I have been a customer since my first Porsche {a 2000 Boxster S} purchased in 1999 and I still have it. Jeff Bobbins in the service department has kept it running like new for 120,000 miles. Today I picked up my third Porsche, trading in my second. The newest salesman, Matt, was a pleasure to deal with as were everyone else on the team. Consider this: This is a dealership I have done business with for seventeen years and always leave smiling. Great cars and equally great personnel which I can personally recommend with sincerity .

We recently purchased a custom Boxter S, and couldn't be happier with our experience at Danbury Porsche! We visited several other dealerships, and none of them compared to how genuinely friendly and pleasant Matt and everyone at Danbury were. Matt knew his vehicles inside and out and helped us with the customization process.

I was getting several warning lights-Check Engine, Reduced Pressure, etc. on my Panamara. Took into Danbury Porsche where I purchased the car. I was told they did not have a technician available to look at this for at least 8 days and I should make an appointment. I took it to my repair shop where it took less than 15 minutes to do a scan and tell me that the high pressure fuel pump was operating at less than 10% of capacity (ie 5 vs 60). Of course we know that if the fuel pump stops working the car will stop instantly without warning, even if you are on I 84 resulting in a life threatening situation. I called Danbury Porsche again and was told I could make an appointment for the end of the following week and if I did not feel comfortable driving it the 50 miles I could have it towed at my own expense. I told him Danbury Mercedes picks up my car and delivers it without charge. He told me Porsche does not offer that service at Danbury. I checked the NHTSA site and found a Prosche communication that my model and year had a defective High Pressure Fuel Pump which Porsche was replacing. I called Porsche NA and they told me they knew nothing about this notice even after I gave them the site. I am going to get this car fixed, likely at some other dealer than Danbury Porsche and if I have to pay for it I am going directly to small claims court. It is likely I will never consider the purchase of another Porsche.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling. He doesn't push or make you feel uncomfortable during the sales process. During the delivery process he takes his time and explains all the features without making you feel rushed. If you are in the market for a Porsche, I would highly recommend Matt and Danbury Porsche.

Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, detailed, calm, and respectful of our time. The epitome of what a true professional should be, but rarely is. My husband and I were investigating various makes and models of cars, and one of our concerns was the actual owning of a vehicle in terms of service and responsiveness. We bought the Macan because of the total buying experience with Matt and the manner in which all of the other professionals in this dealership worked seamlessly with each other to handle our needs.

Matt was very helpful and on point with everything. Was satisfied with service and quality. Would recommend to friends and family. Will also be coming back when I am ready for a new Cayenne.

Matt was terrific in explaining different Macan models - helped me build the right configuration - gave me a good deal on my Cayenne GTS trade in -paperwork was a breeze and Matt got my car shipped down to FL which was a real help to me

Despite some disappointment because our salesperson moved on, Matt continued the excellent service. When he didn't know the answer, he found it. When we needed information, Matt got it. We feel well-served and would recommend Matt as a guide particularly through the first-time experience of buying a Porsche.

I was introduced to my very first Porsche by Matt Cuomo at Danbury Porsche. I've worked with Matt for years in buying high end SUV's and his service has always been second to none. When Matt moved to Porsche, I became curious as to why so when I reached out, Matt said to come and see the product for yourself and then you will know why I moved to Porsche. I never aligned Porsche with SUV in my mind but her it was and it exceeded my expectations. Beyond Matt himself, the entire Danbury Porsche Team assisted in a customer centric manner that was very credible and assuring. A week later our first Cayenne was delivered to our front door with a big red bow for my Wife.

I have to say my entire experience with Danbury Porsche has been perfection all the way. Despite that I had to wait months for my 2016 Macan -- (it wasn't available anywhere) from the day I got the car, to having it serviced, bending over backwards for a part recall) checking in with me about service and just being so accessible to us -- I truly have never had such a great car experience. (Sorry Audi) Gary Minsky has been a top professional,"know all" about Porsche cars and just a great person to deal with. He has really taken extra good care of us -- and I am happy to give friends and colleagues his contact information. If you want to drive, own, lease or check out a PORSCHE -- go see Gary. Trust me.

I have nothing but good things to say about the buying experience at Danbury Porsche and specifically Gary Minsky (Sales) and Jim Ceccarelli (Business Manager). Gary gave an absolutely thorough and non-rushed test drive and helped configure our 2016 Macan Turbo to our exact specifications. The price was more than fair and communication was constant and responsive. The finance end was absolutely seamless with Jim.One issue came up in that the vehicle came from the factory with a small problem with the lane assist. Gary was kind enough to come to my house and pick up the vehicle and return it the same day. That is customer service! Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the overall experience and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Gary without any reservations.

