Buying from David Taylor was a great experience. Mr. Vargas was determined to make sure I left as a happy customer. After a bad experience at a dealership previously before visiting David Taylor, I didn’t have my hopes set high on being able to do get a new vehicle. But the team at David Taylor just asked me to please give them a shot. I’m glad I did. Such a great group there! Even though I ran them past close they didn’t treat me like I was holding them up. Recommend them 10 out of 10.

They have always been courteous and friendly. Last visit, when I went to pick up my vehicle, it had a new warning light on. I advised the service desk, where they immediately took it back into the garage to get it checked out. This was also at quitting time. Will greatly recommend them. Update Feb 2021. New Year same great service

First off, I want to say that Logan and Tyler now have a NEW nickname; The Dynamic Duo. We brought our Ram 4500 in for a heater core repair, they said we could bring it in Wednesday and they could get to it Friday. Well, we took it in Tuesday and they had it ready by Wednesday afternoon. WOW! This was the best thing EVER for our one-truck trucking company; they got us back on the road quick-time and kept us from losing too much money on down-time. Thank you so much for your hard work and how much you care about the job you do; you are a true asset to David Taylor!

Everyone was very friendly but be sure to stay on top of your own stuff. I called about a recall email I received. They said they would order the part, it should arrive within a week, and then they would call me to schedule the appointment. Two weeks later, I called to check on a Monday and the part hand just come in that weekend *wink wink*. I made my appointment, dropped off my vehicle, & they said it would be ready that day. I asked if I needed to call to check but they verified my phone number and assured me that they would let me know when it was done. I called first thing the next morning because they never called me and *wink wink* they had just finished it up that morning and it was now ready to pick up. Again, everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and very helpful, but be sure to follow up on everything yourself. Also, you'll get texts from them but don't respond because I found out that they don't really use that service. Why do they have it activated if they don't use it? Yeah, I've got nothin'. I hope this helps someone else!

I live 120miles from the dealer and have my jeep serviced there, they are wonderful. Everyone is so nice. I would recommend them to anyone buying a car.

This is a new one for me. I have bought many cars over the years and this is the first dealership I have ever recommended. I sent an email to them, got a response quickly. I mentioned in the email, that I wouldn't be buying anything till the weekend and just wanted some information. I got a response quickly and was not sent any more emails. I called this morning to let Tracy know I would be in to look at the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived, the vehicle was brought up for me to see and test drive. The process went extremely smooth and fast. I left with my SUV within an hour and half. Not only was Tracy extremely nice, he went the extra step, even though I already had financing, to try and get me a better interest rate and he succeeded by 2%. So I am a very happy camper. If you are looking for a new vehicle definitely check them out.

Worked through USAA to find my car and David Taylor was one of the certified dealers. They honored my USAA quotes, and worked with me on the trade. All the people up their are really nice and it is a very low pressure environment. I would shop there again.

I can't say enough about them. I was in and out, in no time. They gave me a great deal on a used 2014 Jeep Patriot, financed it for half the APR my bank wanted to charge, and on top of that, they washed the Jeep and filled the gas tank. My thanks go out to Tracy Armstrong and David Taylor Chrysler, for a great deal and a fantastic car buying experience.

I went in to see the used 2013 Firestorm Scion FRS they had in stock. The car was in excellent condition. Let me just say these are fantastic cars. Both the FRS and it's Twin the Subaru BRZ are fantastic looking cars with excellent engineering and design involved in their shared chassis. Tracy Armstrong answered all my questions and was very helpful during the test drive. There is a trick to shifting into reverse on the manual transmission in these cars that I had never seen in person. Tracy showed it to me and it was no problem to replicate. I wasn't used to the shift layout either so I kept starting in third until I was more used to it. Everything checked out mechanically and the engine sounded great. But I was not ready to buy just yet.

My daughter has been looking for a specific Dodge Charger for about 6 weeks and we finally found it at David Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (over 100 miles from home) They went above and beyond to make her purchase smooth! There was no high pressure sales tactics and everyone we spoke with was super helpful and friendly. We felt like we had been trading vehicles there for years. My husband and I bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro from here today. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, they do not push you to buy on the spot or try to convince you of what you want instead they let you look and test drive what you want and they are there to answer any questions you may have. They will help you in any way they can from answering questions to helping you get approved for a loan! I highly recommend this dealership. When we go to trade or buy another vehicle we will be going back!!!
