We have been shopping for a new car for the past couple of months, visiting other dealerships in the Reno, NV area. Our experience with Dolan Lexus was exceptional from the moment we stepped onto the new car lot. Not one of the other car dealers even began to compare to our experience we encountered with our sales associate Aaron Schulman or sales manager Hadie Itani. They are an amazing team!!

We met with Kymberly Platt who was so very knowledgeable & helpful- could not have been better. When we picked up the car Kim introduced us to Garrett Lopez who has been very helpful in walking us thru all of the new technology in new cars. We are in our 70s & not high tech. They have been very helpful & made us fans of Dolan Lexus.

About a month ago I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma. I struck up a conversation with a man at a gas station (Ive forgotten his name) who was driving a Tacoma. Turns out he works at Dolan Lexus. He was took my card, and passed it on to Jeremiah Abujasen, who called me the next day. I told him what I wanted, and it turned out they had exactly what I was looking for! I made the appointment for after work that day, and made it clear that I would be in a hurry, and that I wasn't a fan of the car buying experience. Well, Jeremiah literally was waiting for me in the parking lot; and I was a bit early! It was a pleasure doing business with Jeremiah and all the others at Dolan Lexus. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and he respected my time! I drove away that evening in the vehicle I wanted for a fair price, in less time than expected. I traded in a pretty new vehicle in favor of a used Lexus and was astounded by the level of service that I was awarded! I mean that Dolan's level of service on a used vehicle far surpassed that on any other car that I have purchased during my lifetime (I buy a lot of cars!) I would happily recommend this dealer and staff to anyone!! Sorry but I do not remember the names of other employees that worked with me from service and finance!

My wife was looking for a used suv We shopped numerous dealerships and we came to Dolan Lexus our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and didn't rush us. He drove to anotherDolan location to bring us a car we were interested in. The dealerships General Manager constantly checked on us to make sure we were happy. We finally found the car my wife wanted and the closing went quickly and easy. Don't see a need to shop anywhere else.

They made the process of buying a used vehicle a breeze. This is attributable to their superior customer service, and no pressure salesmanship. As you walk around the dealership there are people willing to help, but also willing to give you space. The facility is very impressive, and unlike other dealerships in the area. Plenty of room to lounge around while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Not to mention they have fresh donuts every morning, and a coffee bar for free. If you don't know they are the best then you have never been to this dealership. Plain and simple. They have made a loyal customer out of me.

Ashton and Trent were up front with the best deal they could offer and also gave me a very fair trade in value of my Infinity. I recently visited this dealership to check out the new NX200T. I had seen a few of them around town and on TV, and I thought it would be fun to drive. Turns out, that vehicle wasn't a good fit for me, but my salesperson Jeremiah immediately asked me what I liked and didn't like and found another option for me. We drove an IS350 F-sport and I was in love. That night I did some more research online and compared the IS models. I was interested in trying the 250 since it was a considerable cost savings. I also got a very accurate trade-in quote using their online tool. My online inquiry in the late evening lead to a phone call first thing the next morning from one of the Internet sales people. I was also very impressed with this level of service. I called the Internet specialist back and he set up an appointment at the dealership for me in a matter of minutes. I went to the dealership, drove the 250, immediately determined that I needed a 350 and they went to work. Not only did I get an amazing deal, including great value for my trade and lots of manufacturer incentives, but it turns out I had an inaccurate payoff for my trade. When they called to get the payoff amount, it came back at almost $2000 lower. Instead of just hiding that extra profit in the deal, they promptly added it in to the deal and lowered my payment another $40/month. That says a lot to me. Overall, this was the most incredible car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased dozens of cars in my day for myself and family, and nothing even comes close to the first-class experience I had at Dolan Lexus. I will be back here for any and all vehicles I need in the future. I can't say enough good things. Give them a shot if you are looking for vehicle! You may be surprised much car you can get even if you were not in the market for a luxury vehicle!

I rarely write reviews, but I make an exception for Dolan Lexus. Recently, I purchased a new car and had an amazing experience. It's obvious the team concept starts at the top. During the sale and car preparation, we were surprised to be contacted by the General Manager, Mr. Carroll, and a Sales Manager, Mr. Azevedo, who both made sure we were treated very well. Our sales person, Kevin Lafferty, made our experience move quickly without feeling pressured.After the sale, I received technical help from Brian Ralston to dial in the electronic portion of the car.And to top it off, Carlos Bucio knocked it out of the park with his professionalism and knowledge.I highly recommend Lexus of Reno to anyone looking for a great experience buying an amazing luxury car.Oh, one last item: I bought the IS 350 AWD and added the performance exhaust. If you're going to buy the 350, the performance exhaust is a must!!

