I have bought several vehicles from Dick Scott Ford. My very first car I bought was from them, a Mercury Linx back in the 80s. I love the hometown feeling & that they really care about you.

Been buying Fords and GMCs from this dealer for years. I appreciate the hometown friendliness and hassle-free sales folks. I live in the DFW area but when it comes to dealing for a car or truck, you can't beat a deal at Dick Scott Ford....anywhere

I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 King Ranch from Dick Scott Ford in Mexia. It was one of the best sales experiences that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this dealership!

On Saturday June 11 had a appointment for my truck to have bumper and oil changed . Service was short handed . Fish and Pedro were wonderful doing all they could do We waited 3 1/2 hours there only to come to find out the owner pulled Fish off of a waiting paying customer just to move cars ! Not only were we waiting 2 other customers too !This is totally not customer service it shows he could careless about his customers ! What can I say "Dick"Scott name says it all! A wise suggestion is your never to OLD to take some customer relations courses , might need a few refresher courses .

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition from this dealer in January. From the point of sale to delivery there were no surprises. I was kept apprised of the schedule for delivery each week. After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

found the truck on line and called dealer. Bill walked me thru the process online. Filled app online and was approved. When I got to the dealership Bill had the truck ready for delivery. In and out of finance within 30 minutes. That was several weeks ago and my salesman Bill has called several times to follow up to make sure my truck was performing as expected. I will definitely buy from Bill again and I will send all my friends and family to him.

Bought a pre-owned 2013 Ford F150 FX2....good price (they had the wrong price on the internet), then added $790 to cover the original cost. I like the truck, well equipped, but their make ready department did nada except change the oil. They weren't aware of issues with vehicle....needed new front brakes, a master key (to operate the on board computer systems), missing trailer wiring harness. Speaking with Eric (Sales Manager), I kept hearing they'd look into it and call me back....quite a few attempts with zero call backs. I've bought plenty of new and used autos and know what to expect....either these guys are really dumb or just not paying attention to the trades coming into the dealership. They're not bad people, just bad at following up on issues. I work with a lot of auto dealerships in my business, and this one is by far one of the weakest in terms of follow through, follow up and paying attention to detail.

My family has bought many car from this dealership. We have been very happy. We live more than 100 miles away I have used local dealers for repairs without success. I brought 2005 tbird to Dick Scott. The repair was done quick and correct. Dick Scott has a friendly staff and they do a great job. I would recommend this dealship. It is worth the drive

I purchased a 2014 Explorer from Dick Scott Ford and I was very satisfied with the entire process. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all, everyone was eager to help me find just what I was looking for. Once we found the perfect vehicle for me, the finance staff was extremely knowledgeable and got me the best interest rates and rebates. After settling on which vehicle I wanted I was leaving the dealership in my new car in about 30 minutes. This was the first new vehicle I have ever bought and I was extremely satisfied with the entire process.I definitely recommend Dick Scott Ford to all of my family and friends.
