I had a very good experience with purchasing a new used car from discount auto. the cars on their lot are good cars. i came here knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. and they had what I was looking for and the car runs great. I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer from John and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. I had a difficult time getting everything on my end squared away and he was extremely understanding and patient. My experience was far better than I was expecting a car shopping experience to go. He made everything simple. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car. He made sure I knew I can call him if I have any issues with this car or any questions with any other car. I am very happy with my experience here!

Looking for a used truck and found mine on cars.com. Went to the dealership and met John who didn't hassle me while looking at the truck. He was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely do business here again!

I really liked my buying experience. John made me a good deal, but not at the expense of taking any shortcuts. The Mazda was a personal vehicle for me, but I plan on buying several more cars to send to Ghana. I will definitely recommend John to my friends and family. Can't really say enough!

I've done business in the area before and I have never come across a car dealer Like John. "Professional" is probably the best word to describes how he does business from the time you pull into his lot till the time you sign the paperwork. He's pleasant and personable to deal with and he is never the pushy salesman that most people come across. The overall review I give here is an honest review. My 100% recommendation for this business.

John was fantastic. I was looking for a replacement vehicle after mine was wrecked by a drunk driver. He took time listen to my situation. Let me take the car for a ride. Was totally agreeable when I said I want to take a night to think it over. When I called the next day he went right to work. Put me back into a vehicle comparable to the one I lost. (maybe a little upgrade in bells in whistles) overall good experiance

Live in Jersey looking for a PT Cruiser. Found this one on cars.com. Wasn't planning to purchase one for a few months but stopped in just to look. Felt very relaxed dealing with the owner. No pressure. I didn't have my trade-in with me that day but the owner held the car for a day so I could get my trade and come back. If I were looking for a low cost used car again in the future I would definitely come back to see what was available.

Extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I didn't have a lot of time the first time I stopped by to check out the vehicle. They were very accommodating and did not demand that I make the decision in the few minutes I had. I came back the following day and purchased the car because of the experience I had.

Really liked dealing with Discount Auto Penndel. We paid cash so he worked us out a deal that was between wholesale and retail. John is an "auto broker" which means if he doesn't have a specific car, he can usually get one for you. He found our Explorer in 3 days and it was within our budget and clean to boot.

John buys all his own cars personally. There are not any salesman at all to follow you around. He gave us the keys to several cars and we test drove them. We left and shopped the rest of the strip and ended up coming back to buy a Trailblazer. The process was quick and painless as I dislike shopping for cars. This guy really knows his stuff. I've already recommended him to my friends!
