My experience with Direct Car Sales was A+ from beginning to end! Jasmine went above and beyond to help me get everything needed done. I live in Austin and so we did everything by phone and email and she made the process so stress free. The car was exactly as described and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. Very clean, runs smooth. I will definitely look to them for my future cars and recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a fair price with fantastic customer service!

Worse dealership ever! If you’re reading this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. The only reason I purchased my Nissan here was due to the price and no haggling feature. I bought this truck in Feb. 2020 right before COVID. 4 months later NO LICENSE PLATES. The only excuse I get is COVID. YET I know several folks that have bought cars elsewhere during this pandemic and everyone has license plates. How is it that I have a truck that is riding around with paper plates past the counties extension due to Covid???? Why am I not being offered a different solution. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Stay away.

I was here with my friend Sherry Sumner when she bought her car the girl who handled the paperwork for the car didn't let her read the contract Wendel rushed everyone and told Sherry that 750. Was TT&L we believed him he never offered a warranty saying she didn't have enough money he knew the amount she told him she would pay for car the 750 is for so much more he never told her about hidden costs
