I am not sure where this employee works, but he represented your company very well. I was looking around my vehicle after I dropped my children off at Boys and Girls Club. He asked if everything was okay, I said yes, just low tire pressure. He then explained how I can use the sticker on the inside of my door to tell me how many lbs were needed in my tire. It is so nice to see that company's hire high integrity employees. I only know his name and where he works from his shirt. Thank you James from Dennis Dillon!

Great initial experience. Salesman was nice and honest. This is the 3rd vehicle my wife and I have bought from Dennis Dillon and will be our last. I was told my vehicle had passed all of their inspections and it starting having issues from the first week. I got a hold of my salesman who sent me to another department, who sent me to another department, who sent me back to sales. After being tossed from department to department trying to find someone to help. I was told by my salesman that he was told there was nothing they can do. Now I have a vehicle that only starts 1/3 of the time and the repair that Dennis Dillon missed during their inspection is coming out of my pocket. I do believe they have some honest people working in the lower levels but not their higher ups making the call. They put on a good face but if you run into issues that they missed that they assured you they checked, be ready to pay for it yourself. Save yourself the hassle and look else where. Make this a last resort place to shop.

We were initially very skeptical of the posted pricing offered on Dennis Dillon's website, and vehicle availability. We live south of Reno, NV, over 450 mikes away,, and didn't believe that such a discount would be truly available, especially since there were very few Heavy Duty 3/4 ton trucks available of any kind ANYWHERE. I did my homework for months looking for the things I wanted, vs the things that fit our budget. Our salesperson Bill Kron was very patient with our questions, but I was still hesitant. Then I mentioned us going to buy a truck from Dennis Dillon to a trusted friend, and he said he bought his last 2 vehicles there, and promised they would deliver on a great vehicle at a great price. It was an exceptional car buying experience from the minute we got off the plane. We bought a fantastic Ram 2500 diesel at an unbelievable price, the process with Bill in sales and Allie in finance was terrific from start to finish. There were folks lined up to purchase a new vehicle, all seemed very happy with their selections and all patiently waiting their turn to go through financing. I would highly recommend the Dennis Dillon dealership, and Bill Kron as an excellent representative of this business.

the pricing was very transparent. the truck was presented well on the web site. I traveled from Portland Or to Caldwell Idaho as the truck was several thousand less than could be had in my area it was worth the trip.it is there policy to not run financing till you get there. i understand that but if it had been done it would have been faster. but over all the whole process was efficient and pleasant.no surprises or games which is good considering the coast of these trucks but my motto is I am to poor to buy cheap. I was very pleased with the dealership and everyone i dealt with. I have been dealing with car max for years you will see my reviews on them I came hear as the inventory of used trucks is non existent right now and the new one from Dennis Dillon was not that much more so i went with a new truck as I plan to keep this for my RV a loooonnnnggg time.

Worked with Kevin for three days trying to get him to get back to me about a specific truck. Went to the dealer twice and no call backs from him. The truck I was trying to buy he sold the morning my wife and I went in to get the deal done. I've never had to try so hard to get a salesman to sell me a vehicle. Horrible service and horrible business ethic! I will not be sending any business their way!

Both Gunnar and Michael went above and beyond answering my emails and phone calls. Both went out of their way to accommodate my request regarding the new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my time; two of them being at Dennis Dillon Idaho each time the process has been smooth and non-stressful. To top off the experience Dennis Dillon without a doubt has the best prices I have ever seen. I was able to order the exact vehicle I wanted and received all applicable discounts I would have received if I purchased from in stock inventory. Anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle take a look at Dennis Dillon and dont be afraid to purchase if you are out of state. It was by far easier than any of the local dealers in town. From sales to finance to accessories everyone was great! No games, no lies and no stress. What more can you ask for? P.S. My wife says thank you for your hospitality and wanted everyone to know she usually dislikes the car purchase process EXCEPT the two we have completed at Dennis Dillon Dodge.

I have purchased two cars from Dennis Dillon pretty pleasant experience. I went to buy a truck today, and not so much. When I said I could get my own financing the response was, "add a thousand dollars to the price." Why because even if your credit score is in the low 800s they will come back with, "The best financing I could find was 2.9" so they can pocket 1.9 % a month off the loan. Then the outlandish as low as price game began... Have you purchased a combine from Harvester International?... Have you purchased a combine from Case?... Are you an FFA member... Military (yes?) active duty (no) disabled vet (yes) 100 percent (no) "oh you don't qualify then." Old bait and switch with a new twist. The one saving grace, when I said, "Stop, I'm not playing this game; I'm done" they did stop. What I wouldn't give for an honest dealership...

