Deluxe was the second dealer we visited for my car search and was a completely different experience from the first place we visited. The dealership itself was very nice and from the moment we pulled up, we were welcomed and treated warmly. Victor was great, I told him what car I was interested and he immediately found it and took me through the specs. Then we went out for a test drive where he made sure I was able to test the car in different situations, which I appreciated. He made sure to highlight all of the car's key selling points and even talked about his experience owning a similar model. After the test drive, we talked numbers and Victor worked hard with his boss to try to get us as close to the number that we had in mind as possible. We did not feel pressured at any point of our time there. Once, we agreed upon the price, the car was sent to be detailed and get a full tank of gas. Victor filled out all our paperwork and prepared everything for us to complete the process. We came in with a preapproved Capital One Auto loan and the guys were happy to accommodate us and did not run our credit with any other lenders. They make sure the cars they sell are prepared for the owner from tires to brakes. I felt comfortable and reassured that I was getting the car I wanted near the price I wanted and that they had done the due diligence to make sure it was a quality car. All the cars in the lot are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this dealer to family & friends. I am loving my new car. Thanks again Victor for your wonderful service!

This dealership was warm and friendly. Very different from other experiences. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and knowledgeable. They let us examine the car without them breathing down our necks. They explained every step to us and didn't rush us or push us in anyway. Adelson was a great help and would recommend going to see him for anybody interesting in buying a pre owned car.

Rafael was super helpful and welcoming, this is literally the first car buying experience that I didn't feel like I was being pushed around and screwed. Thank you so much for that! They will go above and beyond to help get you what you need. My wife wasn't able to come to the dealer but Rafael was able to Travel to her to get documents signed, it wasn't a problem. I over-nighted signed sale paperwork immediately upon receiving them. Deluxe Auto received my signed sale forms on Friday. Rafael ensured me over the phone that I wasn't in danger of losing the vehicle. My banker called Rafael Monday morning to confirm the check instructions and he told my banker they proceeded to sell the vehicle to another individual that morning (after receiving my signed sales paperwork). In my view, this is VERY poor business tactics. I could have wired them the funds on Friday if I knew this was going to be an issue. I believe this was more of a doing by the dealership than Rafael.

I must say that I usually do not like the car buying experience. Between the constant pressure, drab environment, and the less than friendly staff, it's something I try to avoid at all cost. This was a different experience. Manny was friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was warm, inviting, and the vehicle was as advertised. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

This was the BEST car experience I have ever had, and I am 68 years old!! I love the entire dealership.......very human, gracious, and cordial.......and I would recommend Deluxe and Kevin, my salesman, to anyone and everyone because Kevin is just a wonderful, wonderful salesman...patient, calm, accepting, a great listener, knowledgable, and as respectful as it gets - plus, Kevin is sweetly funny which made it enjoyable to buy a car. I have even asked Kevin to find me another car, asap. A convertible this time. The finance man., Al, is elegant, good, thorough, and well spoken. The thought alone to want anything Mercedes is always greeted with such humbling feedbacks. Such as "wow expensive taste" and the occasional are you sure, but this dealership wasn't like that at all. Very accommodating and assuring. Treated like family (I know sounds cliche) but it's true refreshments are frequently offered to ensure comfort. Absolutely lovely atmosphere as well as diligent staff that work together to ensure you leave satisfied. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Very cool people. They have many cars super clean inside a massive garage. Very organized and taken care of. The cars I've driven were 2 2013s 550is. Very clean and very nice. No vibration, car was extremely smooth and clean. The price is below standard too. It's their internet price plus taxes and fees, no other fees like other dealers tack on. I highly recommend you take a visit and you might find something you will leave with that day.

Manny was my salesperson. He was very good and professional. He answered all my questions. The overall experience was good. My only comment for improvement was the cars were not clean. I looked at multiple cars at your facility and every interior was very dirty and steering wheel sticky. Not sure what solution you use to clean (maybe armor all or something like that), but every interior I looked at was very poorly detailed. Exterior of the cars were also very dirty - rims had brake dust on them and overall exterior of the car was poor. Most of your customers are looking for high-end cars, you would sell more cars at higher prices if the cars were prepared properly. All cars should be show-room ready at all times.

