Our daughter was needing a new car. I new exactly where I wanted to go. Davis Moore, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep in Wichita, KS where we bought a 2019 Dodge Journey last year . Jacob was our sales person. We couldn't have been more happy. Jacob was friendly and knowledgeable about each car we looked at. We ended up buying a 2017 Toyota Corolla. We have been very pleases with our decision. Everyone we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. If we need another car it will be from Davis Moore, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.

We’ve purchased three Dodge vehicles from Davis-Moore. Each visit has been an exceptional experience. Tom was our sales consultant the last two times- he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very friendly staff and willing to work with you to get the best deal possible unlike a lot of other dealers I’ve been to it’s not like pulling teeth. Very understanding, not pushy, and if you have any questions at all if they don’t have the answer they will be sure to find someone who has the answer! 10/10 would recommend. ( I worked with 4 different team members ) Zero complaints with any of them.

I really wish I could.leave a split review here or even review individual employees. However I am giving a 5 star review because after getting the run around from Pat Blasi....my salesman and one gentleman in the service department, Chris Lies the service manager absolutely went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. He made sure my time was not wasted and right now time comes at a premium for me so that means the world. He also did it in a very respectful manner. You can tell he enjoys his job.

We were trading in two vehicles and really weren't sure what we wanted. We had been to several different dealerships (a couple of which we will NEVER go to again). We were just trying out several small suv's to see what we liked. We were leaning towards a Toyota 4Runner when we came to Davis Moore and started talking with Evan. He was so helpful, not pushy and willing to find out anything we were wondering about. He was very professional and patient, as we really weren't sure what we wanted. THEN, he found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was it! We had in mind how much we wanted for our two vehicles and we feel we got pretty close!Our only negative was waiting for over an hour one evening to see the finance person. We finally left and made an appointment for the next day. We felt abandoned and wondered if everyone went home and forgot we were there. If it hadn't been for Evan, we would not have gone back. No one came to see if we had been waited on and we had no idea how much longer we would have to wait before we could see someone. That almost lost you our business.

Evan was extremely helpful in the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I don't think I've ever had anyone do as much as he could in my history of car buying. He made it a little less stressful and reassuring. He also did all that he could to get the most out of my trade and to get it within my price range. His customer service and friendly encouraging demeanor was not what I expected and would strongly recommend having him assist anyone in their car buying... or browsing process. Seriously, no pressure and extremely helpful. I'll call Evan again when it's time for another purchase!

Buying car and dealing with the sale person is usually not a good experience, but David J Atherton is friendly and not pushy/pressure for a sale, I like this a lot. This make car buying/shopping a good experience, I would definitely come back to David again, if I need additional vehicle. I have bought two vehicles from Davis-Moore up to date. I came in on a whim and told the car salesman, Brenden, what I wanted, what my budget was, and he never once made me feel pressured. He showed me what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He worked so well with me and later with my husband and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! After the sale, when we have had questions, he is so willing to answer questions and be helpful, and always with a smile. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go and see him!!!

They advertise free car wash and vacuum with every oil change. They delivered my truck after the oil change without the wash or vacuum. When I mentioned it, then took the truck away and washed it but no vacuum.

My wife and I were pressed sooner than we wanted to find a replacement for her car. We found our way to Davis-Moore after seeing a used car on the lot my wife really liked. Ironically, we had test drove a same year, make and model to the one DM had, similar options and amount of miles, but it was priced lower. Our sales rep Evan went to bat for us and was able to get the sales price down to what the other dealership was offering, and offering decent value for our trade-in. Twice before we have bought cars from Davis-Moore and both experiences were great ... this third purchase was even better. Thanks to Evan and all of those that helped!

Grant was very personable from tbe start. He wasn't at all pushy or annoying. We chatted for a bit, then I told him what car I was there for, as I had been shopping online for over a year. He helped me find the car on the lot, and got the keys so I could take a test drive. Grant was very knowledgeable about the car, and was super easy to talk to. Over the past 4 years, I have had several experiences with Davis Moore Dodge Service. Bob Garrison, does NOT tell it how it is. My first bad experience was with a company truck. It was a battery issue and it took them 3.5 hours, after scheduling and appointment, to tell me that there was nothing that they could do for me. HMMM... Many times in-between are also filled with empty promises (wont go into detail).The second time of a bad experience was again with Bob Garrison. I arrived on Thursday to schedule an appointment for the following week. Bob said the first he could get to my personal car would be Tuesday. I agreed. Told him that I was possibly going to be out of town and if that was the case, then I would drop the car off Friday. I didn't need to go out of town so I called on Tuesday morning to make sure that I could drop my car off. Bob to me that he had someone sick and wouldn't be able to get to my car until the following week. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Why did I even go there to schedule an appointment in the first place??What isn't good for them is I was in the process of looking to purchase a new Challenger from them. Ya, they just shot that one down the tube. I would rather travel to KC or OKC to make a purchase than deal with the Stevens or Davis Moore Dodge.Therefore in conclusion, and with detail of all the other issues that I have encountered with Davis Moore Dodge (including but not limited to many vehicles purchased there by business that I work for and personally) I would NOT recommend Davis Moore Dodge, as both their service and sales leave you with empty promises..

My family and I had such a positive experience at Davis-Moore Jeep with Grant Smith. He was friendly, helpful, not too pushy, and was so patient with us. I loved that he let us take the test drive on our own and did not try to force a deal on us. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he promptly found out and really worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. I would highly recommend Grant as a salesman who is truly looking out for your best interest.

Frank and Eric, amazing!In the last two days my wife and I had spent 18hrs car shopping all over the city and skirts fairing there would be a good deal. Sure, there were some good deals One thing missing behind those deals, the force that the staff at Davis-Moore holds! At no point did I feel pressure or an awkward moment which followed most other dealers. The craziest part about this, the location and convenience of David-Moore is within blocks of our home. I am not sure why we didn't start there at this point. Save yourself the shopping stress of buying a car and give this crew a chance to win you over. We bought our van there and the guy buying experience was great but we took it to the service shop and Bob was just horrible. I know nothing about cars so it was hard to explain the problem and instead of listening to me he just interrupted me and argued with me. It was a horrible experience and in the end I paid for unnecessary things and they didn't even fix the problem I went in there to get fixed

This is the second Jeep I have bought from the guys at Davis Moore. If I could give ten stars, I would. Andrew Lesh helped me this time, and it was so xxxx easy it felt like I was renting. Told him the car I wanted, found it in less than a couple days. Ideal color, everything. He took the time to show me every one of the new Jeep features and how to use them. Andrew had everything set up and in order so that when I arrived, all I really had to do was drink a cup of coffee and sign my financing paperwork. These guys are so great I drive in from Denver to buy my cars from them. I plan on recommending everyone I know to go see Andrew and Davis-Moore.

I like Davis-Moore's business model: honest low- key professionals with no hype. Grant will sell alot of cars because of his approach. You should consider purchasing your next vehicle from him. Jordan was extremely helpful in completng the paperwork on my trade-in. He went above and beyond in helling me obtain some documents pertaining to title on my old vehicle.

