They're great at helping you with purchasing the car, very polite and friendly. My only problem is they gave me a car where the speedometer doesn't work and i got a ticket because of it. But I contacted Chris and he stated he'll see what he can get done. So I'll keep you guys updated.

Go or call in for Issac he dealt with everything got me more for my trade in then other dealers and dropped the price on my truck. Really down to earth place and you feel like one of the guys. Been trying for three months now to get reimbursement for a warranty that was totally useless to me every time I call out there I get the run around from Dawn who does the selling of the warranties right down to the sales staff they take my phone number tell me that somebody in accounting will be calling me guess what still waiting for that phone call I guess it's time to get lawyers involved I hope they don't treat all there customers this way

From the moment I walked in the dealership, I was greeted and treated like I was the Most Important Customer--MIC--VIP! I looked on line for the truck I wanted and contacted the dealership, came in to take a test drive. The truck was clean inside and out, the salesperson was very pleasant and not pushy or aggressive. The experience was so easy and pleasant, to the sales people to the finance manager, all worked as a team and made it the best car buying experience ever! I will tell my friends to shop here!

I called this dealer ready to buy! The salesman was rude and sarcastic. We never even got to a credit check before I was completely insulted and finished wanting to deal with him. The general manager responded to my email defending the salesman even though he had no part in our conversation! very disappointed.

Bought a 2013 2500 Silverado. Delt with saleman Chip. What a great guy he was fair, honest and just a good guy no runaround with him. His boss the Sales manager was great to deal with they stepped up gave me fair money for my trade. The finance girl didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need like other dealerships. The paper work was fast I was in and out in a short period of time. GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Will definatly be back.

It was just by chance we stopped into this dealership and we found a great car at a great price! Our salesman, Rick Shuba, was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. There were no high pressure sales, no gimmicks, everything was straight forward. We were skeptical about financing, but Rick assured us we would not have any problems and everything he told us turned out to be exactly as stated! This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! The loan process was quick, the paperwork was quick and everyone we met was pleasant and the showroom was spotless. Rick filled up our tank and took the time after the sale to go over the car features before we left, he is very personable and acts more like a friend than a used car salesman, which we absolutely appreciated. We purchased a 2010 Ford Ranger on 11/15. This was a wonderful experience if purchasing a vehicle can be. Our salesman, Chip Orlando, was great! My husband spoke with him by phone several times. Everything he told us was correct. He answered all of my husband's questions honestly and took extra pictures for our review. We found that the driver's side mirror needed to be painted. He made certain this was done even though there was only one day left before we purchased the truck. It was very cold the day we arrived to pick up the truck. (We traveled 300 miles.) Chip met us at the truck. He put the truck in a warm garage so my husband could look more closely at it and then we took it for a drive. We were very pleased - as I said Chip was very honest about the truck! My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. We found this purchase experience to be a very positive one. I live 3 hrs away from this dealership but saw they had a lot of good looking trucks. When I called Steve about a couple trucks I was interested in he answered honestly and told me there was significant rust on them ( that couldn't be seen online) and that maybe I should try to find another one I liked. So I went on the site and called back with another option, a 2006 F-350 Lariat. He was very quick to call back and say that I was approved for financing. So I put a deposit down and drove up 2 days later to get my truck. I've had it 6 months and drove 12k miles and have had no problem! Thanks a lot! I'll definitely be back for my next one.

Our hard working son is left holding the keys to an UN-DRIVABLE vehicle he's only had 3+ months. He now borrows a car to get back and forth to work as he makes payments on his Vehicle that sits in the driveway with $6000-8000 worth the work that needs to be done to the motor. We are sick to our stomachs for him. He watched kids in high school be given vehicles and we taught our son to work hard for what he wanted. You can imagine the excitement when he purchased (w/a loan) what was described and should have been a great reliable vehicle of his own. He is a young man with a Great work ethic, (worked since he was 14) good character and Diesels Direct owners & staff should be ashamed to have sold him this-with this much wrong it could not have been missed by your qualified "mechanics". Before he even made his 1st payment it broke down and cost $1000 of his hard earned money to fix. We called the Dealership on this and received ZERO support or help. If I could have given NO stars for a 0 rating we would have.

