I went to two other GMC dealerships in the Kansas area because they were closer to me than Dave Cross was. The other two dealerships were pushy and claimed they could find the truck I wanted with in 800 miles of us. Dave Cross find me 4 trucks like the one I wanted within 20 minutes of being at their door. The salesman were knowledgable and listen. I've got the GMC 2500HD like I wanted and got a great deal. I'm a veteran and Dave Cross made sure I got the discount from GMC that the other dealerships never mentioned.

Dave Cross Sales Manager, Chad Cross and his team of professionals were great to work with. I am a previous GMC dealer and have higher expectations of a dealer. This team does get it right. I purchased a new GMC truck here. The selection was wide with every color choice for a given model. Their pricing was most competitive, this team will want you to take your new vehicle home from Dave Cross.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I brought my car there for repair --- never receive a call --- I had to keep calling checking on my car ( ABS light /TC light ). When they finally call after waiting almost 48 hours. I was told it took $900 to repair my car. Everything they stated was not the issue with my car ( brakes and rotors). I paid the amount -- when I drove off the lot --- my ABS/TC light came back on. I brought it back it took them 15 minutes to tell me what I wanted them to fix the first time. Now I had to pay an additional $500 for something they should have fix the first time. Once again I brought it back to get repair -- no one call to tell me about my repairs. I was only called to tell me my car was ready and the amount --- I will never bring my car there again. They was recommended by my local mechanic.

After my first visit, I knew I should let the salesman know I definitely wanted a light interior and other concerns.. The next day, he had suggestions and I agreed. On the second car I drove, I said 'I want this one'. He offered to let me drive it home overnight, but I knew I wanted that one, so I declined.

Even though there was confusion (probably on my part) regarding the "day" of the appointment, the work was quickly handled and done properly. Unfortunately, the hood was left "ajar" when I got in the car to leave but it wasn't a big thing since the Enclave alerted me that it was not latched. I simply had to get out and close it. It was opened by the service adviser on the write-up walk around and the technician did not have to be under the hood for the work so I'm sure he didn't notice it, and apparently, neither did the porter that parked it. Not a big deal. Just kept you from a fifth star on this visit. You guys are great!

Worst experience ever. Not only did we sit there from 9:30am until 3:30 pm, they didn't communicate with each other on our deal. We traded for a truck that had a crack in the windshield. They agreed to fix it for free and we scheduled a time. They said it would be done mid day on the same day which was a Thursday. It's now Monday and we still haven't gotten out car back. We have called and they keep saying they will call us back. No one has called us back. If we could go back and not have bought from them we would've. Not worth a second of your time. Run, don't walk, far away from this dealership.

I had some concerns about driving my Terrain after having dropped the front tire off the edge of the road and striking a culvert. Dave and his team checked out the entire drive train and front end of my car and found I only needed an alignment and to replace a couple of tires. Their professionalism and thoroughness put my mind at ease and they had me back on the road that afternoon. Matt Cross was great to work with. I called and talked to him about what I was looking for. He called me back and offered some suggestions. He answered all our questions over the phone and we came into the dealership to test drive the cars he had available based on our specs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the details. He made sure we didn't leave with any questions unanswered. The buying process was smooth. We were happy with our service. I had called and set up an appointment to get my oil and filter changed, get a Missouri safety inspection, and have the recall done on the ignition switch. All this work was done in less than an hour and a half. Fast and professional service.Best dealership in the city. Honest and friendly people.

I was apparently confused about the date of my service appointment and showed up 24 hours late! The service writer assured me it was not a problem and he would get me right in. The work was done in a timely manner and quite satisfactorily in spite of the confusion about which day it was to be done. Very accommodating.

I drove into the service department with a tire going flat on my Terrain. I had added air to it earlier in the day, but didn't feel comfortable taking it just anywhere to be repaired. I was greeted and welcomed with courtesy, my tire was repaired in a short time and we were on our way. They even took time to wash my car!! Great service!!

i ran over a large chunk of metal and my tire was flat in no time. i came in with no notice and David had me up on the rack in minutes. they fixed my tire, changed the oil, replaced my cabin and air filters and I was out the door in no time. I have all my service done at Dave Cross Motors. I bought my 2006 Buick Rainier new from the dealership and have been taking it there even though the warranty is over. I like the dealership and they make me feel confident the work is done right and I'm not being over charged. Byron was very helpful in suggesting the front end alignment when I went in for my oil change and my Rainier runs much better for having it done. I have also worked with Dave Cross in the Service Department many times and is another reason I keep coming back to Dave Cross to service my vehicle. I would also like to point out this is the first new vehicle I have had service at the same dealership I purchased it at for the life of the car. My family has worked with Dave Cross Jr. since 2008. He always makes sure we are taken care of. On this particular visit I had discovered a tear in the sidewall a front tire. I called Dave to see if I could bring it up to the dealership to have the spare put on the next day. When I came in I was greeted by Derrick. He quickly had my Enclave sent to the back to have the spare put on. He then assisted me in ordering a new set of tires. I dropped the vehicle off later in the afternoon the same day, Derrick called me at 0900 the following day and told me the vehicle was ready. I very much appreciate the time both Derrick and Dave took to make sure all was well. And especially appreciate how quick they were to get me back on the road! Thank you!!!