This was buy far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Travis was very up front about everything when it came to numbers and details about the car we were buying. He left me with pretty much no questions left to ask. He was proactive every step of the way. It instilled a sense of trust and made us feel like we were being taken care of to the best of his abilities. Working with Max in finance was awesome as well. He walked us through step by step and made sure we understood exactly what we were signing our names to. Max made us a great deal on the car and we greatly appreciate it! The guys we worked with made our car buying experience very streamlined and enjoyable (never thought I would be saying that)! We are beyond happy with our new car!!! I took my dodge ram truck in to have a recall on part of my transmission fixed, they told me it would take a few hours so i dropped it off and left for work. 7 hours later they called and said it was ready. It was to late for them to work on my other issue so i picked up my truck and have to take it somewhere else.

After having my oil changed for the 1st time on my 2105 Chrysler 200C in looking over the multi- check inspection sheet, I see that they checked my rear wiper which I don't have. So how do I know what they really checked. Also it was a 2 hour wait for just an oil change.

Was just lookin at new trucks, Frank show myself and my wife a few trucks we test drove a very nice truck. After the test drive he gave me a offer on the truck I couldn't pass up. He even went beyond the sale to take car of a issue. I personally recommend him. He was straight forward and fair. We were transporting livestock from Minnesota to Oklahoma and an unexpected problem occurred with our truck. Thankfully the dealership was within 5 miles and they were willing to look at the truck and fix whatever was wrong on a last minute notice. Everyone was so helpful, especially Padraic O'Donnell, he made sure we were taken care of and back on the road.

To many dealer games here and left us with bad feelings about our buying experience. We should have just left and looked elsewhere. They didn't really seem to care about us as new customers or value our time. It took over 7 hours to do paperwork. Really? We really felt trapped but maybe that is part of their dealer games. We should have known when we got passed off to another salesman right away after we arrived. We had even called ahead and expressed interest in certain models. The salesman left us sitting at his desk for over an hour several times, disappearing and then we saw him off wandering around the dealership visiting with other coworkers and eating cake. I would have understood if he were busy with other customers but there weren't any. It was like we were on a car dealer timer and our time was not valuable. We even asked to expedite things several times and the whole process went slower.An added bonus we found out later from the Finance Department....We had been working on improving our credit and had excellent credit at the time of purchase. We only had 2 hard inquiries. They added six hard inquiries and they are still showing up on our credit reports several months out. Now we have a poor rating in that category. I found out it takes 25 months for hard inquiries to fall off your credit. This shows me they have a total disregard for their customers and their credit. Love our Jeep now but the buying experience was not a pleasant one and don't think we will be buying any more vehicles here. Buyer beware!

I had work done that required removal of the steering column. The bolt that connects the steering shaft was left loose by the mechanic. Thankfully, I heard it rattling and was able to tighten it before I lost steering control.

Travis was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Me and my husband had been in a couple times prior and it just didn't work out. The third time we came in we told him what we wanted and we felt like Travis wasn't just trying to get a sale. Travis made it his top priority to help us get what we needed. I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complete evaluation. I was told that my contract is non-transferable to the new car although there is nothing in the contract (invoice #541149) that spells that out. The service tech gave me Chrysler's generic phone number on a sticky note with the advice that "if I called them and bitched enough they might able to help". The result is that I am out $54 but they will be out several thousand dollars in sales and service during my lifetime.

I've never been to this dealership before and I received two notices in the mail for my Jeep that said I needed to go to my local Jeep dealership to have the work done. It was a good experience. Matt was very friendly and the service dept. is very efficient. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and I was in and out in less than that time! Also, it's always nice when they offer to wash your car when you bring it in to get serviced!

Over the 28 years my husband and I have been married we've purchased several cars, new and used. Purchasing my used Honda Accord from Davis Moore has been the best buying experience ever. After two weeks of car repair drama with my car and my daughter's car, we'd had more than our fair share of stress. At one point, we were down to one car for three people. My daughter's car died on their lot and Travis and Devin went out of their way to help us with it before we had committed to purchasing a car from them.Mark's years of experience in sales made him an ideal sales associate for me to work with. I come from a retail background and have a very low tolerance for pushy sales people. Mark's approach was no pressure and he was very helpful. He went out of his to make accommodations for us, returned calls and text messages when he said he would, and worked diligently to ensure that a couple minor repairs were corrected before and after the sale.I am extremely happy with my new-to-me car and I believe that a big part of that is because of my experience with Mark and others at Davis Moore. We bought our first Charger from Tim in November 2015 and unfortunately my wife got into an accident with it. We checked the Davis Moore website and found the perfect replacement. We called Tim and he had everything taken care of for us by the time we arrived. We live 3 hours away and drove past other dealers just to come to Davis Moore and Tim.We'll continue to buy from Tim and Davis Moore for as long as they're in business.

I have always used this dealership for my cars, this time around it was a 10, ( and it's usually a 9 or 10) but I had to learn about some new things with my car/tires, But I had to tell Mr. Peters there is a way to explain things to women. We brought our van in for a recall fix. Not only did they not give me the run around ( as other dealers did), but they were able to fix a problem that hadn't been fixed for years. In the process, they found a few other things wrong, but were not pushy about getting them fixed right away. Tyson was honest and kind. Based on this experience, we will be changing our dealer of choice when it comes time to get a new car.

I have gone to Davis-Moore several years back and the service was great and they fixed it right the first time ...........But they have changed something for the worst.I purchased a used RAM from Davis-Moore approx 3 months ago and it started having several issues. Most of the minor issues I fixed myself. However, I took the RAM to the Service Department to repair several dash lights coming on intermittently. They determined the RF Wheel Speed Sensor was bad and replaced the wheel hub bearing & sensor ($500). The issue did not return until 2 weeks later when I took a 350 mile trip and the same issue came back.I took the RAM back to Davis Moore Service and the Service Rep argued with me that they fix the original issue. I took an ABS code reader and the codes were the same codes as the first time (RF Wheel Speed Sensor). This time the service department said I had a wiring issue and adjusted the sensor connector and of course they charged me again for a repair that did not fix the issue. The lights did not come on until 3 days later when I was out on the highway.The moral of this review is that (1) Beware of buying used trucks from Davis-Moore. (2) The Service department appears to not spend the time to determine the real issues with car & truck repairs.

I took my 2008 Charger SRT8 in for a recall notice on the ignition switch.I was greeted in a timely manner by Tyson and he explained fully what the recall was and the approximate time it would take to complete since I was going to wait for the car.The service exceeded my expectations and was far superior to the last Dodge dealer I took my car into.Tyson was friendly and courteous and I will ask for him anytime I take my car back to Davis-Moore Service.

I use to love Davis-Moore Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram I've bought 3 vehicles and I've recommended some of my family and friends who have bought that I know of at least 4 vehicles between them. but over the past 5 or 6 years the service has just been getting worse. The service I received on 12/7/15 was the last straw for me. I took my vehicle in early morning for simple windshield wiper issue and tire pressure issue because my tires were supposed to have nitrogen in them. and a previous issue that never got resolved because I was waiting on them to order parts and they didn't even call me when the parts came in I had to call them but that's another story. Any way the keep my vehicle for four hours! Just to tell me that my windshield wipers needed tightendown and it would cost $110.00 dollars! Took it home and it only took literally less than five minutes to tighten them up. They didn't fix the previous problem again. Said they didn't know to check my tires and I verbally told them that when I dropped it off. Needless to say this kinda stuff just keeps happening with them and I'm highly dissatisfied.

