The management and staff of Delaware Subaru work really hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase experience. My consultant Mr Dobbins was knowledgable and well informed about the car and its history. Absolutely no pressure to purchase .

Since I can only schedule my service appointments on Saturdays, I sometimes had difficulty finding a date that worked. This dealership made it so easy to schedule a Saturday appointment. I just arrived home from that service appointment I couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by name by the person who checked me in. My car was taken right back and worked on and then they helped with a coupon for my service that brought the price down by $10.00. I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to write one today and thank Catherine and Tanya for all of their help this morning. This dealership has just become the place where I will always take my car for service.

1. Very easy to make an appointment. I called early in the week and was able to schedule for Saturday morning (Saturday was my requested day).2. Michael (and I'm sorry I didn't take note of his last name) provided excellent communication on Saturday morning. I initially scheduled for an oil change. When I arrived, I asked for the technician to check the tire pressure. While I was in the waiting area, Michael came over to tell me the tire pressure sensors in several of the tires were not working properly but the tires were fine. He relayed that the tire sensors are kept in the regular Subaru service area (closed on weekends) but could be replaced during the week. That's fine. They can be replaced during my next major interval service appointment. He then came back to say two belts were glazed and worn and asked if I wanted them replaced while I was there. He offered a loaner car for the time it would take or a shuttle lift home in case I had errands to run. A truly thoughtful gesture. I gave the go ahead for the belt replacement and waited in the lounge (with my trusty tablet!). To top off an already excellent experience, when I was walking back to the payment area with Michael after he told me my car was ready, I noticed my car had been washed. What a very pleasant surprise indeed! I appreciate all of the communication during my visit and also that the technician took the time to check the belts and replace them. Thanks to everyone involved!

Two weeks ago we unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a new car after a collision with a deer. Our interactions with Delaware Subaru were positive from the onset. We knew that we wanted a 2015 Impreza Limited with Eyesight which is a rare combination. We located that exact car on the Delaware Subaru website. We were greeted by Charles Gianakis when we came to the dealership. He told us that he would offer us a good deal; he lived up to his word, easily beating deals offered by the likes of Costco and other buying programs. He made the purchase a pleasure in contrast to the usual auto buying ordeal. The finance officer, April Gambacorta, matched Charles professionalism. She was well-prepared and the purchase went smoothly.We had done our homework on the Internet and knew costs, profits, etc. Delaware Subaru respected our knowledge and efforts; at each turn they offered us a fair deal. Charles and April were efficient, responsive and professional in our purchase.We look forward to years of safe and enjoyable driving with our new Subaru.

The service department is the best group of people I have ever dealt with in the the fifty years of dealing with many auto repair departments! The are an excellent team!Highly recommend them to anyone! They are the reason I will be buying my second Subaru in the very near future!

Delaware Subaru is a WINNER!!!Dave Stanton in sales was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Subaru lineup. Extremely helpful with my 2015 car search and purchase. Dave's customer service skills and the ease of the whole transaction made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Usually I dread dealing with car sales guys, but not here at Delaware Subaru. Best team around!! I bought a Subaru Crosstrek and dealt with Mike Cassidy. Mike was great, very friendly and easy to deal with. He also accompanied me to the DMV to get my licence switched to DE and often checks in with me to see how the car and I are doing. Very much recommend you look for Mike if you are looking to buy a subaru. I am very happy with the care too!

We had a positive experience. We purchase 2 cars- one new and a used vehicle. From the outset, I knew I was in the right dealership with the right sales person. Mike was friendly, very knowledgable and did not pressure us. This is the first time we have bought a Subaru and a Honda and I was totally pleased with the process. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Third time in 6 years with the same salesperson. Gave $ info of what I could afford and easily worked within my range. Whole process completed in 2 hours. I highly recommend dealership in general -- have leased last 2 cars there and had them serviced wth no hassles, and worked with same salesperson on 3 leases -- David Stanton -- highly recommend both service and sales!

On the front end, both Cory and Tony are a pleasure to deal with. The work was done perfectly and as promised. I was also offered a courtesy ride home on drop off. Overall excellent experience from a great team. Had the opportunity to purchase some parts as well and John was extremely helpful.

Cory Link from Delaware Subaru has been my Service Manager for years. Once a year I come to him and ask him to do what my Baja needs to have done - to keep it running for another few years. I now have 115,000 miles on my Baja and I guess since Subaru isn't looking at doing another pick up for a few more years - I will keep going back to him. I enjoy the people at Delaware Subaru very much and they really do take great care of me and my Baja!!

After going to a number of dealerships to get a feel for what I was looking for in a car, this was by far my most favorable experience. Mike took quite a bit of time with my husband and I, went along on 3 test drives, and made great suggestions to help me in my decision making process -- all without being pushy. Thanks to his helpful demeanor and great attitude, as we looked at other places, I couldn't help but keep thinking of how well we were treated at Subaru. This ultimately led me to my decision to buy, and I look forward to working with this dealership and service center.

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle during the fall season, and to my surprise my long-standing beloved vehicle came to its resting place 6 days ago :-( I had been interested in looking at a Subaru, given the fact that my father, my brother, and many of my friends are Subaru owners. My brother assisted me in researching different models, and I decided on the Impreza. To my surprise, we initiated a chat session with a representative from Delaware Subaru and we were invited to come to the dealership on the same day. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Mike Cassidy. He listened to my plight and was eager to help. He was able to work with his general manager - Nick Gianakis - to locate a brand new 2014 Impreza! I was even provided with a courtesy vehicle for 3 days until my new car was transported to the dealership in Wilmington. I had such a wonderful experience with the purchase of this vehicle! I definitely highly recommend Mr. Cassidy and the Delaware Subaru team - excellent service!!!