Deluxe Auto Sales is a good place to buy a quality used vehicle at a fair price. The Sales person was very friendly and did not pressure me during the buying. The dealership is definitely on the high end , offering all kinds of higher-end luxury brands, including mid-level vehicles. The showroom is clean and nicely laid out. the staff seems friendly. And there was no pressure to upsell me any additional services during the buying process. It is a bit of a challenge however to negotiate on the Internet pricing. But I guess if you're already getting a fair price, that is to be expected. The vehicle we purchased was nicely cleaned and detailed prior to purchase. Overall, a very good buying experience!!

Used car dealers have a stigma attached to them that makes any intelligent buyer somewhat cautious about dealing with them. I too visited Deluxe Auto with a healthy dose of caution but in the end I was left feeling glad I went there. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff and the look of the dealership itself. My salesman Adelson was courteous, professional and not overly pushy about selling me an SUV. He was excellent with his attentiveness and follow up both via text and phone. He was willing to take the step of driving the SUV I was interested in to my local mechanic for an inspection, giving up 3+ hours of his day to offer me the level of comfort I required to move forward with a sale. In the end I believe we settled on a fair price given the quality of the vehicle I was purchasing and he made some minor but necessary repairs that my mechanic pointed out. The car was delivered to my home where we settled up with the paperwork and payment. A week later, his sales manager who happened to live in my town delivered my registration and plates to my home, saving me a trip to Linden. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would be willing to do business with Adelson and the dealership again in the future.

Was told I'd get a second key upon returning with down payment. Well they lied. Made me sign a "no promise agreement" and I mentioned it to them before signing. Told me don't worry, once u come back with the remaining down payment I'll have the key. Well I came back a week later with the remaining down payment then when I said where's the second key, I was told I misunderstood the salesman, and said "the salesman doesn't speak well English"... But spoke well English selling me a $11k car right?! Never again will I shop here. Untrustworthy

Saw the car I wanted on cars.com.It was Lincoln MKX.They had 2 to choose from at fair prices.I called in the morning,made a noon appointment and was driving home with great vehicle by 3:30pm.Vehicles looked even better than they did online.They have a large selection of great hig end luxury vehicles.Kevin was great.No hassles no haggles no hidden fees.The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was no snacks in the lounge area.Get some snacks guys.

I liked an x5 they had in stock. Joe was helpful over the phone, since I am coming from out of state, I needed to find out if I could afford the car as I am avoiding credit after paying off debts a year ago.They have a great test drive road that goes around the back which helps a lot in assessing the condition of the car. They also allowed my mechanic friend who is skilled with cars to scan the car for codes and check the condition of the car.So, overall a good experience, despite me being tired and cranky early on a Saturday morning (because Bank Of America closes at 1pm- I had to start my shopping early!)

