I have tried many car dealerships and none can compare. A woman shopping for a car alone is not easy. With other dealerships I was either ignored or such high pressure to purchase a vehicle that was not a good fit. I have a disabilty that makes finding a vehicle difficult not only because the vehicle needs to accomidate me so I can drive it but the price range was important as to not overburden myself financially. Benjamin Fitch was my salesman and surely he listened carefully to my needs. He found the perfect car in the perfect price range and in anticipation of difficulty in financing as my income is disability....they got me financed on a excellent interest rate with more than affordable payments. I highly recommend Benjamin Fitch.

My Husband and I just purchased a Subaru Forester last week from Dellenbach. We had a wonderful experience! Lindsay Medina in the Online Sales department was great! She got back to us very quickly and was very generous with her time when answering my many questions. Once we had narrowed down a couple options we set up an appointment right away. From the second we walked in everyone was very helpful. Matt Heckler, in the sales department was very knowledgeable about the Subaru line and patient with me while I decided which model I preferred. The gentleman (his name slipped my mind) in the finance department went above and beyond to make the payments work for us. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car!!

Took my 1998 Silverado in to have a new seal put in the transmission and also told Chris, the tech, that my windshield washers weren't working well. Chis said they would see what they could do about them. They finished the seal replacement in the time estimated and at the cost estimated. They also threw in a new windshield washer hose and nozzle. When everything + is done as advertised, with courtesy and professionalism, what more can you ask for. A big thanks to Chris and the mechanic(s) who worked on my truck.Hal Schraeder

I bought my first truck there in 1997, had very great service then. Went back to look for a new 2015 truck and had awesome service again. I should have bought more trucks there than waiting for several years to buy one again. The first truck lasted a long time. As a single woman car buying has not always been a pleasant experience. I am happy to say I have purchased my first brand new car. The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. His supervisor helped with the closing and we found the best deal on the lot for me. The financing staff person was through and the transaction was quickly accomplished. Good job all around. I also appreciated all the customer service details like having someone watching the lot and opening the door with a pleasant greeting and asking how to help. Yea!

My wife and i were looking for something my wife would feel safe driving in the northern Colorado winter conditions. It was a toss up between the subaru outback and the chevy colorado after driving both we meet with Jim Staffa and was extremely helpful and knowable about the chevy colorado and he made us feel like we were his only customers. He gave us plenty of time and did not presure us into a vehicle as most salesman will do. I can honestly say the one of the main reasons we went with the Colorado was just because of Jim. He was truly a very professional saleman. After a months-long search for a new/used pickup, I finally found everything I wanted at Dellenbach Motors. Sales Rep Arden Peters and Finance Manager Eric Wendt were very patient with and helpful to my wife and I while we agonized over buying a new vehicle. They ensured we got the pickup we wanted at a great price and with great financing terms. I haven't visited a car dealership for years, and I was pleasantly surprised by the low-key, low pressure experience at Dellenbach. We met employees in many departments during several visits, and everybody is very happy with their jobs and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I just had an oil change and it was a super experience. The shuttle driver was timely, competent and nice. The oil change was FREE because it was part of the 4 free oil changes that come with the car purchase.Every time I walk in the service reception, I am greeted happily.BTW, if you buy a car there, ask for Arden. My name is Lisa, my son in law had been helping me to search out for a vehicle to purchase. We had driven to Longmont, Greeley & were planning on driving to Englewood, the next day. We came across Dellenbach's web site,streamed thru the vehicles that I would be interesref in. Low & behold I spotted a darling little RAV 4!! I recently dropped in to have my Silverado (2001) serviced. I had not set up an appointment. I also asked if the service technician would look a the rear end...........sounded like the bearings were going.Not only did they service my truck, but they were able to locate the problem...rear axle bearings and axles. I guess they don't last forever. They were able to replace the bearings and axles the same day I took it in, without an appointment,and get me back on the road. Thanks Chris (service adviser) and Thanks to the techs that worked on the vehicle.

