Purchased vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac through Bill Woods. Start to finish process was great! Never viewed the vehicle in person; purchased on internet. Vehicle was delivered and look pristine. Found minor issue with armrest on captain's chair in second row. Took it to local Chevy dealer for repair and Dave Towell Cadillac covered the repair cost in full. They certainly we're not obligated to take care of the cost of the repair as the agreement for the delivery of the vehicle was 'as is'. They however stood behind the vehicle with integrity. Thank you to the service department at Dave Towell and Bill Woods! My local Chevy dealer said what Dave Towell Cadillac did for us was basically unheard of and the service department at Dave Towell was phenomenal to deal with- seamless. Thanks for a great experience Dave Towell Cadillac and Bill Woods! Would definitely deal with again and would highly recommend. Ask for Bill Woods!

The appointment took a little longer than I thought, but an electrical connector needed to also be replaced. I was able to get my car in for service the same day that I called, which was great since I was leaving on vacation & needed a headlight replaced. Dropped off my ATS to have an issue looked at. When return I was told there was a $99 charge to look at it. Never once did the service rep tell me about a service fee. He said 'that's just policy you signed on the lined'. No, you told me sign to give authorization to look at the car, never ONCE was I told about a fee. I think it's poor business. The other thing is a car that's 4,000 miles outside warranty and the Cue system screen goes nonreaponsive and now it's going to be $1,300 to fix. I've had the car 3 months and if nothing can be done for fixing the Cue on the manufacturer's customer assistance, then I'm tempted to sell the car and never buy a Cadillac again if this is the quality of their product. Very upset and displeased after my visit.

We returned to Dave Towell Cadillac because of the experience we had with our salesman Ted Davis. Ted is a low key, experienced gentleman. We did purchase a beautiful extremely low mileage used STS. Murphy's law did come into play and we did have a problem with the car immediately. I called and Ted came to work on his off day and made sure that we were taken care of. I will hold judgement on the service department until we get our car back By all means, visit this dealership and ask for Ted. He will treat you with respect and be certain to match your needs with the car you need.

Went to look at a used car which was under the book value. I believed that it must have had some dings and maybe a problem or two that would need to be repaired however I called and was not told of anything that I would soon find. Maybe I am partly to blame for believing I could get lucky on a great find but I went to look at the car anyway. I live over an hour away which the salesman was aware of when I talked to him over the phone and when I get there I find a car that looked as if it had been taken through a demolition derby twice and back. I was appalled and the salesman had nothing else of interest.The car they showed me was absolute trash which had no business being on the road. The salesman was probably just trying to pawn off that car to either a young person like myself or someone in a bad financial situation where that party could say they drive a cadillac which sounds nice. I walked away disappointed and and frustrated by my visit. I would not recommend looking for a vehicle at this dealership.

Joel Migneron who went above and beyond what was required of him in helping me to obtain my car and I thank him for taking that time with me. This is my very first Cadillac and the experience was superb. I worked with Don Marmaduke and he treated me like a queen as did everyone I encountered at the dealership. I traded in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe for a 2015 SRX. Don was patient with me, he eagerly answered any and all the many questions I had. He was very informative taking the time to go over my new vehicle and all it's many features with me. He followed up with me to make sure he had met all my needs and that I was pleased with my experience. I'm elated with my purchase and will shop Dave Towell again.

My tailgate was not functioning properly. So I called to make an appointment and I asked while I was there to have my oil changed. I was told that the premium care package requires that the oil life be 20% or lower. Mine was 30%, but it had been 6+ months since I had it changed. I said change it, I'd pay for it, I was going on a trip and then the guy said, well that's different, we'll do it. I was happy about that, but it angers me that with my other 2 Cadi's, I had to pay for an oil change every 6 months, or 5 thousand miles, and with this premium care package you want me to wait longer. Just doesn't seem right. My service was excellent though, and I don't fault the people I dealt with, just the policies of GM.

My only disappointment was that when I called to schedule my service, I told the person scheduling that I needed two new remotes for my car. They had to be ordered the day I was there. I thought I made it clear to the person scheduling the service that they would have been ordered and would have been there the day of my appointment. Now I have to drive back the Dealership after the remotes come in for programming. You're 45 minutes from my house. I was just hoping that all of this could have been handled in one day.