My wife and I had been scouring the internet for a truck/SUV for what seemed like months broadening our search to hundreds of miles. One dealer kept popping up, Diesels Direct. So we decided to drive the 1.5 hrs two weeks ago and take a look. We were hooked up with Stewart Davis. After testing a few vehicles we settled in on a Ford Excursion. Beautiful SUV, very well taken care of. And the price was far below anything of its quality we had seen. Only issue was a running board that Stewart arranged to have repaired at a later date. Today was that date and Sandy in service was a gem! I was treated very well. Beyond my expectations to be precise. I would definitely recommend Diesels Direct to anyone!!

I had been in search of a good quality, Chevy Cruze for my son who is going to college in Ohio. As we live in PA, I had been looking locally to deal here. We could not come to terms with anyone in our local area and the cars were already priced higher by 500 to a thousand dollars or more in PA, so I started searching for dealers on the internet that were on our route back to Ohio where he goes to school. On our way back, we called ahead to see if the Cruze at DD was still available and it was. Rick said he would have it ready for us to look at when we got there and it was - washed and sitting ready for us to look at. He let us take it for a long test drive by ourselves so that we could see if we liked it and when we returned, even though busy with another customer, he made sure we were comfortable while we waited for him to get done. Once we sat down to discuss the car, he was able to make the deal for the vehicle right there - by himself, without the games of having to go see the sales manager and then the sales manager coming out...etc etc. WHAT A NICE CHANGE and A GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS! EMPOWER THE SALESPEOPLE TO MAKE THE DEAL!!! He also made sure that the few things we needed to have taken care of on the car before we left were done without hesitation. Overall an outstanding experience! I would recommend contacting Rick at DD for anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price! Well worth the trip!

Drove over an hour to look on diesel trucks due to losing out on not moving fast enough and was expecting a few nice trucks... pulled in and had no clue the amount of diesels they had in stock. Was not used to the amount since back home diesels are hard to come by and far to expensive for the mileage and quality. I was stumped to say the least. I was helped by Chuck on an F-250 my son had found on the Internet and figured I would just check out whether it would be a good deal for what it was. After it was all said and done, I bought one heck of truck for the price and the whole team there really tried to make sure they did their best to make sure the deal was the best for both sides. Overall it was a great experience.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer vehicle since we have our first little on the way. We were looking for more of an SUV type so we would have plenty of hauling room. We knew we were not in the market for a new car so we were looking for something that would fit our budget. So my husband researched for months and came across a vehicle at Diesels Direct. He applied for the loan for the vehicle & was approved, we were thrilled! We went out to take a look and see what the vehicle was all about. I told my husband I just wanted to take a look & didn't want to jump into anything right off the bat. My husband had spoke with Rick Shuba prior to our visit out there. Rick had told my husband to let him know when we were on our way out & he would have the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we got there. Rick definitely did not disappoint. When we pulled in, he informed us they were filling it up with gas & we would be ready to go. Rick was very personable & down to earth. One of the nicest salesmen that I have ever come across in a long time. After we test drove the truck, we saw another vehicle we wanted to test drive as well. Rick was more than accommodating for whatever we wanted to do. After we took the 2nd vehicle for a spin, myself & my husband were both pretty sold on the first vehicle. On our test drive, my husband told me that Rick was one of the only guys he's spoken to in months from all the dealerships he contacted that made him feel like an actual person & not just another customer they were trying to get a sale on. Both of us were very impressed by Rick. At that point, we both were pretty much set that this was the right way to go & we knew we were making the right decision. Rick made things so comfortable and so easy. You can tell he genuinely cared about us as people and not just another commission. He told us if there is anything else we need at all, to call him whenever. Even after signing the papers & taking it off the lot, a few minor glitches happened and we contacted him right away. He had us bring it in & took care of them right away for us. We will definitely be using Rick again down the line and will recommend him to anyone we know in the market for a vehicle. Definitely a wonderful experience, well done!