Started of with Crista Way, it took her 10 minutes on the phone to give me a quote for our trade in, how to do the credit application on line and what the next steps would be. She was correct and everything went well. Robert Robinson called within an hour to confirm some application information. We made an appointment for 10am the next morning. He met us on time at the door and verified we had all of our documents for the trade in. He showed us the car and sent us for a test drive. When we returned, all of the sales documents were in order and we finalized the trade in documents. Greg in financing was ready when he came and got us from the lounge. Process took less than 30 minutes We drove away happy customers

From the time you drive onto the lot until you leave the staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The negotiating is actually friendly, non-pressured. I bought a 2016 Colorado Z-71 Pick-up. This is the second car I have purchased from Dellenbach and I will go back again. Next time I won't waste time at the other dealerships in town. I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism and Dellenbach does just that. I have already recommended Dellenbach to most of my friends and that is why I am writing this review, I recommend them to all who read this. The staff was wounderful, everyone helped and answered every question I had and made it the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had! My only complaint was after a week I called because I forgot my daughter's DVD player that was hooked to the seat of the car I traded in. I was told sorry that if something gets left behind it usually just "disappears" and there was nothing they could do about it. I an still very angry that a family owened dealership didn't right a wrong but the purchess experience was still wounderful.

We just had the BEST car buying experience ever. Cathy Michaels at Dellenbach was amazing. I spent a week trying to find just the right car to meet our needs and our strict budget. We LOVE our Brand New car and the deal we got on it and warranty. We qualified for a lot more but they never pushed us. We are definitely buying our daughter a car from them next. I purchased a set of tires from Dellenbach, about 60,000 miles ago. I had one tire that went low.........due to a small nail near the edge of the tire. The technician was able to patch the tire and get me on the road. No charge. I appreciate the service and fortunately I was able to get in an out relatively quickly. I just moved from the Western Slope and was having trouble with the headlights on my SRX, I took my car to a shop in Loveland and was quoted $3200 for a repair. I decided to contact Cadillac and they sent me to Dellanbach. I was very apprehensive after some repairs from the Cadillac Dealership on the Western Slope, but after dealing with Dellanbach I am over the top impressed with both the dealership and Cadillac. Because Cadillac met me half way my bill was half of the local garage and I got both headlights replaced! I will definitely buy my next car here!

We didn't call ahead and the advertised car we came to look had been sold. The salesman was courteous and found an identical car for us, with a color we liked better than the advertised car. Then we got a better deal on it than the advertised car. The salesman was able to either answer our questions or get the answers from someone else. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly and we didn't feel pressured at any time but were comfortable throughout the purchase.

Toby is great to work with. My only issue is that I took my truck to Arizona this weekend and after 1169 miles I got a message that I only had 999 mile for my DEF fluid. I stop and filled up with gas and put in 2.5 gals of DEF fluid. So, I have to assume that the it was not full when I received the truck as I have almost 3000 miles now and haven't received another message.

Routine maintenance and warranty work/recalls were performed. Due to availability of parts, they had my vehicle over the weekend but provided me with a loaner. My car was ready when anticipated and at the expected price but they lost a star for not running it thru the car wash (again). And if they don't wash it - which I can obviously see. . .what else didn't they do that I can't see? I was called at noon to tell me my car was done and I didn't pick it up until 5 so I know they had time to run it thru the auto wash. Or when I picked it up and the gal brought it from the lot, it would have been nice if she noticed it was dirty and offered to run it thru then. Not a big deal to some people but it IS one of your listed complimentary items.

Dellenbach is extremely accommodating - they are helpful and friendly - and the work they did is excellent.The only suggestion I have is that they should keep the customers up to date on the repair completion schedule. They called me at 4pm and said I could come pick up my car - I had meetings at work because I had no idea it would be ready - so I couldn't come until the next day. If they had told me sooner I could have made arrangements.