I was impressed from the first steps with Dolan: my internet search and great price on the 2009 Rav4, the quick, friendly return call for an appointment, an email confirmation, then an excellent test drive. Shurat took me on a great route that helped me to truly understand how the car would fit my needs as a rural driver. The whole process was relaxed, positive and efficient. I love my Rav4, and the Dolan Lexus people really understood me when I said that while they sell cars every day, my experience was buying 3-4 cars several years apart in my whole life! I needed fundamental advice about my choices. The advice from Juan was practical and honest and I felt in my best interests. Dolan really understands how to get a great "word of mouth" recommendation, and I will happily give it!

He took the time to drive the car I was interested in over to my house so I could get first grabs on the car. Took my car in the first time for a headlight recall, service department said there was no problem noted. After the first rain my headlights filled up with water, made an appointment, showed up and they said yes there is a problem, but we don't have the headlights in stock. Then they asked me why I didn't call the parts department to check on the availability of the parts. Will never go to this dealership again. I was in the market for a new car, but after this it won't be at this dealership. Two strikes and you're out, the treatment was so uncalled for. I just wanted my headlights fixed and they made it clear they weren't going to do them without my waiting for another week or so. I asked them to call me when the parts were ordered, it's been 4 days and no call.

Showed up about 30 minutes before closing to take a look at the Lexus ES. Scott Hix was helpful and informative. I wanted to test drive and offered to come back the following day, but Scott insisted that I drive the car that night and stayed late to allow me to do so. Decided to purchase the following day. Scott was not available that day, but Juan Jimenez and Kevin took excellent care of me. All three were friendly and service oriented. Purchase was smooth and actually enjoyable. Thanks. I have an extremely tight schedule and have never been one to walk onto a new car lot. Brian made it possible to test drive the GX as well as learn about what the vehicle has to offer from a tech standpoint by graciously bringing the car to me at a time that worked in my schedule . Had to select a replacement for our 2012 IS-250 as the lease was done. After attending the Auto Show and looking at numerous other models, we decided to stick with Lexus. Connor O'Day provided outstanding customer service and follow-up leading up to our new lease. Jason Stone, Michael, and Todd also did an outstanding job in test drives, paperwork, and set-up. I am a businesswoman who has bought (and sold) numerous vehicles. I was asked by a friend to accompany her to this dealership to provide guidance and support in purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and PUSHY staff as the ones at this dealership (excluding the gentleman who assisted with the test drive). Agreed upon "deliverables" on the due bill were not met, interest rate appeared higher on the initial contract and the staff was very argumentative. Nothing but problems with this dealership. Highly DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!!

