Great customer service! I've been looking for upgrade options to replace our "family beater." The sales rep, Camrin O., took the time to walk around the lot and answer everyone of my questions. I was melting from the heat and she was just as cool as a cucumber and even got me a cold water! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory they had on the lot AND the inventory they don't currently have on the lot but are expecting in the future. Very impressed.

Very disappointed in this experience. They can get you approved on a loan. They refuse to buy my car even though they'll just fix it and sell it for 9k a few weeks later. The down payments expected were so high, it's just not worth it. I wasted two weeks of my time hoping for something reasonable. But nothing came of it. They were nice but they need TO BE MORE UPFRONT WITH THERE BAD CREDIT HELP. They make you go through the whole process and make it seem so easy, and then BAM you get stuck with a 4500 down payment. If you had that kind of money to begin with, why would you even buy a used car? Just put that on a new car... Anyway, yeah. I wouldn't recommend this place for credit approval. Their banks don't work with you at all.

When I picked up my car(2016 Challenger Scat Pack in July we could not find the 2nd key so they told me when I bring it in for service we will give it to you then. Well now they say they cant find any notes and they will not give it to me. I had my car there for 10 days waiting on John Russo and JB. Between me and the people I sent there we bought over $500,000 in vehicles in 2 years. I am not sure what happened to this place but they are going down hill fast...maybe some one bought hem,,,maybe a pay structure change...not sure but they lost a great customer with me. I bought 4 new 2500 cummins trucks plus 2016 Scat pack. My two other friends bought 4 Rams also. I guess we are all going to Lebanon Jeep Dodge.

Check engine came on in my newer Ram 1500 on an early Thursday afternoon. Service department refused to visit the problem until the next week. Guess I'm supposed to drive in a vehicle with a potential preoblem all weekend since they can't seem to make room for a quick computer check. Pretty poor service seeing how many vehicles we have purchased through this dealership.

Ordered a new 2016 Ram 1500 R/T from Dave Dennis. Shortly, after taking delivery a buddy noticed a rust spot on my fender. Come to find out everything but the bed had been repainted. I called my sales person(Ben) and left a message wanting answers and never got a call back. I then called again and got transferred to a sales manager same result...nothing!!! I then had to get the manufacturer involved. I now have multiple areas of rust and paint flacking off my NEW truck. I live in Indiana and ordered it from them because they were my hometown dealer and i thought i could trust them. I WAS VERY WRONG. Chrysler ended up having me drive it all the way back out there just to be surrounded by five or 6 employees and be treated like a criminal. They acted like i wrecked!!! Now I'm months in this ordeal. I finally got the manufacturer to put pressure on them and it was discovered it was wrecked in transport. I took it to a local Chrysler body shop and got an estimate for over $8600 to repair. Now i have a brand new truck that i have had for approx. 6 months that has 1800 miles just collecting dust and costing me money. This is my 6th new or newer Chrysler product since 2011 not exactly the customer service you would expect. I have given them months to make it right. My next email is to the attorny general.

We purchased a new truck from Adam, but within 3 days of purchase it was totaled in a freak accident. So..as the insurance game started to wind down I contacted Adam again to see if he'd find me another truck and come in at a price better than previously. I also contacted several other local dealerships and Dave Dennis was the only one, besides a Cincinnati dealer, who would negotiate reasonably on price. Throughout the arduous process of dealing with insurance the gentlemen at Dave Dennis were very professional and helpful. Once Adam found us another truck...got it on the lot, we arranged a time to come and sign the papers and we were good to go.

After looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was recommended to look at Dave Dennis. I was very impressed with the inventory and entire facility. There were two salesmen working together to help me which I thought was nice. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for, what I could afford and ultimately they found exactly what I wanted! They were very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and already have to a girl at work! Thanks again Billy and Kody!!

I bought a ram sport here. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I couldn't make it in until 30 minutes before they closed. They ended up staying open 2 hours after closing time to accommodate me. Great experience.

Made an appointment dropped off car at 7:15 came back at 2:30 and all they did was change the oil they didn't update my computer told me I could come back another time or wait another hour and a half I left and I'm not going back. I was told not to go there but didn't listen. No one would direct me to someone over the service manager. I ask 3 different people. All they could brag about was they had my oil changed 15 minute job seven hours. xxxx good at their jobs.