On 1/4/2016 we purchased a 2016 RAM 2500 from Dennis Dillon in Caldwell, Idaho. Included in the deal was the trade-in of a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck, financed through Toyota Financial Services (TFS). Dillon requested the pay-off info from Toyota which was provided and a confirming email was immediately sent from TFS to Dillon. We made the deal. 10 days later, we contacted TFS to confirm the pay-off had been made and was advised that a balance of about $2500 remained. We investigated further and learned that TFS had provided the wrong information to Dillon and the confirming email also contained the incorrect pay-off balance. It also contained the wrong description, year, model, color and VIN of the vehicle payoff provided. We immediately contacted Dillon and made an appointment to discuss the situation. Upon meeting with Mr. Sam Pauley (Sales Manager) he said "we can just add the amount to your sales contract, your payments will go up and it'll be fine". We felt is was not a good solution for us and he said "you don't expect us to pay what you owe do you?" We said that some adjustment would be appropriate as Dillon provided us incorrect information upon which to make our decision (and had been provided details that would indicate so). Dillon offered to "undo" the deal and "take their lumps" on the now used 2016 RAM with nearly 3300 miles. Our suggestion was to increase the amount of trade in value of the Toyota Tundra to at least partially correct the error. Their response, "no chance". To date, the situation is unresolved. Dillon has seen fit to file a small claims suit against us which has of course has effected our credit rating. We will now take time off from work in order to defend our position and face an uncertain outcome. Mistakes happen, we understand. Any responsible business would attempt to resolve the situation if for no other reason from a customer service/relations standpoint. In this case, due to their lack of due diligence whether negligence, incompetence, simple disregard of the details or "rush to do the deal", a simple apology would have gone a long way. Rarely in my nearly 70 years of life have I felt such utter disregard, apathy and disrespect. My recommendation to potential Dillon customers is TAKE HEED!

It was an awesome buying experience. My son set up the deal with our salesman Zack. He was very informative and upfront with the process plus responded to emails promptly. When we arrived on Saturday from Forest Grove, OR on Saturday morning Zack had all the added mudflaps and truck ready to go. The process was quick and painless. The price was the price when we arrived so there was no added surprises. We were able to talk with the service manager and he was very cordial and informative about the diesel engine and the maintenence... The financing and the added warranty speall was not pushy at all. I highly recommend Dennis Dillon as a place to get your Vehicle even if you have to drive 7.5 hours like we did to get there. Ask for Zack and make your buying experience as nice as mine.

I checked out other dealers in the Portland Vancouver area. They could not even come close to the low price I got at Dillon Dodge. The price I that was quoted to me was the same price when I drove to the dealership. Kyle and Robin were both angels to me when I arrived. When I arrived back at my house, I showed my neighbor who is a salesman for Gresham Dodge, he said that I got a very sweet deal, better than I would have gotten at any other dealership. Purchased a Ram1500 on a Friday from salesman Rolland. Overall process went well. Driving home (flew in to purchase because of price) noticed I was getting under 15mpg. After a few texts, was told by salesman he would try to get a tech to call (it was 4:30PM). No reply, texted on Saturday, no reply. Noon on Monday I texted and he replied "trying to get someone to get me an answer". I called a couple of shops and ended up making an appointment locally, no help from Dennis Dillon. Followed up with an email to RC, told he was sales manager. Sent twice with no response. Great pricing, but if you have a problem it appears you are on your own.

Everything, everyone I delt were a great bunch of people, I drove in from California so everyone did a great job of getting all paperwork over with in a very timely manner. Gunnar did a hell of a job showing me how the ins and outs of the display as well other functions. I have to admit I was very nervous driving up from California (800 miles from my driveway to the door of the dealership ) that once I got to the dealership there would be an issue even though I was told all was good, well turned out there were no issues and everything went much better than I expected and hoped for. Once again everyone did an amazing job and I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle and recommend Dennis Dillon to everyone I know, thank you again.

