My experience in purchasing my 2017 Jeep Patriot from Mike Thomas (Owner/Manager) of Decisive Auto Sales was exceptional and by far exceeded all of my expectations. He was friendly, professional and just had the best demeanor you could ask for when going through the complexities of the whole car buying process. From the beginning recommending his best vehicle on his lot (according to my preference/specifications), test driving the vehicle, negotiating the price, recommending a good lender for financing terms and conditions, and the very end *delivering the vehicle as promised. Mike sure knows his stuff and his integrity and professionalism really came through. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decison I wasn't comfortable with. Mike and his dealership came highly recommended from my dear friends (Lucy & Rita) and I am so grateful that God's Angels & the Stars aligned (ALL)of us in this vehicle purchase. I truly believe that Our LORD GOD places people in our path for a reason. My search for a vehicle for the last (2 1/2 ) months is finally over, as I've found the perfect vehicle that was meant for me all along. I'm so happy with my vehicle purchase from Decisive Auto Sales, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than that. Fyi, I also purchased Gap & Extended Warranty 24 mos/24K Miles for added protection and peace of mind. In my opinion, Gap & Ext. Bought a beautiful car for less than 3,000. Hassle-free. Debit cards accepted, just remember your banks have limits. So, bring more than one! 🥴👌

Mike is a great guy. After my mechanic initially thought there was a big issue with the SUV I had just purchased, Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything got smoothed over nicely. Fixed the issue (which really was no big deal) and compensated me for my time. He even offered me my old trade-in back for zero cost, which he had fixed up and detailed! He easily could’ve said F*** off, as I had already signed the final paperwork. Definitely trustworthy and cares about making his customers feel valued. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I bought a car from this dealer on February 23 I paid 1700 for it the first week I had it towed three times the ignition the whole back suspension had to be replaced I had to be financed in order to get it fixed I get the car back literally the next day the transmission went. The car was sold as is and it’s been in the shop for six weeks because the warranty he gave me with the car was only willing to pay 400 in my eyes he is a dishonest man selling bad cars to good people and he will get his for what he did I am now five grand in the whole trying to get this car fixed and still have not had it to drive for more than one day at a time.

Mike is a great salesman and also a great guy. I never once felt a single ounce of the typical salesman energy that normally puts people off. He offered me an excellent deal on a car and went to every extent he could to make everything work. I would recommend him everytime. He'll take care of you.