When buying a car the service department should be the department that is looked at first. A lot of people can sell cars but can they service it after its sold?? I can say Dave Dennis service dept. far exceeded my expectations. I was treated honestly, fairly and with respect. I traveled over 40 miles to have my car serviced there and was not disappointed!! I did not purchase my car from Dave Dennis but I can guarantee it will be the first place I go when I need a new car.

My experience with Dave Dennis Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram was fantastic in every possible sense of the word. Kevin was diligent and down right tenacious when it came to vehicle location and trading with other dealerships to ensure that the specific Jeep I wanted (2016 Hydro Blue Willy's 24W w/premium sound) was made available to me locally. Kevin was extremely patient going over financing options, tracking down the lowest rates, explaining the pros and cons of buying over leasing, and more impressively came in on his day off to ensure that he assisted me personally. Getting this JKU was more for me about the realization of a dream I have had since I lost my '82 Scrambler may she rest in peace; and Kevin made that happen against tough odds even over trading a Rubicon for my baby. The staff at Dave Dennis are professional, knowledgable, and more accommodating than any other dealer I have ever had the pleasure or lack there of dealing with. When I pulled away in my new Jeep not only had I gotten exactly what I wanted for the best price possible; but I had also made a couple new friends in the process. As long as I live in Dayton and drive a vehicle that they sell I will never deal with any one else. The only negative that I can mention is that this website limits reviews to 5 stars or less.

I called to inquire about a specific RAM 2500 and talked to Adam Bealert, he informed me there was only one in inventory similar to the one I was looking for. When I arrived that same day, Adam was working with another customer and was referred to John Gruza. While I was out on the lot looking around John came out with the keys, handed them over to me, and offered me to take it for a test drive without any hesitation. Talk about a comforting feeling of trust. After the test drive, I was talking to John and had some specific questions about the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and even introduced me to Jimmy Thornton who answered the more specific questions I had. Jimmys conversation along with Johns was very helpful and informative. Both were able to answer all the questions I had. I decided to take delivery of the vehicle mostly based on this experience. Once the process began, the helpfulness of Matt Langford and Jerry Heicht was outstanding. The entire process was completed quickly and easily. The entire sales staff is very informative, courteous and helpful.

Our 2015 Jeep Cherokee had a large deep scratch along the passenger side. After going to 2 other reputable body shops, I felt that they would just throw some paint on it, and then years down the road, we would have an issue with the paint. Not so with Skip, the manager of the body shop at Dave Dennis. He was the only one who wanted to replace the scratched door handle. The other shops wanted to paint it. He was the only one who wanted to do three coats on all the scratches because there needs to be a base coat. The other shops wanted to do two coats of paint. After the work was done, Skip told us that he had to send back the door handle to the factory because they sent it to him unpainted, and that the paint from the dealer holds up better, and that the door handle gets the most wear on the car. He made sure that the paint job will last as long as the car. This did take a bit longer than expected. Sometimes it just takes longer to do the job right. Thanks so much, Skip!

As long as I could remember I've wanted a white Jeep Wrangler. When I could finally afford one I shopped around at many local dealers but Dave Dennis was by far the best. Other dealers weren't willing to work with me. The customer service at the other dealers didn't come close to the excellent customer service I received at Dave Dennis. Being a new college grad I was nervous about purchasing my first car. The staff answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me to buy. They even stayed late so I could take it home that night. The next they called me and told me I could come back in and they would program my phone and teach me how to take the top off of my jeep! I'll never purchase another vehicle anywhere else. Thanks to Stephanie, "Uncle Dave", Kevin, and Aaron for making this a great experience! -A very happy customer

I needed an O2 sensor for my Dogde Ram truck. I brought it in to the dealer to get it fixed and was told there were no sensors available. We made a few calls to part dealers and we were told the part was available there, but not at Dave Dennis. Dave Dennis told us there were 3,000 parts in back order and to stand in line like everyone else. Our truck stayed in the dealer lot for 7 weeks! Very poor and slow service.

I bought a car brand new from them my first day back from deployment and within 30k miles the car broke down completely and they had me jump through hoops to provide paper and in the end they said they couldn't help me and I was out of luck.