I had a bad battery, needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had an eye appointment that was crucial at the same time. Mindy realized I needed a loaner car and lined it up. She explained what the service would include and the cost. I got to my eye appointment and other appointment because Mindy had lined up the Malibu car I could use.I always try to go to Mindy as she is patient and kind and pleasant. I told Cheryl if I bought a new car it would have to be a Chevrolet because I needed to keep Mindy. Mindy also goes the extra mile by having my car washed. Over the many years I have gone to Dellenbach, she is the only person to line up a car wash. Having a new baby is a huge responsibility and the fun, fast car we had in Atlanta was not a good fit for the Colorado snowy weather and wasn't as safe for our new baby. We knew that a Subaru was the way we wanted to go and we had the privilege to work with Eric Wendt from Dellenbach. From the get-go, there was literally zero pressure to buy anything and he took care of us like we were his own family. Being that we both are working and handling a newborn on our own AND live in Thornton, Eric was great about helping us do a lot of things over the phone and was so responsive and available to us for any questions that we had. Yesterday was the day that our car was ready and we met him at the dealership to trade in our car and to pick up the new one. Eric did a great job at making sure we knew everything that was going on, understood our new car and how best to take care of it for the future and introduced us to people at Dellenbach that we might need to know in the future (service department, etc.). I've never had as pleasant of a car-buying experience in all of the new cars that I've purchased and I will definitely use Dellenbach and Eric again when I need to trade in our other car. Our sales associate, Julie was great. She was able to answer my questions, was low pressure and very responsive to my phone calls. My ESV was delivered sooner than expected. At delivery, finance was quick and they were able to make a few additions to my car before I drove off the lot. John, I believe is the manager, was also very professional and friendly. I went in to buy my first car. As a young lady, I was nervous about getting a good deal when going in by myself. However, they (Eric Wendt and Mike Lampe) truly listened to my concerns and needs and I walked out or rather drove off in a beautiful '13 Chevy Cruze and got a really great deal on it. My father has also bought several cars here, and trusted them to take good care of me when he sent me. Still, I was nervous. I had no need to be though! Eric walked me through all the bells and whistles, and made sure I knew everything about my car, and then gave me a tour of the Service and Repair shop and introducing me to several employees there, and made sure I would know how to keep up with the maintenance and everything. It truly was a FANTASTIC experience and I will definitely be returning for any cars in the future and I recommend others to go there as well.

I was pleasantly surprised this time. I took my car in for a recall and had the oil changed. When they did the recall they unjammed the seat too. So now the seat will actually go up and down and they did not charge me to fix it, which was very kind of them. Unfortunately they used some oil or something that has made the car smell for a week now. The smell is starting to go away but it was pretty bad for a while. Since I did not pay to have my car smell and my seat works I am ok with it.

I brought my car in because it was leaking pink fluid and overheated in < 10 degree weather. The service department was very helpful in telling me who to call for towing, informing me timely of the problem, that it was covered under power train, assisting with transportation and just general care coordination with me and my transportation. I don't understand vehicle issues and the service department explains things to me so that I do understand and feel comfortable that the service is appropriate and necessary. I really love that it is ok for me to ask many questions if I need to (and I don't always need to) and they give me all the time I need patiently explaining. I would not take my car anywhere else in town.

We went to Dellenbach to look for a used AWD vehicle for our youngest son who travels the local area a lot in his current job, and will be going back over the mountains to school at WSCU in Gunnison this Fall. We dealt with Bruce Ford. We felt that Bruce was honest and straightforward, so the experience was a good one for us. He steered us toward what we believe is a very good (one previous owner) Subaru Forester. He helped us get maintenance and repair records from the prior owner. Our son is quite pleased with the vehicle and is so happy not to be slipping around on the snowy roads. We would go back to Dellenbach and Bruce Ford.

I got to Dellenbach 1 hour early, it was snowing and roads were icy in some parts. I walked in and i was greeted. Everyone loved my Dr. Seuss. Christmas hat. I got a oiled and Lubed and tires rotated. After checking me in i went to the customer lounge to use my IPAD while i waited. They came to get me and i paid cash. I went to check my baby(scratches ir dings). I did not see any. They were very good not putting any dings or scratches on my baby. (I am very picky about my car).i checked her out good, i walked around her to all sides, just to make sure they didn't do something i didn't like. I was very happy the way she look. I did want a car wash, but i did understand that the carwash was closed because of the Snowing conditions. Dellenbach does a really good job with there service to vehicles. Great Experience!!!!! I purchased my first car which is a used 2010 Mazda 3. Bruce Ford was who helped me from beginning till the end. I had my friend drive me down here to visit this dealership, I must say we got all the paperwork done within 2 hours. He was honest throughout my entire experience, and definitely had great customer service skills. I told him the budget I had, and that I wanted to drive this car off the lot that night, which by the way the car was priced out of my range, although he made it possible and gave it to me at a more affordable rate. Your service technicians really know and care about what they are doing. As expected, Dellenbach GM professionals know more about my Chevy Silverado than most because working with GM vehicles is what they do. The 3 or 4 staff who I talked with at Dellenbach's were all considerate and helpful,from the service manager to the mechanics to the accounting representatives. When I asked about a couple potential problems identified during service and inspection, Brayden took extra time explaining and showing me what was found and why it was of concern until I understood everything. I'll be back for service and repairs as needed. Great job!

