Our experience at dell was way better than all the car dealers I been to over the years. The owner an the sales man and the shop workers are all nice and helpful.and the format they use to show what the payments and down is easy to understand. I bought two cars from there an I will continue to buy my cars from dell..I bought 2002Ford explorer and got warranty on it an knowing this car had a motor problem. 2 days later it blew. Dell acted quickly on getting a motor. And they did... also offered me another car to so I didn't have to wait for it to be fix. While I was making my decision dell gave me a loner to used.and I went with 2002 gmc envoy. They fix what I ask on that car and they took care of stuff they knew it needed. The car was all detailed out like a new car. Like I said they are the best I ever delt with... thanks dell... Keith an holly..

I've been to many buy here pay here dealers and I must say that Dell Motors is the only place I will continue getting my cars. They work with you and are there when they are needed. They fix anything that is wrong with the car no matter how long you've had it. I've referred many friends and family to Dell and all have been happy with their vehicles. They have great service and truly care about they customers. Keep up the good work Dell.

I have been dealing with Dell for over 2 years now, and have given multiple recommendations to friends and family to check out the options and services that dell motors has to offer. Ownership and sales manager Sergio go the extra mile for their clients. During the worst two snow storms in our areas history, Dell Motors was there to provide tips on car battery treatment, oil changes, and even a loaner car when i got in a jam and needed to make it to work. This is a great company with even greater people, and that's why Dell Motors is the BEST!!!!!!

When you think about used car dealers, usually the hair on your back stands up. I had those same feelings until I came across Dell Motors in Allentown PA. I purchased a 2003 Mercedes 2 years ago and the experience I have had has been more than one can imagine. First and foremost, the hospitality is great! The salesmen who's name is Sergio was very helpful..... took his time explaining their different options I had in financing and how the process works. Also, the management and ownership has changed which only took it to a whole nother level. Not only is he personlable but whatever way he can help you .... HE WILL AND THAT IS REAL TALK!!!! I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE WHO WAS MORE HELPFUL THAN THE OWNER OF DELL MOTORS. Ok, you may say, great ... Dell Motors has a bunch of nice people but what about the cars. Like I said earlier, I purchase a 2003 Mercedes but it took my wife and I a week to decide with car we wanted. Every car/truck on that lot are great, beautiful looking cars. Unfortunately, I am not able to speak about the service end of the operation because in the two years that I have had my car, I have never had an issues with it other than an oil change which was half the price Mercedes was going to charge. My experience with Dell Motors started two years ago. I had purchased a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer with 140,000 miles on it. It had some issues with a leaking windshield or sunroof, and the transmission slipped somewhat. After speaking with the salesman, he noted all the detailed defects and a timely manner in fixing it. Sergio was the best dealer I had ever dealt with and the vehicle was repaired upon my pickup date. Thank-you Howard Gregory
