Just purchased a second car from Detailz and couldn’t be happier! Both cars were purchased for my teenagers. No issues with my son’s Mazda 6, still running great from the time we purchased it a year ago. Ryan and Ray went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy with the purchases. Honest, caring, individuals! I was more than happy to make the drive from Syracuse because they are definitely worth it! They definitely made purchasing a used vehicle fun and easy. This is the place to go if you’re in the market for a used car. I won’t go anywhere else.

They were very professional and personable and got me into the car I wanted quickly. Even though I didn't have good credit they were willing to work with me. They Are so friendly And absolutely working for the customer. They are doing a great job keep up the great work you all do

Thank You Ryan @ Detailz. Recently bought a 2012 Jeep from Detailz, and most know there maybe issues with a "Used" car the dealer is not aware of and of coarse just my luck 😊 these things happen. Thank you Ryan for fixing the problems I really appreciate it. And I'm really liking my Jeep.

Had a great experience was quick and too the point got exactly what I was looking for and the price exactly which I could afford.Ryan was very friendly and car is in good condition he didn't try to rip us off in anywaY.;I will definitely return for future car sales and maintenance to his service center.Hard to find a trustworthy dealer nowadays I'll recommend Details to anyone who is looking for good customer service!!!

We bought a 2003 Honda Civic from Detailz in May. I was really pleased with how we were treated by Ryan. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but not high-pressure at all. He put new tires on the car and cleaned it up as close to new as a 10 year old car can be. Furthermore, when I had concerns about the brakes several months later, he gave it a thorough exam and assured me it was OK. Overall, I would definitely recommend Detailz if you are looking for a used car. However, do stay away from their bathroom. It was not a pretty sight.

My daughter is a nursing student and needed dependable transportation travelling from school to hospital duties and to work. Ryan hit a homerun in my book by providing great service and knowledeable advice. He made our whole car buying experience effortless. Could have saved weeks if we stopped here first.