My husband took our 2014 Dodge Avenger in because the brakes were squeaking really bad especially in reverse and it only has 28K miles on it. The tech told him that is typical for them to squeak. They didn't even back the vehicle up to hear the noise. It is NOT normal! It is so loud it's embarrassing if anyone is around. They informed my husband that it would cost over $100 for them to grease the brakes even though my car only has 28K miles. No thanks! We will not be taking it back there for service and will definitely remember the service we received when we go to buy our next car!

The 2001 PT Cruiser was towed in. The next day they looked at it. Called to tell me the part would be in the next day. It was repaired. I believe that the work was done as well as anywhere else, but looking up costs on line. D-M was about 2 times the general price. Really sorry I was towed to the dealer rather than my usual garage.

First visit with this service advisor James Lafountain I dropped off my vehicle at 9am to have two issues looked at under warranty. As 3:30pm came around I called and left a message for James to see the status of my vehicle, no call back. Called a Second time at 4:30pm left message, no reply. Called a third time at 5:40, no call back service closes at 6pm. Got a ride to get my vehicle from Davis-Moore had to get the sales manager and several others to get my keys out of the safe. The next morning I get a call the next morning,I was at work unable to answer. James message "stated stated his calls we're going to a phone upstairs so he never received my calls". And they ordered one part for my vehicle and would let me know when it comes in. The second issue would require the body shop. Not sure why a vehicle log is not used.Second visit I was told they would have it for three days. I made arrangements to be without it for the three days required. I get a call on the third day at 11 am from James stating that Chrysler has to approve the paint for my corroded door hinges. And the other issue had not been addresses but had a driver picking it up from the body shop. And would get it taken care of that day. I called at 3:45 he stated that the tech was getting ready to pull it in. And they may not get it done today. I said " no" have your driver pick me up I cannot be without my vehicle another day. So the driver shows up in a timely manner coming from across town, we start back to dealership and he informs me he is dropping me off at the body shop. What I can't figure out is how was the the tech was getting ready to pull it in the shop from 3 miles away. I feel like I was constantly lied to on this visit. Went by to talk to the service manager in person and he was gone for the day. Third visit he tells me it will be another three days and asks me to take it to the body shop. I do, the body shop does not have a driver to take me home. He tracks one down for me In a short amount of time. While waiting I asked if it would be 2 days there again he stated no just a few hours to complete the work. So the second day of this visit I get a call from James at 11:00am he said my vehicle was almost done that the tech was finishing up with it and it would be sone soon. So, I ask what is he finishing up the hinges or the seat? I get "ah dude I got the wrong guy!" I then reminded him who he called and he tells me they have not started the seat yet but will be soon. Get a call around 4:30 stating it would not be done today. Third day seat is done at 12:30 yay! Upon picking it up, I spotted my vehicle parked in an area where they drove it over the curb to park it, I watched the service advisor drive it off the curb. It is a jeep but do that with your own vehicles not a customers!! So not once during our phone conversations was I addresses by my first or last name. 7 days in the shop total time for something that could have been done in half. I would think if I had dropped the ball so many times I would be going out of my way to make sure things went right. I spoke to the service manager about my experience the day I picked it up. He said he has been working with James. He would like to me to give them another chance to show me they can do better and a free oil lube and filter to prove that. I don't plan on ever using it or leaving it there for days ever again. Never in my purchasing vehicles have I ever seen it first hand how service can kill the sales department. I have bought 5 vehicles from Davis-Moore and may not again.

Terrance and his team did a GREAT job of thoroughly resolving my concerns and addressing the specific issues I noted. He even worked me in without an appointment! I had an emergency in which my Jeep Wrangler broke down and would not start or run. The Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department helped us immensely. They were able to help us arrange for transportation of my vehicle to the service department. They made the repairs quickly and very efficiently. We enjoy working with Terrance Hill who is always extremely knowledgeable and super-helpful. It is such a pleasure to work with such a competent and insightful Service Consultant. He always treats us wonderfully and makes us feel like we are special guests. It was quite stressful to have left my car stranded at the golf course. In for oil change for both vehicles, in spite of it being Saturday, we were quickly taken care of and on our way. Some needed repairs of our 15 year old truck were discussed and Bob and Nick had some excellent suggestions to facilitate those repairs and help our financial situation since we are both retired.As usual ( since we have traded here since 1986) we were greeted with smiles and an offer of cold bottles water since we don't drink pop. Really like the comfortable waiting area and ready access to WiFi, breakfast snacks , hot tea and coffee,and like having the TV on non-political stations..All in all, a pleasant experience as I have come to expect at Davis-Moore.Also like the focus of the TV ads on safety and charities, greatly appreciated

I ran into some engine trouble over the week-end and brought my vehicle for repair first thing Monday morning. Normally, you have to make an appointment for such things, however the Service manager was able to fit me in pretty quick. As this vehicle is my primary means of travel, I appreciate the fact that he understood that fact and was able to work with me. I come here regularly to get my oil changed and another maintenance that needs done. Each time, it varies as to whether they say my car needs any routine maintenance done, even though I have not yet got my tune up/spark plugs. This time Michael said I needed it and told me they did not have time to do it that day and told me I would need to call to set up an appointment. Why not just let me make an appointment while I was there? Mysterious. Otherwise the service was good and Michael was efficient in his communications (I assume they are a very busy place). I will continue to go here.

I recently purchased a used car from Davis Moore, and I had the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My old car gave out on me suddenly, so I was unexpectedly in the market and needed something fast. My dealer, James Schmeidler was professional, nice, and gave us a GREAT deal on my new Santa Fe. Satya was our finance guy, and he was fantastic and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I am fresh out of college and have only ever paid cash for cars, so this was the first loan I've ever had to take out, and both of the guys worked with me on keeping my payments where I needed them to be and finding me the best deal from a bank. They walked me through the process and made me feel like I was making a smart decision.I never once felt hassled or bombarded the way other dealerships have made me feel, and I felt fully informed about the car I chose to buy. I would highly recommend this place...the people seem honest and trustworthy, and the whole experience just felt right.

I took in my Car 1999 Old Intrigue for some minor repairs. The repairs were scheduled to take 2 days. Parts didn't get ordered. Then the wrong parts got ordered. 9 days after taking the car in (and 7 days after it was supposed to be done) it was finally completed. What did I get for my trouble? $50 off of a $1,700 bill. I won't ever have my car worked on by them ever again. I won't buy a car from them and I will recommend that anyone looking for a car go anyplace but there.How are they still in business?

