I originally wanted to call for an appointment a week ago but life got crazy. Instead, I called on Monday and was able to get a Friday appointment! Samantha really hooked me up. When I arrived a little after 8:00, Kevin’s took care of me and before I knew it, a mechanic was behind me to get my inspection, oil change and wiper blades taken care of. And before I knew it, I was on my way. Everyone was so nice and that’s why I like going to Diehl of Robinson.

Diehl if Robinson has the nicest team from Sales to Service. The service I receive from them is exemplary! The service team that I usually deal with is Travis and Kevin. What a great team, kind and good listeners. Travis explains in detail which is awesome. I like to take my Jeep to them to perform the service and will continue to do so because of their customer service; and I always receive a ride back to work from their nice driver Ron. Remember it’s the people that make a difference at any organization.

We’ve gotten our last 4 cars at Diehl because of the great service we always receive. Frank has gone above and beyond to help us get situated in our cars and it’s always a smooth process. He’s very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions to help you get exactly what you’re looking for. All of the staff at the dealership are always welcoming and friendly. Great environment. We definitely recommend!

I told them I wanted a 2021 hydro blue Jeep Gladiator with a soft top and that's exactly what I got. Even during the supply chain issues and chip shortages. The sales person Kyle went above and beyond to get my Jeep by ordering a custom built Jeep from the factory for me. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