After my wife 'barely' veered off the road onto the shoulder, our Cadillac SRX ended up with a completely ruined tire and rim. The prices to replace them at the Cadillac dealership were absolutely outrageous, so I thought I'd call around to some dealerships to see if I could get a better price. Not only did Sandy, the service manager, find me a wheel FOR HALF PRICE, my car was finished AND washed within an hour. I was prepared to spend half the day waiting for my car, so imagine my surprise when I was on my way home so quickly. I can't say enough good things about the service department at Diesels Direct, and I didn't even purchase my vehicle from them. Two big thumbs up!

I recently bought a great Acura through Steve at Diesels Direct, I needed to thoroughly go over the vehicle before making a decision and he allowed that to happen indoors in this cold weather with no pressure, he made the buying process stress free and easy, during the test drive the check engine light came on, in our agreement he took care of it and had the shop clean the sensor that tripped it well, the car is running great and I look forward to many miles with it. I rarely take the time to sit down and write a review, but I've had such a good experience (twice!) with this dealership that I felt motivated to share my thoughts. First of all, I was in the market for a truck I would be using to tow my horse trailer....not the easiest vehicle to find, let alone in solid shape. I noticed an '06 F250 online and decided to at least check it out. Chuck and Stewart both helped me decide between this particular truck and another I saw on the lot, giving me their time, expertise, and answering the 'truckload' of questions I had about the vehicle. I'm not sure why some other viewers felt they were being ignored---this is a busy dealership from what I've seen, and the employees give everyone the time and attention they require. I wouldn't have wanted to be rushed just so they could move on to the next customer, and I assume no customer would. I purchased the truck, and couldn't be any happier. Both Chuck and Stewart called to see how I liked it and how it was running, which I really appreciated. It's obvious they enjoy their jobs and want the customer to be happy. As a woman it's sometimes difficult to find a dealership where you're made to feel comfortable and respected. Diesels Direct did both. Oh, and the Escalade I purchased last year is going strong! Truly, this is a place where the customer comes first and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I just traded in my 2009 Escalade for a newer 2011 model. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Rick. I was looking to trade in my suv for a newer used suv and i had come across a chevy tahoe at fiat strongsville. My bf and i popped in to check out the suv and were greeted at the door by Rick Shuba. He was a very pleasant no pressure guy who answered all of our questions. He brought the car around and let us take it for a test drive on our own(which i prefer vs having a salesman basically sittin on your lap bs in you about how wonderful the car is). When we came back i hadnt decided on that particular tahoe, i still had a few more suvs to look at. Rick was not pushy or demanding. He was so supportive and very helpful. I ultimately ended up choosing another tahoe but could not have had a better experience than i did at diesels direct in strongsville. I highly recommend seeing Rick Shuba for your car buying experience!!! He even offered future assistance with anything else we needed!! He was awesome!!!!

I purchased my vehicle from Diesels Direct because I saw a Nissan Murano that I was interested in on line then I went to see it. What I appreciated about my experience was that I was given time to check it out and after I was satisfied with what I came to see and ready to go further with my examination I talked to Chuck Gezze, who helped by allowing me to drive it and and didn't pressure me at all. I've been to dealers who feel it is necessary to approach you as soon as you get out of your car before you get a chance to look around. My experience was very comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase. All of the staff seem experienced, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. I would recommend them to anyone who just want to purchase something and not go through the typical car crap other Dealers put you through. As Chuck said,"Its hard enough to purchase something without all the added drama" I like that!