In the hopes of purchasing a car for myself I came to Deluxe not really expecting much but immediately was blown away by the inventory and the kindness of the sales representatives, specifically with Rafael. I came in initially with no intention of purchasing a car that day and made that clear to him, despite that fact he still put in the utmost time and effort to help me by showing me choices that would not only fit my budget but fit me as well. I appreciate Rafael for getting to know me and my needs rather than just looking at me as another sale. I never at any point felt that I was being scammed into buying a different car for a higher price or any thing of that sort but rather got very direct with him in finding the right car for me. I visited many other dealerships and when it came down to actually purchasing a car, I had such a great, welcoming, not daunting experience with Rafael and the dealership that I had to come back and get a car from here. After having spoken with Sue several times and looking at the beautiful pictures that had been taken of the truck, I decided to dive in. I traveled 2.5 hours to drive the truck, and had looked forward to trading in my old truck for a new to me one. Upon arrival at this "dealership" I was informed that I couldn't drive the truck as it had no rear shocks in it. sue stated that she had no knowledge of the issue, even though she had promise that everything was "good to go" with our deal. As I had already planned on purchasing the truck after a test drive, I was rather upset that I couldn't even drive it prior to purchase. After speaking with the salesman, Jesus, several times I opted to go ahead and make the purchase. I was told be him that they would be installing new shocks on my truck. I waited a week and picked up my truck yesterday. Due to the cramped quarters of the lot, we had to get me switched over to the Raptor quickly, or so I was told. Hence I didn't have time to go over the truck very well. Have now looked it over and found several things....one the shocks that were put on the truck are used, corroded shocks, whereas I had been told that they would be new. Two, the "luxury package" w/ remote start turned out to be some 3rd party car alarm, NOT OEM. even though I was told several times that it was. I truly feel that this was a bad deal from the very beginning and would like to let everyone know NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!!

When I first met Kevin felt like he was a brother of mine who is really understanding. He help me out in getting my dream car and for that I deathly recommend him. The only brightside to this dealership is to Rafael for his Gentlemen Manners & his curtsy! Spoke with Sue a few times and then again on friday night before memorial day weekend on a beautiful picture of a 2006 hummer 3 that in the picture looked absolutely beautiful for 15,995 she knew we were coming from Marlton NJ which is over an hour and a half ride, a that used up 30 dollars in gas and 13 in tolls. Woke up to go purchase this H3 on Saturday morning when I noticed the $ amount INCREASED a thousand dollars!!!!!. Knowing they had 2 people ccoming to look at it which quinsdentally just happen to be at the same time. They told me THE PRICE was a type error which is total B.S. when it was listed at that price for days. When we drove hour and half to get there to look at it, was nothing like the picture it had scratch marks all over it and dents. The paper work in the vehicle said it had a crome package when in fact it did not. This truck was digitally enhanced in the picture to say the least, the color wasn't even the same as the picture. As soon as I saw it I knew we were taken advantage of with a 1,000 price increase. They said on the phone when I questioned the price increase to come in & look at it and will work it out. Sadly to my surprise after seeing all the scratches and how different looking it was in the picture they offered to take off only 500 off after increasing it that morning to another 1,000. I felt like an idiot driving all that way for a truck that was nothing like the picture & to see they increased the price on a holiday weekend when every other auto place was offering great discounts. Felt blindsided to say the least. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE OR WHAT THE PRICE SAYS! Because they did not keep their word!!!!

Amazing experience. Staff was courteous and extremely accommodating. They give you rock star treatment that you don't even get in a new car dealership. All of the cars are beautiful and seem to be reasonably priced. Adelson who was our salesman, was down to earth and all around good guy. Low pressure as well. I would definitely buy again here.

This was probably the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish. I called to inquire about the vehicle that I saw online. I called spoke with Sue who set me up with an appointment to come see the vehicle. I was actually late and missed that initial appointment. I didn't make it for another week. I walked in unannounced. But my name was still in the system. The car was still available. I met with Rafael, who i found to be very prompt and professional. He immediately made the car available for my viewing and test drive. No time was wasted. But I never felt pressured at all. I found Rafael to very personable also. My decision to buy was a quick decision due to the ease at which we related and the sincerity Rafael expressed throughout. It was an extreme pleasure. I'm a car lover and that candy shop is awesome! The entire process from inquiry, to scheduling, to showcase, to negotiations, to purchase and financing was top shelf. Everyone was super helpful and fair. I even misinterpreted some numbers on the contract after driving away, and they were more than willing to help me out and explain the situation in a friendly manner (this is after having purchased and left the lot). A lot of other dealers would have shown a sharp decrease in customer service at that point since they've already secured what they were looking for, but not these guys. They're the real deal. The amount of inventory at this dealership is really awesome. Being my 1st Mercedes purchase - I was way too excited and didn't exercise additional caution. Let's keep it rear - car dealerships are in business to make $$$!I'd highly recommend NOT falling in love with the 1st vehicle presented. Secondly, INSIST on a rural and highway road test in order to move fully identify any potential reasons for performance, handling, vibration concerns!!! The vehicle I purchased had some damage from the previous owner which "DELUX" took care of. I was provided with a rental at no cost to me. There is however an issue with vibration at 65-70 MPH and above which as compared to other vehicles in this class (new or used) is not normal and won't be resolved by tire inflation pressure adjustment. Lastly, always know your financing options before you go shopping!!!

