Since the early 80's, I have purchased and leased multiple vehicles (for both personal and business use). The process of leasing my daughter's first vehicle ('17 Elantra) was a snap. Ramon Roedan expertly and comprehensively described the vehicle's attributes to my 17-year old daughter, and immediately placed her behind the wheel of the Elantra SHE wanted for a test drive. Ramon was not pushy. Instead, he listened carefully to her wants and needs... truly, the consummate professional and gentleman. Once her decision was made, "dad" worked out the deal terms with Ramon and Carlos (GM). The process was pleasant, transparent, and brisk. Although the car my daughter spec'd was not in their inventory, Ramon quickly located the exact vehicle she wanted at another dealership, had the car delivered to Dickson City Hyundai, prepped it quickly, and... Ramon, himself, delivered my daughter's first car to our home detailed to perfection with a huge bow atop. Suffice to say, Ramon, Carlos and the entire Dickson City Hyundai Team exceeded my demanding expectations. This oft times highly-stressful process was world class on all counts right from jump street... a warm and welcoming greeting, thorough product overview, patience in answering every question, a fair and competitive price attained across an open and transparent process, et al. I am delighted that my daughter's first new car experience was exactly the way its supposed to be!

The sales person that helped me with my car purchase, Ramon Roedan, was fantastic. This was my very first new car purchase, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Ramon really took his time and helped me to find the perfect car for my budget and needs. I live out of town and wasn't able to make it to the dealership until pretty close to closing time on Friday night, but Ramon stayed late to negotiate what I feel was a very fair deal. When I decided that I needed to sleep on it, Ramon graciously wrote down all of the options that we had discussed and offered to meet me the next morning to finish up our conversation. I really appreciated not feeling like I was in a high-pressure situation and being given the time that I needed to feel completely comfortable with such a large purchase. From beginning to end, I could not have had a better experience. I will be sure to recommend Dickson City Hyundai and, especially, Ramon to anyone that I know who is in the market for a vehicle!

My credit is not the best and after talking to Ramon , he told me he would do everything possible to approve me and he did. I saw Tuscon on display with low lease price. Went to dealership, saw, drove and was given information about car and all the bells and whistles. Inquired about the limited edition and price worked. Purchased a Hyundai with the help of salesman Tom Medric. I have challenged credit and Tom went above and beyond to have me drive home in a new Hyundai. I was browsing and did not expect to purchase a car the same day. Tom made the transaction smooth and without any hassles. We went in yesterday after visiting many dealerships and none of them were able to help us, we came in and the first thing he said was " my name is Ramon Roedan the Dealmaker" so we gave him a challenge of finding the best deal for us. I decided to look for a new vehicle. This will be my first "New" car purchase. I had my top 4 to review, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Subaru Legacy and Hyundai Sonata. My first stop was Dickson City Hyundai. I test drove the Sonata, and the sales person, Carm, was very professional and explained all the details about the car. I was also allowed to take the vehicle home to show my husband and really get a feel for the car. This proved to be a good tactic on Carm's part. I showed to car to my husband and he liked it. He then did some research on the computer to compare the 4 cars. He first ruled out Subaru because of the new transmissions they started using. He then compared the warranties all the other 2 to Hyundai's and he felt there was no comparison. I compared the looks of the exterior and then the features offered at the price of the Sonata and again there was no comparison. We decided that the Sonata was the best value and I am happy with my decision.

"I ended up needing to put cash down as well.It was not what I intended to do...and I told the salesman the same.My trade in was for over 3400 dollars and should have been enough in this situation...I felt that if I didn't add the cash down that it would lower the value of my trade in....I regret that part of the transaction and unfortunately..its what I most regret.the salemen was mpst helpful..The financial person was also helpful.But,I was not expecting to then ""purcharse"" further ""plans"" for the car.I have leased in the past with other dealers and have NEVER been asked to do so.I am a RELIABLE and RESPONSIBLE person.I did sign up for the ""cheapest"" plan because I felt I would be risking the lease otherwise."

Greg and financial group very helpful and anxious to sell the car. That's where the effort stops. Tire light came on the way home on our Tucson. That is still on.... Car has a noticeable vibration in the drivetrain and hesitation in the engine. Tried several times for service and even made an appointment to get a loaner car so issues could be resolved. Turns out there was no loaner available and they were okay with us sitting there all day. I have sent Emails to managers of service and sales and the salesman who sold us the car. Still nothing. My recommendation is, if you want a car fast without service this is the place for you. very disappointed in the place. Will never purchase a vehicle from them again

Since I've purchased my 2011 Sonata, it has had nothing but recalls. The latest was the engine sezied and I was without it for almost two months. I just got the car back about a week ago (absolutely filthy) and today the car wouldn't start. I had it towed there and was told that the vehicle's starter needed to be replaced and it would cost $400. Then they settled with me on $178. Just for the part....not the starter. This place is xxxxxxxx. The part cost $12 and the labor was over $150. I have reported them to BBB and corporate Hyundai. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Congratulations Dickson City Hyundai. You just lost a customer over a half xxx job and $400

Truly the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had in my life. Actually felt like the salesperson valued what I wanted and needed. Told Anthony what I needed payment wise and got it for me which is always the most difficult aspect of buying a car. There's always that certain stigma with car sales that they don't care and don't listen to what you want and are not honest and up front about the vehicles they are selling that was not remotely true with Anthony. Very personable and charming from the start. Even after purchasing the car has reached out to see how I was doing with vehicle and to make sure I was still happy. I have no problem with the facility , yet the brand itself is very disappointing. I should have learned after my first hyundai nickel and dimed me to death. My 2011 is 4 years old and I have had to replace so many parts I cant afford it anymore. Everytime I call hyundai I get the same story that its not covered under warranty. Both times Carm has listened to both my needs and my financial situation and has come up with a car that suits both of those perfectly. I'm so happy I read these reviews and looked at their complaints on BBB before I went there. Thinking that the reviews and complaints were probably just a few disgruntled shoppers but WOW they are 100%correct!! They did exactly what the reviews said they do. First I sat with Greg and reviewed a car I saw online. He brought out a paper stating what my payments would be with the car being sold to me at $18999. Ummmm, the car on their website was listed for $13999. So I show him and he takes it back to the secret room. He comes back out with numbers again. I tell him what I was offered at another showroom. He comes back out with what I told him I was offered and wants me to sign this paper. I asked "why would u want me to sign a paper with these numbers when I haven't agreed to buy the car nor was the numbers approved by the so called manager in the secret room?" He got very upset and angry that I kept refusing to sign the paper. I told him call me when he gets what price I was willing to pay approved on the paper with all these scribbled and rewritten numbers he wanted me to sign and left. Guess what, no call back. I also told him reviews online state they advertise a price on their website then u get to the lot and they inflate the numbers by thousands and told him to let his manager aware of it as well. He didn't like that very much either. He took my keys to look at my trade in but held them as he was back and forth in the secret room as I kept telling him I had to leave. I've bought several cars over the years and never dealt with such shady people. I wouldn't expect that from such a big business. Also overheard another salesman selling a car to a couple in which the deal that was done the day before all of a sudden changed. " The bank would only finance them for less miles on the lease and giving thousands less for their trade in because the salesman "accidentally" wrote down the wrong year on the trade in" - ummmm, yeah ok!!

So this is now my third time here in two weeks. I had two tires put on and they left the tire pressure light on. I came back here a few days ago and sat here again for over two hours. They turned off the light with a code and didn't check anything else. Fifteen minutes later the light is back on again and here I am sitting here again for over an hour. The only thing I have gotten from them so far is it's my fault that I may have an external gps which is throwing the signal. Price is fine but good god I have spent more time in this department and have missed hours of work due to this issue

I never write reviews but please beware! I went to Dickson city Hyundai due to the fact their advertising was they will pay up to 8000 more than what your car is worth and at the time I was about 4 grand negative upside down in my car so I thought I'd give it a shot. Well my sales guy was Greg and he tried putting me in a 2015 Tucson which I fell inlove with but big dog Max came out wanted me to put 3400 down and my payments would be almost double of what I was paying for my car I wanted to trade in. Well he showed me a 2013 I liked it, asked for a price he goes in the secret back room comes out with Ray and he starts talking to me telling me he wants to put me in the 2015 and not the 2013, so we talked, he said wanted me to put 400 down and he'll get me approved, and he did! My payments were where I wanted them to be my interest was lower than what I was already paying and I have a brand new car!!! Wow dream come true right? WRONG! while Greg was doing the paperwork I mentioned that I had to take my belongings out of the old car and put into the new, he looked at me like I had 3 heads and said no, we did this deal without your trade and then tried talking me into calling my bank that I had my car through and tell them to come pick it up, yes he wanted me to have a repo on my credit when I told him no he still tried talking me into it telling me that it will only be on my credit report for 4 years and with the new car and already being approved it will be a "wash". I seriously thought I was dreaming this because I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life!! so he was upset that I didn't fall for his trick and I wanted a price on the 2013 and to be approved well again they did and they counted my trade in the deal and when I said let me think about it he got a huge attitude and " I'm done there's nothing more I can do" really? Your pi $$ed because you didn't make a sale today and after the shady stunt you tried pulling with me you want me to just hand you cash and sign papers without me thinking about it first! I wonder how many people they actually talked into a repo! Sorry I didn't fall for any of your shady tricks guys but my mother didn't raise no fool and by the way I when to motor world in Wilkes-Barre and got what I wanted, sales guys aren't pushy and any questions you have they answer. Everything with them is nothing but honesty and they have all their prices on the cars! Will never go back to dickson city hyundai! Shop with caution they are shady people!!