First, I wanted a truck, then I decided a mid-sized SUV would be better, and then we bought a house and I finally decided on a fuel efficient Subaru! In the mid part of this year my son was in a near fatal accident. This left in in the market for a car. Being a college student he didn't have much to spend but we needed to get him into something that was reliable and safe. We went to the used car lot of Dellenbach Motors and was greeted by Bruce Ford. I remember Bruce from when my son had bought his Jeep (the car he had the accident in) but something was different about Bruce .I proceed to share details of the accident and even showed Bruce pictures of the totaled Jeep. Thats is when Bruce share that he too had been in a accident. We asked if we could test drive 3 vehicles. With a smile on his face, one by one he proceeded to start up each vehicle so that it would be warmed up for my son and I. I noticed how difficult it seemed for him as he walked around but he never complained. Bruce released the vehicle my son had picked to me that evening, allowing my son to take my car back to college. I got approximately 3 blocks away when the check engine light came on. I called Bruce immediately and told him that I didn't want that vehicle but would not be able to return it until lunch time the next day. Bruce assured me that, that would fine. When driving to work the next morning, the vehicle broke down completely. At that exact moment I received a text from Bruce to see how the car performing. I called him back and explained what happened. This man offered me every service possible to keep me from being inconvenienced. I explained that we wanted the Liberty instead. That afternoon, Bruce texted me saying that the liberty would be warmed up and waiting for me to pick up that evening. I loan for the vehicle had been approved but my son was back in Greeley (College) with my car and wouldn't be back in town until saturday evening to sign papers. Again, Bruce assured me that, that would be fine. Bruce stated that he would be at the doctors but would have someone else assist us. When my son and I came into the dealership that Saturday, they were awaiting our arrival. After signing papers, as my son and I were walking away my phone rang and it was Bruce. He wanted to make sure that all went well for us. I assured him that it had. When asked how his appointment went, he told me that he had to have surgery. I must say that I was not surprised to hear that but was so humbled that with all he was going through, he was still concerned about me and my son....and when I thanked him for all he had done for us, he said "it was his sincere pleasure". I have worked in customer service for nearly 30 years and the service my son and I received from Bruce Ford far exceeds excellence. This man is truly the greatest example i've witnessed of "2nd mile service". Bruce will always be my go to guy for all future vehicles. I sincerely thank you. Emily Botelha

I purchased a used SRX still under factory warranty. I wanted your tech to go thru the car in addition to fixing warranty items. I wanted a report card of what I just purchased. Well when I got the car back two and a half days later the warranty work was completed, but they neglected to give me a write up of the quality of vehicle I just purchased. Also the interior headliner was dirty with fingerprints from trying to fix the delay/rain sense wiper feature. I understand that the service department is extremely busy, but purchasing a Cadillac I expected more from the employees.