Had a tranmission leak and a thumping noise when I accelerated at a stop sign / stop light and one of my rear defroster cables came loose. I called five days prior, to set up an appointment to have the oil and filter changed and a four wheel alignment check. While this was being done, test drove a pick-up and talked to a salesman about a car for my granddaughter. Couldn't make a deal on the pick-up, but salesman is keeping a lookout for one for me and also for a car for my granddaughter. By this time my car was completed and as usual did a great job. With Dave Cross mechanics, I don't have to double check to see if the work was done right, I know it was.

Matt Cross was my salesperson and I understand why he is a top salesman. He is the best car dealer/salesman I have ever encountered in my 51 years. He made me so comfortable and was so personable that not only did he make me want to buy my pickup, he makes you want to be his friend and a friend of the dealership. The time he takes to go over every button, knob, and feature on my truck makes me confident I understand my vehicle. I realized how awesome he was when I was speaking to a friend that had bought a Chevrolet Silverado at another dealership (Warrensburg) and I was showing him some features and he was telling me he wished he had the same feature and upon looking at his pickup, he realized he had the feature and he never knew because his dealer never took the time to explain any of his trucks features. The spray in bedliner from his dealership was very poor quality (the failed to remove the plugs where the tie down hooks go. I am very thankful that I finally found a dealership I feel I can trust. Thank you for the outstanding service and making me a loyal customer.

The family friendly atmosphere make me feel welcome and comfortable to have my car worked on. I trust the mechanics when I am told what is wrong with my car. I needed a new remote-starter, but before they program the new remote the mechanic try to program the old one. This and all other services is what keep me bringing my car to Dave Cross Buick GMC. When General Motors had the recall on my HHR, Dave Cross did everything to make my grandchildren and I were save by placing me in a rental car. The love and concern that was given to my family when my son-in-law passed was another show of Dave Cross going above and beyond.

Long before I bought a car from Dave Cross Motors, I took my Sierra there for regular service. The consistent high quality, accessible, and affordable service offered by Dave Cross and his team has been truly remarkable! That consistent service game me confidence to consider purchasing a vehicle from Dave Cross Motors--I've now done that twice.My most recent experience was a "click and drive" online experience with Dave Cross Motors. Don Paddock, the internet manager took on my case. I found Don to be a truly remarkable sales person. He knew everything about the vehicles I was considering and answered every question I had. Probably most importantly to me was that he actually listened very carefully to me and responded promptly and appropriately to every request. I have always been treated well and feel that I have been told the truth about my car and fairly charged. Nicco is the service person I have dealt most often. He is polite and respectful, not only with me, but others I have heard him speak to.

Most of the time we receive excellent service but recently we had a flat and came in on the spare. We were told we needed new tires. So we purchased 4 new tires there and had them installed. you can imagine our surprise when we got home to find everything just thrown in the trunk.

They made the process fast and easy which is what we want. We new.what we liked just needed the right deal and a quick turnaround which is exactly what they provided. Matt cross was excellent we will be visiting him in two years for our next car. Hopefully Buick has a hybrid by then.

Was in KC Metro on business and visited Dave Cross to look at a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali. Puchased the vehicle after meeting with salesman, Don Paddock. My experience was very good. My wife was warmly greeted by David Lee Cross and made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Dave kept my wife informed as to what they were doing to our car and when it was completed. My wife needed to be at a Dr's appointment at 9:30 and Dave got her out of the dealership in time for her appointment. Your service advisor, Don Wilcox, was very helpful. I got the Complimentary Inspection, and oil change and then Don personally drove the car to determine if the transmission was slipping. I thought it was, but he explained that it was doing what it normally does, and not slipping. He went into great detail on what he based his opinion on, so I have my fingers crossed that he is correct. Also, it was great to see Harry again after his long absents. We had a nice conversation. These two gents are the best you've got in my opinion.