I called Monday(3 days late) and left a voicemail with service rep and heard nothing back after an hour and a half I called back and was told I could leave a voicemail and said no I will wait to speak with him directly. He informed me he still needed to check with the tech working on the jeep as he was unsure of it's status but believed the part's weren't on hand why schedule an appointment if your not going to have everything available. This same service rep told my wife I was a liar when she had brought the jeep in to see why the light was on again. I was driving the jeep in June and had a check engine light come on I pulled into the shop and I think it was Terrance who assisted me and was able to tell us that the satellite radio package was out dated and how to get it fixed. Less than a month my wife went in because the check engine light kept going off and on and talked to James who told her they would never do something like that there and your husband doesn't know their codes and was wrong. Needless to say when I went in to the shop because the light was on permanently as well as change oil light that they would do the oil change and diagnose the problem. Oil was not changed since the problem was a cylinder but I was charged for the oil we noticed the next day and had the oil change credit fixed not a big deal accidents happen but a bit frustrated. Scheduled the appointment to be done in 2 weeks as they needed to order the parts understandable not all parts are on hand. However when you make an appointment and told 48 hours after 72 hours a Courtesy call would have been nice I read the sheet and on there it had promised on 7 Aug that was never discussed otherwise it would be a different story and I would have made other arrangements for a vehicle. If it's possible to change my prepurchase oil changes to another dealer I would love that opportunity as I will not recommend Davis-Moore Service Department to my worst enemy. This is not my first Jeep but my fourth one it is also my worst experience in customer service.

Known transmission issue and no resolution yet. Keep getting the run around. Vehicle barely has 4300 miles and this is the second time taking it in to be serviced for the same issue. As far as the customer service, it was horrible. When I was originally greeted, all I was told was "what can we do for you". I did not even know the name of the person assisiting me. When I expressed concern, there was no acknowledgement whatsover. When I came time to pick up my vehicle, he then became friendly and told me "not to kill him" on the survey. Being a Supervisor of a Call Center, my profession revolves around customer service. This is the complete opposite of what we teach and expect from our reps. I was treated very poorly and did not feel like a valued customer, eventhough I purchased a $30,000 vehicle. Update: After 3 visits and updates being performed, the Jeep is still much the same. Now I am being told that there is an update coming out in about 2 weeks, but may not correct the issue. Basically they are saying that I am making it a bigger deal than it is, since it is not preventing me from driving the vehicle and because it is not causing more damage. I test drove an identical vehicle (which was not doing what my vehicle is doing) but then again "nothing is wrong with it", but they can't explain why it's doing what it is doing. The transmission has started clicking 3 times again, when putting the vehicle into park and the service manager does not know why. This is because he was "unaware" of that issue happening with my vehicle, even though It has done that 2 out of the 3 times it has been taken in and the service department has been made aware of this. They are attempting to say the issues I am having is "normal" and that switching the transmission would not help.

Their service department is in need of a lesson on customer service. I had an appointment last week that they cancelled on me after I had already began my 1.5 hour drive for my appointment "because they were too busy". They rescheduled me for tomorrow morning at 9am and at 8 pm tonight, they call to tell me they need to reschedule because "even if i showed up they won't have time to see me". THEY scheduled my appointment. How can they be too busy at 9am on the day they scheduled me for a week in advance? And they never once apologized for any inconvenience.

After doing a lot of online research I contacted Davis-Moore though internet sales. I made initial contact with one of the internet sales associates who placed me in the hands of Jayson Bass. Jayson did a nice job showing me the vehicle I was interested in, along with discussing the specific features of the vehicle I was looking at. Took my 09 ram in for an air conditioner problem I dealt with Terence Hill he is probably the best service writer I've ever dealt with great guy!! the bill would've been close to $1300 when I picked it up he told me that there was a factory recall and it cost me $0, he called me twice a day to inform me if the progress of my truck Most professional service writer I have ever dealt with . He will be the only writer I deal with anymore .I don't know how muck $ he makes but he needs a raise!!!!! THANK YOU Terrance

I came in from out of town to fix a recall problem. I was told with no uncertainty the work would be finished before the close of business that day; so I waited several hours. Upon returning, I was informed that the vehicle doors had to be removed and gutted and I would have to return the following day. This was an annoyance, but things happen. When I returned the next day after pulling my jeep from the garage I noticed a 4 inch crack in my front windshield that started directly where the mirror would have hit the windshield during the door removal. I immediately called the service department, pulled to the side of the road, and sent pictures of the damage. I was told a supervisor would contact me on Monday, as it was the weekend. Monday came and went with no attempt for me to be contacted. I contacted the dealership again, and was finally contacted by a member of management Tuesday afternoon. He of course told me that it was impossible for them to have caused the damage, because they did not remove or do major work to the doors. I informed him this was the exact opposite information from what I recieved when the original work was completed late. I was given no real response to that. I was told that high heat caused the damage. It was a rainy overcast day. Bottom line, car went in u damaged, came back damaged. So I called to give them the opportunity to do the right thing, expecting to be told I could eat it; and I got told to eat it. Not shocked. The people in the actual shop were friendly, so I guess that's something.

Made appointment around June 24th, was told to bring vehicle in at 10:30am on July 1st and it would take about an hour if we wanted to wait on it. We decided to drop it off at 8:00am to give them more time. I finally called at 3:05pm as I had no call from DM. When I spoke to the service advisor he said they had not worked on it yet. I asked what the appointment was for at 10:30 and was told the appointment I made a week prior was to just speak to the service advisor, not to work on the vehicle. A week just to speak to an advisor? His response, we just that busy and thats the way we do things around here. They didnt know if they would even get to my vehicle. I arrived at 5:00pm and sat in the lounge area to wait for the vehicle and of course the vehicle was ready about 5:50pm when I checked on it, but the WO says it was ready at 5:16pm, what a surprise it was just released at 5:50pm. Of course, noting fixed. Also provided my contact information when I dropped it off, WO is not even in my name, but my wife and sons name. They have no concept of what customer service is. I have several Davis Moore vehicles that will get service at other dealerships after this experience.

My 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 recently acquired an loud knock coming from the engine area. Bob, my Service Advisor, took care of what turned out to be a serious engine repair. I appreciated Bob's explanation of the problem and his periodic updates on the repair status. I especially appreciated Bob's honesty following a minor hiccup during the repair process. I went in for an oil change and they identified for me other work that needed to be done and even made time to get the work done today instead of me having to come back on another day. They called thinking there was additional work they needed to do but after I gave my approval to do the additional work, they looked into it a little deeper and did not do the work because they felt like it would still work for me at least until my next oil change. Not only did they do all of the defined work on my car, they also washed the outside of the car, vacuumed the inside of the car, and buffed out some paint on my front bumper where I had scrapped my car on my garage frame. They are always very pleasant and helpful. I have had my car for 16 years and I have always brought it to Davis-Moore for service.

I loath car dealerships and buying cars, so I was ready to spend half a day bickering with someone and their imaginary manager to get into a new vehicle. What happened was as far from that as possible. Jason Bass and I.C. Collins were a pleasure to deal with. I.C. had our financing laid out in easy to understand terms, all options we had, and was truthful in our dealings. Not once did he have to "check with a manager". Jason helped my wife with setting up several of the things in our new vehicle, and showing her how things worked. After all was said and done, we drove off in a new vehicle we love, with a payment that is actually lower overall, and don't feel like we were bled for every dime we had. It was a pleasure working with these two, and you have my business in the future. Thank You!!!!

I scheduled my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee for factory recall work. The labor was estimated to take approximately 2 hours in length. Davis Moore actually finished the job in 48 minutes. Everything looked great. Davis Moore has a very nice, modern facility with a comfortable lounge for waiting customers. I am happy both with my vehicle and the customer experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7 am on 3/14/2015. I dropped off my car the evening prior (3/13) around 5 pm. When I returned at noon on the 14th the service had not even been started. This was for a simple transmission fluid change. Why bother scheduling appointments?