I just want to thank Nathan Ybarra for such an awesome time buying a Chevy Traverse he done an outstanding job and really knew the end and outs of the vehicles we looked and and he actually asked my wife what she wanted and he made sure those items were crossed off the list and went over everything in the vehicle with her and that made her comfortable with the vehicle even before the test drive. I really lost faith years ago with dealerships ships and salesman but he really gave me another out look and the best part of it he made it feel like we were just dealing with a friend and not a pressured salesman, if anyone is looking to by a vehicle and have had bad experiences in the past I really would take some time and just stop by and give him a chance I dont think that you will look at buying a car or truck the same except for those damn payments and he cant do much about that except to sell you a cheaper car....LOL!!! I went to Dellenbach Motors on two occasions interested in buying a Silverado 3500HD. Both occasions I met with Eric Wendt. With Eric there is no pressure. I looked at the trucks he had on the lot, but I told him on both occasions I wanted to order my own and have it built for me. He never tried to talk me into letting him find one at another dealer or even something comparable on his lot. With Erics help it took about an hour to order the truck. Took about two months to get the truck and all the while Eric was on the job notifying me of each phase until delivery. As soon as the truck was delivered, Eric proceeded without delay, to photograph the truck and text to me, along with a timeline for pickup. This was the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle in over 40 years of driving, and it is all due to the dedication to customer service by Eric Wendt of Dellenbach Motors. I highly recommend doing business with Eric Wendt and Dellenback Motors.

I recently purchased a Yukon XL from Dellenbach and Eric Wendt made the experience a pleasure. I met Eric on a Saturday, told him what we were looking for and by the middle of the next week he had located the vehicle we wanted and we closed the deal. Eric stayed in touch with me via e-mail while he was looking for the Tahoe and he did not present himself as high pressure salesman. When the Tahoe arrived in Fort Collins we worked out a deal in no time at all. This was the second vehicle I've purchased from Dellenbach and both times I had a good experience. I was so pleased with my experience with Bruce Ford! When I called they told me to ask for Bruce Ford, and boy am I glad we found him! I was shopping for my first car with my dad and Bruce made the experience so much fun! He found what we were looking for, and was genuinely concerned about our thoughts and opinions. He made sure to show us carfax, look up the history, and even contacted the previous owner to make sure we had all of the facts. He helped us to get a price that we just couldn't refuse! He made the buying process easy and fast and even fun! Bruce made us comfortable while we waited for paperwork, and they made everything very clear and easy to understand. Bruce took care of everything so that we didn't have to do much, and even filled up my gas tank! From the moment I contacted Dellenbach over the phone regarding a used vehicle they had for sale, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. They knew I wasn't spending $50K on a new vehicle, yet you'd never have known it by my treatment. Salesmen Stephen Coates and Mike McCraken both were excellent. Neither pushed me towards one vehicle or another and only wanted to help me get into a quality vehicle that would suit my needs. I cannot say enough good things about both of them. Stephen was the one I dealt with most and I'd thoroughly recommend him as your salesman. No pressure, no slimy "car salesman" feel at all. Buck Buchanan in the finance office was equally deserving of praise. He was fully prepared with all my documents when I entered the room. There was no effort to sell me items I didn't want and I was completed with everything in less than 15 minutes. Overall, by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

I have known Eric Cordova for quite a few years and I very much respect and appreciate the vast knowledge that he has accumulated. I had visited with him and he knew what I wa looking for in a truck. It was just a matter of a couple of days and he called me and told me he had a truck that I should look at. This was on a friday afternoon and I could not go totown right away. so I went in early evening. I met Eric Wendt and worked with him. He had plates on the truck and ready to go in no time. We did the necessary paper work and I took the truck home for the evening. Nice truck. Went back in to Dellenbach on Saturday morning and met with the Eric duo. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Between Eric Cordova and Eric Wendt everything just flowed. These two guys made buying this vehicle a pleasure, not a chore.I came away from there very happy and satisfied. I got a very nice truck with low miles (2005 1500 with little over 17000 miles) I was super happy with the deal and I could not believe how easy it was. I purchased a Tribeca from Dallenbach at the end of June. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had..... from the very first contact until after the sale. Bruce Ford provided exceptional customer service. I had just relocated to Ft. Collins from New Orleans. Buying a car in a new town as a single female could have been a daunting experience to say the least. Not here. Bruce was very knowledgable about his inventory and gave me pluses and minuses of each car in the used inventory that I asked about. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Both are not often found these days. The radio in my car did not work when I test drove it. No problem. A new one was given to me by the dealership and installed very soon after the sale. Justin, in the service department, was very accommodating as well and provided transportation for me to and from work. The financing process was painless as well. Everyone I came into contact with at Dellenbach was very respectful and genuine. Bruce has contacted me after the sale to check in and see how everything is going. I appreciate that. I will recommend Bruce and Dallenbach to anyone that I know of that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I brought my car in to get a diagnostic done after my check engine light came on, and despite it being a very busy day in the office, a man named Colin immediately came out to help me. He ran the scanner and turned out to be a simple gas cap leak. He fixed the problem and cleared the code with no charge. He didn't try to sell me anything and was friendly and efficient. I absolutely recommend this place. Great people and great service.