My wife and I stopped there to just look around. We pulled into a parking spot and I didn't even get my seat belt unbuckled and I could see a salesman walking towards our car. A nice enough guy but even after we told him we were just browsing and not buying at that time, he stuck to us like glue. We looked through the new section and then checked the used cars and found one we liked and asked for the price, as they do not put prices on the used cars. This started a 90 minute long process of "lets look at your trade" and "let me have the sales manager work up a price", every bad cliche was in there. It finally came to the point that we had to ask to get our car keys back, and he wouldn't hand them over until "he ran the numbers one more time", which was still a grand over KBB retail (I had it on my phone). It's been 25 years since I had that kind of high pressure run around sales "service". I glad many other people had a good experience there as buying a car can be very stressful. But as far as I'm concerned, after buying 8 new cars and a dozen or so used cars through the years, first impressions are important, and I was not impressed.

If your anything like me and you are less experienced in shopping for a new vehicle go see this salesman. I admit, my guard was up from past experiences in the world of car lot shopping but it soon was diffused with honesty. Throughout the entire process he told me what to expect with a time frame that was very acceptable. When I asked a question, it was answered. I have never written a review before for a vehicle purchase but after walking out of 4 large local dealerships before meeting Tom, I thought I would give an opinion that may help someone else be as pleased as I am. They have great prices, friendly salesmen and a team that get's me the best price for my daughter's and son's cars. As a full time mom, I want the best for my children and I wouldn't trust any other dealership with their safety! Quality used cars at great prices are the best at this dealership, especially with new drivers on the road! My daughter Hannah loves her 2011 Hyundai Sonata, I can't keep her out of it! They guys managed to clean the interior to look new! Now I don't exactly like to recommend places, or really anything, just because some people may have a bad experience and then not trust me after, but I GUARANTEE you will not have a bad experience at Dickson City Hyundai!

Bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent GLS from salesman, Levi Miller. Levi took interest into our situation & was able to suit us up with the perfect vehicle for our needs. He took the time to get most of our affairs taken care of before we came to settle & the day of the sale was a breeze, unlike the more local Chevy dealership we have dealt with. We especially appreciated the many smiles that were seen throughout the car lot that day. That says something for itself. We were offered cold drinks as we waited for financing to finalize & our paperwork was explained in detail by Allen Oliviera in financing. Questions were answered & we felt as if a weight had been taken off our shoulders after finally getting rid of the Chevy Cruze. Didn't feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. Leased a car for my daughter in 2011.. When the lease was up we went to buy the car out due to the over mileage on the car and decided she really liked the car. After showing her this "fabulous" 2014 car they made a very appealing deal to her and she agreed to lease again. They bought her car and said they would pay the over mileage on the car and she is "free and clear" to lease a 2014. Ohh wait.... You want to keep the same payment??? Well then then said you have to put 1800$ down in order to keep payments where they were..... Wait let me speak to my manage..... Away to the "secret back room" to see if deal can be made but first initial this to show what you want your payment to be.... Huh? Umm ok? (Btw my husband and I own 5 vehicles and the only place that has a secret back room is Hyundai in Dickson city) ok long story short she signed and gave them $1800 for this 2014 Hyundai elantra. 1 month later I ego a letter stating I owed the over mileage on the 2011 Hyundai bought back off me to get me into the 2014. When I called Greg (my sales guy) he said he talked to "ray" and it was simple mistake , not to worry, it's all taken care of" month 2 I get a second notice that my account on the 2011 is "past due" with interest! Husband and I personally went up and again Ray, max Carlos, never came out of the secret back room but again I was assured it was "taken care of" long story short, they are a bunch of liars and now my account is in collections for $1592.27 amount of over mileage due because of their mistake! Went up for the 3rd time and demanded to get on a conference call with the cowards hiding in the back and was denied. Bottom line it's a very shady place and they are hiding something! I have never ever been to a dealership like this and don't plan on ever going back.... Except with my attorney if I get one more letter. Oh and by the way coward Carlos agreed to pay my over mileage out of his own pocket .... Like he should have in the beginning... They also had the nerve to say that I should "thank them" for trying to help fix this situation that they created.... Ummm thanks? Stay far away from this place and be careful when you speak to them to have questions answered... When they are caught in a lie they claim you are "badgering" them. If you can't take the heat boys.. Get out of the kitchen and find a new job.

My mom and I went to Dickson City Hyundai one Thursday to look for a different car for me. I had a 2010 car which I hated. My mom had the same vehicle as I did but was a 2008. We went on this crazy adventure not sure if things were going to work out with getting me a new car. We met a salesman named Michael Hayes. He was amazing. Friendly, upbeat and an all around great salesman.The financial person whom I don't remember his name also worked his magic In the end we both ended buying two 2014 Hyundai Accents. One for myself and one for my mom. So they went above and beyond for both of us.. Another employee that I also had the pleasure of dealing with was Mark Hendershot. Anthony Tooson is our go to guy who makes our dreams/wishes come true. He's worked with us many times in the past and will always do his best to please us. He knows I like my "bells and whistles" and our Santa Fe Sport does not disappoint. The SUV is our 5th vehicle from this dealership in 7 years! I will be the first to admit I am not computer savvy and experienced tech problems with my iPod. I've seek assistance (due to my stupidity) many times in the past 3 days and everyone was there for me - Anthony, Steve, Adam and Mike Hayes. Now I am a happy camper - I think I know how to work it now! One last comment I need to make is the service area needs more room for the cars. I know an expansion is in the works but it can't come soon enough. Also just to keep up with other car dealers I would like to see computers for the sales people. I think it would speed up the sales process.

I visited this dealership looking for a used SUV on a recommendation from a friend, and after some false starts being helped because they were so busy, finally sat down with Anthony Tooson to discuss what they had that would be best for me. Anthony was personable, friendly, and listened to my rather detailed list of what I wanted and what would suit my needs (I had done my research and knew, car-wise and budget-wise exactly what boxes had to be checked). He found me a 2012 Santa Fe and I'm happy with it so far. I visited the dealership on a Friday night and got the car Saturday morning. We highly recommend going to Anthony at this dealership if you need help buying a car. He is very competent, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped us select a Hyundai Sonata and an Elantra recently. His skill in listening to his customers is one of his strengths. He will make sure you find the right car and the best financing for your situation. He is energetic and diligent, but not "high pressure". John helped us get through the financing aspect of buying and leasing. He was persistent on our behalf to get the right financing package for both cars. He clarified the paperwork and kept us on track. We decided to return to this dealership for the 2nd car because we thought Anthony could help our daughter select her first car. He did an awesome job!

After receiving a letter in the mail from DCH that boasted higher than normal buyback prices for used cars, I decided to check their stock on their Web site. The site was a bit inaccurate and I got two broken e-mails from the Internet manager, but it happens. I decided to just go down there to look at a 2012 Focus, which would be an upgrade from my 2008 Focus. I wasn't interested in anything else. My dealer was Anthony Tooson, who had spoken to my mother previously over the phone and was very patient in dealing with her countless questions and requests. He was very nice, had a great sense of humor, and was to the point, and I ended up buying the Focus at a price I didn't think they would agree to. During the testing period the car displayed low battery, and he agreed to have it replaced without question. He also got us a spare key. Very accommodating. I honestly wasn't really looking to buy a car and I didn't think this would work out, but thanks to Anthony, his manager Ray, and John in finance, I have a nice 2012 upgrade I was able to cosign for and my old car is in the process of finding a good home. Anthony also called to check up on me the following week to make sure there weren't any problems. I will likely get return for my third car when the time comes.

Called ahead about a specific car we saw on line. Asked if it was there. "Derrick" told me, quote, "Yes, it's here" So we drove 90 minutes to this scummy, shabby, dirty looking dealership where, AFTER about 30 minutes of trying to show us other cars (which he had to search the lot for; he asked me if I wanted to come help him look) "Derrick" then told us that "the owner" took the car we had come to look at but would "be right back" and in the meantime we should look at some other stuff. Finally got him to admit that "the owner" wouldn't be back for at least four hours but would we "like some coffee" while we waited? No, what we WANTED was not to blow three hours driving and another four cooling our heels while waiting for "the owner" to come back with the car "Derrick" told us was "definitely" there. And of course we got no apology, nothing. We told him we really just wanted to leave and his response was "Oh. OK."

I called and asked if they had a 6 seat Santa Fe in stock to test drive. The salesperson said "yes" each of the 3 times that I asked him. I asked him 3 times because I live a good distance away from the place and did not want to waste my time and gas. The salesman gave me his full name and I gave him mine. I told him that I would be up there in 1-2 hours. When we got there I asked for the employee be name, he said that he did not have a 6 seat Santa Fe. I reminded him that he told me he had one 3 times and asked to speak to a manager. The manager said that someone took it out for a test ride for a couple of hours. I asked the manager how long until it comes back, he went in the back and then said that the man took it to work and that it would not be back for even longer. Then to make things even worse, the manager said that his employee said that I never called him. I will never be back there again. I deal with alot of people in a day - some from that area - and will help them out by sharing my story.