We just bought a certified pre-owned Lexus GS 350. The entire staff at the dealership was outstanding, with a special shout-out to our sales rep Major Mike Sheely. Major Mike went the extra mile to answer our questions and to make sure we were well taken care of. Even the GM of the dealership, Ashton Carroll, pitched in when we had questions. I have recently made Reno my permanent home and used my 2002 Ford Van to move all my belongings from CA to Reno. Time now to move up to a nicer car and get rid of the van. I shopped online for Crossover models in many different brands. They were all pretty much the same until I came to the Lexus CT 200, hybrid. It seemed head and shoulders above the field. Soon I was at the Dolan Lexus dealership and being greeted by Todd Jones. I have not bought any car for 12 years and no NEW car in about 50 years. My, my, how the cars have changed and the way to buy a car too! This time I never felt any pressure to buy and also got a lot of useful information. Todd encouraged me to drive the vehicle but I was not ready for that. (I'm a 71-year-old female) We went for a test drive but I let him do the driving. Still impressed with the vehicle I returned to the dealership about a week later as I had worked up the courage to drive the car! At this point there was a small hiccup as I had made an appointment to see Todd again but no one seemed to know about it. After showing me the car again he introduced me to to Mike McKeen. and I drove while Mike didn't get TOO nervous! He explained the systems in the car that I was using at the moment but did not confuse me with all the information about the numerous other electronic marvels in the car. Returned safely back to Dolan and I said I would like to buy. Mike and Todd immediately turned into busy bees and the task was accomplished with the help of Ashton who was, I think, in the manager's seat that day. Then it was the "money man's" turn to help me. His name is Juan Jimenez and he is obviously very competent because we were able to complete our transaction even though the computer system for the entire dealership was on the fritz that day. I did not buy the car I drove! I wanted a completely different color scheme inside and out. Thought there would be a long wait to get it but not so! The staff was able to locate just what I wanted at another dealership and it will be shipped to Reno for me to pick up in a matter of a very few days! I'M SO EXCITED!It has been explained that Dolan offers a class to help me learn about my new vehicle and use all the systems. This is something I will need and will be happy to have available. The car I wanted was not even in the town or on the lot. Bad misrepresentation. I drove 50 minutes to the dealer that could not locate the car. Finally it arrived two days later. I was treated very well at the dealer with a very experienced lady named Kimberly, whom sold me the car. Had it not been for her and the staff treating me like a human I would have told ten others and they would have told ten more, but thank God it was a great experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a Lexus from this dealership. Lexus cars sell themselves so whether or not to buy is totally up to the dealer. Todd Jones gets a great rating because he gave us no reason to consider another dealership. Here is a highlight of our purchase experience: On our initial visit to the dealership Todd Jones introduced himself and welcomed us to the dealership. We informed him of our interest in a specific model. Then, Todd escorted us to the car and began sharing and demonstrating his product knowledge. We took notice of his enthusiasm and energy for the Lexus brand. If he had been using the "same old same old" sales hype we were out of there. While he attempted to sell us a car that day there was no pressure to buy. Todd called us a week later to follow up and we told him we were interested in another model. Todd recited the day and time for our next visit and said he would have a car waiting for us. Upon arriving he was at the ready and the car was there. Again, Todd shared his product knowledge. Again, we left the dealership however, this time there was no attempt to sell us the car that day. A few weeks later Todd called to follow up. At that time we told him we were interested in buying and set up a meeting time. Upon returning Todd introduced us to Bruno Azevedo. Bruno's priority, like Todd, was to answer questions with an eagerness to share product knowledge along with no pressure to buy. When we were ready to buy Bruno handled the negotiating. After concluding the transaction it became apparent this dealership is all about the value of the Lexus brand and will sell you a car when you are ready.

My wife and I visited Lexus of Reno in December, 2013, in order to start shopping for a new/used car to replace our 2001 Subaru. Our contact with the dealership began with a phone call to Todd Jones, who had been recommended to us by friends, as we were driving into Reno. Todd was very helpful and professional on the phone, and got a very clear idea of our interests. By the time we arrived at the dealership, Todd (who was meeting with another client when we arrived) had arranged to have Lyndle Farris begin working with us. Lyndle already had a vehicle meeting our requirements ready for us to consider, and quickly added a second. When it became evident that we had more interest in one of the cars, he and Todd focused on ensuring that we fully understood the features and benefits, without pressuring us. Long story short, the car they identified for us was perfect. We were able to reach a satisfactory agreement relatively quickly and fairly. The car was ready for us a few days later, as agreed, after adding some additional equipment we requested and performing a complete certification of the car. Since 1990 I have been a Lexus car owner, with several new Lexus vehicles since then. With all my new car purchases, I have never experienced the great service and smooth process as I just did from Reno Lexus. Not only the process of the purchase was smooth, but the great service in the delivery of the vehicle was the best ever. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience in buying my new RX 350 at the Lexus of Reno. I was greeted by an enthusiastic sales person (Todd Jones). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the car. We went on a test drive in which he helped to show me how many of the items on the car worked. Once we got back to the sales office he proceeded to go over the car in great detail. I never felt pressured to buy. I left the dealership that day to think about what I wanted to do and to look at various other cars. I came back a week or so later to see Todd Jones to confirm the RX 350 was the car for me to buy. Todd greeted me again with his wonderful smile and took me on yet another test drive and reviewed the car and what I wanted from a car to help me with my decision. Once I told him I wanted to proceed with the purchase as long as I could get good deal. He immediately went to bat for me. I ended up with what I feel is a very good deal. Once the deal was finalized I was blown away by the amazing customer service of the entire dealership. Brain Ralston spent a solid 2 hours going over every aspect of the car and Lexus Enform. Brian brought the features and the car to life for me. I have never left a dealership before knowing how to use and operate everything on the vehicle. The technology would have been hard to learn all the features, but in Brian going over them, I now know how to use each to my interest and advantage. From Todd, to Brian to the Manager, each was excellent to deal with. If you want to have a great process in buying a car, and to feel even better after the purchase, then Lexus of Reno is definitely the place to go to purchase a car. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The entire staff is amazing.