This being my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership as big as Dellenbach, I was pretty intimidated by the selection of cars, that was until I was introduced to Eric Wendt. Eric made the whole experience, unexpectedly, enjoyable. Eric was easy to talk to and to be honest with about the car that would best fit my needs. Like everyone else in Colorado we really love Subaru's and as we set out to buy one this summer we shopped around to virtually every dealer in this state and found that the one in our home town of Fort Collins had the best price and outstanding service. Eric Wendt sold us our Outback and we could not have asked for more in terms of customer services and professionalism, I would highly recommend connecting with him and Dellenbauch motors. I ended up switching models but bought a Legacy for a great price. My credit is not great but they got me good financing.

Just bought a used car from Kruno Petrov at Dellenbach. He's a very helpful and positive salesperson. I really appreciated that I could take a test drive on my own for as long as I wanted. Kruno filled the tank up with gas and said to enjoy the ride for as long as I'd like. No pressure from a salesman riding along and talking the whole time. I also liked the offer to take the car home overnight so my spouse could check it out and drive it as well. Purchasing turned out to be fairly quick with friendly finance personnel. We were return customers, buying from this dealership last year was a good experience so thought we would try again. Unfortunately, the sales person we worked w/ before had retired, so dealt w/ a different person. The different sales person was knowledgeable & didn't pressure & we are happy w/ the truck we purchased, but felt a little let down w/ the lack of support from the salesperson. Last year, after we got home, we realized we had only received one key for the used vehicle we purchased & our sales person told us we could have keys made (which was about $150) here & send him a copy of the bill & he would reimburse us, which he did. Remembering this we requested to have 1 more key made for this truck while we were there, since there was only one given, and our sales person said flat out 'NO' & he told us that 1 key was just the way it was & there was nothing he could do about it. Seemed like a small thing & the instant negative response from this salesman was very disappointing. This incident mixed w/ a few other things was a letdown compared to our experience last year. Small things can make the difference for us, don't know if we will be back again.

I had the best car buying experience at Dellenbach motors, My husband and I shopped all day and went to this dealership last and they were getting ready to close. They didn't bother us while we were looking they even persisted we take the SUV we found for a test drive and we fell in love with the vehicle. When we returned a few of the guys stayed late to give us a deal on the vehicle and when we left they were there almost an hour past closing to help us! We did purchase from them and it was done professionally and fast. They even showed us around all the departments while we were waiting for paperwork. We where not normal customers to start off with. We just had our first kid, Myles. After finding out what daycare cost, we needed to get rid of our monthly payments. I had a recall on my Cadillac and the service was prompt and on time as expected. Thanks as I drive 2 hours to service my car and usually plan other activities while in Fort Collins. There are other dealers closer to me however, I am not comfortable going to them as a woman. Dellenbach does not do this.

I just bought a Prius from Dellenbach (like less than an hour ago..lol)!!!! The staff there was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. Due to my commute (FTC to DTC) Rob Roberson and his team stayed after hours (on numerous occasions) to show me vehicles, do test drives, and paperwork. While I was at work, Rob worked diligently to answer all my questions, get vehicles ready for when I showed up (plates on and ready for test drive) and he communicated with me on my terms. I recently bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado at Dellenbach and was very pleased with the whole experience. Eric Wendt was the sales rep who helped me. Eric was laid back and not pushy and he could either answer all my questions immediately or was able to find the info very quickly. I had some appointments to look at a few other trucks and he wasn't offended and didn't try to rush a sale. When the other vehicles didn't pan out to be as nice as the truck Eric originally showed me, we visited more and he and his manager even let me take it home for the weekend. It's been the perfect fit for our family's needs and budget. If you need good used vehicle, I'd highly recommend Dellenbach. They also took good care of us during the paperwork portion as well.

