Took my daughters car in for service. They got to it right away. Did a diagnostic test and couldn't find anything wrong. Charged a minimal fee. Feel good about their honesty and promptness. Will definitely go again.

I took my car in recently as my engine light came on and my 90,000 mile checkup was in order. So I brought it in and had them fix the issue and do checkup (The issue had to do with the EGR system). A day later I get my car back and it was doing better and was super happy... the very next day my engine light came back on and had to immediately take it back in as the acceleration was not working and my rpm was super low. It has been 3 days since I dropped of my car and I still have not heard back from them or when it will be done. Don't recommend dropping car off for repairs here.

I bought a used car from them in KW and would not ever do this again! The vehicle had previous accident damage and would not follow through with fixing the headlight damage. Headlights never worked properly for the state of Missouri after bring it back two times to fix it!

I would give them 0 starts if I could! Very unprofessional and scummy dealership! Treated my friend and I very poorly, especially that bald man Greg!! Very disappointed on how you can treat humans in such a disgusting way. When a customer buys something from you establishment, treat them with respect. Please stay away everyone.

Buying a car from there was a terrible mistake. Once you buy it and walk out the door you’re on your own. Tried to set up a service appointment, can’t get you in for a month. Tried to cancel my coverage with this place, their accounting person to do it isn’t in. Therefore they couldn’t do a simple function. This place is a joke. How are you unable to find me as a customer you clowns I bought a car last year in august kia sorrento 2012. Quit lying you joke of a car dealership

Our car is excellent and fit our needs perfectly. Great service, fair price, and we found the service people professional, friendly and extremely well trained. When we are ready we will return to purchase our next quality pre-owned vehicle.

I bought this car in January of 2012. The car had 68,xxx miles on it so I decided to buy the extended 100k mile warranty. The salesman was typical and pushy as ever. He had some wierd idea that I actually cared if I wasted his time. In August of 2012 the car had 70k miles on it and had an oil leak. I took the car in the dealership and to my suprise the head gasket was bad. After getting that fixed, the car had to be towed back in three weeks later because the starter burnt out. Two months after that I went to get an oil change and they told me that I had no oil on the dip stick and oil was leaking from the turbo. The dealership kindly charged me $65 to clean up the mess that they made.

The overall process was good. I was disappointed the dealership would let a car leave the lot without being detailed. I felt that Tim the salesman was done with me once he had the sale. I honestly feel the service department is the best thing this dealership has going for it. I probably would not recommend this particular location to someone who is looking to purchase a new or preowned car.

Five stars for being friendly. Very nice people, but that only covers a few bad experiences. Very slow with paper work making it difficult to get registered and titled within the mandated 30 days, gave me a very stinky smokey loaner while they kept the car for over a week for some minor body work negotiated in the deal, when I took the car for emissions inspection (not to their shop) I was informed that the wipers wouldnt have passed inspection and one tire had a hold that was improperly patched, and I am still waiting for paperwork on my CPO extended warranty. BTW - Dealer gave me new wipers, but said tire was repaired properly.
