjoy and make the best of my day-

I love the way Mr. Allen was patient and understanding of my needs and my financial limitations. He never tried to impose anything above what I could afford, this is important to me as I was advised by everybody of the dangers to be a woman shopping for a car!. Mr. Allen was courteous, pleasant and present at all times. He educated me about my options and about the process and above all, he was very transparent. He kept me informed at all times about the step to follow and he was expeditious and efficient in making sure that everything happen as soon as possible. Although I needed to change my car, which I love, because it was 150,000miles, this was un unexpected purchase and I felt supported , understood and respected all the way. Mr. Allen is most definitely an excellent and personable seller, I would purchase another car from him and I most definitely will refer clients to him, whenever possible. I expect that he will create a career out of this position. Excellent job!

If I could give more than five stars then I would because this dealership deserves every single one. Between Nicole and James, I couldn't think of a better group looking for the car that I wanted. I have bought cars from 3-4 different states and many different dealerships (Kia, Toyota, Ford, Dodge, etc) and I must say this group is one of the best. Nicole is an extremely nice and polite sales person who doesn't add any pressure to your buying experience and she will go beyond measures to make sure you find the car you want and love. The car that I wanted (2014 Forte) was very hard to come by which made since as I am very particular in my taste. But between the two of them, they made themselves always available and willing to find what I wanted. I honestly couldn't praise them enough. If you're looking for a car, PLEASE go visit them and give them a try. I doubt they will leave you dissatisfied.

I called this dealership to ask about their inventory on Kia Souls. I spoke with Jeff and not only did he tell me the complete inventory, he also took the time to find out exactly what my auto needs were. He then gave me a quote over the phone and promised to take care of me if I came down to the dealership. I did not want to travel to Danbury as the Milford dealership is much closer to my house. However, the deal that Jeff quoted me over the phone was much better then what the Milford dealership would offer me. When I arrived at the dealership Jeff had the exact car at the exact price that he quoted me.Bottom Line - I purchased this car from this dealership because I found Jeff Sousou to be EXTREMELY HONEST and CARING. I am already telling people I know to go see him and I am planning on bringing my daughter to see Jeff when her current lease expires. I would give Jeff Sousou the highest possible rating! After purchasing three new Kia's from this dealership between March 2012 and May 2012, we are strong believers in quality of the cars, and this particular dealership. From management, to sales, to financing, to service, they are all extremely professional and we have never felt pressured. At the beginning of this week, we brought our son's 2012 Sportage in for a routine service, and while waiting we decided to wander around the showroom. Jeff SouSou and Joe Hernandez recognized my husband and they started having a general conversation. After one hour, we were upgrading my 2012 Optima (which I loved) to a 2013 Optima SXL (which is absolutely beautiful), with no hassle!! We have owned many expensive cars in the past (which cost much more), and have never been happier with our experience with our cars, a dealership and its employees. Joann was referred to us by some friends who purchased an Optima from them about a year ago and advised us to see only Joann because of her helpfulness and "niceness". She certainly was that. We are very pleased so far with the car after owning it for two days. It's pretty and the interior seems to have been very well put together. We'll see. We would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I arrived Friday afternoon the 13th after doing some research on line looking for a new pick up truck. I was met in the parking lot by Harry and from when I arrived Friday till we left on Saturday afternoon after we purchased something completely different, Harry was great. We ended up purchasing a used Cadillac Escalade that was a better fit for our family and budget. Harry and the rest of the staff did a great job of making us feel comfortable with our decision and were very fair with the trade in we had and the purchase price on the vehicle we bought. I especially liked when I asked on Friday afternoon how quickly we could have the car delivered to us Harry answered "Does today work for you?". I have purchased many other cars over the years and same day delivery has never been offered. It was only because of our schedule that we had to wait until Saturday.