It could not have been a better experience. Enthusiastic saleswoman (Kymberly Platt) who knew everything about every model and was willing to search all the way to Tokyo to find what I wanted. She also took it in stride when I change the model and color at the last moment. Then I went to pick it up and instead of just being handed the keys I was given a graduate course on every safety and fun feature including the whole navigation/media/radio/assistance menu by Brian Ralston. One reason because we decided the Lexus was the best car for us and we wanted to do business with Bruno. The car we had driven was sold. Bruno was not deterred, he offered to get us a vehicle just like it and continued to show what they had available. He listened to us!! We went home with a 2013 Lexus 450h, it's the BEST**** My husband loves the smooth transmission!!! Paper work seamless. Mr. Jimenez made it a pleasant experience!!I returned a week later to meet with the delivery specialist Brian. I was nervous!! The car is just so smart!!! Brian put me at ease and I really enjoyed learning how to use the amenities the vehicle offers. He is a saint!!! (really) Brian is a good teacher and very patience. He even gave me an "A". Terrible dealership do not shop here!! First we got lied to about the serivce history of the used lexus we bought. 10 months later I sold the car & asked for a refund on the overpriced warranty I bought. They pro-rated the price and charged me for 3 years when I didn't even own the car. Too bad was the attitude I got. They are very friendly here but also very dishonest. Do not shop here.

I drove 200 miles out of my way to buy a car from them. They told me on the phone they would match price from other dealer. So I got a hotel room, bought dinner and met sales rep, Daniel in the am. When I asked about the price, he said " they could not match the price I quoted because they are small dealer and have to get higher margins on the cars they sell". Nice. Their price was $3,000 higher. I left promptly. They will say anything to get you in their showroom apparently. Anyway, beware. Just another car dealership I would stay away from.

I had just called 3 different Lexus dealerships, Lexus of Roseville, Lexus of Sacramento, and North Park Lexus and all had issues working with me. The two Californian dealerships told me they had no specials for the ES which I was looking for. They did not even try to help me in this respect. Both tried to get me to buy an IS. It was like they did not want to listen to me at all. When I called Reno and Kim-Anne answered that all changed. She was kind, knowledgeable, and more than anything she was willing to listen to me. First off, the customer service received by Lyndle Farris was phenominal. The first question out of his mouth wasn't, "so how much you looking to spend." He took the time to introduce himself and ask if I would like to just simply look at the car. He spent a great deal of time going over the features before even taking me on a test drive. He treated me like a human being instead of a monthly statistical number. I recommended a friend to him and she bought a car from him the same day within 3 hours of my purchase.JJ was very professional. I felt he was honest in going over the options for financing and the add ons for the vehicle. As for Verlin and Brian, they too were very nice. They made sure to let me know I can come in 30 times if I need to in order to learn all of the operations of the vehicle and didn't make me feel like I had to learn the car in 5 minutes, give me my books and show me to the door!Kay was wonderful. I pulled into the service department and she opened her office door and scooped me right in to make sure I was not waiting, not cold and not wondering around wondering where to go. During her test drive of each car, she showed us all the bells and whistles and we ended up falling in love with the Lexus RX 350While we were negotiating the price we felt Kim Anne relaxed us and went over all the details of the sale.After we bought the car , she had it all clean and shiny with a big red bow around our car. She took pictures and we sent them Right out to our families!! She showed us how to send them on our iPhone . Kim Anne also took the extra time to program both of our iPhones into the cars computer for hands free calling!!She also helped us play music on the cars blue tooth from our phone!!! What a great feature.I would like to thank Kim Anne for her cheerful nature and making us feel at ease in a stressful event in our lives.She has also been available after we returned home for questions that we had about the car.We would return to buy more cars to Kim Anne.She has our on going business in the future.

I have purchased two used cars from Lexus of Reno. Although buying used cars is always a little trying, I thought that this dealership was more straightforward than most. The used cars they stock tend to be higher end (I bought a BMW Z3 and a Mercedes C280). We bought an extended warranty on the Mercedes and have used it a couple of times. Both times the service rep was very courteous and helpful.