I called in before going to the dealership asking about the sale on 2015 chrysler 200's and Aaron asked me questions to see what rebates I would qualify for, he said the only rebate I would not qualify for was the $500 military since I am not in the military which was fine by me I understand that. I asked him if I could get the online price and the 1.9%apr for 84 months before coming into the dealership. He say said yes they can combine the deals together since it is the end of the month and they are trying to reach their numbers. Well when I got in there I was bounced around to a few different people until I was working with a new car manager. That is when they showed their true colors. Turns out not only did Aaron lie about all the rebates that I would get, they also could not combine the rebates with the 1.9apr, don't waste your time with lying crooks like this. They tried to lower the price a little more on the car still was not the online price they listed (I am not including the military discount), not to mention they still would not give me the price promised to me over the phone and the apr promised to me. They should be held accountable for the promise deals that they make over the phone it is ridiculous that I waste my day (it took them 3 hours to help me). My advice is to find a dealer who will not lie to you just to get you in the door and try to rip you off. These scam artists deserve to be fined for how they conduct business.

I purchased a Dodge journey and with in a few days of purchase, the car makes a screeching noise when I turn it over. Because the used car was still covered under the factory warranty and I also purchased additional bumper to bumper warranty, I assumed the issue would be covered. I have never been so wrong in my life. I was told that the noise, which sounds like a woman screaming, was part of the normal operation of the power steering pump. Maybe you think it is acceptable for your card to scream at you when you turn it on but, that is not acceptable to me. Less than a week after the purchase of my vehicle, which has well under 50,000 miles, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have purchased numerous cars used and brand-new and never had such a disappointing experience. I don't care where else you go just don't go to Dave Dennis unless you are in the market to get ripped off.

Buyer beware! They have a personable sales staff but their service department is downright shady. They quoted me nearly $1200 worth of repairs my Jeep Liberty "supposedly" needed - none of which was covered under the warranty. I took it to a local mechanic for a second opinion - turns out I just needed a tune-up. I took the vehicle in for a warranty repair and they made the problem worse. Water leaking on the passenger floorboard is now a completely soaked headliner, a moonroof that has had the seals replaced 8 times, and water drops pouring in to the vehicle in the rear compartment. Each time I have taken it in the problem gets worse and they get more obnoxious to deal with. Their advice to me: don't park it anywhere that debris could fall on the car, don't use a car wash, and don't park it on a hill (seriously?) - in other words, don't drive it when it's raining and keep it covered so the water can't get in - only drive the car when it's sunny out.

Never take car here for service unless you can spare a day without your car. Techs slow and lazy, was told that doing something would take to much effort so just afford a refund. Routine service also takes hours techs take hr a oil change and all go on break at the same time. Will never recommend for car service.

I took my Jeep Patriot with 40k miles, less than 2 years old into this service center. It started making a whining noise, that I initially thought was the trans. Dave Dennis service told me it would cost an ungodly amount (150.00 I think) to just diagnose the problem, but if if they determine it's something the extended warranty would cover, the diagnostic fee would be covered as well. I was on my only week long vacation of the year from work. This place took 2 days to diagnose that the wheel bearings were bad, and although the bearings themselves, were covered, I needed $500 worth of addition parts/labor that would not be covered. I was NOT offered a rental at any time. It took another 2 days to finish the work, so my entire vacation was spent car-less, at home. I received my Jeep back, and reviewed the charges. They had charged my extended warranty service for a rental car that I never received!! I was shocked!! Needless to say, these folks are fraudulent! I highly recommend keeping your vehicle away from this service group.

Dave Dennis has the best and most selection of Jeep then anyone in the Dayton-Cincinnati area. Also If you want a Jeep that has a lift on they will do that as well.

John Gruza was our salesman and he was more than wonderful to us. He did all he could to help us make the best deal possible so we would be a contented buyer! He was patient and kind and answered all our questions without getting impatient and then helped us move into our new car even though he was off the clock for more than an hour! Billy Sutterlin is the Sales Manager and he treated us like family! He made sure we got a good deal and took the time to answer all our questions and we had many! We turned in our Chevrolet Traverse which was also a lease and he took care of all the paperwork for us on that as well. Some weeks later Ally sent us a letter requesting a payment so when I called and talked to Billy he followed up for us and then got all the paperwork straightened out with Ally so we no longer had any obligations to them. When we finished our deal on our beautiful new Durango, the gentlemen, Jerry, who handled all the paperwork we had to sign for the contracts was absolutely the best guy ever. He quickly went through all the paperwork and explained every single number without trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need nor want. I have never had these contracts explained for us as easily and clearly as possible. We would absolutely recommend this dealership and these three guys to any and all of our friends and family!!! Thanks so much Dave Dennis, John Gruza, Billy Sutterlin and Jerry!!!

