My son had been pestering me about lifted trucks since joining the military and hoped to have one soon after training. He constantly sent me pictures of possibilities and I usually objected for one reason or another - high mileage, too expensive, little options etc. Good thing for having patients. Because when he heard of Dealers Trade Outlet, with their wide selection of lifted trucks, this was a now brainer. He found exactly what he wanted and took an initial trip there to check it out. So when me and my wife went with him to test drive, we were really impressed with not only the 2015 Chevy Silverado but surprised on how efficient the place operates. The transaction went smoothly. All documents were provided on a USB drive, minor scratch buffed out and oil pressure switch replaced. Matt, Nathan and Bill were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We definitely would recommend this place and look forward to future business.

My daughter had to purchase a car for her trips back in forth from Providence to DC area. Rita walked her through the entire process. She also walked me through my hesitation as I was unable to personally view the vehicle in advance. Simply outstanding service from start to finish and they treated my daughter like she was their own. Great car ... great sellers ... outstanding and gracious service. Thanks!!!!

After weeks of research I found the perfect vehicle located on the lot at Dealers Trade. I'll admit to initially being a little apprehensive about purchasing from a smaller dealership, however the entire sales and finance team went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best deal. The no pressure environment, personalized approach to car sales and quality of cars located on the lot and let's not forget the extended warranty offered with the vehicle made the decision a no brainer. I'll gladly recommend Dealers Trade to friends and family who are looking for a new car.

Working on my 47th jeep through these guys. I keep buying from them because there service is excellent and they make buying so easy. Quality of the vehicles is great and the salesman know what they are talking about.

There are very few car dealerships that treat you the way you want to be treated. Over the top respect and accountability when working with my bankers while in the buying process. Thier sales reps and service men were super helpful. Each time I called I received prompt responses. What was really impressive was the fact that t hey were willing to repair most of the things, if any, that I found wrong with my vehicle. I honestly can say this is the best place I've bought a car from ever.

My purchase with Dealers Trade was excellent! I have purchased several new and used vehicles and this by far was my best experience. The staff was helpful, friendly and reassuring for my purchase. Great overall experience! No pressure to buy or rush my browsing of several lifted Jeeps. They actually gave me a couple grand more for my trade-in than competing dealerships. If you do the math on the cost of the vehicle upgrades and add labor, they offer way more than fair prices on their vehicles. Great staff, great selection, smooth buying process. Regarding the other review(s), not quite sure if they have ever bought a car at a dealership before!? Out!