I went here after driving by and seeing a truck I was interested in. My girlfriend and I pulled in with about three hours of closing and started walking around. We walked by a few of their sales staff who made sure to not make eye contact with us while they were talking to each other. We started to take a look at the truck, which was parked next to a truck running, and they proceeded to lock the running truck as we got close to it. We even walked within 10 feet of them as they were standing there talking. They didn't even try to flag down another sales person who worked there for us. After 20 min. of walking around their front lot, we decided to go back and walk around the back lot. We saw a few more staff members come and go, but no one would come out to us. I figured I'd give them one last chance and walk around the front lot to see if we could get someone to come out to us so I could look at the truck I was interested in. Finally, one of the sales staff came out, but stood 10-15 feet away, as if I was interrupting his free time, to ask if I was interested in the truck. I told him I was in the market for one and he proceeded to tell me the price. He didn't even unlock the truck so I could look in it. Even after I pointed out about $5000 worth of issues with the truck that would need to be fixed he said the price was still not negotiable. He even said, and I quote, "This may not be the truck for you." What type of salesman says this? He didn't even ask if there was anything else I may be interested to keep my service. I had a blank check to write that evening, but when the sales staff is so rude and doesn't want your money, I'll take it else where.

I drove 175 miles and over 3hrs to hear oh we just sold that truck 20 minutes ago, I spoke to the salesman twice that day, once before i left (to make sure it was still available) and once on the way out and he never mentioned that truck was being being worked on a deal. we all know a vehicle just doesn't sell in an hour or two, at any point he could have called and told me it was being dealt with and i would not be writing this. when i walked in he asked which vehicle i was interested in, now remember we spoke twice that day plus several times through out the week on the phone and emails so i doubt he even knew if the truck was there until i showed, and On top of that they were offering $4000.00 less than a local dealer and what it blue booked for on trade which i didn't find out until i was almost there, i should have turned around then. if your local it might be alright but but it cost me 7hours and $100.00 fuel. now if at any time he would have called and said someone made an offer I would have completely understood i didn't put money down and i knew the risk, but they knew i was driving 3 hours and could have at least kept me informed about status of the truck. i really doubt someone walked in and test drove it with cash and had all the paper work done after the last time we spoke about an hour and half before I got there.

We were looking for a truck and found Diesels Dierct... I called the dealer and spoke to Rick Shuba, he told me he knew about the truck and took my number and called me back when he was standing by the truck so he could go over it with me. I got a call about 30 minutes later and we went over the truck. We went over all the good as well as the bad. I was looking at a 2008 130k mile truck so I didn't expect it to Be perfect. When my wife and I got there the dealer was very busy but Rick still took the time to make us feel at home. The finance part wasn't as bad as I remember from my last truck and they tried to help us out in a hurry. If your a truck guy this is the dealer for you.

My boyfriend and I purchased a truck from Mr. Chip Orlando over the winter and it has performed flawlessly. We recently returned to Fiat of Strongsville to look at a truck for our dear friend and we were treated like family. The manager came out to greet us and spent more than two hours with us. He was like a textbook of knowledge when it comes to diesel powered trucks. We ended up making another purchase......and it went excellent!! A perfect car buying experience. I purchased a 2008 Corvette from Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct after finding the 'Vette through an Internet search. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never heard of who is 500 miles away has inherent potential for problems ranging from issues with the car to issues with the transaction. Thankfully, this dealer is terrific and their staff simply couldn't be more pleasant and professional. Chip Orlando was prompt and attentive to answer my questions about this 'Vette, and complied with all my requests for facts, pictures, options, etc. Chip even offered to pick me up at the airport, which worked out perfectly. The 'Vette was everything they had said it was, and completing the sale with Dawn in the business office was quick and accurate. I received the title to the vehilce as promised within a couple of week. I recommend Fiat of Strongsville to anyone.