Kevin was very helpful and friendly. Dealing with him was a pleasure. He took an interest in what I was looking for in a car and didn't waste my time. The car was as-described on their website. The negotiation experience was pretty typical for a used car dealership. My two gripes: 1. The out-of-the-blue "Doc Fee". Don't negotiate in good faith and then throw in an extra $349 profit when I'm sitting with the finance guy. That's sleazy and soured the entire experience. The dollar amount is small but the fact remains that they were lying to me while we negotiated.2. Out-of-state registration processing. Don't do it! You get a temp plate good for 20 days but your home state's registration doesn't arrive for another 45. I could have driven to my local DMV and done it all on the spot to avoid driving around on an expired registration. Maybe it's the DMV's fault, but regardless, the service is not worth the risk.

I had been tracking the B7 Alpina for several weeks waiting to get through tax season and hoping it would be there, once the dust settled. Luckily it was and I knew the minute I sat int the car it was worth the wait. The car I was driving was a Xmas gift from my wife and daughter several years back and my wife decided the Alpina should be my birthday gift, so she wrote the check making it so.. It was a bit of a busy day at Deluxe and Renato, our sales advisor, was attentive and well informed of all my new BMW had to offer, explaining, in detail, many of the great features. I had met Renato years ago and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his heart felt approach to his clients, i made the mistake years ago by not buying from Deluxe Auto Sales. I happened to be on a layover in Newark when I decided to look for a car on my phone. I live in NH, so I wouldn't normally shop for a car in NJ. The app used my current location and I found a 2013 Honda CR-Z that was virtually brand new at Deluxe Auto Sales. My job requires me to travel a lot and I have very limited time to be on the phone. Kevin and Sue were amazing! They both respected the fact that email was my preferred method of communication. I purchased the car without talking to anyone until the day I picked it up. Everything went smoothly and the car is perfect. There was one minor issue, when I go the car home the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. When I reached out to them they apologized, I was hoping for them to split the cost of the battery. I got a good deal on the car, so I'll still give them 5-stars.

I drove 2 hrs from S. Jersey expecting the old "bait and switch". I couldn't have been more mistaken!! Not only was the Audi Q5 there, but 3 others like it plus an amazing array of other high end auto's. Talk about "a kid in a candy shop "! I put a application in online with all my information including my trade which is a 2007 GL450 Mercedes. I received at least 7 calls from a women name Sue (internet account manager) claiming that I had been approved for 2010 BMW. I explained to Sue that I would be driving 224 miles to there dealership and really couldn't afford to waste my time or gas and also the $50.00 that I spent in tolls. I also ask could I finish my process over the phone and was told "NO", keep in mind that I know I have credit issues but my point is that it was very unprofessional that they made me drive that dam far for a 5 minute denial. And last told me to bring $2000 and when I got there the guy ask for a down payment of $10,000. If I had that kind of money I would have went to a real dealership,, Sign pissed off customer,,,,,