Sal was my sales rep from the sec I called till the end our deal. He made sure we got into the car we wanted! Sal made us feel like we where the only people in the show room. (we where not vary busy there) Sal is the BEST! Allan was our loan rep, he got us the numbers we wanted at monthly payment we wanted to stay in. There was no, will you have the car if you can do this or that. It was a vary up front deal with no stings. We wanted an upgrade to our car that they give us a loaner car for until our car is ready. They had the upgrade worked into the loan so no more money down was needed by us. These guys just make buying a car fun and enjoyable! I will only get my cars from Dickson City Hyundai!

I have read all the negative reviews and agree with them all. I purchased a used vehicle from them several years ago and when I had my first service, I got ripped and had to lodge a formal complaint with Hyundai. Finally got it resolved and got a rebate after several months of correspondence and phone calls. The service department was No help at all...plus they were rude. So I went to another dealership for my next Santa Fe. To my surprise when I asked for my extended service contract rebate I had to go through Dickson City again. I was hoping for better results, but guess what....another four month run around. The agency was No help at all. I was lied to, never called back and again treated poorly. Hyundai customer service was given the runaround also and finally the Regional office got involved. Well within five days I had a check from Dickson City. You would think that maybe a note of apology would have been included, but you would be wrong. My recommendation to anyone would be to StayAway from this dealership for anything.

I went in there because at the time I had credit problems and I needed a car. They were very quick to point me to the two cars that I could have. I test drove a Hyundai Sonata that I was approved for. I liked the car and wanted it. I sat down to do the contract and was told that I couldn't have that car but another one that was pretty close. I couldn't test drive it because it was in the shop. They took me in there and showed it to me. It was nice, similar to the one I test drove. I agreed to that car (no pricing sticker on it, but I figured it was the same as the other). I really couldn't do much haggling as at the time was credit was no good and I had no car. I signed the contract without too much questioning. The purchase price of the car was 16998.00 on my contract. I went on their website the next day and found my car (vin matched) for 13,998.00. Not only did the charge me a fortune in interest but also marked up the price! It's now 3.5 years later and I have been to three dealerships, as soon as I say I was ripped off, the turn around and say "Dickson City Hyundai?" I even spoke to one salesmen who told me that he got a job there and quit the same day because of their practices. Another told me that they prey on people with not so perfect credit. Now all these years later my credit is fixed and I am still paying a huge car payment because my loan amount was so large that I had to trade that car in. I am stuck for another three years with a huge car payment even with 1.9% interest due to still owing so much on the car that purchased from them. There rating with the Better Business Bureau is an "F". STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son, on active duty with the USAF, purchased a vehicle and we informed the dealer that he was active military, licensed in NJ, stationed in NY and insured by USAA. DCH did not copy his ID in order to process the deal so, my son had to drive 400+ miles to have them copy his military ID. To this day, 40 days after the sale we still have no tags for the vehicle and the temps were dated 2012 not 2013. Numerous calls to the dealership were not returned. Finally, Jackson (who claimed to be the GM of the location) returns a call and blames me for the lack of information which should have been collected when they snatched up my check and promptly cashed it! The back office staff is inept and this "manager" Jackson has obviously been promoted to a level of incompetency! "We sent it to DMV today, what else do you want from me" he said!! I guess the customer is not always right and can be treated in this fashion after the check clears !!! I won't ever go the DCH again and would advise anyone reading this to not expose themselves to their poor treatment of customers.

I recently went to to Dickson city Hyundai looking for a Veloster. I knew what I wanted even the color. I went to Motorworld before I came here and they told me sorry cant get the car you want but can give you a deal in a in stock unit.. I left pissed and thought I couldn't get my car:(.. My salesman greeted me very nice and walked me through the vehicle, and new every detail.. We went on a additional test drive, when we came back I told him what I wanted, in 20 min he came to my best with not only a guarantee but options of interior colors..we worked out a awesome deal and I am now driving the car I love and wanted, .. It only took 2 days to get my car.. Motorworld told me up to 2 moths.. So overall I would defiantly recommend this dealership and ask for Ray, very helpful and works hard for you..

I was looking at a 2012 Hyundai Tucson that was on the used car side of the dealership. The salesman "could not give me a price on the car until we sit down and review finances"....you don't know how much it costs ????? Come on, talk about being shady and dishonest...... Sat down with them, will never return. This would have been my 4th Hyundai from them.....talk about how well they treat their loyal returning customers !!!

So far i have dealt with 4 dealerships and Dickson City Hyundai has been the better of them . I have only needed regular maintanence done on my vehicle but every time i go they take the vehicle in on its scheduled time if not sooner. When we purchased the car - the salesman was great and so far the service department has been terrific and i travel just under a hour to get there.

I showed up one morning not sure if I wanted a new or used vehicle. John greeted me and told me about their big sale. We then discussed my driving habits, uses for the car and why I was looking to trade my current car in. We selected a new car that I liked, but they also had a few slightly used cars of the same make and model. We test the new one, I loved it but was wondering if if getting a 2012 slightly used would make more since(trying to save a couple of bucks!!). John ran some numbers, turns out being a previous Hyundai owner and with the incentives on the car buying used wasn't saving me anything at all, It made sense to buy the new 2013 Elantra, Paperwork was done promptly, the beautiful car was pulled around by the nicest guy ( HE MUST BE THE ONE THAT MAKES IT SHINE!!!). Overall great experience, Way to go Dickson City Hyundai, See you in the future!! Mrs.Thomas

I went there for a sweepstakes mailer I had received saying I had won $20,000. When I got there I was very discouraged to find out it was a scam. I was told I had to match the activation code on top of matching the 3 like amounts on the flyer (which I had done). The flyer stated nothing like this. So, I intend to sue. Thank you for reading and please stay away from these liars!!!!

Buyer beware ... there are some very deceptive sales practices going on there. I found out when it was to late and lost a ton of money. I was a loyal customer to them purchasing my third from them. How I could have been so stupid and trusting is beyond me , I guess I don't think people like to rip other honest people off. These trained salespeople will sell you a car that is worthless and tell you over and over what a good deal and car it is. Then you find out it's a worthless piece of crap involved in accidents that don't show up on car fax when they show you but when you go to trade it in major problems show up. They are unwilling to admit fault, do things to your car (they actually changed the tires on my car and told me the ones on it when we bought it were illegal) They could never fix the shake on the front end ... they could never feel it then all of a sudden the axle had to be replaced .. then it was replaced again ... ugh it was just a nightmare. Carlos tried to tell me no one at Dickson City Hyundai knew this car had major problems or a major accident ... but yet when we purchased it we were told the original owner bought it from them and did all his maintenance with them and the car was so cared for. Right ... they didn't know about a major accident? I don't know call me old fashion but I put a lot of value on honesty. Your just not going to get it from Carlos ... I am not one to complain or write these reviews but if I can save someone else the heartache I had to endure it is worth it.

I got a great deal on my used Nissan. My salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Everything went smooth and I took my vehicle home the same night; The vehicle was already fully serviced and clean when I drove it away. Most other dealerships make you come back for your car after your purchase - I never liked that! The finance manager, Allan, was very thorough with the paperwork and with all my warranty options. It was a great experience overall, however, I was at the dealership for a little longer than I expected, but I was very understanding of this. I know that buying a car is not a quick process (from MANY past experiences) and because they were very busy when I was there.

Looked for used car. Liked and signed sales agreement for Chevy HHR 2011. Two days later dealer called and said to bring car back because bank didn't like that car to finance. Stuck us with a 2010 Nissan Altima. Said it was this or nothing, refused to refund Deposit made on HHR. Signed paperwork for Altima, but they held the paperwork for 3 days. Decided hated Altima, and backout of entire deal as it was not the car we originally purchased. Dealer said it was too late, they had gotten their money from bank and wouldn't return payment to them to take the car back. We stopped payment on Car deposit after they took back the HHR.

What a rip off this dealership is!Once you get your bottom line on the price of the vehicle, the dealer slaps on another sticker stating "dealer installed accessories" for $1995 extra!!I bought my car right off the truck from the factory, so non of these so called dealer add ons were done to my car! I didnt realize anything about these dealer scams, I mean dealer accessories until i got home. they include pin striping, which wasnt done, and some Simonize wax paint sealer crap, also wasnt ever done. I went the next day to speak to the sales manager, his response was "well you signed the contract!" Again I explained none of these items were done to my car! It just came off the truck and you can plainly see there is NO pin stripping on my car! He looked very sheepish and was pretty red in the face. I told him there is no way I want the stripping nore the wax job for almost $2000! Again the manager said Im sorry you signed the contract. Great customer service huh!Another little ploy they do at Dickson City Hyundai is they ask you for you drivers license for ID purposes. The scam is thats their way of keeping you at the dealership. We were there for 5 1/2 hours!! We were so exhausted and bored from sitting there we didnt pay a lot of attention to all the mounds of paperwork.PLEASE BEWARE, DO NOT go to this dealer, you will be ripped off!!!

I have had pleasant experiences in the past at Dickson City Hyundai, but I can not say the same about my service visit this week. Now, don't get me wrong, the service I received was great, but my experience started out badly as I entered the parking lot. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was abruptly asked by a sales associate named Billy if I needed help. I responded with a quick, "no, thank you", but he was so persistent and even had the nerve to ask me why I was entering the showroom. He rubbed me the wrong way so much that I don't know if I would return to the dealership in the future for a new car or refer it to a friend either, if this is how the new salespeople are trained. I just hope they are not all like this now.

