Hands down the best car buying experience. Marc was truly an amazing dealer who cared for the customer and the vehicle they were looking at. Every visit I was overwhelmed with professionalism and care that far surpassed the typical hello and goodbyes you may experience at other dealerships. They truly care for their vehicles and were willing to let me test drive and place a deposit down for the vehicle. I am a college student and this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased. Marc was more than willing to assist me in explaining how the car buying process is done, as well as work around my busy schedule. He is patient, yet eager to make sure you leave happy and impressed with the service and the vehicle you are looking to purchase. I would recommend this location to anyone because it is not your generic dealership where you are aggressively handled as if you were a walking dollar sign. Here it is more hospitable and friendly and every client (including myself) that I saw during my visits was handled with great care and respect. Called Marc about a bmw. Told him I was interested He explained everything about the car in detail He also held the car for me. Had an hour and 1/2 drive I was so glad I took that drive, the bmw 3 series was in perfect Shape way more then I ever exspected price was Incredible.... These guys were great!! The owner even stop In to do all the paperwork Great experience Even though their a long drive I will be taking that drive On my next car purchase. Thank again DiLeo!!!!

I needed a car relatively quickly, but wasn't going to just settle like I did last time. I found a 2006 Honda CR-V for an amazing price, but wanted to have it looked over to make sure everything was ok. Marc had no problem with us being so thorough and a couple days later she was all mine! I loved how upfront and honest Marc and Robert were... no frills or sugar-coating. My husband's schedule didn't allow for him to even see the car until the night I purchased it, but Marc still respected our combined wishes for the sale. If you want butt-kissing, go to an overpriced dealership down the road like I did in 2013. Non-stop problems, no communication, rushed through the entire sale, etc. If you want upfront honesty, communication... Marc (& Robert!) at DiLeo are great. Thanks for putting up with us guys!

We live near Rochester, NY, over a 5 hour drive. We were looking for a Honda Pilot for transporting our grandchildren, one that would be reliable and not rusty. We had many questions for Marc before we made the long drive to Norristown. He sent many additional pictures. We were pleased that the Pilot was just as Marc said. He was honest about tire wear and imperfections, and he made the purchase a pleasant experience, helping us obtain drive-out tags. We look forward to meeting our new friend again for another purchase.

I test-drove two cars, liked one, bid for it but missed it, and ended up buying a third car a week later. Marc was patient and helpful through the entire process, also with getting my bank the data they needed for the loan. I really like the car I got. Marc insisted on washing it and filling the tank before I drove away.

I purchased a car (2005 Hyundai Elantra) for my daughter who needed an inexpensive and reliable car. I just purchased an '03 Hyundai Sonata from Marc at Dileo Auto Sales. It was the most stress free car shopping/car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I emailed the dealership about seeing the car I was interested in, Marc was polite, helpful and answered all of my questions. I asked if I could have my mechanic check out the car and it wasn't an issue at all. The car I bought is a great car and it was sold to me at a fair price. I was referred to Dileo's by a good friend who has 35 years of experience in the car business and he said "they are honest , sell well conditioned used cars and I trust them " Well my friend was right , both Marc and Robert spent time with me reviewing their process for buying , repairing and selling used cars. They did not pressure me in any way and wanted to make sure I understand what they would cover if the car broke down in the near future . My daughter loves the car. My wife an I just purchased a 2008 one owner Prius from Marc and DiLeo's. I found the car online and corresponded with Marc via e-mail. He was responsive and provided detailed answers to all of my questions. We set up an appointment to look at the vehicle and value our trade. Marc was friendly and non-nonsense. Their pricing was fair and he was willing to make adjustments for minor missing accessories. No high pressure sales, no slimly. The car was clean and had a very clean carfax. After agreeing on a price, Marc updated the inspection stickers and filled up the gas tank. We were extremely happy with entire process, would do business with Marc again, and would recommend DiLeo's to our friends and family.

I am a repeat customer, which says something when dealing with used car dealers, especially when they are a three hour drive from home. This time it was a Camry. Marc went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of and that the car was in good shape. It is nice to hop into a car that has been serviced, inspected, filled with gas, has new tires, and comes with a free warranty. All of these things can be hidden costs at other used car dealers. We even received several follow-up calls to see how the car was doing, and if there were any issues that we felt should be addressed. They care about the cars they sell, and they care about the people who are buying the cars!!

So I found DiLeo's Auto Sales when I was looking for a Mitsubishi Eclipse. They were farther away than I was hoping for, but they had the exact car I wanted with the lowest miles around. My last experience with a dealer was horrible, and it didn't feel like a good place to purchase a car. At DiLeo's my experience was the opposite of that, the workers were all very friendly and it was a pleasant experience. I walked in and they got the keys right away and let me go for a test drive. The car was mechanically excellent, and when I purchased the car it was cleaned and the stickers were taken off very professionally leaving behind no residue at all. I'm recommending them to all of my friends looking for cars, and if for some reason I needed another car I would definitely go there again.