Buying a car now is not like the old days - kicking a tire and looking at the engine just don't cut it. And . . .the engine is completely covered in the new Lexus anyway!After our purchase of the RX 350 SUV, we received almost two hours of "instruction" from Bryan Walker. From the navigation system and bluetooth, XM music, phone - it all seemed complicated at first. Bryan walked us through every step to get us "on-board" with all of the extras the vehicle offered.The car drives amazingly well . . . smooth and very quiet . . . handles great in the snow and ice also. When I inquired about a 2009 Subaru Forester that I saw on the inventory of the Lexus dealer, I received a prompt reply from Bryan Walker. He set up an appointment for me to come in to test drive it. I was ill on the day of the appointment, but I set up another appointment the next week and we went for a test drive. I was very happy with all the features of the Forester. Bryan went out of his way to find all the service reports on the Forester. He also made sure that the recalls were taken care of before I took possession of the car. My daughter lives in California and had been in contact with Bruno Azevedo and Bryan Walker with the price negotiations since she had control of the money. Bryan drove out to my house on the morning of the sale and brought me back to the dealership. My daughter was able to deposit her check into the dealership account through the same bank. I was able to take possession of the car and drive home before a big snowstorm came into our area. I am very happy with the personal service I received and would definitely recommend this dealership.

From the first time I shook Don's hand I knew I could trust him to do the best job possible of restoring my IS250 which was so sandblasted from the Highway 89 pavement grinding in Truckee to Tahoe City, that they had to repaint everything on the car except the trunk lid. The workmanship and craftsmanship of the body shop crew is the best you can find. When the car was done, it was better than new. It is breathtaking. A gold medal to the painter. He is a true artist. Please thank them for me. Also, whenever I take my car in for service, I always go look at the new models. The sales staff are so nice, no or low pressure and friendly...they really make you comfortable. There is no "attitude" like I've experienced at my other luxury car dealerships in the past. I recommend Reno Lexus without hesitation and commend the staff for doing a great job of making the dealer look great and Lexus owners proud. I'll be back....

I came to this dealership, not particularly looking to buy a new Lexus. However, the 2 used ones I had my eyes on were already sold. I proceeded to drive a couple of used ones, both reasonable deals. But when I saw the red color on a couple of vehicles in the lot, I was largely smitten. Kim-Anne was friendly, charming and very easy to deal with. She was a very candid young lady and obviously a very hard worker and willing to be frank to me in terms of what I wanted and what they could provide. She was able to find a new vehicle they were trying to lease and it was the color and had most of the options I wanted, which is, by the way, almost everything you can imagine. Though classified as an "entry level" Lexus by some sources, this is truly a luxury vehicle, loaded with features. In addition, I got some "extras" that were thrown in to entice someone who was leasing the car. Kim-Anne was a very capable go-between in the negotiation of the price and it went quite smoothly and I was happy with the amount I paid and certainly very happy with Kim-Anne's service. You can't go wrong with her.

My process began by sending in a purchase inquiry, through Lexus of Reno's website, regarding a 2013 RX 350 lease. Aycon Morris promptly returned with an email, and followed up quickly with correspondence. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Aycon was there to greet me when I arrived, and had pulled my first choice of vehicle out into the open so I could see it. I filled out the necessary initial paperwork. A one-time haggle deal was reached which seemed to satisfy both the dealer and I. The car was taken to get a full tank of gas and detailing while the rest of the paperwork was put together. Signing everything only took about 15 minutes, and Aycon surprised me with a huge bow on the car and took some pictures!Early the next day, Bryan Walker did the delivery (which explains the workings/features of the vehicle). He was very clear and I had no problems understanding anything; I felt confident that if anyone asked about how to operate this, that, or if the car could do "x," I'd be able to answer correctly. He also made sure I knew he was just a call away if I had any questions.Overall, my experience was virtually painless and positive. I definitely recommend Lexus of Reno, and will return there for future purchases.

My wife and I had been looking for a used mid sized SUV. We found this a vehicle that fit our needs online, but it was a couple hours away from us. We had been working with a sales assoiciate (Aycan)via email. First and foremost she was extrememly slow to respond to questions. Once we agreed to the terms of the sale we called her and asked if they could hold the car for us as we could not come down til the following day. She stated "yes" and it would not be a problem. She calls us a short time later and states that she didnt put a hold on the car and the car has sold! Said she got busy with another customer and didnt do it. Generally dealerships have specific people that work in the internet sales department. It seems that this dealership doesnt and they cannot successfully handle both walk in and internet sales...