It was great to have a no haggle price that was a great deal. I was a little worried the price was going to change when I arrived from Denver but it didn't. Dave was very nice and helpful and even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Very nice guy along with everyone else. I liked the fact that you asked me a lot of questions to determine what discount were available for me then came back with a firm price and stuck to it. You also check out all the details of my residents and made sure I would get the MT tax rate which is 0. All the people I dealt with at the Dealership were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a good experience. From my first conversation with Gunner I knew I was going to be able to workout a deal with him.

About 5 days ago, we went to a local dealer for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, but after 2 days we found out that Dennis Dillon has a better deal. Sooo, we called sales line around 8:00 pm that day, not excepted anyone will pick up the phone call. We just want to give a shot, but luckily, Ron was working after hours that day. He is so nice to us and patiently told us how to terminate deal with local dealer and send out info about the car we want to us. Even it is very late that day, he use text message to communicate with us and have helped us locked the price.($3000 less than local dealer!!!!Amazing) The second day, Ron took the photo and brief introducing video of the car we want on the early morning, and we scheduled the time to meet at the airport.(BTW, This dealership is realllllllly nice, they will pick you up at the airport with a brand new car!! Make you feel like VIP!!!!), and then we booked the ticket. After terminated deal with local dealer, we went to the airport and arrived on time. Once we got Boise, Ron was already there waiting at the airport.(What a nice person!!!) So we bought him Einstein Brother Strawberry Banana Smoothie, at that time he told us, he is thirsty and like it.(We bet that he has been waiting there for a long time. Sorry for the late, Ron.) Then Ron took us to the dealership. On the way to dealership, Ron is like a tour guide of Boise city.(make the trip not boring :D) Once we arrived the dealership, there is a US map with the pins. Each pin indicate one customer who has bought cars from them. You know what, they have customers almost in all 50 states and even on Canada.(really spectacular) Then we test drive the car and Ron gave the same price he sent to me via text message.(Very honest person) We quickly made a deal and then drive the new car back home.(BTW, I live in Salt Lake City, UT) So, if you are okay with 5 hours drive and save you some money. GO TO DENNIS DILLON and ask for RON WURTZ. There are two more things we cannot forget, Ron treat us like an old friend(even ask you if he can Facebook you and if you can text message him once you got back home safely.) Overall, Ron is really grateful for people's generous and extremely nice and honest to us. Once we or our friends need a new car, we will definitely come to Dennis Dillon Chrysler Jeep Dodge again. They low ball you on trade and tack interest onto your loan. They sell you a bunch of over-priced warranties that your back will do for much less! Trust me, just ask to use your own financing and watch them flip out because you don't use thier inflated Chrysler financing that they add points of interest too. Worst experience ever. BUYER BEWARE!

I am from Reno, Nevada and I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Dennis Dillon Dodge in Dec. 2014. I did this over the internet and phone due to dealership being out of state from me. I had read reviews saying that they walked on water with 5s, and other that felt they were the biggest crooks in the business with 1's and zero if I could give it. Since I have purchased a previous new car out of state and it worked well I thought I would give it a try. I called the dealership and dealt with a man named Ron Wurtz. He was very nice and down to earth. No suede shoes, no pushing or fast talking. I explained to him I was skeptical due to various reviews and he assured me that he was honest and that the price would be honored. They require a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit to hold the vehicle for 30 days. I gave them this by credit card and email and received a statement which showed the agreed upon price and stated that is was only good for the one day due to possible Chrysler rebate changes. Well, once again this did not make me comfortable and Ron explained that it was not likely that the rebates would go away because it was the end of the year and they might even increase. There was a cut off date for the rebates while they were holding my truck which could have changed the price, but Ron called me a couple days before I got on a plane and told me the price was still the same. He picked me up at the airport on time along with another man who had also purchased a truck from them. He and I spoke on the 15 minute drive to the dealership and we both felt we were saving about $5,000 to $6,000 on the trucks. Once at the dealership the truck was ready to go. It had everything it was suppose to along with a full tank of gas and just washed. One thing if dealing online, you want to see the windshield sticker to know what is accurately in the vehicle. The dealer's online description of amenities is generic in nature and include most everything from a package and is not necessarily what is actually in your vehicle. So rely on the windshield sticker with the MSRP on it. Everyone was nice, there was no pressure and no fast ones being done. And RC the sales manager who some reviewers have seemed to think was the devil's spawn was a nice guy to me. The only pressure which took place was in financing where they really would like to sell you an extended warranty. But this was not a big pressure situation, you just need to say no if you don't want it. You may have to say it about a half dozen times, but not a big deal and in some cases it does make sense. I was not happy about the interest rate they gave me on my loan since I have good credit, but I only financed it to keep them from raising the price a $1,000 if you don't and I intend to pay it off. It should be noted that this was a very clean deal and by this I mean that; I did not have a trade in to haggle about, and I was buying the truck at the stated "sale price" not at the "low as sales price" which you have to qualify for by being certain things. Now that it is all said and done, I am very pleased with my dealing with Dennis Dillon Dodge. I got what I feel is a very good price, there was no under handed stuff tried, and the people, including RC, were pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband has been looking for a dodge dart for over a year now. Friday I emailed Dennis Dillon and promptly got a phone call from Ron Wurtz about the dart we were interested in. We drove down from twin falls and he showed us the dart that was pictured online. Ron was awesome and although they were very busy he made sure to keep us comfortable while we waited to sign paperwork. Not only would I recommend Dennis Dillon in Caldwell for their great prices and product, but for the great courtesy of all the staff that we spoke with! Should have listened to the other reviews about low ball trade in offers. Had looked at this vehicle previously but the price was too high. Asked for a trade in appraisal but they said they wouldn't give me one until I found a car to buy. Several weeks later they lowered the price on the vehicle so I went in to make a deal. When I took my car in to get it appraised for trade in I had to wait about 15 minutes while the "appraiser" talked to a friend about personal stuff. Even the salesman was embarrassed. I had a six year old Buick in pristine condition and only 26000 miles on it and they rated it as "fair"! When I told them the offer was too low they got upset and told me I didn't understand how it worked. Because their car was marked down they said they needed to mark down my trade in. A discussion ensued and I was told that the car would be gone the next day if I didn't buy it now. I left and won't go back. The salesman did a very good job but I would not recommend the dealership! Very bad customer service!