I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited ~ LOVE IT! I walked into the dealership and I didn't have plans on buying that day. The salesman greeted me warmly and asked me what I was looking for and patiently walked around with me to look at the same cars two and three times! He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He persuaded me to drive a few vehicles to see how they rode and I finally chose the Elantra. Again, LOVE IT! Ok I hope people take the time to read the reviews. It will save you a lot of money and keep you from having a bad experience. This dealership is horrible and deceitful. I knew more about the Rogue than the salesmen. My Girl worked at a very large dealership that her father owned for over 30 years. We had cash but we didn't want to buy that day, we just wanted a price. I was trading in an 04 jaguar. They wanted to look at my trade, I told them I would be happy to take them through the car. Next thing I know someone was taking my car out a major highway without even telling me. When we drove the Rogue the salesmen had to go with us, he should have given me the same courtesy. So then on an 09 Rogue he told us he wanted 24,000 lol I can get a 2011 for less than that almost anywhere. Then when we said we are not interested, he wouldn't let us leave. (keep in mind he still has my keys to the jag) When I asked for my keys back, He told us to talk to his manager so he didn't get in trouble. So being nice we followed him in to the back room. WOW did everyone get nervous, it was like walking into a drug deal or something. They immediately told me to wait outside. I then said I need my keys we are leaving, nope he said he didn't have them. (BS) Then came out and said we can make a deal if you want to buy today. I ordered him to give me my keys which he still reluctantly gave them up. PEOPLE DON'T GO HERE!!!

From the moment we stepped inside after the test drive, I had a horrible feeling. The first salesman we dealth with was not too bad, however he told the second salesman we were buying that day. we clearly stated to this man we had no intention to buy, but were looking for pricing to see if this was something we could afford. The second saleman had very little disregard to my requests in regards to purchasing a new vehicle. he also felt the need to shake his head in a demeaning way when i said we only had our trade in and did not have any money to put down. despite this he would only give me a price with 3,000 down. He repeatedly would not listen to me. Then when i went elsewhere the same day, we found out their prizes were 2000 or more higher!!!!and if i heard one more time "these cars sell themselves and we are here to sell these cars fast and get in a car today" I was going to scream. I told them I was not ready to buy today repeatedly, but they did not want to hear it. I traveled twenty minutes further to get a car with great service and a great price. Motorworld!

I never write a review but since I saw a review about Carlos i figured that I would give my two cents. I have dealt with Carlos and Dickson city Hyundai for the last 10 years and I have bought 7 cars for me and my family. To put it plainly I wont buy a vehicle anywhere else. I bought a 2006 Tucson last week from Don the salesman.The vehicles radio did not work.Don stated I can bring the car in Thursday of this week 12-29-2011. I called Don and he said the service worker who did the work couldn't do the work until next. Thats two weeks without a radio. I travel 70 miles to work and 70 from work. I visited Dickson City Hyundai on October 9, 2011. I was approached by Allan Oliveria, who was very personable. I told him I could not afford to spend much money and was looking for a used car. After showing me a few, we went inside to see what type of financing I could get approved for. After leaving me at his desk for 1/2 hour, he came back and advised I could only get financing for a new car. I also had an Audi to be used as a trade in. I was told they could give $500 on the low side and $800 on the high side. I told them I would not trade it in for such a low amount. I told him I had someone to sell it to for at least $1500. so off he went again, for another extended amount of time. When he finally returned, he started working numbers using $1500 as the trade in. He must have left me alone at his desk 5 times and I was there for over 4 hours, hungry, as I had not had lunch. After all was said and done, he came up with what I thought was an ok deal, considering I was shaking and tired. We finally signed the papers, which he did not really explain to me and off I went. I go back a couple days later to drop off title to Audi. A few days after that, ingot a call from him. He NEVER gave me my copies of agreement. I get my registration card in mail, but have not yet received my insurance card, which he said he would take care of, so I call my insurance company and said they never received call, so I had been driving for 3 weeks with no insurance. When I go pick up my papers, I mention to him and he had the nerve to say he called. Then I went over paperwork and to MY SURPRISE, they only gave me $800 for the AUDI and never advised me. I was dumb founded as I told him I WOULD NOT TRADE IT IF THAT IS ALL THEY WOULD GIVE ME. So after calling and expelling the situation to the sales manager, advising I feel they screwed me out of $700, they wanted to give me a tank of gas. What a joke. Now, I have been driving this car which is supposed to get estimated 30 city and 40 highway...also a joke. I drive all highway and have yet to hit 30 mpg which is less than estimated city miles. I would NEVER recommend Dickson City Hyundi to anyone, as they are nothing but crooks.

I first went Dickson City Hyundai on October 15 2011 to purchase a Elantra limited .At the same time i also recieved email price quotes from some competing dealerships . On October 21 2011 i returned to Dickson City Hyundai to get a price from them . Their price was over $2000. more for the exact same vehicle .I even showed them the price quotes from some other dealers . The bottom line is that Dickson Cities' price was not even close to sticker price but much more . I called Lehigh Valley Elantra back and purchased an Elantra from them . Lehigh Valley was a pleasure to deal with and i saved a lot of money.

I bought a used car at Dickson City Hyundai and got the extended warranty, and was promised a multitude of other things, such as a full tank of gas upon purchase, new floor mats, detailing etc. I never got any of that and when I started to have problems with various things with the car with in a month of owning it they tried to get out of the warranty. I got the run around for over a week, no one would return my calls, then they LOST my CD that was stuck in the CD player. Every time I take my car there I get it back on empty...awful. Awful service. Awful Customer Service.

Visited this dealer for a used pick up truck. found some saftey and quality issues with the truck that i did not pick up durring the test drive. had it less than 24hrs. i exchanged the truck but they kept the downpayment ($4,000) and didnt put it twards the car i went with, and im fighting to get it back i would not recomend this dealership to anyone. I just got off military duties out of the desert. Realy nice to do what they did to the countries military

Short and sweet, he worked with us non-stop even past closing time to find us a car and find us a car he did which happened to be an almost brand new 2005 Hyundai Elantra. He also worked very hard to find a financing option that worked for us and that he did as well. We went to Dickson City Hyundai looking for an Elantra my wife saw on the internet, but when we got there, they were all gone, except for a red one, which she rejected. Sarge had already met with us, and told us about some 2010 Accents they had. We were interested in the also, so we looked them over and decided on one. Sarge was very busy that day, a Saturday, but he kept contact with us, and set up a test drive for us on the one we chose. After, we told him we would like to talk more about it, and again, very busy, he made time to talk with us about the car. Our credit wasn't the best, so he worked with the manager and the banks and got us a loan within the budget we had. It was an all afternoon event, but, as I said, he was very busy, and late that evening we finally got everything worked out and drove our new Hyundai Accent home. Sarge is a very friendly person, and should be recognized as such.

was there twice then found much lower price,told me theyd match simmons-rockwell price. but then lied and added made up fees to car to make it back at their price. went to simmons-rockwell and saved thousands of dollars. Dicksoncity hyundai made me sit for hours everytime i was there and everytime i went the price went up. Stay away from this place very greedy dealer, lots of "FEES" added whenever price comes out, low trade prices (which also changed every time i was there) poor customer service. i would NEVER recommed this place to anyone, gave them three chances and about 10hrs to put me in a car i already wanted and it only took simmons-rockwell 45 minutes to have me on the road. saved over $100 a month on same exact car.

I went to Dickson City Hyundai under the recommendation of my father who had bought an SUV there a year ago. Also, I'd had a hyundai previously and loved it. The wait took a long time, over an hour before we were helped, but it didn't bother me because we didn't have an appointment and had asked to see a specific salesman. We found a car that seemed to be in my price range and sat down to get started. As it was near closing by this point (we had been there for several hours) he said that he would keep working on it and we should hear back by the next business day.It took several days of phone tag before I finally got an answer. I'm aware that my credit is less than stellar due to an old student loan, but it's not abysmal. I was told that nobody would touch it except for one bank and not for anywhere near the car I was looking at (it was about 13,000). In addition, I would have to come up with approximately $1500 cash for a down payment. Not including the value of my trade in.I went yesterday to another local dealer, and today I am the happy owner of a 2010 Rio. No difficulties or drama.My father also referred my cousin there (for which he has yet to get the referral fee), who also had major difficulties and finally had to threaten to go somewhere else before they would finalize.My father will never go there again. Neither will my cousin or I. I love the Hyundai brand, but I should have heeded all the warnings about this dealer. Though looking at the other reviews it could have been a lot worse.Also, are they at all aware of how detrimental it is to their image to post these childish and all-in-caps replies to their negative reviews? If I had visited this site first I would never have gone there based just on that, nevermind the actual negative reviews. Instead take them as constructive feedback and try to resolve whatever issues are behind them.