I was looking at a 2007 Mini Cooper S, test drove it and liked it. Rick encouraged me to drive the 2005 model and said "I drove it yesterday and I know you will like it." I drove it and liked it and it was about $2000 less. I noticed the tires were very worn and brought it to Rick's attention and he agreed and that they would take a few hundred dollars off the price. In the end he took less than $200 off. So Rick asked me about purchasing it and I said that I could not do that until the following week-I was paying cash and needed to wait until I moved some money around. He said that I could bring in a check and they would hold it until I notified them, which would be Tuesday. Tuesday I checked my account and noticed that they processed the check the very same day that I dropped it off, causing a $26 returned check fee. Then, the day I drove it off the lot, the glove box latch broke(if it wasn't already broke, now I wonder). Rick said they would get the part ordered and it should be there in a few days. After nearly a week I received no call letting me know it was in. I called the next week and he said they did not know what part to order because there were two parts in it. So I went back there so they could look at it. A service team member looked at it and said that the part would be there in a few days. So again, nearly a week later, no call. I called and Rick said that he would have Erik in parts call me. I spoke to Erik and he said that he would order a new glove box and that it would be in within two days. Four days later, it still was not in and Erik told me it should be there the next day (Friday) or Monday at the latest. In ten more days it finally came in. So I picked it up, took it home and the latch on the new box was broken. So I called Erik and he said he would order a new one again. After about 12 days, I called to see if it was in and spoke to a female in parts because Erik was gone the rest of the week. She said that it is not in and they would call me when it is in. 4-5 days later, I called Erik and he said that it had been there for ten days and thought Rick was trying to coordinate with me the installation. I drove the nearly 30 miles to pick it up that day. Two weeks into this mess, I asked Rick if I could pay the difference and switch to the 2007 and he said he needed to check with his sales manager and call me back. Two days later, still no call back. So I called Rick and he said that his manager said that the title had already been processed, so they would be unable to allow me to switch vehicles. Now onto the title. As I said I paid cash for the vehicle. Two days before my 30-day tags were to expire, I called to inquire about the title, which I had yet to receive. Rick transferred me to the person that handles titles. She said that it was delayed because of my returned check. She did not know when they would receive the title and that I should go to BMV and get a new 30-day tag and they would reimburse me. I went tot the BMV and they were amazed. They RARELY are asked for another 30-day tag for a recently purchased vehicle. She went to check to make sure everything was in order with the vehicle and found that a title was issued a few days earlier, in someone's name that was not mine. She could not tell me who, but she printed a copy of all of the title transfers in which the car had been involved, The dealer did not even own the car until three weeks after I purchased it from them. There was a lien on it until three weeks after I drove it off the lot. So that makes Rick and maybe his sales manager a liar since they told me two weeks earlier the title had already been transferred into my name. I called Rick to talk about the title and said that I would not be able to give anything other than an extremely negative review. I said that the service ever since they received my check had been garbage. He promptly hung up on me. This is not the end of it. I have more to say but am out of characters.