I first want to thank Kay and the service department, she is wonderful, receptive, friendly and efficient. I came back to Lexus for my second auto in part due to her. Please make sure she is recognized for her incredible customer service. Chris in finance was nice, efficient and did a good job. Verlin was truly wonderful and if it had not been for him, we might have gone to a different dealership in Sacramento or Oregon. He was very, very detailed and helpful in the delivery of our new RX350. I can't thank him enough for the customer service and listening to our concerns about the sales person. Verlin is a very important aspect of your sales tactics and hopefully you will never lose him...he saved your ass!!Lastly let me speak about Gary. Gary is an idiot. Gary the first time around treated me as though I was any female looking at a pretty sports care (this was in 2010). We loved the car and got it for exactly what we wanted so I really didn't care at the time. This time when we needed an SUV, neither of us (my husband nor I) wanted to deal with him but he was there immediately upon pulling into the dealership. My husband was prepared with the indepth research we had already done and what we wanted. My husband went over the car and showed Gary specifically what was needed for sale including the clear covering we wanted in specific places. He was VERY specific with Gary, again.....Not only did Gary not communicate this to the service people, he lied while Joe was discussing pricing. This individual is NOT a credit to your dealership. He may "close the deal", but if we ever return to Reno, we will NEVER work with him under any circumstances.I really hope this review is communicated to Gary, word of mouth is powerful in a relatively small town like Reno and you at Lexus are competing with many other car makes and models......Thank you for the opportunity to share this...Kelly Espinoza (and Joe Espinoza)

I bought my RX 330 only six months ago in December. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle from Lexus of Reno, I began having serious issues with my air suspension. The ride was nearly unbearable. I could best describe it as saying it felt like I was riding a mechanical bull. I took it to service in January. I was told at that point that this was just the air suspension and there was nothing they could do. I accepted this and left thinking I just made a really bad decision. I finally couldn't deal with it anymore since it began to get worse. When I took it back I met with the sales manager Jesse Huggins. I explained my issues (after having an emotional breakdown). He said he would see if there was anything they could do to solve the issue and if not look into putting me into something else. After realizing there was nothing to be done to fix my car they put me with a rather new salesman to Lexus, Brian Ralston. Poor Brian is all I can say. He had nothing to do with the original sale and was now responsible for somehow making me happy. No matter what car we looked at he new just about everything there was to know. If he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he told me he didn't know but would find out. To me this shows a great deal of character in a person. He had no desire to lie to me about anything. We finally found a nearly perfect Gs 300. This car was clearly an upgrade from my RX but to make me happy they did everything they could to make this a close to even trade. I told them from the beginning that I put $3,500.00 down on my RX and couldn't possibly do it again. Not only did I not have to put anything down but my payments stayed almost the same. I honestly can't thank Brian and Jesse enough (and everyone at Lexus of Reno.).

Kymberly Platt is an absolute joy to work with and her product knowledge is outstanding. Our latest purchase was a birthday surprise for my wife. Kymberly coordinated the surprise and had the new car on the showroom floor with a big bow on it and a sold sign with my wife's name on it. My wife and I were looking at various cars on the showroom floor and she saw this car and admired how she loved the interior and exterior colors. She sat in the car still not knowing it was for her and she said how much she loved it. I removed the sold sign from the dash and showed it to her saying that it was already sold. She sighed until she saw her name on the sign. The tears flowed and it just made her day.My sincere thanks goes out to Kymberly for pulling this all together.

Steve Jones was the service writer when I bought my Lexus RX350 in for routine maintenance. He introduced my wife and I to Kimberly Platt who we then spent 40 minutes visiting with and getting to know. We told her we were looking for an attractive deal on a Bergundy Wine color 2008 Lexus RX 350 AWD. This was Thursday and she said one was scheduled to be in on Saturday. She called Saturday morning to say the list of expected cars had an error, that the one which had arrived was not what she had thought it would be and that we should not bother to come down. Later on Saturday she called to say that what we did want came in from another supplier and we made arrangements to test drive it on Sunday. That was normally her day off but she came in to accomodate us. We loved the car and made the deal and after certification and safety check, drove it away today, Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Kimberly is delightful in every way. Thoroughly professional but with a fun personality. Very knowledgeable about all the Lexus products and how they differ. She patient and never made us feel rushed. As we were getting ready to leave, she paired both of our iphones to the new car and to the Lexus I had purchased last summer. Truly dedicated to serving the customer to the best of her ability. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.+

I drove into Lexus of Reno just to look at a used car on recommendation from a friend who purchased a used car there. Gary Williams met me at the lot and with no pressure explained to me the different options, used vs new, buying vs leasing. Up until that time I have never bought a NEW car and I'm over 50 years old. Gary took the time to show me the options on payments and leasing vs buying. Never once did I feel pressured or felt like I was being "tricked" into something I didn't want. I never made it to the other dealers because I found what I wanted there, the price was great and the whole experience was very calming. The car is awesome. Thanks also to Blake Chapman the "Car intro guy" who takes you thru all the stuff in your car.