After getting the last experience taken care of I was suppose to get a credit on my next services. My husband took my car in and did not get the credit I was told I would get. I had to call them after everything to get the credit. I got a check sent to me and problem solved but wasn't happy that the service guy had told my husband that there was no credit and had to pay for everything. I will still buy cars but wi l not get services done there anymore. I had way to much hassle and still really expensive for an oil change. I would recommend someone to buy a car but not for services

Recently retired back to Wichita & have had 2 experiences with davis moore service & terrance a service advisor. Both experiences terrible, lied to repeatedly, repeated attempts to rip off, terrible attitude by terrance as other reviewers have noted. 1st time was the recall of the dangerous airbag that has been all over the national news, injuring or killing people. When called to replace told my vin# not on recall. After receiving another letter notification from Chrysler that my car was at risk & on recall, called again but again told not on recall. Called Chrysler, they said definetly on recall, so I called dealer back & told did not have part and don't know part will ever be available. So called Chrysler Corp. again & told the dealership does have part in stock. Called dealer and told ok will schedule appt. but have to order part and it will be weeks. Called Chrysler Corp. who called dealer telling them, "you have part in stock, replace the air bag". When went in told it would tear up my whole dash & would cost $$ not covered under recall. Chrysler Corp. says airbag in steering wheel, dash is not touched and there is no charge for recall replacement. Dealership finally replaced grudgingly.2nd experience, Worse with Terrance. A simple plastic splash shield under motor that takes 30 minutes to install and I had confirmed the part cost $80 & $50 to install. When I got there, they had to do a diagnostic? Then came back with a price of $380., To summarize: Terrance when asked to explain gave me repeated false prices for parts &/or parts not needed & falsely telling me the front splash shield could not be replaced alone. The parts department verified all the parts prices he was giving me were not correct, usually double, I asked terrance to let me deal with another advisor, he refused this or to let me talk to the service mgr...I called back and left several messages to the service mgr., Chris who never called. I just cut my losses & picked up the car and took it to the Chrysler dealership on the west side.They replaced it & I was back out in 40 minutes for $137 vs the $380+ quoted by terrance.They also did not demand a diagnostic cost to replace the obvious missing part nor did they attempt to use the fear tactics Terrance used,Other reviews I read, many sound like shills rather than honest reviews. I will quote two reviews I read that were spot on to what I experienced:"Maybe your service department needs a lesson on how to fix things and not just how rip people off".""They will cheat you every single time they get a chance"And to top it all off, while I was writing this review a letter from Davis Moore came requesting I come in to take advantage of their incinitives to their valued customer to trade or sell my car.

I have been with Davis-Moore for 15 yrs.,and for the most part very happy, but I asked for repairs on the passenger handle alone with other repairs and everything was done except for the handle. When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told yes but wasn't told that all repairs were not completed. My mother will be 90 yrs old soon and it is just as important to me that she can get into my car w/o falling as the other repairs that I had done!

I just purchased a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2014. I got the biggest run around when trying to negotiate the deal. I then get into the finance department and they complicate everything so much. They try to wiggle out of EVERY single thing AFTER the deal is done. I honestly regret even walking into their door. I thought having a business relationship (purchased 5 vehicles from Parks) with the sales rep and sales manager would make my experience better, no so much. Now that I had the vehicle I'm finding things wrong. I go to them for help in resolving these problems and Terrance in Service told me his manager wasn't there that I was out of luck they were not doing anything to help me. What GREAT (NOT) customer service. He actually told me to quit talking to him. When I asked why it was because he wasn't going to do anything further, so I should save my breath. I've NEVER been talked to that way before. They charge the most of any dealerships I've seen today. I even priced around on a few services and when I asked if they price match another FACTORY dealership for the SAME service they laughed at me and told me no. When I asked for a manager they refused to let me talk to anyone. I had to take to Facebook before they would even try to talk to me. I just had an issue with my new tires. I called them and they were nice and told me to come in. I dropped by as instructed to get told that I didn't have their super awesome tire warranty (that they never offered me). When I questioned it because this warranty is 80% of the cost of a new tire, they told me that they can prove that they told me because all the financing deals are recorded both audio and video (which they also failed to disclose). They kept throwing this into my face, but yet they never tried to SOLVE my problem. I asked if I could buy the warranty that was 299 for the tire warranty and not 5,000 for the every scratch and dent warranty. They advised me they would sell me as much as possible but I wouldn't be able to help me today. I said what is it for and was told that I should have learned my lesson for not buying the super expensive warranty. What dealership does this?!Long story short save your blood pressure and stress and go ANYWHERE else.

We came to Davis Moore after a lousy experience at Eddy's Dodge. When we arrived we met with Carl (Master Sales Consultant) and Jordan (Sales Mgr.). We knew exactly what we wanted, so I told them and we got right to business. While they didn't have exactly what we wanted, they went right to work searching out possibilities. Unlike Eddy's they didn't make promises, but were very up front about the lack of exact matches in the region, but said they'd keep looking. They kept me well informed and showed me some possibles, but we chose to pass. It was during this search that, for the first time ever while buying a car, I heard these words said to me: "I understand and appreciate what you want, so that's what we'll get for you." As the purchaser, it was incredible to hear that. Usually you're pushed into something else one way or another when they can't find what you want. Very refreshing!Long story short, after all was said and done, we drove home in our new Durango. The entire experience was professional and low pressure. Carl and Jordan both took great care of us, and Jordan's initial price on the deal was SO much better than Eddy's. I didn't even care to haggle; I was happy.We met with Satya to sign the paperwork. He, too, made the experience very comfortable, and really didn't push us either way on the warranties/GAP, etc. He let us make our own decisions.When we got in the Durango, Carl was right there with us to get our phones connected to the Bluetooth, show us the NAV/Sirius features, etc. I only wish I would have come to Davis Moore in the first place, but they will certainly be the first stop when our next purchase comes up.(I did not grade on Quality of Work as this was a purchase only.)

I had to take my camry to the dealership to get my oil change and tires rotated. I had been taking it to the Davis Moore Nissan until it changed hands. I had been paying 40 for an oil change at Nissan so I figured same company different dealership would charge the same. After a 25 dollar air filter and a oil change the price was 91 dollars. How it the price be so different they didn't ask what kind of oil and gave me one of the most expensive oils and the labor was doubled. Beware of what they are doing. This screwed me for money for the week for gas and food to feed my children. Thanks Davis Moore I thought you were better than that. They we're suppose to vacuum my car and never got done

I appointment was scheduled for 9am. I showed up a few minuets early and was greeted by a service supervisor. I was then told that I would be taken care of and I went on my way to the lounge area. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion with the recall complete, oil changed, and the 23 point inspection complete. The car was washed on the outside and the interior was not greased up from dirty hands. It's nice to drive away with a clean, well maintained car. Thanks Davis-Moore.