I went into the dealership because I had a low tire - which turned out to be caused by a nail. The young man who checked my tire after reporting it to me repaired my tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

The worst experience ever! I went to the dealership to find out how they would replace the silver trim on my door that had faded to a whitish haze. I was met by a younger service writer (who's name I did not catch) he stated that because I bought the car at Car max that I should return it to Car max to see what they would do. To which I replied "but it is a Buick and only has 19,000 miles on it" said very sternly as I felt I was being pushed down the road. He responded by getting Gene White (the Service Director) who proceeded to blame first Car max for burning it with a chemical. Then when I told him that it was not that way when I bought the car he proceeded to blame me for the "damage". Finally I stated "how much for the part and the installation?" He continued to argue if the part was defective or not by using an example of "if your windshield got a crack would that be defective" to which I responded that is not the same thing and he continued to argue doing his best to get me angry. After that I asked one last time "how much for the part and the installation" to which he replied "I won't sell you it go somewhere else". At the end of the conversation he stood in the door of my car and continued to berate me until I stood up and told him that he best step back. I love my car and am unbelievably happy with everything that has transpired since I purchased it, however Gene is a rude instigating man that should be given a position with little or no contact with people.

We searched online for the particular car we purchased. Dave Cross Motors had it. Don Paddock was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. Even though this is a Buick GMC dealership, the car we wanted was a Cadillac CTS and it was at this dealership. The sales and finance experience was great, not too lengthy and not too pushy. We would come back to this dealership.

Richard Hill was very patient with me. Listened to all my concerns in buying a new truck and allowed me to make my own selection. He answered for all my questions, and explained every detail and options on all the trucks I looked at. I never had a better buying experience and would highly recommend Dave cross dealership to any one considering buying a used or new vehicle.

The salesperson, Matt Cross, is really very good at working with the customers needs. When the vehicle was ready to pick up he went over, in detail, the options to setting up the GPS, entertainment system, driver controls and safety options. All I'm a repeat customer because of Matt and David Cross in the service department. Both are outstanding representatives of General Motors.

Don worked with me throughout my whole SUV buying experience, I contacted him by internet first, and he got right back to me. I had a lot of "specific needs" in a vehicle that he helped me find, he even scoured the nation to order in the exact SUV that I wanted!!! I have been to the service department at Dave Cross on several occasions and have always been treated with respect and all work was done promptly. I have not had to return to have something worked on twice. You have one service manager named Don who really goes out of his way to make sure that all work is explained and done properly.

I was pleased they could handle my flat tire in a timely manner and they even washed my car which was a surprise since they had not washed it the last time I was in for service. Everyone was kind. However when I had left the dealership I found an antenna in my front passenger seat and had to drive back to the dealer to have them replace it since I had no idea where it came from. They replaced it promptly.

Great people who kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Quick, fair pricing and they even told me that I did not need brakes when I was sure that I did. They could have easily threw new brakes on and charged me for them. I was a first time customer but will be returning!!!

I set out to buy a Chevy pickup and was just cruising through the lot but stayed because of the no pressure-just facts process I got from my salesman (Matt Cross). I could not be more pleased that I decided to go with Dave Cross Motors to buy a vehicle. I had been looking for a used Chevy Silverado, and I found one online that they had the exact model/trim/features I was looking for, so I decided to go give it a look. Not only was the truck in beautiful condition, the salesmen and finance manager (Sam, Gary and Justin) were some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I was approached with a smiling, friendly face, and I instantly had the feeling that they were not trying to pressure me into buying anything. I went there near close one night and as I was walking away, Gary had just said "Come by tomorrow and give it a test drive. If you like it then maybe we can make a deal. If not, then that's okay!" Right then I knew that they were not one of those dealerships that are pushy and just trying to make a sale. So I came back the next day and worked with Sam and Justin on making a deal after test-driving the truck, and they were very honest, caring people. I ended up making a deal the next day. I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience of buying my first truck. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car with great, professional and honest people. In the future when I need to get a new vehicle, Dave Cross is first on my list.

service writer was great service was quick. If I only had one complaint is that I had oily finger prints on the repair inside the vehicle overhead console, and on hood and fender of truck. Would recommend that youuse clean gloves on interior.

Within the last 6 months I have taken 2 vehicles to Dave Cross Service for a state inspection. Both times they passed the state inspections. However, the first time when I get home the I could not turn off the head lights. So I take the vehicle back. REMINDER when I went in there was not a problem. They did the inspection and I come home. So when I take the vehicle back they say it has a light switch problem. This cost me 198.62 to have it replaced. Again when I went in to have an inspection there was not a problem. I took another vehicle in on 3-6-2014. There was no problem. It passed the state inspection. However, when I got into the vehicle, started it the check engine light came on. _When I left the vechicle to have them to perform a state inspection the check engine WAS NOT ON. So I went in (didn't move the vehicle) told them about the problem. They said they would check it out. About an hour later they tell me taht the light has gone out but that I need to have the Camshaft Actuator replaced. This will cost me counting an oil change approx $300. I have a big problem with both of these. Items. When I went in I only wanted a state inspection. When I com out the passed the inspection. However, Approximately $500 for problems that did not exist before I went in. I have a big problem with this.

