I was interested in a vehicle listed on Cars.com and on the dealers website. I sent two requests for information through Cars.com over the course of a week and never received a response. I eventually called the dealership. After waiting for an answer for a dozen rings, I was greeted by someone to seemed like they would rather be doing anything else but answer the phone. I received lax, one word answers to my inquiries and I was informed, contrary to the same verbiage posted on Cars.com and the dealer website (e.g. Financing is available!!) that financing was, in fact, not available on the car. I will definitely not be considering this dealership for future purchases. Trying to deal with this dealership was a complete waste of time.

I was looking for a car for my daughter on cars.com. I sent an inquiry, and almost immediately, I got a call back from Ivan. While enthusiastic, he was never "pushy" and always HONEST about everything, from inventory and financing options, to his acquisition process and how each car was inspected and prepared for sale. Very humble and professional young man. I would highly recommend this business to all of my family, friends, and loved ones. Worth the drive, if you are in the market for a reasonably priced, safe, and reliable, used car. Oh yeah. Did I say a 3-month extended warranty was included in the sale price? I purchased my car on a Friday morning, and confidently drove it down to Virginia Beach, Va for the weekend. I detailed the car on day two, and the car looks great.