Awesome car for a really good price. Rick was super easy to work with and the sale was no pressure at any point in the process which I really appreciated and is a big differentiator from other dealers. Rick is a car guy and took the time to open up the hood on a turbo'ed S2000 I definitely wasn't buying but was curious about so I'm taking the time to give him this review. I didn't have to drive far at all but I'd be willing to drive hours to have a sales experience like this again. I've wanted a BMW M5 for a while now and would search for M5s within 500 miles of home under my price limit every other week or so. Three weeks ago one popped up in the search, a newer V10 model instead of the older V8s that I was looking for. Pictures were high quality and look good. And its at a dealer less than two miles from my house. First thought was "What the heck is Diesels Direct?" A bit of time on their web site and you're struck by the thought "Fiat 500s along with 3/4 ton diesel trucks and German and American muscle cars sure makes for a weird combination" I stopped by that night after work to take a look at the car and while the lot was full I had no issue at all finding a parking spot along side the building. Rick met me at the car almost as soon as I found where it was parked and went to grab the key while I took a look at it. I was worried, this M5 was cheaper than I had expected to find one, my mind was in "What's wrong with it?" mode. Outside looks better than the ad had led me to expect. Its a 7 year old car with nearly 95,000 on the clock and it certainly doesn't look like it. Its got a few shallow scratches, some minor paint damage on the rear bumper and some curbing on the right side wheels but it looks darn good at least an 8.5/10. Rick returned with the key and the doors wouldn't open on the first try and the car wouldn't start at all. Dead battery, it was hot and from what I know now of the car I think the headlights were left on when it was parked. They brought out a jumper box to get it started while I looked over the interior. The interior looks nearly new, absolutely not like a 95,000 mile car, 9.5/10 at least. Rick knew the car and was honest about its faults, and most importantly no pressure at all. I spent about 25-30 minutes looking over the car then grabbed a card from Rick and told him I'd be back with my wife to drive it on Saturday. On Saturday we walk into the dealer and get greeted immediately, ask to see Rick and he's there within a minute or two. This isn't like most dealerships, the salesman who greeted us joked about stealing Rick's commission while we waited and didn't leave us hanging in the wind. We grabbed the key and a license plate and head out. Doors unlock but the car won't start, Rick promises a new battery will be installed and goes to get the jump box again while we look over the car. Once the car is started Rick simply says "Go out, have fun, make sure to do both highway and back roads, fall in love with this car. We close at 5:00 so try to be back before then." We fell in love. Three days later Rick calls us to let us know the new battery is installed and the car is good to go. Thursday night we head down after work, drive the car one more time to make sure all is good with the new battery and go inside to talk price. I already knew the price wasn't going to have much wiggle but I had to try. Rick was polite, explained what he could and couldn't do on price, agreed to drop a few hundred so the price after tax, title and dealer fees would come out to a nice round number and left us to decide. Paperwork took less than 20 minutes to sign and fill-out. Aftermarket warranty was offered but not pressure sold. Dealer financing was offered and was pretty good rates, only about .8 above what our credit union could give us and again no pressure. Title arrived in the mail yesterday and we love our new to us car.

We pulled into the dealership and could not find a place to park, 4 sales people out side talking, we had to interrupt them to get assistance, then he took his time walking out back to the used trucks. after we test drove a truck, it took him another 20 mins to come back. We test drove another truck, we had to wait again. It was very hot and he wasn't very ambitious. Never told us his name.

I would highly recommend Diesels Direct of Strongsville. I drove 2 hours to get there and I was overwhelemed with the quality selection of trucks. I purchased my 2008 F-250 Lariat diesel from the salesman Rick and the process was hassle free. I test drove the truck 2 times and did not feel any pressure to buy. The truck was in very good condition and was exactly as described on the website. The finance department was quick, easy and hassle free. I would definatly buy from them again.

This dealership is the best. The whole crew including Chip, Tony, Rick and Dawn are an absolute pleasure. Absolutely no pressure sales and they gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back for my next car. I bought a high mileage 2008 Expedition and the truck looks and drives like new. Believe me, I'm an auto mechanic so I was very critical and I am totally stoked about the deal I got. Everybody there was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Out of all the dealerships that I had emailed for quote on a vehicle, this dealership responded immediately, on a Sunday no less! Rick the salesman called within a 30 minutes after I had emailed for more info on the vehicle that we were inquiring about. He called as soon as he was informed and let us know that it was gone! There was a few other trucks that we were interested in so we made the hour drive. IT WAS WORTH IT. First of all when we arrived Rick was there to greet us. He had already had the vehicle waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were looking at. We test drove the vehicle. While we were test driving the truck he lined up the next one before we got back. Rick was very prompt and courteous. We eventually decided to drive the f-450. That is a HUGE truck. Before we drove it, we looked at it and discussed some if its imperfections. When you buy a truck like this or any 3/4 to 1 ton you have to realize that 95% are used for work. So they are not going to be perfect. But with a little cleanup this truck really shines, drives excellent, quiet, and believe it or not, very smooth riding for the type of vehicle that it is. Rick and the rest of the sales team are very knowledgeable about the products they deal with. Especially when it comes to diesels. By reading some of the negative comments about the dealership, I truly believe that the people that leave the negative comments don't understand what they are buying. From a diesel truck perspective to an rare exotic high performance car. By the way there is plenty of nice high performance vehicles to look at also. Please beware of this dealer, other local dealerships will tell you the same (since they seem to all know a little something about one another). Doing so, you can expect uninspected vehicles, unexplainable redundant fee's, very poor customer service, ignorant about the vehicles they have, and a downright bad buying experience. Most people will say salespeople or car dealers are 'crooks' [jokingly perhaps], however this place defines that, literally. I would never recommend this place to a friend or even a stranger. What I would recommend however is to look elsewhere, even if you find what you want here, do not fall for it and save your headache, money, and hassle. Good luck with your find, just avoid Diesels Direct at all costs, you have been warned!