I had stopped going to Dave Cross for service a long time ago, because they were rude and unhelpful on several occasions (long story), but I was told they had changed. They certainly have! Dave and the mechanics working on my car were awesome! They were VERY helpful and made what could have been an unpleasant experience an extremely good experience!

Had a check engine light on so I brought it in. They worked on it through the day, calling me on a few occassions with updates. Fixed the problem, changed the oil and cleaned the vehicle. Very satisfied.

It took several days for the issues to be handled, but at no fault of the dealership. Bad design of plastic door handles on a $62,000 vehicle, and the ridiculousness of retracting running boards the stop dropping because of gravel being stuck in the boards (not all of us live in suburbia with paved roads) shows how out of touch GM is with their potential customer base. I have to say that if I could find another US-company vehicle with the size of the Yukon, I would switch brands. I have only had GM vehicles, beginning with a 1982 Camaro, and I have owned three Yukons, but this may be my last if I can find something comparable.

Bought a GMC Acadia recently, discovered that I will most likely need a power steering pumped replaced. This is out of warranty, but the guys David Lee Cross and others were very helpful in diagnosing the issue. I had gone to have the new grill installed and get the truck detailed. The grill install went fine , the detail work was less than expected, so the truck went back for further cleaning. They also were able to install a needed recall update to the software.

I bought my Aztek from Dave Cross 9-18-03. I bought my Aura from Dave Cross 11-12-12. I bought my Terrain from Dave Cross 1-18-14. I don't know when I'll be buying my next car, but it will be from Dave Cross Motors. I don't make large financial decisions quickly. I make my living asking families to make the largest financial decision of their lives. I never rush them into anything and they know I have the patience of Job. If it takes a long time to become completely comfortable, I give them all the time they require. Dave Cross Motors has done that for me every time I have found myself in the market for a new vehicle. Was in for a routine oil, lube, filter, and tire rotation. took a little over an hour--which is longer than normal but it was snowy and icy and I imagine my vehicle had to thaw a bit before they could service it. Clean facility, professional and courteous service.

He escorted us to the customer waiting area and made to feel welcomed by showing us where to obtain coffee and any refreshments we might want. When our car was ready, David came to the waiting area and informed us of what steps were taken to service our Terrain. After paying our bill, David led us to our car which had been freshly washed. Great service and always a pleasure to come back.

When he came back to get me to let me know the findings, he said Enterprise was on their way to pick me up. Exceptional customer service. On a problem that was happening to my terrain they could not repeat it. Several days later i received a call from the gentleman that helped me and he had done some research on the problem and had found other terrains with the same problem and how to correct it. Thanks great work.

Our sales person, Andrew Boyce, was excellent. With all due respect to the car sales profession; he was friendly, not pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping, not just selling. This was a different, and preferable, experience compared to what we have encountered elsewhere. After we agreed to purchase the Buick Enclave; the rest of the process was very simple and there were no surprises. Assuming we continue to have a good experience with the Enclave itself; Dave Cross Motors will have a great chance at our business when were ready for another vehicle.

My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. Mike Hatfield was a great salesman. He didn't try to pull one over on us. Percy Starr was very diligent on getting us the best deal for financing. We definitely would recommend this dealer.

I had a nail in my right rear tire - the tire was fixed. I also had a grinding when I turned sharply to the right or left. There was dirt behind the rotors that was also fixed. I am so glad to get rid of the grinding noise. I was kept informed as to what was going on and the time it would take to repair. The new service center is also comfortable and pleasant.

Upon arriving at Dave Cross Motors, we asked to see David Chung, as he was recommended to us by a friend. His positive attitude, and low-key salesmanship were very much appreciated. We are senior citizens, know what we want and need, and were not talked into buying a car that was not our choice. Dave Cross is fortunate to have such a fine young man.

I went to this dealership to look, not buy. The dealership was new and clean and the sales staff was very friendly. They didn't lowball me on my trade, which would have immediately ended the deal. In the end, I ended up buying a new truck. My salesman, Mike Hatfield, was very friendly and knowledgable and treated my wife and I with respect. In the end, he got the sale. I would definitely do business with Dave Cross Motors again!!

The Dealership and Service Dept. is 1st class we have purchased 8 cars from there the Cross family is great to deal with. They have held up to every thing they have promised! The service Dept. is also a 1st class outfit from service manager Gene White to our advisor david cross to the mechanics. They have never tried to sell us nothing we didn't need. So when they tell us we need something we always trust them. Congrats for being a 1st class operation from top to bottom!!!!!!!