went to dealership with 09 sebring, front drivers seat wouldn't move, diagnosis was seat adjustment frozen, needed new adjustment assembly. cost 1600 for parts, charged 95 dollars for diagnosis, took to another mechanic who fixed by lubricating adjustment assembly, cost 120.00. Called dave dennis service to tell them diagnostic was wrong and would like refund of 95.00 for wrong diagnostic, was told not their policy. if they had done work , this would have included in price. So if they had charged me over 1600.00 for wrong fix to problem, I guess I should have been happy with wrong diagnostic and the 95 dollar charge for being so. The young man I spoke to in service dept. was stuck in middle, as manager would not speak with me. so I understand not his fault. I have owned 5 dodge or Chrysler vehicles for the last 30 years, but wil not buy another.

We were ready to buy a minivan, but could not find one that met our specifications of price and features in the Cincinnati area, so we broadened our search. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, taking the time to communicate with both my husband and myself as we juggled watching our two young children. We were able purchase the van that salespeople at other dealerships told us did not exist. Kevin listened to our wants and needs and worked to meet them, instead of just trying to sell us the vehicle that the he or the dealer preferred to sell. We were prepared to buy a more expensive model, but he gave us options that worked out best for us. Great experience, well worth the drive.

I initially worked with another salesperson, but on this day he was extremely busy. He asked JB, the GM to locate the car I wanted as they didn't have the exact options I was searching for. JB was very helpful and searched for some time to find two possibilities that answered my needs. He walked me thru the decision process, took extra time to explain the financing and warranty details that I didn't understand and never blinked an eye when I said, I have one more question. He was very friendly, clearly knew his business and cared that I was completely satisfied with my final purchase. As if that wasn't enough, when I was done with the paperwork and ready to leave, I knew I'd have to come back in a day or two as my car was in another state, he offered me the use of one of the cars on the lot to drive until my own arrived. Since I was purchasing a new convertible and he only had two of them on the lot, I felt that was going above and beyond, just to make my experience superb!Throughout this experience Butch Compton, my original salesguy, kept popping in to see if I was getting everything I needed and was happy with "his boss". Clearly, he cared that I had a good experience as well. My hats' off to both JB and Butch, and the entire team at Dave Dennis.

Had a window that would not roll up, we tried to figure out the issue ourselves, but could not get to the motor. So we just called Dave Dennis to repair. We already had the door taken apart. They fixed it, $26.70 in parts and $160.16 in labor. The service dept could have went the extra mile to put the door back to gether for me, but instead they decided to leave it in parts. Not a difficult task to put the door back together, but it's still the principle to go the extra mile when your wanting a customer for life. Looks like the next dealership in my area will get my business from now on.

Internet sales exist for the customers that in the 21st century can make a purchase through the internet hassle free.i ended up with this dealer due to a very specific car which i couldnt find anywhere else and due to location.After agreement to the price and ready to make a purchase they denied to sell me the car, when i called mr Robb Kelly was rude and told me he didnt want to hear from me and hung up the phone.That's when i called the GM Jason which was somehow of no help.Unfortunately dealers like this are still in the business - been a BMW, Porsche and Infiniti customer for several years and i have never felt DISCRIMINATED and offended by their practices.I ended up buying a car at Dodge of North Olsmted which offered me a great price, great customer service and delivered to my expectations.Buyer's should beware of this dealer practices - and as i read on below comments - it seems more people had a similar experience as mine.

I drove to this dealership from Columbus, Ohio to take delivery of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. A local dealer here in town lost my business when they located and brought in the wrong Jeep Grand Cherokee for me to purchase. After a quick internet search, I stumbled upon the exact vehicle I wanted in stock at Dave Dennis. One call to Mike and he immediately won my business! I ended up on the road that SAME day driving to Dayton to pick up my new vehicle. Not only were they geniunely courteous, Patrick and Mike made the buying experience fun by BEATING the local Columbus dealer price! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle, Patrick and Mike were absolutely the best to work with!

I purchased my automobile from these folks. The price was right and the trade-in better then expected. They are very friendly and do a great job.I do not know what else I can say about these folks except that I will have my service work done there and if I purchase another automobile it will probably be from them.

Even though I don't have the greatest credit score. Dave Dennis Dealership treated Me Just like someone with great credit. I will defenatly go back and by my next car or truck from them. Other dealer have just shuved me out the door when they ran the credit check.