We live 45 miles away from the dealership so all week I was trying to found out as much information about a car they had on their lot. All the emails were quick in response but the salesperson left one major piece of information out. We showed up for our appointment, but just like everyone else has said about this dealership on this board that their immaculate means there are quite a few small dents and scratches in the body panels and the wheels look like they hit a few curbs. The salesperson, Rick, was not knowledgeable of the options on the car. The condition of the car did not match the description on the website but if it drove well we would have still considered the car; However, Rick, then notified us unless a deal was pending there was no way we were going to drive the car. Who would ever start talking numbers with a used car person before test driving the car. The guy should have told us up front that we would not be able to test drive the car unless a deal was pending. We were prepared to buy the car if it drove well but the way he treated us and handled the situation he lost out on a sale today.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2008 F350 Crew Cab Diesel Dually Lariat. We went to the dealership to look at a Fiat 500 Abarth and our sales consultant worked with us for close to 6 and a half hours. He was cordial enough to order us pizza at lunch time, which we all shared in their beautiful showroom. After test driving three Fiats, our sales consultant (Chris) thought that we should consider a trip to the used vehicle department. We were greeted with open and non judgemental arms by Mr. Chip Orlando. Mr. Orlando was kind enough to take the time to show us 13 used trucks and take us on five test drives. We drove a 2003 Chevrolet 2500 HD Duramax Diesel, a 2007 Ford F-150, a 2004 Ford F-250 with a 6.0 liter Powerstroke turbo diesel, a 2012 Ford F-350, and last but certainly not least a 2008 Ford F-350 Dually. Our salesman pointed out that we could haul the Fiat that we initially came in to see in the bed of this masculine machine. We were sold as soon as we heard this. Chip Orlando was more than helpful and very kind. James

My son bought a 2004 Ford F-250 diesel. We bought it as is. There was an issue with the oil cooler and EGR. The bill would have been over $1600.00 for the repairs. Scott the sales manager worked with us and agreed to pay 1/2 of the bill. He did not have to do this however the excellent customer service that they offer their customers they were more than happy to help us. When we first went in we talked to Chris(salesman) he was very helpful and did not pressure us to buy anything. I was afraid with this being my sons first purchase and with me being a woman they may try to take advantage of us but it was just the opposite. I would highly recommend Fiat to purchase my next vehicle. Now a days it is really hard to find a car dealership that is there to really help you and not to just take your money. Fiat is one that really cares about their customers.