This dealer has good prices an if you are paying cash it might be ok. i talked to the salesman the day before i went there and told him what truck i wanted. He said that he would have it ready for me to take home When i got there. I drove 300 miles to get there and the truck was in the back, had not been detailed and was dirty inside. After taking it for a test drive which was cut short because there was no fuel in the truck. When we went to do the paperwork they appraised my trade. I had done extensive research on a fair wholesale price for my trade. They priced my trade $5000.00 below wholesale and said that was market value. When we questioned them they became angry and very rude. They said that we "don,t get it" and told to leave. If you don,t believe this question them on the price. You will be shocked

I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. They are just as manipulative and scandalous as the next one out to rob a buck. If you have a problem there will be no one that can help you everyone you talk to will pass you on to the next til they say you will get a call back as soon as they can figure out whats going on which they never will return. Bought a Durango from them that in it self was a mess of a deal but loved the car non the less so stuck to it and brought it home. The next morning There sevice department called me to confirm an appointment to get the cruise control fixed that they had already scheduled before i bought it.Which no one even told me it was broke when i explained that i didnt know it was broke and asked if we could re-schedule as I lived 60 miles away she quickly changed her tone to maybe were not going to fix it. Guess she didn't get the memo the had already tricked me hu. After numerous calls no one can help me with the cruise control problem i was told its just my problem now. How embarrassing for such a large name dealership to have to act so shameless over minimal dollars and drag such a large name through the dirt with such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't waste your time with this dealership. I was considering a new car purchase until I was quoted an obscene trade value that was $4,000.00 below the Kelly Blue Book "average" trade value for my near new car! I called another dealership outside of the treasure valley, negotiated a similar price for a similar car, and received full value for my trade. Save yourself time, money and your dignity and avoid this dealership.

Second response a couple of days later discovered the sale price had fine print . . . had to be a veteran or have received mailer from Chrysler, etc. Website did list the price quoted to me but should have just been clearer up front about the requirements for the lower sale price.

Found a Jeep with a great price and thought I'd ship it home. Made Deposit - dealer took 4 days to mail out paperwork because they already had my money. Talked to VERY rude Manager named RC who only cared about himself and not his out-of-town customer. After paying in full via wire, they held all the remaining paperwork hostage for another 6 days before sending. When it arrived I found out it was just the bill of sale and an Idaho temp tag. I can't even title it now. This dealer DOES NOT CARE. Terrible service. Huge headache. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!! If I could send it all back I would!!!

However, Brad Dillon has done a great job in staffing his dealerships with good managers and evolving the Dennis Dillon franchises into a preferred organization to purchase a car from.