They spent less than 30 minutes pushing papers before he told us there was nothing he could do for us and said maybe we should let out car get repossessed so we could go back to him and buy a car without being upside down in it. Seemed like he was to lazy to attempt to get any kind of loan for us. We left and went down the street to Eartley Kia and within 24 hrs we walked out the door with a brand new car with an amazing interest rate. Obviously they only care about the bottom line and not the customer and what is best for them. Go to Eartley Kia they actually do care about you as a person

First for customer service, the salesperson Sarge stayed with us until the sale was completed. We went in on a Tuesday and we left the same day with a vehicle. He was very encouraging despite our very delicate credit situation. Our paper work was filled out very promptly.He worked with the service people directly to get the car ready for the sale. He also worked with Rachael on our past credit history. She went our of her way to make sure we were able to obtain a loan. Sarge and Rachael were very pleasant and personable. The price of the car was great and we got a very reasonable monthly payment plus a good interest rate. I would higly recommend this dealership. Before I begin, I would like to say that never in my life have I ever filed a complaint against a person or a company. This is the first. We tried, multiple times, to overcome what was (and sadly, continues to be)a terrible sales experience. My fiance and I both have worked in some area of customer service for a long time, so we are more forgiving about things of this nature, but this buying experience was too far fetched not to complain about. We had an AWFUL experience from this dealership. We went in, after waiting for a while, we finally were assisted by an associate. Though the wait was extensive, we decided to let it slide since we walked in without an appointment, and it was a decently busy weekend day. We began looking at cars- what we wanted- and price ranges. We were fairly clear that we didn't want the Elantra. We looked around and saw that we did have a few choices, but the combination of school loans and not so great credit for one of us meant that we had to actually apply for the loan before finding out what our payment would be. So. We applied. We were told that BOTH of our names would be on the application- which was our goal, to help improve the credit score. Amazingly, we were told WE were approved for a slightly used car, and it was within our price range. They took the trade in, and said that since we were approved, we could just take the new car home with us and schedule to have it detailed and have he scratches and minor problems fixed. We drove the car home with dealer plates, assuming it was ours, without signing any paperwork. DAYS later, they finally called and said that we could go in and work our final deal out. Shockingly, we had to come up with $800 down, in addition to the trade in, and even at that our monthly payment would be $60 more than we discussed. So basically, they allowed us to take this car, drive it for a week, and then told us the deal was off. BUT if we decided to get the New And Improved Hyundai Elantra (instead of the HONDA we were purchasing), we could get an interest rate of 6% lower, a lower monthly payment, as well. Our one year old daughter was with us, so we had to leave, as she was bored- (we were there for THREE HOURS..second trip. time invested this far: approximately 6 hours). THIRD TRIP: We decide, despite the higher interest rate, undetailed car, that the Honda is what we want to go with, and since they already ran our credit report, we didn't want to have more requests on our credit history than we had already made, and this purchase would help inprove the prior bad credit decisions, anyway. We decide to put $500 down, not $800, which they agreed to. We get there, after getting a babysitter, and even though they knew we were coming, we still had to wait. Literally an hour went by, we still hadn't set a pen to a single paper. When the paperwork showed up, we found out that only MY name was on the loan, not both of us, as we first were told. He lied to my face when I asked if the loan request was submitted in my name only, he said no, in both names. So then the bank took it upon themselves to process this loan request with only my name on it? I highly doubt that. We STILL SIGN, despite it all because now we need a car. (Time invested at this point- 11 hours).Fourth Trip: Drop the car off for promised inspection, minor scratch removal, interior detailing. We called in advance to say we would be coming. Was a car available for us to take, 3 hours later, when we got there? NO! When (finally, after an hour), we get the rental car- GUESS WHAT! AN ELANTRA! We are told we will be able to get our car the next day. No call, no call, no call. The third day of the rental car rolls around, and still no word from them. Apparently they needed a part, which they didn't think they needed to tell us about.Fifth Trip: Three days after that, our car is 'ready'. We, with baby in tow, go to pick up the car. It was clean on the inside. So clean that the seats were still wet. The inspection sticker was placed over a chip in the windshield (which was supposed to be fixed). The scratches and dings are still visible (at 7 at night, in the winter), and there was no gas in the tank. At all. We complained, so they agreed to give us the gas (that they had said in trip three, was 'owed to us'), but not without making us feel like we were completely over the line in doing so. I then called again, after seeing the scratches and was treated like I was an idiot- that "After all, it is a USED car, and USED cars aren't in NEW condition, to expect that would be way over the line." I don't expect that- as a matter of fact, the ONLY thing I expect is honesty. So, after 13+ hours sitting in that building, not to mention drive time, all I have to say is that I honestly would buy a car through some random stranger on EBay rather than set foot in that low rent place again.

We stopped at Dickson City Hyundai to start our search for a new Elantra. Four days prior my wife and myself were in an accident and our 2008 Elantra was rear ended and totaled by the insurance company. We had a rental car but would only have it for three days, so we needed to find a new car quickly. Sarge came out and introduced himself and we explained our situation to him and he showed us the Elantras that he had on the lot. It was late evening and starting to get dark and myself and my wife were rather exhausted from the events of the last few days so Sarge suggested we come back tomorrow so that we could see the cars in the daylight and we wouldn't be so tired. We agreed and went back the following day. We found an Elantra in the color we wanted but it was a standard transmission. Sarge told us to hang on a minute and went inside to talk to his boss when he returned he said that they located an Elantra that was enroute to the dealership and that if we wanted to put a deposit on it they would tag it with our name as soon at it arrived. This sounded good but we only had the rental car for two more days and Sarge had no way of knowing exactly when the car would arrive. Sarge told us that if we really wanted the car that he would give us a loaner to use until our car came in. We agreed and Sarge set us up with a 2010 Accent to use until our car arrived. We now have our new Elantra and we both love it! Sarge really went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted after our ordeal with the accident. He did whatever he could to keep us at ease. Every question that I asked about the vehicle they had an answer. I traded a 2007 Sonata Gls on a 2008 Azera limited. they gave me more than I expected for my trade, and got my payment way below where i needed to be on my new vehicle. The courtesy and time that Sarge took with me and my wife was above and beyond any salesman I've ever dealt with. I already know where I'm buying my next vehicle, and from whom. Also after being introduced to the service staff, and having all of my questions answered there, my confidence in this dealership is very high. Save yourself alot of heartache and stay FAR away from these crooks. A friend of mine bought a car from these guys and told me he was happy with it so I decided to check them out. I only live about 10 mins. away so i would just drive down and check them out. Their price was good and compared alright with alot of other places i checked out. Nothing great, but not highway robbery, just average prices. I came in there and checked out some of the cars in the lot and found a used hyundai. I started speaking to some guy on the lot and he told me he wasnt the right guy and he would send someone out. So there i am standing and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I finally decide to go inside and tell them I have been out there waiting and the next person tells me they are busy and they will get someone and I should wait. So I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally I stop someone else walking by and he tells me he is sorry for the wait and will be with me in a minute. He comes back about 5 mins. later and I take him out to show him the car I am interested in. He goes on trying to sell something else to me that i told him i couldnt afford. He keeps insisting that they could help me make it work. I told him I wasnt interested and only wanted the one I showed him. He tells me that one just sold that morning. F*$#&IN LIAR! He starts telling me how they could really make the other one work for me and when I told him he was like the banks pushing mortgages on people that couldnt afford it he got all offensive and started acting stupid and insulting me. Told me if the amount I wanted to spend was all I could afford they couldnt help me (the car I showed him in the lot was within my budget). He then gets his manager to come out to try and convince me to go for the better car. His manager was an even bigger idiot than him. Now its a while later and turns out that my friend who was so happy with his car started having trouble with the gem he bought and told me dealing with them for service was a "nightmare". TOO BAD WE DIDNT SEE THE BBB RATING OF *** F *** BEFORE WE WENT TO DICKSON CITY HYUNDAI. We came to the dealership just "looking" at vehicles. Actually I had been in touch with Sarge by phone because we were looking for a specific loaded Hyundia Santa Fe. He got in touch with us late on a Saturday afternoon so we took a ride. That was no easy task as we live an hour out of Scranton. It was a long afternoon, from 4 till after 9PM, but I believe it was worth the effort. We had a lot to discuss and my trade was not the best. Sarge did treat us to dinner while we waited at a local diner, a nice touch after a long afternoon. Long story short we drove home in our Sanat Fe and so far are pretty happy with the vehicle.Sarge spins a lot of stories and makes you feel right at home. It is tough to keep on your toes with such a glib salesman, but I think we got a good deal. It is the first new car we have purchased in over 10 years. If the service follows suit with the sales I can give this dealership all "5's. Sarge did a great job for me, I am not disapointed.