I bought a used 2009 Ford F350 King Ranch from Chip Orlando. I had looked at a couple of vehicles that they had advertised as "immaculent" and "flawless". Exaggeration of the truth was an understatement. On the first "Immaculant" and "Perfect" truck I looked at, I found some darker staining of interior, a missing brake pedal pad, some shoddy use of touch up paint and a computer indication of a fault in the TPMS. Truth in advertising is lacking. The truck I bought had several noticable minor issues. One of those was a broken driver side seat shield assembly leaving all power seat control just hanging. Fiat of Strongsville officially stated they would replace driver seat shield assembly with a "We Owe You" receipt. I live an hour away so they mailed me **3Z-1662187-DA shield assembly. I also was told to have Ford install it and send them the bill. You see how well that worked for 7246221651 in his 3/7/2012 review. This part is not for the correct color of the truck. It is not for the correct year of the truck. Oh, and strike three, it is not even for the correct truck model. My salesman and representative for the company, Chip Orlando, seemed to think his job was done and didn't want to be "stuck in the middle" of the proper sale not being completed. I conversed through e-mail, with pictures showing improper part, and through phone. I even did their parts manager's job and gave them the correct part number while only getting one continuous unsatisfactory answer. That answer was that whatever part was delivered to me was irrelevant and the only thing that matters is that their completely incompetent parts manager has a receipt saying a shield assembley (note: wrong part for color, year and model) had been mailed and delivered and that Fiat of Strongsville obligations were complete. Four months later and I still do not have the part from them. With the price of diesel fuel and the one hour drive each way, it is easier to order the correct part myself, out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs. The arrogance is astounding given the level on incompetence. The final sale is so important that they are completely ignorant to the concept of repeat buyers and word of mouth advertising. Oh, and to top things off, the loan due date came and I was paying for a truck that I had no title to. I even had to get another 30 day tag from the dealership since I couldn't register it. Fiat of Strongsville took 59 days to give me a title. Do yourself a favor and avoid Chip Orlando from Fiat of Strongsville, completely avoid the parts department and management at Fiat of Strongsville and simply avoid the headache of doing any business with Fiat of Strongsville.

FROM THE FIRST PHONE CONVERSATION, I knew I was impressed.I traveled from Beaver County( several hundreds of miles to purchase this vehicle. My new Dodge Journey is all I wanted and much more. The salesman, CHRIS HALL is awesome. The entrie team was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The environment is welcoming. These guys don't pressure you.I brought A FIVE STARS VEHICLE, from this FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP!!! Im very pleased with my experience. I accompanied my husband to look at the new cars as he had read all about the Fiats and want to see one in person. The dealer's show room was spotless, like fine shopping in Rome - modern, well appointed and comfortable. Unlike any dealership I had visited before. We were warmly welcomed, given a basic tour of the many cars and options, but never pressured. The sales person was knowledgeable of the cars and the numerous options. With the his assistance - we were able to order a car that met both my husbands desires and also met my tastes and included the creature comforts that I wanted. This was a very professional experience - no pressure, just a complete understanding of what was available and what would best meet our needs.

Hands down a most unique dealership (studio), bar none. This dealer is an Italian car aficionado - not just salespeople trying to sell you a car. They know their products, the Fiat legacy, and all the possibilities in what you can order. I drove from Pittsburgh to buy my Fiat 500 Sport from them, passing dealers on the way. They helped me customize it to fit my needs and whims - the dealer installed leather seats (not a factory option for the Sport) and even installed custom air horns to allow me to express the bold Italian flair. Their studio is a true Italian experience, an expresso bar, on special occasions a Pizzeria, a mini museum of Fiat heritage - all in all, well appointed with leather couches, Italian marble & ceramic throughout - a bit of Italy in the Cleveland area. Their service facility is well staffed and the staff is very knowledgeable - with the ability to get it right the first time. I have called them from another Fiat dealership to get their advice on a problem I was having while on the road that the other dealer was not familiar with the problem - they told me what to look for - solving the problem via phone - allowing me to relay the solution to the other service department. I noticed during an open house they had for customers (I drove up form Pittsburgh to attend - was worth the trip) that they even repair, sell and restore vintage Fiats. This dealership is involved with the customers and the entire community in promoting Italian culture. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had - and I have been buying cars since the 1950's