Danbury Kia was the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. Their friendly, welcoming atmosphere immediately made us feel comfortable to express our family's needs for a new car. Not only did Jeff listen to what we wanted, Joe and Kristen made the transaction happen with very little to no anxiety which normally exists when purchasing such a large item. We walked in that day and drove home just a few short hours later the same day with our new car. I would most definitely, and have already recommend Danbury Kia to all I know.

Tony had a smile on his face without being obsequious and he is a straight talker. I had my eyes on a low-mileage Kia Rio, but Tony fortunately was able to explain to me that the Maszda 6 was "more car"(same price, more mileage, but worth it). He even was able to get me $500 for my old Nissan Sentra as a trade in. Tony took care of switching the plates and the DMV registration in no time. He was a pleasure to work with, I recommend Tony highly. Then he introduced me to Costa, the finance guy, who was just as nice. Thank you guys. Gus from Redding.

Our sales associate, Ray Pacheco was extremely helpful throughout our entire purchase. He was accommodating in helping us to choose the perfect vehicle that would suit our needs. He was willing to give us a fair price for our trade in, which other dealerships failed to do. After purchasing the vehicle he was very helpful in explaining and showing us every feature of the vehicle. He took a lot of time in programming the vehicle to enable us to use our personal cell phones with the bluetooth capabilities. He was very quick in returning phone calls to answer questions that we had. It seemed that his motivation was not to sell us a vehicle, but to help us to purchase a vehicle that was suitable for us and was accomodating to our families needs. The financing process and the transferring of the plates was efficiently handled by Danbury Kia. They made it an easy process. I would definitely recommend Danbury Kia and most especially Ray Pacheco to all of my friends and co-workers. Ray cares about his customers and it makes all the difference in the vehicle purchase experience.

I am a long time Subaru owner ( 13 total) but I was interested in checking out the Soul to compare with the Impreza since I was planning on trading in my 08 Impreza very soon. I told them my situation and Jim was more then happy to help. He was extremely friendly and made the whole experience fun. They didnt have on the lot what I was looking for and even after a search could not find one. So they offered me a better equipped Soul off the show room floor at a great discount. They took the time to get the best deal on financing and had me out the door the very same day in a much better equipped vehicle for LESS then I paid for my stripped down base model Subaru. I found everyone extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend checking them out and checking out Kia in general. These cars have improved greatly since they were introduced.

My experience was as stress free as they come. I walked in on a Monday, they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted in stock, but they called me back Tues to let me know that they located one. I drove it home Wednesday. They were friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone within driving distance of Danbury.

Absolutely would recommend. Excellent sales staff - not high pressure as most dealers are. Excellent pricing, as a matter of fact when we went to pick up the new vehicle the payments were actually lower than quoted. Also have had previous experience with service dept. on another vehicle and was happy that you could make an appointment and wait while the vehicle was repaired. Absolutely would recommend both the dealership and KIA - this was our fifth KIA vehicle purchased!

I had a bad experience here at Danbury Kia. I was supposed to meet with an Internet manager at Danbury Kia, they paged her to come to the front but she never showed up. Instead I got a sales rep Anthony who was not very helpful. He did not sit with me and my family to discuss options and pricing, instead he gave me a ridiculous price for a Kia Sportage to lease. No manager ever came out to help me at all. I was there to lease a new Kia Sportage with my family, instead we walked out disappointed and upset. I am very surprised they didn't try to sit and discuss prices and options and made us walk, I wound up going up the block to Danbury Honda and leased a new CRV the same day. Danbury Kia lost out.

After a visit to a Kia dealership in Milford which was a nightmare, followed by visit to a Kia dealership in Wallingford which was ok, our visit to Danbury Kia was an extremely pleasant experience. The facility is beautiful and Frank and Jenn were two of the most helpful people we've ever experienced in buying new cars since we were teenagers. We're now in our sixties. They know how to treat customers and both Jenn and Frank are assets to Danbury Kia. We haven't used their service department yet so we will not comment on that part of the business at this time. Danbury Kia is the place to go.