My sales rep Clinton was very professional and very helpful with answering all the questions I had about the terms of my vehicle as well as questions I had about the vehicle itself. I didn't feel forced to buy, and I felt very confident that I was leaving in a great car that I would get more impressed with the longer I had it. I'd recommend everyone I know to go see Clinton for their next vehicle because loyalty and dedication are 2 things I highly value, and I felt those 2 things from Clinton. Bill Woods is a great guy. My wife brought her XTS in for service. She really didn't like it as much as her old Lexus SUV. We have had the XTS for about 1-1/2 years now. Bill was nice enough to arrange a SRX loaner for the day and get pricing ready on several SRX's. Long and short he got us out of the car and into the SRX and it was painless. Great dealership and great people. No high pressure just friendly service and relationship builders. Thanks

Service was good just not happy about the mailings I got saying I declined service and I need to make an appointment for service to handle the issues. Just had ISSUES fixed which were to be preventative and now I received a card saying I need to bring the car in for an 18 month inspection. I have had the car for about 18 months, have only put about 2500 miles on car and now its necessary to have all this work done. Car is becoming a money pit that I am not happy with

The Dealership is fine. The car is a "dud". Inferior electrical system. Inferior car seat heating. Inferior rear window de-icer. Several recalls on the car. I really do not believe this "lemon" can be repaired. I will probably have to trade it for something else. Cadillac is just not ready to compete in the Luxury car class. Styling is great. Ride is fine. It is comfortable. However, too many trips to the dealership is a major inconvenience. I would not consider another GM vehicle anytime soon.

I brought my car in for an oil change. In addition to the oil change, I had a number of questions concerning the operation of the vehicle. What would be nice is that the dealership inform owner that their has been recalls on their cars. Customer should be notified of all recalls before something goes wrong. The service department did a wonderful job on my car and also putting a security statement in place to protect me from having anyone from seeking information about my car.

Dealership is fine my concerns remain with the car itself. Battery replaced and brakes all within 6000 miles.3 weeks ago the power steering light came on but went out after 10 minutes-it was looked at 2-22-14 and a wire was replaced or repaired. Everyone in the Service department were excellent!!! Jeff Davis answer all my questions.One commit I have is that you waiting area, upstair, needs some attention. Chairs need to cleaned! Also cookies would be great in the morning. Lambert GMC and Devoe Cadillac in Naples offer cookies to their customer. Fresh baked, they just bake on site, in an Otis cookie.

Jeff Davis in service was great to deal with but I am appalled by the pricing. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and my extended warranty apparently ran out two months ago and when I had the dealership check an air bag sensor problem I was charged $99.00 for them to plug the computer into the car.

I finalized a Lease last December on a 2013 CTS. This dealership actually got a little better deal than another dealership in the area. Several weeks ago my wife and I decided that we would get her a Cadillac SRX. We wanted a several year old one with low mileage. Our salesman CJ contacted us a few days later with a 2011 SRX with only 14,000 miles and we purchased it the same night we saw it. We found the dealership and CJ to be top notch, reputable, and did not play games like other dealership sometimes do.

I was looking for a Chevy Cruze LT with sunroof and leather. These people have way more than just Cadillac on their lot, and the best prices I've ever seen. Zero hastle, and zero preasure. Everyone was super friendly, and dealt well with me even though I am only 19 years old. Got me approved with very little credit. I'm so happy. After a horrible experience up the road, I just stopped by on my way home, and I'm so glad I did. I got the car I wanted for a thousand less than anywhere else I looked, and had credit approved in less than 30 minutes! Dave Towell has a customer for life with me! Thanks guys!

High pressure....typical "car salesman" attitude. We recently leased a car from them only to find when we got home that they changed the purchase price from what we all agreed to. The manager is really shady and though we forced them to re-do the paperwork, and we went through with the purchase, I feel like we were cheated. I regret the purchase! I don't want to feel that my hard earned $ is going to some guy who is adding fees and changing numbers w/o my knowledge. We should all be able to trust our dealership to "take care of us" not "take advantage of us" ! run!
