I was looking for a new mustang with some specific features and found one at this dealer. Bruce replied to my inquiry very quickly and helped me out with all the paperwork so I was able to trade in my car and drive the new car home. I was coming all the way from Columbus so I appreciated the thorough help to make the process as smooth as possible before arriving. I also love the car. It's so much fun to drive!

The professionalism of the GM and staff was not up to par! My company was used for detailing their cars for a few months. The way that the GM talked to me was unacceptable! I was told that I was not even a real detail company and that I was bogus! Also I received a few phone calls from customers of Daystar saying that their car was sent to me to get detailed and they weren’t happy with it. I informed them and reassured them that I was not the one that detailed their cars. I talked to the GM and he assured me that would never happen again. As a small business owner I cannot afford the bad Word of mouth in the small community that my business is located. Not even to mention that my employee went to look at a car at Daystar They asked if he had a job and he told them where he worked and they offered him a job! Although the service department has always been good to me and is professional. That’s why I give a one star rating. If the service department wasn’t good I’d be hitting zero stars!

Bruce May is a top notch salesman and is not focused solely on the bottom line. He returned my calls in a timely manner and even reached out after the car I was inquiring about was sold (after I procrastinated too long on a good deal). He simply wanted to extend an apology and wish me the best in my vehicle search. This degree of personalized attention is almost unheard of today and it was refreshing to say the least.

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Daystar Ford buying a vehicle! Everyone was friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with. If you ever just stop in or have a vehicle in mind, you need to ask for Bruce! He is an amazing guy to go through buying a vehicle at this dealership. Definitely recommend Daystar Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