He also explained my car insurance to me(since I am a little naive) and called my insurance(Allstate) to get a quote from them, then got me a quote from Ohio Casualty, which was almost $80 cheaper a month! My wife and I found a slightly used car for sale at Dickson City Hyundai. I called and spoke to a sales associate by the name of Gary. He was a really nice guy - polite and professional. We drove down to Dickson City to take a test drive and he stayed late to discuss the car with us and go through some of the numbers. The original asking price was about $28,995 and I was going to give a trade in valued at about $2000. This took it down to about 27k. I told Gary that I would do the deal for 25k as I felt that with the deposit we were putting down and the good credit ratings we had we could close the deal without trouble. Gary discussed this with his superiors and replied that he would be willing to do it. I told him that the trade in had problems and told him EXACTLY what the problems were. They still agreed to the price. At this point it was late so I told him I would come back the next day. He tried the classic car sales man maneuver, telling me that we had to close that night to which I told him if the deal was good tonight, it should still be good the next day. He agreed and I told him I would call him the next day. I got in touch with him the next day and he said the deal was still on. I took off of work and my wife got a babysitter for our daughter so we could go up and buy the car. I told him to prepare the paperwork (they had already run our credit the night before) because I was leaving work and wanted to do this quick. He said that would not be a problem. When we came to the dealership at the time I told him I would be there he was nowhere to be found. I waited about 20 minutes until I finally found him. This was understandable. What I couldn't believe was what came next. He sits us down and tells us that the deal is no good anymore. AFTER WASTING 7 HOURS OF OUR TIME, MAKING ME LEAVE WORK, AND PROMISING THAT WE HAD A DEAL, he told me they decided they had to see my trade in before they let the deal through. He called his boss, a guy by the name of Carlos. Carlos is probably a good guy in real life (he let my kid keep a balloon he took while we were leaving), but he lives up to the reputation of a used car sales man at work. Carlos blamed Gary for telling us that the deal was good. I explained to Carlos that his companies inter-communication problems should not be an issue I have to deal with, and that when you make a deal you have to stand by it. Carlos acted as any good two year old would. He argued with whatever points he felt he was able to, and ignored logic and reason on everything else. To Summarize:- I am not upset they did not give me the car for the price I wanted it for.- I am not upset that I drove home that day without the new car I came to get.- I was not humiliated, cursed at, threatened, or mistreated.I am upset that I was lied to. My time was wasted. My gas was wasted (I took 2 drives there - each way a 45 min. drive for a total of 3 hours driving time alone). I was promised a deal, made decisions based on that promise, and that deal was broken by a dealership. And the bummer of it all - there was a similar car I had been looking at at another dealership which I had told them about the night before (I showed Gary the listing online to show him the price). By the time all of this went down, the other car (which was a better deal - cheaper, lower mileage, and a newer model) had sold. All in all - Dickson City Hyundai would do well to reconsider their policy on lying to people. As an employer myself, if one of my employees acted the way Carlos did, he would be looking for a job elsewhere, in places where lying is tolerated - places like Dickson City Hyundai.

We honored our end of the "tires for life" contract by having maintenance work done there. When it came time to replace tires, Scott in service informed us that we would need $250 worth of unnecessary work in order to receive the tires. This work included replacing "rusty" rear pads and calipers. Since the pads and calipers were still under factory warranty for all but normal wear, I complained to Hyundai. Hyundai sent us to MotorWorld for a second opinion, and they could find nothing wrong with the brakes. Blatant fraud! And they didn't mention the front pads, which actually were getting worn.They no longer get our maintenance or any other work, nor will they get our future sales.

I had an appointment with 'Sarge' for 11:15 on a Saturday in mid April. I was at the dealership until 6:30! That is just one of the reasons for the less than shining rating. Here are the others, I was sent home with a car that the headlights did not work, my temporary registration and insurance card were 'lost', they have since been returned to me along with the inspection paper work, I bought a used car and the Hyundai I bought I like alot, the former owner did not return all of the keys, so I was given 1 remote control and 1 key, I ask why the dealer did not give me the ones missing and was told that that was all the previous owner returned. so that was all I got. There is a mark on the carpet in the back seat that was not removed. I don't think they even tried to clean it! I went to Dickson City Hyundai on the recommendation of a friend and I will never go back.

My wife & I were severely mistreated by some "other" dealership, and we decided to take a look into Dickson Hyundai. I sent an email to them, letting them know how we were loosing our faith in Hyundai's brand, due to this horrible experience we had. Their (Dickson City Hyundai) advertising worked on us, as we heard & saw ads for them a lot in our area.Sal called me the following day, and was very friendly. He completely understood our feelings, and was happy to get the exact car we were looking for (it would have to be ordered). He did not try and sell us on "other" cars, or up-sell us on useless garbage we did not want. In short, Sal made us happy from the start!Later (the same day) we visited Sal at Dickson City Hyundai. What a nice guy! He was well dressed, very friendly, and was as well mannered as can be. We sat down and began the usual "sales" process. Now, let me say this again. Sal - the salesman was an A++!Here, is where it all goes wrong. I feel bad for Sal, because he went for his usual initial price quote from his sales manager. He returned a few minutes later, and from his delivery, it was apparent that this was quite possibly the worst deal on the face of the planet. We had already run all of the numbers, and knew exactly what we wanted to pay.What we wanted to pay: This amounted to exactly $750 less than the MSRP on the car! It would afford my wife the exact monthly payment she is comfortable with. I explained this to Sal, and he 100% agreed! He knew it was not a good deal, and he quickly went back to see what could be done. Again, he returned, and again appeared to not be impressed with his own offering.I asked Sal a simple question:..."Who pays full price for a new car?"He had no answer! You know what that old us? Sal is a good salesmen! He really, really meant well. IF the sales manager took $750 off of the MSRP, Dickson City Hyundai would have gotten our money. Sal fought for it! He even stayed an hour and a half late to help us! The disappointment on his face said everything as we left. Truly, Sal will have a bright future in his industry, and we wish him well.So... In all of this, what do I have to say about Dickson City Hyundai!? What does this long story equate to.Marketing: Effective. Hooked us!Prices: Horrible. Expect to pay MSRP - or else! Sales Manager has poor bargaining skills/abilities.Dickson City Hyundai Sales: The best Sales staff that cares about you! Top Notch! A+! Ask for Sal!!!Dickson City Hyundai Management: Horrible. The owner of the company needs to fire this person. A $750 loss off of the MSRP is the smallest discount you could ask for! This is the Managements loss. And should be viewed as a punishment to only Sal. In contacting a few other dealerships, I have gotten prices at $900 off very easily!Further more, I have noticed the managements response to some of these bad reviews. It is written in ALL CAPS! AS IF YOU ARE GETTING YELLED AT. PUNCTUATION AND CAPITALIZATION IS A GOOD THING! YOU LOOK UNEDUCATED WHEN YOU TYPE LIKE THIS, AS IF YOU COULDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO LEARN HOW TO TYPE ON A KEYBOARD! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF YOU! A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF HOW YOU TREATED US AND OTHER PEOPLE! You enforce your authority without compassion or dignity. Please help us with proper responses.I am sure the person who responds to these will flame me. As this is likely to insult them. I would also imagine that the manager will punish Sal for NOT "up-selling" "pushing the deal"...etc You know, the normal "shark" practices that sales managers press upon their staff.I feel horrible for writing this. My intention is to not hurt ANY business. I especially do not wish to offend Sal what-so-ever, or get him in trouble. However, it is the inevitable that someone will read this, and another sale will be lost. For that, I am sorry.I am open to the sales managers opinion on this, as well as the company owners. I would be delighted to speak with this company owner in fact! I welcome and invite them to correct their behavior. Perhaps maybe even a reply via a properly formatted sentence. :) Show us all why we SHOULD buy with you! That's what this site is about! We want to know if you are the right company to buy with, so show us already!Sal deserves a reward for putting up with this company. He will inevitably become very successful. Have had Tucson 3 weeks now. Gas mileage is great in comparison to the Jeep I was driving. Love the styling and have had many compliments regarding same.Sarge was fantastic( very patient) in answering questions I had. Never made me feel pressured. Probably would have left without purchasing if he had. He was very knowledgable about the car in his explanations and I drove off the lot not worrying that I didn't know how something worked.

They are very friendly, BUT... they are not only very pushy, wanting you to take a car home before you even contact your own bank or insurance company, but they OVER PRICE their cars. The car we were looking at was beautiful, BUT....Right after we got there, I was just informed of bad news in the family. I told them I did not want to make any deals because I of this news. I was not thinking straight. I told them I could only afford $160 per month. Well, they came back with this ridicules figure of almost $300. I told them no so Ralph went to talk to Carlos, and he came back with a $230 figure, which I said I would consider, but I still wanted to talk to my bank. They kept after me to take the car, I kept saying I wanted to talk to my bank and insurance company. They kept saying they would take care of it all. I also kept asking for the CarFax and they kept stalling. They said that leaving a $1000 check would hold the car. I kept asking for the CarFax and finally had to go right back into their office and demand it. When I walked into that office, there was like 8 men back there and they all looked like a bunch of vultures waiting for there next meal. I notified them the next day that I was not taking the car because I contacted my bank and found out that the car which they were selling for $15,999 was blue booked for $9,995. Talk about a profit line. PLEASE what ever you do, use caution with this dealer. They will take you for everything.

We came to this dealer 10 minutes to closing on a Saturday. In the pouring rain! We hoped to see a 2011 Sonata in the showroom but it had just been sold. Mr. Hayes was was a very respectful, patient, and very understanding salesman. I purchased a used vehicle from them a few months ago. The car runs great and is worth what I paid for it. Max (the salesman) was very freindly and helpful with finding the right car for me. I was in and out of there in no time at all. Even though I only purchased a used car, I was not treated any different than someone buying a new car. At a 10000 mile service my "Free tires for life" cost me $24.90 for rotation, $79.99 for mandated alignment, $40 for mount and balance $2 for tire tax, $2 for disposal = $148.98 +6%tax= $157.91 for a set of 2 tires normally retailing at $60 a piece. The service manager told me "yeah we always do a alignment when mounting new tires", what a load of crap!The alignment screwed up a perfectly good alignment now the steering wheel has to be turned to the left to drive straight. This is the most obvious result of a bad alignment and does not promise much for the rest of it.The car I'm buying this summer will be a Motorworld car again.UPDATE:Returned back to the dealer to have it aligned again. I put in another 2 hours of my time and a gallon or two of fuel and at least the alignment seems better than after they did it the first time. The fact that it didn't require an alignment in the first place and that these "free tires" cost me $78 a piece still remains.Peter van Hoof

Looked at buying a new Tucson. Was told a price by the salesman and sales manager. When I compared it to the price at another dealership it was $500 less. I called them to tell them they had the deal and I would come in to give them a deposit. He called me back a few hours later and said they could not do the price they gave me. The sales rep felt bad and was embarassed, but it was the dealer mgt. that played a game of deceit. I had heard stories about this dealer prior to this, but now believe it as I experienced it myself.

