THE SALEPERSON WAS GREAT AND THE DEALERSHIP WAS AWSOME. VERY GOOD PEOPLE AT THE DEALERSHIP. AFTER I WRECKED MY BIKE AND TORE MY LEG OFF THE EVEN SENT ME FLOWERS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A CARD SIGNED BY ALL THE STAFF. I WILL BE PURCHASING MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM THEM.

Diehls Ford as far as iam concerned is The bust Ford dealer i have ever delt with.They work with you to get you the best deal that they can give salesmen are very friendly and very up to date on there ford vechicles. They have a wonderful service department that treets you like family.When you have a problem the take care of it as quick as possible. We purchased a New 2014 F-150 4x4. The service was above and beyond. We were just checking trucks, comparing prices vs trades etc when we were actually asked "what can we do for you?" how can we make this a deal for you too? as opposed to well here's the deal that's it nothing more nothing less. We didn't have to wait for say another person to actually tell him what he could offer on a trade or someone else to test drive our trade he was able to be a one stop desk. Eric took a real interest in what we were looking for. Our needs in what we were interested in, our trade, we thought we had a pretty good car for trade too, he listened looked and paid attention to our thoughts included us in the deal. Since we were buying why not our thoughts too just made sense we listened to each other and he worked hard for us. Finding what would turn out to be the perfect color, just the right package best rebates the extras available to us to be done at the dealership etc. and "Sold" When we drove off the lot we were happy and comfortable. We actually had people comment on our way home when we stopped WOW great color, love those wheels. Race Red would turn out to be the Best Color for us. I felt very very comfortable driving it handled to me surprisingly well nice Quiet ride no noise. Plenty of room for us and our needs. Everyone we talked with from phone calls to service were always very nice polite didn't seem to be bothered if you asked a question. I guess really perhaps we need to just listen to each other pay attention and trust me it made a difference. Thanks for listening.

Service was very professional and on time. Problem was corrected. Mark Diehl diagnosed the problem over the phone as it was described to him and MArk asked me to perform a test while I had the truck still at home to confirm his thoughts. Mark ordered the parts needed to fix my truck and had them ready to install when the truck arrived at Diehl Ford. Diehl Ford also discovered front brake issues which they corrected. Service was professional and truck running great.

Ben is a very nice person to talk to. Love the new edge just wish the weather would improve. Car is just too pretty to get out in the salt and slush. The dealership was awesome. Eric did a very good job looking for the vehicle to fit our needs. The only problems we have had is some issues with the vehicle and after i purchaed it i am not sure it was worth what i paid. But it was a used vehicle and those problems will accure. But none the less i am very pleased with my purchase.

I don't even know where to begin or if I could right enough to make you understand, what a great job Mark Diehle and his staff helped and did for me! I have been angry with Ford Motor company for quite a few years. I say that because if I come back to buy a Ford it will be because of Mark and his staff. Mark and the service department went well and beyond. He helped me not only with my problem of my truck he helped me with my budget and when it went over he help accommodate with a payment plan. Again a huge factor of making me want to do business with him and his store. He definitely brought the empathy and understanding that helping people get to there vehicle repaired and back to work with out the concern of being able to pay for it and put himself on the line and his future for me! Started out buying a set of tires for the winter, and what do you do when you wait...look at cars on the lot. Talked with Eric about a Fusion for girlfriend and he worked out a great deal for her, lowered her monthly payment and a much better interest rate then she had. A week later we came back to pick hers up and I figured the worst he can tell me is that there isn't anything he can do for me. I asked and 5 minutes later I had a lower payment on a new F150 and a moved up a model.Thank you...this is the way car paying should be, no horse trading I have to check with my manager, no nonsense this is what I can do for you. Will return, will send anyone that is looking for a vehicle to Diehl's.

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO DEIHL'S TO FIND A VEHICLE WITH A BACK SEAT. WE HAD A 2002 FORD RANGER PICK-UP BUT IT WAS FALLING APART AND WE NEEDED A VEHICLE THAT WOULD HOLD AT LEAST 3. WE WERE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MEET MR. BEN DEIHL. HE TRIED SO HARD THAT DAY TO GET US INTO A CAR BUT IT WAS NOT TO BE. MY WIFE AND I WENT HOME AND WE FIGURED THAT WAS IT. THE NEXT DAY BEN CALLED AND TOLD US HE FOUND A WAY TO GET US A CAR AND WE WERE SURPRISED BECAUSE WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE WAS STILL TRYING TO DO IT. WE ARE HAPPY TO SAY, BECAUSE OF BEN'S HARD WORK, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A 2007 KIA OPTIMA AND WE LOVE IT.