To make this short enough that you can read quickly. My husband and I intended to purchase a new vehicle but had several questions about the paperwork/finalizing everthing. We contacted JB (the General Manager) who was incredibly rude and didn't even let my husband finish the question before ranting - obviously unable to control his emotions. I furthered the concern with the owner; Jason Dennis who not only did not apologize but told me flat out that he didn't care. His concern is to get cars out the door - not customer service. He repeatedly called me "ignorant" as well as used various curse words when speaking with me as I continued to maintain a normal tone of voice and common courtesy with him (which obviously upset him even worse). I have no doubt that the dealership as a whole will not be there in 3-5 years at most when this is how customers are treated. They are underhanded, unable to maintain any level of professionalism and very simply put; a waste of your time to bother stopping by.

We went to almost all the area dealerships (4 total) and were looking for the same vehicle at all of them (2010 Dodge Grand Caravan). We were flexible on what we wanted but there were a couple of options we insisted we have. Other dealers actually tried to talk us out of the options that made us choose the Dodge over the Nissan! Eddie was very friendly and offered to find us the exact vehicle that we wanted. Other dealers did offer to do a "locate" but indicated we probably couldn't get the same price as one on the lot. Eddie did mention that the dealership did incur extra costs but whatever it took to earn our business they would do. We had our van in our driveway within two days of making the decision. The dealership went all the way to Pittsburgh to find it too. We are very happy for the work they all put in. They kept us informed through the whole process and treated us very professionally. The other salespeople we dealt with acted like we were a huge inconvenience to their coffee drinking a cigarette smoking. 2 of the other salespeople didn't even bother to attempt to show us how anything worked or to try and get us to buy the van from them. With as much as dealerships seem to be struggling right now you would think some of the smaller dealerships would treat customers more importantly. They didn't even seem to care we were there and we were the only customers on their whole lots!!! The only issue we had at Dave Dennis was that we weren't able to qualify for an additional rebate another dealer told us we could get. They showed us the rules and it looked like we truly didn't qualify but the other guy said he could "make it work." I don't blame them though for not giving it to us, they did a lot to help us. We were just a little disappointed because we were planning on the payment being a little bit lower than it ended up being. The van also came in with a small scratch on the fender. The body shop did a "touch up" on it but it can still be seen. That was the only thing I wish was better. They told me the only way to get it out was to do some actual painting on the vehicle and they didn't recommend it for a scratch that small. They did tell me they would do it though if it was what I wanted. In the end I decided to leave it like it was and I don't even really notice it anymore. We love our van and felt like we were treated very good at Dave Dennis. I have already recommended them to 2 people and would tell anybody to give them a try.

Our 40 day old Chrysler T&C van with 2300 miles left us stranded 300 miles from home half way to our vacation destination due to metal in the engine that caused the engine to seize and fried the starter. The 5 star dealer in WV inspected half the engine, removed the metal, changed the starter and called it fixed. They also informed us our engine was built with "restricted parts." In spite of our grave concerns over the safety and reliability of the car given the defect and "half" repair, we were told by both dealers and Chrysler to take the car and bring it back if it failed again. At one point the dealer in WV went so far as to tell us "you own the car," very sympathetic. We were instructed by Jason Dennis as to our obligation as consumers to give the manufacturer ample time and opportunity to fix their defects. He told us "he'd like to help, but was limited in what he could do," and he is the owner of the dealership. (We still remember all the promises from the whole sales team about how this dealership is there for you after the sale...) He offered a free inspection of the car except for the engine, not entirely helpful given the defect. He also told us that "he hoped over time our confidence in our vehicle would return." Ironic given that at point of sale we explained to his sales team that we were replacing our current vehicle with new for our upcoming trip(s) because of our concerns for safety and reliability. At 2585 miles the change oil light came on. Upon taking the van in to a 3rd 5 star dealer (this van won't be going to Dave Dennis for warranty work now) it was determined the oil had been changed by the dealer in WV, but they had failed to reset the sensor. They reset the sensor. Today at 2675 miles the check engine light came on while driving 55mph on the highway, precisely a concern we had voiced to all involved in the first incident. The van was taken immediately to the 3rd dealer to diagnose. Should Chrysler manufacture products that fail on MAJOR components this early in their life cycle? When they do, what should be the response of the company and it's dealers? This van would appear to be on it's way to being declared a lemon and Dave Dennis Chrysler could not care less. Buyer beware.