Dear Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Recently my family (which includes my disabled son) and I were traveling and had some issues with our van. We made it to your dealership in hopes to find help. We knew it was the WIN (what use to be called the ignition), but was told that you would have to do a diagnostic test to be sure, then it would be $700.00 and three hours to repair it. It was 79.99 for the diagnostic. Your representative knew we were traveling and offered to have your shuttle take us to a mall while it was being fixed. I get a call after we had been at the mall for about an hour and was told that it was the WIN, but it would be 7 to 10 days to get the part, maybe longer because of the holiday. Now remember, your representative knew we were traveling and couldn't wait almost 2 weeks for a part. When we returned to your dealership, we were told that it was going to be $135.00 for the diagnostic. For some reason a misc. fee was added, which they removed. My question is, why did they tell us that they could fix it in 3 hours if they knew the part had to be ordered with the VIN number for my vehicle. They ended up charging us over 90.00 to tell us the same thing we told them was wrong with my van. Now here's the good part. My fiancee went to Radio Shack and spent less than $20.00 on cleaner and compressed air. He was able to fix the van and we have not had any more issues. Maybe your service department needs a lesson on how to fix things and not just how rip people off. We even asked if there was anything that could be done, just to get us back on the road and were told no, that the part had to be replaced. Word of mouth advertising can help a business and it can hurt a business. I will definitely let the people I know in your area not to be business with you.Sincerely, Tammy Gill

He was able to answer every question, and knew all the details on the Dodge Grand Caravan. Both Jason and Sean were very personable and easy to deal with. Once we decided on a Dodge Grand Caravan, negotiations began with four Dodge dealerships in the Wichita/Hutchinson area. Brought 2005 Escalade in for oil change. This was the second time I've had it at this site. My Altima was serviced many times at the Nissan facility with top rate service. First of all, the oil change interval indicator reset was marked as checked and OK on vehicle checkup sheet. It actually still showed 1%. The same thing occurred on my previous oil change visit. I called to find out how to reset it and guy didn't know how. His tone was quite distressing. I then questioned why vehicle wasn't washed or vacuumed. Again, apathy. Man said the wash was broken (ok, maybe) and that the customer had to ask for his vehicle to be vacuumed. That is ridiculous. Do have to ask for a new oil filter to be installed? What about the correct amount of oil? Washer fluid? I've got no confidence in what was filled out on vehicle checkup sheet.I guess what I'm saying is that your expresslane is really just selling "service"; for the most part- an intangible. I'm sorry to say that the service wasn't very good and the customer service was even more frustrating. I wish that I didn't have to rant, but this make 2 for 2 on a less than stellar customer experience.

Purchased a new Ram from this dealership after doing an internet search. Our initial search was for a Toyota and went to the dealership in Wichita and were turned off by the lack of selection and pressure to purchase one vehicle that we had an interest in. After more research we decided to look at Davis-Moore Dodge/Ram or Davis-Moore Chevrolet. This was due to reviews of the dealership and the vehicles. We did a cold hit on the Davis-Moore Dodge/Ram and were directed to Timothy Kristek. He was friendly and showed us the vehicles that we had seen on the internet, but they were not exactly what we wanted. After much working on the price of another vehicle we decided to purchase it. It was a little more than we wanted but the price was close to the maximum that we were willing to spend. Even though we went on a little more vehicle than we wanted at no time did I feel pressured to buy. On several occasions we were going to leave, but the price evidently got close to our offer. I would recommend this salesman if your looking to purchase from this dealer. The sales manager was also helpful and friendly, and again we did not feel pressured. When it came time to do the paper work we met with Satya Sudarsan. Again he was very friendly and answered all our questions and even though the dealership had the typical additional dealer options were did not feel pressured to buy something we did not want.

This was our first experience to visit a Davis Moore car dealership. Nathan answered every question we had. He was amazing with all of the knowledge of every truck and Jeep that we were interested in. Not once was he every PUSHY or tired of the questions. We have already told family and friends of our wonderful experience with Nathan, finance department, and Davis Moore. Thank you for a fun experience in buying a new Dodge truck. I inquired about several trucks and Nathan was very courteous and helpful without pressuring us. He offered to bring the truck I was interested in to us to look at but I told him we would come by and look at it. We ended up purchasing a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 and we are very pleased with it. It is the first brand new truck my husband has ever owned and I think he is very pleased with it. Nathan was very sincere and I would highly recommend him to any of our friends and family. In fact, I already have recommended him and Davis Moore. The finance guys were also very friendly and genuinely seemed to want to please us and make us feel comfortable with our purchase. They went above and beyond to help us get the best financing and a payment that we would be comfortable with.I will definitely come back. The quality of service we received throughout our entire experience with Nathan Bailey and Davis Moore was nothing less than Excellent! Never having had a Jeep, Nathan was very knowledgable, passionate and thorough about the vehicles we were looking at. He could answer nearly every question we had. If he couldn't, he was more than willing to find out for us and was very prompt in doing so. We never once felt pressured in any way while working with Nathan. In fact, we put more pressure on him to find the exact Jeep we wanted, which he was more than willing to do. For last 13 years, since we were married, we have bought and leased our last 5 vehicles from the same dealer/salesman that my parents and grandparents bought from back in our much smaller home town. We always felt that would be easier than dealing with other 'high pressure' salesmen so we were leery to go anywhere else for our new vehicle. We are glad we decided to stop at Davis Moore and feel extremely lucky to have met and worked with Nathan Bailey.

I had been looking into the market to buy a new Dodge Grand Caravan, any style of course, as I have 5 kids and 2 with special needs. I used the online tools to look, but realized quickly it would be easier to go in with a list of my demands on what I wanted included with this van. Aaron Mursch went out of his way to show me the very van I had chosen from the online page, I even showed it to him. He was worried that it had been sold and the page online was not updated yet, but upon looking a second time, he found the right keys. He explained - IN DETAIL - all the features, and I had asked him about certain ones and he explained all that and more. Then he proceeded to tell me the one I had chosen was fully loaded, minus 1 or 2 things of course, but that was not a huge deal to me. He then took me inside along with my sister, and proceeded to discuss with me purchase options and promptly made sure someone from finance would be with me soon. He had assured me finance would run my credit to see what I would qualify for, or if I needed to pay cash. The finance person only too my small deposit and told me to bring in what I would consider a reasonable down payment on the van. It wasn't until I had brought in that cashier's check that he ran my credit, only to find I was not eligible for any financing (this was not a shock to me). So, I had to go back to my financial advisor (I was using inheritance to purchase this van outright), and request the remaining amount, which I wanted to pay it outright in the first place, but financing seemed like a good option so I could build my credit. The dealership allowed me to drive the van with out the full upfront payment, and my check was going to be a few days later than originally planned. Aaron apologized and said that he wished that I could keep it until the check came in, but alas I took it back and it went into the garage. That was fine, and within two days I had my check and went up there to take deliver of my van. I was so unhappy about the way the financing was handled, Aaron understood and told me he would get a manager and allow me to discuss that issue with them. I had done just that, and afterward, Aaron went out of his way and washed the outside of the van again (even though he didn't have to do this), and delivered the van. He even went the extra mile and helped my husband and I transfer our personal belongings from our old van to the new one. He even had to remind me twice about my seat belt adjuster. I can say if I have to go get another GM vehicle, I will DEFINITELY go through Aaron again. I was highly pleased with his professionalism, and manners. He is very polite and straight upfront with you. He does all he can to make the customer happy, even calling to follow up with you, but doesn't talk like a salesman on the phone. He is not pushy about the buy, but he also allows you to call or text his cell phone if you need anything else. I am hard of hearing so that made a HUGE difference. I can't stress it enough, Aaron is awesome and very friendly!!!