I went to Dickson City Hyundai to purchase a new Santa Fe. I told Matt that first we needed to take care of some old business. I had referred my daughter to buy a Hyundai in 2008 and was yet to receive the $100 referral bonus that I had been promised several times since. He said no problem it was owed to me and they would send a check. After I was unable to make a deal I asked about the bonus. I was told it would be sent on Monday. I asked Mac, the "manager" if he would put that in writing and he told Matt to write it down. Matt proceeded to make himself scarce and after waiting several minutes I headed for the door. Mac again said that it would be taken care of. I said that I'd believe it when I see it to which he responded " Another smart ass". Not exactly what you'd call a professional attitude. When I got home I thought I'd do a little research....After reading reports from this site, Ripoffreports.com, the BBB as well as search engine results I wish I had never stopped at DICKSON CITY HYUNDAI at all!

On 8/11/09 I called Dickson City Hyundai and asked if they participated in the cash for clunkers program. I was told that they absolutely did. On 8/12/09 my wife and I went here to buy a car. We were meet by a sales woman named Amanda. After test driving a car we decided on a new 2009 Hyundai Elantra. I told Amanda that we wanted the car as it was with no dealer extras put on. We went in and she prepared the paper work and then went to speak to the sales manager Carlos. After waiting about 30 minutes she came back and presented us with a totally unaceptable sales packege. She said that they would not participate in the cash for clunkers program but would instead offer us $ 2,500 as a trade in on the car we brought with us. She then went on to tell us that they would give us a special sale price on the car by reducing the price an additional $2,000. Hyundai was in fact offering a $2,000 rebate on the car at this time. Also included in their sales pitch was $ 895 worth of dealer installed pin striping and a simonizing job. I told her that this was totally unacceptable. She left to get her manager Carlos to take over.Carlos proceeded to tell us that the dealership was no longer participating in the cash for clumkers program and the decision was just made that morning. He said that all cars they sell have the pin striping and simonizing done to them. I told him that they just lost an easy sale. He then got rude and arrogant with my wife and I.We left the dealership and went home. When we got home I had a friend call Dickson City Hyundai and he spoke to Carlos. My friend asked if they participated in the cash for clunkers program and Carlos told her that they did and all she had to do was just come on in.This was your classic bait and switch sales pitch and it is illegal. I leased a Santa Fe 30 months ago and decided I had a great buy out so I went to Dickson City Hyundai (where I leased the car originally) to purchase the vehicle. My lease was to end within a few days so I proceeded to have them finalize the paperwork. When they showed me the charges for the buyout they included the $ 400.00 "Return Vehicle Charge" which I told them only applied if I was returning the vehicle..not if I was purchasing it. They told me I was wrong and that the $ 400.00 applied to both situations. Imagine their supprise when I said "OK..let's call Hyndai Motor Finance Company" ... which I did and HMFC told me (and them) the $ 400.00 only applied if I was not purchasing the car. The salesman (Art) then told me there was a misunderstanding and the $ 400.00 amount was actually Dickson City Hyunda's charge for processing the paperwork. Again, imagine their supprise when I called the closest Hyundai Dealer and found that they did not have a $ 400.00 vehicle return charge. At that point I politely told them that I had found "a better deal" and left. I felt sorry for the salesman who seemed to be an OK guy but had to present the Sales Managers pricing and seemed a bit embarrassed that it was so off- the-wall.

My wife and I went into the dealership to PRICE a 2004 Chevy Cavalier they had on their lot. We were not in desperate need of a car and so were just doing research. Ends up that the manager does not know the meaning of we aren't buying today. We were badgered as if we were making the worse mistake of life for not buying the car right thin and there. I am a man of absolutes as well, and when I say NO, I mean NO. They were sneaky and had "forgotten" my wife's license on the copier. This was just a play to keep in the dealership. The manager said what would it take to earn our business. If he had walked away and let Andrew talk to us that may have helped. Buyers beware, if you come here not intending to buy a car but just look around, do not under any circumstances sit down with a sales man. Unless you have an iron will and a quick wit they will beat you to death with words and sell you a car you may not be able to afford. They do not care and most of the time are not listening. Check out their website first. Most of the time the site has more by the way of prices than the salesman.

i would not recommend this dealer first of all i saw more sales men walking around smoking than anything then oh ya we can help you ya for more money than advertized . i am not happy with them at all.i sat their on a day off from work for almost 2 hours then to have the sales man come out and try to sell us a little piece of junk that we did not want this was a very bad bad experience all the around sorry but true. jim

the worst of the worst!!! I never ever dealt with such an egomaniac in my Life! and im 43 and played (egomania!)sports my whole life.anybody that did work on the car did it wrong except him.he told my wife that my brother-n-law(certified mechanic)put the brake pads on backwards. We just had them do 2500.00 of work on the vehicle and they told us to put bake pads on left side and they would inspect it.my wife takes it there and they said we need three rotors(just put new ones on 6 mths ago)and the brakes were on wrong,the front ball joint was bad and they just did a four wheel alinment on it 4 days ago.When we were getting the car fixed we had a rental from them, 2009 sonata, that wife liked and were going to buy one in the summer but, needless to say, i"ll never ever buy a hyundai again because of the service is so lame.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

In November, I took my 2003 Elantra car there for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I also asked them to look at one of my headlights that always had moisture in it(leaking seal or gasket). Well, my appt. was for 3:45 pm and i got there an hour early. They took it in early and about 6pm, the csr came out to me and explained that my vehicle needed 2 tires, rear brakes,and an alignment just to pass inspection. Then they told me that my tires for life program was void since I missed one tire rotation!They also told me my timing belt needed to be changed and was not covered under warranty.(I purchased a 3/36 bumper-to-bumper)Later inspections by other mechanics said my belt was OK and my warranty did apply. They wanted to flush and refill my radiator since my overflow tank was empty for $112!!! I told them no and refilled the radiator myself which didn't even take a quart of antifreeze. The best one was replacing the headlight for $390. (#&*^%$)Yeah that's right. 390. Of course I told them they were smoking crack or something. they wanted almost $2000 for me to walk out with my car. I had the brakes and alignment done but nothing else and left after 7pm. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!

Bought a new car had it back within two weeks for a vibration. Cut the rotors, balanced it, everything still had the vibration. Took it back a second time, same stuff, got it back again still vibration. Suddenly on the third time they tell me there's nothing there. I'm contacting a lawyer about the lemon law. They were all so rude and unknowledgeable. I wish I had checked the Better Business B before I bought, they have a lot of complaints.

Well, I am absolutely appalled by all of these negative complaints. I purchased 2 vehicles with Rosado's Dickson City Hyundai and never had any problems with sales or service. Not only did they make sure that I got into the right vehicle, but also make sure that they kept my vehicle running in top condition. They were very informative in explaning EVERYTHING during the sale. (It's also in written in a contract form that you should all be reading before signing.) Never was I deceived about the Tires for Life program, they gave me a contract that I keep in my glove box and every time that I am there for an oil change and tire rotation they mark it on my card (which also has the disclaimers on it, again read your information) How can you beat that? They also have a oil punch rewards key tag program that I keep on my key chain. Every 2nd and 4th oil change is half off, and my 5th is free! Can you honestly say that there are other dealers that care enough after the sale? I also received a little "thank you" package in the mail after my purchase. It all comes down to building a relationship, we all have good and bad days. We all know what we do and don't want. But when I was researching this dealership and read all the negative comments on here it really upset me that you all think that your mis-guided. ASK QUESTIONS if your not clear on a specific statement that your sales professional/manager went over with you. I was at the dealership and didn't leave until I had a full understanding. Now who's fault is it that you feel mis-guided?

their service is horrible, if you take your car there for an oil change and tire rotation after waiting two hours, you get your car back and find out they forgot to rotate your tires. they lost my warrenty booklets, they refuse to do service required in the booklets for the warrenty sevice, have you ever heard of asking to have service done and someone saying... you know we really don't think it's neccessary? i showed them hyandi requires it for the warrenty, and when i came back to get my car the 'lost' the warrenty service book out of my glove box. they have a tires for life program, good luck getting your tires, you have to drive around on threads then get on your knees and beg just to get some results... and the result is to pay $200 in labor to get 4 tires that arn't worth the rubber they were made with. i wrote complaint after complaint of no response. my family were loyal customers of the rosado group, since 1992 we purchased at least 10 vechiles, that loyalty was shown with disregard and i feel as though they have spit on my face.

Was very surprised to see so many negative reviews here - wanted to write a positive one as I have never had a bad experience here. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dickson City Hyundai, and have never had a problem. Was treated kindly despite a bad credit history and was never made to feel like I was a lesser person because of it. I went in there each time with a very specific price range and Carlos made certain every time to stay within the range I wanted. I have recommended many friends and family to them, and none of them have had a problem either. I have also dealt with the service department there as well. Again, always treated kindly and never as a "dumb female". Highly recommend the dealership.

