They advertise good prices online but will not honor them. I understand some dealers are doing market adjustments due to the current restrictions, but the honest ones will disclose that online so there are no surprises. On top of that they have a mandatory “diamond package” that is included in all vehicles. All in all the price was about 8K over the online advertised price.

I took my Silverado 1500 to Diamond Chevrolet to have a airbag replaced under warranty. When I spoke with the Service Rep Ryan I told them a motor mount needed replacement and asked for a quote the dealer would charge for the repair. I was quoted a price of $670.00. I declined the service. When I went to pick up the vehicle. I was charged $155.00 for "Customer request price on Motor Mount Replacement". Incredible. This gives new meaning to Stealership.

Do not purchase a car from Diamond Hills Auto. I purchased a 2020 buick encore GX and it only has 7000 miles on it. My check engine light has just come on for the third time in less than 2 months. The first time it came on I took it into the dealership and it was on the lot for 5 days before I was able to receive it back. After getting my car back and parking it in my driveway, oil leaked all over my driveway because the oil pan was damaged and/or not secure. I took it back to the dealership the next day and they had it for another 2 days. It took one week to receive my car back in working condition. About 3 weeks has passed since that occurred and my check engine light is on again. I spoke with Dave, the service manager, informed him how upset i was and his response was "I do not have any openings today, i cannot even look at it today, and i have no loaner cars available." I was told not to worry about the check engine light because it was not blinking. So I should just tell my wife to drive herself and my 4 kids around in a car that has an active problem, because the light is not blinking? Well Dave, what happens when the light starts blinking and they are not in an area that is safe for a breakdown, or they are too far from home and now it needs to be towed? I will never purchase another vehicle from Diamond Hills again, I do not recommend their service department. You can see from other reviews that i speak very highly of those that do good work, this place is not one of those places. If i could give 0 stars, i definitely would

Fantastic service, and helpful staff. Relocated all service to Diamond Hills! Will be buying our next Chevy truck here. Rock n' roll! 🤘😼🤘‼