My husband and I just purchased our first Lexus, an RX 350. From the moment we set foot in the dealership, each and every person was very nice and accommodating. We were in the market for about a month and once we experienced the Lexus dealership, we knew this would be the vehicle for us. On our test drive, Todd and David were very, very knowledgeable about the suv and neither of them were pressuring or "salesy" ...we appreciated this so much. Other places really put the heat on after a test drive and it just was aggravating, making the whole process annoying. At Lexus, we never felt uneasy..the buying process from start to finish was wonderful. Everyone was warm and inviting, and we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything or had questions. The dealership itself is very nice too, very clean, and comfortable. We would like to commend everyone there for doing a great job...even the employees we did not actually meet greeted us with smiles. I live in California near Sacramento and was looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. I located one at Lexus of Reno and phoned the dealership to inquire about the vehicle. My call was returned by Kymberly Platt, one of the sales representatives. I asked her to tell me some of the specifics about the vehicle. Not only did she do that, but she took her cellphone to the lot and did a "walk-around" description for me, answering all my questions regarding the condition of the vehicle and accessories. While shopping for a new car we went to the 2012 Auto Show in Reno and met Kymberly Platt at the Lexus of Reno display on the show floor. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all the questions we had about the RX350. When we left the show there were 3 cars that we decided to test drive even though we strongly favored the Lexus RX350. We called and made an appointment with Kymberly to test drive the RX350 and fell in love with it immediatly. Dealing with Kymberly was an absolute pleasure. She was the only person that we had to deal with from the beginning to the signing of the final paperwork. It was comforting not having to endure playing musical salespeople or the inevitable visit from the sales manager, which we've normally run into at other dealerships. I just purchased a 2012 RX 350, and it was a very comfortable, informative experience for myself and my son.We first encountered Mark Murphy at the auto show and learned alot about the RX. We did go to other places and did test drove other cars, I did however need to test drive the RX before making my decision about anything. We pulled into the the dealearship a week later, and Mark happened to be right there, and showed us where to park, and then said hey, I remember you from the auto show, he and his partner Todd Jones met me at my car and we were introduced. He promptly said so lets go for a drive, I agreed and he brought around an RX to test drive. During the drive he was quite knowledgable about the vehicle, he wasnt trying to constantly sell me on it he just answered my and my sons questions and let us feel the entire experience. It was refreshing to not have someone breathing down your neck pushing you to make a purchase. When we returned to the lot I was pretty much sold and interested to see what we could do. I asked if there were anything on the lot that had eveything I was wanting in a vehicle and Mark and Todd both set out to find that out for me, it so happened there were two that had just arrived and I asked to see them, I immediately was interested in one of those. I was treated very well, I met Kay in the service dept,very nice lady. I truly did enjoy the experience of buying my first lexus and would return, without a doubt, and request Mark again he took good care of us. I would recomend, in fact I have boasted about the service I recieved to my friends. Thank you to all I delt with Mark, Todd Kay and Chris.

My hubby and I went to Lexus to look at a Honda Pilot we had seen on line at Lexus of Reno. We found out it had been sold 2 days before we came in. But Gary Williams offered to show us something we would like within our budget. 1st SUV we looked at was a Chevy Trailblazer which was very nice and drove great but it has a V8 in it and we wanted a V6. 2nd SUV we looked at was a Lexus RX300, Very gorgeous! I felt like I was a Queen sitting in this SUV!! Everything about it was wonderful, It has leather heated seats, the color of it is champagne and it drove so smoothly! We got to take it for a nice ride, from Mill St. up to Truckee Meadows Collage and back. Well, after driving it, I fell in love. Gary gave my hubby a price that was great and we could'nt pass it up!! Im so very happy with my new/used Lexus and I want you to know that Gary is THE BEST!! So if you ever visit Lexus of Reno, make sure you ask for Gary Williams. I've been looking for an immaculate, low mile RX 350 for several months. I noted a new listing on line with the Dolan Group, Lexus of Reno. I actually sent the initial inquiry sitting in a surgery center waiting room the evening of 23 December and within minutes received an e-mail reply from Mark Murphy. He quickly answered my questions, then called me to fully discuss exactly what I was looking for. He promised to completely evaluate the car the following morning and call me. Todd Jones called me the following morning and assured me this particular Lexus would be a certified CPO vehicle. He critically examined the car and called with the description on Christmas eve. He assured me it was definitely worth my travel to Reno. After our conversation, I made a refundable credit card deposit and purchased a one-way airline ticket for the early the 26th. Mark met me at the airport and immediatley took me to the dealership. The RX was fully detailed and parked on their showroom floor with a big red bow. The car was exactly what they described and I immediately made the decision to proceed with the sale. The paperwork was painless and Todd gave me a thorough systems orientation before I left for Boise. Every aspect of my interaction with Lexus of Reno was timely and professional. They followed up upon my return to make sure I made it home safely and loved the car. My wife was very pleased with her "new" RX 350.

