where do i even begin? I worked with Wes to service my car at subaru this past month and let me tell you it was the best and easiest situation of my entire car existence. He was the sweetest most helpful employee I have encountered. The definition of southern hospitality. Thank you so much to Wes and this dealership. Will definitely return!

Rob in the Service Dept is awesome. We have had the privilege to work with him on 2 occasions. He is very professional and efficient. By being an out of state Mom, it really makes a big difference having someone you can trust help to look out for your child. Rob has done just that! You will always be in good hands with Rob and Darryl Waltrip Subaru. Thank you Rob!

Wes Hatch was extremely helpful and polite. He answered all my questions and even helped me figure out every issue i was having! I will not go anywhere else! 10/10 will recommend him to anyone! If you happen to stop by make sure you ask for Wes!!

After searching for somewhere to get my wrx serviced, I read some reviews and took it to Darrell Waltrip Subaru. My service advisor Wes made sure to explain everything to me and was very well mannered. He even gave a follow up call to make sure my visit went the way I expected. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was and I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from here on out. Outstanding service!