Kevin was a real gentleman. I called before I arrived at the dealership, when I did arrive the truck I was interested in was waiting outside for me. I met Kevin a minute after walking into the lobby he quickly exchanged hellos with me and asked if I wanted to go for a test drive. Absolutely! I couldn't believe he didn't want to know how much I wanted to spend a month what my budget was and all the nonsense that car dealers are known for asking. Kevin and I discussed the price and particulars about the deal like two grown ups. No running back and forth with the managers and the finance guy. What a great experience this was. I asked questions and Kevin answered them or got an answer very quickly for me.. The deal we struck was a hand shake until the next day because I didn't have a lot of time. This was to easy and smooth to be true. The exact deal we agreed on was on paper when I came back the next afternoon. No swapping of numbers, raising interest rate, adding fake fees. Sue was the initial contact person via phone before going to the dealership to view some Ford Explorer's who was very polite. Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted by Victor who showed me some Explorer's. While getting ready to go on the test drive, the moon roof would not open so I didn't want to continue to test that one ( no fault of Victor's). The other's were to much then I wanted to pay. Victor then took me to another location to see other explorer's where I opted to test drive one of them. While on the drive, Victor was very polite, professional, explained all the mechanisms, and was not pushy at all. Once we made it back I told Victor that I was interested and we went back inside where he called a manager over (name not given). I then let the manager know that I was interested but as a consumer, I wanted to get the best price so I would be checking out another dealership which I believed was in Springfield tomorrow since they also had a 2013 listed for $18,900. Victor & the manager thought that they knew the dealership so the manager proceeded to google on his phone, while on his cell phone, the manager asked me what could he do for me to purchase the vehicle. I told him if he could give it to me for the $18,900 I would purchase it. He said he would give it to me at that price and then started showing me prices on Explorer's that he pulled up on his cell phone, stating that they were in the area, and the mileage's of 80,000. The mileage on the one that I was looking at was, I believe 62,000. At that point he changed his mind. I couldn't believe that he would do such a thing. I asked him again about the price and he told me the best price was the original price of the $21,995. After Victor & I got back to the original location he wanted me to speak with his manager to see if there was something else I would be interested in but unfortunately they did not have anything. That manager was very helpful also and wanted me to take a look again to see if he could possible work with me but I was only interested in the Explorer. My experience was very good with Sue, Victor and the manager for which name I do not know. Only wish that I could have brought the vehicle and Victor would have made a sale. Because of what the other manager did I have to give this dealership a star. There is no excuse in going back on your word. At the end of the day your word represents your integrity.

I am not one to blindly spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle I have never rode in or seen but the experience with Deluxe ended up better than I could have ever hope for. Sue, their internet sales person, was top notch and responded day or night to my questions and concerns. I was lucky enough to have a friend in the New Jersey area who was able to take a test drive and inspect the vehicle first hand. He confirmed everything that the Deluxe advertised the vehicle as. Wanted a particular car in a perticular color combination so I had to go with this dealership which was about 2 hours from my area. On the test drive tire pressure monitor light was on due to two tires being low on air. Went on the test drive and upon return the salesman said he would have them filled for me and it was just because the car had been sitting and with the temperature change etc. fine, come to an agreement for the car and I'm transferring my stuff and notice warning light still on. Go back in and tell the salesman and he says, oh as soon as you get out on the road that will reset and the light will go off. So I believe him, head out for a two hour drive home and light is not going off. Get home and check the air pressure and two tires under 20psi. I fill them up and a few days later light is back on. Two tires not holding air. I look closer at tires to see if I can see a nail or something and I notice 2 rear tires are Michelin, one front is kuhmo and other front is continental. Even worse, two front tires are completely different sizes, per tire rack the two were 1.5 inches different in diameter. I'm not happy but ok with the 3 different kinds of tires but two front tires not even being close to same size? Ridiculous. Plus I had a $1,000 service Bill when I took the car for pa inspection for brakes 5 days after purchase.