I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Forrester at Dellenbach Motors in Fort Collins. The personnel were professional, courteous, and helpful. On my first visit the salesman took a lot of time with me as I test drove the automobile and after. He answered all of my questions and provided data and details. When I returned a couple days later, he accompanied me on a longer test drive and after I decided to purchase the vehicle he spent a lot of time reviewing all the new features and showing me how to use them. They were very accommodating in arranging for my payment, trade-in, and driving the car home that day. I negotiated a satisfactory price for the trade-in of my old automobile. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I've also had service done there many times on my prior car in the past and have always been appreciative of the friendly atmosphere and the timely service. I was down on the front range and thought about looking at replacing my aging Forester, so we stopped in to Dellenbach's. Had intentions of picking up a used car, but took the 2014 Forester for a spin. Went home and did some research and found that Dellenbach Subaru had the best prices I could find in my area or the front range. Deal done, I'm driving a new Subaru Forester and I love it. I was surprised to see negative reviews of Dellenbach when I pulled this up but I guess car buying, in general, is such a big purchase that there is bound to be hiccups along the way. And I thought it was cool that they respond to comments thoughtfully. Anyway...I purchased my first new car from Dellenbach Subaru in December of 1998. I had a great experience then and found that in October 2013 things were still just as good! My favorite thing about Dellenbach is that their staff is truly knowledgeable about all the details of the car and were intuitive enough to answer my questions in the appropriate level of details (some things I wanted to know every little thing about and others I just wanted a basic answer). There was no "high pressure" sales - they seemed to understand that my purchase was a process and that I was going to make multiple visits to the dealership, inquiries by email, etc. before making a decision. Other dealers I have been to always seemed to operate under the assumption that you were there to purchase RIGHT THEN! Additionally, as a female buyer who was the sole decision maker on the purchase, I never felt that any one of their staff talked down to me or made me feel as if they knew more than I did about the vehicles or the process. And when the "big day" came and I picked up my new car I was thrilled with how quick everything was wrapped up and how my salesman came out and gave me a really thorough tutorial on all of the buttons and switches. And then he followed up with a phone call a few days later which was perfect because I had one question but hadn't managed to pick up the phone to call and ask. I highly recommend Dellenbach - they are a family business and are not motivated by the almighty dollar. They truly want people to love their cars. And I do love mine!

When I told him I wouldn't pay sicker price for it and asked to see the invoice he got flustered about it. I also asked about the kickbacks they get from Subaru and was met with a "we don't get anything from subaru for selling new cars." I then told him an out the door price that another dealership had quoted me, with the addition of snow tires and ski rack. He promptly told me I am lying and there is no way that the other dealership could afford to sell me the car for that price. Needless to say I will not be going back there. Horrible buying experience..

If you are in the Fort Collins area, you should visit Dellenbach Motors for your next purchase. They are amazing. I recently shopped for a new or lightly used truck, visiting several area dealerships in the process. This one stands head and shoulders above all the rest in the area as well as any other dealership I have ever dealt with. My salesperson, Joe Feiereisen is the most energetic, straightforward, capable and happy person. He worked very hard over the course of 2-3 weeks to find me that perfect truck. Though I ended up finding that perfect truck elsewhere, Joe's attitude never flagged and I will go back to him first, every time. Each employee I met was remarkable in their dedication to customer service, and I plan to use their service department even though there are at least three other GM dealerships closer to me.

I inquired about a vehicle which was in their body shop. They took me back to look at it while in the shop. I liked it, but I wanted to test drive before making an offer. The salesman tried to get me to make an offer without a test drive, but he said he would call me the minute it came out of the shop. I followed up over the weekend by email to express my continued interest. The internet manager promised they would call me when it was ready to test drive. When I called two days later to inquire, they said the vehicle was sold the previous evening. They never even attempted to call or contact me like they said they would.

