I was greeted immediately...the service advisor knew EXACTLY what I needed to have done. Oil change, courtesy inspection and fill tires all done in about 20 minutes. What's not to like?

Our salesman Tony McLeod was nothing but the best. He made our experience smooth and easy. We were in and out of there in about one and half to two hours tops, which is a first when buying a car for us. He was kind, knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he sure found out for us. No pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Randy my salesman immediately came across as an honest, reliable person and he delivered the goods superbly. Never pressured at all, from Patrick the accessories guy, through Mike at finance, even the other salesmen on the lot treated me as a close friend. Yeah, I know that is their job but I have met other car salesmen, and they didn't come across as a honest and forthright as yours. You have a great crew on the GMC lot. Quote me as you will; I am going to tell everyone that will listen about the great experience I had with you folks in particular and Idaho in general. I love your state.

Bobbie is the technician that always helps me out when I bring my car in to get anything done. He is awesome at letting me know what needs to be done and at a minimal as possible cost, which I appreciate. He goes above and beyond in making sure everything is done right, promptly and my car is even washed when it's done. I love the service there and definitely will be telling my friends about it.

The guy that helped me went above and beyond to diagnose a low tire pressure light that kept coming on. He got to the bottom of it and fixed it once and for all. This was the second time I had mentioned the issue. Light is off and tire is great now.

We recently visited this dealership in search of a new vehicle. The salesman was friendly enough but quoted several facts that he later quoted differently, which seemed unusual. After spending several hours test driving and looking at their vehicles, we settled on one that appeared like it would meet our needs. The sticker price seemed on the high side but we withheld judgment on that until we saw what they would offer us for our trade. After several interchanges between our salesman and his supervisor we were only offered half of what the Kelley Blue Book value was for our car and told that if we wanted more than that we should sell it ourselves. We left the dealership wondering why they didn't seem to want our business. We later traded the same vehicle at another dealer lot. We received double the trade-in offered by Dennis Dillon, on a comparably priced and equipped vehicle. We would not recommend this Dennis Dillon dealership, unless you want to be bounced back and forth between the salesman and his supervisor, and have your trade in vehicle berated in order to bully you into accepting far less than what it is worth. It was obvious that they did not want to do business with us in spite of our 800 range credit score and personal financing.

Overall our buying experience was pleasant, although I had to travel three times to the dealership to actually see the car I wanted. I checked the car thoroughly, asked a lot of questions and we decided to buy the car. There was some thoughtlessness on the part of a service department employee (we didn't finance our car and he said we really didn't need a discount on service as we were able to write a sizable check; we were able to write that check only because of a small inheritance from the death of my father-in-law). A couple of days after we brought the car home, my husband noticed an unpleasant smell. After a week, I pulled out the ashtray (a slot I hadn't noticed before) and it was full of ash. I always ask when buying a used car if it was a non-smoking car. I never would have gone through with the sale if I had known. The salesman did not respond to my email, so I went back to the dealership. I was able to talk to the sales manager and he refused to admit that I had been lied to. Even if the salesman didn't know, by assuring me it was a non-smoking vehicle, he was saying he had information that he did not. Even though the sales manager offered us service to help keep the smell at bay, it doesn't negate the fact that we are stuck with a car that we were sold under false pretenses.

We were looking for a used car for my daughter. Even though we were unable to find one that she liked (she's very picky) and was within our price range, the salesman was very pleasant and easy to work with, more than happy to do everything possible to help us find the right car.

After visiting a few other dealerships in the area we decided to visit Dennis Dillon after hearing about the service there. It was fantastic. Jakob greated us and made us feel comfortable. We were undecided as exactly what we were looking for. After showing a few different models he recommended the Juke. We love it. He made the whole process easy and fun. We will be back!

I just bought a car from Dennis Dillon Nissan and Chris Upchurch was my salesmen. I couldn't get approved anywhere without being judged or hassled but Chris kept moving forward with me in finding a car and told me to be up front with him and he would also do the same. I found my car and got approved and love my car so much. I would recommend this dealership and if you do go see Chris Upchurch!!!!

I was greeted by a really nice salesman, Chris Upchurch. He was very helpful, even taking me to the other Dennis Dillon lots to make sure I got everything I needed in a work truck. He was honest about all the financing and paperwork and it was a very smooth transaction. He even followed me back home in my other truck since I wasn't trading it in. We will be in the market for a family vehicle before the end of the year and we will be buying from Chris again.

I recently bought a new car from Dennis Dillon Nissan. My salesman was Chris Upchurch. He was really great to deal with. Being a self employed single mom, staying in my budget was a major concern. Chris listened to my needs and recommended a couple options for me. He was not pushy at all. He was upfront about all fees that I would see on my paperwork so I wasn't in shock later. I even got everything I needed/wanted and came in under budget! Definitely a really good buying experience! I will buy from him again....

I was just looking to possibly buy a car and then I met Chris Upchurch. He really made sense to buy the car that day, so we went on a test drive. When we got back to the dealership it was easy with there "NO HAGGLE PRICING" Chris explained to us a\on how they try to make the deals easy by showing the best price and thats why I bought was Chris and the pricing made it super easy and no stressfull to buy a car. I was treated very poorly by the salesman and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. he was told to not submit credit info to any bank without my approval and he sent it to several banks while I was driving the Vehicle. Other salesman may be okay but do not deal with Benny.

The car we purchased from Dennis Dillon Auto Park, was misrepresented by the dealer and salesman, and we feel we are victims of consumer fraud.All signed paperwork we received (from them), with the exception of the ' retail order for motor vehicles' and ' TheftMark Security label system #tmd33019341' indicate the car we purchased to be a 2007 Nissan Murano AWD (all wheel drive). When in fact the car we have in our possesion is a 2007 Nissan Murano FWD (front wheel drive).The 2 documents above do not indicate whether it's an AWD or FWD . We made it clear to the salesman on our first visit there we wanted an AWD.We have already filed complaints with the BBB of Idaho (which Dennis Dillon is not a member of), the Attorney General's office, Federal Trade Commission, Nissan of America and finally with Idaho Transportation Dept (DMV).Currently we are awaiting the outcome of the investigation by the Idaho Transportation Dept (DMV).UPDATE 3-2-09: One year later... we are in legal proceedings against Dennis Dillon. We're scheduled for jury trial in June 2009 ... Their poor business practices, lack of integrity, honor, decency, is unbelievable! Will update again after court date.P.S: Anyone who's had a complaint against Dennis Dillon, and no resolve by them - really needs to file a formal complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's office and the Idaho Department of Transportation.