Where do I start? Well for starters I thought purchasing a car at Auto Deluxe would be a good experience given The finance director Kristian Romero was an acquaintance of mine. I purchased a Mercedes 2009 C300 in December 2014. I also purchased an extended warranty costing me $2950. Fairly trusting my acquaintance with Kristian I signed blank paperwork. Three days after i drove off with the vehicle multiple error lights appeared on the dash panel indicating airbag malfunction, cruise control inoperative, traction control malfunction, check engine light on, the engine fan started blowing high, signal lights inoperative, interior lighting panel inoperative. I contacted Kristian sent him a long list of the car issues and asked if i could just return the vehicle. He told me to bring it in for his service manager to look at. After driving from the bronx all the way to linden NJ,($30 in tolls and gas per trip)im told the manager has a family emergency and so i had to schedule another day to return. Again im asking Kristian to please take the car back. He agreed he would call the bank and request a "collateral substitution". After about 4 weeks he tells me its been approved and is waiting for the documents to be fedexed. I go back to the dealership in in January to look at other cars for the swap. After selecting another vehicle and waiting about 4 hours for Kristian to "work the swap" a man approaches me without introducing himself (general mgr Nuno Fereira )and tells me the car i selected was sold. I was shocked. Kristian finally advises me tht it was the genl mgrs error and tht now my new car payment would be $200 more a month plus an additional $2000 down. The car was only $2000 more than the original car. Later i find out what was done was Kristian was working the deal as my current car as a trade in and not an outright CANCEL. After i gave up with the swap, Kristian promised Deluxe would get all the work done on the car at no charge to me. Two weeks later (February) they take my car in for all the repair work. At this point Kristian puts me in contact with the service manager Bernard who seemed pleasant but a bit clueless. He discloses the CAN BUS (which is the car's "Brain" ) is defective and they would cover to replace or repair. In addition to the car's computer issues the car had defective tires and all the paint panels revealed crows feet cracks. My car was with Deluxe for five weeks and although they covered a rental I was still making payments on a car i hadnt even driven 200 miles. When the car was finally ready and i we t to pick up the car i was never given any receipt for the work done. Kristian and Bernard both promised that I would not have any more car troubles once all the repairs were done. After finally getting my car back in March about 8 weeks later ALL the same errors returned. point, The same errors they confirmed were repaired. I call Bernard and he claims he never knew anything about the dashboard errors. I didnt understand this especially since i sent a LIST of all the malfunction errors and as the service manager, it would be natural to do a diagnostic on the car during the repair process. After that conversation i was no longer able to get in contact with Bernard. I called Kristian and he told me to use my warranty that he had sold me. Given the lack of response from Deluxe I take the car to MB of white plains. Low and behold im advised this car had an internal distaster with wiring work clearly done by an inexperienced technician and also that the extended warranty would not cover this nature of damage. So not only was i sold a Junk but i was also sold warranty that i could not use. I was advised by MB to try to return the car to the dealership i bought it from. Again, i notified Bernard and Kristian and received no response. When calling the dealership anyone that answers the phone is very defensive and always says the person you are calling for is not in. After having the car looked at again by another authorized mechanic, im told the car has corrosion. I pay $700 for the corrosion to be repaired (June) and by August the errors returned. All i can say is Deluxe buys JUNK cars and then does not stand by the repair, their business practices are fraudulent and they will only work with you until the warranty period (90 days or 2000 miles) has expired. After that they will stop trying to correct anything. I have purchased several cars prior to this and i have never experienced such unprofessionalism and deceitful practice. I am in the process of filing a report with the FTC, the attorney general's office , the lender, the warranty company, and the national auto dealers association. These people are crooks and take advantage of peoples hard earned money.