My mother had her car stolen on the 21st so I inquired on line with a few differentcar lots. Efren was the only sales man who responded back to me immediately. He called and took all the information from me on what we were looking for and our price range than kept us informed on the financing as to whether we could finance my mother a vehicle asap. He informed me that they would be closing and he would have to contact me the next day. He was extremely kind and concerned with my mothers needs. We were able to see him that next day and he even had a vehicle waiting for my mother to check out as soon as we arrived. She bought the vehicle and has been very happy about it. I have to say I was worried about her losing her car at christmas time. She was so depressed but Efren and Chris John were so friendly and understanding, they put a smile back on her face. I began trying to buy a CT200h from my local Lexus dealer in Roseville. I realize that this model was in short supply, but after taking a test drive, filling out paper work and being promised a phone call on Monday, nothing happened.Six weeks later I contacted Lexus of Reno and spoke with Larry Olsen. He was very eager to accommodate my request for a particular CT200h with certain options and color. It was not an easy task, but Larry did not sweep me to the side. Larry kept in contact with me and after several weeks located the exact car I was looking for.I made the 85 mile drive to Reno to purchase my new car, which was waiting for me on the showroom floor with a big bow. Scott Robert at Lexus of Reno is my all time savor and friend!!! He sold me a Lincoln Navigator in 2008. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle it just cost a lot of gas. I decided to go with a car. I went to Audi of Reno. I traded in my Lincoln Navigator for it. The dealership went BANKRUPT. Scott Robert came with me to Audi of Reno and yelled at them. He fought for me to get my money back because they were a corrupt dealership. They sold my Lincoln on whole sale before I got my brand new Audi. In fact the new audi didn't exist. He looked up the vin number and saw it went straight to UTAH. Audi of Reno lied to me from the very beginning. Scott Robert who I barely knew from just one car deal was able to fight for my money for 3 hours... HE WAS WITH HIS CHILDREN THAT DAY TOO!!! He took his day off, his family day... to fight for me. I bought a 2011 LEXUS IS 350 AWD BLACK. He got exactly what I wanted. He would call me and give me an update on when the new car came in. He also ask the maintenance guy to redo the tint of the car because he saw a hair in the tint. He ALWAYS answers my calls and my texts messages with whatever questions I have. I know if I ever need a car, whatever brand it may be he is willing to go above and beyond just so I never have to feel used or mistreated or cheated out of my money. If it wasn't for Scott Robert. I wouldn't have bought a Lexus or even felt good about buying any car. I bought not just a brand new car but also a long time friend with the car....THANK YOU SOO MUCH SCOTT ROBERT and LEXUS OF RENO for Hiring this amazing individual. If it was not for him. We saw a beautiful used Toyota 4Runner on Craigslist, pursued it, and found that it was at the Reno Lexus Dealership. Called ahead and they had it all out and waiting for our approval. We recently brought our vehicle (2010 GX 460) in for it's 5,000 mile service. Additionally, we were experiencing the vehicle pulling to the right. The availability of the service department for bringing our vehicle in was excellent. In obtaining a loaner for the day, we were given our choice of loaner vehicles to choose from, with various models being available. The vehicle we obtained as a loaner was a 2010 GS 350, which we found to be a pleasure to drive. The attitude of both the service department staff, and in particulr, service advisor Marshall Bravo, was excellent. Mr. Bravo was more than accomodating, as were the technitions involved, who not only serviced the vehicle, but rode with us for a road test, to confirm the vehicle's pull.Upon picking the vehicle back up, all of the service staff were again exectional in both their attitude, and willingness to address whatever questions or concerns we may have had. Likewise, our vehicle was cleaned/detailed both inside and out, at no charge, which is the case on each and every of our service visits.We would also like to single out for praise, Lexus of Reno's Internet Manager, Stefan Precup. We have gotten to know Mr. Precup on a personal level from the two previous Lexus vehicles we purchased at Lexus of Reno; Mr. Precup always takes the time to visit with us when we are in for service, and continually makes inquiry, and goes above and beyond, as to whatever he can do to make our service experience more pleasurable.