I bought a car for my teenage son at DiLeo's The other day. The facility itself was no-frills, however the vehicles, the service and the care provided were more than I could have hoped for. I had lost my cell phone in the midst of test driving multiple vehicles and Marc even took the time to help us look for it at the dealership and where we had switched drivers on our drives! I bought a 1990 Mazda 323 hatchback from Marc, and I couldn't have been happier with it. It was exactly what I've been looking for. Inexpensive, fuel efficient, and simple. The staff at dileo's are extremely friendly, and professional. I was never pushed, pressured, or pulled. They're genuinely committed to the customer, and I've yet to find anywhere else that's left such an impression of honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction. I've been very pleased with the used 2007 Prius that I purchased at DiLeo Auto Sales. Marc did a fine job of working with me and was willing to accomodate my schedule, even when it got late in the evening before we finished the test drive. Paperwork was completed in advance of picking up the car and the sale went very smoothly. When I picked up the car, Marc had washed it and filled the tank with gas...nice touch. I did find out in my 1st couple hundred miles that one of the HID bulbs was going bad (flickering) even though the vehicle had recently been inspected...but the reasonable pricing will allow for that to be replaced. Everything else has checked out and as I said...so far, so good!

A small dealership that pays attention to both the car and the customer, located behind the Amerigreen station. Marc was considerate, pleasant, and low-pressure, eager to assist but not into "heavy selling," and knowledgeable about the car. No loose ends - any issues are taken care of up front. The test drive was good and the look-over thorough; it's clear they take good care of their stock. The Toyota was as advertised and a good value, and the transaction settled smoothly. This was a very easy, smooth transaction. Marc was a pleasure to do business with. No hard-selling, nothing like the snakes at the Airport Auto Mall or many locations in Limerick I've dealt with in the past, just a good dealership that is selling a small inventory of cars. I did find an issue on my test drive and Marc had it taken care of shortly. It was a pleasant experience in buying a car for once in my life. Would do business with them again when my wife needs a car.

Very satisfied with the 2004 Ford Taurus that was purchased for my sister. Marc was a gentleman. He was happy for us to have the car check out by our own mechanic which passed with flying colors. He even filled it with a tank of gas and put new wipers on. Can't get better than that.

It's rare in the used car industry that you find a dealer that has a philosophy of putting the customer first. At DiLeo's, right off the bat, I was greeted by Marc in a timely and courteous manner. It was extremely cold the day that I visited, so Marc started and pre-warmed five cars that I was interested in test driving. The overall buying experience went very smoothly, with no pressure. Marc is very knowledgeable in his field, and delivers excellent customer service. It is more like buying a car from a friend verses a salesmen. I had a minor issue with the car that I bought ( 2005 Prius) and Bob the owner, without hesitation, took care of it. I was expecting push-back, but it never came. Overall, I am, and would recommend DiLeo Auto Sales to friends and family members in a heartbeat.

My dad and I had been looking for a cheap and used car for over 5 months. By chance, we found DiLeo Auto Sales in Norristown where we could find a car that fits our needs. I dealt with Marc during the buying process and overall it was an excellent experience. I felt the non-pressure approach during the sale and allowing me time to consider the purchase as well as some advice allowed me the comfort to make an offer on the truck I wanted. In a case of 20/20 hindsight, I realize now that THIS is the place I should have gone to buy a used car! Having bought my used vehicle at another local dealer, I have spent quite a bit of time having the thing looked at here at DiLeo's and the people have all been unfailingly polite, helpful and very patient. We have used DiLeo's for excellent car service in the past so it is great to see that their high standard is carried over into the auto sales division where customers are referred to as "guests". How nice to be treated as a welcome visitor with legitimate concerns instead of a bottomless wallet! Plus, these gentlemen know what they are doing when it comes to cars and great customer service. During my visits I was impressed to see how careful they are when selecting the cars they will put on their lot, sending the ones that do not meet their exacting standards off to...who knows where. I know that when the time comes for me to replace my current vehicle, I will definitely head over to DiLeo Auto Sales and I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends who may be searching for a good quality used car. My wife and I were under the gun to locate a quality vehicle for our soon to be 'on her own' 21 year old daughter. After a good breakfast at a local diner, we found DiLeo's Auto Sales. We drove onto the lot, and were shortly greeted by Mark. He warmly welcomed us, gave us a quick run through of what he had in stock, and let us know that he would be ready to assist us when we needed it. We found a sharp, 2001 Honda Accord sedan that test drove, smelled, and looked like a cream puff. A few of the other cars on the lot would have met our needs as well. Mark took us in to his office and invited us to research the sales price on the web. His price was right on target. Has a great selection. Salesman Mark very patient. Very knowledgeable on each car (type of brakes, number air bags, how to operate seats, hatch, etc.) Researched all of my questions if not sure. Test drove a number of cars. Suggested different cars to drive for comparison. Installed requested extras promptly and as requested. Paper-work fast and simple. Very nice folks to deal with. I think they deliver an honest value.

When I came in, I was a bit distraught having recently been in an accident.