Nathan is the most patient and understanding car salesman I have ever worked with. He is not pushy and is an amazing listener. He makes you feel very important to him. Traits that are not typical in car salesmen. My husband has never been a fan of Chryslers and it was going to have to take someone like Nathan to be able to answer all his questions so that he would feel comfortable buying one. Nathan wanted to make sure every question was answered. He researched all of my husbands questions and got back to us at amazing speed. He was very patient working with my husband (who would only buy Mercedes before then). Nathan is an amazing salesman and a huge asset to the Davis-Moore auto group. If it weren't for Nathan, I would not be driving my Town and Country today.

I called Davis-Moore to ask about pricing on a 2013 RAM 1500 and also to see if they could give me some idea on trade- in value of the 2008 Dodge Ram I was currently driving. By chance, I got a hold of Nathan Bailey and now I am very glad it worked out that way. Nathan seemed to be quite knowledgeable so we set up a time for me to meet with him. When I got to Wichita he had several trucks waiting for me to look at and test drive, and also told of some new arrivals that the shop were still going over. Turns out I liked one of the new arrivals and he got the shop to get it out ASAP. Nathan has an excellent personality for a dealing with customers, can answer all questions, and doesn't make you feel pressured in any way. I feel I got decent trade in value and also a fair price on the new one. I plan on this new truck lasting me a long time, but when I do decide to trade again, Nathan and Davis-Moore will be my first choice of dealerships.IC Collins is a very knowledgeable Finance Manager who also happens to be a very nice guy to deal with. He presented me more than several options for financing the new 2013 RAM 1500 I wanted and showed a lot of patience as I asked a lot of questions. When i Stepped on the Lot i was greeted by Kyle Pike. He was he was friendly. When test driving the a car i quizzed him on features. I went in to find out my trades worth I had thought about shopping around a little. That is when i met Dallas. At first he came off as a little pushy but he was only trying to give me a Deal i was comfortable with. I went on one last drive as i was hearing a bad wind noise with the car. The salesman mentioned that it could be just the wind. It was windy that day so i figured he was right. I finally decided to talk to Fernando in Finance and settled on the car. A few days later i still had that noise. While trying to fix the problem the weather heated up and the problem became intermittent. The VP of the company Sean and Devin the new sales manager of the lot even got involved. One time getting me a nice rental to use while the car was at the shop. Finally we ran out of ideas to fix it. There were some things listed on the car that were not present. With the problem and all this Sean and Devin suggested that we just trade out of the car. This is when i met another salesman Kyle Barry. Kyle drove me around the lots pretty much all afternoon and was very patient and knowledgeable. I finally settled on a car. It was a standard which i haven't driven in years. We went out to an empty lot and i got to get a feel for the car and some pointers on driving it. The car i picked was more expensive so i am paying but they gave me as good of a deal as they could manage. In the end Davis-Moore showed patients and Integrity. While it did take a while to get to a solution they did not drop the ball.

Tim Kristek was excellent to work with. There was no pressure at all to purchase a new vehicle. He answered any questions we had, let us test dirve 3 different vehicles and understood when we didn't like one of them. He gave us great service and at the end of the day we drove home in a new 2013 Durango. We are very pleased with our experience not only with Tim but with Davis-Moore as well. We had gone to another dealership that was in our town and got nothing but pressure to purchase right then and there. Also, we weren't allowed to test drive on our own, we had to have a salesperson with us, we did not like that at all! Davis-Moore TRUSTED us to take a test drive on our own for as long as we wanted. We were die hard Chevrolet people but now, we are considering trading in our Silverado for a new Ram. Davis-Moore is the way to go and if you want a NO pressure sale, ask for Tim Kristek!

Upon my arrival at Davis-Moore, Aaron met me at the door and introduced himself and asked how he might help. I explained that I had seen the advertisements for Ram 1500 Hemi's with hail damage, and I was interested in looking at them. He took me directly to a truck and quoted the low advertised price. He was polite enough to not be pushy with me when I said I would like to bring my wife back to see the truck. A week later, we returned, drove the truck, and wrote a check for the purchase. We arranged to pick up the truck after a hitch and bed liner were installed. Unfortunately, before we could pick the truck up, another sales person somehow managed to sell our truck to someone else on a day when Aaron was not there. When Aaron discovered our truck had been re-sold and delivered to another buyer, he was very apologetic, and understandably upset. He managed, however, to find another truck of the same color and set up (with the addition of a cd player and the absence of hail damage) for us at the same price. We left very happy with our new truck, and with the way that Aaron looked out for us when he discovered that someone else had made an error by selling a truck that had already been sold.

We started out at Steven Chrysler Dodge Jeep and did not like how unknowledgable the sales person was of the Durango. Then they tried to low ball us on the trade in value. I was in the market for a new truck for a while and I've previously bought and/or leased 3 vehicle from Davis Moore, and it seemed reasonable to come back to the same dealership that I've had good experiences from before. When I went to the dealership I met Aaron who was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about all the Dodge products that were on the lot. For about a month and a half Aaron worked with me to find the perfect truck that suited all fields that I wanted. It was almost an effortless experience on my part with his help and he got me the best deal I've ever had before on the purchase of a new vehicle. It was a no high pressure salesmanship experience that I enjoyed. During the entire process, from me walking onto the lot the first day, to when I drove out with my truck Aaron was patient all the way. I also had the pleasure of talking with Dawson Grimsley a few times as well and could tell that the team really cared about the vehicles they were selling to their customers.

I just bought my first car on my own. Many packages were offered to me, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. Everything that Brandon recommended for me, he gave extremely good reasoning on why he recommended it for my vehicle. Everything was explained to me, I did not feel like I was being lied to, like at many other dealerships I have visited. Everyone involved in helping me purchase a new car was very accommodating to my questions and concerns. Brandon also was good about following up a few days after I purchased my jeep to make sure I was satisfied and that I knew how everything worked. Jordan was very considerate and offered me an extra free year of oil changes for my patience. Thank you for the amazing consideration and help with my purchase. Nate (as well as Aaron) were both extremely helpful and knowledgable from the beginning. In the past, and being a woman, I have found car buying can be a bit of a hassle. But not this recent car I purchased. There was no run-a-round. Aaron greeted me first thing and was eager to please (knowing I already had an appointment to meet up with Nate). While Nate was finishing up with a client, Aaron walked me around the lot to look at a few vehicles and answer all questions/ concerns I had. I had went to 2 other lots nearby and had been car shopping all week to find the perfect 4-door for our growing family. Once I came to Davis-Moore there were no other lots I needed to visit, I knew right away this was the place. I wanted to think on the cars I test drove, do some of my own personal research and of course take a day to think about it. Nate did not heckle. He seemed very proud/ sure of the brand of vehicles he sells. I liked that. I was back the very next day after work and purchased the Chrysler 200. Thank you again Nate, the 200 is perfect and has everything I have been looking for. The price was very reasonable as well. You did great and will definitely be our first pick for our next vehcle, we will be coming to look at a truck soon!