I went to Dickson City Hyundai to purchase a pre-owned "certified" car. Here is my story: after choosing the car, the salesmen told me that they do not have the title for the car, but I shouldn't worry because I will get the title later, this sounded strange, thus I asked to get something in writing, I said.... may be there is an unpaid lien on the car, the salesmen got angry and shouted at me: "get out of my office"....... I left this "courteous" salesmen office and went to look for someone in charge..... I was referred to someone who presented himself as the sale manager, I explained to him that I need to check the legal status of this car before I buy it without the TITLE !, he promised to check why there is no title and have an answers for me the next day, I called next day and was told that...... the car indeed has a $600 lien debt on it which must be paid BEFORE the title will be released, he promise to pay the Lien and gave me a written statement that I will receive a CLEAN TITLE for this car. If I wouldn't insist and listen to the first salesmen.... I would buy a car with a lien on it. But.... this is not the end yet...... as I drove the car after buying it I felt some strange vibrations, I went back to Dickson City Hyundai and complained about the vibration, as I stood about 10 feet away from the salesmen who was talking to the mechanic about my car, I could hear the mechanic say to the salesmen: " I told you yesterday that the wheel has to be replaced because the rim is bent, but you told me not to replace it", in other words.... they sold me knowingly a defective car with a defective wheel/rim (!), They agree to replace the rim. Within a few days after buying this car I started having other problems with the car, I went back to them but they refused to fix anything saying that this is not included in the warranty for the car. I just want to mention that they advertise that pre owned cars are "certified" to be in perfect order, which in my opinion is a JOKE !. I went to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to check Dickson City Hyundai status with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and found that they have a BAD "unsatisfactory" standing with the BBB because there are many, many, many, complains about them, which they refused to resolve. In my opinion anyone should AVOID doing any business with Dickson City Hyundai, my experiences with them was terrible. Legal Notice: The above stamens are based on my opinion and belief.

WE ought an'07 santa fe and an'05 accent at theb same time same day. The agreement was they would install a trailer hitch on the santa-fe if I bought it,because we were actually on our way to pick up another Ford Expedition,which comes with a hitch.I took them at thier word.BIG MISTAKE! They of course said they never agreed to that(Hitches were not going to be available for 2-4 weeks,this was last Sept.06)I ended up paying $700.00 for one.Also they screwed me on the PHONY tires for life deal they claim to offer.We bought the vehicle in Sept. In Nov. I had 4 Blizzaks installed,which stayed on until April. Then I had the summer tires re-mounted.This of course eliminated the need for tire rotation.After 15,00 miles the front tires were shot because of a bad wheel alignment.Of course you know what they said.They cant honor the deal because THEY didn't rotate the tires. I showed proof that is was done by Kost Tire, but that did not matter.I think Hyundai has a great product,But I wash my hands of Dickson City Hyundai with no regrets.I will never spend a dime at this dishonest dealership again They are crooks

Talk about a headache of a car to own, and horrible service from the dealer. We bought the car in 2003 with 14,000 miles on it. It was an OK car for about a year, aside from horrible gas mileage for its class. The it developed a hesitation problem upon starting. We had it back and forth from the Hyundai dealer (Dickson City Hyundai near Scranton, PA - beware of them and any dealership owned by the Rosado Group), and they claimed they could find no problem....yet the problem continued. Finally, last year, it got to a point where the check engine light was coming on, and the trans put itself in fail-safe mode, locking into 2nd gear. Finally, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor and connection in the trans, but since were were about THREE WEEKS past the warranty expiration (Hyundai's 10 year warranty is non-transferrable, used Hyundais get the remainder of 5 year/60,000 miles) they would not cover it. We even took the complaint to Hyundai's main offices, which fell on deaf ears, where we were told to write a letter, which I did, and received no response. They claimed that there is no proof that the current problem had anything to do with the previous hesitation problem. Well, lo and behold, the hesitation problem stopped after the fix. Well, about a month ago, the hesitation problem resurfaced, and then the check engine light started coming on again, and the trans would shift hard intermittently. I took it to a trans shop to have a fluid/filter change (the warranty is up, so i wasn't dealing with the inept Dickson City Hyundai service department and getting ripped off), and they informed me that there was a serious problem with the trans, as evidenced by large metal shards in an around the filter. I told them not to bother trying to fix the problem, since I am not dumping $1,200-$1,500 into a car thats probably only worth $3,000-$3,500 (on a 2001 with only 46,000 miles, holy low-resale-value, Batman!). We decided to ditch it.... I'll be happy just to be rid of it.

I purchased a 2006 Tuscon from this dealer and paid for their "so called" extended warranty. My car sits at the dealership now for over 30 days for a problem they state isn't covered by the warranty and they refuse to fix it. I wished I would have checked into this prior to buying this car. It seems like I am not the only one having warranty problems.

I bought a Ford Focus used from this dealership. I wondered what the odd black thing in the back seat was when I got home, turned out to be the radio antena they never fixed. I had to fight with them to fix that and also fix the breaks that didn't work when I was coming down a hill w/ my son in the car. It took 3 weeks for them to decide they will replace both. The sticker also said it had more functions (like cruise control) that it doesn't have and did not come with an owners manuel. They are also in the process of screwing up my friends purchase now, but they are getting a lawyer involved. I do NOT recomend this dealer!

I trusted the salesman when he told me my credit score was only 650, thus best financing they could secure for me was 9/49% --- salesman did not disclose that when I asked to purchase Hyundai's extended warranty, that he in fact sold me a warranty with a universal underwriters group. Salesman led me to believe Hyundai was doubling the power train warranty, when in fact it was Dickson City Hyundai Dealership --- not the manufacturer. After I foolishly proceeded with the contract to purchase a 2007 Hyundai Sonata -- with what I thought to be the manufacturer's extended warranty --- with financing interest high because of my credit score, I did not begin to look further into the dealership until my extended warranty came from Universal Underwriters ----------- not the car manufacturer, as I was led to believe I purchased ---- I then paid to get my credit report and score, to find my score was 791 --- not 650. therefore I would have qualified for Hyundai's national promotion financing rate insentive of 4.75% -- quite a difference from what the dealership led me to believe was the best financing they could find for my credit score and monthly payment limit. The Hyundai rate of 4.75% for 72 months would have been less than the 9.49% rate at 84 months. During negotiations, I never saw or spoke to anyone other than the salesman -- therefore, when the finance person responded to my concerns, he was able to say he didn't know who would have told me these things ---- Mr. Gallagher is adament he secured the best financing he could with my monthly payment limit even though Hyundai's financing would have been not only half the interest, but would have been less monthly payments and a 12 month shorter term. Also, somehow the contract when paid in full to the financing company will have me paying over $30,000 for a $20,000 loan???? Also, in response to my request that I be given a Hyundai manufacturer's extended warranty as I requested versus this universal underwriters, Mr. Gallagher responded they NEVER SELL HYUNDAI's EXTENDED WARRANTIES. He still hasn't answered why the salesman didn't explain this to me, as I wouldn't have purchased the warranty if it wasn't a warranty through Hyundai. He still hasn't answered me about the salesman telling me my credit score was 650 when in fact it was 791. He still hasn't answered me why since my credit score was 791, did he not apply for my credit through Hyundai Financing, so the national promotion interest rate of 4.75% could have applied. He only responded he gave me a "great deal". This dealership is one in a group of auto dealerships -- the Rosado Group. The NE PA Better Business Bureau does not have this dealership in good standing. Complaints unanswered by the dealership have a familiar ring to my situation. To me, Dickson City Hyundai uses high pressure salesmen, who do not disclose the complete truth, who led me to believe I was getting this once in a life time deal as it was end of year clearance and they wanted as many cars off the lot as possible --------------- shame on me for trusting this dishonest dealership.

Tried to buy a car from these yahoos. first sales man exellent the second was very unprofessional. Told me the company sells 300 cars a month an I shouldn't waste his time. when I asked him for a better trade in price for m vehicle. He then got up and walked away. I was only a couple of hundred dollars from making the deal with the first sales man. Thank god I didn't buy here almost spent $22,000 from this kind of business. Did several checks on line same kind of remarks. Remember buyer beware. This is where I can help.. Beware... Beware ....Beware.

this dealership has offred no help what so ever. My daughter and son in law purchased a tiburon 2005 and had a clutch failure in 11.000 miles 14 months. This put the car out of its 12/12 warranty. They claimed to have asked the rep for assistence and he said no. They at first wanted $800 to repair the car. then called and said they found a bad flywheel and all will be covered until they went to pick up the car then the dealer wanted over $800. after calling hyundai of america to complain that if the dealer stated the flywheel was the failing part then any damage that occured as a result of that failure should also be covered.Chritina at hyundia customer service did not have an answer to this question and called the dealer. She talked to nick who told her that the flywheel would not be turned into warranty but be a goodwill gesture from the dealer.this was the reason the clutch parts would not be covered. After a few weeks i got a hold of the warranty print out from hyundai warranty and there was the flywheel covered.Icalled hyundai to explain this warranty fraudand was told they didi not have any mechanical knowledge.Ialso learned that the dealer also claimed 5.0 hrs of labor to the warranty to replace the flywheel. they also charged me $288 to replace the clutch. The clutch has to be removed to replace the flywheel therefore the dealer charged the warranty and me to perform the same job. This dealer is a complete froud they steal from hyundai and fromt there customers.