The dallenbach sales team took great care of my father and I when we went up to inquire about a Subaru Impreza WRX. Matt provided updates and information via both email and text, and when we were ready to come in, he took care of us personally even though he had to balance his time with another couple. I really did not feel pressured by the dealer. Matt was open and honest that he wanted me to buy a car but I felt like it was a natural expression of his sales role, not that I *had* to buy right then, right there. He helped me appraise my trade in, and subsequent guidance from other dealers has indicated that they came back with a fair middle-of-the-road offer. The only downside to the dealership is that the lot is rather cramped. The space along College Ave is at a premium so the lot was pretty small and customer parking is sometimes tough to squeeze into. If I am in the market for a subaru again, I know where I am returning. Good service, a team willing to use technologies like SMS to keep in contact with a customer.

The parts dept. refused to take a part (non electrical) back because the "package was opened" and they don't stock that particular part. They were the ones that told me what part I needed and then gave me the wrong part to begin with !! And these dealerships pride themselves in customer service. Go figure !

I went into my used car shopping with very clear goals. I wanted something with a little style, lots of life left and a great price. I found the type of car I wanted through internet shopping then located a decent deal at Dellenbach. My shopping experience was very easy and straight forward. They had no problem letting me take the car to my mechanic, even keeping it overnight. The salesman treated me with respect and I was happy with the price I paid for the car. They were very clear about all the components of the cost and didn't balk when I asked to come to terms on 'out the door' price including taxes and fees.

They seem to do well in repairing cars. But I wouldn't buy anything there. They are a good $3,000 over priced, and they are not straight with the pricing. Buy from the smaller lots, and save a ton of cash.

Was recently looking for a late model Outback and noticed that Dellenbach's advertised prices were significantly lower than nearly all others. When writing for an "internet price" I was offered reasonable discounts from the original fairly low price. Ms. Hughes was alway prompt in resonding to my several emails and even took the time to take some additional close-up pictues of a vehicle in which I was interested. In several phone calls I was treated wth exceptional courtesy and product knowledge. Though I eventually bought a Toyota in my northern Wyoming hometown, I would not hesitate to work with Dellenbach's again next time I'm shopping.

We had to search for the car we wanted online because our local dealer (we're 500 miles from Dellenbach Motors) couldn't get any of the Subaru model we wanted. Dellenbach's online salesperson was very quick to respond to our enquiry and only too happy to answer our questions. We reserved our car of choice and made the trip down to Ft. Collins. The sales process was smooth, and they forgave our initial deposit and gave us a $50 accessory for free. That being said, we didn't quibble about their asking price, so perhaps those two things didn't count for that much. We were allowed to leave the car there and come back the next morning to fetch our car off the lot as the dealership was closed the next day. Worked great. One thing they COULD HAVE done to make us feel APPRECIATED as good customers was to comp a room for us at a nice, nearby inn and perhaps a dinner meal. After all...we drove over 1,000 miles and invested an entire personal weekend to buy a car from them!

Overcharged for a dilapidated car, incompetent: made numerous mistakes with the sale, rude: failed to greet incoming customers, ignored me for over a half hour, pointed out mistakes after the sale. This dealership was the worst I have been to, that was the worst transaction I have ever gone through. These guys will seize the opportunity to take advantage of every customer that walks in the door. I recommend getting a car elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Camaro from Dellenbach Motors in Fort Collins. From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I have ever done. My sales consultant was terrific and I was given a very fair price for my trade (after shopping around they gave me $2500 more than anywhere else I had gone!) Additionally, I opted to have custom stripes painted on my car, this was finished in their body shop and they did an excellent job. Very impressed with Dellenbach Motors!?

A friend and I walked in just to look at the new CTS which had just come out. When we arrived, NO ONE came to greet us at all. We found a CTS, and were looking at it, when a salesman (Who refused to give us his name) walked up, and started talking to us about the car. The entire time, he was giving us the attitude like he wanted us to leave, and that somehow our presence on his lot was 'bothering' him. He ended up saying ' Well, we have a lot of work to do, so I think it's time for you guys to go now.'Now, I COULD be wrong about this, but if I were trying to sell a car, that's CERTAINLY the wrong appraoch to take. Because of this, I do not recommend them if you're looking to buy a Cadillac. Their Chevrolet building (same lot, different building) seems to be much better. The salesmen in THAT section are a lot nicer, and I've never been 'shoed away' because I'm 'bothering' them.