So I walk into Deluxe Auto thinking I'm not purchasing a car rather taking a test drive, and I left with the one I wanted. I worked with Adelson and Kristian and by the time I left, they were like my play cousins. First, they were very nice and were committed to making me happy as a customer - I never felt at any point that I couldn't walk away if this wasn't going to work for me. Second, they worked with me based on my capacity. I do believe if I ever wanted to purchase another vehicle, I would totally work with them again. And, I didn't make it easy for Adelson, I know I was a difficult customer, and he remained calm and cool and committed. It was my first car buying experience and I am sincerely thankful to these guys here for making it a positive one. I've since been to other dealerships with other folks who have brought cars and I have to say, I would much rather shop and buy at Deluxe than anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I traded in my truck for another. I was told they would give me $32,400 for my truck. Lie #1 they gave me $30,000. When I questioned them they said its "like" $32,400 because of the tax break. I said the tax break is my own money. Then Kristian Romero sold me an extended warranty at cost because of all the grief I'm about to tell you I went through. At the time of the signing I had a co-signer, my sister. Well someone at Deluxe auto sale told the bank that she's my girlfriend and we live together. That's lie #2. During the signing they told me of a charge $1,695.00 and its their "reconditioning fee" I asked Willie Matos what the heck was that. He said its their fee to make a little profit after they recondition the car to look new again, tires, brakes bumper touch up dings etc. well the tires were questionable at the time and there were scuff marks and a few minor cosmetics but it was used. I told him I wasn't paying unless they fixed those issues. He assured they would be addressed and guaranteed the truck to pass NY inspection. Then he said along with this $1,695 they give for "free" a towing plan with free key replacement. Again I told Kristian Romero that I had AAA and didn't want any extras other than the extended warranty. Kristian said well if I cancel the towing and key replacement plan then the price still stays the same. He printed out another form with zero and showed me on the computer the monthly payment is the same. That would be lie #3 or #4 I've lost count. Going back to the warranty price he quoted on paper to me of $3,200 for a two year 24,000 mile warranty with $200.00 deductible, well then he forgot to add his fee $400 so it was $3,600 plus tax etc. and over $4,000.00. Ok now back to August 2nd while picking up my vehicle I had my sister there co-signing, she told them of an appointment she had at noon and we were told to be there first thing 9am to get her out in time. Well Kristian was late, then had computer problems. Long story short, she signed a blank document and so did I because their contract printer was down. Kristian knowing I had a flight to catch and my sister was gone said he would overnight me the documents and the registration together so I would have them when I returned from vacation. Over a week later no document or registration. Emails, phone calls not answered and I even showed up and was told he's off on Fridays. Then went back again and he was out sick for two weeks. By the time I was mailed the regi and the contracts. They put these three (3) charges on the contract after all I did was ask not to have them. (A) 3yr. vin etch $1,695.00 my truck doesn't even have Vin etching (B) 3yr. Towing $995.00 (C) key replacement $995.00 PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THE MANAGER NUNO FERRERIA IS A TOTAL LIAR AND TOLD ME HE AND THE OWNER DON'T CARE WHO I TELL. KRISTIAN ROMERO IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. WILLIE MATOS EVEN USED MY INFO TO CREATE A POSITIVE REMARK I KATER FOUND OUT.ALSO MAVIS TIRE IN MY TOWN FAILED THE TRUCK FOR BRAKES, IT NEEDED FRONT/REAR PADS AND ROTORS $810.00 so much for the $1,695 recondition fee. Also Kristian Romero will pretend to be friendly but the whole time he was stalling with the contract so the 30days was up for me to cancel such fraudulent charges. I hope this article brings light to their scam of over $6,000.00 I've lost there. I put complaints in the BBB and the NJ Attorney General division of consumer affairs. If you know anyone else with a similar occurrence please voice your opinion and file complaints or these guys will continue to rip off people. Thanks for reading.

This is my 2nd car from Deluxe Auto.I went to the new location to look around and perhaps purchase a car. Roman, my salesman was suburb,his friendly and professional attitude helped me choose the right car and what I was looking for. He was so accaccommodating and tried to help with every aspect of car buying so that you were comfortable in your purchase. Not pushy at all. All questions was answered and carfax printouts. I would recommend Deluxe cars any time and I am currently sending friends to see Roman Asap.

bait and switch tactic to bring u to the dealer and after that they will hike the price even in our phone conversation i make it clear about my offer including all fees and taxes they said no probleme just come we accept ur offer make drove 3 hours coming and 3 houres back and change the price on me in matter of hours . please stay away from this dealer iam willing to report theme tp attorney general and to bbb
