Amazing customer service. My husband surprised me with my dream car Chevy Silverado for my birthday. Awesome! He's the best! We didn't have any hassle with salesman and it's a small quiet area to purchase vehicles at good prices OR SO WE THOUGHT. Very courteous respectful salesman.... UNTIL UNFORTUNATELY A MERE 2 MONTHS LATER WITH LIMITED DRIVING - ONLY DRIVING MY BABY TO NEARBY PARKS- WE DISCOVERED THIS VEHICLE WAS A VEGETABLE! WE NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. ALL LIGHTS CAME ON. LIKE REALLY! WENT TO AAA MECHANICS THEY SAY IT'S REPAIRABKE FOR OVER $9000. DUE TO THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE ON THIS ENGINE. YOU ALL PURCHASERS BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DRIVE ALL THAT DISTANCE ONLY TO PICK UP A VEHICLE THAT IS AT IT'S WORST. ONE THAT IS IN A COMA, NEED TO PULL THE PLUG!!! AND THEN FOR US TO BE FINANCING THIS VEHICLE. OUCH! LIKE WOW

I have to say I have bought over 70 cars in my years of driving and I'm only 51 but it is not often you find such a great dealer. Brian and his team are stand up people. I drove 3 hours to buy a car from them and I will tell you I will plan on driving 3 hours again to get a car from Brian. Thank you such a great experience.

We buy cars all up and down the East Coast. Its such a pleasure to work with friendly Car Professionals. Called and talked with Brian about a Jeep he had for sale. He described it accurately and did a walk around inspection over the phone for us. After agreeing to buy it a storm moved thru and damaged a fender. He performed the repair and never ask for a bump in price. Wildest part of this transaction is the transit folks arrived before our payment. Brian allowed him to load it up and take off while he waited (hoping) for payment to arrive the next day. Awesome Store, Great Folks, Very Nice Cars! True Professionals!

Bought a 2015 Suburban in September which looked and ran great at the time. Had to replace the transmission 3 months and 3k miles later. I don't know if the dealership knew anything before they sold it to me...maybe it was just "poor timing"...but that's a $5k cost for me that seems like possibly more than coincidence.