I recently purchased a new 2012 Ram 2500 diesel pickup. From the time got out of my truck to see what Davis-Moore had on the lot, I was treated with respect. Aaron did a great job of walking me around the lot showing me both the 2013 and 2012 Ram trucks. I was interested in a diesel short bed so that limited me to what was still on the lot for 2012. I decided on a 2012 model because it was the last year that Cummins produced a diesel that did not require the DEF additive for every 100 gallons of diesel. Aaron and Sean did a great job of gathering my truck requirements and went to work searching the inventory of other dealers to find the truck I was looking for. With in a matter of five minutes I had a choice of a dozen trucks to choose from for delivery to Davis-Moore the next day. These gentlemen are fantastic salesmen. They were not in the least pushy and they quickly found what I wanted for a price I was will to pay. If they could not answer my questions they would tell me they did not know but would get me the answer from someone that did. I would recommend these salesmen to anybody!

I went in to get my key fob programmed. I own a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also decided to get an oil change. I appreciated being asked, upon discovering, about changing my dirty air filter and wiper blades. I was also asked if I would like my vehicle washed and I said yes especially the mud up around tires.Upon returning home, I live 60 miles from this dealership. I discovered my front license plate was cracked and the fact that the mud was still in place (which I knew leaving the dealership)really irritated me.I drive 120 miles per day. My vehicle is crucial to my living. I take great pride in keeping a nice vehicle and to have this occurance was extremely frustrating!Tonja Morgan

We visited numerous dealerships, including other Dodge dealerships, but went back to Davis-Moore because of Nathan. He helped us find and purchase the right vehicle for us. Satya was extremely helpful in meeting our financing needs. He also was very friendly and courteous. Better service than the Chevy dealer in Park City Kansas, no charge for balance & rotate which was unusual. Out in record time, 1hr. 15 minutes. This is not the first time at this dealer, they serviced our Jeep Eagle years ago & stood by their Quote on replacing suspension bushings as it was 1/4 as much as it should have been. As far as I am concerned this dealer beats Parks in Andover Ks. as they took a lot of time in servicing my 2 Dakota trucks & they were not as friendly in the service advisor area.

The staff is very friendly and cheerfully answers all questions. It's refreshing to be able to look without someone breathing down your back. When I couldn't find the car I wanted on the lot, Thomas Moore went out of his way to find the exact one I wanted. Tom is outgoing and doesn't try to pressure you to buy things you don't want or need. Brent helped us with the financing and got us a great rate. When we get ready to buy our next vehicle, we'll definitely go back to Davis-Moore.

Mr Garrison and his associates have gone out of their way to be helpful to me and my family. Any time a repair was needed on any of our cars, they explained it in detail and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. That is greatly appreciated. When we bought our most recent vehicle, Mr Garrison introduced us to Mr Christic who went out of his way to get us the EXACT van we wanted, color and amenities in particular but again did not pressure us to buy any particular vehicle. Also both gentlemen have made sure that we are aware of the most recent mantinence "deals" and have made sure we have always gotten excellent service. The ladies ate the service desk have also "rescued" me several times. Most recently returning some valuable electronic equipment I had inadvertantly left at the dealershiip. The entire staff, including the lady running the "cafe" are very friendly and helpful.A staff person last week cosed the blinds when the sun was glaring into the waiting area. Good place to do business.

We had went to another dealer they would not leave us alone and let us look. When we walked in the door and Davis Moore we were greeted by Dawson Grimsley we told him what we were there to look at and asked him a couple of quick questions. He told us to look around and get with Tim Kristek when we were ready. We were allowed to look around,and take our time without being hounded. Tim took care of any questions we had. He didnt try to sell things we didnt want or need we actually took our time and added on what we needed not what he thought we needed (he never even bothered with us if we told him no to something we moved on} That is why we went ahead and bought what we had just came in to look at.

I could not have been more satisfied on the service and care I received throughout my experience working with Rob Hayes. I was shopping at another Jeep dealership and became somewhat disappointed with the whole process I experienced. I called Davis-Moore hoping to get some information about a 2013 Jeep Rubicon. I was lucky to get Rob on the phone and he had some models to show me that next day. I thought I had done my research on the Rubicon and had my mind set on the model and the upgrades needed. Rob was very knowledgeable about the Rubicon and even suggested some changes that I was dead set on not changing.After he found out what I wanted he suggested some changes that were spot on. He even spent some time before I left helping me with the Sattelite radio and phone information. We built it at his desk and almost 6 weeks later that baby is sitting in my driveway.Along with Rob, Joel Slate made the financing quick and easy and got me out of there in under 30 minutes.Thanks again Rob.

My daughter locked her keys in her car 40 minutes from the dealership and 15 minutes to closing time. She works nights and it potentially could have placed a lot of hardships on a variety of people to get her home, to the dealership and back to her car late at night and early the next morning. Larry happily stayed the extra few minutes and made the key so she could unlock her car. Larry was our hero that day. To us, that was above and beyond customer service. I worked with Larry Hardenbrook with a parts issue that I would consider to be a problematic part, and Larry exceeded every expectation I had on multiple occassions! Larry Hardenbrook went above and beyond what you expect from a parts department and a Parts Manager by calling Chrysler parts representative to discuss my issue and got it resolved for me. As a Parts Manager, Larry Hardenbrook is much more qualified than I am to explain and justify my concerns with the questionable part to Chrysler and he took the initiative to get my concerns relayed to Chrysler and resolved in an acceptable manner. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LARRY HARDENBROOK to anyone with parts concerns.His actions only enhanced my opinion of this Davis Moore dealership. They really take care of you here.

I have been going to Davis-Moore for years to have my cars serviced. Bob Garrison is the only service writer I use. He does a great job, is efficient and easy to work with. He keeps me informed as to my vehicles needs. He has one of the best mechanics in Wichita working with him. His name is Steve Bates, he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He always finds me and describes in my terms what the problem is. He will also advise me if the problem can wait until the next visit. I have yet to find anything that Steve has worked on that I have to redo after I get the car home. These two, Bob and Steve, are a great team.

I would recommend Davis Moore to anyone remotely interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and stopped by Davis Moore Jeep on Kellogg to see what was available. I was fortunate enough to have Robert Hays as my sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected and yet I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He showed me several different jeeps and explained the various options and encouraged me to test drive as many as I felt I wanted to. It was a friendly and fun experience thanks to Robert, his manager, Jordan, the finance department (and I cannot forget to thank the guys in the service department who changed my tires and wheels more than once before I finally made my decision and to Morgan who removed the factory supplied decal from the hood of my Jeep) The changes I wanted were offered to me without me asking and because of that, I now own one of the most perfect Jeep Wranglers in Wichita! The service I received was excellent, but what made it exceptional was the way I was treated by everyone I came into contact with. I have nothing but excellent things to say about everyone at Davis Moore Jeep.

Watch the numbers they give you. Twice they put in a higher sales price than what was listed on the vehicle and once they even tried to calculate the rebate into the discount amount by lessening the discount to compensate. (wish I could post all 5 of the documents they gave me). I also had to pull up the rebates offered from the dodge website to get the correct rebate amount cause they claimed to not know about new offers. They also do not listen to the customer. Instead of calculating the price with the damaged fixed they insisted on trying to get me to take the car with the damage claiming I couldn't find a better deal. Sorry but if I buy a new car I want it to be undamaged or if I agree to take it after it has been damaged I expect it to be discounted AND the damage fixed.