It started with Scott Doty he was very patient with me, I knew I loved the Cayenne and he did not push me into any car, he listened to what I wanted and helped me to pick the right vehicle. When it came to the color he was helpful again but did not push me into anything, he let me think about it and then decide what I wanted, not what was in stock, but what I wanted....he really took the time to go over the car with me and made sure I understood everything before I left and I was comfortable driving it, I would definitely recommend Scott if you are interested in purchasing a Porsche. *****

After an initial mishap with their appointment scheduling system that caused some consternation, I have to say that I received absolute 5 star treatment after I received my appointment. Jim promised to look into the scheduling mishap, Jeff handled some questions I had about service very professionally, and Ben greeted me as I arrived in a very friendly and professional manner. The waiting area is pristine and comfortable and they provide espresso, coffee, bottled water, and even some free snacks like bananas and cliff bars! While I was waiting, Ben came up and showed me some pictures of my car representing areas that needed to be addressed and stated what the costs would be to address them at my current service appointment. WiFi and power outlets were available so that I could conduct business via VPN to my work place. I had requested that my old parts be returned to me and the service tech even labeled which cylinder each spark plug came out of! I didn't even request that so the service was way above and beyond what was expected. I applaud Ben, Jeff, and Jim for fostering a wonderful customer experience.

Bought a pre-owned Panamera and love it but the people at Danbury Porsche made is a top notch experience! They took the fear out of buyers remorse real quick by the way they handled everything. From the Salesman Scott to the Sales Manager Chris they were both friendly and professional. Already recommended a family friend to go see them about a Cayenne. Great job!

Just had my 2014 Cayman serviced at Danbury Porsche and just want to say that it's always a pleasure to deal with their entire staff. Everyone is always so pleasant and attentive to my needs. My expectations are met every time. The new showroom is beautiful! I can see why Danbury Porsche is a premier dealership! I would definitely recommend stopping in.

review: What a terrible experience. From the moment I wanted to order my car from Danbury I was ignored. I was not given any advice of possible options or issues with options I choose. For example, the tire size causes substantial noises with this model. I sought to make 1 change and it was a burden for the salesman. I sought to choose wheels and he could not get me an accurate photo. After waiting 3 months, the car arrived. The salesman advised me I was coming at a busy time. When I arrived I was 30 minutes late bc of traffic and he told me he did not have time to go through the car. On signing papers, they made a mistake. They attempted to mail the papers, but they got lost on the return. While they had no problem asking me to drive to them, when I asked the person from Danbury to drive to my office, it was a huge deal.I could not be more disappointed in the car and service of Danbury Porsche. To top it off, it was my fourth Porsche I bought from them in five years. Thanks Danbury Porsche!rating: 1/10

Just purchased a 2004 911 Turbo Cabriolet. This is my second used Porsche from this dealership. Malachy is my sales rep & he is extremely knowledgable & friendly. He has the patience of a saint & helped me choose the car of my dreams. After numerous test drives, i settled on the Turbo & I can say without hesitation that my 911 is EPIC! Jeff Bobbins is my Service Manager & he is absolutely brilliant. My car was making a whistling noise the day I picked it up. Jeff was immediately able to diagnose it (vent line clog) & quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. The guys even washed the car for me! I would strongly recommend this dealership & the Porsche Team there without hesitation. This has been far and away the most awesome car buying experience I've ever had. The only word I can think of to sum up this review of Danbury Porsche is... glorious.

Mike spent the time to understand what I wanted in my 911 and Cayenne. Jeff Bobbins and team for over ten years have provided excellent service on all my Porsches.

One of the nicest Porsche dealers I have been too. I met Malachy years ago in a previous dealer and previous make. He came to the rescue on the the day of delivery at this other dealer in 2001. Years later as I am looking at buying my first Porsche at Danbury Porsche, Malachy walked up to me, remembered my name, the experience, and could not have been more helpful. Now 7 years later, 6 Porsches later, I could not be happier with the way Danbury Porsche conducts themselves. From Chris Partelow the Sales Manager to Malachy Tracey my Porsche Salesman, to Charlie Koenig for all of my Parts needs to Jeff Bobbins the Service Manager the group of professionals are top notch. I send all of my colleagues and friends to Danbury Porsche without hesitation.

Nickel and Dime Dealer of Connecticut. Stay away. They just dont provide the experience that you'd expect from a premium brand car dealership. Sales negotiations and treatment are made the way they'd be made at a used car lot. Go somewhere else, Greenwich, anywhere else.

Terrible!I believe I wasted my money! I took my porsche cayenne in for service and they did not thoroughly explain the problems to me. I then had to take care of them at another dealer, who provided me with better service, were more pleasant and very helpful. I will avoid Danbury Porsche in the future and do NOT recommend them.
